Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Waves of Ice. Enjoy the 2000-word chapter. I do not own either, Scholastic, Coolkyoushinja and a few others do.

Byvym flew with Tsunami into the sky. She had been against it at first only for him to force himself into the sky. She had been oddly thrown off by the placement of his wings being part of his arms… Well, part of his wings.

"How do you fly like that?" Tsunami asked.

"Not easily, I sometimes forget part of my stupid wings are on my arms," Byvym stated before looking down. "Hmm. This must be 'Japan' as I have heard… It is an island so that kind of narrows it down." Byvym stated.

"Sure, hothead, it's…" Tsunami said before she blinked.

The entire landmass they had been from was an island. She could see several small little islands around it, and dozens of lights below as he hummed.

Those were paled compared to the fact that a thousand different lights were glowing behind them and an ocean that went miles and miles and miles.

"Is that… All ocean?" Tsunami asked, her sarcastic quip lodged in her throat as she noticed that it was all ocean and she was surrounded by her terrain.

"Yes… Why?" Byvym asked before Tsunami dove down. "Are… CRAZY IDIOT!" Byvym yelled before he closed his wings and free fell.

He passed closer and closer to the ocean as Tsunami seemed to divebomb the ocean, she seemed to be aiming for it like a loaded arrow and he missed grabbing her she slammed face first into the waves.

"Tsunami! What the hell!? Dragons do not swim!" Byvym stated before he looked around for her.

He cursed before ducking his body under the waves. He hated the ocean, it was cold and dark and full of creatures that bit and tore through his flesh, an annoyance that made him ready to scream.

He blinked and opened his eyes, rewarded with a pitch-black ocean. He dragged himself deeper into the ocean, his bulk stopping him from moving fast.

He watched a shape move in the darkness, a shape which he glanced at the water, knowing what was growing on before he sighed to himself and then glanced around.

He watched it dart towards him, scales glowing and it was then he realized it was Tsunami who darted through the ocean like she was an arrow still. It surprised him, it tossed him off guard as she flew through the water like she had lived in it.

He had been surprised by it at the end of the day, knowing what she was but not that she could do something like that either way as it seemed to cut through his mind like a sword.

To be fair? He did not even know what was growing on his mind before he seemed to be tiring himself for now. So much had to be ready to figure out now at the end of the day.

He had not been a lot more figuring out as of now, she had not been able to try and deal with it as she paused to try and deal with it.

She had not been able to try and figure it out at the time being for now as it came down to it and she sighed.

He felt her dart around him and blinked in shock. He looked at her as she spun away into the water, showing that she had gills like a fish on the nape of her neck.

'She can breathe and move in the water? I have never met an aquatic dragon since I was a kid… What the hell is she? A Seawing she said? Can they all do this?' Byvym thought to himself before she darted back to him.

He snorted as he noticed the giant smirk on her face before she darted off into the shadows.

Byvym sighed and then slowly started to focus his magic on conjuring a small pocket of air to breathe. He focused the orb over his head before rolling his eyes.

"Couldn't have just told me you could swim before, could you?" Byvym said as he snorted. "I want to strangle her, wyverns might be smaller and faster but we aren't fish," Byvym said and followed her into the abyss.

To be fair to her? He didn't say anything stupid as he seemed to be dealt with it. She slowly and finally darted to the surface, knowing what was growing on her mind.

She finally breached the ocean as she paused and looked around, guessing that Byvym hadn't followed.

"You… Are you a kelp-eating doofus?" Byvym hissed as he finally broke the surface. "Also, thanks, now I can't fly until my wings dry," Byvym stated.

"Told you I was a Seawing…~" Tsunami taunted with amusement.

"I don't know what those are~." Byvym taunted back, rolling his eyes with annoyance.

"Why? You don't know what was going on?" Tsunami asked.

"I am a Wyvern. Wyverns and Seawings…" Byvym stated before gesturing towards her with his tail. "Have never met to my knowledge. I don't know what is going on… You didn't tell me you can swim like that." Byvym stated before he seemed to be silent.

He hadn't been able to deal with it, knowing what was growing on his mind. He had been familiar with it to a degree but he hadn't been able to recall if he hadn't been able to try and deal with it.

He sighed to try and deal with it as he clicked his fingers and then let it slowly and surely die out, he didn't even know her to begin with and he didn't think anything would end it, not when he wished it to end it as of the time as it came to see it be dealt with.

He hadn't been able to think, he didn't want to think of it as he paused to let it all come in.

Tsunami grinned, a smirk that reminded him too much of a shark's maw as he snorted and simply let himself fall on his back into the ocean.

"Your friends probably aren't acting like this," Byvym stated before he hummed and then looked to the side. "And I mean that I don't know what is going on," Byvym stated before he hummed and leaned back into the water as he looked to the side.

He hadn't been thrown off at the moment and he looked at her before he clicked his fingers before he looked to her.

She had been trying to take it from once again, he hadn't been something he was dealing with at the end of the day as he clicked, pausing to think of what was growing in his brain.

"Lighten up," Tsunami stated.

"What, like you, nightlight?" Byvym stated before he hummed, raising an eyebrow at her confusion. "It's a human object that lights up a room, your body glows underwater… Something I haven't seen from a single species of dragon." Byvym said.

"They don't have Sea Wings in your world, do they?" Byvym heard from her as he hummed and then thought for a second.

"To be entirely fair? No, we don't. I have never heard of a single species of dragon like that." Byvym stated. "And you still don't know what a Wyvern is, do you? I'm going to guess wyverns don't exist in your world?" Byvym stated before he sighed.

"No, I don't. I've never met a wyvern… I don't even know what they are." Tsunami stated, reclining on her back as she did so.

"Their smaller dragons with wings on their arms… Some come with wings on their back like regular dragons." Byvym said. "I never found out what we have two pairs of wings for… But I think it's a lot like trying to row a boat, I've heard." Byvym stated before he sighed.

He didn't know what to say, what was growing on his mind as he looked at her, she was too impressed with the world for him to say anything lest he all fall apart at the moment.

He had been too interested in what was growing on his mind. She had too many problems to see it grow more and more.

She had been too relaxed, knowing what was to come might be something amused as she paused. She hummed and sighed before she finally looked to the side.

"So… Want to get out of here?" Tsunami asked before she paused and then thought of his options.

He could do that… Or he could try and think of what was actively going on, knowing what was growing on her mind what was growing on the mind, something about it all seemed to be transpiring.

She had not been able to relax now when it came down to it… There was a few seconds of silence as he sighed, pausing to think for but a moment, knowing what was growing on his mind before now.

Byvym simply decided to concede defeat for now and wait until he could fly. He slammed back into the water like a stone, glancing up at the stars.

"What did that lady mean by Harmony and Chaos dragons? Do these dragons fight as well?" Tsunami asked as she turned on her back.

"Yes," Byvym stated before he blinked and then looked to the side. "They do. They kill each other… Why?" Byvym stated.

"Oh…" Tsunami stated before she sighed.

"I do not enjoy killing if you think. I like fighting… Killing is not fighting, I only want to kill dragons who are horrible people who want to kill and destroy." Byvym stated.

"So which side are you?" Tsunami asked.

"I was harmony," Byvym said before he looked over at Tsunami. "That does not mean good dragons… I know that… I've met the dragon with the trident you had talked with before." Byvym stated before he sighed and then looked to the side.

Tsunami was silent, thinking of the others when it came down to it. She didn't wish to say anything at the moment.

She had been too silent before now and she hadn't been able to think, to act for now, it was odder and odder and she had zero idea what was going on, not once did it come to her mind that her friend might be from another world.

However? The more she looked at Byvym? The more she could tell he wasn't from their world, Byvym didn't look like a Mudwing or a Skywing, or a Seawing, or ANYTHING like a dragon from their world. Neither did the woman known as Lucoa who dwarfed them all.

Honestly? It was just odd and she had zero clue what was going on, she hadn't been able to try and figure out what the next move was, and to be fair? She had zero clue what it would be if she did know it.

This world was odd but it was clear it wasn't where they were supposed to be here.

"I'm… Sorry, I didn't tell you I can fly into the water." Tsunami stated before she sighed.

She was too unsure of what was growing on the next moment of her relaxation at the time being, she hadn't been relaxing at the moment… Not once did she pause to let it sink in how odd and weird it was.

"Want to go wait on the shore?" Tsunami asked.

"Nah," Byvym stated before he yawned. "I can wait here. I just need to let my wings get dry enough… Sides, it isn't like most humans check the ocean." Byvym stated before he sighed and then looked to the side.

Byvym looked at her, more amused than annoyed as the two dragons decided to stargaze.

It had been something that needed to be dealt with for now at the time being… Such was growing more and more chaotic as of now…. He hadn't been able to think of what was growing on his mind before now as he clicked his fingers and then looked to the side.

He had been too amused by her antics, knowing what was happening next… He had no desire to be less amused by her, she had acted in her way and let it come crashing down.

This girl was something else, something he had been amused by.

(With Clay)

Clay realized that neither Lucoa nor Elma was enemies. They were friendly dragons. It was odd to meet dragons like them and Lucoa… Scared the snot out of Clay, she dwarfed everything and she could probably crush their homeworld with her tail.

"So, uh… This place is different from ours?" Clay asked.

"Yes, I've never heard of Mudwings or dragons like that." Clay heard to which he nodded.

"Ok… Do you know anything about the guy who went with our sister?" Clay asked.

"Byvym is a member of a house within the Harmony Dragons group. That's all I know about him… He's not going to do something to Tsunami if that's what you think." Elma stated before Clay hummed.

"Tsunami and Byvym seem to be friendly enough to each other," Sunny said.

"They were busy fighting each other," Clay said, his ears flopping neck to him.

"She does that with everyone, Clay," Sunny responded with a shrug which Sunny knew he would agree with.

To be fair? He wasn't against them trying to make new friends. The group of Dragons they had met was nice enough and it was clear that both had enjoyed the other's company enough to interact with one another well enough.

That? And he had zero reason to doubt that there could be a problem. He was happy around his friends and his friends continued to push him towards being nicer.

(With Byvym and Tsunami)

Byvym finally dragged himself to the shore a few seconds later, shaking the water from his form like a wet dog, knowing what was growing on his brain before he sighed, letting it drop.

Byvym was silent as he looked at Tsunami, he smirked only slightly, knowing that she had been thrown off by her arrival on this planet. So had he, he simply wished to hide it better now.

He had not been able to try and relax for now as he seemed to be prepared for the next step in his plan. He had been too interested in her world to remain standing on his feet.

He hummed, liking it like this before he slowly started to look downwards at the ground, knowing what was growing next, he had not been able to think.

He and she smirked despite themselves.
