The Alpha Humans of the Safe Haven had all made their way into the lobby after the massive pulse of energy flew through the mansion. Stephanie wore a worried look on her face as she spoke to them.

"We don't want to overwhelm him." She said. "We just need to get him back here." She then looked around the room. "Catherine, Rami, Noam, Trinity, Ettore and I will go. Mercedes, you'll be our transportation. Everyone else stay here and be on the lookout." John Cena furrowed his brow, personally feeling obligated to be a part of the team. Instead of protesting, however, he tried to reassure himself that they would bring Cesaro back to the mansion. Stephanie looked to her team.

"My mind is open, Stephanie." Sami Zayn said. "I'm ready when you are." They all joined hands as Stephanie telepathically linked herself to Sami's mind and then to Sasha's.

"Let's go, Mercedes." She said to her. Sasha nodded and closed her eyes to focus on the mental image Stephanie sent to her.

"Alright, guys." She said before beginning her countdown. "5… 4…" Her magenta energy began to surround them. "3… 2… 1…" In an instant, the seven Superstars disappeared into the magic fog, leaving their comrades behind.

"What if he doesn't wanna come back?" Macey asked. "If they try to force him, he's probably fighting."

"We've been through that already." Charlotte responded.

"That was when you all went together. They're running at half mass this time. If y'all had a tough time then, they've got no chance this time."

"He ain't gonna wanna see all of us right now." Mojo Rawley told Macey.

"Better all of you than some of you. I think you should have all gone." John balled up his mouth and looked to the floor. Nikki looked over to him and squeezed his hand gently to try and console him.

The group of Superstars appeared out of Sasha's energy and immediately began to survey the area. All they saw were burned trees, charred earth, and the burned remains of the wildlife that inhabited the forest. Sasha covered her mouth as she looked on.

"What the hell happened?" Big E asked.

"Claudio." Naomi replied. "That's who happened here." Sami used his power to scan the area and began looking around for any signs of Cesaro's presence. Noam looked off on the distance and saw what looked like extremely dense fog that reached out for miles. Noam squinted his eyes.

"Guys." He said as he pointed to the foggy area. "Look at that fog." They all looked to where Noam pointed and they all carefully approached the fog without stepping in it. A strange feeling seem to flow into all of them, and it became more intense the closer they came to the fog.

"Can you feel him, Rami?" Stephanie asked Sami. Sami blinked a few times before responding.

"No." He said. "Nothing." Stephanie closed her eyes and tried to telepathically feel for Cesaro, but she, too, felt nothing of him. Lana looked at the fog and was able to see a small break in it. She looked closer and saw a faint, flickering red glow.

"There's something behind it." Lana said. Stephanie looked at Lana and then to Naomi.

"Trinity." She said. "Can you and Noam clear this fog?" Naomi looked at Noam. The two nodded at each other.

"We can try." Naomi replied. Noam and she then took flight and flew to the top of the sky where the fog seemed to end.

"Look at how far this goes." Noam said as he looked at just how far the fog reached. It looked like it covered hundreds of miles across the state.

"Let's try to clear as much of it as we can." Naomi replied before taking a deep breath. "You ready?" Noam nodded.

"Yup." That moment, Naomi's hair began to glow a vibrant green as she summoned her power and emitted a mass of light from her body. Noam followed suit and used his power to unleash his solar energy from his body. Together, the two generated enough light to began penetrating the fog and causing it to slowly dissipate. As part of the fog receded, they were all able to see what it hid behind it. Stephanie's eyes widened as she looked on.

"What is this?" She asked aloud as she tried to fathom what they saw. It looked like massive walls made of crystal that seemed to contain faint flashes of red and gold light. Naomi and Noam descended back to the ground and joined their friends.

"He's got to be behind this." Big E said. "No question." Lana shook her head.

"But what is it?" She asked.

"Whatever it is can most certainly be seen from space now that We've cleared that fog." Stephanie said. That moment, Big E charged up the blue energy in his hands.

"We're going in then!" He said before shooting the wall with a beam of energy. His energy tore a small hole into the wall, but it was not large enough for either of them step through. "Claudio!"

"Ettore!" Stephanie shouted. "We don't know what this is! You could hurt him by firing at it!" They all then heard Sami speak.

"I feel him!" He said. "He's in there."

"He's right." Lana confirmed. "I can feel him now, too."

"What are we waiting for?" Big E said. "Let's blast through this thing and get him!" Big E fired another energy blast at the same space he did before, making the small hole in the wall larger. Stephanie then looked to Sasha.

"Teleport us to the other side of this wall!" She said. Sasha then shook her head.

"I can't." She told Stephanie.

"What? Why?"

"My powers can't reach through it." They all then saw the hole Big E made in the crystal wall glow a bright, blinding crimson as it slowly filled itself back in. The group looked at each other with confusion.

"What do we do?" Sasha asked.

"Keep blasting it until we break it all the way down!" Big E suggested.

"No." Stephanie said. "We won't get anywhere like that. It'll just rebuild itself."

"Then what? We can't leave it like this and let the military get wind of it. They'll do what we just tried to do." Lana then walked up to the wall of crystal.

"Catherine." Stephanie called out. "Be careful." Lana examined the wall studiously. She then recognized the crystal material.

"Mental reflection." She said. "This isn't just any crystal. This is psychic energy." Lana then reached out to the crystal wall. The moment she touched it, however, her arm was pulled into it. She instinctively turned herself into her crystal form and tried to pull herself out.

"Catherine!" Stephanie shouted. Big E scrambled to make it to Lana and pull her out, but he was too late. Lana shouted out as she pulled into the wall and disappeared from sight.

"Cat!" Big E shouted before pounding on the wall twice with his fists.

"Don't!" Stephanie shouted. "You could get pulled in, too!" Big E backed off and turned to Stephanie.

"We just saw that I wasn't." Big E explained. Sasha blinked.

"That's right." She said. "He would be been pulled in, too, from punching it." Stephanie realized then that they spoke the truth. She blinked and looked to Sasha.

"Back to the mansion." She said. They all gathered around, clasped hands, and Sasha teleported everyone back to the mansion in front of their friends.

"What happened?" Triple H asked.

"Where's Claudio?" John asked. "Where's Catherine?"

"We don't have time for questions, guys!" Stephanie replied frantically. "We found Claudio, but Catherine might be in trouble. We need fire power."

"So we're busting through it then?" Big E asked.

"Busting through what?" Triple H asked. "What is going on?"

"Paul, please!" Stephanie responded. "We've no time!" she then looked to the group. "John, Dean, Simon, Nikki. Come with us now!" The three stepped forward and the group was set to leave before Macey spoke.

"Wait!" She said.

"Macey." Stephanie called out. "Now is not-"

"You said you needed fire power. I'll help." Sami looked at Macey then back at Stephanie.

"Let her help us." Sami said to her. Stephanie, without asking questions, nodded.

"Let's go." She said to Macey. The woman quickly made her way over to them and everyone grabbed hands.

"Ready?" Sasha asked. "No countdown this time."

"We're ready." John said. Sasha nodded and bathed everyone in her energy before teleporting back to the forest.

Ronda Rousey and Shane McMahon were in one of three helicopters headed towards Washington state, the area where Shane found the pulse of energy originated from.

"Are you sure we're headed in the right direction?" Ronda asked Shane.

"I'm certain." Shane replied. "I can still feel it." Ronda shook her head.

"Can you knock him out like you said? We won't be able to do anything against him while he's conscious."

"I'll handle him. Just don't do anything until I give you the word. The less we have to risk, the better." Ronda nodded. She then tapped her wrist device and a holographic map emerged from the top of it.

"We're about twenty minutes away from the destination." She said into the device, speaking to everyone on her team. "Remember the plan and stick to it."

"General." The pilot called out to Ronda as he pointed to the outside. Ronda and Shane looked to where the man pointed and saw the massive fog in the shape of a dome covering seemingly endless miles of land.

"This is it." Shane said. Ronda looked back to her wrist device.

"Take your places!" She said. "Report when you land." That moment, all of them saw a bright green light shine above them, joined by a brighter golden light. They then saw the fog begin to slowly dissipate and reveal what was behind it.

"What the hell is that, Shane?" Ronda asked as she and the others looked on.

"I don't know." Shane said. "I've never seen anything like this before." Ronda looked around the area and spotted an open field.

"Everyone!" She said into her device. "Rendezvous at that field due west!"

The helicopters carefully landed in the field moments after they received the word and the team gathered around Ronda and Shane.

"What's reading on the signal?" Ronda asked one of her team members as the man pressed several buttons on a handheld device.

"Just radio static, General." The soldier replied. "That, and heavy solar energy from that light earlier." Ronda sighed.

"I'm willing to bet money Castagnoli's behind this thing." Ronda then looked over at the wall. "We need to break through this, Shane. Any ideas?" Ronda looked over to see Shane staring off into the distance. "Shane?" Shane closed his eyes.

"I can't feel him anymore." He said. Ronda blinked.

"What do you mean?" She asked. "He's not here?"

"I… don't know, Rousey. I think it has something to do with these walls." Ronda pursed her lips.

"Then that settles it." She said. "We're breaking 'em down! Let's go team! We're moving in!" The soldiers grabbed their firearms and weapons and followed Ronda and Shane towards the wall. Shane then felt a familiar presence near them. He looked around the area.

"… Stephanie…" He said to himself. Ronda noticed his body language.

"What's wrong, Shane?" She asked. "What are you feeling?" Shane looked over to Ronda.

"Stephanie's here." He responded, making Ronda tense.

"Where?"

"Follow me." Shane then began running around the wall, with Ronda and the soldiers following close behind him. After about ten minutes of running, Shane stopped and looked around in confusion. Unlike in the area they just left, the fog had been completely cleared revealing the destroyed terrain. The feeling of unease filled the air as the soldiers breathed in heavy.

"Where is she, Shane?" Ronda asked the man as he looked around the downed forest.

"She was here." He replied. "I can still feel her." That moment, the group all saw the signature magenta energy begin to form in front of them and out of it came Stephanie, Sasha, and the other Alpha Humans. The soldiers immediately trained their weapons on them before Shane held his hands up.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" He shouted. "Stand down!" Stephanie eyed Shane with shock.

"Shane?" She called out. "What are you doing here?" Ronda shook her head.

"Where is Castagnoli, McMahon?" Ronda demanded. Stephanie looked at the massive wall.

"Stephanie." Shane said to his sister. "We're not here to fight or anything like that. We just want-"

"I know… what you want, Shane." Stephanie replied. "Claudio is coming with us."

"I don't think so!" Ronda shouted as she approached Stephanie. She was then stopped by Macey.

"We ain't here to fight with you, alright?" She said. The soldiers trained their scopes on Macey and Ronda then looked directly into her eyes.

"We?" She said to Macey. "Is there something you need to tell me, Estrella?" Shane stepped between the two women.

"Stop it!" Shane said. "Macey is right. We aren't here to fight each other. We're all here for the same thing… the same person." Ronda huffed as she stood down, Macy following suit. Shane then looked at Stephanie. "Is Claudio the one who put this wall up?" Stephanie shook her head.

"I don't know." She replied. "All we know is that he's somewhere in there…" Stephanie then pointed at the walls of crystal. "… Behind all that."

"Not only that." Sami added. "Catherine is in there with him. Ettore was able to put a hole in it, but it reformed before we could get through."

"I guess that means we're making a bigger hole." Ronda said as she moved away from the Alpha Humans and towards her soldiers. "Alright. Ready the grenade launcher and aim it toward that wall." Stephanie looked back to her comrades.

"We're going to help them break through." She said to them. "When they fire, aim towards the area of the wall they fired at." Mojo shook his head as he, John, Macey, Nikki and Simon eyed the crystal wall for the first time since they arrived.

"You think we can even put a dent in this thing?" Mojo asked.

"If I can do it," Big E replied. "You can, too. We just need to make a hole big enough to fit in before it closes up." Everyone readied themselves to fire upon the crystal wall. Ronda looked to the group of soldiers holding the grenade launcher.

"Open fire in three… two.. one…" Before Ronda could give the order, everyone saw the crystal wall in front of them begin to glow a piercing bright red.

On the other side of the wall, Lana was on her hands and knees trying to recover from being ripped from where she stood. Slowly, she rose to her feet and her diamond skin returned to its normal tan. She looked around at the scenery and was almost taken aback by what she saw. She appeared to be in a village located on an island with a mountainous region off in the distance. Lana then noticed that she was standing on a peer with a body of water surrounding it. She turned around to see that the peer appeared to go on infinitely as did the water and the vibrant blue sky.

"What is this place?" Lana asked herself, almost as if expecting an answer. "Where am I?" It was then that she noticed the small collection of buildings and homes. She decided to run and quickly make her way into the small town. The moment she entered, however, she felt an eerie feeling fill her mind. It felt as if something were trying to enter her mind and force itself upon her Astral presence. Lana then saw a man standing at a crosswalk and approached him.

"Excuse me." She said. "Can you tell me where I am?" Lana waited for the man to respond but heard nothing. It was than that she noticed that the man was not moving. He appeared to be frozen in place. In fact, every person in the town looked as if they were frozen aside from a small coffee shop. Lana eyed the little shop and carefully walked in. The people in here were moving. However, they appeared to be in a loop of some sort, moving back and forth as they repeated actions. It was in here that Lana felt the nagging presence the strongest.

"Something's wrong…" She said to herself. She then saw the people around her break out of their loops and begin moving normally. Lana felt the overbearing presence draw closer and used her psychic powers to form a barista uniform like the ones the workers of the coffee shop wore. She moved behind the counter and allowed herself to fall into place with the workers to blend in. She then tried to read the mind of one of the baristas so she could follow their lead, but she found their mind to be empty. She then leapt from their mind to one of the others only to be met with the same result.

"How?" She asked herself again. A line of customers began to form and orders began coming to her. She knew of nothing else but to begin taking the orders and working with the other workers to fill them. After a few, Lana's mind began to fill numb. She was falling right in line, taking the coffee orders, and passing them to the customers as she completed them. She then pulled from her trance by a strong yet soft and unsure voice.

"Excuse me, Miss?" The voice called out to her, catching her attention. She slowly turned around and there stood the man that she and everyone else had been looking for. It was Cesaro. Something seemed different about him, however. She knew she could not read his mind to make certain it truly was him.

"We're sorry, Sir." Lana said. "The line to order begins over there where the other patrons are standing." Cesaro then gave her his signature smile.

"Forgive me." He said. "I just thought…" The man then remembered something. "Y ty ochen' milyy." Cesaro spoke in Russian saying 'You are very nice' to her. It was a phrase that Lana taught him the first time they had met. It was then that Lana knew it truly was Cesaro. Something in her mind told her not to break her character, so instead she blinked at him as he awaited her response. She smiled sweetly and turned to her co-workers before turning back to Cesaro.

"I'm sorry." Lana said to him. "I don't know what that means, but I'll take it you meant to tell me that I'm nice and that you'd like a cup of our special Swiss Roast. We're having a special right now. Go order some, okay?" Cesaro blinked at her and then made his way to the door. For a moment in time, Lana felt Cesaro's Astral presence. She saw that as an opportunity to try and mentally speak with him. Sure enough, she was able to make a connection.

"Are you okay, Claudio?" Lana said to him telepathically as she stepped away from the counter and walked over to a table. Cesaro turned around and watched her before he walked back into the shop and went to sit down with her.

"Catherine?" He said. Lana nodded.

"We've been trying to reach you, Claudio." She said to him. Cesaro furrowed his brow.

"What do you mean?" He asked her. Lana then looked around the shop then back to Cesaro.

"We couldn't reach you telepathically outside of here and no one else was able to get here physically except me." She replied. "I don't know what all this is, but it's not…" Lana stopped speaking as she eyed the entrance and saw a woman standing in it with her sights set on them. The overbearing feeling in her mind emanated from this woman the strongest. As soft and as beautiful as the woman appeared, a terrifying aura surrounded her. It petrified Lana and drew a feeling of fear out of her, making Cesaro looked at Lana skeptically and then looked behind him.

"Claudio." The woman said before looking at Lana. "I should have known I would find you here. Coffee has always been a love of yours." Cesaro blinked and smiled as he stood up out of his seat.

"Mother." He said. "This is Catherine. She's a friend of mine." He then looked at Lana. "Catherine. This is my mother. Diana." Lana gave the woman a somewhat nervous smile before standing up and offering her hand.

"It's nice to… finally meet you, Miss Diana." Lana said. Diana reached out and shook Lana's hand.

"Pleased to make your acquaintance, young lady." Diana said. "Forgive me for intruding upon your reunion, but my son has a few things he must pick up for me in the market across the road. Perhaps we may all meet soon." She then looked at Cesaro with an oddly stern look and the man stood to his feet.

"It was good seeing you again." He said to Lana. "Look after yourself." Cesaro then made his way out of the shop, leaving Diana and Lana behind. Diana then turned to Lana to see her staring with confusion.

"Who are you?" Lana asked Diana in a frightened tone. Diana smiled and lifted her hand. Lana then saw the people, clocks, and all else that moved stop in place.

"Who I am… " She responded. "… is of the least consequence to you, Catherine." Diana began pacing around the table the two stood near. "I must say, out of everyone in Claudio's human consciousness, you were the least prominent. I… overlooked you… as many have done in your life, I am sure. The fact that you made your way here is proof enough that you are quite formidable indeed. However, you are trespassing and your presence here will upset my Claudio…" The taller woman then made her way behind Lana and began to whisper in her ear. "…so, my dear Catherine, it is time for you to take your leave. I shall see you out." Diana then proceeded to grab Lana by the neck, causing her to instinctively summon her diamond skin for protection only for it to form everywhere but her neck where Diana's hand was. Diana then began to glow her signature crimson glow as she lifted the two of them into the air, phasing through the roof of the coffee shop and into the air before flying out of the town and far off into the distance. Lana then witnessed the scenery fade from oceanfront, to blinding reds and golds, to a starry night sky before passing out. Diana looked down to see Shane and Stephanie McMahon, Ronda Rousey, and the others looking up at her after she emerged from behind the crystal wall. She gave all of them a look of disdain.

"I believe this woman belongs to you." She said to all of them. Diana then proceeded to release her grip on Lana and let her fall through the air.

"Cat!" Big E shouted.

"Catch her!" Ronda ordered the soldiers directly beneath Lana. The men moved together to catch Lana before she hit the ground. Diana descended as all their eyes fixed back upon her.

"Who are you?" Shane asked her. "What did you do to Catherine?"

"I have simply returned her to where she belongs." Diana replied in a saccharine tone. Shane and Stephanie then noticed an abnormal presence filling the air; it was a feeling that neither had ever felt before. Sami felt the presence as well.

"Where's Claudio?" John Cena asked Diana.

"He is where he belongs." Diana said. "Regarding my identity, that is of no consequence to any of you." Her gentle facial features then contorted to show uncharacteristic anger. Diana then levitated into the air and all eyes followed her. "You humans have squandered the gifts given to you. You have all but destroyed this planet with your carelessness and now I find that you have corrupted the Celestial with your human emotions. I will clear the corruption in his mind and he will restore the balance… as is his birthright." Diana then began to emit her crimson light and the crystal walls behind her began to glow as well. "This will be your only warning. Accept your recompense and stay away from the Celestial… or face my wrath." With that, Diana spread her arms wide and out of the massive crystal walls shot a gargantuan beam of energy with a thunderous roar that shook the land beneath it. Diana then disappeared into the light before it faded into a faint glow the newly fortified walls generated.

Ronda immediately began contacting the President to inform him of what transpired. Shane looked over to Stephanie and she to him, neither saying a word to each other. John Cena, a defeated look on his face, eyed the wall. All he heard in his head were the words Diana said. His body began to tremble and his fists clenched. Then, with a loud cry, John unleashed his eye beams on the crystal wall.

"John!" Nikki shouted as she and Simon went to grab him.

"John, stop it!" Shane shouted at him, only for his plea to fall on deafened ears. John was irate, entranced by his emotions, his anger and desperation. He felt nothing but his beating heart and his screaming lungs. He shook Nikki and Simon off him as he continued to fire his lasers at the wall until he lost the energy to stand.

"Claudio!" John shouted at the undamaged wall after his eye beams stopped. "Can you hear me!? Claudio! Answer me please!" Everyone saw John fall to his knees and begin to mentally break down. "I'm sorry, Claudio! I'm so sorry! Please come back! Don't leave me!" All John heard was the energy coming from the walls. He looked up at them; somehow he knew that they were the only thing standing between him and Cesaro. He wanted to apologize to him and tell him how much he meant to him. He wanted to save him. Most importantly, John wanted to see him smile again. With Cesaro in his mind and the last bit of energy he had left in his body, John rose to his feet and began running towards the wall of glowing crystal with a cry of pain and determination.

"John!" Naomi screamed.

"John, don't!" Nikki shouted as she ran to try and stop him to no avail.

John screamed as his hands contacted the crystal. Caring nothing about what would happen to him, he used all his might to press against the wall, ignoring his friends and their attempts to get him to stop. Then, with one final push and a deafening cry, John broke through the barrier and pushed through the wall. He saw nothing but crimson and began to feel what felt like his mind leaving his body as he pushed through the psychic barrier, the energy becoming harder to physically push through. He felt his energy leaving him the more he fought to break through. The energy began to separate John's mind from his body and his spirit, the space between them growing greater as he tried to press onward. The pain and the sensations became too much for him and he closed his eyes as they overwhelmed his mind. John held Cesaro at the forefront of his mind, however, and with one final cry of determination, John pulled his three parts back together. The moment they reunited, his body began to glow with the same crimson energy as the crystal walls and his eyes ignited into a burning red. John tore through the scarlet energy and landed heavily in what felt like sand. He felt as it he had been ripped out of a blizzard and into a dessert; his body felt cold and his breathing was labored, but he felt a heat surrounding him. John tried to shake off the burning sensation in his eyes and looked around to see that he was no longer in the forest with his comrades. He saw a bright blue sky, a matching cerulean ocean, and the sand at the edges. He then noticed a home far off in the distance that looked to be on the water. He knew not what it was that guided his mind, but he knew that home was where Cesaro was. He gathered himself and looked at the home.

"I'm coming, Claudio." John said as he quickly made his way down the beach on his way to save Cesaro, not knowing what he would see or what would become of him...
