Chapter 40
I'm Feelin' 22
Everyone had gone about their day as normal, going to classes and getting assignments done before meeting up at the townhouse that afternoon to celebrate Olivia's birthday. Alex and Casey of course were the first ones back, since their classes ended sooner than everyone else's. Elliot had made sure to leave a key hidden behind the mailbox on the porch for them to let themselves in.
Grabbing the key from behind the mailbox, Alex carefully unlocked the door and let herself and Casey inside. They quickly threw their backpacks and bags down on the floor by the closet. Each of them had packed items to stay overnight, since they knew they would be in no condition to head back to their dorm, plus, they figured they'd be celebrating pretty late into the night.
"Holy shit, it's so cold outside!" Casey said, shivering as she rubbed her hands together.
"No kidding. And now I can't see anything!" Alex removed her glasses from her face and began wiping them off on her shirt. They had fogged over from the drastic change in temperature from the bitter winter New York cold to the warm heat inside.
"So, when is Liv getting back?" Casey asked, plopping herself down on the couch.
"About an hour or so. Her and Elliot's class ends in a little bit." Alex took a seat next to Casey and turned on the TV, looking for something to put on. "I need to figure out how soon Mom will be here with the food."
Alex took her phone out of her pants pocket and dialed her mom.
"Hey Lexie!"
"Hey Mom, what's up?"
"Just loading the car up, hon. I should be there in about 35 minutes. I have to make 1 more quick stop downtown before I get there with the food."
"Okay, great. Thanks! I just wanted to check in. Be safe, okay Mom?"
"You know I will be, sweetheart. I love you. Call you when I'm close."
"Okay. Love you too, Mom!"
Alex turned to Casey as she put her phone back in her pocket. "About 35 minutes!"
"Great!" Casey replied, leaning back into the couch as she turned her attention to watch Ridiculousness on TV.
For whatever reason, Alex was already feeling nervous about the evening. Twiddling her thumbs, Alex turned to Casey to ask her some questions that had been plaguing her mind before anyone else returned to the townhome.
"Hey, Case?" Alex couldn't help the uncertainty in her voice.
"What's up, Lex? You okay?" Casey turned down the volume of the TV a bit as she turned to look at her best friend.
"Yeah. I just… I'm… nervous about tonight."
Casey raised an eyebrow suspiciously at Alex. "Nervous about what?"
"Well… I asked Olivia what she wanted for her birthday. And I'm… nervous, about giving it to her," Alex admitted, her cheeks beginning to turn pink.
"What did you buy her?" Casey asked.
Alex shook her head. "It's not a psychical gift. Well, I mean… it's… psychical, but not… uhh…" Alex ended her stuttering with a groan as she buried her head in her hands.
Casey couldn't help but cackle at how nervous Alex was. "Are you giving her sex, Alex? Haven't you already done that a hundred million times now? What's there to be nervous about!?"
Alex swallowed thickly before letting out an exhale. She then straightened her posture and put her hands on her knees before looking at Casey directly in the eyes and speaking.
"It's something we've never done. It's a two-part gift, actually. First, she wants a lap dance."
"Ooh, la la!" Casey beamed, wiggling her hips on the couch and smiling, causing Alex to smack her in the arm.
"The second part… is what I wanted to ask you about."
"Me?" Casey asked confused. "I don't see how I can help you with lesbian things, Alex."
Alex sighed. "Casey, I'm serious! Olivia is going to use… a… strap-on on me. So, I was wondering… how does something like that… feel?"
Casey couldn't help the way her mouth slightly hung open before a smirk started forming at her lips. "Damn, Lex! That's… wow. So she is going to be railing you, huh?" Casey immediately started laughing, which made Alex bury her head in her hands and groan with embarrassment.
"Ca-sey!"
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry! Okay, seriously. I mean, being filled like that is… good. I don't really know how else to describe it. I mean, it's way different than being fingered. It's more filling. There's a lot more pressure and fullness down there, but there's also a lot of pleasure, too. Luckily for you though, you at least don't have to worry about ejaculating."
Alex scrunched up her face. "Gross."
"The closeness is nice too, depending how you do it. Like if you're laying on your back, then Olivia will be like right up on top of you, rubbing against you while she's getting it in, you know? Or if you're on your knees, then –"
"My knees?" Alex interrupted, confused.
"Oh, Alex. My dear, sweet Alex." Casey placed some loving pats on Alex's shoulder, which only seemed to mildly irritate her. "Yes. You get on your hands and knees, and Olivia will pretty much be fucking you from behind. That position usually hits all the right spots. You could also get on top of her and just like… sit and rock on it. Trevor never lasts in that position." Casey winked to Alex who was making playful gagging noises in response.
"Okay, wow. That's… a lot to take in," Alex said.
"Yeah, but I'm sure you both will be just fine. Olivia will be so tender and careful with you, you know," Casey said lovingly.
Alex nodded. "What if I end up wanting it… not so tender?"
Casey couldn't control the laugh that escaped her body. "Then tell her that, Alex. Just be in the moment. You guys will figure it out!"
Just then, Alex and Casey turned to the sound of the opening door as Kathy and Amanda made their way inside the townhouse.
"Hey guys!" Kathy said, shivering as she threw her backpack down by the closet.
"Hey," both Casey and Alex greeted.
"We ready for tonight?" Amanda said, pulling out several card games from her bag.
"Hell yeah, can't wait!" Casey said, getting up to see what Amanda had brought.
"Yup, I think so," Alex said with an exhale and weary smile, Kathy noticing.
"Hey," Kathy whispered, now standing next to Alex. "You okay?"
Alex smiled and nodded. "Yeah just… nervous for Olivia's gift."
"Ahh," Kathy said, nodding her head. "I'm sure she'll love it, Alex. She loves you a lot, you know."
Alex couldn't help but smile wider. "I know she does. And I love her too. I'm sure she will too, I'm just nervous."
Kathy wrapped her arms around Alex and gave her a hug before whispering, "Don't worry. She's just as nervous as you are. She told me what her gift was, and I tried to assure her you both would be just fine."
Stunned, Alex could only stare at Kathy once she pulled back from the embrace.
"Hey, seriously. It's okay," Kathy said nodding, smiling at Alex as she remembered their conversation from the previous day.
"No, Liv. Like this!" Elliot said, leaning against the counter as he pulled his hips back and then pushed them forward, keeping the rest of his body still.
"Dude, I literally can't move my hips like that," Olivia complained, trying to follow suit but failing as her torso moved with her.
"It's all muscle control. Just pop back like this, and then go forward. Use your hips and your core!" Elliot again demonstrated the movement as Kathy came waltzing into the kitchen, staring at them confused.
"What in the hell are you two doing?" Kathy asked with a laugh.
"Teaching Liv how to fuck," Elliot said as plain as could be.
"Elliot…" Olivia groaned.
"I'm sorry, what?" Kathy asked, very confused.
"Liv is prepping for her birthday gift."
Kathy raised her eyebrows in suspicion, not saying anything.
Olivia sighed. "For my birthday, I'm going to be using a strap-on on Alex… I stupidly asked Elliot for pointers on movements." She glared at him after her sentence.
"Come on, they're not that hard! Just follow what I'm doing."
"El, leave her alone," Kathy said. "Liv, honey… you're going to do just fine. You and Alex will figure it out together. Don't listen to him at all. You'll get your own rhythm, I'm sure of it."
"What if I suck at it?" Olivia asked.
"Well, then you both can laugh about it, and make it up to her in different ways." Kathy held up the peace sign to her mouth and stuck out her tongue between her fingers, wiggling it suggestively which made Olivia burst out in laughter.
"Alright, alright. I'll just let the night play out."
After some mild conversation about the games and whatever else went on that day, Alex's mom called to let her know she was outside with the food. Alex, Casey, and Amanda grabbed their coats and went outside to help Rosemary carry things inside.
"Glad to see the place still looks nice," Rosemary commented, pleased to see that the townhouse was still in fact clean.
"Yeah, the boys and Liv have actually been really good about it," Kathy said, helping set the bags and containers on the counter.
"Good! Now I don't have to scold the birthday girl. Where is she, by the way?" Rosemary asked.
"Her and Elliot should be here pretty soon," Kathy said. "Their class let out early today."
"Good, I need to give her her gift before I head back. Now, I want you all to be careful tonight. It's supposed to snow starting around 11:00! No going on beer runs. Do you have enough alcohol?" Rosemary asked, before turning to point at Casey and Alex. "And I'm not asking about you two! You're under 21."
Alex folded her arms. "Joke's on you, Mom. So are they."
Rosemary turned to look at Amanda and Kathy, her eyebrows raised. "Really? So Elliot and Olivia are the only two old enough to legally drink?"
The four girls nodded, with Rosemary sighing. "Fine, since I know these two won't listen to me anyways. Do you all have enough alcohol? I can go get more, BUT… only if you promise me you'll be responsible."
"We're fine, Mrs. Cabot, really. Elliot's dad brought over some stuff earlier today, we've got it in the fridge," Kathy said with a smile.
"Okay, good!"
"What did you bring to eat, Mom?" Alex asked, peeking into the containers.
"Yeah, Mom. What'd you bring?" Casey also asked, Rosemary wrapping an arm around her shoulder as she chuckled. She absolutely loved when Casey called her "Mom."
"Well, we've got wings, ribs, pizza, tacos, waffle fries, and I also picked Olivia up a double chocolate cake from Veniero's, just for her! I also brought some cookie cakes for everyone else," Rosemary said proudly before walking over to the couch to pick up a medium box wrapped in gold foil with a red bow on top. "And this is her present! From me and Bill. Alex, did you get her something?"
Alex nodded. "Of course I did, Mom!"
"Well, what did you get her? I want to see!" Rosemary asked enthusiastically.
Casey and Kathy shared a look between themselves as they bit down on their lips to stop themselves from laughing. Alex immediately started turning red, unsure how to answer her Mom's question.
"Uhh… well, uhh… it's… n-not… it's not here," Alex stuttered nervously, her mother watching her intently.
"Oh," Rosemary responded casually, picking up on Alex's body language. "I see. It's a private present. Got it. Say no more."
Alex, nearly as red as the bow on top of Olivia's gift, only smiled in response as Elliot, Olivia, Johnny, and Tim came through the front door, relieving her from having to try and explain anything further about the matter.
"Happy birthday, Olivia!" Rosemary said, smiling widely at her with her arms wide open for a hug.
Olivia tossed her backpack on the floor with everyone else's, smile wide across her face as she walked up to Rosemary and threw her arms around her for a big hug.
"Thanks, Rosemary! What're you doing here?" Olivia asked surprised. No one had told her the plans for tonight, other than that they were spending the night in.
"Well, I wanted to be the food supplier for this evening, so I picked up an arrangement of things!" Rosemary motioned her arm towards the counter, showcasing the food. "There's also a cake from Veniero's just for you in the fridge, and here!" Rosemary handed Olivia the wrapped gift. "This is from Bill and I. Happy birthday, sweetheart."
As Olivia took the package, Rosemary placed a kiss on the top of Olivia's head, making her smile more than she already was.
"You… you didn't have to do all this for me. Seriously."
"Sure we did! I had a little help from everyone, of course. We all love you, dear. You deserve the world. Now open your gift, I want to see if you like it," Rosemary said enthusiastically.
Olivia wasted no time. She propped the box on the end of the couch, untying the bow and ripping the paper as Alex wrapped an arm around her waist. She then took the lid off of the box, gasping as she held up a black leather jacket.
"Wow. I love this jacket!"
She quickly threw off her winter coat and slugged the jacket over her shoulders, putting it on. It fit perfectly.
She made her way to the bathroom mirror to look at herself, popping the collar of the jacket before making her way back out to give Rosemary another hug.
"I love this so much. Thank you!"
"You're so welcome! I saw it when I was out and it reminded me a lot of your tan one you wore to the house, so I thought this would be a good choice. I'm glad you love it dear." Rosemary gave her another quick kiss to the forehead before walking over to embrace Alex and Casey the same. "Okay, now I've got to go before this storm hits. Happy birthday, have fun, be safe, all of you! Goodbye!"
Everyone waved and said goodbye to Rosemary before joining together in the kitchen.
"Blondie, your mom is like the coolest person ever," Tim said, grabbing a taco from one of the boxes.
"For real. She's so sweet and hooked us up!" Johnny agreed, grabbing out some wings.
"Yeah, she's pretty great," Alex said proudly, smiling as she grabbed a giant slice of pizza. "What do you want first, birthday girl?" Alex asked, giving Olivia a kiss before biting into her pizza.
"Honestly, some more of these," Olivia said, grabbing both sides of Alex's face, pulling her in for some kisses as the others whistled and encouraged them on.
Alex couldn't help but giggle as she wrapped her arms around Olivia's shoulders, reciprocating the kisses before breaking away for some much needed air.
"Now, let's say we get this party started, huh?" Elliot said, grabbing out a bottle of whiskey and pouring everyone a shot. "One shot each, for Liv. Her favorite whiskey. Happy birthday, Liv!" Elliot raised his shot glass in the air, everyone following suit. "How you feeling?"
"I don't know about you, but I'm feeling 22," Olivia sang before throwing back her whiskey. Everyone else threw theirs back as well, laughing and joining her in song.
It was about to be a wild night.
