Chapter 6
As of writing this, no one has voted on my poll. So, I will do a name of my choosing.
########
-Hiruzen's Office-
"What can I do for you Sensei?" Jiraiya questioned. He had been summoned while doing some very important research.
"I need you to find Tsunade." Jiraiya raised an eyebrow at this request. "Shouldn't she be in the village taking care of Naruto?" He asked.
"Your right she should be, along with another child. But as of right now she is missing." Hiruzen knew that Jiraiya still had many questions, but Tsunade could answer those if she chooses to.
"Anyway, we know she is in the Land of Fire. She is most likely in Tanuki town, so that should be your first choice of visit. Also, if she does not come with you, I will name her a missing Nin."
Jiraiya gave him a nod and left in a Bodyflicker.
'Oh, Tsunade-Hime, what have you gotten yourself into?'
########
-Fox realm with Naruto-
"Shakira?" Naruto questioned. The fox nodded, "How have you been Naruto?" she asked. "Good, I had forgot about this place."
Shakira smiled as she started to walk away. "Well, I'm here to take you to the elder fox." Naruto caught up and walked beside her. "Why does he want to see me?"
Shakira knew what Naruto wanted to know, but she was not permitted to say anything. "You will find out."
Over the next few minutes, they both walked to the Foxe's Den. It had that name because that was where all foxes in the village train, slept and ate.
Or at least those who aspired to become a summoning animal. Some chose to just be shop owners or something of that nature.
"Naruto, I welcome you to the Foxe's Den." Naruto's eyes went wide as he stared at the large building(s).
The building infront of him was ginormous; and that by itself was an understatement. From the side they were looking at it, it seemed to have 4 sections. Three were the same size, and one was bigger than the rest.
'So, one section for each purpose?' Naruto thought while they kept walking towards the biggest building.
After another few minutes of walking, this time up some very large stairs. Shakira stopped Naruto and spoke. "Naruto, I suggest you use your manners while talking to the Lord Elder. He can be a bit blunt and disrespectful to those who have not gained his respect." she said.
"I don't think we will have a problem." Naruto said.
'Yeah, at least not while I'm in here.' Kurama thought connecting Naruto's thoughts to his.
They continued to walk up the stairs an into the entrance. Once up there Shakira did a Ram seal. From inside the building a loud bell was heard. "You may enter!" a muffled voice yelled.
Shakira opened the large door, as she walked inside motioning for Naruto to stay back. "Hello Lord Elder, and elders, I have your request with me." she said.
"Well bring him in." The one of the elders said.
Shakira motioned for Naruto to come in. Naruto walked inside and was stunned by the size of each fox. Some were big while others were small, but they all had the same number of tails except for one: Seven.
They were all in a circle in a dog like sitting position.
"H-Hello Lord Elder." Naruto looked up and said timidly. "There is no need to be afraid of us boy." The largest and one with the most tails said.
The fox looked at the boy intently. He sensed something about him, it was something powerful. "Say boy, you seem to have a large chakra reserve. Whom is your heritage?"
"Kushina Uzumaki and someone else." Naruto said. The large fox was stunned and surprised at the same time. 'Lady Kushina had a son?' He questioned himself.
"Who is your father?" The fox asked. Naruto shrugged his shoulders and responded, "I don't know. I can only assume based on the information given to me."
The fox looked down and thought. 'Hes smart too, I wonder if-' "Do you know of the Fourth Hokage?" Naruto said interrupting his thoughts.
The fox looked up and spoke, "Yes I do."
"If I remember correctly, that was her husband, Lord Elder." One of the other elders said.
As if like a stack of cards, everything came down on the Lord Elder. 'That was why she was gone for so long. And I couldn't even bat an eye to the situation infront of me.'
"You'll have to excuse me; I need to go meditate." The fox said as it walked away.
'So, I was right? The Fourth Hokage is my father?' Naruto thought. He had to question his grandfather later.
########
-Somewhere in the Land of Fire-
In the forest of the Land of Fire, we see a man. Jiraiya of the Sannin. This man is one who is feared across the Great Nations and had taught the Fourth Hokage.
Some of his greatest qualities were four things: Teaching, Summoning, Spying and being a self-proclaimed, 'super-pervert'. As of now, he is jumping through some trees trying to get to his next destination.
'Tanuki town, one of the most prized vacation spots for gamblers in the Land of Fire.' Jiraiya thought. 'Of course, she just had to go there.'
Jiraiya was thinking of his long-lost teammate. She had left the village after the Nine tails attack and had not been in the village since.
It was quite the sad story actually. Tsunade had lost her lover, then her brother and last but not least her student. They all meant the world to her and to have them all die broke her.
Tsunade couldn't let it go. So, in an attempt to forget about it and move on, she left the village leaving back her responsibilities as a Godmother to two children.
And now it was Jiraiya's job to bring her back and make her the new Hokage. He and Hiruzen knew how much she hated the position, it was the position that her brother, Lover, and student wanted, and they died trying to get it. (Not literally)
Jiraiya was now jumping on top of buildings after exiting the forest. He landed on the ground and walked into a local Casino. 'Where are you, Slug Queen?'
Jiraiya continued to look around until he saw blonde hair tied into two pigtails. He walked over to the booth she was seated in and tapped her shoulder. "Hey Tsunade-"
Before he could continue, he was punched in the gut and went flying. 'She still has it after all these years...' Jiraiya thought weakly. Tsunade turned and looked around to see what fool would sneak up on a Sannin.
'Jiraiya!?' She thought. Tsunade got up out of her chair and walked over to him. People around the casino were looking at her with fear and confusion.
"What are you doing here?" She asked with a stern voice. "I'm here on a case of Bear Skin."
Jiraiya used the code phrase they used back in the Second Great War. It meant that they needed to speak privately.
Tsunade side eyed him and walked out the casino. He got up from the ground and handed some money to the casino owner. "Sorry I made that mess."
The man nodded his head and whispered, "Good luck."
Jiraiya walked out of the casino and found Tsunade. "So, how are you doing?" He said with his trademark grin. "You know the answer to that. Now what do you want?"
Jiraiya's grin went down and turned into a serious face. "Sarutobi will be stepping down again, and he wants you to be his successor." Jiraiya stepped back a little bit just in case something were to happen.
Tsunade on the other hand was restraining herself from attacking him now. "Why should I even consider coming back?" She questioned.
"Tsunade, you are a Godmother to two children. Just because you lose people important to you does not mean you can pity yourself." Tsunade tightened her fist before Jiraiya continued.
"I know how you feel because I lost 4 students to unfortunate events. And that's more than you and I'm still living my life." Tsunade looked at Jiraiya and back down at the ground.
Tsunade didn't have an excuse to make. She continued to think until she came up with an answer. "Fine." Jiraiya raised an eyebrow. "Fine what?"
Tsunade groaned; this is what she hated about her teammate. "Fine I will be the Hokage." Jiraiya smiled. "But I refuse to take care of those kids."
"Why not?" Jiraiya asked. "I'm not fit to be a mother, nor will I have the time once I'm Hokage. And plus, you still have to meet Naruto." Jiraiya scoffed, "Who said I haven't met him already?"
Tsunade gave him a look. "Jiraiya, I know you. You haven't met him because you don't know how to approach him." All Jiraiya could do was nod and start walking.
'I'll have to face that fear eventually.'
########
-Hours Later, Hidden Leaf, Center gate-
Hiruzen Sarutobi was standing at the entrance gate to the Hidden leaf with his Anbu Guard. He had come to grant Tsunade the title of Fifth Hokage, had she chosen to come back.
Before he knew it, two figures came walking towards the gate. "Hello, Tsunade, Jiraiya." Hiruzen greeted with an elderly smile.
"Hello, Sarutobi-Sensei." Tsunade greeted back with a very small grin. She was somewhat happy to be back, as anyone should be when they had been gone for 8 years.
"You'll have to excuse me Sensei, I have an agent that I must meet immediately." Jiraiya said. "Ok, then I guess it's just me and you." Hiruzen responded as Jiraiya began tree hopping into the forest.
"Shall I take you to the tower?" Hiruzen asked. "Yeah, that would be great." she responded.
########
-With Naruto, Fox realm-
"Naruto, I believe it's time for you to leave." Shakira said as she relaxed her stance.
Her and Naruto had just had a spar, it was to see where Naruto was at in terms of power and tactics. To her surprise, he wasn't that bad.
Naruto never once engaged her without a purpose, he never used an extremely large amount of chakra, and he always made sure he knew where she was.
As far as tactics are concerned, he wasn't as proficient. 'Then again, he is only eight years old. I can't expect much out of him.'
"Okay then, I will see you later!" Naruto said. "That you will, Naruto." Shakira said as she snapped her fingers.
Naruto then teleported back to his apartment. This time he didn't land on his ass.
Naruto actually landed in the same spot he was when he teleported to the realm. Naruto walked out of the bathroom and into his room.
He was surprised not to see Tenten there. 'I wonder if she went to see Sasuke?' Naruto thought. He proceeded to walk out of his room and walk up the stairs.
Naruto then walked out to his balcony and sat down. He reached his senses all across Konoha, as far as he could go.
Then he sensed it; Or did he not? 'I can't sense Sasuke's chakra!' Naruto thought. He ran off the balcony and jumped from building to building until he reached the Hospital.
He landed on the roof of said hospital and jumped down.
Naruto threw himself through the window of Sasuke's room, which luckily was not closed.
Naruto almost died. Only because of Tenten's reaction time did he not. "Why would you do that?" she asked with a gassed expression.
Naruto laughed and scratched the back of his head, "Sorry I was rushing to get over here and forgot about my surroundings." Tenten sighed and waved it off.
"Next time just be careful." she said. "Well how is he doing?" Naruto asked with worried expression on his face. "Hes doing fine, the doctor said he was just unconscious and lost a great deal of chakra."
"That would explain why I felt little to no chakra coming from him." Tenten nodded and looked over at Sasuke. "What do you think we should say to him when he wakes up?"
"I think we see what his train of thought is. We don't want to instigate with an assumption. Something like that can make him angrier than what he probably already is."
After Naruto finished, as if on que, Sasuke woke up. "Naruto, Tenten?" Sasuke asked weakly. Sasuke tried to get up from the bed but fell back down instantly.
Luckily for him, Naruto caught his body and lead him back down. "Relax Sasuke you can get up later." Sasuke did as he was told and relaxed.
"Itachi." Sasuke said with venom in his voice. Tenten released a little bit of chakra to calm him. "Before you do something strange tell us what you are thinking."
The three of them sat there for minutes until Sasuke responded. "My clan and my family... Their all gone." Naruto and Tenten stayed quiet, assuming he would continue.
"I want...No... I need revenge." Sasuke said with a more than angry expression on his face. "Calm down Sasuke, there is no need to be impulsive. That will probably cause problems in the long run."
"Besides you don't know why he did it in the first place." Naruto spoke like a wise man. "Yes, I do. He told me directly to my face." Sasuke said with a glare. Naruto backed up a foot. "There is no need to argue with me Sasuke. I'm only here to help you."
Hiruzen and Tsunade walked in at that very moment. It would appear that they had been listening.
"But maybe you should look at it differently. You truly have no reason to seek revenge. He killed your family sure; it may be a valid reason. But at what cost? You will go down a path that I have seen happen to many times." Hiruzen said as he sat down.
"The decision is yours Sasuke, and as Naruto said, we are only here to help."
########
-With Jiraiya, hours later-
Jiraiya was moving quickly once again. This time because he had a window. His informant had something of urgency to tell him.
He was just a few miles away from the Hidden Waterfalls border. "Glad to see you could make it, Lord Jiraiya." The voice said elegantly, from the shadows of the forest.
"We will have to skip the pleasantries my old friend," Jiraiya nodded and waited for him to continue. "The Hidden Waterfall and the Hidden Rock, have come to an alliance."
Jiraiya flinched. "Do you know why?" he asked carefully. "No, but that is not the problem," The man sighed and came out of the shadows.
"The problem is now you don't have any allies." Jiraiya raised an eyebrow and tightened his stance. "What do you mean? The Hidden sand is still our ally."
The man shook his head. "To a degree, but as you know they are beginning to become desperate for resources." The man took a breath and continued.
"And as such they are planning to invade the land of Rivers." Jiraiya nodded. "So, depending how long it takes them to finish their invasion, if they come out successful, they likely will not be in a place to supply us with weapons or anything like that should a war break out."
The man nodded and started to walk away. "That's my point. I suggest you tell your leader so she can make a decision." The man disappeared in a Bodyflicker.
Jiraiya sat down on the stump of a tree. 'All this war and death that will soon happen is so unfortunate.' Jiraiya shook his head as he continued to think.
'What am I even fighting for anymore? Peace to people that don't want it? To make myself feel important?' Jiraiya sighed as he slumped down the tree.
'I can't think like that right now though. I still haven't found that child. The one that will bring the world peace and stability.' Jiraiya put his face in his hand.
'He didn't exactly give me a timetable of what's going to happen, but I can make some assumptions. First, The war with the sand. That will take at least a year if they move fast. Second, from what I know already thanks to that Anbu investigation a couple of years ago, Once the Waterfalls Hero Water is available then they will start the war. And with that boost will we be able to stop them?'
Jiraiya got up from his spot on the tree and jumped onto a branch. 'This likely isn't a good idea, but I will see to it that he be the one to help stop the impending danger.'
########
-Weeks later, Tsunade's inauguration-
Naruto, Sasuke and Tenten were all lounging on a roof waiting for the Inauguration to begin. It was very exciting for all of them. Including the ever so brooding Sasuke.
"How do you guys feel? Ya know, about Lord third stepping down again, and Lady Tsunade getting the role." Sasuke looked up at the sky and back down to the ground.
"It's definitely interesting. It seems they forgave her even for leaving the village and then some." Sasuke laid down the rest of his body.
'Maybe I can forgive you one day, but not now, you don't deserve it.' He thought.
"Well, McBrodie said his part. What about you Tenten?" Sasuke flinched at the nickname, but let it slide. "She has time to be Hokage, but not enough time to be a mother." Tenten stated.
Even the always caring Tenten seemed to have a bad side. "Tenten she told you why, and then presumed to make you, her apprentice. What's there to be mad about besides the fact that she didn't want to be your mother?" Naruto said.
"I thought you of all people would understand the me the most Naruto. She was being self-centered and oblivious, what's not to be mad about?"
"I do understand you, but that does not mean I have to agree with you. And people are going to get in their feelings when things like death and destruction happen to the people that they love and cherish."
From there things went silent until the ceremony began.
The Fire Daimyo walked to the railing and gave his introduction speech. Basically no one paid attention. Not out of ignorance but out of simply not caring whatsoever.
"-And with that I give you, The Fifth Hokage! Tsunade Senju!" Tsunade came to the railing with the Hokage's hat covering her face. "I the Fifth Hokage swear to protect the Hidden leaf and its peoples at all costs." The crowd erupted in cheers and claps.
'I'm not even sure if they liked me.' Hiruzen thought from the background.
After Tsunade swore in as Hokage she took off the hat. The crowd once again erupted in cheers.
'I will make you all proud.'
########
-Hidden Sand, Hours earlier-
"Is everything ready?" Rasa The Fourth Kazekage, asked. "Yes, they are already at the border awaiting your command to Invade. But there is a problem sir."
The Kazekage slumped back in his chair. "What now?" The assistant pulled out an invisible feather. "The problem is that we don't know how the other villages will react."
Rasa got up out of his chair and walked to the door. "The leaf won't do anything infact, they have their own problem along with the fact that we are allies. The Hidden rock are still trying to recover, but they are close to their base strength. The Hidden water are too far away and busy fighting themselves to do anything. And the Hidden Cloud may have an opinion, but just like the hidden water, they are too far away and have history with Konoha."
"All well and true sir. I apologize. I have one more question." Rasa turned around and answered. "What is it?"
"Why are we doing this?" Rasa closed his eyes and responded. "You say it like we plan to kill innocent civilians. When we don't. The only death that will occur is to their Shinobi population. Which by the way is pretty large considering that they are not a big country. And to answer your question, you know 36% of the people in this village can't afford food. We have to take handouts from the fire country to feed them. I think it justifies it to a degree."
"Hm, thank you lord Kazekage. I will be taking my leave." with that the assistant left.
Rasa followed him out the door and took a turn to the right. He walked down the halls admiring photos of the previous Kazekages. It's a hardly know fact that the Kazekage is actually a clan. They were made for the exact reason in its name. To be Kazekages.
Rasa then walked into the war room in which was filled to the brim with Generals of the army, the Jonin Commander Baki, and most of the elders.
"Lord Kazekage, welcome." Baki said as the room quieted down. "I would have guessed that you left for the battlefield by now Baki."
Baki shook his head, "No, we have decided to attack at night. So I will leave in a few hours." The Kazekage nodded and sat down in his seat.
"Well then, what's the battle plan?" Rasa asked. "I think it would be best if General Katsuo (Caught/Sue/Oh) took it from there." The General stood up and bowed.
He sat back down and began to explain the plan. "I believe I should begin with why we have decided to attack at night. Besides the stealth that the night can gives you, with the supervision of Lord Kazekage we have created the first Night Owl division. They are a bit like Anbu but not that much. This division will be the first to attack when it commences tonight."
Everyone was very interested in this topic seeing as it had never been done before. "All of them are sensor types, so it will be easier for them to attack. The goal for this battle however, is for them to move in and kill the border scouts. Along with setting rendezvous locations and traps for the enemy."
"With all due respect General Katsuo, wouldn't Anbu work just fine in a plan like this?" An elderly woman said. "Unfortunately, No, Lady Chio. Anbu are not trained for war or at least not in the way we want to use them. They also take too long to train and get experience. That is what they both have in common."
"It took us 4 years to train 4 teams of 4." Rasa added. "Is there a specific number of them?" Chio asked. "Yes, we have 16 personnel that are battle ready, and another 8 that are in training."
Chio nodded.
For the next 3 hours they reviewed the battle plans.
"If that is all Lord Kazekage, then I will have to take my leave." Baki said standing from his chair. "Yes, it is. I wish you the best of luck."
Baki walked out of the room and into the halls. "This meeting has ended. You may all leave." Rasa said. Everyone left including Chio. Rasa stared blankly at the wall.
He was thinking about the whole situation. Rasa was doing what's best for his village, sure, but what about the people that will be affected by this?
All the shinobi families will have the parents, brothers, and cousins taken away from them. It was truly hard to think about. Rasa never had that problem. Being the only son of the third Kazekage did that to you.
'I will not stop this invasion, but I will make it less... Harmful.'
########
-23:55, Night Owl Division-
"Do you all understand the plan?" A man in a Black Ninja-Yoroi said. The other 15 nodded and vanished in a Bodyflicker. They began crossing the Land of Rivers border with the Land of Wind.
After a few minutes and being about a mile into enemy territory, the now identified General Katsuo, finally saw some border scouts. To keep it nice and short, he killed them.
After that he landed on a tree. 'Is this what leaf ninja feel all the time?' he thought. While he was right, that was of no concern. Katsuo grabbed a piece of paper out of his pocket and wrote a seal on it.
'Storage' is what it said. Katsuo slapped the seal on the tree and forced chakra into it. 'That should be enough.'
What he was doing was creating a beckon for the Sands shinobi forces. a Sensor nin would find the seal and know that this was the rendezvous point.
'One last thing.' He thought. Katsuo ran through the forest and found a good open spot. He got some trip wire and rolled it around multiple tree stumps.
He cut the wire with his teeth and ran through some handseals. 'Earth style: Erosion!' he thought as he slammed his hands on the ground.
The ground shook for a few seconds before a hole was created by the earth sinking into itself. Hence the name of the jutsu. Katsuo jumped back and landed on a tree again.
He quickly grabbed multiple leaves and laid them inside the hole, making the illusion that it was just a patch of fallen leaves. 'That should be it. Actually...'
He ran through handseals again. 'Summoning jutsu!' Katsuo slammed his hand on the ground and a small puff of smoke appeared. A dog sized weasel appeared through it.
"You know what to do." the weasel nodded and ran through the forest. "I need to go grab my infantry." Kasuo said as he too began running through the forest back to the border.
########
-1:35, Troop camp-
Baki was a bit nervous. Not because he feared they would lose; They had superior forces. But because this was the first time he'd been in a war since the third great one.
"Commander Baki, a summon is here for you." Baki lifted his head from its relaxed position. "Send it in."
The summon came in the tent and introduced itself. "I am Shiki, General Katsuo's messenger." Baki nodded and got up from his chair.
"What is his message?" He asked. "He said that he is coming back for his unit, and that you can invade once you are ready." Baki nodded again.
"Thank you, Shiki" Baki walked out of his tent and gathered his unit. "Alright men, you know the plan." he said once all one hundred were present.
"We attack quietly, No fire style Ninjutsu. That would defeat the purpose of invading them in the first place. Remember, for those of you that are veterans. Shinobi only. Any attack on non-shinobi is considered treason, and punishable by death. Understood!?"
The men gave a unified "Hai!" as they gathered their shinobi gear. "Is everyone ready?" Baki asked his officer. "Yes, everyone is ready to depart."
"Good, I will be out there in a second." The officer left the tent. Baki grabbed all the important documents, including the insanely important 'Plan A'.
He sealed the documents in a scroll and the tent in another one. Leaving no indications that they were there. "Time to go men!" Baki yelled as they began running through the sand.
After a good 20 minutes they were at the border. "Now I want 50 of you to follow me to point A, while the other 50 follow my officer to point B."
The men split in two and wished each other luck. "Good luck Commander Baki, you'll need it. They won't give up their country without a fight."
"Your right but I worry more for you than myself Chiroto (Chi/roe/toe)" Baki said as he walked away.
########
-2:05, Small shinobi settlement, close to Hidden Sand border-
"Man, I wish something interesting happened around here Irutu." A young Chunin said to his partner. "Yeah me too. You know they said the Sand was moving some troops close to our border."
The chunin shook his head. "I doubt they will do anything. They are just like those Hidden leaf murderers." Irutu nodded. "Yeah, true those stupid Sand shinobi won't do anything-"
Irutu fell to the ground lifeless, along with blood spuing out of his neck. "I should have aimed for the heart." A sand shinobi said coming out of the trees.
"It would have been more satisfying." He landed on the ground along with the rest of the infantry. "Thats not what we are here for. Now, as you all know we live off the agriculture. So find something to eat." The general said.
"And you, Land of rivers Chunin. Don't talk about the Hidden Sand or her allies in such a disrespectful matter." The Chunin shook his head with fear.
"You can either die or become one of us." The general spoke while releasing killing intent. "Where do I sign?" The Chunin said shaking.
After finding something to eat, the infantry continued their advance into the River Country. While advancing they found something strange.
"Did you guys hear that the Slug Sannin is the new Hokage?" A Sand Jonin spoke to his team. "No, I didn't actually. Why did they pick her?"
The Jonin shrugged his shoulders. "I don't know. There were rumors that Lord Jiraiya turned down the position. That's likely why, seeing as that fool Orochimaru left their village years ago."
"Might be, I'll have to ask the next time I visit." the Jonin nodded and stopped abruptly. "Did you guys hear that?" The other Jonin shook his head.
"No, I didn't. What was it?" The Jonin asked. "Someone is spying on us." The now identified Chiroto came from behind them aand spoke in a low tone. "I suggest you Identify yourself." Two children came out from a bush. The boy moved infront of his sister, spreading out his arms in a protective manner. "I won't let you take her!" he yelled.
Everyone in the infantry relaxed their stances and laughed. "Damn, you had me there." Chiroto said with a gassed expression. He moved closer to the children and dropped down to their level.
"What are your names little ones?" he asked. Both of them backed up. "I'm Takashi and she is Hikari." Chiroto examined their features.
The boy who was still infront of his sister, had brown hair and what seemed like hazel eyes. The girl seemed to have blue eyes along with the same brown hair. Quite strange considering how genetics worked.
"Well Takashi, Hikari, where are your parents?" Takashi looked at Chiroto with a glare. "You killed them." Takashi said. Chiroto's mind flashbacked to all the villages he had raided since he had invaded the country.
"I don't really know what to tell you, but I was given orders to send back any lost children to the Hidden Sand. My home village." The two children looked over at each other.
Nothing was said, but they seemed to understand each other. "We will come, but only because we don't have anywhere else to go." Takashi said.
"Well then I will see to it that you are escorted back to the Sand with protection. Masashi!" Chiroto yelled. "Yes General?" he answered.
"Take them back to the Sand. Ricari!" The girl turned around and spoke. "Yes sir?" Chiroto motioned for her to come over. She walked over and bent down.
"I want you to follow them. Make sure Masashi doesn't pull anything." Ricari nodded and joined them.

-Hidden leaf, Midnight-
Naruto was in his bed. Still awake from the amount of food he digested. It made him feel exhausted for about an hour. He was no longer tired, but he didn't feel like going to sleep either.
Luckily for him somebody else felt the same way. Naruto heard a knock on his door. He got up slowly from his bed and went to answer it. He opened the door only to see his Sensei.
"Hey Kakashi-Sensei." Kakashi looked at Naruto and down to the ground. "My wife kicked me out." Naruto looked at Kakshi with a raised eyebrow.
"Why? And what wife?" Kakashi just continued to look at the ground. "That's why." Kakashi walked through Naruto and into the apartment.
"She is mad at me because I never told you that she was my wife and that I'm also a father." Naruto continued to look at Kakashi with confusion. "And when did all this occur?"
"Well, uhh. I was on a mission once and she just so happen to be my partner. And she uhh. Well, she got pregnant." Kakshi summarized leaving out some parts.
"And who is this person?" Naruto asked his arms folded as he was still standing in the doorway. "Anko Hatake." Naruto froze. "You mean Snake lady?"
Kakashi nodded. "Yeah, you know her?" Naruto nodded his head in fear. "She came to teach at the academy one day." he shook his head at the memory of that gruesome day.
"And who is your child?" He asked. Kakashi eye-smiled, "Minato Hatake. My pride and joy." Kakashi said proudly. Naruto smiled with him.
"You named him after my father?" Naruto asked. "Yes I did, your father was like a father to me." Kakashi said with an eye-smile.
"But Kakashi-Sensei why couldn't you have told me in the morning?" Kakshi shot his head up. "Oh, I didn't think about that." Naruto sighed and closed the door.
"Do you want to stay here or something?" Kakashi nodded and fell on the couch. He was out in a matter of seconds. 'There has got to be some sort of jutsu for that.' Naruto thought.
########
-Morning, Hidden leaf-
Naruto woke up to a loud 'thud'. He got up from his bed and went to the door. "Good morning, what can I do for you- Anko!" Naruto fell back on the floor and got up immediately.
"S-so what's up? " He asked with a stutter. Naruto noticed she was holding hands with someone. "Hello Naruto. Is my husband in there?"
Naruto nodded and waked over to the couch. He pushed Kakashi multiple times. 'Come on sensei, now is not the time!' Naruto thought with urgency.
"What do you want Naruto?" Kakashi grumbled. Naruto looked back to see if Anko was still there. Sure enough, she was. "Your wife is outside!" he whispered.
Kakashi jumped up from the bed. He dusted himself off and ran to the door. "Hey Anko-chan. Minato." Kakashi said with a smile. Anko looked at him and back to Naruto.
"They called an emergency meeting we have to go." Anko said as she let go of her son's hand. Little Minato ran into Kakashi and hugged his leg.
Kakashi groaned, he hated those meetings. All they did was bicker about little things. "Okay, we can go once we find a babysitter." Kakashi, Anko and Minato all looked at Naruto.
All he did was wave.
"So, how old did you say you were?"
########
-Council Meeting-
Tsunade walked in the room and sat in her chair. "Hello everyone." She spoke. "I'm sure you all know why I called this meeting right?" Everyone nodded.
"What will we do Hokage-sama? We can't just let them expand to our border!" A civilian council member said. "Well sir, I'm not sure you understand so let me explain it to you. The hidden sand is the weakest of all the great nations, having a force of only sixteen thousand shinobi."
"And because we, the Hidden leaf have more than that by about nine to ten thousand, them invading us would be suicide." Tsunade took a breath before continuing. "And may I remind you all that we have an Alliance with them. So, attacking them is out of the question. Unless you all want to start another great war?"
The civilian shook his head. "With that being said, we will do nothing. This is not our business." Tsunade said as she got up from her chair.
"You may all leave." Everyone left within ten minutes.

-Authors notes-
Guess whose back, back again? Yea I know, that was extremely cringe. But anyway, I hope you liked this chapter, I put a lot of thought into this one.
I know the whole 'Kakashi is a father' thing caught all of you off-guard so let me give you all some context. When Naruto was five, Kakashi went on a mission to the Sand. Anko was his partner and he tapped that.
That is the short Answer. Also, I you may have noticed that I changed the title of my story to, 'The Child of Prophecy'. Likely the most used name for a Naruto Fanfiction, but I think that this will stick unless someone suggests something better.
With that being said, don't be afraid to ask questions in a review/PM, I will always answer them.
One last thing before I go, I hate Boruto with a passion. The show and the character. Why would you seal Naruto away? (Im talking about the writer) The entire show is just BS.
But anyway, please review and I will see you all later. Adios!
