Arriving outside the Leaky Cauldron, Harry immediately noticed the external damage to the building from the environmental effects left behind from nuclear warfare during the War to End All.
The windows of the building were blown out but bordered up by corroding planks of wood from both the inside and out from first appearances.
That changed once Harry moved closer to the entrance of the pub and found plenty of charms and runes applied on the planks of wood to increase the effects of muggle repelling wards.
Drawing magical energy from the surrounding environment, Harry figured the added protection to ward the pub may have worked, but pointless now with all non-magical people long dead.
Not just that, the magical energy in the air wasn't significant enough to continually sustain the charge of the wards for much longer before crashing completely.
After entering the Leaky Cauldron, Harry took a moment to clear away the grime, dust, and repair any damage he could see or find.
He'd even secured away the furniture, placing it to the side of the pub once each piece of furniture was repaired and charmed to stay clean for the next year.
Ragpor, an Aelflyn formerly known as Ragpole whilst a House elf, had joined Harry inside the pub and decidedly moved behind the bar, inspecting what remained in storage and possibly of use.
Searching the few rooms designated for storage, heavily expanded through charms, Ragpor located several barrels stored away safely, protected through enchantments to keep the produce safe and in a few cases, continuously aging.
Naturally attuned to magic, Ragpor sensed the influence of a greater being at play keeping everything safe and consumable, but it wasn't anything he could question or investigate.
Storing everything in sight, he left the storerooms behind and made his way back to Harry, who had already started heading to the brick walled entrance leading to Diagon Alley.
He'd long stored the few magical portraits left around the room, as they were repaired by Harry, reinforcing the frames and runes binding the recorded magical signature of the being incorporated to the portrait.
Ragpor knew of their importance, and each portrait meant Hogwarts walled community grew larger, even if most just argued or gossiped with one another.
Each time the Aelflyn were sent out to explore, they wore the special rings Harry made which were tied to their blood and capable of storing plenty of items within.
It helped keep certain goods preserved in the expanded space of the ring's storage, saving Aelflyn from making repeated journey's back to Hogwarts to drop off items of value.
The rings were made during Harry's days studying under Lady Death's guidance and tutelage, but since then, his crafting capabilities improved tenfold through his different adventures through time and space, exploring creation while serving Death.
.
As the brick wall entrance of Diagon Alley moved apart, Harry couldn't help but reel back in disgust and horror at the eerily silent marketplace known to be the centre of the British magical society and economy once upon a time.
The stores weren't alight by magical means but left to fade away into the heavy darkness that permeated across the marketplace, through heavy cases of dust build up and, in some cases, grime littered throughout the area.
Harry wasn't one to clean up needlessly, but he made sure to wave his hand by the more damaged sites around during his walk to the white marbled building with trims of gold to display its wealth and elegance to wizarding kind who saw them as nothing more than feral creatures.
Yet their pride and ingenuity regarding magic enabled them to ensure the white marble and gold remained untainted by the effects of time and the war.
Standing outside were several armoured goblins, outfitted with spears in hand, swords to their sides and a shield in their other hand, ready for any sort of attack.
Even the armour they wore, enchanted Goblin Silver, left Harry to wonder why it was never brought out during his time among the living, as it displayed opulence, power, and a warrior spirit to any who could see.
Upon closer reflection and thought, Harry believed the goblins most likely were armoured and equipped due to the events of the War to End All, and its consequences.
Non-magical governments didn't only focus on hunting down magically gifted people, but creatures and other beings, yet they weren't able to cause enough damage to the magical ecosystem as nuclear warfare saw to everyone's end.
.
Arriving at the entrance of Gringotts bank, the goblins standing guard began to shuffle slightly, as they tightened their grips on the weapons and prepared for any sudden attacks, but none came as Harry stopped several meters from their position.
"To the honourable warrior race of Goblins, known to strike fear through their grin alone in the hearts of enemies and take all that they demand as their right through conquest and shrewdness.
I, Harry James Potter, in all my power and authority, wish to speak with your Chief Goblin of the Bank branch or the Goblin King for your nation."
Wholly aware Gobbledegook wasn't a skill most wizards believed worth their time and effort to understand, Harry's fluent pronunciation made the goblin guards wonder how such a person could have existed until now without his tale somehow making its way through the nation.
The relationship between goblins and wizarding kind was never great to begin with, but there were families and individuals closely tied to the Goblin Nation, most taking the time out to learn Gobbledegook to conduct business and improvement cooperation.
Harry's pronunciation on the other hand led the guards to believe the wizard heavily interacted with their kind as opposed to those few that spoke the bare minimum of Gobbledegook for business and never bothered to improve the skill craft.
None of the goblin guards objected to Harry's request, with one already leaving to inform the relevant parties, while another led Harry into the bank but not before clanking his spear hard into the ground several times.
Each crack of the spear against the hard stone ground sent a different tone through the air, travelling via vibrations to the individuals inside the bank.
It was a nifty piece of magic that left Harry astounded by its ingenuity for such a simple task as communication, but its application was far more broad than anyone could suspect, if Harry were to go by the ideas forming in his mind.
Pushing those thoughts aside, he watched closely as two goblin guards stayed behind to protect the entrance into the bank, both of whom bowed to Harry as a sign of respect.
They could sense the magical energy coiling around his body as his aura remained tempered but active enough for the guards to know he'd fought battles, and trials of his own.
Warrior to warrior, there was only respect for one another.
Harry bowed back, using his own magical sense to notice the strength of the two goblin guards, blessed in the blood of wizards, muggles, and creatures.
His act wasn't unnoticed as the goblins in the lobby of the bank peered closely at his figure while Harry maintained his charming emerald eyes and aura do the talking.
Dressed in dark black wizarding robes with hints of Hogwarts colours streaming through the outfit in harmony.
Along with the crest of Hogwarts stitched into the robes at the height of a left breast pocket, blazing brightly for all present in the lobby to notice.
The goblins were working at the numerous counters, diligently ensuring everything was noted and documented for their records, but what confused Harry while walking through the lobby to a waiting room had to be the working goblins.
They all appeared busier than typical for goblin kind to continue managing the accounts of their customers which were long dead at this point.
Not one to bother loudly asking his enquiry, Harry waited till he sat down with the Chief of the bank or the King, since they were the only ones capable of accepting or possibly viewing the proposal as an acceptable action for the Goblin Nation to take.
In all honesty, Harry never believed it would be achieved easily, but he only cared about trying and hoping for the best.
But he never expected to be the one left utterly surprised and shocked by his trip to Gringotts.
.
"Finally, you've bothered to make an appearance." Growled a furious and indigent goblin ready to strike Harry with the blunt end of his bejeweled gold and ruby diamond walking cane.
"I'm… sorry?" stated Harry a little questioningly, wondering why the elder goblin seemed so hot and bothered.
He didn't receive a straight answer from the goblin, whose appearance in the waiting room saw several goblin guards also enter and take positions to ensure the elder goblins safety.
After growling and cursing to himself for a few moments, the elder goblin finally chose to address Harry once more, but this time not forgetting to introduce himself.
"I am Bloodaxe, the Chief of the British Gringotts Bank branch and our clan whose staked their claim on these lands for generations now.
As the Chief of the British Goblin Clans and the Director of this branch, I was made aware of your impending arrival via… unique magiks' of the Goblin Nation… many dozen weeks ago."
Bloodaxe's aggressive smirk worried Harry, even more so when the guards in the room were showing similar crazed smiles.
Worst of all, the next goblin to enter the private office, a fairly strong and well suited middle-aged man, dropped off a stack of paperwork, which only further fueled Bloodaxe's anger before continuing to speak.
"You see… our people rose one day, as if ordained by Magic through the will of its Lady, to prepare for your arrival," Bloodaxe stopped momentarily as his furious growl deepened, "and whatever may come after that.
I am not pleased to know why Lady Magic would ask this of the Goblin Nation, however the Goblin Nation has followed her lead and survived so far, even when your brethren were annihilated.
Yet, you are our best chance at a future it appears." Grumbled the expressive and exasperated goblin, all the while Harry curiously watched on.
"With our revival at the hands of Lady Magic, the Goblin Nation and Gringotts Bank have found itself in a peculiar situation.
Never once in our history has the magic of our ancestors and their teachings caused any sort of problem concerning the wealth under our control and management.
Until our accountants of very ancient and wealthy found an alteration to the Bloodline Magic employed by our bank.
This led to further investigations which still continues to affect the operations of the entire Gringotts bank worldwide."
Noticing the purposeful pause, Harry decided to take the bait and asked, "and what exactly might that be?"
The fierce grin expressed by Bloodaxe only heightened the sheer shock Harry shortly felt at the revelations.
"You, Harry Potter, have gained the favour of Lady Magic to affect the Ancient Bloodline Magic our bank has relied upon to never fail us.
All vaults, regardless of conditions concerning entry and ownership, unless they are still alive, have fallen under your control, including the portion of Gringotts bank controlled previously held by select Houses of wizarding society."
A number of documents were handed over to Harry for examination and thorough study to understand the wealth he'd suddenly found in his grasp.
Bloodaxe casually explained all branches and offices of Gringotts bank had long started the process of understanding the full extent of wealth in Harry's control, but ever since they awoke after the War to End All, they worked nonstop to have everything ready by the time he arrived.
Sadly, it wasn't enough time as they delved further into accounts far beyond their control previously, yet now they were fully unraveled and leaving the Goblins gob-smacked by the level of operations in some cases.
Harry asked Bloodaxe to begin searching through the different documents pertaining to estates and properties, hidden away through a Fidelius Charm.
He knew the monetary wealth was deposited by the wizarding world in Gringotts, but the hidden properties would no doubt in his mind have plenty of knowledge and surprises ready for the taking.
.
For the next few hours, Bloodaxe and Harry worked through the stack of documents, signing management of certain properties to the bank, while others required an immediate shut down of operations.
In the beginning Harry found it hard to suppress his shock at the raw amount of wealth tied to his name all of a sudden, and this had yet to include any other inheritances he'd gained since serving Lady Death.
Eventually, he became numb to the increase proportions of wealth now in his control, but the majority of it was useless currently, however more and more magical businesses required investigation as soon as possible.
A prime business Harry wanted to visit right after his time with the Goblins finished for the day happened to manage large reserves of secure land across parts of the world to protect endangered animals and creatures.
Plants of all sorts were cultivated heavily at most of these locations widely, while others were designated solely for farming ingredients, much the Greengrass farming empire across Europe and the United States.
Therefore plans were being made in Harry's mind for longer journeys abroad eventually, once Britain was raided enough and returned back to nature, leaving nary a scar on the land.
For now though, he settled with sorting through the stack of documents, while enacting his own orders to manage the new wealth along with all the rest in his control.
This started the inheritance test, which only led to further explicit words from Bloodaxe that left Harry howling in laughter, along with the few guards stationed in the office who'd long stopped wielding their weapons and began to lounge around to pass the time.
They quickly became part of the small staff Harry ran alongside Bloodaxe, using the vibration magic for communication to relay orders further away in the bank.
It unfortunately brought more work for Bloodaxe to sort through, including a long line of accountants and managers wanting to work with the Goblin to keep the bank working without fail.
Harry used his own extensive knowledge concerning magic to expand the offices and connect many together saw Bloodaxe gaining his own private workforce of accountants and managers to help deal with the immense paperwork.
All the goblins had years of experience and already understood their accounts better than Bloodaxe so their addition to his overseeing power of authority worked out well, even when Harry's own power grew marginally through the inheritance test.
"So… what does all this mean?" asked Harry after reading through the document detailing his magically recognized full name and authorities as ordained by Magic.
Bloodaxe, grumbled in his seat, along with a few other junior accountants and managers to take up space in the expanded office, a startling fact since Harry had only been in the bank for half a dozen hours or so.
The others in the office just laughed aloud, as the flow of Gobbledegook wove through the air uninterrupted even with Harry present, after all he had greatly contributed to the behaviour currently in action.
"First, we must inform the elders of our nation but more importantly, the King will need to know of this and may ask for a personal meeting.
Wait here while I meet with the appropriate officials."
Harry didn't need to wait long before Bloodaxe returned with Goblin guards dressed in a mixture of silver and gold metals along with various beast scales.
None of the guards impeded Harry's pace walking beside Bloodaxe through the halls of the bank, illuminated by the torches of fire hung up on the walls, enchanted to stay alight indefinitely while ambient magic continued to fuel them.
The magic was rather simple for someone like Harry to employ due to his countless years of experience while serving Death, but even so he felt curious to know how the goblins were able to ensure no one needed to recharge the magic for each torch through the rune script.
Knowing he wouldn't receive an answer right now, Harry focused on his surroundings and the artwork placed on the walls, much of which would leave non-magical art aficionados to cause an outcry at the condition of the arts presentation.
The dreary atmosphere of the halls and poor lighting stopped any and all from appreciating the artwork, leaving it to appear no better than random clutter on the walls.
Hell, Harry's own passion for art caused a slight annoyance to build up in him, but it soon passed as he was led into private office, but it appeared more like a private study for someone of great importance.
Even higher than Bloodaxe's own station.
So, Harry made the connection, which was soon confirmed by the appearance of several elder goblins, but this time the difference between Bloodaxe and the new goblins were the nature of clothes each wore and the type of guards surrounding them.
Only one caught Harry's attention due to his broad and imposing stature that spoke of power, his manner of appearance through the clothing, and bodily behaviour.
It finally clicked for Harry just as the announcer began to speak.
"In the presence of Ragnok Gringottsenk the Third, King of the Goblin Nation, I present the arrival of Lord Harry James Potter."
Before the announcer continued, the King waved his hand sharply through the air, commanding the end of the announcements echoing through his private office.
"All leave besides my Royal Guard and my chosen Chief for this branch." Ordered the King while moving away from his lounge to the side and headed behind the dark mahogany desk.
The elders began to rush out of the room, whereas Bloodaxe became far more comfortable by making his way over to a portion of the office where he pressed his finger into the wall to summon the hidden bar.
Once he prepared everything and returned, Harry had taken one of the two seats on a side of the desk.
Ragnok gracefully to his seat on the golden throne made of various magical metals, drumming his fingernails patiently waiting for Bloodaxe to settle down.
Harry on the other hand focused far too deeply on the seat he'd taken opposite Ragnok, since it used to be the Potter Seat that spoke of their authority within the Magi Alliance between wizarding kind and magical beings.
According to what he'd learnt about his world's history after death, the Magi Alliance became a prominent figure in the shadow war against wizards and witches wanting to profit from the wars with different magical beings and non-magical kind.
Their existence came into being after the war with the High Elves of Avelye, an ancient civilisation to encounter magical humankind saw a mass enslavement of their populous due to their high affinity to the magical source of the world.
Clan Potarius, an early iteration of House Potter, heavily supported the Magi Alliance to fight in the shadows against those working to seize the world for their own greed and ideals of superiority.
The seat also had a lot to do with the regulatory body for the bank, known as the 'Consortium of Goblinary Finance & Red-Nosed Wizard Investors', but it was ensured under the orders of House Potter instead of the defunct clan.
The Potter's long ensured Gringotts was kept safe from detection and acted as wardens of their security forces in times of need, protecting the transport of materials diamonds, emeralds, gold, and other similar goods from goblin mines.
So, to see the ancestral seat present between his talks with the King of the Goblin Nation, Harry figured his standings were higher than any other wizard or witch, but he chose not to count on it for furthering his plans.
.
"We have been waiting quite some time for your arrival without nary a sound to advise us of your delay… and here I was told to believe you wish to rebuild relations between our people… or what remains of them." Spoke Ragnok, staring hard into Harry's glowing emerald eyes as if weighing his soul for judgement.
Harry on the other hand understood the King probably wasn't pleased to know of the power he now held due to Lady Magic's interference.
"I'll be straight forward with you, your Majesty," the acknowledgement of the royal title held great significance in their talks, which only further spread out to reach the gossiping ears of the goblin nation.
"I wasn't made aware of your knowledge to my presence, much less about our meeting with one another after my arrival in this world.
To be frank, my main purpose today by visiting the bank is to discuss a possible cooperation between myself and the Goblin Nation to save what's left of the world.
You've probably come to the same conclusion I have of magic dying out in the world, and there isn't anything that can be done to reverse such actions… right now at the very least.
What I'm hoping to achieve today is not your full cooperation but a portion of your powers to assist in certain tasks I need to employ across the world in the hopes of saving magic.
Right now, most tasks I have are left in the care of former House elves bound to Hogwarts in the past, but not so currently.
They might not have any troubles completing the tasks, but my belief is without the troublesome wizarding world and mundane kind alive to keep you at bay, why shouldn't your kind have true freedom to wander the streets and live above ground without impunity.
I don't doubt you're the only magical species to survive the culling of humanoid life after the acts of the War to End All, as such, the chances of a world where all can exist, and cooperation together is inevitable.
Furthermore, so by my own will and power, which has the blessings of the Lady Magic and Death…"
The devilish grin smirked across Ragnok's face told Harry he hit the nail on the head.
"What does the Lord of House Potter wish of Us and our people?" gruffly stated Ragnok.
Thus started the longest set of discussions any being had ever conducted with a King of the Goblin Nation.
The issue never revolved around working together, but manpower as the Goblin Nation had spread itself wide and far across the globe, so their people were for now focused on the new roles their institution had to take on.
As Harry held near all of the business that went through their doors, Gringotts bank practically became House Potter's personal staff.
Ragnok knew his nation required Harry to practically survive in their current climate, but it wasn't an issue since his people were offered plenty of different options besides freedom and cooperation.
As an official record-keeping organisation, Gringotts bank held onto a great deal of power and economic strength.
Their operations extended beyond managing the wealth of wizarding families and individuals, having widened the range of services they could offer through the ages, while understanding how to improve their own station in society.
This saw the goblins interacting with the different Ministries of Magic around the world in various levels of cooperation, but mainly to aid with the Oath Magic employed over the head position.
That very same magic went through the same effects as the Bloodline Magic utilised by Gringotts, but in a way none had expected.
As the last known person alive, and the highest authority in the world as ordained by Magic and Death, the two eternal forces gave Harry reigning authority over the lands.
For such a declaration to be enforced, Harry had to accept the position of Minister of Magic, gifting himself with complete authority over the wizarding world and its domains.
Such authority of the office meant equal rights for magical beings wouldn't be an issue as no one could oppose Harry, and magic would enforce the ruling eagerly.
Hell, Harry figured the Goblins would happily enforce any sort of law if asked considering Ragnok cooperated far too easily in their talks.
.
Once the talks ended, and contracts were signed, Harry chose to clear off one part of the contract conditions immediately by abolishing certain laws and passing others.
Milly quickly popped into the office of Ragnok once Harry called for her assistance after the King gave him consent so the Aelflyn could bypass the wards, even though they wouldn't have had a great effect on her species since their affinity with magic far exceeded any other.
After arriving in the cluttered office, Milly flicked a finger effortlessly to organise the mountain of paperwork, sending specific documents to the relevant Goblin clerks stationed throughout the bank.
An effortless piece of magic performed by Milly left the Goblins agape at the act, utterly amazed by the efficiency shown by the magical creature they had never seen before yet appeared familiar.
Once King Ragnok and Bloodaxe were brought up to date regarding the new state of the former House elves, the two Goblins were left shocked by the powerful, beautiful, and magically gifted beings.
Milly's intelligence was also put to play by her role as assistant to Harry, having provided her own insight on several different topics that came up for discussion between the two parties.
She suggested mining operations as a new source of income for the Goblin Nation if they were willing to seize the non-magical mines.
Having read through a portion of the books found during the scouting journeys, Milly understood a wide range of readily available metals and materials in the future would aid greatly in preparation for particular projects.
Plenty of other points of value could be covered by establishing a stockpile of materials and metals, but those talks were reserved for a later date.
Instead, King Ragnok found himself heavily interested in the Aelflyn, and their creation from the evolution of Hogwarts House elves, making them stronger, intelligent, and outrageously beautiful.
This brought up another point of cooperation between the parties that could be resolved rather easily.
The Goblin Nation wanted to contract Harry's aid to change the state of the House elves brought under the protection of Gringotts Bank, an act they'd long performed for centuries.
Harry's astonishment at the practice went against much of what he'd learnt during his time alive, while the few goblin educators never brought up such a significant part of their history.
Ragnok explained the mines of the bank were magically charged, evident by the crystallised energy littered throughout the deeper caves.
Since the goblins couldn't bind another magical creature to themselves, and the wards of the bank weren't enough to supply the House elves enough energy, the caves were ideal for habitation.
Ragnok explained the House elves kept themselves sustained by the charged ambient magical energy generated by the crystallised energy.
This sort of created a partial bond with Gringotts Banks, acting the House Elves as a labour force they could readily utilise, though not exploit without breaking the spirit of the bank's operational beliefs.
They weren't forced to serve the goblins like their human counterparts, but rather asked the House elves to assist in transportation of documents, goods, materials, people, and other such services like cleaning of facilities, filing and so forth for a fee.
No Goblin King ever allowed their elven brethren to suffer working without being paid for their services, which led to a few elven families to hold vaults of their own to contain their generational wealth.
Harry couldn't believe what he was hearing and immediately asked Ragnok to call on a House elf to answer some of his questions.
Milly too had plenty of questions of her own, which Ragnok readily agreed to since he wished to end the subservient nature of the House elves.
When the House elf appeared at Ragnok's call, Milly recognised the elderly elf dressed in a rich tailored suit as an old friend believed to have passed before arriving at Hogwarts for refuge.
The House elf wasn't aware of Milly and gracefully awaited for Ragnok's orders yet he paused and faced the guests after sensing great bonds to magic in his vicinity.
That was the moment he noticed Milly's natural connection to the Earth and magical, whereas Harry burned ablaze as if the sun drew power from the being.
Thankfully the vision quickly passed, and the memory left blurred for the House elf as his attention focused onto Milly, the thought of whom lingered on the tip of his tongue.
It only took a few moments for the elf to recognise Milly before he appeared beside her, engulfed in a loving hug.
Milly ended up leaving with the elf at Harry's and Ragnok assured her it was fine, allowing a small visit to the residence and village of the other elves working for the bank.
It wasn't long after she returned from speaking with the House elves that she informed Harry they all agreed to the changes exhibited by herself.
As such Harry signed the contract written up personally by Ragnok to have the House elves evolved into the state acknowledged now as Aelflyn.
Ragnok agreed for Harry to bind the House elves to his own House Magiks, knowing full well they couldn't bond with any Goblin.
Even Harry couldn't help but scowl at the lack of ability for the Aelflyn to live without a bond with a magical person but knew one day he would figure out the cause of such a restriction on the species.
Written down as a condition of the contract that approved the changes to the House Elves, they were still allowed to continue their work with the bank and continue to hold residence in the caves if they so wish.
Neither the King nor Harry saw this continuing after the evolution settled since the current Aelflyn preferred living in the open air, going as far as to creating a village near the Blake Lake and Forbidden Forest.
But for the time being, the caves were left in the care of the Aelflyn as Ragnok didn't want the land returned since it had been in the care of the House elves since before Gringotts bank laid its foundation.
The Goblins would treat them still as employees, but in time they would move from the elven village deep in the caves to Hogwarts and the surrounding lands.
Harry and Ragnok wanted the future Aelflyn to not stop working for Gringotts, first as they paid a reasonable wage to their employees, but more so to showcase to what remained of the world the possibilities for the future of a new wizarding world.
The Goblin King made sure the contracts were written to deal with the Wizarding World, an entity that continued to remain active according to Magic, however Harry wasn't aware of such a fact nor the tactical reason for addressing the contracts to 'Wizarding World' than himself.
Ragnok refused to say why, so Harry could only grumble as they moved onto the next part of their discussions.
It just happened so, the conversation between the two figures of power turned to cooperation and support immediately being supplied by the Goblin Nation.
The original belief Harry envisioned for the discussions involved the goblins offering forces to join the exploration of the world to collect all sort of materials and goods, regardless of magical or mundane kind.
What he never expected was for the Goblin King to reveal his plans for finding other magical beings and creating the first true magical city since the days of the Roman Empire and Atlantis itself.
Ragnok mentioned his plans to Harry only due to his known connection to Remus Lupin, a werewolf registered by the British Ministry of Magic once the rumours amongst Hogwarts halls reached out into the wizarding world.
.
"Ever since we awoke, a thorough audit of the accounts in our management has taken place, especially after a majority were signed over to you by the will of Lady Magic.
While most of the workforce is scouring through your accounts, a fair number are finding numerous accounts that have yet to be classed as inactive.
This at the very least suggests the holders of those vaults and accounts are still alive, as believed so by magic.
Many of whom we believe to have a deep connection to a magical being, which in turn has allowed their existence to continue after the wrath of Lady Magic and Death saw to humanity's end."
Harry eyes widened in surprise as the possibility of Part Human being alive, even if they were infected by lycanthropy, their numbers could significantly advance many of the projects he planned to start soon.
"If you are certain of continued existence, then I propose the creation of joint groups consisting of Goblins and Aelflyn.
Working together they can continue exploring the lands and noting any significant changes to the landscape while collecting everything we could possibly make use of at a later date.
But more importantly, they will search for signs of life and seek out any settlements, if any active, are willing to conduct talks with us for cooperation by establishing a long-term alliance."
Harry said more than enough to convince Ragnok, so they worked on noting the specifics of their cooperation for such a grand task that would transverse across the globe.
As such, they decided on a hundred Goblins to serve Harry's interests and projects, while another hundred would focus solely on training the Aelflyn in combat while also joining the scouting teams.
They knew in time the number of Goblins working directly for Harry would increase, hell, Ragnok even felt Gringotts may one day struggle to fill various positions since the wizard planned to save and change the world for the better with no opposition in the way.
The majority would have to reside in Hogwarts, a fact Harry didn't mind one bit, especially with his own plans to open the doors to all magical beings to further their own magical education to survive and flourish in the new world.
Plans were discussed to gain Garrick Ollivander's aid in providing items such as wands, and other magical foci to magical beings willing to act such tools to help in their control and use of magic.
In short time, Milly returned with Garrick after gaining a wand for herself she had yet to present before Harry.
Aware they had plenty of time afterwards to bring up the wand during their private talks, Milly gracefully introduced Garrick to Harry and Ragnok before aiding in the tasks of the goblin accountants for a time.
Garrick on the other hand left Harry awed by the fact he still lived, though the news it had to do with a magical bloodline closely related to Fae, Harry could only sympathise with the man for having seen plenty of loved ones move on without being able to do so themselves.
The wandcrafter understood the pains of his magical bloodline, but a true gift he'd come to partially master was Mage Sight, a particular bloodline trait of House Ollivander.
Garrick explained to his hosts that his natural affinity for wandcrafting wasn't solely due to Mae Sight, but a blend of it through ancestral House Magiks greatly altered his sight and dexterity.
His craftwork had supplied Magical Britain with plenty of focuses for generations, rarely ever matched in quality by another wandcrafter.
Those who could compete often worked out of the lesser trafficked alleys of Diagon, losing a portion of the small economy to Ollivanders simply due to location.
To accommodate the small community of crafters in his region, Garrick ensured his wands were aids for growing wizards and witches rather than their final wand.
He could create the best wands for a growing magical child, to see their potential brought to its peak, yet custom wands were the only way for a wizard or witch to truly see their power grow.
Now that he was the only one left, he supposed there was no point in holding back his talents for the craft as its sole artificer.
As such, Garrick assured Harry he'd pass on part of his knowledge to his collection at Hogwarts, but wished to train the wizard personally if possible.
Harry agreed of course, but asked for the crafter to provide all the focuses for those who would enter through his store's door, regardless of their species.
The man had no objection and happily delved into discussion with the Goblin King as Harry proposed a series of projects and goals, he wished to obtain for the world to be rebuilt and revive.
.
Once the meeting with Ragnok ended, Garrick returned to his store to begin preparing for acquiring the necessary materials just in case Harry's plans were enacted and came to pass.
In the meantime, Harry tried to comprehend his next few actions and the stupid reason he had to take such actions.
Ragnok sat him down in a private lounge prepared for the guests of the King, a room long left shut due to the status of Goblin kind after the numerous rebellions.
Harry happened to be the first wizard in a great number of years to enter its halls, filled with artwork in the form of goblin craftsmanship.
The place had left Harry to wonder the extent of Goblin Silver allowed for display in the guest halls, but it measured little up against the jewels, rare metals, and gold used to show the power of the Goblin Nation through assets.
After the two settled down, Ragnok brought up the importance of taking an inheritance test to understand all that the bank would be managing, as he became their most important client and shareholder from the moment they awoke after the War to End All.
Ragnok suspected the current version of Harry Potter whom he shared a cup of team with, was not the same man to die heroically saving several small hidden wizarding communities from annihilation as his last hurrah.
His exploits were grand tales told to young goblin children for them to understand his heroics, while those old enough to see beyond the heroics saw a young child, forced to fight for the survival of others.
A true warrior tested and shaped by the constant trials inflicted throughout his life.
They even praised his daring heroics and stupidity to go against the bank by robbing an item of another client and taking away the dragon that guarded highly important and ancient vaults.
Ragnok explained they weren't made aware of the reason why the bank was raided until after Voldemort passed away and Harry took on the Lordship of House Potter.
It just so happened the native Harry Potter met with Ragnok, who spoke of how the man paid a small fee for the transgression after explaining the item he'd taken was Tom Riddle's Horcrux.
Stored away Bellatrix Lestrange's vault, sealed by plenty of curses and traps to keep it safe, yet it all failed.
As it turned out the bank was also quite appreciative of his actions and rewarded the Lestrange vaults to House Potter, especially after a number of accounts were taken over through the Right of Conquest enacted during the war.
While the vaults gained through battle were gained rightfully, Lestrange's vault was seized for breaking the laws of the bank, much of which had to do with the Goblins own past with Horcrux's and its creator.
Herpo the Foul during his days of experimentation for immortality used Goblins to test his theory of a working Horcrux capable of lasting a long time.
His actions assured the Goblin Nation never moved past their fear of Dark Magic, especially anything to do with the soul.
Therefore, the native Harry's actions were both regarded with immense respect for removing such a foul artifact from their lands, but also a fool for daring to rob Gringotts.
So, Harry braced himself for another shock and surprise by the possible situation his family vaults might be in.
Yet the thought vanished just as quickly as the Inheritance Test Parchment displayed the results of Harry's authority.
