I wandlessly apparated to the entrance of Gringotts and entered the bank. I walked up to Griphook's desk, the only Goblin I fully trust despite his betrayal at the Gringotts Incident, and bowed my head. He instantly looked up at my bow.

"My name is Harry Potter and I'd like to speak to you in private." I said, bowing my head once more. He nodded and led me to his office.

"I want an inheritance test, a creature inheritance test, to claim my lord and heirships, set a new regent for my Wizenmagot seats, a blocks and potions test, a current bank statement, and some money from my trust vault." I said respectfully. He nodded.

"One more thing. My Phoenix is on a mission for me and I told her to come here when she was done, with someone else. This meeting, for that reason and the fact that Dumbledore wants me under his control, must remain between us." I said softly. His eyes widened for a moment before he nodded.

"Who?" He asked.

"Sirius Black. You have the Potter's Will, at least a copy of it. You know he's innocent." I said. He nodded. Hedwig suddenly flashed in with Sirius Black at his side. I held out my hands and she flew to me, collapsing into them.

"It's okay, Hedwig, it's okay. You're safe, it's okay." I told Hedwig, stroking her feathers soothingly. She trilled softly. She wanted me to..

"Hedwig, I haven't read that poem in years." I said softly. She trilled again, a pleading trill. I sighed.

"May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. May the rains fall soft upon your fields. And until we meet again, May a friend be always near." I said softly. She trilled and righted herself.

"Some warm water for her, please? She's one of the lightest creatures in the world, the purest, and she's just been exposed to dementors, the darkest and evilest creature in our world." I said. Griphook nodded and left, returning with a bowl of warm water.

"Drink up, girl. I know you don't like warm water as an Ice Phoenix, but it will warm you up a bit from the dementors." I told Hedwig softly. I pulled a chocolate bar out of my pocket and gave it to Sirius. He took it warily.

"Eat. It'll help. Hedwig, when you're ready I have a letter for you to deliver. I want you to use your owl disguise when you do it. Flash to maybe a mile from him and transform into your owl form to deliver it, then fly a bit aways and return to Phoenix form and flash back here." I said. She trilled and drank for a minute before flying over.

"Sorry, let me write it." I said. I looked to Griphook. He nodded and gave me a parchment and a quill.

I know you and you know me,

When Dumbledore offers you the DADA position, do not accept. Instead, request to take over History of Magic. Binns is dreadful and no one learns from him. You don't need a mastery, you only have to be loyal to him. Even if you aren't and are loyal only to your.. Nephew.. Then please at least pretend you are loyal. I'm counting on you. See you at school this coming year. I'll be a first year. You'll know me by my handwriting, and my face.

Best wishes,

H.

I folded the letter in half and wrote Remus Lupin on the front. I gave it to Hedwig, and she flashed out. She flashed back 20 minutes later. I smiled.

"Did he send a return letter?" I asked. She trilled mournfully. No.

"That's okay. Let's get this done." I said. She trilled. I offered my palm to Griphook and shut my eyes tight.

"You're trusting me to do it for you?" he asked, his voice suspiciously soft.

"I am. Please. If not then I'll have Sirius do it. Just.. Please." I said. I felt a knife dig into my palm and clenched my free hand against the pain, but made no noise. I felt my injured hand being squeezed and involuntarily let out a whimper. I felt a few drops of blood drip out, and then relief. A healing spell. I withdrew my hand and opened my eyes, catching my breath.

"Are you alright?" Sirius asked from beside me.

"I am. Thank you, Griphook." I said softly. I looked at my inheritance test, seeing the results I once saw years ago.

"Remove the Horcrux, but don't destroy it. Put it in another object. Here." I said, handing him a silver charm bracelet that Aunt Petunia had given me as an apology for Vernon and the fact that she couldn't help me. But I could help her now. The bracelet had Lions, Snakes, Badgers and Eagles. The house mascots of Hogwarts. That bracelet meant a lot to me. I fingered the locket pendant around my neck with a magical portrait of mum and dad inside, also from Aunt Petunia. The outside of the locket was a beautiful rose gold snake with Ruby stones for eyes and sharp diamonds for fangs. The latch keeping it closed has an engraved rose with vines, emerald stones as the leaves. A truly priceless locket, made by the goblins. Mum had given it to Aunt Petunia before she went into hiding and asked her to keep it safe, and to give it to me on my 10th birthday if she didn't make it. A purple amethyst amulet also hung around my neck, also from Petunia from my mother. This amulet helped me control my empathy and telekinesis. He saw the locket and gasped.

"It.. It can't be.." He whispered. I smiled.

"My mother's. She gave it to my aunt before she died, and my aunt gave it to me when I was 10." I said. He smiled softly, no teeth showing. A rare show of affection from Goblin to Human. I clicked the latch and spoke softly in parseltongue.

"Open." I hissed softly in parseltongue.

"Mum, dad." I said when the locket opened. Mum smiled.

"Son." She said.

"I miss you." I said, tearing up a bit.

"I know, Kiddo. We miss you too." Dad said. Sirius looked up at the sound of Dad's voice. I smiled softly at him and gestured for him to come over. He stood and walked to me on shaky legs, and I turned the locket so the picture was facing Sirius. He dropped to his knees and started sobbing. He never truly got to grieve James and Lily since he was thrown in Azkaban shortly after their deaths.

"Padfoot." Dad breathed. Sirius sucked in a harsh breath.

"Don't.. Don't call me that." Sirius begged hoarsely. I could practically hear dad's frown.

"He's the one that suggested the Secret Keeper switch that got you killed. He blames himself and believes he doesn't deserve to be called his marauder name." I informed my father.

"Pads, it wasn't your fault." Dad told Sirius. Sirius shook his head, tears rolling down his cheeks.

"I don't blame you." I told Sirius quietly. He looked up.

"I don't blame you." I repeated. Sirius blinked.

"I don't blame you." I said again. Sirius finally nodded.
