(I'm sorry that I haven't posted anything or a while I was busy.)

Naruko chased Akito all the way back to her apartment, not caring about all the people who were staring at them. He quickly rushed inside not bothering to close the front door.

Naruko went inside and jumped slightly when she heard her bedroom door slammed shut. She then made her way to the bedroom. She was about to knock on door but hesitated when she heard Akito mumbling and sounding scared.

Naruko opened the door to see Akito curled up in the corner freaking out and shaking. Naruko, worried, quickly rushed over to him, knelt down next to him, and put her hand on his shoulder.

The moment Naruko's hand touched his shoulder his shaking slowed down and then he looked at her. "What's wrong?" Naruko said. Akito didn't say anything. Naruko took her hand off Akito's shoulder and put it on his back trying to comfort him.

"Why did you freak out so much when Kakashi-sensei described the women that got away?" Naruko said. Once again Akito didn't answer. They didn't say anything for a bit when Naruko asked "do you know her?" Akito tensed up and nodded his head. "Who is she? And why are you so afraid of her?" Naruko asked. Akito just shook his head obviously to afraid to answer. Naruko hated seeing Akito like this. He was always so happy, kind, and carefree so seeing him so scared pained her heart.

Naruko pulled Akito into a hug. She held him gently enough to comfort him but tight enough to let him know that he was safe. 'She's so warm' Akito thought as Naruko ran her fingers threw his hair. Akito stopped shaking completely when Naruko pulled him into her arms and he leaned into her embrace. Her warmth let him know that everything was ok and it made him feel protected.

"It's ok, you don't have to tell me if you don't want to. You don't need to be scared to tell me anything. I'm not gonna judge or think less of you. I'll do anything to help you whenever you're confused, sad, mad, scared, don't know what to do, or if you just need someone to talk to. I promise to help you, protect you, and be there with you threw both the good and the bad times. I just want you to know that I'm here for you just like you were always there for me" Naruko gently whispered into Akito's ear.

Akito managed to look Naruko in the eyes and the look in her eyes made him realize that what she said was true. Her eyes were full of love and kindness like how a mother looks at her child for the first time. It made him happy to see how much she cares for him. He never wanted this moment to end. He had wanted to find this girl for so many years, the one person that he cared for more than anything else in this world but he was never able to until that faithful day when he found her. Even though he doesn't remember her he remembered how much she meant to him and he can see why.

Akito slowly hugged her back. "Thank you" Akito said. They stayed like that for a while before pulling away. After a bit of time Naruko and Akito were sitting on the couch when Akito said "ok. I think I'm ready so go ahead ask me anything and I'll try my best to answer."

Naruko nodded her head and said "that woman that Kakashi-sensei described, who is she?" "Her name is Kanna. She's the leader of the gang of thieves I was forced to join… well she was the leader" Akito said.

"How did you come across them?" Naruko asked. "When I was about ten or eleven years old they found me bleeding out and half dead in the middle of a forest. I can't exactly remember what happened I just remember waking up in an unfamiliar place with a bunch up people all around. I didn't know that they were a group of criminals" Akito said.

"How did they get you to join them?" Naruko asked. Akito sighed and said "Kanna threatened to kill me if I didn't join them." "Ok and why are you so afraid of this Kanna woman?" Naruko asked. Akito once again tensed up and said "I've seen her kill people before. She'll do it with no mercy. She'll murder anyone she doesn't like or betrayed her so if she finds out where I am she'll kill me and just the thought of her power only makes it worse." "By power do you mean the hitokon?" Naruko asked.

Akito's eyes widened in shock. He looked at Naruko and said "how do you know about that?" Naruko giggled and said "it's a long story but I knew a bunch of people who had the same dojutsu before…" Naruko looked at the floor not wanting to finish what she was saying. "Before all of the people who possessed the technique were killed" Akito said finishing her sentence. "Y-yeah" Naruko said.

"What confuses me the most is how did she managed to survive?" Naruko said. "Do you know about this village called the village of light?" Akito asked. "Of course I do, believe it or not I used to live there" Naruko said. Akito nodded his head and said "she didn't live in the village so nobody knew about her." "Oh ok that makes sense" Naruko said.

"But there is something that doesn't make sense to me" Naruko said. "What is it?" Akito said. "Why are you so scared of her hitokon? You have one too, a strong one that is" Naruko said. Akito looked at Naruko confused and said "what are you talking about?"

Naruko was surprised when she looked at Akito's hand and saw that the marking was gone. Her eyes widened in shock, grabbed his hand, and said "what happened to your hitokon?" "What do you mean? I don't have a hitokon" Akito said.

Naruko started to panic a bit then said "what are you talking about? You had one before but what happened to it? Where did it go?" "So you're saying that I had one before?" Akito said surprised. "Yes you had one before. You could make any none living object out of thin air but now it's just gone" Naruko said.

Neither one of them said anything for a bit then Akito said "you know the hitokon has this ability where the person can give their hitokon to another person. Although I don't know how they do it so maybe before I lost my memories I could have given it to someone else." "Maybe" Naruko said.
