"So where should we search first in this damn city?" Raven asked as she and Damian walked side-by-side, trying to look as normal as they possibly can while in the city of Cluj-Napoca. They didn't know if Vampires had spies in the city to report anything strange back to Akasha Bloodriver herself, and the last thing they needed right now was the Vampires to start looking for them.

"No idea." Damian replied, shrugging and scratching a random itch that formed on his back. "This place is as new to me as it is to you, Raven."

Raven shrugged as the pair of them continued down the street that they were on, before turning left and heading onto a different street.

"Any signs of Vampires around us right now?" Damian asked, his voice a couple of tones lower. Raven simply shook her head.

"It's possible they don't know of us being here, but let's not push our luck. They aren't actively looking for other creatures that aren't human, so we have that as an advantage." Raven said, getting a nod from her King as they continued onwards down a street.

Damian then made Raven stop and gestured to a local bar. "Places like them always contain information. Bartenders usually hear rumours or anybody that just passes through. It could be our lead to the slaver's base."

"Possibly." Raven nodded, taking the lead as she pushed the door to the bar open, and held it open for Damian to move in after her. Damian swung the door shut behind him, and tried to draw himself up a little bit further as he and Raven began making their way through. Tall for his age he might have been, but he wasn't quite big enough to pass for anything above 16.

Thankfully nobody stopped their conversations to stare at them upon their entry, though they did get a few passing glances as they approached the bar. Damian took a quick glance around discreetly, seeing humans chat to one another, drinking or eating, someone in a dark corner drinking something red... wait, what?

Damian paused a bit before he continued on. Maybe it was red wine. People of Romania were quite exquisite with their drinks.

The King and his Knight took a seat on the stools at the bar and the bartender, a middle-aged man, came up to them. "What can I get you?" He asked gruffly , though eyed their appearance with a look of distrust before snorting. "You two aren't from here."

"What gave it away?" Raven asked sarcastically, getting a slight nudge from Damian's elbow.

"No we aren't, we're just... passing through." Damian said, deciding to not try and make a big show of this. "We're also looking for something and we were hoping you could tell us or know anybody who can tell us."

"What is it you want to know?" The bartender asked curiously.

"About the slaver group in this city." Damian said.

Out the corner of her eye, Raven noticed the person in the dark corner perk up a little at Damian's words which made her frown. How did that person hear what Damian said? Unless...

'Oh Hell, we may not be getting through this without drawing the attention of the local bloodsuckers.' Raven thought with a quiet, exasperated sigh.

Damian noticed the sigh as he and Raven were handed glasses filled with drink: some soda for him and some alcoholic beverage that he didn't have a snowball's chance in the Phenex territory of pronouncing correctly for Raven.

"You noticed too, yeah?" Damian asked, keeping his eyes straight forward as Raven took a gulp from her drink. Raven simply nodded as Damian took a gulp from his.

"What do we do? I doubt that red liquid is wine." Raven said., making sure her voice was low and quiet.

"Nothing." Damian answered just as quietly as Raven as he took another sip from his drink. "We act normally, don't draw attention to ourselves. However, if that Vampire has heard us and now knows we're looking for the local slavers, then it may not be very good."

"At least they won't be able to immediately start stalking us once we're done here." Raven remarked. "It's still pretty bright out."

"But who's to say that they don't have some way of tracking us that doesn't involve risking burning up?" Damian replied. "But, whatever. Let's just focus on getting information, it's why were here after all."

Raven nodded and Damian turned to the bartender. "Tell us, what do you know of the slavers that operate here? We're on a bit of a tight schedule so you'll have to get to the point."

"Not much." the bartender replied, picking up a rag in order to dry a glass. "It's not like slavery gets openly discussed, even in a place like this. However, I did hear a couple of guys from about an hour ago saying that there was meant to be some secret delivery at the airport tonight. Of 'high-value black market goods', that was the most they said to specify."

Damian and Raven shared a look, with a damn good idea as to what 'high-value black market goods' could be.

"Thank you." Damian said as he and Raven finished their glasses and left, though Damian noticed that the Vampire hidden in the shadows was watching them. And from the shape of their body... it was a woman.

He didn't pay her much attention beyond that, as he and Raven got out of the bar and back onto the street, figuring that now would be a pretty decent time to meet up with the rest of the group, so they could relay the news they'd just gotten.

Once Damian contacted Irene, Tifa and Kuroka, they met up in an alleyway where Damian told them what they had learned.

"They've been selling their slaves and are most likely sending them off to whoever bought them, or are receiving slaves from other slaver rings they bought from." Tifa speculated, a hand on her chin.

"Do we know when this will be going down?" Kuroka asked as she looked at her King. "

"Not a specific time, only that it was happening tonight." Damian said before glancing around and lowered his voice. "And there was a Vampire in the bar as well, watching us. We must be very, very careful. Getting the attention/fury of the Vampires for causing a mess to their operations or routine is NOT in the plan. Thankfully, it's still daylight so they can't follow us but that doesn't mean they don't have a spy network through human slaves."

"They probably do." Irene remarked. "So, make for the airport?"

"Maybe a bit later, closer to when night falls." Damian replied. "For now, we can just walk around the city and try to enjoy ourselves a bit."

The girls nodded and after leaving the alleyway, they split off to do their own thing. Damian spotted a market area and walked down it, taking a look at the various products for sale as the vendors advertised them and tried to tempt him into buying them but he ignored them.

Damian looked around and frowned when he noticed a cloaked figure walking on the other side of the market, following his every step it seems. He couldn't make out the face due to the hood, but he could see the figure was female and hee saw a brief flash of silver hair, as well as a brief sight of red eyes.

"Now who are you...?" Damian asked quietly to himself as he and the cloaked woman were walking step for step. Although he was discreetly looking at her, he had the feeling she was looking right at him.

Damian briefly considered drawing Judgement, but figured it'd be too conspicuous in such a crowded area, so instead he settled for conjuring a dagger made of Evil Light, and concealing it under his coat so he could whip it out and stab his Vampiric stalker if need be.

However, as they passed one of the product stands... the cloaked woman was gone. Damian frowned and searched around, knowing Vampires were fast so she most likely used her speed to disappear. Her cloak would keep her covered from the sunlight, but she will most likely stick to the shadowed areas.

Damian had to sigh. Of course their presence wouldn't go unnoticed by the Vampires.

"Better meet up wit the others and book a hotel room for us to plan out our attack on the slavers tonight." Damian said and he turned, walking away.

However, he was unaware of the cloaked Vampire watching him from a dark alleyway where the sun wasn't hitting, her red eyes watching his every movement as he walked away.

"A Devil in Romania, looking for the main slaver group..." The woman said with a firm, dark, sultry voice. "Mother will want to hear about this... as will the Council."

Nightfall had come over Romania. The full moon was high in the air with it's beautiful glow cast across the landscape. At the airport, which was showing a little activity, a group of men were currently arriving in black trucks.

A fair distance away from the airport, Damian stood with his peerage and Irene, looking through a pair of binoculars to watch the slavers' movements.

"That's definitely them." Damian said as he lowered the binoculars and handed them to Irene for a look.

Irene resisted the urge to roll her eyes at Damian's gesture. She could see perfectly fine without the need for binoculars, and even from where she was stood a ways away from the airport, she could individually pick out everyone getting out of the trucks with her eyes. She took the binoculars from Damian and looked through them, narrowing her eyes as she looked from one slaver to the other.

"It's them." she growled. "I recognise some of these people. That one with the scar down his cheek..."

"Gave him that, did you?" Damian asked, accepting the binoculars back from Irene and looking through them to where she was pointing.

"No, I'd have done a lot worse." Irene replied. "But I remember that face."

"Good, so we know we've got the right guys." Damian remarked, stretching as he noticed what looked like fire dancing around behind Irene's clenched teeth. "Try not to go too crazy, okay? Try and leave a couple of them alive so we can get-"

"I get it." Irene replied, cutting across the young Devil. There was an uncomfortable silence that stretched for several seconds between Damian and Irene, before Raven cleared her throat.

"Am I the only one out of all of us who noticed that we're being watched? Probably by that same Vampire I told you all about this afternoon?"

Damian sighed mentally as he turned around to see the Vampire he saw earlier today, but this time she wasn't cloaked and he got a good look at her.

She was quite beautiful, looked to be in her teens but Vampires can be much older due to their immortality so it's possible she can look eighteen years old but be over 200 years old. It's the same with Devils when they reach a certain point in their lives, they can look like they were in their early, mid or late 20s but in reality they are actually over 400 years old.

Anyway, aside from the stunning, exotic beauty of the Vampire girl, she had long silver hair that fell down past her back, blood red eyes that reminded Damian of Raven's, a stunning figure to rival Kuroka's and Tifa's, with breasts to rival theirs. She wore tight leather pants that hugged her legs like a second skin, black, high-heeled boots, a short-sleeved black shirt and a black leather jacket.

Was Vampires wearing black actually a thing? Damian thought that was just in the movies.

Irene immediately whirled around, summoning her staff in one hand and already beginning to charge some kind of magical attack. One of Raven's hands went to her scabbard but she made no move to draw her sword yet. Kuroka and Tifa simply tensed up slightly, but didn't do anything beyond that, while Damian simply narrowed his eyes.

"Finally decided to show yourself, huh?" he asked. "Too timid to come out before?"

"One. The sun was up, even though I wore a cloak but that only goes so far. Two. I needed to see if you were a threat." The Vampire said with a firm, yet dark and sultry voice that had an aura of 'don't fuck with me, because I'll make your life a living hell.' "Besides, a Devil, his three servants AND a Dragon working together? I wasn't going to take my chances in making an enemy out of unknowns."

"Who are you?" Raven asked, narrowing her eyes while her hand rested on her sword, ready to unsheathe and attack if the Vampire turned out to be a threat to them.

"My name is Moka Akashiya, daughter of Akasha Bloodriver and the owner of the territory you are in." The now revealed Moka said, giving a small, almost mocking bow to them.

Irene's eyes widened a little. "The daughter of Akasha? I take it this means she knows about us along with the Council?"

"Well, I wasn't going to keep this hidden from them, was I?" Moka asked with a 'duh' tone, causing Irene to glare at her. "They want to see you, the Council."

"Maybe later, we're a little busy right now." Irene replied. "Help us, or fuck off."

Moka very clearly did NOT appreciate being talked to like that, judging by how her eyes glowed a more intense red and she began to start towards Irene, her mouth in the process of opening. However, before she could even get anywhere close to the dragoness or even spit out some annoying catchphrase about how the lot of them should know their place or something like that, both Raven and Damian's swords came out in a flash, both of which pointed squarely at her before she could even blink.

"I don't have time for this." Irene snarled, turning on her heel. "You deal with Princess if you want, I'm going to save my daughter."

And before anyone could call her back, she leapt forward towards the vans of slavers, the ground cracking beneath her as she leapt.

"You know, there's a big chance we aren't getting out of this one without causing utter destruction." Kuroka remarked.

"Really? Considering the angry, desperate mamma dragon just went off on one? Yeah, I got the feeling blood will be spilt... and we may have to take sowers because we'll probably get blood on us." Tifa said with a sigh.

Damian rolled his eyes and withdrew his sword and turned to his Peerage. "Girls, let's go help Irene. These slavers have had it coming for a long time. So do what you want to them." He turned to Moka and eyed her warily as she eyed him with a look of curiosity and intrigue. "You can do what you want, stay there and look pretty, don't know if you'd help us, or go report back to your little Council. We have more important matters to deal with than a female-dominated Vampire society."

And with that, Damian and his Peerage ran off to help Irene out with the slavers while Moka just watched them go, her arms crossed under her breasts.

"Interesting group." She muttered to herself.

By the time the four Devils had made it to where Irene was, she was... already done with the slavers, as far as fighting was concerned. Those who she'd spared were moaning and groaning on the ground, unable to get up thanks to the severe injuries Irene had dealt them, while the ones that weren't... there didn't seem to be much left of them.

Meanwhile, Irene was blasting open all the vans that hadn't been destroyed during what little fighting she'd done against the human slavers, trying to find anything that could help lead her to Erza. While she was busy with that, Damian walked over to the nearest slaver, reconsidering drawing Judgement.

"Okay, jackass, we got some questions and you better have the right damn answers." Damian growled. He was at his end with having to go around the world looking for Erza. It was as if fate was fucking with him. He hoped she was in Romania, that these slavers had her in hand, because if they didn't... he was going to be very, VERY pissed off. "Where's Erza?"

"W-Who?" The slaver asked only to get punched in the face, breaking his nose.

"Erza! Redhaired girl, brown eyes! looks about my age and is similar to the walking, talking mass of destruction that just tore through you all like nothing." Damians aid, gesturing to Irene with his head.

"I... uh..." the man in question, seemingly so stuck in fear that he didn't even register the pain that would obviously come with having one's nose broken.

"I recognise her!" another one of the slavers attempted to push himself into a more upright position, but his hand slipped on some blood trailing out from one of his dead comrades (who looked like he'd just had his head torn in half from nose-level), and he fell back down again. "Agh... I can t-tell you where she is!"

"Then talk." Raven remarked, stepping over the corpse in question before bending down, grabbing the man who'd spoken and one-handedly lifting him off the ground with the same amount of visible effort it would take a human to lift a glass of water, while pointing to his crushed and mangled arm. "That might hurt pretty bad, but I'd wager you've got enough bones left for me to make it a lot worse."

"Okay! Okay! She's... we've got her coming in one of the trucks coming soon. We... we were just here to prepare for getting the slaves onto the plane!" The slaver said.

Irene, who had finished scouring through the rest of the vans, stalked over to where they were at. As her eyes met the slaver's, Damian felt a new smell entering the air among all the blood. Something... not pleasant.

"When?"

"F-five minutes, give or take!" the slaver replied. "Plane'll be here in ten!"

"Alright." Irene replied, raising her staff. "Thanks."

She then blasted his head off with a bolt of magical energy, turned around and blasted another guy that was somehow still alive after her rampage, before heading off to kill all the others.

"Well... that's anticlimatic." Tifa remarked, a hand o her hip as they just watched Irene continue to butcher through everyone in her path. "So, are we just gonna stand here and watch her or...?"

"Might as well join in, hope you aren't squeamish at taking lives." Damian said, gripping Judgment before he ran off to take care of any slavers, decapitating two in the process with one swing of his sword.

Raven smirked as she unsheathed her sword and used her newly acquired Knight speed to become a blur and slice through a group of slavers before they even knew what hit them. Once she appeared on the other side of them, she sheathed her katana and watched their bodied turn into two halves and fall to the floor, blood decorating the ground.

"I feel so sorry for whoever is going to have to clean this up!" Kuroka said as she sent a wave of her chi energy at a slaver.

"Tell me about it!" Tifa said, running and dropkicking one in the face, then spun and delivered a hard punch right to the jaw of another, breaking his jaw.

As Damian stabbed a slaver through the chest, he didn't see a slaver sneaking up on him with a gun in hand. As the slaver aimed at him, Moka suddenly dropped down behind him and sank her fangs into his neck, causing him to scream out in pain as Damian whirled around, eyes widening in surprise as he watched Moka drink the blood of the slaver.

Once she was done, Moka dropped the guy out of her teeth and looked over everyone who had turned towards the source of the screaming. Another uncomfortable silence passed between all for a couple of seconds, before Moka spoke up.

"What? Did you really think I was going to sit back and not get involved with a mother wanting to save her child? Or get in your way?"

"Don't ask a question you don't want the answer to." Irene replied, blasting out the heart of the final slaver left alive, and crushing his head underneath her boot for good measure.

"We get them all?" Kuroka asked as she looked over the carnage.

"Yeah." Damian nodded, glancing at Moka with a little suspicion before he looked at Irene as she walked over. His expression turned to one of concern and worry for his friend. "You okay?"

"I'll be fine." Irene replied, jerking her shoulder away as Damian tried to rest a hand on it. "I'll be better once I've got Erza back."

Damian nodded, turning away and leaving Irene to her own thoughts, figuring that that was what she wanted right now, before looking back at Moka, who had knelt down, scooped up some of the blood oozing on the ground with her fingers and brought it to her lips, before spitting it back out again a second or so later.

"Sorry about earlier." he remarked. "I-"

"It's fine." Moka replied, shaking her hand clean of the presumably-bad-tasting blood that she'd gotten off the ground and standing back up straight again. "I can understand it, considering the circumstances, and I'm willing to forgive it... if you'll meet with the Council."

Damian sighed. So much for them trying to do this without gaining the attention of the Vampires. He briefly considered telling her no, but that may not be the smartest thing to do. Like Devils, Vampires were very prideful creatures and he had a feeling they didn't like being told no, especially a female-dominated group of them.

"Very well." Damian nodded. "We'll meet with the Council but AFTER we take Irene's daughter from the slavers."

"That's okay with me." Moka gave a small nod.

It was a little longer than five minutes before more vans began peeling into the airport, all of them being instantly noticed by Damian and his group, plus Moka. Damian had a feeling that they would've stopped in their tracks as soon as they clapped eyes on what remained of their comrades, but he wasn't about to take any chances.

And neither was Irene, considering how she threw up a massive wall around where they had just come in from, trapping them inside.

"Everyone out. NOW." she called, practically snarling at every slaver who got out of the van and didn't attempt to intervene in the group of Devils, Dragon and Vampire pulling open all the doors in an attempt to find Irene's daughter amongst all the others.

And there were a LOT of others. Dozens of them crammed into every van, to the point that it was hard to notice features on any one specific person, so bunched-together were they.

'What the hell are we gonna do about all these other guys?' Damian thought to himself as he tore off the pair of doors on the van he was standing in front of.

Inside, he found more slaves, crammed together. Most of them were adults, some a little younger, but he didn't spot Erza among them. "Is there a red-haired girl named Erza among you?" The Devil asked them.

The slaves looked at each other before Damian noticed movement in the corner part at the back of the van, something he wouldn't have noticed due to how many slaves were in here. The adult slaves moved out the way as best as they can as a redheaded girl, same age as him, with brown eyes, wearing ragged clothing, stepped forward. She looked quite ill, unfed and weak.

"I...I'm Erza." She said weakly, somehow managing to hold on. Just from looking at her, Damian can tell she was starved , dehydrated... on the verge of death. Quickly, he caught her when she was about to fall and he carefully brought her out of the van. "W-who... are... you?"

"A friend." Damian replied, carefully lifting Erza up onto his shoulder, and holding onto her after that just to be safe, before turning around. "Irene! Found her!"

It didn't take a second before Irene was over there, and Damian carefully handed Erza over to her.

"Erza! Oh my daughter!" Irene cried, unable to stop the tears as she held her daughter close to her and fell to her knees while Damian stepped back.

"M-Mother." Erza managed to hug her mother back, crying as well.

"Oh my sweet little one, what have they done to you?" Irene cried as she looked her daughter over, seeing the state she was in. "It's okay, we're going to get you out of here, we'll find you some water and food."

"Irene..." Damian crouched down and looked her in the eye. "I... she's been starved and dehydrated for too long. She's barely hanging on."

I can see that!" Irene snapped, picking Erza up and holding her carefully as she got to her feet. "I'm gonna head back to the hotel."

"Yeah, okay. Go, we'll meet you back there." Damian replied, as Irene walked off, disappearing through a transportation-circle as she did so. "Someone should alert the human authorities. Though I guess it'd sound pretty implausible that we just happened to show up here at the same time these fucking scum-" he jerked his head over at the slavers who Kuroka was still holding at chi-point. "And kicked their asses."

He sighed, turning and taking a couple of steps away from the van in question.

"My family have connections with the human authorities here." Moka spoke up. "If you'd like, I can-"

"Yes. Whatever you're proposing, yes." Damian nodded. "Whatever you can do to get this to go by as smoothly as you can, do it, please. I'm gonna head back to the hotel and see if Irene needs help with anything."

Moka nodded and Damian soon created a teleportation circle and disappeared through it.

He reappeared in the hotel room that he, Irene, Raven, Tifa and Kuroka were staying at and found Irene putting Erza on her bed, having already collected some food and a bowl of water for her daughter.

"Come on, sweetheart, drink." Irene urged softly as she tried to make her daughter drink but Erza just couldn't muster the strength to do so. "Please!"

"Irene..." Damian began as Irene started getting frantic. "Irene! IRENE!"

Irene turned to him and he saw the panic, the desperate and pleading look on her face as tears fell down her cheeks. He walked over and pulled her into a hug, wanting to try and comfort his friend and reassure her. Irene just hugged him back.

"I... I don't know what to do! I just got her back and now she might die!" Irene sobbed into his shoulder.

Damian felt his heartbreak at Irene's cries and her voice. He had to admit, in the near two months they've known each other, he had come to develop feelings for Irene. She was an amazing woman, strong, powerful, not afraid to get her hands dirty, was a no-nonsense, though he figured she might've been different before her daughter was taken from her.

There was only one thing he can do.

"Irene... there may be a way to save her life." Damian said, causing Irene to stiffen but she didn't look at him as she kept her face buried in his shoulder. "You know what it is."

"Do it." Irene said instantly, surprising him. "Save her. In return... I'll join your Peerage."

"Irene-"

"Please." Irene lifted her head and looked at him with her red face. "I can't bear the pain of losing my first and only child."

Damian stared at her for a moment before he nodded and pulled away, walking over to Erza and crouching down as she turned her head to look at him. "Erza,, there is a way I can save you, but it comes at a cost. Are you willing to make a deal with the Devil?"

Irene looked over at Damian, her eyes widening as what he'd said met her ears, but after a couple of seconds, her eyes returned to Erza as she took in another shaky breath.

The strength to speak had seemingly left Erza: all she could do was look up at Damian and, after a couple of seconds, nod her head.

Damian looked over at Irene again.

"If there's any time for objections, Irene, this is that time."

"I'd have voiced them by now if I had any." Irene replied, her voice uncharacteristically quiet as her eyes met Damian's again. "Do it."

Damian nodded and summoned his box of Evil Pieces. He toom out his second Knight Piece and placed it on Erza's chest and began the ritual. "In the name of Damian Mammon-Lucifer, I make Erza Scarlet my Knight. Arise in your new life as a Devil!"

The Mammon-Lucifer symbol appeared underneath Erza and there was a glow that could probably be seen from outside before it soon died down and Erza's breathing became a little more stronger, but she was still weak.

"It's done. Erza has become my second Knight." Damian said as he picked up the bowl of water, tipped Erza's head back and gently poured some of the water down her mouth. "She'll need to eat and drink for a few days to regain her strength, and in no time she'll be as strong as she used to be before she was captured by the slavers."

"Thank you." Irene said before she sucked in a breath. "Now, make me your Queen."

Damian blinked, slightly stunned that what he was hoping for, throughout the entire time that he and Irene had spent together since they'd met, was actually coming true. He wasn't about to look a gift-horse in the mouth. Or gift-Dragon, in this case.

"Uh... okay." Damian spoke, pulling the Queen piece out the box and placing it on Irene's chest. "In the-"

"Yeah, I get it." Irene cut across Damian, swatting his hand away and pressing the piece down into her herself, letting out a breath as she felt her physiology changing from that of a full Dragon to that of a Dragon/Devil hybrid.

Once it was completed. Irene sucked in a breath and sat up, feeling much different than she was a few minutes ago.

Damian sat on the bed. "Hard to believe that when we first met, you said no to my offer. And now... now you're joining.

"Yeah, crazy to think about." Irene remarked. "But..." she sucked in a breath, trying to find the words to describe what she was thinking right now. When she found that accessing whatever words were needed was impossible, she decided that leaning down and planting a kiss on Damian's cheek would serve as a good enough substitute.

Damian blinked, stunned by her action. Of all things, he didn't think Irene would give him a kiss, even though it was on the cheek, but it was still a kiss!

"I... what..." Damian couldn't find the words, much to Irene's amusement as she chuckled.

"Just a thank you for being by my side through these past two months searching for Erza." Irene said, glancing at her sleeping daughter on the bed before she smirked and looked at Damian. "And this... is for saving her life."

She leaned forward and placed a small kiss on his lips, holding it there for about five seconds before she pulled away and smirked at his stunned expression before returning her attention to her daughter while her... King was still as frozen as a statue.

"Now, don't we have a bunch of Vampires to deal with?" Irene asked, her tone was a little annoyed but much more light-heartened than what she's been like these past couple of months. Saving Erza must've taken a lot off her shoulders and made her feel normal again.

Damian shook from his stunned state and cleared his throat. "Yeah. I need to meet the Council, according to Moka. I... I was wondering if you'd like to joi me, since the Queen is the second-in-command and always at the King's side."

Irene paused at his words, not looking at him as she stared down at her daughter.

"I-If you want to, that is! I mean, I could have Raven, Tifa and Kuroka stay here and guard Erza, make sure she's fed, drinking and-" Damian would've continued with his rant had Irene not placed a hand over his mouth to silence him.

"Babbling like an idiot doesn't look good on you, Damian." Irene remarked, before nodding. "I'll come. Just get someone back here to watch Erza first."

"On it, ma'am." Damian replied, casting another transportation-circle and disappearing from the hotel, heading straight back to the airport.

Irene giggled to herself. She felt more fresher and at ease now that Erza was safe and sound, back at her side. Plus, being a Devil, okay a Devil/Dragon hybrid, wasn't all bad. Also doesn't help that her King was quite attractive for a soon-to-be 14 year old.

"His rambling's cute." She admitted to herself before returning her attention to her daughter.

At the airport, Damian stepped out of the transportation circle and spotted his Peerage with Moka, watching the human authorities arrest the slavers and have a busy night with cleaning the corpses left thanks to Irene.

"What happened?" Raven asked as soon as she saw her King walk over.

"Erza was dying, and to save her I made her my second Knight." Damian explained. "And... Irene has become my Queen."

Kuroka, Tifa and Raven all looked at each other, unseen words clear before they all looked back at Damian.

"Figures." they all replied, at around about the same time. Damian simply shrugged, and looked over at Moka.

"So, when can we expect a visit from the Council?" he asked. "Or will they be waiting for us?"

Moka snorted. "You've to go to them. You really think they'll come out here just to chat with you? No, Carmilla herself wants you to come to her castle."

Damian inhaled a sigh. He should've guessed that would be the case. Vampires were prideful as well as arrogant, often wanting to be visited rather than be the ones doing the visiting, so he's really not surprised the Council wants him to come to them rather than them come to him.

"Very well." Damian nodded. He looked at his Peerage. "Raven, Kuroka, Tifa, you three will stay back at the hotel and watch over Erza. Ensure she easts and drinks. Irene and I will go to the Council and... hopefully it won't end the way we think."

"If it helps, you'd look good with a dog collar on." Kuroka giggled, getting an unamused look from her King.

Damian simply rolled his eyes as his Bishop, Rook and first Knight left, and remained in silence with Moka for the half-minute that it took for Irene to arrive through her own transportation-circle.

"Alright, then." Damian looked over at Moka. "Lead the way."

And that's it for this chapter everyone. So yeah, Damian and the others finally found Erza, who was on death's doorstep after being starved and not getting enough water, so starvation and dehydration were killing her, and the only way to save her was to make her into a Devil... and Irene's now joined as well! So, Damian gets a second Knight and a Queen.
