Eventually when the time came to return home to Britain, they left from the port in Perth, having driven back to the city from Melbourne after returning from Cairns.

They made a stop in Adelaide, storing away all the beautiful wineries including the wide array of equipment and tools.

House Potter, Black, Sayre, and Heiðran had invested heavily into the agriculture industry of Australia, so they had to make a stop in the state of South Australia to see if the properties were still functional.

To the group's surprise, a number of small magical communities were still alive and well as the workers were strictly House Elves and they long started to make the lands around the settlement as magical as possible.

Harry chose to evolve them all into Aelflyn before passing on new duties through Milly who knew best how to manage newly evolved brethren into understanding their greater gifts by Lady Magic and Lady Death.

Most travelled along for a few days in the Smaufnir until they returned to the properties, continuing the work but choosing to expand and aid their Lord as they became insistent on the title if he didn't like being addressed as 'Master'.

Besides that, the time they spent in Perth on their return was rather short as they managed shrinking down the Smaufnir to fit onto the sailing yacht for its safe return back to Britain.

The journey across the sea wasn't long with no stops along the way home beyond the occasional fishing session here and there.

Upon their return to Britain though, the group were stunned silent by the changes brought to Hogwarts and the surrounding lands in their absence.

Those native to Australia felt the icy winds crash into their bodies as Hogwarts in all its splendour came into view, leaving them all amazed by its imposing nature and ancient beauty.

The aged stone castle from the 8th century continued to stand tall and proud, coloured into the Scottish outlands.

Yet the hustle and bustle of different races entering the castle or leaving towards Hogsmeade was far greater than previously.

Not even before Harry left for Australia had this many people travelling in the area.

While the group made their way closer to the castle entrance, they noticed the construction in distance of unknown sorts.

By the time they could notice what exactly was being constructed, everyone had to keep their minds from freezing solid at the extravagant improvements being made to the castle.

Goblins and Dwarven Clans worked together to fix any damage to the castle, and even update it to suit the current changes occurring.

This saw to the construction of new facilities for Hogwarts use, which including new rooms for the students to use when outside of classrooms, workshops to aid in their understanding of certain subjects, were just some of the improvements being made.

Some additions were being constructed separate from the castle, before being weaved into its magical structure.

Other changes saw the Quidditch pitch turning it an actual stadium worthy of not just hosting the students and a few guests but plenty of visitors that may come to watch the games in their spare time.

It also saw the addition of other sporting fields and arenas to further expand the range of sports on offer to the students, which meant mundane sports.

However, as they got closer to the castle entrance, Harry's worries continued to grow just as much as his excitement to receive a full updated on all the work done so far.

..

.

Soon enough Harry regretted his eagerness to learn about the changes to his home after finding himself trapped in a meeting for several hours.

Goblins from Gringotts, Dwarves and other magical beings sent by Prince Kevgnor ahead of Harry, and Queen Emiliya of the Veela Kingdom's brightest and sharpest individuals had all spent time familiarising themselves with the people and projects of Hogwarts little Kingdom.

All those sent by the Pengraxion Principality focused their efforts to understand different projects with diverse manpower before adding their own strengths to the various tasks needing fulfilment.

The 'Playground' as Milly coined it, would have multiple purposes for the students and professors to make use of throughout the year.

Simply, it was a large gymnasium styled building capable of creating any sort of terrain with obstacles as the user's desired, using the basic principles of the Room of Requirement in its creation.

Research into the project found Aelflyn's natural affinity to magic helped greatly to construct temporary buildings.

Depending on the skill level of the individual, various designs or styles could be imitated before it became too demanding on one's magic.

Learning the Dwarven Clans Construction Magic, which focused on runes to draw on the earth to form the necessary materials to build, Aelflyns quickly learnt to evolve the specific field of magic by combining their natural affinity to form near solid buildings with a few waves of their arms.

They remained temporary but it was enough to trace out the possible design options for the gymnasium and size.

Other members of the project decided to use the skills of the Aelflyn and tested the type of building necessary to manage all the tasks they hoped for the 'Playground' to achieve.

They found plenty of problems so far in the project and the report from the Pengraxion representatives in the meeting advised Harry to spend some time aiding the group in their project to help finalise it so the resources could be allocated elsewhere.

They also wanted to spread out the magical knowledge developed by the Aelflyn part of the project so their brethren could learn the craft and help in developing Hogsmeade and the Aelflyn village by the Black Lake.

Harry agreed though only if they aided Oliver in his project to establish a central hub for the internet that acted as its main nexus access point.

The goal was to create a magical version, but before all that they needed to have a working computer that wouldn't fry itself in the magical dense environment.

The young Werewolf somehow brought up a point Harry had long forgotten to address while on the journey home to Britain from Australia.

For a long time now, Hogwarts wasn't the friendliest building to the various races and species, such as the Centaurs who couldn't traverse the staircases to classes on different levels than the ground, whilst the shorter end of the magical beings found it hard to journey the stairs due to physical limitations.

Similarly, the Merfolk had their own issues traversing the castle, and required magical artifacts to enable their movement on the land, but there wasn't such an item anyone could purchase as no one created it.

All of the chosen officials in the meeting with Harry, especially the ambassador for the Merfolk, asked Harry to specifically invest his time in creating something to aid the aquatic species to tread the land without dying.

The knowledge required for such a feat required more available hands to focus on the research component to find what could be used to give the Merfolk a chance at life on land.

Harry knew his own efforts would be focused on the environmental projects, and increasing the operational value of the scouting teams, but he agreed to invest some time to create the artifacts.

In the reality, all the different projects taking shape caused for the sudden meeting with Harry, so he could understand what they'd achieved as of late and what they sorely required.

More and more people were required each day to ensure all the different projects had enough hands and minds to achieve success.

This was especially so for the crafters and artificers creating artifacts to assist the daily lives of magical beings and creatures affected by their unique physical limitations.

.

Thus began the cycle of scouting, research, and development for all tied to Harry Potter and his vision for the future.

More scouting teams were created with a combination of magical beings taking up various roles to support one another in the field and battle in the worst of scenarios.

For the next year, Harry's strict training for the scouting teams and war games saw them never once faltering in the field, evident by the extent of good found and brought back to Britain.

They even reimagined Paintball, a mundane pastime, into a magical sport that made full use of the 'Playground' to give the users different experiences within random environments.

It was adapted for training the scouting teams so they could watch out for contact with mundane artefacts like guns.

A few Werewolves previously part of mundane militaries became the instructors for the scouting teams, putting them all through special forces training to ensure they could survive anything.

Pleiades, the instructor for combat at Hogwarts actually learnt a great deal from the special forces training and started adapting part of it to include in its curriculum to ease some of the responsibility on the trainers.

This only increased the efficiency of the scouting teams and led to the construction of various museums to hold many of the artifacts, including the magical sort that could be displayed safely.

There were rare instances were conflicts occurred with random parties the teams came across during their travels, yet it only happened due to sudden sightings or wrong impressions from a distance.

Once things would settle, and a conversation could be conducted, the team would be led towards the settlement, beginning the conversation for an alliance.

Others chose to move to save their people, and came straight to Hogsmeade, preferring the life in a functional society.

Goblins, Dwarves, and other magical beings found their brethren across the world in various locations before moving them to safer places or establishing long term settlements in specific regions unaffected by radiation as of yet.

This started occurring while Harry was away in Australia, so it saw to the revival of Gringotts to expand from its banking institution to take on administrative roles within the different magical ministries around the world.

More and more positions opened up in each ministry, with the roles being handed to the magical beings willing to take on such roles of authority.

Most understood they were taking on greater responsibility in society to change the world for the better, but others saw it as their chance to live a life long kept away from them by the former wizarding world.

Each new Minister title Harry gain meant more work on offer for not only the Gringotts Bank, but the Hjarkdun Bank of the Dwarven Clans, and the Gnome's of Kelbar's Financial Institute, after they were discovered operating on the Old Continent.

The two banks were similarly managing the accounts all now in the name of 'Harry Potter', when they never held an account for such a customer until now, as he became the wealthiest and influential immovable and irreplaceable.

Harry only made the journey to the Europe banking institutions once news of Prince Kevgnor's elder brother's kingdom was discovered.

It attracted Prince Kevgnor from Australia as he went to the discovered settlement with Harry to broker peace.

As it turned out, the Kingdom was heavily tied to the Hjarkdun Bank, and even worked beside the Kelbar's Financial Institute since the Gnomes took refuge in the kingdom, so finding the main headquarters for either organisation wasn't difficult.

Both institutions chose to align with Harry and took on more duties in his operations globally, especially after King Grogdir of the Dwarven Kingdom followed the actions of his younger brother Prince Kevgnor.

King Grogdir even stated the Pengraxion Principality was an extension of the Kingdom and as such was given full rights of protection and security with hundreds of thousands of Dwarven Guards leaving for the land down under via Transport Doors.

This however didn't stop resources and manpower being allocated to aid Harry's forces, or more commonly accepted as the Dukedom of Hogwarts.

All the new forces to join the Dukedom worked diligently when assigned to take on roles within the ministries around the globe, tearing away the faults of the past to make way for the changes to a brighter tomorrow.

Most settlements chose to make the journey to Hogwarts or a different region where they could live in better conditions, so not all ministries remained standing after the newly elected officials practically shut down operations or shifted power elsewhere.

Majority of the power rested in the British and Australian ministries sheerly due to populations working in official capacities to make significant changes and improvements to the respective areas.

But as old lands of great influence were once again trodden upon, order slowly began to reintroduce itself through the strength of scouting teams and their presence alone in some areas.

Once such case that ended up drawing Harry's attention was the discovery of a large Pukwudgie settlement nearby a strong beacon of condensed magical energy.

As it turned out the settlement was beside the Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, hidden away in the nearby forest lands.

Having stayed at the lands since saving Isolt Sayre and her family, they were allowed to continue remaining their while asked to manage and protect the school by Harry as the Lord Sayre.

News accepted by most settlements discovered was people had the option of settling near the different magical schools around the world, much like Hogsmeade.

They'd become the new safe havens for the last embers of the magical society as society rebuilt itself and developed in a way unlike the past.

In the case of Ilvermorny, the Pukwudgie were the only ones discovered to make the lands surrounding it into their home, as they did before the war.

Hoping they could become the beacon for smaller American settlements, Harry requested they helped turn a portion of the lands of Ilvermorny into a similar town like Hogmeade for settlement, with plenty of space for expansion.

They easily accepted once they knew Harry wished to reopen Ilvermorny much like Hogwarts for the next generation of students, yet it required a significant update, much like Hogwarts.

Harry sought to include Ilvermorny in his test for a worldwide magical education system and network, operating through the different magical schools around the globe.

Hogwarts become the headquarters, as it'd hold Harry's own office, but something told the wizard his plans wouldn't so easily come together without plenty of issues arising along the way.

As such, a grand hunt to seize the magical schools began, but not before another situation arose in the state of Washington of the former nation of the United States of America.

..

.

Arriving in the town of Forks, in the Olympic Peninsula, Harry learnt through his scouting team of a difficult situation between a Wolf pack, not affected by lycanthropy and a Romanian Vampire Clan, trying to survive after the war.

Ragpor just so happened to be leading the scouting team after his sister, Reela, appointed him a team after showing clear qualities of a leader.

His team discovered the Quileute Tribe Wolf Alphas whilst raiding a small town and clearing up the structures for nature to take back the land.

The two leaders, Sam Uley and Jacob Black had come out to confront the supposed danger to their lands only to find a Smaufnir variant racing down the main stretch of highway heading into the town of Forks.

It eventually stopped, but only to a dozen plus Wolves baring their teeth, ready to attack at the call of their Alphas.

Jacob made the first step forward and presented himself in Human form, only to tense, just like the others from the two packs when they sensed the Werewolves.

Only the view of different species in one space together allowed Jacob to continue communications between the different sides.

Ragpor conveyed the message of cooperation, assuring Jacob their pack and people would have everything they require or ever need, only for their help in finding others who'd survived the war.

The message was rather simple, but it was meant to start a conversation which would lead to further points and subjects to address, however Jacob conveyed they couldn't leave even if they wished due to the tribe laws.

This eventually led to Sam and Jacob heading back to their tribe to convince the elders to allow their entry onto tribal lands, after which they learnt about the alliance between the Cullen Clan.

They didn't delve into the matter too much because of ancient laws, however it was enough for Ragpor to call for Harry.

When he arrived at the tribal lands via the Transport Door in the Smaufnir variant, and found Ragpor, the Aelflyn leader advised a small portion of the team made contact with members of the Cullen Clan, only to find they were struggling to keep their people satiated with animal blood.

Some had fed on Human blood in the past exclusively, so with the war ending human life, they had to remain in hibernation otherwise they would go mad without having the necessary nutrition for their survival.

Emmett Cullen interacted with Ragpor without issue, having feasted on a few animals hunted earlier, and happily advised his family clan had taken on others to keep safe during hibernation since they fed solely on Human blood.

His own family members on the other hand fed solely on animal blood yet chose to hibernate like the rest until they awoke many months back by force, as if something wanted them up and moving.

All the others who'd taken refuge under the Cullen Clan remained in hibernation but the family started to traverse the land they'd come to call home for a long time, finding none alive besides the Quileute tribe.

Harry's first conversation with Emmett, the chosen representative for the Cullen Clan, just so happened to involve the two Alphas within the safety of the Smaufnir variant.

A few others were also asked to join the meeting, but their presence brought up too many questions that weren't of significance.

The Alphas also had a hard time around the Werewolves as they saw them as cursed abominations, yet neither dared say anything after they sensed the strong bond they all held with Harry, the supposed leader.

.

"Hold on, you're saying all human life is dead expect those, this Lady Magic and Lady Death decided to keep alive.

And it just so happens there are human's still alive… but they are different, like the smelly rag dogs here?"

"Watch it Muscle-brains.

Such big words will make you sleepy…" Replied a stern Sam Uley, with a hidden smirk to Emmett, while joined by Alice and Jasper.

The couple came along once Alice sensed a tough conversation for Emmett to judge in his lonesome and believed her presence with Jasper would ease their 'brother'.

They also matched the number of Wolves at the meeting, since many more were hidden in the woods, but unable to do anything to the large magical vehicle.

There was trust between the tribe and the Cullen Clan, yet the increased number of Vampires on the land made them all worry about a sudden attack on their people.

Many survived the aftermath of the war, such as Jacob's father, only to find his legs were healed and the hidden Wolf was now alive.

Yet there were a few others unable to gain the powers of the Spirit Animals, but still had gifts endowed, just vastly different ones.

They just worried the other Vampires would awaken and attack their settlement, the last of their people and loved ones.

"Alright, let's get straight to the point.

I am not one to waste time nor do I like people wasting mine.

So how can I help both of your sides, after all I do wish to secure alliances if I am here to act as a mediator."

Neither side apricated Harry's straightforward attitude yet it was accepted to not cause any further delays.

Alice took this moment to speak for her Clan, talking about their struggle to find appropriate substance for their brethren kindly resting to stay their hunger.

Harry noted their incredible strength, speed, power, and much more through Ragpor's earlier report when members of the team fought the few Vampires out on patrol, so he wanted to help the bloodsuckers and gain their cooperation, but it wasn't simple a simple request to fulfil.

A safe place to stay and live were requirements easily achievable, but to find a source of food for the Vampires easily required a great deal of his attention.

The tribe preferred to keep to their land, however the young Wolves wanted modern luxuries back in their lives and the ability to travel beyond their lands.

Both sides offered to help Harry tour the area, which only led to a joint trip around the tribe lands first, involving a meeting with True Alpha of the Quileute Tribe, William 'Billy' Black.

The same people from the earlier meeting in the Smaufnir variant vehicle joined the discussions as they delved into matters not solely focused on the pact between the Tribe and Clan.

Leading late into the night, the talks lasted for longer than anyone thought as dinner came out for all to dine on, including raw meats and animal blood for the Vampires.

Quileute tribespeople thought some of the members of the group, such as the Goblins and Centaurs required such sustenance but were quickly told no by Ragpor and other Aelflyn helping set up the right area for everyone to comfortably dine.

Certain meals were also brought for the specific species if the Quileute tribe didn't have what was necessary.

Some items were simply transfigured together into an entirely different product, which eventually led to Harry making some suggestions to the Aelflyn for the Vampires.

To their surprise, Harry's idea worked out well as Emmett, Jasper, and Alice were presented barbeque much like everyone else's, but the ingredients were much too different.

The Vampires took a leap of faith and dug into their meals, only to discover they were tasting blood of the deer, only it tasted much richer, fulfilling, and nutritious.

Ragpor eventually explained they were asked to transfigure the blood from the hunted animals into the respective ingredients necessary for the barbequed meats and salad.

First off, the blood was expanded to make sure there was enough for all three to eat with the possibility of seconds and thirds, but far more to take home.

Next the blood was cleansed magically by the Aelflyn, only for portions to split off and transfigure into the necessary ingredients, in this case everything for a burger, sausages, and a steak.

Ragpor's team of Aelflyn sensed the Vampires were barely finding enough food to fill themselves, having many of their kind taking refuge in their home.

.

Jasper soon left with Alice, taking plenty of food home for their family and friends to enjoy, with the promise of more from Harry if they liked what they made.

Emmett promised none would find any sort of fault, and his words were rather spot on as the couple returned with Carlisle Cullen, their family and Clan head.

The ancient Vampire wasn't opposed to an alliance, even more so after tasting the meal prepared by the Aelflyn as it meant another means for their kind to enjoy normality.

In the end the talks led to an alliance with the Olympic Coven, and a new pact was formed with Shamans of the tribe and the True Alpha, William 'Billy' Black, to seal their cooperation with one another.

It also meant part of the Olympic Coven, which the Cullen's fell under, would send some members of the Denali Coven as ambassadors, staying at Hogwarts, to understand what sort of community they had created on the other side of the globe.

Harry suspected the whole Olympic Coven would eventually move, but they were happy to work beside the Wolves to keep order in Forks and the surrounding lands, until they could move outside of their homeland in the Spirit Animal form.

That still didn't stop Ragpor's team from establishing a magical settlement in the town of Forks, claiming it all as part of the Dukedom of Hogwarts greater influence across the world.

The Olympic Coven chose to make the Fork settlement their main home, making the move first to ensure others of their kind wouldn't feel threatened by the place.

Also, it meant they were closer to the Aelflyn remaining behind to receive Blood-Transfigured vegetables, fruits, ingredients and much more to live a life without needing to hunt like animals.

The Wolves on the other hand saw many of the Werewolves and the project members of the lycanthropy cure team to find answers to why the Quileute packs weren't cursed.

But it became part of normal life as Harry's people brought life back to Forks, Washington, and the wizard returned back to Britain with plenty of Vampires trailing along.

They took up residence in Hogwarts itself, not before they were left stunned by its magnificence and magical nature.

A lot of disbelief quickly washed away at the sight of the magical lands they only thought was mythical until now because of the different species they saw back in Forks and the expanded insides of the Smaufnir variant vehicle.

Edward, his wife Bella, and several others of the Denali Coven quickly found themselves moving around the castle and its lands like giddy children.

They got over their awe of the land and began to aid the development of Hogsmeade, joining the construction teams, even going as far as to working side by side with the Dwarves and Goblins in their forges to make use of their superhuman strength.

Kate, Carmen, and Eleazar of the Denali Coven had found their own interests and devoted plenty of time to their magical hobbies, which just happened to include Quidditch for Edward.

Bella quite enjoyed potions, even with her heightened senses and found she had a natural affinity for the magical craft.

.

Soon enough the news of the alliance with the Olympic Coven was long forgotten as the days moved past and everyone focused on the tasks at hand.

Kate found herself managing the Education Department for the Dukedom of Hogwarts and her lands, which began to take on the different magical schools around the globe.

Beyond securing the magical schools through Harry taking the Headmaster position, and magic doing the rest, Kate had to ensure the updates to each school occurred, and the new curriculum was organised.

She worked side by side with Oliver after he figured out how to inscribe the relevant runes to stop magic from affecting electronics.

Also, he figured out how to allow electricity into magical buildings without an explosion occurring.

Harry dedicated some of his time to held refine Oliver's work, incorporating what he was taught during his time studying under Lady Death.

As such, all magical institutions had to have electricity connected, with the proper wiring for lights in all the classrooms and even library to ensure students could make full use of the energy source, rather than utilising items like candles.

Similarly, internet access wasn't freely available for all the students without restrictions in place, such as a Media Room for where the computers would be set up, being one of the only places it was possible to use the net.

Oliver wasn't at the point of creating an Internet Nexus at Hogwarts just yet, nor had he figured out how to create a magical WIFI, but he made sure this was only the beginning for mundane conveniences in the reviving magical world.

Thankfully the project team working by his side had improved to include professionals educated in the fields of Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Engineering and other related subjects to help progress along the project.

They'd discovered a number of different components within computers required shielding to survive magically rich areas, and the solution for such a fault had escaped Oliver for far too long.

Harry assisted the man, but not to the point that he gave away the answers.

Another objective of the project team that Harry found ambitious to fulfil right away was to see the knowledge of the libraries from the magical schools to be catalogued and uploaded into an online database for easier access, even if they'd graduated or studied from home in their holidays.

That itself required close to several hundred people from different parts of the world gathering together to work on the project to possibly make it a reality.

So far, the current centre of knowledge, Hogwarts, didn't have the ability to focus on such a broad project, which easily would require most of the available workforce.

Queen Emiliya of the Veela Kingdom insisted her people and those previously to have lived in the mundane world were placed front and centre for the project.

She'd tried to give her Veela a higher position in the project, but stopped when she figured they weren't all educated enough on the mundane subjects to provide any real assistance just yet.

So far, a number of Veela enjoyed organising the books the scouting teams gathered while out exploring, therefore it wasn't a significant readjustment for the few Veela who were asked to assist Oliver.

Thankfully, none of the alliance members complained as they knew of the importance each library held for everyone, including the future of the world.

Some even found their own members wished to join the project, knowing full well its importance went beyond making life easier for the future students of the reviving magical world.

.

Other significant moments over the course of the year included Harry dedicating a large portion of his time to deal with effects of radiation and how to heal the land, both magically and scientifically.

His time in Russia towards the end of his year to declare the last magical school of Europe and Russian Ministry under his Lordship, saw to the discovery of a large military archive dedicated to nuclear research.

To the surprise of the scouting team, the scientists were aided by the Russian Ministry of Magics Unspeakables before the war began.

They provided basic services to repair equipment and through the use of magic helped ease most tasks of the research team, but they too worked on magical research within the specific field of study.

Going off everything stored, the group found the scientists discovered a few different avenues to deal with radiation effects from nuclear missiles.

From what they figured out in the reports, Moscow didn't want anyone heading down such paths if it meant time and money away from the main focus of the project.

Harry decided to set roots within the archive until everything could be moved to Koldovstoretz, the Russian magical school.

They didn't mind setting up a base at the archive, however it was far from being secure or safe for long term settlement, so it was decided to move everything as soon as possible.

For the next several months, Harry stayed at the archive until it was emptied and shifted to Koldovstoretz's newly created storage and research facility.

People were moved to Koldovstoretz so they could work beside Harry to understand the effects of radiation so a possible solution to the worldwide damage can be developed.

Evidently, this sort of project wouldn't have been required to form together if western nations and powers of influence hadn't acted as aggressors for most of their time as world leaders.

Majority of the time underdeveloped nations didn't require a tough hand but a bit of love and help, but it wasn't possible due to deep seeded corruption.

In the current day and age however, such actions by the non-magical kind left a great deal behind for the magically gifted to correct.

The few settlements found in the vast nation and harsh lands decided to join Harry by moving to Koldovstoretz, hoping they could aid in the discovery of a method to save the environment.

By taking the necessary steps through learning the prerequisite knowledge via the Portrait Professors capable of teaching vastly more than magical subjects, Koldovstoretz quickly became the epicentre for majority of the scientific projects due to the weather and state of facilities.

Harry even found most of his time was spent at Koldovstoretz rather than Hogwarts to fulfil the requirements for all the scientific projects running at once.

They didn't even have enough manpower for dedicated staff devoted to each project as most people were required to work on several different ones at the same time.

Whilst this had the added effect of a wider scope of possibilities from each project due to the varying ideas, it also slowed down the progress of the projects significantly.

To stop this from getting out of control, Harry had to spend more hours working on a wide range of projects, which further pushed back his own plans for magical projects like helping the Werewolves with their cure and aiding the Merfolk.

However, it wasn't for long before everything was settled at the research facility, and the wizard could move on.

Soon enough, a solution was found for the Merfolk, enabling them to transfigure their forms slightly to move around on two legs while on land, breathing in air without any issues.

Even their speech wasn't affected by the lack of water, though most chose to learn other languages to make their day-to-day life easier.

It meant the runic array of the artifact just so happened to work for the Centaurs, enabling them to move on two legs rather than their whole horse form.

That meant their skills and strengths were condensed down and strengthened to the appropriate size after the changes were enacted, though not permanent and only in effect when wearing the necklace artifact.

.

Also, another project to see significant progress throughout the year just so happened to relate to finding a cure for lycanthropy.

Only after raiding thousands of different libraries, both magical and not, were the Enhanced Portraits part of the project able to piece together why such a curse existed and its possible origin.

Hidden away, split across several hundred tomes and ancient journals finally aided the Portrait Professors to discover the curse was inflicted on Wolf Packs who'd fought against a powerful wizarding House.

The Wolves were forced into a battle against the Ancient House as they hunted down packs across the Old Continent for sport until they found their family crumbling down to the last few members alive.

When it all seemed lost, and the end for the Ancient House, their strongest wizards formed a curse together that they expelled onto the Wolf packs during a full moon.

Ever since that night, Wolves of the Old Continent disappeared and became Werewolves, rabid like beings known to lose their minds on the night of the full moon.

Other curses placed on Werewolves by other strong wizards and witches over the years altered the original curse, changing it from affecting entire packs to specific bloodlines, which was the case in the United States, but not all over as proven by the Quileute tribe.

They'd provided their own thoughts on the curse, but none could resolve the matter just yet, only furthering their path towards a viable cure.

All members of the project chose to continue taking classes at Hogwarts through the portraits and even those willing to take up the career path of an educator.

None were against furthering their educational level since classes were still on offer via the Portrait Professors when someone alive couldn't be found to satisfy the conditions of the class.

Since Hogwarts wasn't operating as per usual, Harry allowed such acts to continue, though not for long as he wanted to restart Hogwarts officially.

Similarly, the other schools he took over around the world were being updated and improved to a state Harry believed they could educate the future generations to the highest degree.

Those who chose to spare enough time in their daily schedule to teach, such as Firenze of the Centaurs of the Forbidden Forest, gained the most from educating others as they found new insight towards their craft.

.

The Centaurs were found asleep in a deep cave discovered by a pair of Goblin and Dwarven friends after they found a trail leading to a possible magical silver mineral vein within the scope of Hogsmeade's distant border.

The whole herd was left in stasis, much like the former House elves of Hogwarts, which told Harry a higher power, most likely Lady Death, had resolved to save them from extinction.

All members of the herd were grateful for their revival and chose to create a new alliance with Harry and his forces.

Most joined the scouting teams to see the world and explore without borders in the way or restrictions, whereas Firenze remained much the same.

He continued to consult with the stars and made the decision to send a few members of the herb, including himself to teach Divination and Astrology at Hogwarts.

More weren't sent by Firenze as he wanted to settle his people comfortably back into their ancestral lands of the Forbidden Forest, once more protecting the magical life that remained and aiding new life to sprout through their light Druidic powers.

Yet the herd found themselves interacting with the society taking shape in Hogsmeade and even within the castle walls, especially the other Centaurs from the Veela Kingdom, Dryads and Nymphs greatly attuned to the earth and nature.

.

Around this time, Harry learnt of Prince Kevgnor and his brother, King Grogdir, chose to send a few elder artificers and weaponsmiths to begin teaching Forging and Metallurgy Classes at the different schools in operation around the world that offered some classes already.

Most ended up at Hogwarts since it had the largest populous and work to be performed, so they fitted comfortably into the old Scottish castle and its growing town village.

Both Dwarven brothers of royalty chose to send the elders of their lands to ensure the next generation knew all there was to magic and its various crafts.

Therefore a few made the decision to move with their families to Hogsmeade, taking up residence close to Hogwarts as it was the best place to witness the revival of the magical society.

Most came to cherish their decision far ahead in the future once Hogwarts became fully operational and their own businesses began to flourish.

.

Other changes brought to Hogwarts within the first year of its management and control by Harry saw to the revitalisation of Quidditch and an improvement of the game.

A team of researchers with Werewolves, Veela, Goblins, Dwarves, Centaurs, and many others working side by side, saw to improving Quidditch from its current lunchtime kick around to a professional level sport much like English football, basketball and so on.

First off, they decided to scrap the rules regarding brooms, and began working on separate models for the different positions.

In the case of the goalkeeper, a steadier broom with a tougher handle and more bristles to beat against the quaffle or bludgers without damaging the flying apparatus became standard.

Testing of a few crafted broomsticks meeting such requirements just so happened to show an increase in performance from the goalkeeper and far greater manoeuvrability.

Besides that, stability of the broomstick was a main factor that became quite evident when flown by several different human's infected with Lycanthropy.

Gifted with magical cores to practise magic from birth, they were able to fly broomsticks without any faults, and quite enjoyed the behaviour of the Goalkeeper line of broom.

They received the opportunity to test out the other brooms as well created for the different positions, such as the beaters.

The bristles were thinner but just as tightly packed as the Goalkeeper broom line, yet they remained on the milder side of fast action speed and acceleration, with more space for the handle to allow the rider to transition from different positions to bat away bludgers.

Playing with the bats made flight difficult for most unless they trained for the position to make the action second nature, so the specific brooms for beaters enabled them to quickly switch positions from leaning heavily against the broom or sitting upright.

The brooms also gave the beaters plenty of comfort and control to handle to manage single handed steering to wield the bat in the other to strike out at the bludgers.

It even enabled the rider to quickly adapt their body to the sudden changes mid-air from simply swapping the bat to another hand or changing directions to suit the type of play at hand.

Most riders who got to test out the broom felt it had the best control for its accelerate speed and effectiveness of the brakes, that it could be substituted for casual use quite easily for a fair price.

The brooms for the chasers went with a sleeker bristle though shaped aerodynamically to give the best movement mid-flight.

Matched by a light but sturdy wood for the handle, gifting the rider plenty of speed and sudden acceleration, it required the finest flyers to make full use of its daring strengths.

Only the broom for the seekers outmatched the one for the chasers due to its shorter and cleanly cut bristles compared to a handle designed with aerodynamics in mind so the rider wouldn't be coasting often but moving as much as they can to scout the skies.

All reports from the riders gave resounding reviews for the broomsticks, up until they were told to play a game of quidditch at the new Hogwarts grounds arena and left the viewers stunned at first by their lack of skill.

Only after the real strength of each player came together in a sudden flash of inspiration that the game became worthy of watching.

What caught the attention of the growing crowd was the sudden change of strategy each team had to employ so the brooms could be utilised effectively.

Seekers found themselves unable to stop and stay still for too long before they moved again to view the layout of the field and game as it continually changed and shifted.

The Seekers eventually learnt on the go how to steady their brooms, and as the game progressed the two seekers were making all sorts of unique and well-known plays to not just slip by their opponent but switch up how the game was played.

Rather than constantly looking out for the golden snitch, Seekers would sometimes join the rest of the game, taking on Chaser or Beater roles depending on the situation.

This provided for a largely more entertaining match between the two Seekers, especially after they joined up with the Chasers to score some serious points.

As the first game with the new broomsticks remained largely unmanaged by anyone specific, rules were not bothered with, so it was more of a free for fall than an organised professional game most would seek out to watch.

In fact, it was far too disorganised that each player went outside of their usual position as the new brooms demanded to be pushed and tested in the heat of the game.

This led to the project expanding further than just building the broomsticks, and as such the relevant people of the research team started working on improving the protective gear each player wore.

It included the introduction of a helmet for the players and full body gear to protect them from the stronger bludgers which came in response of the tougher bats made alike to baseball ones.

Goblins and Dwarves alike wanted to improve the lethalness of the game, yet they understood the necessity for safety, so the armour and equipment came into creation for all players.

The Veela team members worked with the Aelflyn to make it easier on the crowds to understand and track the players better, such as numbers on the back of the Quidditch long coats every player would wear during the match.

Helmets were charmed too after the suggestion was made by the Centaurs to hide the helmets after they were worn and clipped on, engaging the disillusion feature.

However, the helmets were charmed to only disillusion themselves for the wearers, so they could have an unobstructed view of the field.

Crowds on the other hand knew who the players were by the unique colouring of the helmets, each labelled with the players known nickname or one presented by the team.

The second game with the new equipment and gear, including a few rule changes showed everyone present the truest version of quidditch for a time.

The points system had slightly changed so the three posts weren't of the same size and didn't offer a measly few points in comparison to the Seeker's game ender.

Everyone who witnessed the game called it the best version of quidditch they ever saw since the game allowed for the lethalness through tested safety gear and customised brooms.

Only after the rules were finally reviewed and updated, a third game was conducted which turned into a grand event, drawing people from all the different settlements through Transport Doors.

As the first official event authorised by the new worldwide magical government, simply named the 'Magi Council', the third Quidditch game became the first major event after the War to End All.

The new rules the Magi Council and their Quidditch League decided on to the goal rings changing in size.

Now the middle post will remain the same size at eight feet in diameter, the one to the right is four feet wide while the one on the left just reaches wide at around one and a half.

Respectively they gave ten, thirty, and fifty points, heavily altering the gameplay and tactics employed.

The Seeker would only gain a hundred points, with the game continuing to the predetermined set time of two hours, altering the strategic value of the Seeker.

It wasn't the game ending position no more, but an assisting position that operated like an all-rounder, primarily still fighting for the slightly slowed Golden Snitch, yet scoring from time to time with the Quaffle and defending against Bludgers with a loaned baton from a fellow Beater.

Harry came to view the event too, having recently returned from his new home in Brazil at Castelobruxo, the South American magical school.

.

Built in the great amazon forest north of Brazil, many believed Castelobruxo was built around the same time Hogwarts, however Harry's own time at the prestigious South American school discovered it superseded the Scottish castle by a dozen more centuries.

Most of the information and knowledge was stored away in collapsed caverns far beneath the grand golden pyramid of Castelobruxo, built with heavy Mayan themes and elements drawn into its architectural design.

Each level of the Pyramid contained classrooms and facilities for the students to use freely, even the teachers if they so choose.

However, the exterior couldn't match up to the timeless interior of the magical institution due to the heavy culture and art that canvased the walls, roof, and flooring.

Furthermore, the rooms all spoke of cultural elegance only a few nations around the world were capable of showcasing as rightfully theirs.

Even the dorms of the students outclassed Hogwarts own through the sheer options they were given to keep practising and exercising their magic.

Rooms set for duelling, personal exercise, and general group study were just some of the few additions on offer to the students at Castelobruxo through their dormitories.

Harry planned to make some improvements to Hogwarts common rooms, which were long overdue, however the changes would be inspired by what he'd seen during his time at Castelobruxo.

He'd gone there to further continue his research on developing a method to stop radiation contamination from further spreading and effecting the land.

However, the end goal was to find a way for the plants to naturally accept the radiation and absorb it before expelling it without harming the Earth.

As the known centre for magical herbology in the world, Harry believed his answers were locked away in the ancient South American castle.

Its reputation wasn't only known for educating the next magical generation but protecting the lands of the Amazon rainforest without it succumbing to non-magicals desiring it for logging and expansion.

They used the large rainforest to harvest a wide variety of magical plants, while also farming their own in the ever wild and evolving magical energy left to chaotically saturate the environment.

Over the last few months at Castelobruxo, Harry made great progress in finding an environmentally healthy solution to the worldwide radiation effects.

However, such a discovery only meant for Harry that his dear matron would make an appearance, telling him of her next steps for his guided future and goals to fulfil.

So, he awaited for the dearest of them all, Lady Death.

.

"Hmm… how does one century feel to you?

I'll say the last year you've spent has been a trial, but going forward, I will take an account.

So, from today, counting one hundred years, that is the deadline for my blessings to end and the radiation to return.

But I know you won't fail me… you never have so far."

Thus ended the graceful presence of Lady Death shining down on Hogwarts, having appeared for a small meeting with Harry to see how many souls he'd collected over the year to pass on.

As the servant of Death, Harry had a duty to collect the souls left behind, unable to move on because of an attachment or binding to the living world.

His journeys across the world have collected countless souls but it also left him with their grief and pain to handle before they moved on to the afterlife.

The emotions were a necessary weight every single servant of Death had to accept from the souls to give them what little rest they could gain before moving to the afterlife.

Harry's own collection, being the only person on Earth currently conducting the task had over a billion stored away safely, as he'd gone to some of the highly densest cities regarding population for raiding.

During those trips, he'd collect the souls, and have them rest in his shadow, while their rampant emotions and pains became his own to handle, which wasn't made simple with Harry secured to Earth and unable to enter Death's Domain.

Thanking Lady Death silently in his mind for relieving him of the stress imposed by the souls, his mind instead focused on the deadline of a century before the blessing gifted by Lady Death faded and the radiation returned to the world.

So far majority of the work over the course of a year had focused on finding other settlements and ensuring they were supplied with all the necessary goods to keep alive and join up with the reviving new magical world.

They were only just starting up the magical schools once more around the world, as more and more teachers graduated from their classes at Hogwarts or the few magical schools around the globe with Portrait Professors to teach others.

A decent number of people chose teaching as a line of work so they could aid the next generation of children, making sure they all understood the cause of the War to End All and what it means for them now.

Death's warning also gave Harry an idea of when the blessing would end, so there was a push for the graduated students to go on and possibly join various projects helping the environment.

So, after the meeting with Lady Death came to a quick conclusion, Harry met with the dozens of project managers who all wished for his attention to review their work.

One of them just so happened to be the leader for the Quidditch project, and with it complete now the team decided to create other magical sports, selecting Dodgeball and Basketball as the two non-magical sports to get a makeover.

Another project specifically focused on Hogwarts and its educational system, which all caught the attention of the Magi Council members for many different qualities.

A major point of the project that all Magi Council members found suitable, was the removal or adjustment of House points employed by the Professors as an incentive for the students.

First the project sought to remove certain classes with only specific Houses, such as Slytherin and Gryffindor enjoying potions together.

Now they wanted it all to be mixed classes with students from each of the Houses, including the new ones.

Along with that a new set of a points systems was suggested, where one would continue to add or subtract from the whole tolly for the age-old House Cup, and the other to gauge the individual student's progress throughout the year.

A predetermined number of personal points would be given to each student, which could be subtracted or added to per their academic and personal actions.

If a student weren't to hand up his homework on time or miss class, the educators will subtract a certain number of personal and house points.

The latter means very little besides in societal effects, but the personal points meant more than they seemed.

Over a year, it would be expected from the children to increase their measly 50 personal points to reach a minimum of 100 through actions deemed acceptable by the educators.

A few great examples the project members raised early in the research phase discussed points such as students presenting their assignments earlier than the due date, only further achieving a better grade through marked drafts.

Similarly poor grades could affect the student's personal points tally to a point they would require a private meeting with the child's parents.

Acts of physical nature and verbal were counted as part of the actionable disciplinary section of the updated Hogwarts charter of Laws, Policies, and Rules.

Bullying would not be tolerated, and it would show through the personal points, as such an act would lose the student all of their points but 10, for the first time.

The educators would be expected to punish the student appropriately, even if it meant expulsion, but detention is mandatory with it focused on furthering one's studying or consigned to completing assignments than taking on the duties of a teacher or caretaker.

On the other hand, if the act of bullying were to reoccur, then a conversation with the parents and student before the headmaster would be inevitable.

A full loss of personal points would result in Quidditch privileges, Hogsmeade, and so on to be stripped from the students for the year unless the length of detention has shown to build certain character and discipline within the student to once again be allowed certain rewards.

But best of all the project members saw to the Houses not allowing the separation to continue any further.

Classes mixed was just the beginning for greater unity at Hogwarts.

In all honesty, none of the project members nor did the supposed future educators of Hogwarts worry about the possibility of the same sort of rivalry between the Houses, which once existed before the war.

Those currently alive weren't concerned with such rivalries nor did it matter to them about Dark Lords and their Houses during school.

.

Soon enough, a few more months passed away since Lady Death made herself known to Harry, while the rest of the world continued to drive ahead, focused on the future of their world.

In the case of the Hogsmeade and Hogwarts residents, the place was nearing its grand reopening as Harry finally agreed to reopen the castle to students after the final improvements and changes were made.

Many felt misty eyed at the extent of changes they saw over the course of a year, with many others wondering if the old magical world who have ever accepted the improvements they made with the help of magical beings.

A new component of Hogwarts, and the other institutions around the world, came through the form of recreational activities for the students to enjoy and test their own strength against to further their own magical might and strengths.

Set up in designated Recreational Rooms around the castle or off to the new Grand Hall built off from the ground floor to accommodate larger crowds for the different activities, various sorts of options were now on offer to each student to experience freely.

Non-magical sports were just the first few options available to the students through the magical application of the Room of Requirement's specific magic, allowing for those within to change the landscape into a variety of different fields, zones, and locations.

A person would ask the Recreational Room to send them to play Dodgeball on a court within the Amazon rainforest and much more, but many preferred the electronics on offer.

Magical and mundane gaming options were available for all to play, even variants of the games recreated by the Recreational Room to give the players a realistic experience.

This was largely due to the Dwarven and Goblin clans wanting to test their might against many different characters they'd deemed worthy after inspecting many different games produced by the non-magical world.

They even improved the magical projectors Harry had created earlier on for the students, though now they offered a greater cinematic experience than previously.

In case of films with a horror theme, the viewers would gain a scene of dread while watching the characters trying to survive or battle whatever the antagonist is set as.

Similarly, you would gain the thrill of the chase while watching someone like Jason Bourne running for his life, shooting down the attackers in his path.

Later down the road, these few additions to the castle led to students delving down career paths focused on crafting various items from pop culture, or even building their own cinematic masterpiece for all to view, but that was a tale for another time.

.

Soon the day arrived when Hogwarts reopened, and its residents, including all from Hogsmeade made sure to liven up the castle in a way very few ever saw it in.

But it matched well with the theme Harry set for the first year of Hogwarts reopening.

Keeping with the theme of Kings Cross Station, a project to renovate the historical London station saw the place reorganised so it had access to magical railway lines combined with the mundane network without any division as it was in the past.

The construction teams worked with particular project teams that saw to the whole British Railway Network to operate on new magical lines, using newly modified magical trains.

Most lines were stripped away if there wasn't a settlement or historical site in the area that might bring visitors or settlers in the future.

Therefore, the amount of work available right now was more than the Dukedom of Hogwarts and her allies could handle at once.

For now, the railway lines actively operated to the few settlements across Britain and Europe sorted by the new magical world society, but in the special case of Hogwarts first year back in operation, Harry devised a small detour for the ancient train.

As the other magical schools around the world became the centres for the resurging magical society, many had yet to finish the upgrades to the institutions, so Harry chose to send the Hogwarts Express on a little trip around the world.

Starting from Britain at newly renovated Kings Cross Station, Hogwarts Express made its first stop in the Pengraxion Principality, at the modernised yet magical train station.

The station allowing for the students scattered across the country and abroad all over Oceania to arrive and board the Hogwarts Express from a centralised location.

Harry, along with a few he'd come to consider as friends, joined him on the journey around the world by the Hogwarts Express.

Bill and Fleur watched in wonder and awe as the world moved around them at astonishing speeds while resting within a private carriage Harry joined onto the Hogwarts Express for his friends to enjoy comfortably.

Gabrielle, Charlie, and others were there too, taking in the sights of the new magical world around the globe.

They watched away from prying eyes as parents arrived with their children of all ages to board the train, which continued to remain as elegant as Harry first ever saw her, plus a couple extra additions.

Similarly, the parents and children we just as amazed by the magnificent feat of magical engineering, but what truly brought joy to Harry more than anything was the type of people gathering at the station.

Veela, Werewolves, Wolves, Merfolks, Centaurs, Goblins, Dwarves, Hags, Nymphs, Dryads, Half-Giants and so forth arrived with their equipment for the schooling year, carrying trunks by trolleys or by the aid of parents, and pets secured in cages.

For the children, it was a chance at studying magic like the wizards and witches of the world long gone, whereas the parents held back tears of joy to see their children experience possibilities previously not available for their kind.

Most of the children weren't aware of such facts yet, but in time they would understand, for now though they were settling in for a journey of a lifetime.

Taking up one of the many different compartments of the carriages, the children soon discovered there were plenty of common areas for the students to gather and mingle amongst each other in comfort and luxury.

Food and drinks service was provided to the children once they settled down and they'd left the station, but for the few that chose to remain in the common areas, they had access to the bar which served a variety of different items.

But the most interesting feature to catch everyone's surprise, including the parents as they remained behind at the station, was Hogwarts Express's ability to lift off the railway tracks and fly through the sky.

Whizzing through the air, Harry charmed the train to travel at fairly high speeds to reach all other nine magical school settlements before the last stretch to Hogwarts.

They already gathered all the children from Britain, so they didn't need to make the stop by King's Cross again, instead they would head straight towards the British landscape and wide-open Scottish Highlands after France.

The trip lasted most of the day, allowing the students to meet one another and make new friends from each stop.

Many of the older students from foreign settlements understood joining the magical schools closest to their homes would be the preferred option once they started taking students for admission, but most wanted to see what Hogwarts had to offer.

So far none were disappointed, especially after they arrived at the Hogsmeade Transport Station and noticed the vast size of the magical town as it headed towards becoming a city.

With Hagrid killed during the war, Sandra the new Aelflyn Groundskeeper took on the duty to lead all the students across the lake towards the castle, as they enjoyed the magnificence of the castle as its magic thrummed alive in the moonlit sky once it sensed the students.

As they reached the shore of the castle, all the students were led towards to waiting area between the main corridor and Great Hall.

But considering the number of students attending Hogwarts, plenty of people spilled out into the corridor until the doors opened for the Great Hall, led by the Master of Ceremonies, Madame Beaumin, a Part Veela.

Before they could be sorted, Gryff, the Hogwarts sorting hat sung the annual song as the castle semi-sentient Genius Foci acted to improve the quality of the feast and grand reopening.

At the heads of each long table signifying the different Houses, where suddenly light formed out of thin air to present the founders in all their glory as they stood tall, gazing with smiles at the students entering their halls.

Unlike past years, the castle didn't only have four Houses anymore, but included House Peverell, House Ignius, and House Heiðran.

The three Lords to help the known four founders become the faces of the new Houses, appearing like the other founder by the illusion organised by Hogwarts itself.

With seven Houses on offer for the students to fall into, Gryff had more than enough options for the students to accept beyond the original four Houses.

All the students found they were accepted by their founders after Gryff would make the announcement before they smiled down and waved at the student, even conversing with them as others came to join or offering particular titbits of history.

For Harry, who watched from the head table with the teachers and members of the Magi Council, it felt like Hogwarts knew the importance of today and what it meant not only for the students but the magical world at large.

.

By the time students returned the following morning to the Great Hall for breakfast, it became far more evident to all who saw that the students were interacting happily with one another.

None bothered to go sit at their House table and instead met with friends from other Houses and moved around the Great Hall freely.

As the schooling year progressed, the students eventually settled into the castle, accepting their home away from home, as they made bonds to not only strengthen during their time at Hogwarts but to bloom once they left the castle for the next adventure in their adult lives.

However, Harry wasn't one willing to invest his attention on the students completely, therefore the professors were left with the relevant responsibilities while he went out to focus on various projects requiring more of his focus than ever before.

Besides finding how to eliminate the effects of radiation, Harry worked with Oliver to develop a possible branch of Technomagic to one day exist and freely be practised, even if the progress of the project was fairly slow.

Other times he continued travelling, aiding different scouting teams while gathering tethered or haunted souls, and searching for specific materials, but as of late, Harry strove to find a solution to lycanthropy.

So far, the group realised the original curse was inflicted by an unknown Ancient House long believed to have gone extinct.

Any sort of chance to find them or the specifics of the curse utilised was next to none, so the project team tried other possible cures, one of which was far from a reasonable shot to take right now.

Scouring through all the libraries across the different magical schools for a possible solution wasn't easy at all due to the mass amount of knowledge stored away in the institutions.

Only when Harry tried to converse with the semi-sentient Genius Foci of Hogwarts to learn it had tried over the years to understand written knowledge, having seen plenty of magic practised within its walls that she wished to truly realise the knowledge behind it.

Yet as Hogwarts hadn't reached the point it was a fully sentient Genius Foci, a large portion of what it hoped to achieve could not be possible for the time being.

Instead, the idea of a Genius Foci led Harry to travel across Africa, South America, and Europe for any naturally formed Spiritual Foci.

Much like the semi-sentient Hogwarts itself, the world had plenty of dormant nature spirits feeding off the ambient magic, continuing to grow while remaining silent, protecting the land they are connected to, and learning all that occurs within their borders.

Harry believed if he found those who'd existed for several millennia might know about the Blood Curse inflicted by the Ancient House and how it could be cancelled out or any other solution to remove the rabidness.

The knowledge from each Spirit was more than enough for Harry to begin his search for such beings if they communicated first instead of outright attacking to end his life for knowing of their existence.

Next year or so for Harry revolved around searching for Spiritual Foci, travelling to gather haunted and tethered souls, all the while finding some of the most beautiful and untouched lands typically spoiled by humanity rather than being left alone.

Many were found actively strengthening themselves to battle against the radiation once the blessing wore out, having sensed the ancient magic at play, keeping them alive and well for now.

Most Spiritual Foci made the faint connection Harry had with the magical blessing, so they chose to not attack, as they couldn't face the possible circumstances of their actions later.

A few didn't bother to respond to Harry upon his arrival on their land, but most checked in with Harry to know why he came to annoy them.
