DarkFoxKit: *Is trying to play a game, but keeps getting interrupted by messages* Hmm? Again? *Answers back the messages, goes back to the game she was playing. Ten seconds later, she gets more messages* Really? *Answers back the messages, goes back to the game. Five seconds later, gets more messages* Seriously? Can't I just have some time to play my dang game!?
Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Why not just tell people that you'll be unavailable to respond for a while? You don't need to torture yourself by making it seem like you're able to answer messages all the time. You could also try Focus Assist, which is a feature on your-
DarkFoxKit: No! All that did was make it so I couldn't get any notifications! Then I end up getting a backlog of messages, and people asking me where the heck I went!
Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Oh… well then the first option is still available.
DarkFoxKit: *Sigh* You know how I am, I'm too nice.
Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Well, try being a little more confident and assertive. Don't make me get the Spongebob episode.
DarkFoxKit: *Grumbles* Wait… is that camera on? Are we on right now!?
Darkzdragon 'Onyx': *Glances at the camera* Uhh… looks like it. But I know I did not turn on the camera.
DarkFoxKit: *Scrambles around* Ah! Readers! … Ignore my complaints. ^^' You uh… oh! New chapter! Go read it!
Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Enjoy! Leave reviews! *Is scrambling to find the cover for the camera and the screen goes dark as the cover is put onto the lens*
Chapter 3: Going to School
Juliette was about to walk out through the front door, but she stopped, glancing over into the kitchen where she saw Danny now pouring himself a bowl of cereal.
"Make sure not to take too long for breakfast, otherwise you'll be late to school," Maddie remarked.
"Of course, Mom. I actually got up early for a change today," Danny chuckled as he sat down at the table and began munching on his Fruity Pebbles. "In fact, I haven't slept as well as I did last night for a long, long time."
"The nightmares finally stopped bothering you?" Jazz asked as she sat down beside Danny.
"I guess so." Danny shrugged before he shoved a spoonful of Fruity Pebbles into his mouth. "I donf remember my dweam from last nif."
"Danny, you know it's impolite to talk with your mouth full," Maddie lightly scolded.
"Aw, there's nothing wrong with talking with a little food in your mouth," Jack laughed as he sat down at the table himself.
Juliette noticed that the full family was there, and yet there was one extra chair at the table that nobody was using. Juliette could imagine Echo sitting on that seat himself, talking and laughing with this family, it almost made her sad.
"Mom, what've you and Dad been working on now?" Danny asked when he saw a new handheld device in Maddie's gloved hands.
"Oh… it's uh…" Maddie looked a little hesitant to say.
"Something for foreign markets," Jack took over, seeing Maddie's hesitance. "Though that isn't the only thing we're working on."
"Oh? What else are you working on?" Danny asked.
"Multi-layer shielding," Jack answered. "Imagine the Ghost Shield, but add more layers on top."
"He got the idea while I was cutting onions," Maddie chuckled.
Wow… the timing on them coming up with the idea is… kinda scary. Juliette thought to herself before she smiled a little. Heh, maybe I'm developing an ability to see the future like Echo has.
Danny blinked, looking as if he remembered something. "... Huh… yeah, a Ghost Shield with multiple layers would help protect the town better, especially from the more powerful ghosts."
"As long as you aren't making anymore devices that could cause Phantom to possibly scream us all into oblivion, then that's fine," Jazz grumbled.
"Oh, well there is something that we're-" Jack began to say.
"Nope," Jazz hissed. "Nuh-uh, not gonna happen. It would most likely end up exploding in our faces, literally."
"I should probably get going anyways…" Danny sighed, finishing up his cereal, before standing up.
Danny stopped when he looked at the empty seat, frowning a little. "Why do we keep an extra chair here anyways?"
"Hmmm?" Maddie raised a brow.
"Like there's only four of us, so why are there five chairs?" Danny pointed out.
"I…" Jack started before he frowned. "I don't know."
"It's always been there though," Maddie shrugged. "I guess there's no real reason to take it away. I think it may have been part of the set when we bought the table and chairs."
"At least it gives us an extra option to sit somewhere, if nothing else," Jazz remarked.
Danny looked at the empty chair before shrugging, leaving the kitchen to get his backpack. "I'll be going to school now. See you later."
Hmmm… if Danny is going to school, and Echo usually follows… perhaps I should go too. Juliette thought to herself as she walked out of the Fenton household. I should first go see what kind of clothes they are wearing and then hope that Anise will answer my calls and be kind enough to take me out of this outfit. I doubt this outfit of mine would be appropriate school attire…
Juliette followed Danny, who appeared to just be walking to school instead of taking a school bus. After a while of walking, Danny smiled and waved as two people Juliette hadn't seen before approached Danny. One was an African American male, he wore a red beret, glasses, a yellow long sleeve shirt, and forest green pants. The other one was a caucasian girl, who had black short hair with a small pony tail at the top of her hair, she wore purple lipstick, a black top with a purple circle in the center, a black mini-skirt with green lines on it, and black combat boots. The two of them appeared to be the same age, while Danny looked either younger or shorter than the two of them.
"Hey Tucker, hey Sam," Danny greeted the two with familiarity.
"Hey, Danny, glad you're on time for once," Sam chuckled.
"So did you actually get sleep last night? The ghosts didn't attack? The nightmares didn't torment you?" Tucker questioned.
"No, at least it didn't seem like it," Danny shrugged. "But hey, if today's going to be a slow, normal day, then I'll totally take it."
Sam gave a smirk. "I don't know about normal."
Danny groaned at what Sam was implying. "I know, I know, ever since I destroyed Freakshow's Reality Gauntlet, the world's been… kooky. I'm surprised you two hadn't gone all kinky like everyone else had."
"Who says I haven't~" Sam grinned.
Tucker looked a little pale.
Danny froze and looked at Sam. "What did you do?"
"Oh, I introduced Tucker to an online KMMORPG~" Sam explained with a teasing smirk.
"KMMORPG?" Danny repeated questioningly.
"Kinky Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game," Sam informed. "Full VR support. Essentially think of a kinky version of Skyrim but in VR and with a ton of players."
Danny looked at Tucker. "You actually played it?"
"W-what can I s-say? It felt so good to sin!" Tucker yelled dramatically before blushing.
"I can introduce you to it if you'd like, Danny," Sam offered. "It's actually pretty informative. Besides being a game, it helps people safely explore kinks."
"I don't know, Sam. I've already got a number of ghosts trying to get me into kinks," Danny grumbled. "Most of them are females…"
"Meaning that if we got you into kinks, we would take their satisfaction away from them," Sam pointed out. "If they found out that someone already taught you about kinks, they'd have very little reason to come after you."
"No, then they'll just come after me so I can be their kink toy," Danny informed with a groan. "I do not want to know what someone like Ember or Desiree have in mind for me."
"I wouldn't mind if they did that to me~" Tucker smiled dreamily.
"I think you should at least try it, Danny," Sam remarked, ignoring Tucker. "I mean it wouldn't be bad to learn, would it?"
"... I guess… I just wi- I mean, I would like to have someone else suffer with me," Danny said, stopping himself from saying 'I wish'. "Even Jazz is getting into the whole kink culture now. Though she's mainly studying the psychological aspect of kinks and how exploring them can make someone more productive."
"It's becoming more common for everyone to explore kinks openly, Danny," Tucker pointed out. "I mean heck, a number of schools around the country are now allowing students to come into school wearing kink gear. Even a couple of Christian schools are letting in some kinky outfits."
"That's fine for them," Danny retorted. "But I'm not them. Look, can we talk about this later? We're almost at Casper High."
"Better brace yourself for the new class they've made mandatory," Sam chuckled.
"What…? There's a new class?" Danny questioned.
"You were off catching the Box Ghost at the time, but the principal announced that there's going to be a new class from now on," Tucker explained. "And it's called 'Explore your Kink class'. Or just Kink class for short."
Danny's face fell into a look of sheer disbelief. "You're… kidding, right?"
"Nope~" Sam grinned. "They want everyone to learn what their kink could be, and be more comfortable indulging in it. Apparently this is the school's attempt to catch our school up with the rest of the world, which is way more accepting of kinks."
"Thankfully we don't have to worry about Mr. Lancer being the teacher for that class," Tucker said, trying to give Danny a bit of optimism. "From what I heard, they have a female teacher… I can't remember her name, but I think it starts with an 'A'."
Juliette suddenly had a shiver. I swear… it better not be who I think it is…
The three of them walked up to a large building that had words at the top center of the structure that said 'Casper High'. There were a lot of teenagers here, Juliette knew this was a high school.
If it is her… then I shouldn't go inside… Juliette frowned. I mean I can blend in with the students just fine, I look like I'm in my teens, but I'd rather not mess with Anise…
Juliette soon lost sight of Danny, Tucker, and Sam however, making her frown.
Do I go inside…? Or do I head back to the opera house? Juliette asked herself as she looked at the doors of the building.
After thinking about it for a few moments, Juliette took a step towards the school. This is my best chance to find Echo and talk to him… I can't leave him in the state of mind that he was in when he jumped out the window in Danny's room. It's not likely that Anise, a goddess who probably has more important things to do, would be teaching at a public school.
With that decided, Juliette went into the school. The inside of the school was a maze, there were long hallways with doors and lockers, and many students walking about. Juliette was grateful she could go through the people, otherwise she was sure she'd be pushed around by all the people.
There were mostly humans here, but Juliette did see a few anthro and chienthrope students here. The anthro and chienthrope students could either easily zigzag across the other students, or push them aside if they were bigger and bulkier, though the smaller, not very fast ones did get pushed around. It was just like any other high school.
Juliette looked around, trying to find either Danny or Echo, hoping to find a glimpse of either of the two look alike boys.
If only I could fly… it would make finding Danny much easier. Juliette thought to herself.
The hallways began to empty as the first bell rang, indicating it was almost time for the classes to start. The students all hurried to get their books and rushed to their classrooms.
Oh wait… American schools have homeroom at the start of their day. Juliette remembered. That must be the bell for homeroom, which isn't really a class and is more of just a structured social time.
With the hallway a little more empty, Juliette tried to peek in each classroom to see if she could find Danny's homeroom. As Juliette was passing by a staff room, she didn't notice that the door opened up. Nor did she see the certain cat that was beginning to approach her.
"Where is he…?" Juliette grumbled as she leaned into another classroom. "Is there a second floor to this building…?"
Juliette squealed in alarm when she felt something furry grabbing her from behind and drag her into an empty room. Juliette felt queasy, her heart beginning to pound rapidly. Her eyes regained their full brilliance, as did her fur.
"Well, well, well, looks like someone finally decided to enroll in a school~" A familiar voice chuckled.
Juliette tried to spin around, but she felt the source of the voice grab her three tails and squeeze, causing her to freeze up.
"Ah, ah, no moving," Anise stated before she opened the door and began to walk out of the room she had pulled Juliette into, dragging the paralyzed kitsune behind. "Don't make too much noise, people don't want to be disturbed during homeroom."
"Wh-what… are you doing… here…?" Juliette managed to ask despite her current full body paralysis.
"Isn't it obvious? I'm a teacher here, for the new Kink class. I'm helping the students discover their kinks and embrace them~" Anise answered all too happily. "Something you should join yourself."
"W-why would a… g-goddess… teach at a s-school…?" Juliette stuttered.
"Because it's also my job to help others accept their kinks. Well… that isn't my only reason~" Anise smirked. "My other reason is that you're here, so it's a win-win. This school has the most trouble with kinks than most other places. I might also make some of the students worshippers of mine~"
"I'm… not enrolling… in this school…" Juliette informed through gritted teeth. "And… I'm not… joining your class…"
"Oh, but you see, dear little Juliette, you don't have a choice~" Anise proudly stated as she was still walking down the hallway. Juliette's feet were sliding on the floor as she was dragged, the leather on her feet not providing as much grip as she would've liked.
"Why… don't I…?" Juliette inquired. "I'm 22… technically an adult… meaning I can't actually attend high school…"
"The staff doesn't know that. You look like you're only 16 years old, and also, nobody knows who you are here. I also did some… paperwork, knowing that you'd come here eventually." Anise smirked. "I don't know how I knew you'd come here, but I did know. Besides, how do you know that you're 22 in kitsune years if you don't even remember just how old you are in human years? For all you know, you actually could be 16~"
Juliette growled a little at that, ignoring the question about her age. "How are you grabbing onto me…? And what was that strange sensation earlier…?"
"Isn't it obvious, my adorable little kitsune?" Anise grinned back at Juliette, who had managed to move her head enough where she could see the cat goddess. "I suppose you wouldn't remember, but I do have the ability to pull you out of the Void."
"You… what…?" Juliette asked incredulously, her eyes going wide.
"You'll probably forget this one too, so don't worry about it too much," Anise shrugged off.
"What… do you mean… I'll forget this one… too?!" Juliette raised her voice a little, trying to regain control of her body, hating that her tails gave her such a glaring weakness.
Anise didn't bother to answer the question, instead she stopped in front of a door. "Here we are, the Principal's office. Better be on your best behavior, Juliette~"
"If you're… going to enroll me… at least take me out… of this stupid outfit…" Juliette demanded as she felt her tails let go, though sadly it would take a minute or so before her body recovered. She knew that Anise was going to enroll Juliette one way or another, she simply figured she'd let Anise do what she wanted and simply not show up to school when she no longer needed to go there.
Anise gave a smile. "Tell you what; if you're a good student today, I'll remove the outfit from you. And I won't stuff you in another myself directly for a while~"
"Four months," Juliette bargained. "I don't want you being vague with 'a while'... Also, no animating the clothes to put themselves onto me either…"
"Four months? I was going to give you a year, but okay, four months it is." Anise smirked.
"Sure you were…" Juliette rolled her eyes, knowing that if she hadn't clarified, Anise probably would've given her all of 4 seconds.
"And I won't animate the clothes, since that would still be me putting it on you directly," Anise promised. "Do we have a deal?"
Juliette gave a thoughtful look. "You have to either remove the mittens now or give me a way to grasp things and write things down. I can't be a good student if I can't take notes or open the door to classes."
"Fair enough point, but I was going to do that anyways once we made our deal," Anise informed.
Juliette gave a nod. "I… think that's fine."
"Great~ Glad to have you on board." Anise grinned before she spun Juliette around and tapped her mittens.
The mittens shrunk down to match her finger size, making her able to actually grasp things now.
"Slightly padded gloves," Anise stated as Juliette took a look at her hands.
"Better than those huge mittens I guess…" Juliette grumbled, feeling that she was beginning to regain her mobility. Now I… just have to put up with the embarrassment of wearing this outfit for an entire school day.
"Now let's go, I can't wait to have you show off your leather suit~" Anise smiled.
"I just thought…" Juliette began with a frown as Anise opened the door to the Faculty Office, which had the Principal's office inside. "What did you fill in for my 'parents' part on the enrollment application…? I don't have any… at least none that I can remember."
"I filled it out that I was your legal guardian," Anise answered as she approached the Principal's office.
"You're… my legal guardian…?" Juliette repeated in disbelief.
"Oh don't look so scared, I'd make a great mother~" Anise smirked. "But it's only temporary, I needed to put something down for it."
"How is it only temporary?" Juliette raised a brow. I swear, if she has some convoluted plan to somehow get me adopted or something, I'm bailing at the earliest opportunity.
"I can hear your thoughts, Juliette," Anise pointed out.
"Stay out of my head, I'm not praying to you." Juliette growled.
Anise grinned. "When I said temporary, I meant we're only 'mother and daughter' while in Casper High. Outside of that, you can go back to your opera house. Which, by the way, I've taken the liberty of sprucing up for you. No way I was gonna let you stay in a run down place that would most likely lead to you getting seriously sick or hurt."
"I can't wait to see what you've done to the place…" Juliette remarked sarcastically.
"That's the spirit!" Anise replied happily, purposefully ignoring Juliette's sarcasm.
Anise knocked on the door to the Principal's office before opening it, where an asian american human woman was sitting at the desk.
"Oh, Ms. Rosescale, I didn't expect you to come by so early," The Principal, who had a nameplate with the word 'Ishiyama' written on it on her desk, said in surprise. "Who is this young woman you have with you?"
Of course you would use my last name… Juliette grumbled, directing her thoughts at Anise.
"This is Juliette Rosescale, my daughter," Anise answered. "I've decided to enroll her at this school."
"Ahh, that would explain her outfit," Ishiyama acknowledged. "She must already be quite knowledgeable on your specific area of expertise."
"Actually I've only taught her things that would be appropriate to teach a child her age," Anise informed. "There are some lines I won't cross, ones that are only to be crossed when students are no longer children, but adults. Bondage is one of the topics that are suitable for children her age."
Ishiyama looked at Juliette. "How old is she?"
"I'm…" Juliette started before she looked at Anise. "I'm 16… but I've been homeschooled until now." By myself.
"Ah, so that would put you in 10th or 11th grade," Ishiyama remarked. "That also depends on what you've learned up to this point. Ms. Rosescale, do you feel she's ready for 11th grade or should she be in 10th grade?"
"Do you know which grade Danny Fenton is in?" Juliette mentally asked Anise. "He's the only reason I came to this school today and I would like to be placed in as many of his classes as possible."
"Allow me a moment to think about it," Anise requested Ishiyama before she mentally spoke back to Juliette. "Oooh, do you like him~?"
"Not like, no, just intrigued," Juliette answered, fighting the urge to slap the cat goddess for asking something so idiotic. "I bet you already know why, considering you're a goddess and all."
"Nope. Contrary to what you believe, I don't always keep an eye on you," Anise answered before she smiled at Ishiyama. "She'll need a little more education before she's ready for 11th grade, so 10th grade will have to do."
"Hmmm, I can see what 10th grade classes there are available, unless you have specific classes you would like her to join," Ishiyama replied.
"I do want her to take my class, definitely," Anise stated.
Of course you would. Juliette rolled her eyes a little.
"And perhaps have her down for literature and math as well. Actually, could you just let me take a look at the class schedule for a few minutes and I can decide which periods would be best for her to join?" Anise requested.
"Of course," Ishiyama agreed. "Don't forget that she'll need a Physical Education class as well."
Juliette sighed as she just waited for the procedure to be over. "I don't know if I can do a PE class in this outfit…"
"You can sit out on the first day," Anise informed, which made Juliette feel slightly more comfortable about the situation.
After what felt like an eternity, Juliette finally got enrolled into Casper High. She got a schedule for the classes she'd have to take, as well as what teachers were in which classrooms. Anise had given Juliette a school bag with all the supplies she would need for the classes.
Homeroom was already over, so Juliette would have to go to her first period class, which was English literature, which was taught by a Mr. Lancer.
"What can I do for you, Ms. Rosescale?" Mr. Lancer asked when he was called out into the hallway by Anise.
"This is Juliette, my daughter," Anise introduced. "She'll be joining your class, so I wanted to introduce her to her first public school teacher in a bit more private of a setting before I sent her into the classroom."
Mr. Lancer was a bit of an overweight man, he looked down at Juliette before giving a kind smile. "A new student, huh? We've been getting a lot of those since the world changed. I'll be more than happy to introduce her to the class."
Juliette mentally grumbled a bit, but didn't show it on her face. "You're going to take every opportunity you can to embarrass me today, aren't you?"
"Awww, now why would you say that?~" Anise remarked in a teasing tone.
"You're you," Juliette coldly retorted before she gave a small smile to Mr. Lancer. "I'll try my best not to be a nuisance… up until now, I've only ever been homeschooled."
"Don't worry, you seem like a nice, young lady," Mr. Lancer stated.
"I leave my precious little one to you then, Mr. Lancer, she's a bit shy despite her outfit," Anise said with a giggle.
Juliette mentally mumbled some inappropriate things so deep in her mind in the hopes that Anise wouldn't hear her.
"I'll see you later, my little one, be sure not to give the other students and your teachers a hard time~" Anise remarked to Juliette.
"Don't worry, by the end of the day, I will be out of this outfit," Juliette assured. "Oh, one added thing, when you take me out of the outfit, could you please put me in some regular clothes that allow me to blend in better with society…?"
Anise didn't give an answer back, she just kept smiling. Juliette turned around to follow Mr. Lancer into the classroom, but her fur went static when she felt Anise pat her butt as she went.
"HEY!" Juliette mentally shouted. "Do that again, and I will bite your hand off!"
Juliette could only hear laughter in her head as she stumbled into the classroom. There were several students sitting at their desks, looking at her curiously. A few anthros and chienthropes were there as well. Juliette stood beside Mr. Lancer, and began to scan the crowd.
"Students, this is Juliette Rosescale, she's a new student here at Casper High, and I expect you all to treat her well," Mr. Lancer announced.
Juliette gave an inward smile when she finally spotted Danny at the back.
"H-hello there…" Juliette meekly greeted with a small wave, not looking any of the students in the eyes.
"Juliette Rosescale?" A thin, red hair, nerdy looking student asked. "As in Ms. Rosescale? Are you Anise Roscale's relative?"
"Y-yes…" Juliette confirmed, begrudgingly going with Anise's lie. "I'm her… adopted daughter…"
An anthro dog raised her furry hand. "Excuse me… I can't help but notice that you have three tails instead of one. Does that mean you're… a kitsune?"
"Yes…" Juliette nodded a little.
The class went into an awe-like state, and suddenly students started talking left and right.
"A kitsune?"
"I thought they only existed in Japanese folklore!"
"She's not gonna transform and bewitch one of us, is she?"
"I hope she'd do that to me~"
"Is it even true that kitsunes do that though?"
"A real kitsune, I can't believe it."
"This is history in the making, I tell ya! Next thing you know, a unicorn will join the school!"
"Unicorns… don't exist in this realm… from what I understand…" Juliette softly informed. "According to stories… they left long ago around the same time dragons left…"
This exploded into more of a frenzy, until Mr. Lancer called out.
"ALRIGHT PEOPLE! QUIET DOWN! Retake your seats, and no more questions. Ms. Rosescale, go ahead and find a desk to sit in…" Mr. Lancer sighed tiredly.
Juliette gave a nod as she moved deeper into the class, looking for open desks. There was surprisingly an empty desk beside Danny. Tucker was sitting behind Danny, while Sam was sitting on the other side of Danny.
If my theory is right… this was Echo's desk… Juliette thought to herself before she looked at Danny. "D-do you mind if I take the desk here?"
Danny looked curiously up at Juliette. Juliette wondered if Danny would remember her at all from his dream. Danny did tilt his head a little before giving her a smile.
"Not at all, it's not like anyone's using it," Danny answered, though she did catch a small, sad look at the empty desk.
It looks like he doesn't remember me, which is good, but I think he can still tell something is off. Juliette mentally noted as she sat down at the empty desk.
"Talk about lucky," Juliette could hear Tucker whispering to Danny. "You got the kitsune girl sitting right next to you."
"Tucker, she may be a kitsune, but she's also a person," Danny whispered back. "Please don't start doing something crazy or stupid around her."
"Danny, it's Tucker, he acts crazy with regular people," Sam quietly pointed out.
"I just don't want him scaring her off…" Danny sighed. "Remember what happened with the anthro pig? Tucker wouldn't stop sniffing her."
"Well what did you expect when you have a pig with the name Bacon?" Tucker grumbled.
"For the last time, Tucker, her name was Becky, not Bacon," Sam hissed.
"Quiet down back there," Mr. Lancer raised his voice. "I'd like to get class started now."
Tucker, Danny, and Sam all lowered their heads as Mr. Lancer started up the lesson. Juliette found the grammar and words of English in America to be surprisingly different from Europe and the other places she travelled, but it was somewhat easy to pick up.
At some point in the middle of class, however, Juliette suddenly felt a cold chill in the atmosphere. Danny gasped as a blue mist thing snaked its way out of his mouth.
"Oh you have got to be kidding me, just when I thought there'd be no ghosts today…" Danny hissed in annoyance.
"Something the matter?" Juliette softly asked.
"Uh… I just… really need to go to the bathroom," Danny covered before raising his hand.
"What is it this time, Mr. Fenton?" Mr. Lancer asked in a tired, annoyed tone that suggested Danny had done this several times before.
"I… uh… need to go to the bathroom," Danny requested.
"Go…" Mr. Lancer sighed. "Grab a hall pass and don't take too long. If you aren't back by the end of the period, you'll be getting detention."
"Of course!" Danny quickly said before he got out of his desk, rushed to the front, grabbed the nearest hall pass, and rushed out of the room as if it was on fire.
Not long after Danny raced out of the classroom, something came through the wall. Juliette saw it looked like a short man wearing overalls, and gloves. The man had blue skin, and looked trying hard to be intimidating.
Oh… marvellous… another ghost… Juliette grumbled.
"BEWARE! FOR I AM THE BOX GHOOOOOOST!" The self proclaimed Box Ghost shouted dramatically.
"Alright students! Time to run and hide!" Mr. Lancer shouted while the students were already doing just that.
Juliette was the only one not running and hiding as she casually stood up from her desk.
Juliette suddenly felt someone grab her arm. "What are you doing?"
It was Sam, she was also standing from her desk.
"I'm doing the smart thing and not panicking," Juliette answered. "Panic will only lead to people hurting themselves or others."
"I WILL TAKE OVER YOUR MARVELOUS SQUARE CARDBOARD AND TAKE OVER THIS SCHOOL!" The Box Ghost laughed.
"Seriously!?" An annoyed voice grumbled before Danny Phantom phased through the wall. "Why did you have to come and bother me today of all days? Up until now, my day was going pretty dang well!"
"I AM THE BOX GHOOOOST! I WILL INVADE YOUR PRECIOUS SQUARE ROOM WHENEVER I WANT!" Box Ghost replied by yelling.
Juliette stopped and looked at Box Ghost before looking at Sam, pointing at Box Ghost. "Really?"
Sam rolled her eyes. "Yes, really."
"Okay, then come at me," Danny said boredly.
Box Ghost lifted his hands, causing them to glow with ecto energy. Juliette saw all the boxes, or anything that resembled a box, be lifted into the air. They all began to circle around Phantom, who just looked unimpressed.
Juliette, who was just as unimpressed, walked over to the classroom door, reached up, and pulled down on a white lever attached to a red unit on the wall. Seconds later, an alarm started ringing out through the school before the fire sprinklers in the classroom activated.
The water from the fire sprinklers soaked into the boxes, and before everyone's eyes, the boxes began to fall apart from the weight of the water absorbing into the cardboard. The students that were still in the classroom, all filed out, mostly wanting to get out of the sprinklers. Only Juliette, Tucker, Sam, and the two ghosts remained in the room, soaked.
Danny himself looked rather annoyed. Box Ghost was blinking, surprised by what just happened.
"Wow… evacuating the school and defeating the villain in one move…" Tucker remarked. "Surprised nobody ever thought about that before."
"NO! I AM NOT FINISHED! FOR I AM THE BO-" Box Ghost didn't finish his speech, because Danny held out a silver and green thermos, removed the lid, and it shot out a blue beam of light at the Box Ghost.
The Box Ghost screamed as he was being pulled into the thermos. Danny waited patiently until the Box Ghost was sucked into the thermos, then he put the lid on it to keep the Box Ghost from escaping.
"That's it, I need to find a way to keep a leash on you in the Ghost Zone," Danny grumbled before he looked down at Juliette. "Uh… thanks for that, but maybe next time don't pull the fire alarm unless you really need to."
"I… just thought that with a ghost in the school, everyone should get out in an orderly fashion…" Juliette meekly explained. "The way Mr. Lancer was doing it would've led to some people getting hurt… as everyone was panicked."
"That's usually how the school handles ghost attacks…" Tucker sighed. "Run and hide until help arrives."
"I better… uh… go now," Danny spoke up before he turned himself intangible and flew through the wall.
"Well, I guess this means we should get outside," Sam grumbled. "That's where students go after the fire alarm has been pulled."
Juliette nodded. On the bright side, a class or two might get skipped or the entire school day may be cancelled. On the negative side… it's going to be a hassle trying to dry off my fur with this leather outfit.
After the fire alarm got situated, everyone went back to class. Many were still wet, while others changed into their spare clothes. Juliette still hadn't seen Echo anywhere, which frustrated her a little bit. She noticed that Anise fixed it where she had every class with Danny, just as she requested, and she was able to sit with Danny due to there being an empty desk beside him in every classroom.
The one big downside to Juliette's move is that despite getting to skip two classes, her fur was still wet and she was starting to get a little cold.
Juliette looked at the PE teacher. "Ma'am… can I please go outside and lay in the sun…? I'm… freezing cause I'm still wet… and if I lay in the sun… that should help dry me off…"
The PE teacher was a thick, body builder-type woman. She looked tough, and she acted mean to the students. She looked at Juliette.
"Ms. Rosescale, your mother gave me a note to excuse you from PE today. So you're free to do what you want, just don't get in anyone's way," The PE Teacher, who had the name tag of Tetslaff, informed.
Juliette gave a thankful smile. "Thank you, Ms. Tetslaff. I'll be outside in case anyone needs me."
Juliette walked out to the back of the school and laid on the grass, just under the sun. There were a few clouds in the sky, but not enough to cover the sun. It was nice and quiet, with only a little breeze blowing by. There were, surprisingly, no Void Creatures around. There were a few harmless Void Spirits though, but they were mainly minding their own business. So far, after the Box Ghost incident, there hadn't been another ghost attack yet.
"If any of you Void Spirits could possibly help dry me off… I'd appreciate it," Juliette said as she laid in the grass, hoping the sun would dry her fur even in the spots where the leather suit covered her.
The Void Spirits gave her curious looks, likely surprised someone from the living world acknowledged them.
Juliette chuckled a little. "I'm the only one who can see you, don't worry."
The Void Spirits approached her, and floated around her curiously. Even though they were just above her, they weren't blocking the sunlight, likely due to the fact they didn't technically exist in the world.
"So do any of you have anything you can use to help dry me off?" Juliette repeated.
The Void Spirits just looked at Juliette.
"Right… you guys can't interact with me here…" Juliette sighed. "Anise… any chance you can dry me off with some divine power? I'm practically shivering…"
"Did I hear you right?" Anise suddenly appeared in front of Juliette. "Did you just ask me for help?"
The Void Spirits all scattered away when Anise had suddenly appeared.
"Look at me…" Juliette said, visibly shaking. "I'm ice cold from the fire sprinklers and this leather outfit doesn't really wick moisture away all that well…"
"Uh-huh, and who's fault is that?" Anise asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yours, for trapping me in this outfit," Juliette pointed out. "This wouldn't be a problem if I could get out of this thing."
"It also wouldn't be a problem if you didn't get involved and pulled the fire alarm," Anise retorted.
"Had I not gotten involved. Mr. Lancer's tactics probably would've gotten someone hurt," Juliette countered. "Pulling the fire alarm put him and everyone else into a more controlled mindset."
"Honey, if you're going to pull the fire alarm because of the Box Ghost, you're going to be in for a rough school year," Anise chuckled.
"I'm not staying here for a year…" Juliette informed. "As soon as my business in Amity Park is done, I'm leaving. You know I can't stay in one spot for too long… whenever I've tried, disaster always strikes."
"Oh? You've been here for a day now, and nothing's happened yet," Anise noted. "And what business do you even have in Amity Park?"
"There's a being in the Void… that I think I can save…" Juliette explained, not seeing a reason to keep it a secret. "He isn't fully a part of the Void… but he also isn't complete right now. He's lost a lot of his memories and quite a bit of his emotions."
"A being in the Void? Here?" Anise looked genuinely surprised to hear that. "In Amity Park?"
"Yeah." Juliette nodded. "I'm not exactly sure what happened to him, but I have a theory about who he is… who he was."
"How curious… Due to Amity Park being ghost central basically, Void Walkers tend to avoid this place. Ghosts can mentally screw with a Void being's head," Anise noted.
"He isn't a Void Walker," Juliette informed. "He's… much more than that. In fact, he's more similar to me than he is to a Void Walker… also, I'm a bit surprised you're using my terminology for Void beings that aren't Void Creatures and have more sentience than Void Spirits."
"Void Walkers are Void Creatures, but sentient. I used your terminology so you'd tell which one I'm referring to. Void Walkers themselves don't actually have a term," Anise informed.
"No… they aren't. Void Walkers are very different from Void Creatures," Juliette argued. "They don't run off of instincts, they try their best with what limited emotions they have. There are a few places around the world where Void Walkers are setting up safe havens from Void Creatures."
"You misunderstand me, Juliette. The original term for Void Creatures are beings of the Void, not the instinctual monsters that got corrupted. The term got twisted with time, however, as more and more Void Creatures became corrupted…" Anise sighed.
"When I heard Void Creatures, I think of the corrupted beings that gods and goddesses hunt to ensure there isn't complete chaos and widespread death in the world," Juliette remarked. "The ones that want nothing more than to feed and make other beings like them or a part of them."
"I believe we've gotten off subject," Anise pointed out. "So this other being, whom you suspect could be like you, what is your theory on him? Would you like any help?"
"I'm… not sure just yet on how I can help him besides trying to point out obvious things that he's either not noticed himself or gone out of his way to avoid noticing…" Juliette sighed. "As for my theory… I believe he was Danny Fenton's twin brother… I've seen so many things that point to that conclusion in just a short amount of time."
Anise gave what Juliette said some thought. "Hmmm… there might be someone who could confirm that, but it might not be the best idea."
Anise created a giant hair dryer and had it start to blow dry Juliette.
"Let me guess… a time god or goddess?" Juliette questioned as best she could over the large and loud hair dryer, which thankfully nobody was around to see.
"Yes, he's a time god, though he prefers the title Master of Time," Anise chuckled.
Juliette snickered at that. "Sounds like he's a bit full of himself. I'm sure the other gods and goddess of time love his preferred title."
"He's quite a bit of a troll, however, he uses that title to cover his actual identity, not because he's full of himself. He's probably one of the lesser self esteemed gods I know," Anise explained. "He stays in the Ghost Zone where he can watch both the world of the living and the world of the dead, others think he's just a powerful ghost."
"Interesting…" Juliette acknowledged. "Tell me, why do some people call it the Ghost Zone and others call it the Ghost Realm?"
"The world of the dead goes by many different names," Anise informed. "Around here, they call it the Ghost Zone, because to them, it's more of a zone than a realm. The ghosts who regularly visit Amity Park picked up on the term Ghost Zone, so that's why they too have been calling it that. Back in Japan and a few other countries, they call it the Ghost Realm, the terminology that you're used to. Other places call it Ghost World, or the Land of the Dead, some call it the afterlife, or hell, and the list goes on and on."
"Perhaps while I'm here I should call it the Ghost Zone so I don't piss off any more ghosts," Juliette commented aloud.
"Have you pissed off ghosts before?" Anise asked as she stopped the hair dryer. "Besides maybe the Box Ghost?"
"Ember," Juliette replied with a sigh.
"... Maybe you shouldn't interact with the ghosts unless you have to. You do tend to get yourself into trouble," Anise pointed out. "How does your fur feel?"
"Dry, thanks," Juliette gratefully replied. "And I didn't mean to interact with Ember, she interacted with me first. As for the Box Ghost… I mostly did what I did so Mr. Lancer wouldn't get any kids trampled."
"There will be more ghost attacks, and the teachers will handle it the same way…" Anise sighed. "They never had anyone suggest maybe the ghost hunters should train the staff, and bring in some defenses against the ghosts. So they continue to just panic until the super hero Phantom boy comes along and saves everyone. The Phantom boy does a good job at protecting people, but he can't do it forever, especially when the people he's protecting aren't doing such a great job at protecting themselves."
"Perhaps while I'm here, I could be the one to make those suggestions," Juliette pondered.
"Are you sure you want to do that? That could take time, as in longer than when you usually stick around in a place," Anise pointed out.
"I could at least get the pieces moving," Juliette replied with a shrug. "And I am not leaving until I help Echo, which is the name I gave for the Void being who I believe I can save."
"What if that itself would take a while? How much do you want to help Echo?" Anise questioned. "Once a being is in the Void, they can't get back out. You're a special exception to that rule, Juliette, but that doesn't mean you'll be able to bring Echo out with you. And even if you could get Echo out, all ties and memories of him are gone from this reality, there's no guarantee it'll all come back once you bring Echo out."
"I… have had no real goal up until now besides to run and survive…" Juliette remarked. "Now I do have a goal, and that's to help Echo. I might not be able to get all his memories back at once, but if I can at least get him out of the Void, that will be a start. Honestly… if I can finally do something useful with my life… I'd be able to die happily. So far… I've done nothing but run…"
"How interesting," Anise spoke up as she studied Juliette. "You've met with other Void Walkers before, yet you never had such a strong desire to help them get out. What's so special about this one? Is it because he acts more like you?"
"It's not just that," Juliette began to explain. "While yes, he does have more emotions than most Void Walkers do… he also has other unique traits that no other Void Creature has. He has this blue fiery fox companion named Foxfire. He… also may possibly have some kind of… ghost form."
Anise perked up at that, looking interested. "Foxfire? And a possible ghost form… Foxfire is…"
Anise looked at Juliette. "How much do you know about Foxfire?"
"Not very much," Juliette answered.
"Foxfire is a sentient entity made of pure, powerful fire. They're essentially a demigod of fire. Foxfire is likely to be a kitsune, meaning it can grow more tails and get stronger, like you," Anise explained.
Juliette raised a brow at that. "That… creature I saw was a non-anthro kitsune demigod of fire?"
"That's right. However, entities like Foxfire are extremely rare, and they need a host. They can't exist for very long on their own," Anise informed. "But they will only take a host they deem worthy, otherwise they will consume the host with whatever element they have."
"So… Echo is Foxfire's host?" Juliette surmised.
"If he's able to use Foxfire, especially while in the Void, without any ill effects on him then, yes, likely he did something that grabbed Foxfire's attention. Perhaps it chose him despite the fact he no longer existed in reality," Anise stated. "It's unheard of for an entity like Foxfire to make their way into the Void just to get to their host. It must've really wanted him."
"Or… Foxfire and Echo were bound before Echo ended up in the Void," Juliette suggested. "Echo says he's about 3 years old, but he's a grown teen with a wide range of emotions. His clothes also seem to have some tears on them that indicate he was in some kind of battle or damaging event before he ended up in the Void."
"Yeah, that's very likely," Anise remarked. "... Do you suspect that Echo could be in this school?"
"He normally follows Danny Fenton around, according to Echo's own admissions," Juliette answered. "Hence why I wanted to be in the same classes as Danny. I haven't seen him so far today, but I have a feeling he'll show up at some point."
Anise nodded. "I'd like to meet him myself. He sounds very interesting, especially if what you say is true, that he's the host of Foxfire, and he may or may not have a ghost form."
Juliette sighed, not liking the tone of Anise's voice.
"Oh don't look so down, it's not as if I could actually interact with him," Anise pouted.
"Not yet at least," Juliette retorted, having a feeling that Anise was imagining just what she could do to Echo.
Anise gave a wide smirk. "I have you to thank~ I'll be rooting for you on getting that poor boy out of the Void."
Before Juliette could reply, Anise vanished, and the bell rang.
Juliette stood up and shook her head as she started to brush the grass off her. Sorry, Echo, I just painted a divine target on your back… Juliette then headed inside, following the students towards the cafeteria.
Juliette saw a large variety of food when she was in the cafeteria. There were a lot of different types of meat and vegetables, likely to accommodate the carnivore and herbivore students. As Juliette was gathering food onto her tray, she saw Danny, Tucker, and Sam sitting at a table together. Nobody else was sitting with them. Juliette also took notice that each table had different groups of kids, there was a table full of jocks and cheerleaders, a table full of nerds or people that are considered nerds, there was a table full of band geeks, and so on.
Juliette walked over to the start of the line and picked up a food tray. I'll probably end up sitting at the 'loner table' if high school cliques are as cliche and accurate as in the movies.
After Juliette filled up her tray with food from the serving areas, she began to head to the single empty table in the corner. As she was walking there, to her surprise, the other kids all looked at her.
"Would you like to sit with us?" A jock asked.
"You could sit with us, we could help you with some of your homework," A nerdy kid suggested.
"Do you like music or games?" Another kid asked.
"You don't have to, but you could sit with us," Juliette heard Danny call out to her.
"Yeah right, Fenton, who would want to sit with your group of losers?" A blond haired jock sneered.
"It's her choice, Dash," Danny replied back.
You know… instead of choosing a clique to be 'labeled' as, I think I'm going to sit at the empty table and see who comes over first. Juliette mentally planned as she continued walking to the single empty table in the corner. Once she got to the table, Juliette sat down and began looking at the different foods she had grabbed.
It didn't take long before a few shadows approached her. Juliette looked up in curiosity to see who came over.
"Hey, you look a little lonely, would you mind if we sat here with you?" Danny offered, with Tucker and Sam behind him.
"Feel free." Juliette smiled in response before raising her voice a tiny bit. "I'm not picky about who sits with me as long as they're genuine."
Danny sat down beside her, while Tucker and Sam sat on the other side of the table.
"I can't help but feel like someone used to sit here alone…" Danny sighed. "And I can't help but feel bad."
"I don't remember anyone sitting by themselves in a corner," Tucker commented as he began to eat some of his chicken.
"I think Valerie might've sat here at one point, but she usually sits with Star now," Sam guessed, eating her salad.
"How's Casper High been so far? You know, other than that weird Box Ghost that attacked earlier?" Danny asked Juliette.
"It's been fine," Juliette softly answered. "I wish my… mom hadn't made me come to school in this outfit… I feel like everyone is staring at me while I'm wearing it…"
"I think you look really good in it~" Tucker smiled.
Sam elbowed Tucker. "Not helping! I apologize, Tucker's just a weird one, but don't let him scare you away."
Juliette shook her head. "You don't need to worry about him scaring me… I've unfortunately dealt with much worse before. I was one time nearly claimed by an overweight lecherous old man…" I wish that was a lie… I still can't believe that guy hired a fucking private military to try and capture me…
Danny shivered at that. "That's horrible."
"Thankfully my mom saved me," Juliette comforted. I actually 'saved myself' by slipping into the Void and booking it.
"On the topic of your mom, where did you and your mom come from? I take it that you two moved here from somewhere else, right?" Sam questioned, wanting to change the subject.
"We've lived all over," Juliette answered. "The last place was in London."
"Oh? Are you travelling?" Tucker asked.
"We're not exactly travelling, but we normally don't settle down in one spot for too long," Juliette replied.
"Sounds like quite a hectic life then," Danny noted.
"I most certainly have," Juliette agreed.
"Well, here's hoping that you can stay here for a while then," Danny replied. "Amity Park may not be the most… peaceful city in the world, but it's never boring at least."
As soon as Danny said that, a blue mist came out of his mouth, and he frowned. "Now what is it…?"
There were loud blasters being shot outside. Everyone looked at the windows in the cafeteria to see a large, green bull dog ghost running around, with someone shooting an ecto blast at it. Juliette could see that it was someone wearing a red and black suit, while riding on a hoverboard.
"Oh no, why must Cujo come out now?" Danny groaned before he stood up. "Uh… I have to go to the bathroom, Juliette, you can talk with Tucker and Sam until I get back."
Danny ran off before Juliette could say anything.
"Does he have some kind of… continence issue?" Juliette questioned before she realized something. "Oh wow, how have I not gotten your names yet?"
"Oh, right, we never did introduce ourselves properly, did we?" Sam realized, blushing a little. "I'm Sam Manson."
"Tucker Foley's the name, and our friend with the bathroom issues is Danny Fenton," Tucker introduced.
"I'm Juliette Rosescale," Juliette greeted. "Nice to meet you."
"Yeah, Mr. Lancer introduced you to us," Sam reminded. "It's nice to meet you too, by the way. It's always good to meet a decent girl. Love your black and silver fur by the way."
Juliette blushed at that. The fact I'm in a leather outfit makes me anything but decent… "T-thanks… it's naturally like that."
"I think the fact you have two colored eyes is cool," Tucker observed. "I've never seen someone in real life with two different eye colors, let alone one pink and one red. The only places I've ever seen eyes like that is in games."
"It certainly gives you a mystic vibe." Sam smiled.
"I would think the fact I'm a kitsune would give me more of a mystic vibe…" Juliette sheepishly chuckled, continuing her shy act.
"I mean it's not like we've seen a real life kitsune before," Tucker noted.
"Hey, stop shooting! You're only going to make him angrier!" Juliette's sharp ears heard Phantom yelling.
"If I don't shoot him, he'll endanger everyone! Get out of my way, Ghost Boy, or I will shoot you down myself!" The red huntress snapped.
Juliette's ears twitched before she turned around to look out the windows. Juliette could see Danny, in his ghost form, trying to lead the Red Huntress away from the ghost dog. The ghost dog ended up following them though.
Tucker and Sam turned their attention to the windows for a second, before both of them nervously chuckled.
"It… uh… can get pretty lively around here," Tucker sheepishly stated.
Juliette gave a small shrug. "It's not that bad. I used to live in an area where magic users were constantly blowing up their headquarters due to fights between the members of the group they were all a part of."
"Magic users…? Oh right, it's easy to forget we live in a world where magic exists now," Sam remarked.
Juliette nodded as she continued to eat. By the time she finished eating, she looked out the window again. It had gotten quiet. Danny was back in the area, carrying a smaller, ghost puppy in his arms. Danny was saying something to the ghost puppy, but it was too quiet for Juliette to hear. The ghost puppy started licking Danny's cheek.
"Looks like Danny may not get to eat most of his lunch today," Tucker noted. "Maybe I could-"
"Don't eat his chicken, Tucker, you're already getting fat from all the meat you've been eating," Sam huffed.
"So uh… should I have avoided eating anything that I did?" Juliette asked. "I tried to pick out the most edible looking things they were serving."
"You're fine. It's just Tucker tends to eat more than he should…" Sam sighed.
Finally, Danny came running back to the cafeteria, his face looking wet, like he had been washing it.
"How much longer until lunch ends?" Danny asked.
"You've got about 5 minutes," Tucker answered.
Danny sat down and started to scarf down his food like a ravenous wolf trying to eat before an even bigger predator would come.
"I… know it's not my place to give advice on the topic," Juliette began as she looked at Danny. "But if you are having such troubles with the bathroom, perhaps Danny should go to a doctor or something. The doctor could at least possibly give Danny a note, perhaps so Danny could eat in his next class or take more time to eat. Or other things, which would be up to the doctor to decide."
Tucker and Sam looked at each other from Juliette's suggestion. Danny had too much food in his mouth to respond.
"We'll at least consider it," Sam finally said.
"We will?" Tucker asked before Sam glared at him. "I-I mean we will!"
The rest of the school day went by smoothly. Juliette got to know a little bit more about Danny, Tucker, and Sam. Though they couldn't talk much in classrooms. But as the day went by, the more worried Juliette became about Echo. Echo still hadn't shown up.
Before Juliette knew it, it was already time to start 7th period, the last class of the school day. She was walking with the trio down the hall.
"I still can't believe that it's mandatory to take a kink class," Danny grumbled. "How are you guys not bothered by this?"
Juliette stayed quiet in response to Danny's question.
"Uh… you know, no offense or anything, Juliette," Danny quickly added when he remembered the leather outfit she was wearing.
"It's fine…" Juliette softly replied.
"I'm not bothered by it because it's about time people stopped hiding away interests that are a big part of who they are," Sam replied. "The fact that kinks are becoming more accepted in this world is honestly freeing. I mean even my parents have started to show a little interest in the topic."
"Wow, that is really hard to imagine," Tucker chuckled. "With how uptight they are with just about everything."
Danny just sighed.
"Do you have any kinks, Danny?" Juliette questioned.
Danny blinked before blushing a little. "Uh… errr… n-none t-that I uh… know of."
Juliette remembered Echo's words when he told her not to cuss in front of Danny. "He's too pure for that."
"Maybe this class will be good for you then," Juliette optimistically offered.
"Or traumatizing…" Danny pouted as they approached Anise's classroom.
Juliette reached forward and opened the door to the classroom. "After you."
Danny sighed before he walked into the classroom, followed by Tucker, then Sam, then Juliette went in herself. Juliette saw the most popular girl in school, Danny had called her 'Paulina', wearing a latex outfit, looking even kinkier than Juliette. There were guys with their shirts off, wearing only leather pants.
"... Correction, this is going to be traumatizing and mortifying," Danny mumbled, though his eyes spent more than a few seconds on Paulina.
Jeez… that latex girl is just begging to be one of Anise's worshippers. Juliette observed.
"Do you think this will get Danny Phantom's attention?~" Paulina asked as she wiggled her hips, causing almost all the boys in the room to have nosebleeds.
"Probably not." A familiar voice said as it walked into the room. "Considering you're wearing black latex, you won't be that easy for him to spot. If you wanted to grab his attention, you should choose a color that stands out against any background."
Anise smiled as she greeted her class. "Welcome, class, I am Anise Rosescale, Juliette Rosescale's mother. I'll be your teacher for the Explore your Kink Class, or just Kink Class if you'd prefer, for this year."
The students looked curiously at Juliette when Anise said her name.
Juliette gave a bit of a nervous wave as she sat down at one of the desks.
Danny, Tucker, and Sam sat near her as Anise took to the front of the classroom. The bell rang, indicating it was time for the class to start.
"Okay, class, so who can tell me what a kink is?" Anise asked as she hopped onto her desk. A few of the students in class were quietly muttering about how small Anise was. "Someone who isn't my lovely daughter."
A lot of hands were raised. Anise took her sweet time looking at who to choose.
"How about you tell us, Mr. Fenton? You seem… eager to talk," Anise stated, even though Danny was the exact opposite of eager.
Danny looked like he wished he could disappear, but somehow managed to not turn invisible.
"Um..." Danny hesitated.
"Hurry and spit it out, Fenton," Dash, who was also in this class, said impatiently.
"Do not rush him, Mr. Baxter," Anise warned. "I will tolerate zero bullying in this class. That is the only warning for all of you. If I catch any of you bullying one another or kink shaming someone, you will become the class pet for the rest of the year. And if being a pet is your kink, a different punishment will be given to you."
There were a few murmurs in the class, but nobody spoke up.
"A kink is… a sexual taste that a person has…" Danny finally answered, blushing.
"That is the most basic definition of a kink, yes," Anise noted.
Danny didn't say anymore to that, making Anise sigh a little.
"Specifically kinks are a historically unusual sexual desire that a person has," Anise corrected. "In this day and age, kinks are more encompassing though. They are essentially a way a person can express their deepest desires. For instance, the desire to have all choices taken away from you could fall under multiple kinks. It could be that you're into 'slavery' or 'pet play', being a submissive. You could be into bondage, which physically takes away the ability for you to make choices. Or you could be an adult baby, who wants to revert to a more innocent mindset where others make choices for them while they simply act like a baby."
Someone raised their hand.
"What is your question, Mr. Franko?" Anise called out.
"What if the kink is considered impossible or dangerous?" Franko asked.
"Ahh, I assume you are talking about kinks like snuff or vore?" Anise questioned to which the student nodded in response. "Thankfully, there are currently solutions being developed and tested for those kinks. For instance, there are 'Vore Rings' which a person can put on. When they put that ring on, they will shrink to a desirable size for the vorer. They will be covered in an acid-proof barrier which also supplies them with oxygen. Either when the vorer or the voree is ready, the voree is able to teleport out of the vorer safely using teleportation magic built into the rings. In the case of snuff, there are things being developed, but the only current safe way to do that is through kinky games like KinkQuest."
Another student raised their hand.
"Yes?" Anise inquired. "Oh, I should say, since this is day one, we won't be teaching any specific kinks, however I will still be assigning a form of homework."
"Um… so what if we don't know what kinks we have? How do we figure it out?" The student questioned.
"Excellent segway into me explaining what the homework is." Anise smiled. "I will be giving each of you full dive virtual reality helmets to take home. Pre-downloaded onto them is the KMMORPG game known as KinkQuest. You will each be expected to play the game for 2 hours a night, trying out a different kink or exploring a certain kink more. When you are done with the session, you will fill out the little surveys I will be handing out later. I will preface my next statement by saying that I cannot see what kinks you are trying out or anything in the game, but I can see just how long you are spending on the game every night. If you are able, I expect you to play the game every night until the end of the semester. Those that are able to do that may keep the full dive virtual reality helmet. Those that don't do 2 hours every night or fill out the surveys, without having a legitimate excuse that can be verified, will have to turn in the helmets at the end of the semester."
"Wow, a teacher that gives us a video game as homework. That's more like it." Tucker smiled gleefully.
"I shouldn't forget to say this, all of you will each be expected to try out at least one new kink a week," Anise added.
Danny sighed quietly, already looking like he wished he could bolt out of there or disappear into the floor. The other students looked a little hesitant, but most of them looked excited.
A chienthrope cat raised her hand.
"Ms. Heart?" Anise raised a brow. "You have a question?"
"So what will we be doing today, Ms. Rosescale?" Heart questioned.
"Well, when everyone is done asking questions, I will be having each of you sign up for the game so you can log in when you get home tonight," Anise explained. "If there is time, I do have something to talk about."
Everyone quieted down, and looked at Anise.
"What? No more questions?" Anise asked, a bit surprised.
"We would like to learn what you have to teach us before we ask more questions, Ms. Rosescale," An anthro parrot stated.
"Well, if you want me to talk about what I had in mind, I guess we can, but we'll still need to take time to create accounts for everyone," Anise replied before she cleared her throat. "As you know, it has been confirmed that there are multiple gods and goddesses in the world. Some of these gods and goddesses are of mundane things like harvests, and grades, and things like that. While others are more focused around war and fighting and bloodshed. However, what some people don't know is that there are also gods and goddesses of kinks."
"Wow… are you already trying to get them to pray to you and worship you?" Juliette mentally asked Anise.
"It can't hurt to try~" Anise answered back.
Danny was still looking like he wished he was anywhere else.
"Some of them can help guide you into different kinks," Anise continued. "While others may actually go out of their way to help you explore your kinks. There are cases where there are overall gods and goddesses of kinks, but they simply support those that pray to them and occasionally keep an eye on them. On the other hand, there are specified gods and goddesses of kinks, for instance there is a black cat goddess of bondage, though she also doubles as a general goddess of kinks. As she is related to a specific kink, she has more time to devote to her followers and worshippers. Some stories have said that those that pray to her will be shown the ultimate path to bondage. The specific goddess loves to give her worshippers gifts of bondage, like suits, collars, or assorted pieces of bondage gear. She also freely gives bondage knowledge to anyone that asks. There are gods and goddesses of every kink, and while you may not be someone that prays often, you may still want to consider praying to the god or goddess of the kink you are most interested in at least once."
There were murmurs in the classroom about what Anise just talked about.
"What the heck?" Juliette blinked, thinking she heard Danny say that, but he had his head laying on the desk. "That's it, I'm out of here."
Juliette recognized that voice, though it sounded similar to Danny's, it also wasn't Danny. She quickly snapped up her head and looked around, before she spotted a familiar gray boy walking to the wall.
Juliette glanced at Anise before glancing at Echo before she looked down. It'll be hard… but I have to try. Juliette lifted up one of her hands slightly in Echo's direction before making a few specific motions. Juliette smiled when she felt a little of her energy being drained.
Echo ended up bumping into the wall.
"What the heck!?" Echo shouted in shock, looking confused.
Echo approached the wall and knocked against it with his hand. "How am I even touching this?"
Juliette chuckled softly, wishing she could answer Echo.
"Is this some kind of joke?" Echo frowned before he turned around, looking at the class, at Anise, then at Danny and Juliette.
As soon as Echo spotted Juliette, his eyes narrowed, likely figuring out she was the cause of his sudden inability to leave. Echo approached Juliette with an annoyed expression on his face.
"What the heck did you do?" Echo demanded.
"Void Barrier," Juliette very quietly answered.
"If any of you would like, I have small books I can give to you that are guides about what kink gods and goddesses are for which specific kink," Anise offered.
"Why did you put up a Void Barrier?" Echo frowned.
Juliette sighed before she opened up a notebook and wrote 'To keep you from leaving.'
"Why? Do you have some kind of business with me or something? You can't even talk to me like this," Echo pointed out, clearly very annoyed.
'Of course I have business with you.' Juliette wrote in response.
Echo rolled his eyes before he walked over to Danny, who had his face on the desk, likely trying very hard not to be noticed, yet also trying not to go invisible.
"Yeah, I know, buddy, this class is weird," Echo remarked, as if he was talking to Danny. "Maybe if you're lucky, you can enter the world of sanity once you leave this classroom. Or maybe not, what with a goddess teaching your class and all."
'Anise is a goddess?' Juliette wrote questioningly.
"Yup. Haven't you noticed it yourself while you were in the Void?" Echo asked. "Gods and goddesses have a very distinct power and aura around them that no others could have. It's pretty obvious she's a divine being."
'I had no idea…' Juliette replied, playing dumb to try and get more information out of Echo.
"Considering the world we live in nowadays, should it really surprise you that much?" Echo raised an eyebrow.
'Why would a goddess teach a high school class?' Juliette inquired. 'Wouldn't that be a bit mundane for them?'
"Any questions?" Anise asked. "Anyone want the book?"
"I'll take a book of the gods and goddesses of kinks," Some of the students said.
"So what if we're too uncomfortable with a kink?"
"If you can make it through 3 weeks of this class and still feel the same way about being uncomfortable with kinks or this class in general, I will write an email to Principal Ishiyama and have you transferred out of the class," Anise replied. "However, that will come with the stipulation of you turning in the VR headset."
Danny looked up from that. "So there is some hope of getting out…"
Echo put a hand on Danny's head, despite his hand not able to actually touch Danny. Echo made the notion of rubbing, pretending he was rubbing Danny's hair.
"Honestly, I couldn't tell you, Juliette. I don't know this goddess, or why she decided to teach at a high school, just that she is a goddess," Echo finally answered.
"But… I honestly think that by the end of this class, each of you will have found at least one kink you are comfortable with," Anise added.
'Hopefully that means Void Creatures will stay far away from the area.' Juliette wrote.
"Yeah, well, they already have," Echo remarked. "Haven't you noticed a lack of Void Creatures in the school? They usually love coming to school due to the strong emotions of teens, who are sometimes antsy about tests, or wishing to leave as soon as possible because they have 'more important things to do'. I only came because I wanted to see how Danny was doing. I did not expect to walk into a kink classroom."
'It's apparently a new class the school just added for the start of the semester.' Juliette explained. 'Probably to 'get with the times'.'
"Something I'm sure poor Danny here deeply regrets right now," Echo stated in amusement.
Juliette chuckled a little.
As class went on, Juliette quietly watched Echo observing Danny. Whenever Danny did something, or said something to someone, Echo started talking like he was a part of the conversation, despite that Echo was being talked over, and nobody ever acknowledged him.
"What do you think, Sam?" Danny asked.
"I think it'll be fun, maybe I can come over to your house today and help you get acquainted with the VR helmet." Sam smirked.
"Aww, but what if he doesn't want to?" Echo spoke up.
"Maybe I don't want to," Danny grumbled.
"There isn't much to get acquainted with anyways," Tucker remarked. "I should mention that unlike most VR systems, you shouldn't be standing when putting on the helmet. The helmet used for KinkQuest is a 'full dive' helmet, meaning it intercepts any brainwave signals to move and transfers that to the game. If you're standing when you activate the helmet, you will fall and probably hurt yourself."
"Sounds interesting, though also kinda weird," Echo remarked.
"Whatever, I just don't know… what if a ghost attacks while I'm wearing it?" Danny quietly asked.
"Those ghosts would be sorry." Echo smirked.
"I can program in something that will instantly log you out if your ghost sense goes off," Tucker offered, lowering his voice a little.
"Are you allowed to do that?" Danny questioned.
"He's bold enough to try, I'm sure," Echo replied.
"I'm not not allowed," Tucker pointed out. "Unless someone clearly tells me I can't do it, I'm in the clear."
"Clever boy," Echo chuckled.
"I suppose if it's fine, then there's no reason not to try, right, Danny?" Sam smirked.
Danny grumbled, still not liking the idea of having to find 'his own kink' in a video game. "... I guess… not like I have a choice."
"Relax, Danny, at least it's not the end of the world," Echo laughed. "Although you'd probably wish for that over this."
"Is your mom always this… passionate, Juliette?" Danny asked the kitsune girl.
"Yes, Juliette… is she?" Echo asked, looking a little surprised at the 'mom' comment.
"Yeah… pretty much," Juliette answered.
"Alright, class. I'm going to call your names one at a time and you are to come up to the front and take one of the VR helmets," Anise instructed. "When you get the helmet, take it back to your seat and wait for more instructions."
"Good luck, Danny. Maybe you'll find something about yourself you never knew~" Echo grinned as Danny lowered his own head on the desk. "Just try not to stress yourself out."
Anise started calling up names one at a time. Once everyone, including Juliette, had their VR helmets, Anise smiled.
"Okie doke, now that all of you have the helmets, listen to my explanation," Anise stated. "When I am done with my explanation, those of you without accounts are all to put the VR helmets on. When you put them on, you will instantly be brought to a login screen. You are to sign up for an account you will want to use for the remainder of the course. Make sure to pick something that you won't forget, as once you create an account, it's very hard to create another. When you are done making the account, simply think the words 'log out'. I should mention that you should all be in a comfortable seated position where you won't slide or fall out of your seats. For those of you that already have accounts, you can just sit there."
Juliette sighed before she began to do as Anise had instructed.
The last bell of the school day finally rang. All the students carried their new VR helmets and left the classroom. Many of them were eager to try out their VR helmets right away. Danny, Tucker, and Sam were some of the last ones to leave.
"I guess we'll see you tomorrow, Juliette?" Danny asked.
"Don't forget to have fun in VR~" Tucker smirked.
"Yeah, I'll try my best…" Juliette replied half heartedly.
"Remember, class, even if you have your own helmets at home, you are to use the ones that were given to you by the school," Anise called after everyone. "And only put the helmets on when you are properly seated or laying down!"
"Yes ma'am!" The students called back.
When it was just Juliette, Anise, and Echo left, Echo looked at Juliette.
"You going to put down the barrier now so I can leave or what?" Echo questioned.
"I'll put down the barrier after we have a conversation," Juliette responded. "Have you thought about what I said earlier this morning? Have you thought about all those obvious things at all?"
"Must we have this conversation now?" Echo groaned.
"If I let you go, you will probably disappear and make certain we can't have this conversation," Juliette pointed out.
"What about her?" Echo asked, pointing at Anise.
"What about her?" Juliette shot back. "Anise doesn't really care."
"So you do know this goddess," Echo observed.
"Yeah… she's the reason I'm in this d- outfit in the first place," Juliette grumbled. "Speaking of which, I think I upheld my end of the agreement."
"Yes, you certainly did." Anise smiled. "You've been such a good girl, you deserve a treat~"
Juliette narrowed her eyes a little and gave a warning growl. "I'm not your pet."
Echo looked at Juliette before backing away from her. "Yup, definitely crazy."
"Oh, I'm sure you'll come around someday, Juliette~" Anise smirked. "Now come here so I can remove your leather outfit that you hate oh so much."
"Can't you just remove it from where you are?" Juliette asked. "Or come here and remove it?"
"Nope." Anise smirked again. "We can stay here all day if you wish."
Juliette silently said some choice comments before she walked over to Anise. "Fine, but I came over here because I wanted to get out of this leather outfit, not because you told me to."
"Starting to see where you got this 'hold the person hostage until they comply' thing from," Echo commented.
Anise chuckled as she picked up Juliette despite being smaller than the kitsune and slowly started removing the leather outfit from her.
"Really trying to savor every moment of this, aren't you?" Juliette questioned, a bit annoyed.
"Oh definitely~" Anise stated playfully.
Soon, Juliette was stripped naked, right in front of Echo.
"Since you want regular clothes, you can put on some of the clothes I keep here," Anise suggested. "They're regular clothes with some kinky stuff on it."
"Kinky in what way?" Juliette asked. "I'm not going to put on something without knowing what it may do."
Anise rolled her eyes. "So paranoid."
"Around you, that's a necessity," Juliette commented.
Anise snapped a finger, and something came on Juliette. Echo jumped back a little. Juliette had a red shirt on that said 'I'm a Baby Princess', and black shorts with tail holes for her three tails.
"There, mild enough for you to be regular?" Anise asked.
"What's the underwear?" Juliette questioned. "And why does it feel like there is still a weight around my neck?"
"You're wearing lacy black panties~" Anise smirked. "As for the weight around your neck, you're still wearing a collar."
"The agreement was to take the leather outfit off me, so why is the collar still on me?" Juliette raised a brow.
"Because it wasn't actually a part of the leather outfit~" Anise giggled.
"You do realize this could make me a target of anyone who might want to try and claim me, right?" Juliette deadpanned. "Wearing an unmarked collar in public is practically begging for people to hunt you and claim you. I know America is more relaxed about the whole 'claiming' thing, but there are likely still people who very much will try."
"That's just something you'll have to deal with," Anise replied. "I'm sure you can handle yourself, Ms. Untamable."
"How long will I have to wear this collar…?" Juliette asked.
"Until I can put you in any outfit I want again," Anise answered. "The collar is a little piece of a reminder for that. Though… it might stay until the end of the school year. Oh, I know, if you get all As in every class, I'll take it off you as a reward!"
Juliette muttered something under her breath.
Anise smiled. "Oh how easy it is to toy with you~ I would love to do it more, but right now you need to address the non-existent boy over there."
Echo was knocking his head against the barrier.
"Echo," Juliette called out. "You won't get through the barrier until I let you out."
Echo looked at Juliette, frowning. "Oh, don't worry about me. Go on and have your conversation about leather outfits, collars, and weird panties. I'll just be here, wishing I was anywhere else."
"We're done talking about that for now," Juliette informed. "Now it's time we talk about you."
"What do you want with me, huh?" Echo snipped, getting fed up with Juliette's insistence on talking to him.
"I want to save you from living out your life in the Void," Juliette bluntly replied. "I want to bring you back to the living world, where you belong, where you come from."
"Great, you can go do that. Now can I leave?" Echo remarked.
"No," Juliette replied, growing fed up with Echo's snide remarks. "What you can do is sit your ass down in one of the chairs and actually have a conversation with me instead of trying to leave and avoid the thing you've been trying to avoid all day or all of the past almost 3 years for all I know!"
"I have nothing to say," Echo stubbornly stated.
"Fine, then plant your ass in a chair and I will speak," Juliette ordered as she growled, looking like she was ready to tear someone's throat out.
Echo rolled his eyes before he gestured to an empty chair, then sat down, or rather he went through the chair and hit the floor instead. "I can't sit in a chair, Juliette."
"One moment…" Juliette sighed before she made a few gestures at the chair. "Try again."
Echo frowned before he cautiously sat down on the chair Juliette did something to. "More Void Barriers or did you somehow bring this chair into the Void?"
"Another set of Void Barriers," Juliette answered.
"I didn't have to sit on a chair you know," Echo grumbled.
"Yeah, but sitting down allows me to ensure you aren't actively trying to leave," Juliette pointed out. "Now, Echo, what did you think about what I said earlier?"
"You'll have to be more specific," Echo replied.
"You know exactly what I'm talking about," Juliette stated, not playing along with Echo's coyness. "When we were in Danny's room, before you jumped out of the window."
"I don't have much to say about it," Echo shrugged.
"Uh huh, sure you don't," Juliette replied, not believing Echo. "If you didn't have much to say about it, you wouldn't have spent most of the day away from Danny. After all, you said you followed him around a lot."
"That doesn't mean I stick with him all the time," Echo grumbled. "And despite all those 'obvious signs', I still don't believe it."
"Fine, if you won't believe it from me, then how about we go talk to someone who would know?" Juliette suggested, glancing at Anise.
Anise, who had been at her desk looking through papers, looked up to Juliette. "Ah, yes, I can take us to who may know about you, Echo."
Echo flinched away, not used to having more than one being acknowledging him. "Who could that possibly be?"
"The Ghost Zone's Master of Time," Anise and Juliette answered simultaneously.
Echo's eyes widened before he shook his head, and got up from the chair, and started to move around, like he wanted to bolt somewhere. "N-no! No! No! No! NO! NO! We are NOT going to Clockwork!"
"Why not?" Juliette asked.
"Clockwork is… Danny sees him as a grandfather. And I think Clockwork thinks of him as a grandson, seeing how much Danny talks about their relationship," Echo went on.
"So what does that have to do with anything?" Anise questioned, raising an eyebrow.
"For one, how the heck would Clockwork know about me? And another, I don't want Clockwork to know me or see me. And third, oh my gosh, I do NOT feel adequate enough to be in the same plane of existence with someone like Clockwork. Fourth, I don't want to go to the Ghost Zone, let alone Clockwork's lair! Fifth, going to the Ghost Zone is toxic to me!" Echo listed off.
"Well the first one is easy, Clockwork knows past, present, and future," Anise explained. "Meaning he would be able to tell if you did one belong to this timeline. Reason 3 and 4 are honestly trivial and downright stupid. And as for 2, Clockwork is most likely already well aware of you. Number 5, well I can stop you from feeling those effects temporarily."
"I still don't want to go," Echo growled. "You can't make me come, goddess or not, even you can't drag me with you."
"Maybe not right now," Anise chuckled. "But I can work on something."
Echo sat back down on the desk and took a deep breath before letting it out. "Okay, Juliette, listen. Even if all of that is true, how would that help me now? How would any of that get me out of the Void that you so adamantly want to rescue me from?"
"Because if you know about yourself and know you are a real being, it will be easier to convince the Void that you don't belong there," Juliette answered.
"What if that just turns me into a Void Creature? Because I want to return to the world of the living?" Echo quietly questioned.
Juliette stopped when she heard what Echo said. "'Return'?"
Echo frowned, not looking at Juliette. "That's assuming if I was a real living being once."
"All the signs I've noticed point to the answer being yes," Juliette responded. "And I doubt it will turn you into a Void Creature because you weren't born as a Void being."
"You don't have to be born as a Void being to be corrupted, Juliette," Echo sighed. "Do you really want to know if you could truly get me out of this Void?"
"Yes," Juliette answered adamantly.
Echo looked up at the ceiling, sighing, his eyes having a faraway look to them. Anise perked up suddenly.
"Something the matter, Anise?" Juliette asked, noticing Anise was suddenly at attention.
"I sense Clockwork's power…" Anise said. "Is he… somehow tapping into Clockwork's power?"
Echo didn't seem to have heard Anise.
"What? Are you saying Echo is channelling Clockwork's powers?!" Juliette questioned.
"That's… what it feels like," Anise admitted, confused. "But how? I was under the impression he didn't want to meet Clockwork. … Unless… the reason why he's in the Void in the first place, may have had something to do with…"
"So," Echo spoke up suddenly, stopping Anise from finishing her sentence. "The way I see it, there seems to be two ways you could go about this."
Echo noticed Juliette's expression. "... What? You look like I just grew a second head."
As if to make sure, Echo quickly rubbed his neck and patted both of his shoulders.
Juliette shook her head, deciding not to confront Echo about the whole 'channeling the powers of Clockwork' thing at the moment. "What were you about to say?"
Echo sighed. "One way is that you could try to hold onto me when you step out of the Void. There's a 30% chance I'll come out of the Void with you. But there's a 68% chance I could end up getting wiped from existence altogether. The other 2% chance would bring me to another dimension entirely."
"And option two?" Juliette raised a brow, wondering just how exactly Echo got those numbers. Wait… didn't he say something about seeing possible futures before?
"That one is a bit more complicated," Echo remarked. "The only other way to bring me out of the Void is to say my true name in the world of the living. Memories of who I was will return, whatever link I may have had in the real world will come back, and it'll force me out of the Void."
Juliette frowned.
"But because my real name was erased from history, from existence, along with me, that's pretty much impossible," Echo shrugged.
"There would be some record of your name somewhere," Anise informed. "Even when things get erased from existence, there are still a few traces of them left behind. There is no such thing as a spotless erasure of a being. Take your torn clothes for instance. They could've been completely intact before you entered the Void, but when you were 'erased' you were damaged a bit."
"Good luck finding it then. There's less than 1% chance of finding my real name," Echo said. "I'd have better luck trying out Juliette's method of leaving the Void."
"Clockwork would be the best chance of the '1%'," Juliette acknowledged. "And I'm not going to try and force you out of the Void until I've had a chance to speak with Clockwork."
"If you go to Clockwork as you are now, you'll be kidnapped by a black knight," Echo warned. "I'd suggest going in the Void Realm. Actually, what am I talking about? I'd rather you didn't go to him at all!"
"Who is the black knight?" Juliette questioned.
"A very… kinky, dominating ghost," Echo answered. "She's also powerful, very powerful. It's best if you steer clear of her."
"I'd most likely just teleport Juliette to right outside Clockwork's tower," Anise informed. "But before I do that, I need to let Clockwork know so his dragon ghost companion doesn't turn Juliette into a pile of ash… or her next meal."
Echo paused a little at what Anise said. "... Right. Wait, no! Don't go to Clockwork! Especially if you're going to talk about me!"
"Why not?" Anise raised a brow.
"I know you said it's silly, and that Clockwork likely already knows about me, but there's no need to bother him about someone who doesn't exist," Echo pleaded. "Clockwork's got enough on his plate as is with Danny."
"Hmmm… nah," Anise replied with a small shrug. "If I want to talk to Clockwork, I'll talk to Clockwork."
Echo's eye twitched.
Juliette couldn't help but inwardly sympathize with Echo right now. Anise wasn't an easy person to get along with.
Echo began to rub his head again. "Is there anything else you want to talk to me about, Juliette?"
"Why are you rubbing your head?" Juliette asked. "I thought you couldn't get a headache since you weren't a living being."
"I don't have a headache, and it's none of your business," Echo grumbled, still rubbing his head. "Now, is there anything else you want to talk about? Or am I allowed to leave?"
"I never fully trapped you in here," Juliette informed with a chuckle. "I simply put a barrier on that single wall you were trying to go through."
Echo stared at Juliette, and Juliette was trying very hard not to laugh. Echo, without saying a word, stood up from the chair, and walked through the door.
"Well, that went better than expected," Anise commented.
"Yeah… I think it went pretty well myself," Juliette agreed. "Now… I need to 'head home' and do my homework…"
"Have fun, Juliette~" Anise smiled.
MikotoSuoh23789: DarkFoxKit: Good. We got another one, Onyx~ :3
Darkzdragon 'Onyx': *In a Mr. Burns voice while rubbing her claws together* Excellent!~
Irusha the Kitsune: DarkFoxKit: Well, we wouldn't judge you if you don't like reading fetish stuff. Echo… doesn't usually get into trouble, he can usually handle Void Creatures on his own. Hopefully you'll keep enjoying the new chapters.
ZAFT Convoy: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Some of the more mature parts do play into the story, so you should probably not skip everything. Skip what you want, but if you feel you missed something, you might need to look back.
The Moonfox Collective: Darkzdragon 'Onyx': Right. Forgot who we were talking to~ I do remember that episode from the, IN MY OPINION, good Teen Titans. I don't know if we were exactly thinking of that at the time we wrote the scene, but it definitely fits.
DarkFoxKit: I have seen that episode too, though I was thinking of something else entirely while we were doing Danny's mindscape. Due to this fanfic being purely for fun and indulgence, I will often be using ideas I've seen and really liked in other Danny Phantom fanfics.
