Author's Note: Here's the latest installment of Seaford High. Sorry for the break, it was a mixture of writer's block and busyness. Guess who's officially a high school graduate! Also sorry if the Spanish is incorrect. I got it from a Spanish translator website so blame it on that. Lastly has anyone watched Olivia's new show Cruel Summer? It's one of my new favorite shows at the moment.

Munira261- The kick breakup was inevitable. I'm glad you're liking the Lester backstory. You'll slowly learn more over the course of the story and I promise sometime in the future it'll all come to a head. As for Chuck's history and who Lizzie is you'll just have to wait and see!

Martinez Residence

"Pero mami ¿por qué tengo que irme? ¡Me aburriré allí!" Jerry whined as he followed his mom into the kitchen

Paula, who was sitting at the kitchen table doing her homework, looked up from her assignment to watch the scene unfold.

His mami continued her way over to the refrigerator. She didn't spares a glance back at her annoyed son, "Vas a ir porque amas a tu hermana y apoyará sus logros."

Jerry crossed his arms and huffed,"¿cuándo has llegado a cualquiera de mis torneos de karate para amarme y apoyarme?"

Paula's eyebrows raised in surprise at her brother's rebuttal. She didn't think he'd go there. She looked at her mom to see what she had to say to that.

The woman in question sighed heavily at the question as if it was very tiring. She closed the fridge and turned around to face him, "Jerry sabes que está ocupada con la escuela."

Jerry nodded, "Bien, así que puedo amarla y apoyarla en casa." he sassily countered causing Paula to hide her smile into her hand

The Martinez matriarch has reached her limit of his complaints, "Jerry vas a ir y vas a ir sin quejas o así ayúdame Dios te daré algo de qué quejarte." she demanded while pointing a threatening finger at him.

After that being said she stalked off leaving a disappointed Jerry behind. He groaned then hung his head in defeat. Paula took a bite of her sandwich then glanced at her brother.

"Well that went well." Paula says

"No it didn't. I still have to go to the stupid event." Jerry grumbled as he sulked over to where she sat at the kitchen table

The seventh grader exasperatedly shook her head at him, "Oh Jerry. Sarcasm really is a foreign language to you, huh?"

Jerry ignores that. He plops down in an empty seat, "This is going to suck so bad man."

"Don't be such a negative nancy. I'm sure it won't be as bad as you think."

Jerry's brow furrowed in confusion, "Who's Nancy?"

Paula closed her eyes and inhaled a deep breath. She lifted her face towards the ceiling, asking for patience. "Just forget it."

Jerry was more than okay to do that. He was used to things people say going over his head. "Mami never even thought that maybe I already had plans for tonight. Pretty swawesome plans too."

Paula nods then placed her sandwhich back down on her plate. She grabbed her pencil and began focusing back on her homework. "What 'swawesome' plans did you have for tonight? Wait, no let me guess, hanging out with Mika?"

Jerry didn't detect the sarcasm in his voice and enthusiastically nodded, "Yes! Yes I did." He gets up from the table and heads back over to the fridge in search of a snack

The younger Martinez rolls her eyes, "Of course you did," she mutters under her breath. She frowns at a homework question she doesn't understand.

"Yes I did but instead I have to go to señorita perfecta's award ceremony. Who even has a first semester award ceremony?" He rants as he opens the fridge. He opens the bag of grapes and tears of a branch

"It's some special awards for the ninth grade STEM students and I guess the rich apparently."

Jerry scowls, "It's stupid." He pops a few grapes in his mouth

Paula shrugged, not really knowing what to say to that. Instead she decided to change the subject, "Anyway you and Mika hangout a lot. What's so special about this time?"

He answers with his mouth full, "Because this time it would've been just the two of us." he grabs a handful of grapes then closes the fridge

They hangout a lot but always with a crowd. It's either with Randy, Ethan, and Zane or Erica and Julie.

"So? Didn't you say she didn't want to be a couple?" Paula asks with her eyes still on her assignment. She hesitantly writes an answer for the question but doesn't think it's the right answer. She doesn't care.

"Yeah but I'm hopeful."

Paula finally sets down her pencil and looks up at Jerry, "Look as much as I'll love to keep talking about your weird love life. I need to finish my assignment so please go away."

Jerry frowns before nodding. He understands that. Besides, he should text Mika and tell her the bad news. "Alright. I'll leave you to it."

"Thanks." She calls out

Swathmore Academy

This was Jerry's first time on Swathmore's campus because he didn't go with his mami or Vale when they were scoping out the campus or to Vale orientation. When Vale said she wanted to go to Swathmore, Jerry didn't believe her. Why on earth would his younger sister want to go to a school full of snooty stuck up rich people? On top of that, that school held the students that made Ezra's life a living hell working at Seaford's Country Club. He dismissed it but Vale continued to try and persuade their mom to send her there and even applied for a STEM scholarship for the school. She was serious about going to Swathmore and argued that the private school will give her the chance to make her dream at being an engineer possible. To nobody's surprise she got the scholarship and joined the freshman class at Swathmore because she was oh so smart she skipped eighth grade. Vale surprised him once again by deciding to go to this privileged castle. Apparently she was too good for Seaford High.

Jerry knows he should hate Swathmore and everything it stands for and in a way he does. Some of the students there were absolute jerks and were related to the snobs that treated Ezra like crap. Some of them made racial jokes that boiled his blood and tested his patience. There were also some very attractive pirate school hotties that almost made him forget all the bad. Private school girls were on a completely different level from public school. They had perfect hair, perfect skin, perfect teeth, just overall perfect. Especially the Zimmerman sisters which Kim would slap him if she heard that but it's true. Paisley Zimmerman had legs for days and full pouty lips that were the main star of many of his dreams. Sure Kim has ranted about how much of a bitch she was but she's still hot. Claire was also hot but not as hot as her older sister. He crossed paths with her a few times and her personality knocked down some of her attractiveness.

"This place is so cool!" Lia enthuses as her eyes raked over the building in complete awe. Being only seven she hasn't gotten the memo yet that she's supposed to hate Swathmore

"It's not that cool." Paula downplays

"No, it is pretty cool." Jerry agrees gaining a glare from the seventh grader

"What? Just because this place is full of snobbish douches doesn't mean I can't appreciate how amazing the building is." Jerry defended himself

Paula shook her head and muttered something about idiot under her breath that he chose to ignore.

"Vale said they had prime rib for lunch one day." Talia shared

"Prime rib? Seriously?!" Jerry exclaimed and the girl in question nodded.

Jerry pouted, "Unfair."

"Yeah I bet you would just love to eat it's fat." Paula sniped

Jerry made a thoughtful face, "Actually I would."

Their mami had enough, "Okay enough. This is an important night for your sister so all of you will be on your best behavior or I'll beat all your asses with my shoe."

The four siblings gulped at the threat, all rightfully scared shitless. Jerry had been on the receiving end of many spankings by his mami, maybe more than any of his sisters. It's painful yo, and that pain lingers. She's creative, she uses shoes, switches, wire hangers, a belt, or simply her hand. The worst had to be when she used switches, they hurt like you wouldn't believe. Whatever she uses

"Yes ma'am."

His mami content that the threat was noted, she turned back around to continue on to the auditorium. They continued the journey in silence, minus his mom muttering curses in Spanish as she struggled finding the place and Lia oohing and awwing at the building. Jerry was doing the same thing but internally, the school was pretty cool. Just to enter the school they had to drive in the gated entrance with-not to mention- an intercom. On top of that they have a huge statue of general Swathmore in front of their library. But what has to be Jerry's favorite thing was their fountain in the courtyard. Jerry had a strong urge to jump in it just like he did in the mall fountain on a dare by Talia. That was a fun memory. Eddie was staying over at his house and they convinced his mom to drop them off at the mall to watch a movie if they took Paula and Talia with them.

They watched that Wimpy Kid movie because both Eddie and Talia wanted to watch it. Jerry will admit he was kinda curious about it, he read the books in elementary school. The movie was pretty funny and once it was over the quartet wandered around the mall as they waited for his mom to show up. They got to playing truth or dare and after Talia successfully shoplifted a bracelet she dared him to swim in the fountain. He took it of course but that ended in him getting caught by one of the mall cops and getting banned from the mall for a month. Still it was definitely worth it.

His eyes flickered over the signs and pictures hung on the dark brown wooden walls. Stuff like student of the month, club sign ups, flyers, and a bulletin board. The sleek black lockers compared to Seaford's blue ones where some of the locker's blue paint were chipped off. The school had an old fashioned edge to it, some parts of the building seemed like it was built years ago compared to other parts that looked more recent.

The family finally reached the auditorium which was already starting to fill up. They entered from the back of the auditorium and again Jerry was awestruck by the room. It was huge. The seats were red and the walls were a grayish white color. From what Jerry could see there were three rows layed out in front of the stage. Behind him were three other rows with stairs on either side of the middle row. He turned back around and could see his sisters also looking around with agape mouths.

Lia was the first to recover from her shock, "This is as big as our house!"

"Eh, our house is a little bit bigger." Talia disagrees

Jerry half heartedly scans the huge room for his sister, "So where's the nerd?"

The Martinez matriarch swatted her son on the arm, "Jerry." she scolds in a warning tone with a stern glare

"Sorry I mean Val. It's not my fault those two mean the same thing." He apologizes as he rubs his arm

Paula pulled out her phone, "I'll text her. Tell her we're here."

Thankfully his mami let that go and instead focused on finding seats. Jerry quietly released a breath of relief because he knew he was pushing it by that comment. He really didn't want to have an injured ear or sore ass so he kept quiet. His mami decided to sit in the fourth row and had Talia enter it first. She followed after her and grabbed Jerry's arm so he would sit next to her. Paula sat next to him leaving Lia sitting at the very end.

Talia straightens in her seat and points in front of her, "I see Val!"

The private school girl was standing by the left corner of the stage chatting to another student. Jerry bit back a scoff at the sight of his sister. There she was talking to her new little private school friend, Wanda? Jerry met her once and she's okay. She doesn't have that annoying Swathmore snobby voice or attitude. From what Paula told him she's also in the STEM program which is how they met. A fellow nerd only cute.

Valentina pulls out her phone from her pocket and is assumingly reading the text Talia sent her. She gazed towards the crowd, presumingly searching for her family so Talia stood up and waved to try and get her attention. Valentina spotted them then turned towards her friend to tell her something before walking over to them.

"Hey Val!" Lia excitedly greets her older sister

"Hi," the private school girl distractedly greets back before focusing on her mami, "hey can I sit with Wendy for the ceremony?"

Huh, so her name was Wendy. He was close enough.

"Why?"

"Yeah why? You're embarrassed to sit with your own family?" Jerry snarked

He earned a glare for that from both his mami and sister, "No," Val denies, "it's just since I'm gonna stay over at her house why not just sit with her? Please mami?"

The woman in question heaves out a long, suffering sigh, "Fine. Go ahead"

Valentina dashes forward to envelope her mami in a quick hug, simultaneously leaning all over Jerry. He scowls but thankfully the hug wasn't long and she speeds back off. Leaving as quickly as she came, "Thank you! Love you!"

Jerry turns towards Paula, "Can you believe that? We come to this stupid thing and she doesn't even want to sit with us?"

Paula waved that off, "Stop being so sensitive. It's not that serious Jerry."

Jerry huffs then crossed his arms. Paula doesn't want to see what Val is turning into. Despite the two of them not having the best relationship she was closer to Val than Jerry was. He guesses he understands why she's defensive but still, whatever.

"This is going to be fun," he mutters sarcastically

This was torture.

Complete and utter torture. Jerry had to get out. He had enough. First he had to sit through nearly ten minutes of Headmaster Kavanagh drone on how amazing the school was and how impressed he was of the freshman class and how important these awards were and blah blah blah. After he finished the assistant principal came up and at that point Jerry tuned her out.

He thought about all the other things he could be out with Mika for one, or rehearsing the dance routine for the basketball game, playing video games with Jack and Eddie, hell even practicing his scissor punch. Anything, anything but sitting here with the rich white people that look down on people that aren't as rich. He glanced towards his left where Paula sat. She also seemed a bit bored but was still listening and Lia who was sitting next to her was fiddling with her shirt sleeve. At least he wasn't the only one bored. He needed to get out of here now. He searched his brain for an excuse to leave and after a moment one popped in his brain.

Jerry turns to his mami, "I need to take a leak." He heard Paula mutter ew next to him but ignored her. She chose to sit next to him.

The Martinez Matriarch glances at him then sighs heavily, "Don't be too long."

Relief filled him and he grins, "Si mami."

Jerry slowly gets up from his seat and shimmies past Paula and Lia to get out of the aisle. He tries to leave the room as discreetly as possible, knowing that if he wasn't his ass would be three different shades of red from both his mom and Vale. After passing down a few isles he reached the entrance and slipped out of the room. He inhales then exhales a few deep breaths. Even the air tasted fancy.

He pushed himself off the auditorium door and began walking left. He didn't have any place in mind; he was just walking to walk. Continue to explore the school that unfortunately Val goes to. He began walking down a hallway, eyes floating from wall to paused in front of a window, gaze drawn to a specific thing in the courtyard. It was a water fountain, like the one at the mall but a bit smaller. It was made of gray brick stone with edges thick enough for someone to sit on. A mischievous grin spread across Jerry's lips as he rushed past the window and practically burst open the double doors.

He vaguely noticed that it was a bit chilly outside. The sun was setting now so the sky was that orange reddish color that Jerry always thought was pretty. He rushed over to the fountain and immediately sat on the edge of it. Jerry doesn't know why he loves fountains so much but he does. Maybe it has to do with his love of water. Going to the beach is one of his favorite things to do. Next to pulling pranks of course. And dance.

Whenever he swims it shuts off his mind like dancing does. Sometimes he imagines swimming away from his family. When he was a kid he imagined living in the water and turning into a merman.

"You're not supposed to be out here." A female voice chastised him, scaring the living crap out of him.

"Jeesh, warn a guy before you talk," Jerry chides, holding a hand over his heart. She gives him an unimpressed look. After recollecting himself he gets a better look at the intruder.

It was a girl. A very attractive girl standing near the side door to the school.

Wait, he thinks he recognizes her. Reddish orangish hair, long legs, snobbish sounding voice that was kind of annoying. It was Claire. Claire Zimmerman.

Jerry clears his throat, "I mean, what a do girl?"

Claire's arms were crossed and she was glaring accusingly at him, "Who are you?"

Jerry smirks what he hopes was charmingly at her, "Whoever you want me to be mamacita."

Bemusement crossed Claire's face at the line and cocks her head to the side. She finally looked less angry and suspicious, "Are you like related to one of the janitors or something?"

Jerry frowns in confusion at the question, "No?"

"Kitchen staff?"

He shakes her head, "No."

"Then what are you doing here? Are you trying to steal something?" Claire presses

Jerry thought about using a line about stealing her heart but decided that was too cheesy, "No. My sister goes here and I'm here for the award ceremony thing but I needed to bail."

"Your sister goes here? There's not a lot of Mexicans at Swathmore," she says dubiously, suspicion back in her eyes but still less hostile than before. She looked thoughtful for a few moments before a look of realization crossed her face, "wait is she one of the new scholarship kids? The STEM girl. Vanessa?"

Jerry slowly shakes her head, "Her name's Valentina."

"Right! I meant that it basically sounds the same."

"Not really."

Her eyebrows raised in surprise at the revelation, "She's your sister?"

The boy in question sighs, "Unfortunately."

Claire laughs at the quip. Her eyes sparkled with interest. Any previous hostility and wariness was now wiped away completely. "What's your name?"

"Jerry. Jerry Martinez."

Claire slowly started walking away from the doors and towards him, "I'm Claire."

"I know." At Claire's raised brow Jerry elaborated, "you're one of the hottest freshmen at Swathmore. Pretty sure all the guys know who you are."

A smile slowly crossed her lips. Jerry recognized that smile. Lyndsey, Lori, and numerous other girls flash that smile at Jack whenever they try to flirt with him. It's also the same one that's almost a permanent staple on Mika's lips. That means they're interested, they like him, they want him. Now Claire Zimmerman was looking at him like that. An overwhelming feeling of shock and flattery flooded him. He felt a little dumbfounded.

Jerry was used to getting rejected. Girls actually showing interest and flirting back was something he hasn't gotten used to yet. To this day he was shocked that Heather ever liked him and agreed to be his girlfriend. She was the first girl that he liked to ever show interest back. He'll admit he questioned everyday why and was afraid that one day she'll see he wasn't worth it and dump him. Can you blame him? She went from liking Jack to somehow liking him. When she finally did dump him he hated that it was when he finally got stopped waking up scared everyday.

Mika was the next girl to like him back but it was different. She didn't want to be official but still wanted to makeout and he was fine with that. He loved that. Though the part where she also made out with different guys such as Randy, Zane, and Ethan that part sucked. Sucked bad. She made the rules clear and even gave her permission to be with other girls.

Jerry happened to be looking at the only girl that is giving him a lick of attention. He still really likes Mika and would love to go out with her but she shot him down. So that's exactly what he's going to do.

Jerry slowly smirks at her.

If someone told him that he would be making out with Claire Zimmerman he would ask them what drugs they were on and if he could have some. He knows that he's a good looking guy but also knows that girls usually go for Jack. Jerry never thought he would be making out with a Swathmore girl, especially with Claire younger sister of Paisley Zimmerman, one of the hottest girls in Swathmore or even Seaford.

The two of them moved away from the fountain to a table in the courtyard. Claire was nearly in his lap with a few of her hair strands tickling his face and her hands were tangled in his hair. Her lips taste like coffee and she was a really good kisser compared to the two other girls he ever kissed. Better than Heather but on the same level as Mika, just different. Mika kisses playfully and lets him control the kiss. Claire is more aggressive and is dominating the kiss. It feels like she's trying to swallow him whole and he is totally okay with that.

As weird as it may seem, Jerry still totally likes Mika and wants to date her. Only she made it clear that she isn't interested in dating and they both can be with other people. Jerry is only human and if a pretty girl wants to makeout then he's all for it. He repeats that he only ever kissed two girls which is really depressing and embarrassing. Though he does hold a secret pleasure in kissing more girls than Jack even if it was only by one. He'll take his victories no matter how small.

Now Claire makes three girls he's kissed. He can't wait to boast about this to Eddie.

"Jerry?"

The boy in call broke the kiss as his head whipped towards the direction of the voice. There stood Paula looking at him in a mixture of disgust and shock. He stood there mouth agape trying and failing to find an explanation.

"Paula I-" he began but stopped when he felt a sudden stinging on his left cheek. He frowned, not understanding what happened until he looked back at Claire who had her right arm raised. She slapped him.

Claire pushed him away and stood up so she could escape. "You creep, throwing yourself at me. I have a boyfriend," she berated as she tried to smooth down her strawberry blonde hair.

Claire lifted her nose as she walked towards the exit where Paula still stood. "Your brother needs to mind his manners," she tells the younger girl before hurrying out

Paula pursed her lips and slightly shook her head. Disappointment was written all over her face. "Don't I know it."

Well this was awkward.

Jerry clears his throat, "What are you doing out here?"

"You were taking too long in the bathroom. We were wondering if you were accidentally flushed down the toilet so mami sent me to find you. Unfortunately it looks like you weren't."

"Oh," Jerry says awkwardly. He stood up from the table and started walking towards his sister, "look P-"

The younger girl held up her hand, "We need to get back to the auditorium before mami decides to come find you herself," she says stiffly then quickly turned around and left through the door

Jerry sighs again and follows her.

Martinez Residence

After making it back into the auditorium Jerry lies and tells his mami that he had to take a very long number two. Thankfully Paula backed him up so he didn't get into any trouble though she didn't talk to him for the rest of the night. Almost an hour later the stupid thing finally ended and Jerry was free to go home. He texted Mika on the car ride home to discover she was hanging out with Ethan. Great. So he decided to text Eddie to see how he was doing. Kim was still icing him out because of the Kelsey thing. Personally Jerry doesn't see what the big deal is.

Was it kind of a rude thing? Sure, yeah but was it also kind of funny? Also yeah. The girl kept following Eddie around and trying to talk to him when it was obvious Eddie didn't want her. Come on now, if he can see Eddie doesn't like her then that's saying something.

When they got home it was time for bed so Jerry went to his room and changed into his pjs. He wasn't going to sneak out tonight. He didn't hear about any parties tonight and Mika was busy anyway. Besides he didn't want to make it a habit of sneaking out every night, that's the easiest way to get got. He needs to be smart about it and if there's one thing he's good at it's being sneaky.

The dancer was leaning on his dresser drawer scrolling through Youtube for a video to watch. He was waiting for Talia to get out of the bathroom so he could brush his teeth. Suddenly the door opened and Jerry turned his head to see Paula storming into his room then closing the door behind herself. She stalks right up to him with her arms crossed and a serious look on her face.

"So you're gonna tell me why the hell you were making out with a prep school barbie?"

"So you're talking to me now?" He shoots back earning an icy glare from the younger girl. He steps away from her to walk towards the window in his room just in case she thinks about hitting him

"I thought you were in love with Mika? You never shut up about her." She presses and takes a few steps towards him.

At that Jerry turns around to face her and holds a hand out to her, "Woah woah woah, who said anything about love?"

Paula rolled her eyes, "Explain now Jerome." She demands and damn if she doesn't remind him of Izzy and his mami when she's like this. The only two women he listens to and is deathly afraid of. Well also his abuelita.

Jerry winced at that, "Jeez you gotta full name me? Not cool, yo."

That also means that Paula was really mad at him. The expectant look she was giving him was more proof of that. Jerry hates it when Paula is mad at him, out of all of his siblings her and Cami were the ones he's closest to. He's closer to Paula because they're closer in age and because Cami doesn't even live with them anymore. Sometimes it feels like it was Paula and him against the world and the rest of their family. As their parents yell at each other, Val thriving in a new school, Ezra and Izzy are so far away and Lia and Talia are just too young to understand.

Jerry flops down on his bed, "It just happened okay? I didn't plan on making out with her. It was just a swawesome surprise."

Paula scowls at him. That explanation didn't seem to please her, "I swear everytime you use that stupid word it makes me want to punch you."

Jerry scoots cautiously farther back on his bed at the threat. Paula rolled her eyes then took what was supposed to be a calming breath, "Why would you do that?"

Jerry squints in confusion at the question, "Because she's hot?" he says as if it was obvious

"But what about Mika?"

Jerry shrugs, "What about her?"

"I thought you wanted to be with her?"

This time Jerry was the one to roll his eyes. Girls. They just don't understand guy stuff. Has she forgotten who he was? "I do but she doesn't. We're friends-with-benefits. That's all. I'm not gonna say no if a pretty girl wants to kiss."

That seemed to frustrate Paula even further. She looked like she was about to beat him so he scooted farther away from her. He doesn't understand why she doesn't understand him. Of course he wants to be with Mika. If she says she wants to be with him tomorrow he'll gladly agree. Only she made it clear she doesn't want that and they're just having fun. She can kiss other guys so he kisses other girls. He guesses Paula is just too young to understand.

Said girl closes her eyes then runs a hand through her hair. A tick she does when she's frustrated.

"You know today was an important day for Vale right? She was looking forward to the award ceremony."

Jerry rolled his eyes, "Yeah, yeah la princesa is getting an award because she's so smart. Whatever."

Paula shook her head, "No it's not whatever. Despite your issues with her you should've stayed there because she's still your sister."

Jerry scoffs. He grabbed his phone again, over the conversation. There was a long moment of silence that Jerry thought hoped his sister would've gotten the message and leave.

"I feel like you're turning into a completely different person right before my eyes."

Jerry rolls his eyes again but puts his phone back down to look at Paula, "C'mon P. You're being dramatic. Just because I don't care about la princesa's-"

"No it's not just about Val," Paula disagrees, "you've been sneaking out when mom's asleep. I hear you. Sometimes you smell weird and your eyes are red."

Jerry lowers his gaze at that confession. He thought he was being careful when he left the house. Apparently he wasn't. He also thought he sprayed enough cologne on himself when he smoked weed.

Paula continues on, "When you aren't at dance you're hanging out with Randy more than Jack or Eddie or Milton."

Jerry looks back up at his sister at that, "That's not true." He argues

"Really? When was the last time you hung out with them one on one?"

Jerry mulls that over. When was that? Eddie had been keeping his distance from the group because of the Kelsey thing. Things have been awkward between Kim and Jack too because of their breakup. Jerry didn't even know about the breakup until Randy told him. He heard about it from SDL. Milton has been busy with student president things and schoolwork or whatever. He doesn't really know.

Paula smiles ruefully, "That's what I thought."

Jerry tries to defend himself, "So it's been a while? That doesn't mean anything."

Paula didn't say anything. She just stares at him with a sad look on her face before shaking her head. "Sure Jerry." She turns around then leaves his room.

Jerry stares after her with mixed she have a point? Is he changing? As soon as that thought crossed his mind he shook it away. No she's wrong. He's the same guy he's always been just better. Happier. There's a new girl in his life that is absolutely amazing and just made out with a Swathmore chick. This should be the best night of his life. He wasn't going to let Paula ruin it.

She has no idea what she's talking about.

Honestly not my favorite chapter but I just wanted to put this chapter out. In case you were wondering, the conversation between Jerry and his mom was him complaining about going to the event. He points out Val never goes to his karate or dance competitions so why should he go to hers. Anyway I'm not sure when the next chapter is going up. I'm in the middle of moving so it'll be up when it'll be up. In the meantime please leave a review.
