Chilly rain hit the pavement as Mika carefully walked through the edge of the city. She knew she was a sitting duck, but, she was over running and hiding. Hell, even dying her hair didn't deter them. Bakugo and the others were uneasy about her plan, but, after she saved their asses before, when she was captive, they knew she had a solid plan.

"Ugh, perfect weather for a good fight," she sarcastically said to herself. Truth be told she felt a little bit under the weather. Would she tell them that? Of course not. Sniffles never hurt anyone.

Mika was pulled from her thoughts as she felt eyes on her once more. She knew it was the same person as last night. The feeling that hit her spine was a dead giveaway. Her steely eyes scanned the area before she continued down the street, through the closed and deserted buildings.

After a few moments she huffed and stopped, "Listen, I already know you're here...might as well stop in your sad attempt to hide..."

Hawks paced annoyedly. He kept getting the same sensation that haunted him when Mika faced Lena. He rubbed the back of his neck and let out a long, calming breath. Taking out his phone, he sent a text to check in. The feeling hit him again, but slightly more painful. Bakugo didn't answer when he called, making him groan in frustration, "Fuck it."

He grabbed his jacket, heading for the door when the sensation hit him again, "I'm comin'."

Mika slammed through the brick building with a grunt. Her overly large opponent was hot on her heels, but a large blast threw them off. Bakugo landed and looked her over, "He brought friends."

Mika panted and stood, "I noticed." Red lightning shot up her legs as she shot towards the large man.

After she had called him out, he rushed at her. From that moment, it was non stop. She had landed a few hits, but his quirk was strong matched against hers.

Mika slammed into him, feeling her shoulder pop out of socket as his body turned to a hardened metal. He slammed into a nearby building and used the momentum to swing around and slam her into the wall. Blood splattered from her mouth as his steel-like hand gripped her neck tightly. Her bloody hands gripped at his arm, making him grin, "A shame I have to snap your neck..." his voice had a metallic ring to it, "You should have joined when you had the chance..."

Mika closed her eyes, trying to focus her screaming lungs on breathing. A sound hit her ears, but it wasn't Bakugo, or any of the others. Rain pelted her exposed skin as a harsh wind blew. Her opponent grunted and let go, dropping her to the ground. Her eyes opened as she caught her breath to see massive, angry red wings.

Hawks wasn't thinking, just moving. If he thought too hard, they might get to her again. Something he would not allow. He was currently dragging the oversized lightning rod as far away as he could. His golden eyes settled on a running Denki, an idea forming in his head as he slung the villain towards the other blonde.

Denki immediately picked up what Hawks plan was, making him grin. He slid to a stop and let out a breath before shooting his quirk towards the incoming metal opponent.

Mika forced herself off of the cold, wet ground as she saw Denki's quirk sound off in a loud roar. She smirked and leaned back against the wall closing her eyes, pausing before she tried to move. A soft breeze tickled her face, "Thank you."

She opened her eyes to meet his burning orbs. His hand reached out and wiped the blood from her lips. "You're a lot of trouble."

"But I keep it interesting," she smiled.

His hand felt her face, making him frown, "Mika..."

"Yeah I know. It'll pass," her grey eyes moved from him to the blue lights in the distance, "They got 'em."

"Can I take you with me?" He hesitated, "I can't leave you here...like this."

"Hawks I'll go anywhere with you," he was cute when he was shy, "Take me home, please."

He moved so fast she almost didn't realize they were already in the air. Exhaustion hit her as she buried her face into his neck, hiding from the cold rain. The arms holding her tightened, keeping her close.

They landed on the roof of his apartment. He refused to put her down as they made their way inside. He carefully set her down on the kitchen counter, "You know I have to pop it back in."

She frowned, "I know..." a sigh left her, "get it over with."

He couldn't help but smirk at her pouting. It helped keep his mind off of his own body screaming at him. His hand carefully took her arm, "One.." with a swift turn. He felt it snap back into socket.

A wave of heat flushed through her body, making her groan, "Shit..."

"Come on," he pet her head, "You need to get cleaned up and lay down before you get sicker..."

She had to admit it, she was proud of him. He helped her clean up, and pull on warm clothing all while keeping himself in check. Mika had caught on to his game though, he was intent on taking care of her, keeping his mind occupied.

"How did you know," Mika looked at him as she laid back against the pillow.

"I don't know...I just did," he thought for a moment, "Do you still have that feather I gave you?"

"Yeah. I keep it in the chest pocket of my suit."

"I guess it's my calling card," he scoffed with a smirk, "It's never worked like that before. I can use it to track great distances...but, before when you had it in your suit, it let me know when you were in trouble before the call was even made..." he ran a hand through his damp hair, "I can't really explain it."

"Like a personal panic button," she teased.

"I guess so." He pulled out his phone, "We need to get you some medicine for your fever."

"I'll be fine-" the look in his eyes made her stop mid sentence. A small smile landed on her lips, "Okay. You need to change out of your clothes too though. We can't both be sick."

He nodded quietly, "Please stay here..."

"Keigo," she sat up and looked at him, "relax, okay? It's okay."

"I just..." he blinked for a moment as his mind thought, "okay. I'll be back shortly."
