Bony Boy goes to JJK World
-Lots of spoilers on JJK read at your own risk.-
Geto's pov
After leaving Ainz's domain, Geto found himself inside a very familiar room. While he was never inside it at any point before, he had a very good description and knew everything about it. The huge tree and the seemingly never-ending abandoned houses that encircled him were an impressive display of cursed energy and barrier manipulation, but Geto didn't find it that impressive when compared to what he just went through.
"I thought I would end up back in Shibuya, not in here..." Geto said. He took a few steps while preparing himself for a fight. The place was too quiet and it was very likely that he was trapped in another domain the moment he exited Ainz's.
"Kenjaku... so you were involved in this mess too. " Geto heard a voice speaking. It was cold, calm, and distant. The voice became closer and closer until a thumb-like creature appeared out of nowhere.
"Ainz had a deal with you on the side? I was surprised that you even took his offer in the first place, but to think that you are fully on his side like this... You've changed, Tengen. " Geto said as he began smiling toward Tengen. "I don't suppose you're gonna let me go, right? " Geto asked already aware of his fate.
Multiple people appeared out of nowhere just like Tengen. "I asked for the exit gate to lead directly into my room. What I do with whoever comes out is not part of the deal so no. I'm not helping that thing. " Tengen clarified.
Geto clapped as he watched the random assortment of weaklings surround him. Each of them bared a small silver pendant which was a cursed tool of some sort, although Geto had no idea what it was. "How can you say that with a straight face? You know that this is a lie. Those pendants are from Ainz, right? " Geto asked with a grin on his face. Tengen didn't answer directly, but his expression and the glance toward the pendent on his subordinates said everything.
"Either way, it's over. Ainz won. Congratulations, old man. " Geto said as he shrugged. The jujutsu sorcerers formed a circle around him in evenly spaced intervals. They placed their hands on the cursed tools as they began chanting in an ancient Latin dialect learned from a book that Ainz had given to them. Geto quickly took two steps forward and punched the air.
His fist found an incredible amount of resistance as it collided with an invisible barrier. "Of course, there is a barrier. You thought of everything, didn't you? Did you get the others like this too? " Geto asked as he turned once again to Tengen.
"Everyone that wasn't from the jujutsu high has been dealt with already. Those who could be exorcised or killed are gone and those that we couldn't do it are sealed. " Tengen said as he pointed his finger at Geto.
"You're one of those who I can't trust the sorcerers to take care of so I'm just going to seal you away. " Tengen said.
Geto shook his head before saying, "This is sad. Hundreds of yours fighting and things were settled by an outsider who appeared in the final stretch. "
"It was you who brought the death curse into this. Not us. " Tengen said.
"And you just so happened to come out ahead? Don't fool yourself, Tengen. You may have won against me, but you're gonna come out short soon. What do you think is going to happen to you and the jujutsu sorcerers after Sukuna and I are gone? Ainz won't have anyone who can stand up-"
"You couldn't do that even if you wanted. Neither can Gojo, Sukuna and me. That was I agreed to the deal. This way, I can make sure that Ainz is the only thing that the world will have to worry about. " Tengen said. The jujutsu sorcerers stopped talking as they focused their cursed energy on the pendants. Multiple magic formulas appeared in front of each of them.
"Spare me the excuses, Tengen. Just seal me away already so I can start working on my escape. " Geto said. He was confident in his strength and ability to control cursed energy and the sealing techniques could only do so much for so long before they started to deteriorate. It might take a few hundred years and he might require some help from a third party who just so happens to prevent them from repairing the seal correctly, but eventually, Geto could find himself free.
Tengen shook his head as he extended both of his hands. It was time to undo the barrier around Geto so that the sealing technique could hit the target. "Not this time, Kenjaku. You're done. " Tengen said right as the barrier disappeared.
[Greater Soul Body Separation]
Geto felt a great amount of pain overwhelming his senses. He had planned to attack if given any opening even though it probably wouldn't amount to much, but even that was denied. With the buzzing noise in his ears and with both knees on the floor, Kenjaku suddenly found himself looking down at the floor and then at himself. 'I see... so that's why he's doing it like this. ' Kenjaku thought as he was now seeing his body falling to the ground.
Geto's body was left stretched on the floor as Kenjaku's soul was raised far above the room. It was now Tengen's turn to act.
[Soul Trap]
A 7th-tier spell designed to gather stronger crystals for crafting materials. Tegen was the first and only jujutsu sorcerer in the world who could use it and unknown to him, the only one who had ever used magic by himself without the need for magic items. 'So he learned something from Ainz... bastard. When did he even have the time to master it in the first place?! ' Kenjaku thought. Now he was sure the sealing technique was something that belonged to Ainz, there was no way to know if he could break out of it.
"I'm relieved in a way, Tengen. Ainz is the most advanced application of cursed energy to have ever existed and even though he's just a measly cursed spirit, I'm sure he will bring the innovation I was so desperately searching for. " Kenjaku said as he began feeling his cursed energy and by extension, his soul, being dragged inside Tengen's pendant. "The world is about to change for the better, Tengen. The only regret I have is that I won't get to see you and the jujutsu sorcerer society crushed under Ainz's foot, old fool. Enjoy your temporary victory. That is my final curse. " Kenjaku said.
The sealing ritual was completed right afterward. Kenjaku's soul was now trapped in an experience-increasing item that could convert him into power for another item in the crafting window back in Yygdrasil. Of course, Tengen didn't know about that. He only had Ainz's basic explanation that Kenjaku was no longer a threat and the promise that he would give it the item back to Ainz.
Ainz himself was not sure if the seal would be perfect or not. Maybe Kenjaku could escape given enough time, but he planned to immediately use it to craft something just to make sure he can't.
Geto's body was left on the floor. Now free from Kenjaku's should and cursed energy, it could be buried normally. Tengen swiped his hands removing the barriers he had set up to isolate anyone who came out of the game. "It is over, Gojo. " Tengen said.
The houses were no longer there. In their places, stood Gojo and every other player from the jujutsu sorcerer's side who managed to survive. "Thanks, Tengen. That helped out a lot. " Gojo said as he walked toward his friend.
"Time to put you to rest, Geto. " Gojo said as he took the body in his arms and started walking away. "Yuki... take care of the rest for me. " Gojo said as he teleported away.
"Gojo, wait! " Todo said.
"It's okay, Todo. " The principal said. "Let him morn for now. We have to keep watching until this is over. "
Yuki took a deep breath as she watched Tengen prepare another barrier. Junpei, who was standing right beside Yuki, did the same thing. "That's right. This only ends after Sukuna is dealt with. " Yuki said as she prepared her cursed technique.
'And maybe not even then... ' Tengen thought. He wasn't sure whether she was on their side or not, but it was too late for that anyway.
"Indeed. We lost too much already. Focus on what we have to do right now. " Tengen said as he disappeared into the barrier.
Sukuna's pov
After being thoroughly humiliated by imaginary cursed spirits, he was left with nothing. Sukuna lost control of the body and thus could only watch as he appeared in a room that he didn't recognize. "What?! This is not Shibuya. " Yuji said as he began looking around. "Hey! Who are you?! " The body said as he looked at Tengen.
Tengen stood there with a blank expression. "This is unexpected. " Tengen said as he released the barrier immediately.
"Aaaa... Kugisaki. Principal. Nanami. Todo... everyone... Where is Gojo? Were you guys worried about me?! " Yuji asked.
"Who was worried about you?! " Nobara responded. "We were just tense about Sukuna, that's all. " She said while trying to hide the fact that she was tearing up a little.
A sense of relief washed away everyone's bloodlust. It was obvious that Sukuna not only lost the game but was also being suppressed by Yuji, which meant that things were going better than they had expected.
Yuji got up and started running toward his peers, but Tengen quickly raised his voice. "Yuji, it's best if you stay where you are. Ainz will be here soon enough and I'm not sure what will happen. " Tengen said.
Yuji stopped immediately before saying, "Yeah, that's right. I forgot... " Yuji said as he looked at Maki, Kugisaki, Todo, Kamo, and the others. "I'm so happy that you guys made it. Oh yeah. Megumi should be coming here shortly too. So don't worry about him... " Yuji looked down for a moment before saying, "I have bad news about Yuta though... he didn't make it."
'Yuta... ' Maki thought as she turned her attention to Yuki. Anger began taking over her mind, but attacking now would be stupid. She had to wait for a better opportunity to take revenge.
Another portal appeared directly into the room. Tengen knew that Megumi was the only one left in the game and thus didn't bother to raise another barrier.
The boy was being carried by Mahoraga who immediately disappeared. The debuff came off of him right away and Megumi immediately saw Yuji standing right in front of him. "You're back, you dumbass. " Megumi said as he walked over to Yuji who welcomed him with a high five.
"Yep. All thanks to you and everyone else who pressured Sukuna in there. Sorry for your-" Yuji couldn't bring himself to finish the sentence. He watched as Megumi's expression soured right away. Now that his friend was safe and his life was not in danger, Megumi could contemplate what happened in the game. The fact that his sister was gone stopped him from high-fiving Yuji.
"Where is Ieri? I need to get healed right away. " Megumi said as he walked right past Yuji. "Sorry for not being in such a good mood Yuji I-"
"I'm sorry, Megumi. It's just that I was so happy this is over and that we survived that I got ahead of myself... Sorry. " Yuji apologized.
Everyone felt similar to Megumi. They had survived, but it was a partial victory. Each of them had a reason to not be able to celebrate. "It's fine, Yuji. I just need some time. " Megumi said as a huge purple portal appeared in the middle of the room.
Ainz emerged from it carrying a golden staff. Tengen could tell that he was completely different from the day he had meant him. The quantity, density, and ferocity of the cursed energy around him were something completely different from what he had seen before. "Indeed. It has been a long and difficult day for everyone. I'll be brief and fulfill the collect my terms as soon as possible. " Ainz said as he began walking toward Yuji.
"First, the body. " Ainz said as the portal disappeared. He extended his hand forward before saying, "Uraume should have your original body ready. Although I have no idea what it will do for you in your state it was still part of the deal. "
[Gate]
Ainz used the spell to bring someone no one, but Sukuna even knew existed. A young-looking monk with short hair walked through the portal carrying a coffin. "Lord Sukuna?! " Uraume said as soon as his eyes met Yuji's body.
Uraume quickly realized what was happening to Sukuna. He had seen the effects before and deduced that Sukuna must have broken a vow in the domain. "I'll take the burden for y-" Everyone was silent ever since Ainz appeared. They already understood him to be the most powerful thing ever so they weren't surprised by his cursed energy or presence, but what happened next left them even more tense.
[Grasp Heart]
Uraume suddenly felt his heart being squeezed as he fell to the ground. He was just a few meters from Sukuna and could do nothing to help him. "The deal was that I would bring you and the body, but I didn't say anything about allowing you two to help each other after. Although... I doubt you can leave the body by your own will anymore. Isn't that right? King of all curses, Ryomen Sukuna. " Ainz said.
A small mouth appeared under Yuji's eye. "You really are a son of a bitch, Ainz. You won't allow me to recover even a bit before our fight. " Sukuna said with his arrogant tone.
Ainz chuckled a bit as he began walking toward him. "If I wanted to fight you at your best I wouldn't fight you right after the game, would I? Besides, if you had won the game I would be in the same situation that you are right now. You wouldn't show mercy either, would you? " Ainz asked.
"You're goddammed right. You filthy cursed spirit. Let's get this over with." Sukuna said as he moved his essence to Yuji's pinky finger.
"Indeed. You're about to perish as it is, but in your original body, you might be able to at least stand up for a few minutes. " Ainz said as he extended his arm. Yuji. Seammgly understanding what was about to happen, raised his hand high in the air.
[Reality Slash]
"Arggg! " Yuji winced in pain as his pinky was chopped off by Ainz's magic.
[Telecknises]
The finger hovered in the air for a few moments before flying toward Ainz. During that instant, Ainz was completely focused on his task and Maki made her move.
Thanks to her senses, she was the only one who realized that Ainz was as vulnerable as he would ever be. At this moment, he not only had won but was also busy dealing with the most formidable threat there was. It was now, or never.
In an instant, Maki rushed past Yuji, who was now holding his hand. She pulled her blade back while focusing all of her might on the next swing. "This is for Yuta you son-" Ainz quickly moved his eyes toward her before she seemingly disappeared in thin air.
"I'm sorry, Ainz. She's just an immature child. I have placed her in one of my barriers so I hope you can forgive her. " Tengen said as he bowed toward the curse.
"No matter. It was inconsequential anyways. Just make sure I don't see her ever again. " Ainz said as he turned to the coffin Uraume had carried into the room. He walked to it at a fast pace before pulling the lid away.
"So that is your original body. " Ainz said as he saw a four-armed two-faced demonic creature sleeping in the coffin. The body was restored to a perfect state, thanks to healing magic combined with his cursed energy.
Ainz quickly opened the creature's mouth and shoved the finger into it. After that, he took two steps backward and waited.
Sukuna rose from the coffin. He had his strength fully restored and was ready for a fight, but that state only lasted for an instant. The state of his soul quickly reared its ugly head as Sukuna suddenly began coughing blood. His cursed energy diminished and he was back to his near-death state. "A fucking cursed spirit... " Sukuna said as he began walking toward Ainz.
Each step was a great endeavor for Sukuna, but he couldn't show that level of weakness. His pride wouldn't let him. "The winner takes everything, right? You said that yourself. " Ainz said as he opened his arms.
"I know what I said, maggot. But if you think it will be easy you have another thing coming... " Sukuna said as he prepared for the inevitable end. His mind was no longer focused on winning, but on keeping his pride intact, until the very end.
"Nice cursed item you have there. It's good that you have some extra help... you'll need it. " Sukuna taunted Ainz who immediately began laughing.
"This thing? It's just a small test. I wanted to know what was like to use the creation cursed technique, but I failed. It's too weak. " Ainz said as the staff disappeared on his hand.
[Open ▪]
Sukuna was left with his mouth half opened as Ainz said two words. No one but the king of curses could even understand what he had said, even then, he couldn't believe it. "Ha ha ha. I'm just joking with you. I can't use it... yet. Let's end this. Sukuna. " Ainz said as he opened his arms.
[Domain Expansion: Great Tomb of Nazarick]
The surrounding quickly changed. Sukuna was now inside a beautiful throne room staring at Ainz, who was sitting down on his throne. The speed at which the domain opened and closed, and the fact that Sukuna could not even move because of the sheer pressure from the cursed energy that surrounded him, those two things were nothing compared with what Sukuna was seeing.
"You're- " Sukuna said. Ainz was not alone. Demiurge, Aura, Cocytus, Mare, and Shalltear, were the guardians that Sukuna recognized, but there were others. A beautiful woman wearing a white dress with golden details. She also had two black wings on her back, the other curse was an old man with formal attire.
"Don't get ahead of yourself yet, Sukuna. " Ainz said as he got up from his throne. Every guardian who was there immediately bowed.
"Lord Ainz, there is no need for you to fight this maggot directly, please let-"
Ainz raised his hand, interrupting the woman. "Albedo, it would be disrespectful to do that. We must face Sukuna with all of our might. " Ainz said. The guardians nodded before getting up.
"You don't have the restriction anymore... " Sukuna said as he focused all of his cursed energy around his body.
"That was just a necessary weakness for the game. Now that I do not need to spread my domain across multiple layers, I can fight too. " Ainz said as all of the guardians quickly surrounded Sukuna.
"Now, Sukuna. Let's end this. Dark Wisdom is a trouble spell and I think it will take some time to sort out what I'll learn from you. " Ainz said as Sukuna quickly jumped backward.
The fight didn't last for more than 10 seconds.
Epilogue
It was close to midnight. After winning the fight, Ainz quickly teleported away and meditated on the knowledge that he had learned from Sukan. He isolated himself on the flattest mountain in the world., Mount Roraima.
"Yuki. " Ainz said as he sensed the woman approaching him. He also felt Junpei walking towards him but said nothing. The boy was looking down and even though he was still wearing the gear, he felt like Ainz didn't consider him as his subordinate anymore. Junpei bowed before Ainz without saying anything.
"Hey, Ainz-chan. How does it feel to be the strongest? " Yuki asked.
"Ainz Ooal Gown does not know defeat. I was already the strongest even before all of this. You just didn't know it yet." Ainz said before turning his head toward her. "You sure came a long way from Japan to find me, why? I'm sure you already know I have done what you asked. "
"Don't worry, I know. Every single jujutsu sorcerer can feel the cursed energy moving toward you. In fact, it's pretty much impossible to miss. " Yuki said while laughing. "I came here because of him and him. " Yuki said as she pointed at Junpei, who was still silent, and then Gojo, who teleported as soon as Yuki signaled for him to come.
"Momonga... " Gojo said with a serious face. "What are you going to do now? "
Ainz placed his hand on his chin before saying, "Hm... after closely examining Sukuna's mind, I have learned a lot about cursed energy, but what interested me more was what even Sukuna didn't know. " Ainz turned his gaze to the horizon. "The cursed realm. "
"Really... not even Sukuna knew much about it? " Gojo asked as he tilted his head. "Surprising."
Ainz shook his head before replying, "He knew a lot actually, but there were a lot of assumptions that he made. Sukuna didn't travel through it that much so there's no way of knowing how much is still left to uncover. Maybe I'll find what we were talking about when we first met, Yuki. "
"Maybe... but I doubt you'll find your home there. " Yuki said as she shrugged.
"True, but I can't just stay far away from Nazarick for too long. I can bring it into existence within my domain and I can use to bring them into the real world, but something is missing. The cursed realm is the only lead I have so I'll spend the foreseeable future exploring it. " Ainz said before turning his head to Gojo. "There you have it, Gojo. Take care. "
Gojo bit his lip so hard that blood began to pour out. Right in front of him stood the most powerful cursed spirit that caused the death of one of his favorite students, but he couldn't do anything about it. "... " Gojo couldn't bring himself to say anything. He just turned around and began walking away.
"What about your spell though? Will it continue to work like even with you far away? " Yuki asked.
"Yes. As long as I exit, the cursed energy will continue to make its way toward me, no matter what. Still, I'll be taking only the energy that leaks uncontrollably, so you jujutsu sorcerers will still be able to use it. Also, whatever curses are still out there are immune to them too. You'll have to exorcise them. " Ainz said before turning to Junpei. "I'll leave that job to you Junpei. Don't disappoint me. "
"Yes, Lord Ainz. " Junpei said as he lowered his head even further.
"Also, there's no need to calm me, lord. I don't intend to come back any time soon, so I'll just free you. Keep the gear I gave you and use it properly to crush the curses and any curse users or jujutsu sorcerers you find necessary. Overcome your past and grow to be powerful, boy. " Ainz said before turning his eyes back to Yuki.
"Your cursed tools or items or whatever are too strong. You should take them-"
"They are of no use to me and they are not that powerful considering what Gojo is capable of. Besides, don't you have another special grade who can use an infinitely adapting shikigami? That woman who attacked me after the game also looked extremely powerful. " Ainz explained. "There's no need to worry about some special-grade cursed tools. That reminds me, here's the cursed item I made using what Tenge gave me. Take it. " Ainz threw a small ring toward Junpei who immediately caught it in mid-air. "It's just a buff to your cursed energy, but it's quite powerful."
Junpei took a deep breath as he got up. "Thank you, Lord... Thank you, Ainz. " Junpei said.
"Goodbye, Junpei. Take care, Yuki." Ainz said as he waved his hand in the air opening a crack in the space-time continuum. Neither Junpei nor Yuki could see the black portal, since it was a path that lead into the cursed realm, something that they had no way to perceive it. Ainz slowly walked through it and disappeared.
Without any new cursed spirits, only the clean-up job was remaining so there was no need for many of the sorcerers to continue fighting.
Yuji, now free from Sukuna, continued his studies in Jujutsu High. He still could use his cursed energy to fight curses, but that soon stopped within the coming years. Without anything to do in that profession, he continues to help others by working as a local cop.
Megumi buried both his sister and Hana, though he had spent just a few hours with her, he still felt like she was an important part of his life. With the support from Yuji, Gojo, Nobara, and the others from jujutsu high Megumi continued living strong. He became a special-grade sorcerer and continues practicing cursed techniques to this day. There are still many curse users around the world after all.
Nobara was devastated that she no longer had a stable job. She worked hard for the remaining years before graduation but found extremely trouble in earning a good living. That was until Gojo introduced her to Miguel who took her as his disciple. She now makes cursed items for money and sells them in the black market, but don't worry, she also doubles as an informant for the jujutsu sorcerers. More money for her, I guess.
Gojo continued being Gojo. He buried the past and moved on to training his students. Some didn't turn out the way he wanted, but hey, most did. He still teaches in jujutsu high.
Maki didn't take Yuta's death well. She quit jujutsu high not two months after the game and then she crushed the Zennin family. In one night, she killed every single member of the clan's HQ. After that, Maki vanished from the world. It is believed that she's trying to find a way to follow after Ainz in the cursed realm. Megumi and Gojo continue to look for her to this day.
Todo finished jujutsu high but then quit being a jujutsu sorcerer soon after. He learned that the idol, Takada-chan, was being stalked and he became furious. After beating and finding the guy, Todo learned that Takada was being blackmailed with some riske photos which were quickly deleted and destroyed. Todo decided then and there to become a bodyguard in the idol business and within a few months, he rose to become Takada's bodyguard.
Kamo became the head of his clan and continued to support jujutsu high. There wasn't much for him to do since the curses quickly were destroyed, but he continues administrating his family's fortune by investing in oversea markets.
The others had very similar fates. Most had to change professions at some point. Nanami opened a bakery, Iori a hospital, Hakari an illegal fight club/casino, Inumaki went on to travel the world, etc, etc. Normal shit that they wouldn't do. Well... except for the moneygrubber Mei Mei, who is on the run from the Japanese government because of financial crimes and tax evasion.
Oh... Junpei, right. Junpei entered jujutsu high. Yeah. Yuki was very persuasive. He finished his education alongside Yuji, who was the only one who treated him nicely and then moved on to continue doing as Ainz ordered. Right now, he's checking a rumor of a curse user in the U.S.
Yuki continued being herself, just like Gojo. After making sure that Junpei was okay, she left. No one knows where or why or even what she's doing now. But if Gojo and Todo are right, she's out there making another crazy thing like striking a deal with a cursed spirit or something. I don't know, they weren't very specific.
Tengen continued to oversee the barrier around Japan and the sacrifices for him continued. Junpei, however, intends to put an end to it. One day.
I think that's about everyone... hm? What? What happened to Ainz? Well...
-Ainz's pov-
Ainz found himself inside a very expansive-looking room. There was a grand piano to the side, and multiple bookshelves packed full of multiple books, but something was off. All of the windows were blocked for some reason and the place was lit with multiple candles. 'This is not the cursed realm. Where the hell am I?! ' Ainz asked himself as he began walking around.
"Hm?! Who are you?! " Ainz heard a voice asking a question behind him. He slowly turned around and saw a man wearing a priest's clothes. The man had white hair and dark skin.
"What is wrong, Pucci?! " Another voice spoke. Someone else entered the wrong. A blond man with three moles on the lobe of his left ear. The man pushed the one called Pucci to the side before posing.
[Za Warudo]
Ainz heard a very distinct base before feeling a very familiar effect. The world seemed to lose color for a moment as the blond man started walking toward Ainz.
"Time stop? " Ainz thought out loud.
The blond man quickly stopped walking before jumping to the side. "Impossible. You can move in stopped time?! " The man asked Ainz.
'Resistance against time stop is extremely useful. ' Ainz thought as he began checking the amount of mana the blond man had. 'No man at all?! What is going on?! '
'What is that thing?! Does it have a stand similar to the world?! Damn it, time is about to resume. ' The man said as he turned his attention to his companion.
"Pucci. Whatever he is, he's a stand user. I need the power of White Snake. " The blond man said.
"Yes, Lord Dio. " The other guy said before posing.
[White Snake]
[Za Warudo]
Both stands manifested in front of their user as they posed in the most fantastic way they could. Ainz, however, couldn't see anything but some kind of energy floating right in front of his opponents. 'They bring back memories from my past. ' Ainz thought as his undead trait calmed him down. 'Still, that one stopped time and they are using some type of magic... a word...'
"Stand? " Ainz asked as he rubbed his chin.
To continue the tradition of cliffhangers, the story ends in a dumb cliffhanger. Ha ha. Sorry, but think of this last part as a fever dream on my part. Anyways.
Thanks for reading the entire story. If you got to this point I have no words that could express my gratitude. The patience required to endure my writing all the way through what is basically two novels is astonishing. I initially didn't want to make the story last this much, but scope creep. I'll talk more about it in the next update, which are my thoughts on the whole story and the answers to whatever questions you have left on the reviews. I was initially going to upload it right after this one as a double update, but then I realized that I wouldn't have the final reviews there so I pushed it back for Tuesday.
Once again, thank you for reading the story. I hope you have enjoyed most of it. Have a great day.
