The Origin of a Superhero

Garrett would never have fathomed he would ever be in this situation, surrounded by hundreds of humans, all of them watching as Bella fought against a 7-foot alien monster. Yet, here they all were, witnessing the incredible battle unfolding right before their very eyes.

The battle had been raging for quite a while, leaving the city block around them in ruins. Garrett looked up as he witnessed Bella and the alien soaring through the sky, engaged in a relentless exchange of punches while locked in a fierce struggle for dominance, their intentions set on nothing short of the others destruction. Then, with a powerful blow, Bella's fist connected with the alien's head, sending the alien hurtling to the ground and creating a deep crater upon its impact.

Garrett and all those around him were horrified as the alien swiftly rose on what one might consider its feet, emitting an otherworldly shriek that sent chills down everyone's spines. As Garrett carefully studied the creature, he couldn't help but notice its distinctly reptilian appearance, far removed from anything humanoid. Behind its arms, the alien possessed a second pair of appendages resembling webbed wings, positioned slightly lower, which it skillfully employed to soar through the air with an uncanny grace, defying the expectations set by its massive body. Its body was encased in a formidable array of scales, bearing a mottled green pallor that accentuated its terrifying nature. Its wide, menacing mouth brimmed with what appeared to be several rows of hundreds of razor-sharp teeth, poised for carnage. Relentlessly, the creature had made repeated attempts to sink its teeth into Bella, yet her skin had thus far proven resilient, and the alien's mouth had found no purchase other than destroying her clothes. Extending from its hindquarters, its long tail culminated in a razor-sharp tip, poised to strike with lethal precision. The alien's face was adorned with five piercing eyes, strategically arrayed around its visage, granting it an unsettling omnidirectional awareness. It lacked any discernible nose on its face. Its lower extremities resembled powerful, talon-like limbs akin to its upper arms, equipped with claws and talons on both sides, granting it enhanced mobility and dexterity that it could use just as easily as its arms to try to seize Bella. Its hands, more reminiscent of fearsome talons, bore four elongated, retractable claws that had also done their job ravaging Bella's clothing, yet her skin remained remarkably unscathed so far. Nevertheless, the toll of the battle was etched on her weary expression.

Bella had already destroyed the alien's spaceship and dispatched dozens of smaller, similar aliens. This "asshole" seemed to be the last one and the apparent leader. All these thoughts about the alien and Bella's current situation raced through Garrett's mind with lightning speed. As swiftly as the alien had collided with the ground from Bella's thunderous blow, it quickly rose to resume the battle. Bella, who had been hovering in the air, descended upon the monstrous alien, unleashing an arsenal of relentless attacks. Her countenance was steadfast, clearly she was trying every conceivable tactic she could think of to halt its rampage and save as many innocents as she could.

In the midst of the chaotic battle, the colossal alien loomed over Bella, a fearsome figure with strength equal to her own. Bella's diminutive size made her appear like a small child compared to the monstrous creature, but she stood defiant, her determination shining through as they fought for their lives. With its massive talons, the alien mercilessly clutched and squeezed her shoulder, its razor-sharp claws digging into her flesh, eliciting a scream of pain from Bella. In a swift and brutal motion, the alien unleashed a powerful tail swipe, slamming it into Bella and propelling her through the air with a force that sent her hurtling into a lamppost, partially knocking it over, before she collided into a nearby parked car. The sound of crunching metal filled the air as the car crumpled around her battered form. Yet, with unwavering resolve, Bella raised her gaze, determination glinting in her eyes. In a remarkable display of agility, she swiftly disentangled herself from the wreckage and took flight, meeting the oncoming monster head-on in the heart of the ravaged street.

As Bella and the alien fought toe to claw in broad daylight, their ferocity was on full display. Bella's raw power surged forth, delivering a devastating uppercut to the alien's jaw, propelling it upward into the sky. Seizing the opportunity, Bella launched herself forward towards the descending creature, their collision resonating like two boulders colliding as they soared through the air. Their trajectory led them directly toward the fractured lamppost, a remnant of the earlier chaos. In a calculated maneuver, Bella guided their path, ensuring the alien was impaled entirely through the chest by the jagged metal. The alien's dying shriek echoed with a chilling resonance, a sound the Earth had never heard before.

As Bella landed, she looked back and saw the alien dead, suspended and hanging in midair, its chest impaled through the lamppost. Everyone around Garrett cheered, and he felt a sense of pride, seeing and hearing all the humans cheer Bella on.

But as Garrett and the crowd cheered, he noticed someone approaching Bella from behind, tapping her on the shoulder. Bella swiftly spun around, her fist raised, poised for another fight, only to halt just before delivering the punch.

"Oh my God! Edward!" Bella cried out in relief. "I thought you were dead."

Before Edward could utter a word, Bella rushed forward, embracing him fully, their lips locking in a passionate kiss. Their bodies intertwined, consumed by the intensity of their reunion. In the midst of the moment, some jackass near Garrett shouted, "Slip him the tongue!"

Bella must have had the same idea, as her mouth opened and they engaged in a passionate French kiss. Their lips melded together with intensity, tongues intertwining in a dance of desire. The electrifying chemistry between them was palpable, capturing the attention of several onlookers around Garrett, who couldn't help but express their delight through hoots and cheers.

Garrett could not believe this shit. He felt his leg being rubbed, perhaps in an attempt to offer comfort. However, watching Bella passionately make out with that asshole proved to be a difficult sight to endure.

Finally, they disentangled, and Edward said "I made it out just before the plane exploded," his words laced with relief. "I've been doing everything I could to get back to you." His gaze shifted towards the lifeless form of the alien leader, defeated by Bella's hands. "I see you've been busy," he added, a mixture of awe and admiration in his voice.

"It's been a long day, Edward," Bella said, a sly smile playing on her lips. "How about we head back to my place? I've waited long enough. I need you, Edward. What do you say?" Her gaze met his with a demure expression, a mischievous smile that whispered, 'come fuck me, you know you want to.'

"I'd have to be a fool to turn down the love of my life," Edward said with a crooked smile. "Let's get out of here."

With that, Bella embraced Edward tightly, and then, holding his shoulders, they took flight into the sky.

Garrett watched as he heard everyone around him start clapping and cheering.

"Everyone looks like they enjoyed the movie immensely," Bella said, sitting next to Garrett in the movie theater.

As the credits started to roll, Garrett turned to his wife, a smile spreading across his face. "You were absolutely amazing, sweetheart. How does it feel to be the star of the biggest blockbuster of the year?"

Bella had been acting professionally for three years now, ever since they graduated from college at UCLA. She had already played several roles in movies, receiving praise for her performances. However, this was her first time as the leading lady, and in a superhero movie no less.

"It feels absolutely amazing. I had the time of my life working on it," Bella said, her face lighting up with excitement. "I'm so glad we included in my contract that I would do all my own stunts. Even though there weren't any real aliens to fight, it was still a thrilling experience. As you saw when you visited the set during production, it was all against green screens and stuntmen stand-ins." Bella reminisced about the process with a smile. "But the final result was incredible, wasn't it? The aliens looked so unbelievably real on screen."

"Everything looked absolutely perfect," Garrett remarked with admiration. "It's getting harder and harder to distinguish between what's real and what's fake, even with our superior eyesight."

Garrett thought about the movie and Bella's love interest in the film. He chuckled and raised an eyebrow. "They had to name your boyfriend Edward, huh? What are the odds?" Shaking his head, he added, "I know you said Dean was gay, but I've got to tell you, he really looked like he was into kissing you."

Bella chuckled lightly. "It's called being an actor, Garrett," she replied, her voice filled with amusement. She gently rubbed his leg, hoping to offer some comfort. "And you know, I didn't hear you complaining when I had to film those steamy scenes with Kelly Crawford in my last movie," she teased, flashing a playful smile. "But if it's any consolation, every time I kissed Dean, I was pretending he was you."

Garrett's voice carried a hint of curiosity as he asked, "Were you thinking of me every time you were kissing Kelly?"

"Oh no," Bella said with a mischievous smirk. "I was thinking about how soft her lips were and how good it felt when her breasts pressed against mine." Bella started to laugh as Garrett gave her a 'what the hell' look.

"Make your jokes," Garrett said, smiling, and then he glanced around the theater. It boasted one of the largest screens in Los Angeles, accommodating well over 1,000 people. "Everyone's staying to watch the credits. That's a good sign they enjoyed it."

Bella looked around and replied, "It is, but I'm sure they know that superhero movies always have a little tease at the end. They won't be disappointed. We actually filmed six different post-credit scenes, but I'm glad they went with this one as it was my favorite." she added, wearing a wicked smile.

The movie had opened two weeks ago, and thanks to a stellar marketing campaign by the studio, it had generated a lot of early buzz. Bella had been diligently promoting it for weeks, doing TV interviews and attending press junkets. She was truly in her element, effortlessly captivating everyone with just a smile from her angelic face. As the premiere approached, she even had the honor of being the main guest on The Tonight Show. Bella sometimes liked to imagine what her parents would think if they could see her now. She was sure they would have been proud of her.

When Bella embarked on her acting career, she made the conscious decision to assume a different identity from her current persona of Marie Smith. As she didn't age, it wasn't wise to appear in movies with the same recognizable face she would have throughout time, so Bella collaborated with Alice to develop prosthetics that she could easily apply on her own, effectively transforming her appearance. The strategy had proven successful thus far, and Bella, now known to the world as Sandra Lockwood, was rapidly ascending the ranks as an A-list actress. Garrett, who also underwent similar makeup transformations to alter his appearance, played the pivotal role of Sandra's husband and manager. Together, they had been navigated the industry as a dynamic duo.

Bella was in awe of the vast array of merchandise that now proudly displayed her new likeness. Action figures of various sizes showcased her character in amazing detail with full articulation. Bella had them all, and they were just like teeny-tiny versions of her. Just the other day, she had spotted a little girl clutching a lunch box adorned with her face. From posters to clothing, the marketing possibilities utilized by the studio seemed endless. Of course, it was Disney, a master at this craft, with a legacy that extended far beyond Bella's own lifetime. Earlier in the year, she had visited a sound stage and recorded numerous lines of dialogue for a video game. Although she hadn't played it yet, Emmett had assured her that the game makers had done an exceptional job, and he said that the game was really fun to play.

Bella relished her newfound status as a movie star, thoroughly enjoying every moment of it. She was particularly excited about her upcoming role as 'Elizabeth Bennett' in yet another big-screen adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Garrett, on the other hand, may not have shared the same enthusiasm for the book or previous movies, but he wholeheartedly supported Bella because he knew it was one of her favorites. He understood that being cast in a Jane Austen film was a dream come true for her, and he genuinely felt glad that she had this opportunity. They had discussed their future plans and mutually agreed that Bella could have a solid acting career for around 20 years before retiring to 'pursue a peaceful life' away from the constant spotlight.

Today, they had decided to visit the theater as their true selves, without the disguising makeup. Bella had been curious to witness the audience's reaction to the film without them realizing that the star herself was among them, so she could quietly observe their reactions.

Bella and Garrett listened intently to the conversations buzzing around them in the theater. It was evident that the audience adored the movie, with particular praise for Bella's captivating performance. The film had debuted at the top spot of the box office two weeks ago and maintained its position in the second week, solidifying its status as a resounding success.

"Why didn't they give you a superhero suit, Bella?" Garrett asked with a playful grin. "I was hoping to see you soaring through the skies with a cape."

"This was Emily's origin story," Bella explained, a twinkle of excitement in her eyes. "According to the comics, the character goes through this epic battle before she embraces her new identity as 'Starshield.' That's when she starts wearing her super suit. And let me tell you, the comic version of her suit is quite alluring. If they decide to make a sequel and incorporate a similar design, I'm sure you'll be a fan," Bella said, her smile growing wider.

"Maybe later tonight, when we're back home, we could indulge in a little role playing," Garrett whispered seductively into Bella's ear. "I know you don't have the Starshield outfit, but what if you slip into your Supergirl costume? I think we could have quite a thrilling time. What do you say?"

Bella's mischievous smile grew wider. "Ooh, I like the sound of that," she replied. "I think I'll play her as the clean and wholesome Kryptonian with her goody-two-shoes persona." It will be your job to figure out, before we get home, how to get her on her hands and knees, begging to be fucked every which way." Bella thought of all that awaited her. "You better bring You're A game with you. By the end of the night, I want to be in need of a new Supergirl outfit. I'm in the mood for a really physical and energetic encounter."

"Sounds absolutely perfect," Garrett murmured seductively, his hand tracing a path up Bella's thigh, his touch both firm and teasing. "I already have some tantalizing ideas, that I know will make Supergirl dripping with desire, yearning for more."

Bella's smile curled with an intoxicating blend of anticipation and primal desire as she reveled in the fantasies of unbridled passion soon to be realized between her and Garrett, her mind consumed by the carnal pleasures that awaited them. However she quickly refocused her attention on the screen. "The credits should be wrapping up soon," Bella whispered. "Let's observe the audience's reaction to the post credit's scene."

They watched intently as the credits came to a close, and the screen transitioned to Bella's character's bedroom. Although the bed remained hidden, the disarray of clothes strewn across the floor suggested that Bella and Edward had finally consummated their long-awaited dalliance, a tantalizing tease that they had been building up throughout the entire film.

The camera slowly panned, revealing the crumpled covers at the foot of the bed. Then, a disembodied voice rang out, "911, what is the nature of the emergency?" Bella's voice followed, urgent and filled with concern, "We need an ambulance immediately. My boyfriend has been injured."

The screen abruptly shifted to Bella, sitting on her bed, her naked body discreetly wrapped in a sheet. Clutching her phone, we hear the voice of the 911 operator asking, "Of course, could you please describe his injuries?" Bella then placed her hand over the receiver, directing a questioning gaze towards the unseen half of the bed, and inquired, "Are you sure that I broke it?" The scene then cut to Edward, who was sitting up in bed, completely naked, with his hands covering his privates. His face contorted with a mix of embarrassment and distress as he uttered, "Oh my god!" while nodding affirmatively.

The screen abruptly cut to black, enveloping the theater in suspense. Then, in bold letters, the words "Starshield will return" appeared, sparking an outburst of exuberant laughter and thunderous applause from the captivated audience.
