Moments Before...

Moans and groans were heard in the luxurious hotel room. The bed was creaking as a woman in her late twenties was ravaged from behind. Her long blonde hair covered her face, and her large breasts bounced with every thrust. Yhwach was thrusting into the young woman from behind as sweat covered her body. For Yhwach, however, there was no inch of sweat on his body. He kept on thrusting until he felt he was close to cumming. The woman he hired came more than twice, and he knew she was losing energy. Yhwach thrust harder for a couple more seconds until he took out his cock and went to the restroom, where he came on the toilet and flushed it.

The female escort was breathing heavily. "You w-were th-the best I ever had. I wish that y-you were my client every day." The escort eyed Yhwach back. She had to admit that even for his age, he was in good shape and his bed skills were terrific.

Yhwach was silent as he went to get a glass of whiskey. "Get out."

The female escort was a bit surprised. "Uh, now? I thought you wanted me to-"

"You were paid for your services, and I'm finished using you. Now get out."

"I-I need to shower. I-"

Yhwach glared at her. Many who worked with Yhwach knew it would be a matter of life and death when he stared at one with those eyes. The escort felt the threat, even though words weren't needed. The escort dressed immediately. She felt embarrassed that she couldn't wash away the sweat and stench. However, she knew that Yhwach was the agency's best client, and if she did or said anything wrong, she and the agency would go down. The escort finished dressing and left the room, leaving Yhwach alone. He finished drinking his glass of whiskey and went to shower. The cold water hit his body, making him feel relaxed. He then thought about the events that would happen in the next couple of days.

It was the year when he and his brothers celebrated their family's history and success. It was something he thought was a waste. He also wasn't close to or fond of his brothers. The other reason he didn't like going to the festivities was that his wife, sons, and grandchildren would be there. They all hated one another. However, Yhwach was close to his granddaughter, Yuzu. Yhwach was also close to his only daughter Masaki. She was his oldest child and was the pacifist of the family. He remembered how his daughter would try to bring the family together, even though, in the end, it was pointless, but Masaki refused to hate her father. The most significant conflict with his daughter was when she dated Isshin, a rival family and company. Yhwach viewed Masaki as his heir and believed Isshin was not a worthy choice. He tried hard to set her up with other suitors, but Masaki and Isshin married secretly. Yhwach was enraged and refused to see his daughter again. It took a couple of years, and Masaki wanted him to meet his grandchildren. Yhwach refused, and a couple of days later, he was told that a drunk driver had killed his daughter.

Yhwach was heartbroken and filled with guilt. It took a couple more years until Isshin agreed to let Yhwach meet his grandchildren, Ichigo, Karin, and Yuzu. He knew that Ichigo and Karin blamed him for being cruel to their mother, but Yuzu, like her mother, refused to add to the conflict and loved her grandfather. It was something Yhwach appreciated.

He then turned off the shower, dried, and dressed. It was the morning, and he knew it would be a couple of days before he met his brothers to make more preparations for the festivities. Yhwach also felt that the escort didn't please him much and thought it would be best to take a morning walk before work. Yhwach left his room and hotel and decided to walk the streets. It was still the morning and a Saturday; there weren't many people around. It suited him well since he liked the quiet. As he kept walking, he heard something; it sounded like singing. As Yhwach kept walking, the singing sounded as if it was getting closer; his eyes wandered to find who was singing. His eyes stopped on a vast water fountain where he saw a young woman dancing and singing.

Her eyes were closed.

The elder stopped and listened. He also watched the young woman dancing to the soft tune she sang. He noticed that she was singing in Arabic, which he understood. He and his brothers were taught many languages since it was expected in business. Yhwach had to admit that the young woman knew how to sing and dance. He walked towards her and stood there in silence until she was done. When she opened her eyes, both were eye to eye. Yhwach saw her eyes; he stilled. He had never seen a woman with esmerald eyes. The esmerald eyes made her stand out. Seeing her head to toe, the young woman was beautiful. Yhwach felt she was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen, a natural beauty. "What is your name?"

The young woman didn't answer immediately. Yhwach knew that he made her nervous, which was not new to him. He brought out the fear of people by his appearance alone.

"I-It's Esmeralda."

Yhwach couldn't help but smile. He didn't know why. "I am Yhwach."

The two kept on eyeing one another. Esmeralda was getting a bit anxious. "Sorry, I need to get going." She got her bag to put her phone and headphones away, but then the books she bought fell to the ground. "Darn." She got off the water fountain and bet to get her books. However, Yhwach bent first and helped her get the books. He noticed them. "You are trying to learn German?"

Esmeralda nodded.

"May I ask why?"

"Because I like to learn. Also, there can be opportunities for those who can speak many languages. Thank you, sir." Yhwach gave her the books back.

"I saw you sing and dance; you are quite talented. You seem to know many languages."

"I watch and practice songs in different languages to learn. I only know four languages; English, Spanish, Nahuatl, and Romani."

Yhwach lifted an eyebrow. "Who taught you?"

"I learned from my parents. Now, if you shall excuse me, I need to get home." Before Esmeralda went off, Yhwach stood before her. "Sir?"

"Forgive me; I wanted to know if I could buy you lunch. It has been a while since I had a good conversation."

Esmeralda flinched. It reminded her about the situation with Sosuke. She also didn't want to give the man in front of her the wrong idea. The way he looked at her made her a bit uncomfortable. "That sounds nice, but I'm going to meet someone soon, and I need to get ready. Again, thank you." She ran the other way to get away from Yhwach.

Yhwach, on the other hand, watched her leave. He was a bit annoyed that she went off. He was curious about her, and she was beautiful enough that he would bed her. His thoughts were interrupted when an older woman with a cart filled with cans stood next to him. "Rejected by that young lady, have you?" Yhwach eyed the older woman, who seemed not to be deterred by his stare. "A young woman with that kind of beauty and innocence will surely break many hearts, but that young lady is one of a kind. I have seen many of her dances, and she is quite talented."

This spiked Yhwach's interest. "Really?"

"Yes, she usually dances in the main square at night to earn. I have spoken with her a few times when not many would spare me a thought. She is a very kind young woman."

"When and where does she dance?"

"Well, every day around 6 pm or 7 pm on the main square with the many restaurants."

Yhwach nodded as he took out a hundred-dollar bill. "Here, thank you for the information." He went off his way.

The older woman looked at the money with bewilderment and then at Yhwach, who was walking away. "Oh yes. That young lady will break many hearts."
