The emerald eyed man, or better known as Harry Potter, tried his best to calm down a rather distraught Minerva McGonagall.

Her motherly and parental side cried out at the injustice of Harry being left behind to solider on alone, yet a rational part of her wonder how it was possible for him to survive when no one else had.

Harry only spoke of his memories after coming into Death's service, and his newfound responsibilities.

Minvera on the other hand, started to notice the differences between the Harry Potter seated before her, and the one she saw leave the castle after the war, prepared to continue a life free from Voldemort, yet never forgetting the sacrifices taken to win.

The Harry seated across from her emanated an aura of a wiseman to have experienced all sorts of trials and heartaches over the course of his life to now stand above them all without a worry in sight.

Furthermore, his magical energy was eerily silent, and compressed to a degree it made Dumbledore appear far less than an equal but more so a sheep in the masses.

Such a feat in her mind was near impossible, yet the man, not child before her, wielded more power than she ever expected possible, if her estimations were correct or anything to go by.

Thankfully, her mind didn't wander on the subject any further as it asked for answers to Harry's arrival to their world.

When she received the answer, 'At Death's command,' Minerva couldn't help but worry for Harry and his continued destiny even after entering Death's Domain.

.

Having calmed down a great deal, Minerva finally started to answer off Harry's questions regarding the fate of wizarding kind and her death, so he could understand the truth of what led to the devastating war.

"*Sigh* You already know they were aware of our society through the potions sold to medical institutions around the world, yet it wasn't the sole point to cause our downfall.

Instead, the blood purists and their damned like-minded kin chose to attack the British Ministry for the muggles and proclaimed themselves superior, practising magic in the chamber of parliament.

The aurors arrived in time to stop the remaining Death Eaters and their followers before any they caused further chaos; however, the Prime Minister wasn't able to endorse the Obliviate Charm.

After being made aware of its affects and weaknesses, the Prime Minister began to worry the possible revelations if his complicity became aware, especially with elections nearby.

Instead to assure the remaining Lords alive from the event in parliament, the Prime Minister openly discussed the wizarding world.

The more who knew about our world, sadly created more conflict as government agencies worked actively to understand all they could scientifically, at the very least.

Yet none thought to stop and wonder how their actions were leading us all to our end…"

Heartbroken over her past memories relating to great loss of a whole society being killed for the greed of others.

Though there was hope for a better tomorrow with Harry.

She wasn't sure how it could be possible, but something told her one day the ground of Hogwarts would be full of laughter, joy, and excitement of children eager to learn once more, as it should have always been.

.

The duo spoke for hours alone in the calm lounge setting of the Room of Requirement, discussing one another's past and experiences, especially those of the native Harry Potter.

Minerva discussed passionately about her past, and the students she taught up until her last breath, but she spent the most time talking about her 'Harry Potter', and his life afterwards with Ginny Weasley, his wife.

They built a family and lived decent lives, making sure to stay involved in the magical world and ministry so the actions of men like Fudge never occurred again.

Sadly, they were killed in major battles against muggle armies, with Harry Potter taken out by an army equipped to contend against magical energy, but not before they were eliminated.

Ginny however died protecting the last few families escaping magical communities made known to muggle forces.

Using an overcharged wardstone, Ginny destroyed all that remained of the community while taking out the thousands of military forces sent for her capture.

Their children had passed away within the castle walls, much to current Harry's distress and sadness, to know his other versions progeny suffered cruel fates.

As much as it broke his heart to know the reveal of magic caused its own downfall, Harry believed it could merge well with technology in time and had plenty of ideas.

Research he'd begun during his own days during Primary School to build a computer further developed to a magical computer after reaching Hogwarts.

Nothing ever came of the project, but Harry suspected there would be enough time eventually to take care of such matters for once without having to race off to complete another task for Death.

For now, Harry focused on repairing Hogwarts from its state of disrepair and vacancy, as even the portraits typically hung on the walls of the castle weren't present, leaving the grand castle mostly baren and eerily quiet.

Minerva eventually chose to leave for Death's domain after Harry started discussing projects and dove into subject she knew little about.

Harry on the other hand asked the Room of Requirement to shift his position from the enclosed 'space' to the entrance of Helga's secret chamber, sealed underneath the kitchen.

.

Heading down the broad staircase as the magical torches lined up across the wall came alight at his presence.

Once Harry reached the end of the stairs leading down into the earth, and came upon an open clearing, he saw the grand metal doors with intricate gears and artistry woven into its creation.

For a moment, Harry stopped to appreciate magical artistry to organise runes with different charms and spell to act in harmony.

'Truly… few could ever achieve such a magnificent piece of artwork without worrying for their capture and possible enslavement.' Thought Harry before pushing the thoughts to one side.

Walking closer to the grand gate sealing his way forward, Harry spoke using Beast-speak to say, "May the secrets of Helga Hufflepuff open for the Headmaster and Lord of Hogwarts", which saw to the secret chambers opening apart with a rumble.

Much like the opening mechanism of Salazar's secret chamber, Helga's own quickly opened though it left Harry standing in wonder at the wonder and majesty before his eyes.

Built underneath the castle of Hogwarts was an entire city moulded into a forest which left Harry to believe he'd finally come across the truest sense of a magical world.

The plants were heavily imbued with magical energy, as was the soil, creating a luminescent charge to flow through the plant life, showcasing nature in another light with darkness all around.

He'd sensed the naturally dense and flowing magical charged air in his surroundings, furthermore as it kept the ecology of the chamber alive in a way to keep the corruption away for the last vestige of Hogwarts majestic nature.

Within the large tree trunks reaching up into the endless night sky were small homes built like cottages from Hogsmeade, so naturally they were expanded on the inside.

Each house held a great deal of colour and odd fixtures only seen in homes of wizards and witches with eccentric behaviour, helping separate the homes into their own unique styles, never allowing for another to match any of the others.

When inspecting the first home he came across a small stasis array linked with others throughout the little forest village in the chamber.

Combined with several runes from a language lost well before it could be saved, the networked stasis arrays ensured the inhabitants of the small homes were, healthy, and above all else, alive through the natural feeding of the dense magical energy in the chamber.

Walking through the first home, Harry couldn't help but gasp at the sight of House elves in stasis, as if asleep enjoying their dreams comfortably, spread across half a dozen beds closely placed together.

At a closer inspection, the House elves were near a death like state, never close enough to pass onto the afterlife, yet capable of awakening with the cancellation of the stasis array continually funnlled with magic from the charged air.

Moving to awake the closest House elf, Harry found the ward array within Helga's chamber had bonded with his control over Hogwarts thankfully, easily allowing for the stasis to end and the other House elves to rise in a short few seconds.

Though the one Harry interacted with first awoke faster than the rest, heavily groggy from the sleep induced by Lady Magic's influence to keep them all safe and sound.

"Hmm… How can Milly be of service…? Master…?" groaned the young House elf, rubbing her eyes to clear up her vision to see the tall and broad-shouldered man at the entrance of her home.

Grinning, Harry reached out with his magic to find he'd already bonded with the House elf automatically after his magic connected to the castle through its wardstone.

Wasting little time, a wide scale healing charm overlayed with a boost of magical energy to replenish their reserves since the House elves were all connected to Harry's magical core and soul, made it fairly simple to affect everyone at once.

.

It just so happened Harry's act of sending a surge of magical energy to all the elves through their shared bond saw a large improvement to their physical, spiritual, and mental constitution.

Harry knew his actions would have long term effect yet said nothing because he wanted to take stock of Hogwarts and all that was left behind with the wizarding world gone.

All of the elves were utterly ecstatic on the other hand simply by the Great Harry Potter Who Lived was now their Master, hoping to shield part of the heavy grief at the bodies littered throughout the castle.

When the time came, moving the bodies of the children took the hardest toll on the elves, as the grief of their loss wasn't easy to bare.

Elves loved children and always wished to see their magic grow along with their imagination, yet the loss of those taken before they could become adults and fully understand magic in their grasp, they'd died.

Harry chose to assist, helping the elves create a clearing for a grave near the Whomping Willow as their final resting place.

The tree did nothing to Harry, sensing his magical bond with the land, as it also fed its magical requirements.

Harry too sensed the Whomping Willow wanted to take on a guardian role for the graves, having accepted its role for Hogwarts as silent guardian amongst numerous others.

While clearing through the castle, Harry eventually found the bodies of the children of the native Harry to this world.

This included Teddy, the son of Remus Lupin and Nymphadora Tonks, his godson and chosen heir for House Black.

He never knew about their relationship from his own timeline of events as he disappeared from the world during the raid on the Ministry of Magic to save Sirius.

Yet a part of Harry believed if he ever received the chance to know any of them in his lifetime before its end, he would have dearly loved each of his children and Teddy, no doubt about it.

Regardless of all that, Harry made sure to bury the children of his other self with full rights of House Potter and Black, learning of the ritual during his studies with Lady Death.

The funeral quickly became a rather solemn event remembering the love for magic that use to exist within the walls of Hogwarts, safeguarding the future generations of magically gifted children.

Once the funeral was over, all of the House elves decorated the castle walls and lands surrounding it to emphasise the period of mourning that had taken over Hogwarts.

The castle herself felt at peace once Harry removed the tormented souls and sent them peacefully to the afterlife, however she still wished to mourn all those who died within her walls, destroying what was left of the youthful love and passion children emanated around magic.

Harry tried to ease Hogwarts anguish, having sensed its pain through their bond, though it would only pass once the funeral was conducted and a ritual for the blessing of all those laid to rest was complete.

Only then did the land and castle feel at peace to move forward from magical kind's extinction, but the pain still remained of their loss and her failure to protect those seeking her shelter in times of war.

It also became the signal for Harry to begin his push towards fixing the damage done to the land across the globe.

For the time being he planned to focus his efforts on Britain and Europe until operations were stable for entry into the United States.

.

In the beginning, Harry called all the House elves to the headmaster's office, taking over the room as his own though nothing was done to change any of the furniture or décor.

Harry figured nothing had been altered since Minerva, as this became her office after Dumbledore's death during the war by Snape, in fact.

The news hit hard, especially the reason for the act, however Harry accepted the actions of the two men since they invested the most in the war, only to find themselves the casualties of their own hubris.

Sitting behind the desk Minerva previously held her station as Headmistress, and before her Dumbledore, as had others over the course of Hogwarts existence, yet now, only he remained.

All the portraits of former headmasters, which were previously gone from the walls, leaving them barren, had returned in droves as had the others littered throughout the castle once Hogwarts felt it was safe for their return back onto the walls.

Harry learnt through his connection with Hogwarts that the castle chose to safeguard the magical artifacts and items such as the armour, weapons, portraits, and other similar goods from being haunted by the tormented souls.

Now that they were gone, Hogwarts returned everything to its former position, including the portraits of the headmasters, two of which included Dumbledore and Snape.

Both couldn't help but stare intently at Harry like he was a fickle piece of their imagination coming to life, yet Harry himself couldn't help but smirk back at the two.

Merrily chuckling, Dumbledore was the first to speak up out of the two, saying, "I never imagined this world would ever see another soul inhabit the walls, calling Hogwarts their home once again, yet you have once again, by your mere presence, brought hope to my weary mind and soul, my boy.

By Merlin's beard, there shall be a day when Mother Magic once again embraces us with her grace…"

The all too familiar sneer reached Harry along with the voice of a professor who'd made his life and many others quite miserable over the years.

It was only now that he'd discovered through Aunt Minnie that Snape had in fact fought against Riddle, though only after the death of his parents due to his actions.

"… Unlike Albus, I knew for sure you would come screaming, proclaiming your need to save magic from dying out, and of course Hogwarts shall be your residence now, and personal domain of chaos.

After all, Harry Potter must be at the forefront of all things… magical.

What better way to achieve this than to be its saviour… and King."

Harry took a moment to stare at Snape, measuring his portrait version to understand what sort of man he would be conversing with for the foreseeable future.

Thankfully Snape didn't appear all too different than his normal self-whilst alive, even if he'd acted to save the students from Riddle's wrath at a time.

Simply grinning with his head lobbed to the side, Harry stared back at the two portraits fixed on his body, while the others in the room listened closely to the sudden conversation.

"I have missed you dearly as well, Severus…" Though the man in question sneered back, not bothered to hide the slight smile crept upon the corners of his lips.

Dumbledore on the other hand smiled grandfatherly, staring at Harry to understand the journey taken by the man to arrive in their world well after it was destroyed.

"My boy…

I don't mean to pry, but if my weary mind hasn't failed me, I believe Minerva stated you were killed saving the last of our people against a muggle army preparing to strike at Diagon Alley.

To see you standing here… while great, also begs the question, how are you alive and are you the only one left?"

Dumbledore's question not only left Harry to wonder about the state of globe, imagining other hidden settlements left to fend for themselves for a time until he came across them in the future.

He thought about saying the first few thoughts at the forefront of his mind but stopped after noticing their conversation attracted the other portraits in the room, with only their conversation being held in the headmaster's office.

Even as the servant of Lady Death in his current capacity, Harry couldn't detect life across the whole planet with his limited powers over Death's Domain that already gifted him an insane range of power and unique abilities.

Choosing to stay mute on the matter for now kept the portraits away from enquiring anything further on the question, including Dumbledore, as the portrait residents began to converse with one another instead.

Harry instead had other thoughts weighing heavy on his mind.

A point steering to the forefront of his mind just so happened to be the matter of Soul Magic, a field with great capabilities in the right hands, otherwise the possibilities could be disastrous.

Due to his own issues regarding Voldemort affecting his psyche through the lightning bolt scar, Harry learnt as much as he could about Soul Magic to never allow another to create such magic for longer life or false immortality.

Yet Soul Magic had plenty more applications than fickle desires such as immortality, one of which Harry hoped to make sure of searching for any signs of life across the globe.

He believed Lady Death in some way, or another would have stated the possibility of other lives requiring aid or saving but at the same time, Harry didn't put it past the primordial being to completely forget such trivial details in favour of some other news.

In all honesty, Harry felt puzzled that he didn't think of such a thought when he first made landfall on the planet.

Noting to himself to try and employ magic to find if anyone else survived the War to End All, Harry finally called on the House elves to appear within the headmaster's office together so he could address them at once.

.

Taking the time to witness the continuous pops of House elves entering the office, Harry curiously examined each person, identifying the young ones through their energetic hopping side to side, while the mature elves stood still and calm, looking over the younger few who were curious of their new surroundings.

Most of them were recovering from the emotional toll of moving the bodies of the children and adults, knowing their bonds had ended with all the past masters.

No one knew it in the wizarding world, even after centuries, but House elf's natural affinity over particular elements and Soul Magic.

The former depended on the House elves after they were born and started to gain control over their own magic.

Most of the time they were able to control the Earth element, but there were plenty of cases for Air, Water, and a few Fire elementals.

The latter was achieved through their magical bond to the wizards and witches, allowing the House elves to better understand personal preferences and states of health to aid in their daily duties.

Sadly, their deep connection with magic causes the Houses elves to suffer far greater anguish and pain than wizarding kind when the bond ends abruptly, especially through death.

Awaking to not having their previous bonds active with their former masters, young and old, left the House elves devastated, even now after moving their bodies.

The only thing keeping many from bursting into tears was their current bond with Harry, and its surprising strength which continued to supply each elf with refined magical energy they'd never felt ever before enriching their bodies and spirits.

.

"Alright everyone, I want to thank you all for heeding my call to order, even after what you've all been through already today," most of the elves took a moment to remember those they had lost, taking the second to mourn their loss.

Whereas a few of the younger House elves shouted calls of 'Dobby was right! He is the Great Harry Potter!'.

It brought a slight ping of pain to Harry's heart to know the bright Free Elf never survived the war with Voldemort.

News of Dobby's death reached Harry through Milly once she awoke and he asked if she could find any others, bound, or free to take up residence at Hogwarts.

Sadly, she explained how the last free elves to exist were taken up by House Potter and made part of Hogwarts towards the end of the war.

Milly spoke of the events after the ministry attack Harry led, including the downfall of the wizarding world soon after as the loyalists to Voldemort began to move more obviously, taking the ministry into their grasp.

Such events were spoken of by Milly for a time, before Harry asked, she collect every bit of news from that period of time so they could understand the course of events.

Eventually, whilst digging through the graves of the dead, figuratively, Milly appeared with the history of the wizarding world up until the war, leaving Harry to wander through the halls of Hogwarts to process all the information.

From the deaths of his family and friends, to the war and loss of the magical world, a great deal of stress bore down on Harry to suddenly deal with the rampant emotions, but it passed as he'd long tempered his mind and soul to take such pain and pressure with practice.

Leaning off the headmaster's desk facing the House elves, Harry still had the thoughts of his lost loved ones and their unfortunate ends, but despite that he focused on the next steps to take for the world to bring Magic to life once again.

"You all know who I am and through the bond forged by Hogwarts wardstone, I suspect our connection with one another may not only be strengthen but change in ways we've never suspected before."

The statement brought nods all around from the House elves as they eagerly waited for Harry to continue.

"And while I am grateful for such a bond with all of you, I will not continue the order of subservience between our kind.

As such I will free you all, only to bond with you in kind, as it should have been eons ago between our two races of magical kind." The elves all had glistening eyes, ready to burst free of the dams keeping back the tears.

Magic's somewhat sentient intelligence allowed the House elves to understand Harry's meaning, enhanced further through their bond, gifting each of the House elf's knowledge of the next possible actions to come into effect.

"I, Harry James Potter, as ordained by Magic and Death, call on the Ancient Magiks of my ancestral Houses to guide me through the rebinding of bonds, to bless those embraced by their presence, and to strengthen the oath between those bound."

The swirling of power in the headmaster's office nearly strangled the House elves as they struggled to manage the sudden influence of high-density magical energy in the air.

It started to settle around the elves in a short few moments, just as Harry began to fuel the magic in the air to further expand and solidify at his whim before it drove towards the elves, rushing through their frail bodies.

So far, Harry hadn't once moved to use a magical focus like a wand or specially crafted ring to manage the magic he was controlling, for he had no need for such tools, especially during the casting of Ritual Magic, something he believed himself to be quite knowledgeable about.

Having spent years from his best estimate studying the field of Ritual Magic whilst in Death's Domain, specialists within the field were brought to educate Harry until he could create his own rituals and alter others without ignoring the dangers of the field of magic.

"Through to use of my ancestral House Magiks and my own personal power, will, and intent, I reforge the bonds between the House elves of Hogwarts and those bound to my Houses, to remove their station of subservience and acknowledge each as a member of my Houses, per the ruling and blessing of Ancestral Magiks, Death and Magic itself, so mote it be."

With a blinding flash of power, no wizard or witch could ever have imagined to display through a Ritual Spell went on and spread across the globe to various places, even if Harry wasn't aware just yet.

His wording of the Ritual Spell and oath incorporated any other House elf connected to the Ancestral Magiks of the various Houses he gained lordship over to his surprise after death.

He never expected to gain any such titles after reaching the afterlife, but thankful nonetheless, more so after it improved his magical knowledge, strength, power, and body.

To take on the different sources of Ancestral Magiks, they had to reshape Harry's body and magical core to accept the new magical connections without destroying his human form.

It wasn't a pleasant experience for Harry, but it increased his capabilities to a far greater degree than he ever could imagine alive.

Thankfully it worked in his favour, however he still felt a large drain on his magical reserves as they were sent towards the House elves to fulfil the ritual employed.

Hogwarts too supplied a portion of the ambient magical energy it generated, especially after Harry bonded with the castle, however none expected to see the wards changing along with the House elves.

Harry wouldn't become privy to the changes made to the wards for some time, but by then he'd come to learn the changes were for the better, in all sorts of ways.

His current thoughts, however, rested on the beings formerly considered House elves, since after the light from the Ritual Spell died down, each elf appeared to have a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches all of a sudden, with many reaching upwards of 6 feet.

Sharper features such as their eyes molding to conform with human styled eyes, as magic roared alive through their pupils, adjusting to the magical energy settling into their new body's.

Long gone was the palish blue skin as they all stood proud in unscarred or blemished skin of various tones.

Now they all glanced at their hands and feet, amazed at their changes and improvements to their bodies, crying tears of gratitude and blessing to Harry.

Retaining their elvish features, but in a sharper tone that it naturally matched well with humankind, they all turned to Harry and bowed deeply after adjusting to their changes.

The man in question said nothing and just watched over the elves, curious of the effects left behind by the Ritual Spell Magic.

It had trumped anything he expected to see change in the elves as they appeared far more alike their counterparts created by media entertainment over the years.

Smaller pointy ears acted as a major identify for elves and it was much the same with the current evolved House elves, but some were exceptions found amongst the crowd with sharper ears or lengthier lobes.

Looking over the crowd, Harry noted their uniforms had changed from the old and torn pillowcases to formal black coats and pant suits with a white shirt underneath.

A few wore ties while others preferred bowties, but ladies had a wider array of options since skirts and blouses appeared on a number of female elves.

Above the chest on the left was the Hogwarts crest stitched into the jacket, while on the right hand each wore a ring signifying their connection to one of the several lordships managed by Harry.

To the surprise of everyone, whichever Lordship they were linked to, such as Milly being of House Potter, had access to the respective Ancestral Magiks interwoven with their natural affinity for magic.

The connection already started increasing the latency strength of its wielders, pushing forth individual growth and an expansion of expendable power, including a faint attraction to certain magiks of the House in particular.

Dumbledore, Severus, and plenty of other headmaster portraits, including those not part of the room, had long been left gob-smacked by the event they witnessed, not understanding how such a feat was possible, but came to accept the being known as 'Harry Potter' was far from the norm.

.

Soon after, Harry met with each elf and seared their names into his mind, including their new fantastical appearances turning each elf into highly attractive and desirable people.

Swearing to himself to never forget any of the elf's names or features that separate them from one another, Harry left with them all to begin fixing up the castle, and repairing the damage nearby left behind by the war.

Also, Harry planned to perform the Ritual Spell Magic to improve the land and ease the spirits of the dead onto their next great adventure, hoping to remove any sort of pain and torment left lingering in the area.

A couple of the elves in their new state began to unpack most of the goods sealed away by the past wizards and witches inhabiting Hogwarts as refuge in the early days of the War to End All, and towards its conclusion.

In hours they emptied the expanded storerooms organized previously by Minerva once Hogwarts started accepting more than just students into its halls.

Most items were stored away in expanded chests, before shrunk down to a manageable size so they wouldn't take up much space in the storerooms.

Harry couldn't help but laugh at the actions of Hogwarts staff to forget the Room of Requirement and the abundant space it offered at a whim compared to emptying out classrooms previously left closed for unused storage.

But it would make sense if none knew about the Room of Requirement and its many different capabilities.

Yet it mattered little now as the elves began to remove items of value from the chest, ready to position them throughout the castle.

Portraits were hung up on the walls where free space could be found, whilst jewels and other such accessories stayed locked away unless they sparked some sort of interest in the elves.

Those few goods were set aside to show Harry at some point, but the rest, like statues, weapons, tapestries and other such artforms were strewn across the castle to be showcased.

This included the elves finding different seeds, plants and other similar materials which could be used right away.

A few elves moved to check on the glasshouses, which were thankfully preserved in stasis charms to ensure the plants didn't wither away over time.

Harry inspected the magic utilised once called upon by the elves, hoping to employ the magic himself later on, but for now, he instructed them to revitalise the use of the greenhouses.

They would need to use most of the seeds and plants found in the stored chest, but none opposed the decision since a functioning greenhouse meant they could survive, and so could others at the very least.

Items such as knights' armour, unique art pieces, and products of worth due to age found themselves displayed throughout the castle.

The elves knew the most about Hogwarts, so it wasn't long before they distributed all the items from the stored chest, and those locked away automatically by Hogwarts once the last act of wizarding kind turned them into tormented souls.

.

The next couple of weeks were a blur for Harry and the elves, or better known as Aelflyn after a late-night discussion about their evolved nature led to a new classification.

Plus, none were appreciative of the name 'House elf', as it degraded their nature back to indentured servants to wizarding kind.

The name itself came from Hogwarts library, in fact from the restricted section, as the tome discussed magiks of elven kind, and after Harry read through it, he couldn't help but agree it wasn't something children should have had access to.

It delved into matters such as blood magic and rituals to improve one's physical and spiritual state, easily capable of enticing an excited few if it ever came into the hands of children.

None would read the warnings, conveniently left towards the end of the tome, which suggested of the possibility of a wizard's magical core being corrupted or tainted.

Now in the hands of the Aelflyn, all the noted magic was achievable without fault since their natural magical affinity gave them a sixth sense and third eye to truly understand what they were practicing.

The tome explained the name came from Greek mythology, chosen due to its connotation with elemental elves that served Gaea as messengers and personal executors of her will in the mortal world eons ago.

When the name was suggested to Harry after Milly and the other elves thoroughly read through the tome, it quickly gained track and collectively became accepted in no time.

Surprisingly Lady Magic and Lady Death approved of this declaration by providing a blessing to the species, only for it to gain several special traits of their own, but in reality, it was more of an upgrade of previous skills and abilities.

The event suddenly occurred while Harry was resting in his office, having completely claimed the headmaster's office for himself.

After its redesign to suit his needs, Harry remained in the separate workshop right off the main room, where his focus was fixed on reading through the books taken from the restricted section of the library.

When he'd stopped to call on Milly, since she'd taken the role as his personal assistant and head butler, a wave of dense energy invisible to the sight of most, washed over the Aelflyn, including Milly in full view of Harry.

He recognized the signature of the energy wave and realised it was a from two specific higher deities he knew, though he knew nothing about the favour given.

In time Harry would come to learn of Aelfyn's newfound capabilities, but for now his focus and theirs as well was to bring Hogwarts back to his prime condition.

Plenty of time was taken out for the Aelflyn to study and educate themselves on magic practiced by wizarding kind, but also to learn about non-magical fields of study so they weren't out of date with the modern world like wizarding kind.

Sadly, no muggle knowledge was ever kept in the Hogwarts library beyond what was taught in Muggle Studies, so Harry believed it was high time a mass introduction of knowledge entered the castle walls.

So began the largest operation across Britain for now to collect all forms of knowledge, such as building plans, designs, books, pamphlets, and anything else they could find that wasn't written, including newspapers.

The scouting for collecting non-magical knowledge would see to a huge increase in Hogwarts collection, which the castle sensed through its connection with Harry, so it expanded the library to add the non-magical section willingly.

Harry couldn't help but feel stunned by the actions of Hogwarts, yet he appreciated it dearly as the Aelflyn could now correctly store everything they found without having to clear up space elsewhere in the castle.

Plus, the unique charms and enchantments for the library were finally activated, much of which were altered after Harry enacted the Ritual Spell for the evolution of House elves into Aelflyn.

Firstly, it enhanced only what was already set for the library charms, such as preservation of knowledge, ensuring everything was safe from damage, wear and tear or theft and so forth.

Yet the best feature Harry found interesting for the library was its natural ability to copy tomes, books, and other written forms for multiple people to use at once without having to fight over the original source.

Such charms and others were reactivated once Harry bound himself to the castle, as the wards became known through the melding of different magiks.

Harry knew little as to why such a reaction occurred when he bound himself to Hogwarts wardstone but noted down to further investigate as to the exact reason.

.

Leaving with a team of twenty Aelflyn, the group started moving towards the homes of old friends Harry spent his childhood at, experiencing the wizarding world while showcasing the muggle world to his friends and their family.

Everyone was fully prepared to take down any wards if they found some active while out scouting the locations Harry gave to the group members to find what remained.

Afterwards they were to store away the homes, and as much of the land it held, it could be brought back to Hogwarts for safekeeping while the land itself returned back to nature.

Heading for the Burrow first, Harry planned to find everything he could of the Weasley House, and store it away for prosperity, while other items would mark memories of the past.

His arrival at the quirky home of the Weasley family showcased the destruction around the property, easily seen through the upheaved soil and mounds of land scattered from the impact of modern weaponry.

To Harry's surprise, delight, and sadness, the place he considered another home stood drearily without the typical brightness it previously displayed through the many gardens and fields of crops managed by Molly.

A small tear broke away as Harry entered the home, easily bypassing the wards set to restrict all without magical cores from getting close, to find the place too quiet and still for it to possibly house the Weasley clan, thought Harry.

A quick chuckle at the dreary humour to lighten his own mood helped Harry push on through the house, and store away anything he could find.

This included Arthur's shed of quirky muggle things, and the Ford which somehow returned to the Burrow.

Actually, the plans for Ford changed from storage to closer inspection and a possible project with a wider range of possible use later on.

Eventually, all that remained was the house, shed, and a few other structures littered across the property that Harry deemed worthy of safekeeping.

Leaving behind a stone marking the home of the Weasley clan, Harry cleaned up the nearby landscape to not leave the place in a mess.

Next, he moved onto Luna's home as it was the closest after the Burrow, from which Harry continued to visit all the homes of his friends, and family, much of whom he learnt about after reaching Death's Domain.

.

After a number of days away from Hogwarts, Harry and the Aelflyn returned with copious amounts of wealth in all sorts of forms to spread across the castle.

Books quickly found themselves in the library, already being copied several dozen times so there were abundant number on the shelves, just in case more than one person wanted to borrow them at once.

Artwork found itself on display, set up on the marble stone walls humming with magic, but what could not be presented ended up in the Hogwarts vault, a piece of the castle long kept secret since the days of the founders.

According to Milly and another Aelflyn known as Korney, an elder Aelflyn that appeared no older than his early thirties, Hogwarts long held the wealth of its founders but not everything.

A shocking piece of knowledge Harry found hard to accept was Hogwarts didn't just have four founders, but seven.

Houses Peverell, Ignius, and Clan Heiðran had come together to aid the four founders in their quest to build a home for magical youth, safe away from the horrors of muggle persecution.

Unlike the four founders known by the wizarding world during their time for publicly acting to save innocents slaughtered due to religious radicalisation.

The two ancient families and Clan Heiðran, as they were at the time, joined the project to hasten security for wizarding kind in a time of unrest and strife that could easily lead to a full-blown war.

Majority of wizarding nobility hid behind powerful Houses and strong alliances to ensure they weren't killed by muggles attacking their homes suddenly without some sort of aid in the conflict.

To stop an outright war from breaking out, dragging all manners of magical life into battle, the founders worked together to build their school, but old alliances weren't willing to change the status quo to allow for their necessary establishment.

So, when the founders came knocking at the doors of House Peverell, they finally found someone willing to see their vision come to life.

The head of the House Peverell at the time, Lord Aurelius, chose to call on his dear friends of House Ignius, Lord Zycin, and Lord Reius, of Clan Heiðran to begin laying out the foundation for great change in their society.

All three had in their youth educated the next generation of wizards after completing their own studies before taking on the duties of their ancient Houses and Clan to ensure they managed to survive the turbulent times.

Sadly, their time as educators wasn't often able to keep their kind from the wrath of muggles who became aware of their gifts.

The three Lords decided they had enough and gathered resources for the four known founders to begin building a castle as the centre of their education facility.

Each founder was asked to incorporate something unique to the castle that they wished to call their own.

Everyone chose a secret chamber or room for their own use, but as a marker for their legacy eventually.

The three Lords were also given the same option and chose to accept though they went further and asked for vaults to be made.

They requested for each person have their own, another that they all accepted as a joint vault they all had authority over, and separate one recognised as Hogwarts own secure vault, but beyond that they asked for nothing more.

The four known founders respectively accepted their decision since the three Lords were elders in age and experience, especially when it concerned magic.

It also helped that they were incredibly respected and feared in their society for actions in their youth and the history left behind by their ancestors.

Korney explained to Harry the four founders wanted the three Lords to become the first educators of Hogwarts, which they dutifully accepted, however only Lord Reius had the pleasure to teach within the castle walls as its very first Headmaster.

Lord Aurelius and Lord Zycin were killed one after the other in two different battles which occurred over a period of three months.

A large attack organized by several muggle noble lords exploring to increase the land under their control caused constant battles to draw out larger figures of power out.

This eventually saw Lord Aurelius appearing to save his people, only to find himself fatally harmed in battle saving a family with multiple young children, all of whom were screaming bloody murder as they muggles raced towards them with weapons in hand to maim and kill.

Similarly, Lord Zycin found himself dead soon after fending off a horde of magical beast raiding a village in his territory, only for a muggle mercenary loyal to the church to have him killed by decapitation.

This left the remaining five to continue ahead with their vision, yet it sadly left Lord Reius without his dear friends and allies by his side as Hogwarts began to take shape and settle into the magical educational institute to draw children from all across Europe for a time.

Even the new Lords of House Peverell and Ignius continued to aid the Hogwarts project but asked for their parents' names to be removed as founders of the school.

They'd come to learn the deaths of the two Lords were premeditated and organised by wizards hoping for societal structure to remain the dormant same because it 'worked'.

To prevent further attacks the new Lords didn't publicly want their Houses attached to the school, an act all the future Lords of the two Houses happily agreed to.

Neither House wished to take on the duties that came with the prestige of being a Hogwarts founder, which became evident in the years of the Statue of Secrecy.

Their actions from centuries earlier continued to pose great effect in the wizarding society, none of which the founders would have ever endorsed if alive.

Yet House Peverell and Ignius stayed away from it all, focusing only on themselves and their allies until they were required to take part in the society they so dearly wished to remain away from.

Lord Reius accepted the actions of the new Lords of House Peverell and Ignius, only to follow suit and have his name removed as a founder.

In the end, Clan Heiðran became the silent support, like the other two Ancient Houses to survive in the shadows as best as they could, even until modern day.

Korney explained the three Ancient Houses continued to support Hogwarts, including House Potter as it became their duty as the rightful successors of House Peverell.

So, when an Aelflyn showed Harry the vault for Hogwarts, nothing could prepare him for the number of treasures stored away, plenty of which came from an era well before Hogwarts ever came into existence.

He heard of the grand stash of goods locked once in the Room of Requirement until it all went up in ash, however it couldn't compare one bit to the enormous variety of goods left in storage.

Items such as brooms, armour, weapons, books, ingredients, and other such goods were commonplace in the vault, but Harry found the unique artifacts far more interesting as many were forged centuries before the time of the founders.

Weirdly enough, there were plants, animals, and other such goods left in stasis, ready for revival at any such time.

Such items were taken away immediately to understand and release if possible or plant in one of the expanded greenhouses, while goods found from the scouting trips were added to the vault.

During their exploration across parts of Britain, a number of Gringotts coins were saved and entered into the vault, greatly adding to the wealth in Harry's hands now.

Plenty of pureblood homes had gold coins stored away in case of a rainy day, yet few were smarter and chose to not even rely on Gringotts coins by storing gold bricks or invested into the muggle economy to increase their wealth, but through branch members of the Household.

Funnily enough, the larger deposits of gold were found by a couple of elder Aelflyn known to have once served Ancient Houses, some of which that died out long ago or fairly recent.

They may have regained the youth lost in the past after evolving into Aelflyn, yet they retained the experiences and knowledge from the past, which only served to aid their current endeavors.

.

Harry had been part of a few raids on the homes of Magical Noble Houses and wealthy Merchants to find all sorts of magical goods, only for Aelflyn to gather the hidden gold with rich purity, evident just by the colour for a talented individual.

A hysterical laughter left Harry's gaping mouth at the maddening levels of treasures and gold now in his hands, as it continued to grow while raiding all of Britain, and eventually the world.

He knew little could be done with it now besides resting within the vault, yet it was a sight one could hardly ignore by the sheer volume of treasures from the days when the magical and non-magical world operated side by side.

Though the vault wasn't the only source for safe keeping the treasures, since tomes, portraits, books, magically crafted artifacts, gems, jewels, and much more already found themselves distributed throughout the castle.

Quickly, the scouting teams found majority of the magical properties they came were without their wards, having lost the magical charm and anchors through bloodlines to remain active.

This greatly reduced the trouble for Aelflyn to find properties and enter them safely without having to worry about traps or sudden surprises to contend against.

However, for Harry, his attention drifted towards Lady Death's blessing over the world, and how it interacted with the most obscure things, some of which he never expected to see covered by her gift.

Bones Manor was a perfect example as the property set off Harry's heightened senses after the wartime wards sent him flying back with a deep scar across his chest, sensing an intruder trying to force their way through.

It healed up shortly, as the skin stitched itself together whole, leaving not even a scar behind or a drop of blood after Harry vanished it away with a wave of his hand.

Yet the astonishment across his face couldn't help but remain fixed for a time as Harry tried to process how Bones Manor had the strength to stop his entry.

After inspecting the property line from a distance and eventually up close, Harry determined the wards crafted by members of House Bones had ensured their land remained protected and safe, drawing energy from alternative sources.

It wasn't easy to create the specific runes, yet the task was accomplished and utlised by House Bones to keep their home safe and possibly its inhabitants, but Harry knew Susan and her family were long gone from this world.

They died in the final battle at Hogwarts, with her soul one of the few to find peace for the end after Lady Magic and Lady Death interfered.

Eventually Harry pushed through the wards and gained entry into the manor, before he collected everything in sight, including a number of items clearly owned by Susan and her children before their end.

It was at this moment Harry realised Lady Death's gift had plenty of benefits, greatly easing part of his goal and vision for the world, yet the worst con of it all saw him having to see his loved ones after their passing without ever having the chance to meet in person.

Lady Death, from his best guest, acted to ensure items, products, and materials worthy of Harry to save or store were kept free from withering away by the effects of time.

He wasn't aware how Death could do such a thing, nor could be figure out the scale of her blessing, but it reenforced the idea that his actions so far to search for all sorts of knowledge and secure anything valuable within the Hogwarts walls was the right thing to do.

This included portraits found in all the different magical homes and properties, with many having grand statuses or titles that Harry was rather pleased to add onto the walls of Hogwarts to see their strengths added to the portrait society.

Yet it also brought up sad memories of what could have been after finding portraits of friends and those considered family, just to see their pitiful expressions at the fate he had to endure without them all present in the once place that always felt like home.

It wasn't an overly large issue to affect his day to day, as the scouting teams increased their operations from not just collecting goods from magical homes and buildings, but those of the non-magical and mundane.

Personal libraries kept by mundane families were a great source of scientific knowledge, evident by their immediate admission into Hogwarts library, adding to growing collection within the Scottish castle.

Universities and colleges quickly added to Hogwarts collection after specific scouting teams were chosen to locate certain targets above others to gather resources.

For the first few months, Harry readily assisted the Aelflyn as they made their way across parts of Britain, but eventually he left the task in their capable hands, electing a wise Aelflyn female named Poury to lead the scouting teams.

.

Harry instead left to focus on Diagon Alley with the chosen Aelflyn sent earlier to scout out the area to understand the condition of the landscape and if the magical economic centre even exist anymore.

They returned with mostly pleasant news, after finding Diagon Alley unharmed, but the area surrounding it had suffered during the War to End All.

Buildings were damaged and smashed apart from combat seen in the streets, yet it wasn't on the scale Harry imagined once he arrived in London.

It appeared as if there was combat in the streets against magical kind, resulting in wide burst of magic to cause as much damage and mayhem before changing positions.

Walking by the heavily damaged parts of London, Harry subconsciously began repairing the damage left behind from the numerous battles, finding no living soul around the entire city while at it.

The shops all held goods ready for sale, and completely free for the taking in the current circumstances, reminding Harry to instruct the Aelflyn to collect everything from the shops as well.

During their initial visit to the city, none of the Aelflyn bothered to take anything from the stores, since they were inspecting Diagon Alley, yet now they saw no problem securing everything in sight.

Their Lord, as his station dictated, watched on in amusement as the Aelflyn disappeared from sight without a sound, only to pop silently through the different stores, waving their hands past everything worth collecting.

Afterwards they just as easily began to strip away the interior of the building until they had taken it all apart and left behind free land.

It appeared to take no more than a few moments yet for Harry the magic behind the skill exceeded a large part of his own abilities with magic.

He suspected Aelflyn's affinity with magic only increased and became far more fluid than previous after they gained the blessings of two higher deities.

Harry wanted to find out exactly how they were so gifted at wielding magic so easily, yet it wasn't anything he could focus on right away as they'd entered the outer boroughs of London.

Instead his mind wandered onto the Goblin Nation, wizarding world's answer to financiers and bankers, run by a magical species they'd fought numerous wars against.

A part of Death's Wizard wanted to know if the Goblins survived the war, but more importantly he wondered about seeing the Potter vaults and the others that were tied to his blood via Lady Magic's and Death's ordain.

However, he suspected the native Harry had probably moved the more important items from the main vault to one of the Potter properties in lieu of the war.

That thought alone brought up the memory of raiding a particular few old wizarding homes the Aelflyn knew of as the location came from someone who previously served the wizarding family.

The last generation according to the Aelflyn were respectful and kind people, stuck in political chaos to truly take action until it was too late.

It all became too clear for Harry after arriving at the old castle manor for the Greengrass family, an ancient wizarding bloodline stretching back to the time around the Black's rise.

They were politically powerful and fairly influential even till the end of days for the wizarding world until the bloodline ended in the final battle at Hogwarts and Hogsmeade.

But all of their political prowess wasn't enough to secure their safety from the violent end for the wizarding world.

Reminiscing about a friend from another lifetime, Harry wandered through the familiar castle, arriving at the grand sized family library.

The stored books, tomes, scrolls, and far more were neatly kept within the secure walls, keeping the items safe from ruin since part of the collection stretched back to the days of the Roman Empire, though the oldest were locked away in the family vault, buried deep into the property's foundation.

To his delight, the Greengrass family locked away not only their own family tomes and grimoires, but those they found, stole, bought, won, or claim from other families were numerous in kind.

They were all labelled and stored neatly for the Greengrass family members to make the most use of the locked away knowledge, yet Harry saw it as a way to see who had given up their secrets to an ancient bloodline to survive another day.

For a moment Harry suspected the Greengrass family might have been the death of most of these families as it was known that knowledge in the past had led to many different blood feuds and wars.

It wasn't anything he rather cared about or felt wrong after his perception of certain views regarding life and a person's actions after serving Lady Death for longer than he could track till he couldn't be bothered.

Such things weren't likely to ever occur again, but to make sure of it, Harry already aimed to turn Hogwarts into the largest and possibly sole proprietor of Earth's knowledge, both magical and not, if his plans went awry today with the Goblins.

For Hogwarts to attain such a title through his command would be made much easier with Aelflyn taking charge of collecting written and printed knowledge, but the project would take years at the very least to complete by Harry's initial estimate.

More importantly, the Aelflyn would require training to survive the world, made unknown and possibly deadly through the actions of desperate leaders appeasing greedy families of wealth.

The project began to take shape in Harry's mind, but beyond that he was silent on the subject, believing Diagon Alley could have some answers for the future.
