Trick of the Tail
January had just turned to February when Harry sat down next to Hermione with the Marauders Map.
"I think we need to talk to Lupin," Harry said as he unfolded the map. "When I showed him my Patronus, he called it Prongs. On this map, one of the creators was named Prongs. We've heard my father's group of friends called the Marauders time and again. If my father was a Marauder, I think Lupin would have been too. He could tell us about the map and Sirius.
On the way to Lupin, they stopped dead in their tracks as Professor Trelawney was in the hallway, looking around, her eyes glazed over.
"Pardon me, professor," Harry said. Trelawney turned. She clasped a hand onto his shoulder and spoke in a husky ethereal tone.
You are on the right path
But the path is challenging
Tonight it will all begin
The duo of Harmony will be tested
Friends will be reunited
And enemies revealed
Tonight, the Dark One,
Alone and friendless
Will have two return
With their help
the Dark Lord Will rise again
All will rest on the duo
In brightest day
In blackest night
Evil shall set its sights
On the duo's light
It will happen tonight
"Professor?" Hermione pealed her hand off Harry whose eyes were wide as he backpedaled away.
"Oh," Trelawney's eyes cleared and she shook her head. "I apologize. How did I get here?"
"Are you okay?" Harry asked.
"I am fine, dear," the woman said and moved away as if nothing happened.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Harry asked Hermione.
"Was that a real prophecy?" Hermione asked in response. Looking at one another, they had the same thought.
"Battle robes," the chorused. They sprinted for their respective dorms and pulled on the robes McGonagall gave them, strapping on their daggers just to be safe. With their blue robes billowing out behind them, they set out for Lupin's office.
Harry knocked on the door. Lupin bade them entry. The duo entered just as Lupin was getting ready to drink a steaming potion from a gold chalice.
"Harry!" Lupin brightened. "How may I help you?"
"I wanted to show you something," Harry placed the map on his desk. "I solemnly swear I am up to no good."
As the map spread across the page, Lupins smile spread across his face.
"I got this from Fred and George Weasley," Harry said. "According to the map, Messrs. Moony, Padfoot, Prongs and Wormtail. When you saw my Patronus, you called it 'Prongs'. Was Prongs my…"
"Yes he was your father," Lupin ran his hands over the parchment in a loving manner. "It didn't take long for my friends to discover my condition, much as the two of you did. When they discovered, they did the last thing I though they would: they became animagi.
"As animagi, they are safe around a werewolf," Lupin walked to the window, looking out on the grounds at the setting sun. "When the full moon came around, we would sneak out of the castle and wander through the forbidden forest. What adventures we would have. I wish I could have them again."
"So if my dad could transform into a stag, that would make him Prongs," Harry said, bringing Lupin out of his memories. "I am guessing you are Moony since you're a werewolf. That leaves Padfoot and Wormtail."
Harry laughed in spite of himself. Looking at Hermione, he knew she had the same thought.
"Sirius became a dog, didn't he?" Hermione asked. "A big, black, shaggy dog."
"Yes," Lupin nodded. "How did you know?"
"Paddy," Harry and Hermione said, looking into one another's eyes.
"We met a stray dog this summer," Harry explained. "He hung around the park. We called him Paddy after Paddington Bear."
"So if Padfoot is Sirius as a dog then Pettigrew would be…" Hermione spoke her thoughts around as Harry's face paled.
"A rat," Harry said, his voice barely above a whisper. "An ugly brown rat."
"Who is missing a toe," Hermione finished. "One that Crookshanks hated. He told McGonagall he didn't smell like a rat."
"So if Wormtail was Petttigrew…" Harry started.
"And Scabbers is Wormtail…" Hermione finished.
"Oh my god," Harry said. Lupin looked lost so Harry clued him in. "Sirius Black is not here for me; he's here for Pettigrew."
"And if Pettigrew has been hiding as a rat," Hermione picked up the threat. "Then it's possible, likely even, that Pettigrew was the actual traitor."
Harry hurried to the map, and activated it. He placed his wand in the corner and searched for a name.
"Peter Pettigrew," Harry spoke. The map flashed to the Hogwarts entryway, heading toward the grounds, where a small dot moved slowly. "There he is."
"We've got to move, quickly," Lupin drained his goblet and sprinted from his office, Harry and Hermione in tow. "If Sirius is after Peter and Peter is out in the open, we need to catch them both before Sirius kills him. It'd be his only hope of being found innocent."
Lupin then took off, forcing Harry and Hermione to run flat out, trying to keep up with the Lupin's werewolf-enhanced speed.
"There he is!" Harry's seeker eyes spotted the brown rat meandering down the lawn. From the corner of his eye, he saw a black dog chasing making a beeline for the rat. Without breaking stride, Paddy scooped up Pettigrew into his mouth and took off into the forest. They pursued as quick as they could, seeing the tail of the dog slip down below the roots of the Whomping Willow.
"Harry," Lupin turned his grey eyes to the young boy. "Perhaps it would be best if…"
"We don't have time," Harry cut him off. "We have to get to Sirius before he kills Peter. I need to know the truth of what happened that night."
"Fine," Lupin relented. He was about to ask Hermione to stay behind until he saw the fierce look in her eye. "Both of you stay close to me and if I tell you to run, you run."
Lupin moved toward the tree, ready to immobilize it when Crookshanks appeared and pressed a knot to freeze the tree.
"Good boy, Crookshanks," Hermione praised her familiar. With Crookshanks leading, the group walked down the path toward until it sloped upward. By distance, Harry knew they were in Hogsmeade by now. Lupin lifted the trap door and peeked into the room above. From the crack, Harry could see Paddy had Scabbers pinned and was about to administer the killing blow.
Acting without a second thought, Harry sprinted sprang up through the trap door.
"Incacerous," Harry bound Paddy. Scabbers sprinted for the window but Harry was too quicker. He stunned the rat and bound him. "You can come out now, Black. We just want to talk."
"He's right," Lupin emerged from the trap door with a shaking Hermione following right behind him. Crookshanks then pounced up and Hermione let the trap door fall back into place. "You've been a dog for so long, Padfoot. One might think that's how you'd prefer to be the rest of your life."
Before their eyes, Padfoot morphed into Sirius Black, his hair matted to his face, his cheeks hollowed and eyes sunken pits.
"My if the ladies could see you now," Lupin said with a smile..
"Wouldn't matter," Sirius' voice sounded raspy, as if he had not used in years. "Five minutes with my charming self they'd be dropping their knickers and asking for it."
"Honestly," Hermione rolled her eyes. "Can we get on with it?"
"Of course, Miss Granger," Sirius' yellowed teeth made an appearance as he smiled for the first time. "I am rather pleased to meet you officially. Glad that you've been there for my godson, even when I couldn't."
While Sirius was speaking, Harry pulled back his sleeve to activate tap the watch McGonagall gave him.
"We have found Sirius Black and, if you can believe it, Peter Pettigrew," Harry said. "Shrieking Shack. Bring Amelia with you, if possible."
Harry turned to face the group.
"Prongslet," Sirius beamed all the wider. Even bound, he looked ready to pounce and embrace the young boy. "You look just like James. Though you have Lily's eyes and you're dating the only witch to rival her for intellect. They'd be so proud."
"Thank you," Harry said, a little gruffly. "Now talk. I know you came here for Pettigrew. I think I know why but I need to hear it. Talk. The aurors are on their way."
"Yes yes," Sirius said. "Straight to it, then. When word came that Voldemort was targeting you and your parents, we decided to hide you. The best way to do this is the Fidelius but we were wanted extra protection.
"You see, we had no idea who was on our side or who wasn't. I am sorry to say we thought it was you, Moony. Anyway, when it came time for Dumbledore to cast the spell, the rat and I changed places. The rat went to the ceremony disguised as me under Polyjuice.
"Anyone who saw that ceremony or heard about it would think it was me and hence the Death Munchers would descend on me instead. I couldn't be tortured into revealing the secret, so I thought things would be safer. Oh how wrong I was.
"On the night of Halloween, I went to Peter's hideout only to find him missing. No sign of a struggle, no dark mark, nothing. He was just gone. It was then that I knew something wasn't right.
"Suddenly, I could remember where the your house was in Godric's Hollow; something that wasn't supposed to be possible since Peter wasn't supposed to tell anyone. I grabbed my bike and flew to your house."
Sirius's face finally broke and tears flowed.
"I arrived and the house was falling apart, the front door turned to ashes. At the base of the stairs was my brother in all but blood, his broken body thrown to side like rubbish. I tried to rouse him, even though I knew it would do no good: he was dead. I ran up and found Lily's body in front of your crib. Then there you were, standing in your crib, reaching out for your mum. I think that might have been your first bout of accidental magic because the rest of the furniture was floating as you cried for Lily. Hagrid arrived soon thereafter and offered to take you to Dumbledore."
Harry's eyes misted over and he collapsed onto the dusty sofa, Hermione cried tears of sympathy, seeing the pain on Sirius' haggard-looking face. The only thing keeping him upright was Hermione. She held Harry tight as tears ran down her cheeks.
"I knew you weren't safe," Sirius said. "As long as the rat lived, you would be in danger. I'll admit I wasn't in my right mind. I lent Hagrid my bike and apparated to the rat's mother's flat. Little bastard was always a momma's boy. I intercepted him coming out of the flat later that morning. There, in the street out front, he started shouting.
"James and Lily are dead because of you! How could you do it, Sirius" the bastard said. He then cut off his finger and blasted street. Next thing I know, I'm waking up in a cell in Azkaban. Thought I'd get a trial eventually but I never did. I resigned myself to my fate until I got this."
With great effort, Sirius pulled an article out of his robes. It was the one detailing the attack on Vernon and Petunia.
"Look at the picture, Remus," Sirius pointed to the youngest boy. He was happily waving at the camera and on his shoulder was a rat.
"Why I'll be," Lupin said.
"I know the Weasleys would be Gryffindors and there was a good chance Harry was too," Sirius said. "When I saw that he looked about the same age as Prongslet. I knew Harry was potentially in trouble. If any of Voldemort's supporters amassed, or if Voldy was able to return to power, the first thing they'd do would be to go after Harry. Peter would be ideally placed to give them Harry. With Harry, he'd be welcomed back with open arms. Isn't that right, Peter?"
Harry never realized the stunner had worn off of Scabbers. Scabbers bit through the ropes binding him and sprinted for the window.
"I don't think so," a new voice said. Once again the rat was bound and now held suspended in the air. Tonks then ripped off her invisibility cloak. "I'm glad Bonesy gave me protection detail tonight. Good to see you, cousin. My mother will be so pleased to hear you're innocent. She never actually believed you would betray the Potters."
"Yes well 'Dromeda was always the level-headed one," Sirius waved his hand, even though his arms were still pinned to his side. "Long time no see, Dora."
"Well we've heard from one side," Tonks said. "Now we need to hear from this guy. Assuming he truly is an unregistered Animagus. Lupin, would you care to do the honors?"
"Certainly," Lupin pulled his wand and pointed it at the rat. The rat glowed blue and transformed into a human. In place of the rat now lay a human who looked like an overweight man who suddenly went on a hunger strike. His robes hung on him like spaghetti with sandy hair falling over his eyes. "Renneverate."
The man startled awake.
"Hello, Peter" the man started when Lupin addressed him.
"Remus," the man tried to smile but simply looked manic. "My old friend. So good to see you."
"We've got a regular reunion," Lupin pointed to the still-bound Sirius. "Now we're going to ask a few questions and then we are going to head back up the castle, okay? You'll know it well seeing as you've lived there the last 12 years, give or take."
Lupin and Tonks traded off asking questions. Peter tried to be evasive and pass blame off on Sirius when he royally screwed up.
"Please protect me from him," Peter said. "I'll do anything. I can give you Lucius Malfoy. He was the last one the Dark Lord talked to before we went to the Cottage."
"How did you know that if Sirius was actually the secret-keeper?" Hermione asked. "You keep saying Sirius was the spy but you just said 'we.'"
Peter's eyes bulged and he scrambled for the door before forgetting he was bound. He fell over and screamed in pain.
"That's that," Tonks said. "Come quietly. I'm sure Madam Bones will have lots of questions for you."
"Let me finish this," Sirius said, his eyes turning feral. He tried to stand but the chords held tight. "Let me do the crime I was imprisoned for."
"Sirius," Tonks pinched the bridge of her nose. "We've just heard evidence of your innocence. Please don't ruin it by committing murder right in front of an auror, would you?"
Tonks bound the chords tighter and levitated the body. She started moving toward the trap door when the front door was pulled off its hinges.
"My my my," the silhouetted figure said. "What a gathering we have and look here; it's the boy I was looking for."
"How'd you find us?" Tonks asked.
"With this," Fenrir held up a piece of cloth. "Got it from the mattress from Potter's Aunt and Uncle. Why was in the cupboard under the stairs, I wonder? For so long have I waited for your scent to wander from the castle on a day where it isn't freezing cold. Lucius Malfoy has been so waiting to meet you."
"Fenrir," Lupin stepped forward, standing guard over the group. "Long time no see."
"Remy?" Fenrir's eyes glinted. "How're you doing cub?"
"I'm not your cub," Lupin snarled.
"Oh but you are," Fenrir smiled, ferally. "You can smell it, can't you. I turned you; I am your alpha."
"You're not my alpha," Lupin stepped forward again. "You are my rival and right now you are threatening my pack. Back off."
"But how will your pack feel when they see what you really are, cub?' Fenrir stepped to the side and let moonlight into the entryway. Lupin screamed as the transformation started to take hold. "There it is. Unlike me, you can't control when you turn. Now my cub, tear them to pieces. Leave the boy to for me to take to Lucius."
Harry quickly vanished the chords from Sirus and stood protectively in front of Hermione. Lupin turned, his face covered with fur and sniffed the air. He walked toward Harry with Sirius now standing at his shoulder. He sniffed again at Hermione and then at Tonks, his eyes dilating on the latter. Lupin turned back to Fenrir, shredded the rest of his clothes and howled.
"Mouthy little whelp!" Fenrir looked angry for the first time. "I'll teach you where your place is."
Fenrir instantly transformed into his werewolf form and howled. At least five more howls responded and Harry could hear the branches rustling outside. In the chaos, Pettigrew started to transform back into a rat. Harry raised his wand to stun him but Lupin stepped into his line of fire. Harry was about to run around him when Tonks caught him and spun him around the other way.
"Back through the trapdoor," Tonks commanded. All mirth was gone as Harry finally understood just how formidable a witch she could be. "Go! I'll hold them off."
She grabbed Lupin's wand off from the ground and handed it to Sirius.
"It might not be ideal but here," she thrust the wand into his chest. "Go be a godfather."
Tonks dodged a strike from Fenrir who was quickly intercepted by Lupin. Lupin pushed Fenrir into the main room, giving the others space to retreat. Harry yanked open the trap door and let Hermione slide down. He heard growls moving toward the door. Tonks launched a few spells before a werewolf pushed her into the wall behind Harry. Harry levitated the old sofa into the path of the werewolf, banishing it and the werewolf back through the door. He pulled Tonks up and pushed her toward the trap door. Once again, Harry heard the yips and barks of werewolves making another push toward the door.
"Kamehameha!" Harry launched his signature spell through the door, hearing at least one yelp.
"Gonna have to teach me that one!" Sirius said brightly.
"Go!" Harry shoved the man into the hole before dropping in himself. He sprinted as fast as he could in the confined space.
"Harry duck!" Harry hit the dirt as he felt Hermione's spell go over his head. He looked back to see a werewolf wrapped in steel barbed wire just inches from his ankle. The werewolf, a female by the looks, struggled mightily with the binds. True to their design, the barbed wire constricted and Hermione watched aghast as the werewolf cut itself to shreds while fighting to break free.
"Good lord you're a match for Lily," Sirius said as they reached the end of the passage. Sirius reached out of the hole and blindly searched for the knot. "I can't quite reach and the branches are thrashing."
At that moment, Crookshanks reappeared, casting an annoyed look at them for leaving him behind, to press the knot. Hermione hauled herself out and hugged her cat.
"You are getting such a treat tonight," Hermione cooed as she hugged her cat to her body. They turned to run back toward the castle when they stopped. In front of them on the edge of the forest was two werewolves. Barks behind them caught their attention as they whipped back around to see more approaching from the other side, leaving their only escape further into the trees. A claw shot out from the passage as Fenrir pursued Harry.
"Deeper in is our only way out," Tonks said. Hermione was still in a little bit of shock from the werewolf she killed. Tonks shook Hermione and shouted. "Move!"
Harry and Sirius each took an arm and hauled her deeper into the forest.
"You okay?" Harry asked.
"I killed her," Hermione said.
"Yeah and you probably saved me in the process," Harry said. "You were brilliant. I need you to be brilliant a while longer, okay?"
Harry's attention was drawn back toward the Willow as a cloud of dust rose up, Lupin and Fenrir in the middle of it.. Fenrir roared as Lupin clawed him across the chest. Fenrir responded by biting Lupin on the shoulder. Growling, Lupin pushed him back into the Willow which responded by flinging them both away. As Harry watched them fight, the remaining werewolves moved toward the four of them.
"We have to hold them off," Harry said, whipping his wand into the sky to cast red sparks. "Until help arrives."
Starting on the offensive, Harry launched three Kamehameha's and mixed in a few confrigos and bombardas to funnel the werewolves into a single angle of attack. The first hit true while the other two missed, setting a few trees ablaze. Sirius acted next, whipping his wand in a complicated manner. A silver spell flew through the air and impacted the nearest werewolf center-mass, driving it back.
"Blast I'm rusty!" Sirius said. "That's supposed to cut it in half."
Covering their flank, Tonks was a machine, snapping off bludgeoning hexes, creating wooden spikes and mixing in a few piercing hexes. Hermione finally dropped her cat and drew her wand again.
Hermione launched into attack, stepping up on Harry's left shoulder. First she conjured a wall for separation and then snapped off three fireballs before stopping to try a new tactic.
"Harry," she grabbed his shoulder and spun him toward her, her eyes hard and focused now. "They don't like cold, remember?"
"Got it," Harry nodded. "I'll get the right, you get the left. Meet in the middle."
"Aguamenti, Glacius, impervious, duro," Each cast their chain and covered the grounds in a thick sheet of ice. One werewolf hopped into the trees but the other was caught by the full force of their spell chain and was frozen solid to the ground. Hermione followed it up with another piercing hex, right through the eye of the werewolf.
"That's one," Harry said. Tonks and Sirius were doing their best to hold off the flank. Tonks conjured a flock of birds to attack the largest of the oncoming wolves, while Sirius twirled his wand and stabbed it into the ground. Black tree roots grew from the ground, wrapped themselves around the nearest werewolf, squeezing until the werewolf's bones shattered, its lungs and heart pierced by the bone fragments, killing it instantly. As Harry marveled at Sirius' spell another dropped in front of Hermione. She screamed in surprise as Harry pushed her to the side, out of the path of the werewolf's descending claws. Harry screamed as he felt claws scrape around his bicep. Thankfully the robes took the brunt of the attack, allowing Harry to quickly pull his dagger and thrust it into the werewolf's chest, felling the creature instantly. The trees rustled as Harry looked up, spotting another werewolf moving within striking distance.
"Depulso," Harry pushed the pain from his arm aside and cast the banishing spell. The werewolf was pushed back but not far enough. Undeterred, the creature pressed the attack. Harry closed his eyes and shielded Hermione as best as he could. When nothing came, he opened his eyes to see Padfoot clawing at the werewolf. Crookshanks joined in as well, sinking his claws into the hindquarters of the werewolf. As the animals fought with one wolf, another was advancing. That's when Harry felt the piece of metal in his pocket.
"Of course," Harry said as he helped Hermione back to her feet. They stood shoulder-to-shoulder again. "Like the troll. Diffindo."
Harry sliced through the branches of a surrounding tree. As they fell, Hermioine caught them with her levitation spell. Harry turned them all into spear-sized knitting needles and Hermione pushed them toward the advancing werewolf. Even with the spell-resistant hide, the needles pierced through, pinning the wolf to the closest tree.
"Kamehameha," Harry said again and Hermione added her own orange ball of flame, setting the wolf aflame. It howled as it burned before all that remained was charred skin. Harry turned to see Padfoot and Crookshanks working in tandem to keep the werewolf pinned down. Further down, Tonks launched her own dark purple curse which shredded the female werewolf she was engaged with. Fenrir let out a loud howl, disengaged from Lupin and sprinted toward Tonks at full speed. Tonks readied a hasty defense but was too slow, she knew it. Fenrir advanced to point-blank range and stood at his full height. He grabbed Tonks by the arms and started to pull. Tonks screamed as her bones started to pop, the muscles tearing as Fenrir continued to try and pull her apart. Harry stood transfixed, wondering what he could do to help. Anything he thought of put Tonks further at risk.
Tonks used her metamorph abilities kept her arms from detaching but there were limits to how much she could change her body and she was rapidly approaching them. She decided to not Fenrir the satisfaction of seeing her scream her last moments. She gritted her teeth and glared at the werewolf. She was rapidly losing control of her abilities and she knew when they went, so would her life. Then, as quick as the pain began, it subsided. Tonks felt Fenrir let go and she collapsed on the ground. Looking up, she saw Lupin holding Fenrir's heart in his clawed hand. Lupin growled and crushed the heart as Fenrir collapsed in a heap. Lupin placed his clawed foot on his chest and howled.
The final remaining werewolf saw the numbers and decided to bid a hasty retreat, throwing off Crookshanks and Padfoot before sprinting deep into the woods.
"Harry!" Hermione slammed into him. "I'm so glad you're okay."
"Same goes for you," Harry said. "Too bad Pettigrew escaped."
"We'll catch up to him again one day," Hermione said.
"Are you okay Sirius?" Harry said as Padfoot once again became a human.
"I'm alright, Prongslet," Sirius leaned heavily on a tree. "Tonks? You okay?"
"I won't be able to lift my arms for a while but I'm fine," Tonks rose to her knees and looked over toward Lupin. She leaned forward and brought her forehead to his snout. "Thank you for saving me."
Lupin howled and nuzzled her.
"Now go," Tonks said with a laugh, her hair now a vibrant red color. "Can't have everyone learning about your secret, can we?"
Lupin nodded and dropped onto all four legs, sprinting deeper into the forest.
"Well what now?" Harry asked as he hauled Tonks back up to her feet. He soon wished he hadn't. As they walked by the Black Lake, on their way toward the castle, the spot on his arm turned scalding once again as the air grew colder. Harry looked up and saw an entire legion of Dementors coming toward them. He looked over at Tonks' arms hanging at her sides. Sirius was trying to cast a Patronus but he couldn't with Lupin's wand.
"I love you, Hermione," Harry said.
"I know," Hermione replied with a smirk.
"Expecto Patronum," they both turned and cast. Light spilled from their wands as a stag and otter charged down the Dementors. The wraiths let out a gigantic screech, as if they were howling in pain. Waves of light radiated outward from their Patroni, pushing the creatures back. Harry's stag patrolled the lake while Hermione's Otter moved from side to side. The Dementors pushed back, curving around to try and surround the quartet.
Harry focused and put more power into the spell, letting his love fuel the guardian Patronus. Prongs took on an ethereal angelic white coloring, lowered its head and charged the Dementors. The Dementors scattered as Prongs pushed through their lines while Hermione's otter used its speed to push back the left flank. From behind them, a cat, hummingbird, phoenix and buffalo arrived to push the right flank away. The Dementors retreated back toward the boundary of Hogwarts but Prongs was not giving up quite so easily.
Galloping back toward the approaching Patroni, Prongs split three Dementors from the pack, cutting off their escape. Anywhere they flew, Progs countered, pushing them back toward the oncoming Patroni. An ear-splitting screech cut through the air as the Dementors were hemmed in by the Patroni. Slowly, Prongs stepped closer toward the three contained wraiths.
One of the wraiths extended a hand, trying to destroy the Patronus. However, as the hand got closer, smoke started to waft off the creature. The otter pushed in from the other side and in front of their eyes, the Dementors withered like a pool of water in the desert sun. With one last screech, the Dementors collapsed, their robes falling to the bank of the river is a heap of smoldering cloth. smoldering heap.
As the Patroni faded into nonexistence, Harry turned and embraced Hermione tightly. In the fading light of Prongs and Hermione's otter companion, which they needed to name he decided, she never looked more beautiful. Glad they were safe, Harry hugged her tightly as he turned to see Dumbledore approaching five more people in tow.
(A/N: It doesn't say in canon whether a Dementor can be killed but I figured if a Dementor cannot retreat from a Patronus, they could die from exposure to it. In revisiting Harry Potter, I keep seeing Dementors as something akin to the Nazgul from Lord of the Rings. So the screech is just that. Don't know why but that connection is there and I can't see Dementors as anything else.
Thought of you with this chapter title Proganthony. Had this idea in place since I started but I know how big of a Genesis fan you are.
And I couldn't help but bury the Green Lanern Oath into the prophecy, just for good measure.
To all who celebrate, wanted to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving. My updates might be little inconsistent with the holidays, especially since my wife and I just bought a house so we'll be adding moving and all that to the hustle and bustle of the holidays.
As always, thank you for the comments, favorites and follows.)
