The next morning when Voight comes downstairs, he finds Hailey making breakfast. It makes sense, after she barely ate anything yesterday, she is probably starving.

"Morning." Voight greets as he goes over to the kettle.

"Morning Sarge." Hailey glances over her shoulder. "Can I have the day off?"

"Sure." He does not ask what for.

"I'm going to the attorney's office and sorting out this 'coercion' story." Hailey explains as she takes out plates.

After eating, Voight then went to the office and Hailey is off to the attorney.

After being interviewed for about two hours by different people, they eventually concluded that Hailey was not coerced into filing the divorce.

They discussed in depth about what her problem with Jay was, what he did or didn't do and then they spoke in depth about the situation with Voight. What Voight has done for her and how he fits into the picture. Hailey explained that he is just overprotective and if Jay perceives that as causing him to be under duress, then he is a coward.

So, everything on Hailey's side was sorted out but Jay claims that he signed under duress, so if he does not retract that statement, then they may have to go to court to rule on this matter.

Hailey, of course, is as unhappy as can be about it.

When Hailey leaves the building, she spots Jay coming from across the road. Hailey wants to turn around and go back into the building to hide but then she suddenly changes her mind.

"Jay! I'm so happy to see you." Hailey smiles as she happily greets him.

This catches Jay off guard. He did not expect that.

"I'm so glad that you are here, because there is something you need to come in and fix." Her tone then turns serious.

That is when Jay catches on.

"I'm not changing my statement on those papers. I believe that Voight made you file for the divorce. I don't think that is what you want." Jay tells her what is on his mind.

"Voight didn't and does not make me do anything unless it is work related. What is your problem with Voight anyway? You seemed quite close to him before you left." Hailey points out.

"Getting too close to Voight is a problem because he is the problem. I can tell you that because I've been there." Jay explains.

"Divorce papers Jay." Hailey suddenly gets the conversation back on track.

"I'm not changing it." Jay is sticking to what he said.

"Hailey….."

"Who is the woman you are living with?" Hailey cuts Jay off in a serious tone.

"She is …. ."

Before Hailey could even warn herself never mind Jay, he is grabbed from behind, pulled backwards and then thrown onto the pavement with Voight standing over him.

With that Hailey decides now is a good time to leave, she is not drawing any more attention to herself or the situation.

Looking back as she gets to her car, she is relieved to see that Voight is also getting into his car and that he didn't do anything else.

Jay is dusting himself off as he looks to Hailey's direction and then Voight's in surprise.

They then head back to the precinct.

When they arrive, the two of them walk towards the back door in silence until Hailey speaks.

"Were you following me?"

"I was following Jay." Voight confesses. He was just waiting for the right opportunity to corner him somewhere.

They then enter the building, and they pretend that there is nothing going on except work.

About an hour later when the team is getting ready to go chase down their leads, Voight places a paper down in front of Hailey with her name and a blank line waiting for her signature.

"It's a restraining order." Voight informs her and then heads to his office.

Hailey stares at the paper.
