It happened in the span of only a few seconds. In a spur of what could have been a childish desire to grab stuff. When Hallii became lucid enough to think properly again, the bracelet was already on her left wrist and hand, the bracelet's jewels glowing lightly in a manner reminiscent of the full moon. Moreover, she could feel her magic pulsing through her, stronger than before, the moment that the bracelet was clamped down around her wrist. She wasn't expecting the image of the face to flash through her mind again, this time being more 'zoomed out' and complete so to speak. The face was attached to a being that resembled a porcelain doll modeled after an adult rather than a young child with a total of four arms wearing a white outfit that reminded Hallii of a Halloween costume of a 'Witch' found in some stores in the non-Magical world. Due to the rather… nondescript background Hallii couldn't really tell how big the doll-like being was. She didn't get much of a chance to ponder about the doll-like being as something, or rather someone, showed up.
"While I can admit that the bracelet looks good on you, la fille, it doesn't belong in a museum but amongst my kind and I'd rather not hurt you. Hand it over, kid." Stated the voice of a woman who had an accent that Hallii didn't recognize. A woman who turned out to be the 'owl-cane and -hat'-lady from the museum. More importantly, the woman matched the description of the person that 'Blake Ouroboros' had referred to as…
"The Arch-Eve. Bayonetta." Muttered Hallii in a tone of childish awe, causing the woman in question to stop her approach.
"What did you call me?"
"Bayonetta."
"Where did you learn that name?"
"A letter."
"You really expect me to believe that?"
"No."
"Fortunately for you, I don't know why, but I do believe you."
"Thanks, I guess. Are you still going to take the bracelet?"
"Oui."
"Could you… take me with you? I really don't want to go back to my 'family'."
"Why?"
"They haven't really tried to hide that I'm not wanted."
"I see. Oh, what the hell. The fact you can make that thing glow should be enough to convince Mamon. Probably. Stand back for a bit and try not to freak out." Before Hallii could ask what Bayonetta meant, the woman in question suddenly started to twirl her cane around. The young girl got a little nervous when, from the owl-shaped handle/pommel of the cane, sparks of greenish blue electricity started to emanate from it. Tossing the cane into the, and drawing Hallii's eyes towards it as a result, Bayonetta did something that she knew would make a rather flashy reveal. She too started to emanate sparks of greenish blue electricity while at the same getting enveloped by a pale purple light. By the time gravity took its hold of the cane once more, it had started to glow as well, prompting Hallii to close her eyes for a brief moment. When she opened her eyes again, Hallii was greeted by the sight of a being that she somehow could vaguely recognize as Bayonetta. In the place of the woman stood a being that resembled a harpy with greenish blue plumage, clawed feet, wings for arms and… something on her head that looked like pilot hat with goggles styled after the head and eyes of an owl.
"Woah."
"Impressive isn't it?" Much like Bayonetta's visage, her voice was different in her new form. To be more specific, her voice sounded like she and something were speaking in unison.
"Indeed. How did you do it though?"
"I'll explain later, but the short version is that I can take on this form thanks to my very special hat, Alak, and cane, Azam."
"Alak and Azam? Ooh. I get it. Alakazam!"
"That's right, la fille. Hold on tight. We're taking off." Hallii didn't need to be told what to do as she quickly latched onto Bayonetta's back before the transformed woman made a very strong flap with her wings and took to the skies, smashing straight through the skylight.
