Does anybody else feel like it's been forever since the last chapter?

Yeah, me neither, let's go. XD

"You're gonna pay Haiku a visit?"

That was the question posed by Lucy to Lincoln, who was finishing putting on his clothes alongside Rosie.

"Yeah, I wanna confirm a few things myself in regards to… what happened yesterday," Lincoln answered. "And Rosie refuses to stay behind, so she's coming along."

"I always heard Aunt Lucy talk about Haiku, but I never got the chance to see her or her House for myself," Rosie added. "Besides, if I'm gonna have a little sibling, I wanna have it confirmed myself!"

"Aunt Lucy? Why do you mention me like that?" Lucy blurted. "Aren't you from the future?"

"An alternate future; I have different versions of Dad, Mom, and of course, my aunts, including you," Rosie snapped her fingers. "And before you ask, yes, I've been working on figuring out how to get back to my future: but first, I need to help Dad get stronger so what happened there doesn't happen here."

"Alright then, I guess," Lucy frowned. "Are you gonna be gone for long? Lynn and Lola are gonna come home after staying at the Detention Center so long. I'm sure they'd be happy to see you."

"I'll be back soon, it shouldn't take us too long to get answers," Lincoln replied. "Until then, stay calm, alright?"

"Sure…"

Shortly after, the father-daughter duo finished dressing up and left the room, leaving Lucy to hum and fly back down to the ground.

"Something the matter, sis?"

Lucy turned around to see Luan nearby, stretching and practicing her posing.

"It's nothing, really. It's just that it's been a long time since Lincoln and I did anything together, and I dunno, it feels a bit… lonely without him."

"A lot of things are happening and changing nowadays," Luan replied. "I'm sure he'll eventually find the time to hang out with you eventually. Until then, why don't you join me? Training with your sister's gotta be better than staying alone."

Lucy raised an eyebrow. "I'm not gonna end up as flexible as you, right?"

Luan winked. "Only one way to find out, right?"

Hearing that, Lucy smiled, and walked to Luan's side, sharing a smile with the cheerleader before joining her stretching.

Sometime later, Lincoln knocked on Haiku's door, waiting for a moment while Rosie bobbed up and down, a wide smile on her face.

Eventually, the girl opened the door, wearing a sleeveless purple dress that looked more like pajamas at a glance.

"Hey there, Haiku."

"Lincoln, hey," Haiku greeted back. "What brings you to my house? And what's your and Tabby's daughter doing here?"

"I… came to see if Maggie is doing alright," Lincoln scratched the back of his head.

"And I came to see if I got a little sibling!" Rosie chirped. "Or would it be half-sibling? Anyhow, is Aunt Maggie here?"

Lincoln winced. "Don't call her that!"

"Why not?"

"I agree with Lincoln: Maggie's a massive tease, give her any ammunition and she'll turn your life into a living hell," Haiku sighed. "She's here. I'll call her down in a minute. Until then, please come in."

The duo nodded and walked inside, taking a seat at the couch while Haiku went to get Maggie.

"So…"

"What?"

"How was it?"

"What?"

"Losing your virginity to a Succubus?"

Lincoln nearly choked. "Don't say it so casually! That's not something that happens every day!"

"That only makes it even more special!" Rosie replied with a grin. "You lost your virginity to a Carnal Cliche! Not only did you become a proper man, but you got to help someone become stronger! You should be happy!"

"And I'm happy for Maggie, but I would've preferred if it was done under different circumstances," Lincoln folded his arms and looked elsewhere."

"And that is?"

"Maggie… wasn't my first time," Lincoln lowered his eyelids. "Cristina was."

"The redheaded Cupid girl?" Rosie folded her arms. "Not gonna lie, I'm a little bothered by that. Not to diss her, but she's annoying, lacks a personality, is way too upfront, you totally should've rejected her when she offered to bang to you."

"... Okay, let me make things clear: just because certain things happened to your Lincoln doesn't mean I went through the same things. Your Lincoln was probably asked by his Cristina to have sex with her, but in my case, I was the one who started it."

Rosie's eyes widened. "Okay, now I'm curious: how the heck did that even happen?"

"Well-"

"Lincoln!"

The duo barely got time to turn around before Maggie bolted to them, glomping Lincoln and shoving his head in her bosom as she chirped:

"I can't believe you actually came here! I thought I'd have to be the one to seek you out first, but it looks like I was wrong! Not that I mind, of course!"

Maggie turned to Haiku, who was walking down the stairs. "That just means my sister owes me a smoothie!"

"First of all, I never agreed to that bet," Haiku stated calmly. "Secondly, let Lincoln go before you drown him in your tits."

Maggie pouted, sprouted wings and flew back, allowing Lincoln to catch his breath.

"Dad, are you alright?!" Rosie asked worriedly.

"Yeah, let's just get this over with," the guy faced the Succubus. "Maggie, are you pregnant?"

"Nah: I may have the curves of a Mom now, but I don't have a little creature growing inside my womb," Maggie explained with a dismissive wave of her hand. "And that's because I have a secret weapon that's commonly used by all Succubus!"

"And that is?"

"Birth control."

Lincoln was hardly amused.

"Wait, I know what you're thinking, and that's not it at all," Maggie snickered. "Succubus have this ability to control whether they get pregnant or not. It's kinda like deciding when's a safe day and when's the time to put a bun in the oven."

Lincoln eyed Haiku. "She's not trying to bs me, is she?"

"No, this is an actual ability they have," Haiku answered. "If a Succubus couldn't control whether she got pregnant or not, all of them would get pregnant the first chance they got."

"And did you inherit that power, too?" Rosie asked casually. "Dad told me you and Maggie were twins, so-"

"If I did, I don't know, and I'm not planning to find out anytime soon," Haiku folded her arms. "Anyway, I'd offer you tea, but I'm seriously worried about leaving either of you alone with Maggie, so, is there anything else you wanted to talk about?"

"No, we just wanted to confirm if I became a father or not," Lincoln said as he stood up. "With that out of the way, we'll be leaving."

Maggie frowned. "D'aw, does that mean we're not gonna have hot, steamy, wall-slamming sex?"

"No!" Lincoln snapped.

"That's horrible!" Rosie added. "What did the wall ever do to you!?"

And with those words spoken, the father-daughter duo bid farewell and left the house.

"Well, while I'm a little disappointed I'm still an only child, I can't bemoan that fact for now," Rosie commented. "Especially when there's something more important for us to do."

"And that is?" Lincoln asked plainly.

Rosie stopped, and Lincoln did so as well as his daughter faced him and stated:

"Dad, I came to this timeline for two reasons: to enjoy the little things I never could in my own timeline, and ensure the events that lead to that disaster are averted here."

Rosie clenched her fist and raised it with a confident smile.

"And for that, I will teach you how to activate… On the Edge!"

At the outskirts of Royal Woods, beyond a dense sea of trees, a large truck stopped at the edge of a hill, where Clyde, Ronnie Anne, Cristina and the Trainerbot walked out.

"Thanks for the ride, Carlota!"

The vehicle began transforming and shrinking down, eventually turning into a young woman with black hair in a ponytail and a turquoise dress.

"Next time, I'll drive myself, cousin," Carlota stated, rubbing her forehead. "Now, where's this "super important" location that this robot wants you to go to?"

The Trainerbot heard Carlota's words, and eventually scanned the area before pointing at the distance.

"What the…?"

The group turned around, and what they saw stunned them: a large conglomerate or buildings, stuck in a state of heavy decay, with a large sign showing the location's name:

"Sue Industries."
