Back where we left off, Sam sat in the room of Lisa, current Head of Termination, and her baby sister Lily, who looked at her as she finished explaining her proposition to the duo. A proposition that, to be perfectly honest, left Lisa skeptical.

"That sounds like complete rubbish," Lisa folded her arms. "I mean, there's been several investigations regarding the past history of the universe, even from before Cliches were a thing, but I've never seen anything concerning a Plot Armor."

"Of course you haven't; it's one of those things that can only be found by those who search for it correctly," Sam shrugged. "If you go around searching for it in the common ways of the common people, you're not going to get anywhere. What you need to do is find the location of where it's actually being hidden, and search there. It's as simple as that!"

"Perhaps too simple," Lily used her mech to lean closer to her sister. "How do we know you're not trying to trick us?"

"Because I gain nothing from it."

The sisters raised an eyebrow as Sam played with her hair, saying:

"My Cliche is Bad Omen. It lets me see into the future, but I can only witness negative events, and the sequence of events that leads to said negative events coming to fruition. Alongside this, I also possess a general intuition to predict when things are about to go wrong, and what events might be needed in order for things to go alright."

"And that means?" Lisa asked.

"I looked into the future before coming here, and to keep a gory and disturbing story clean and simple, your lack of knowledge regarding this Plot Armor is going to cause a lot of trouble for the people you love down the line," Sam smiled. "And before you ask, yes, I did look into you not believing me either. And yes, I did see it... and what happens after that is you not heeding my warnings and going along your merry way."

"Okay, let's assume that you're being honest," Lisa narrowed her eyes. "What's so important about this Plot Armor that you require us to go get it?"

"It's simple, really; whoever has the Plot Armor, has the best chance to topple the Index System," Sam flashed a toothy grin. "For whoever wields the Plot Armor, wields the power to overpower the very rule of the world, and create a new world order."

Lisa's eyes widened as Sam continued:

"Just imagine this one little thing, one that looks so artibrary, maybe even boring and drab. But once wielded, this thing allows you to overwrite the authority of anybody in a position of such. To be completely immune to the changes of the world, nay, the universe, as everyone else in you changes and is affected by them. To become so powerful, even events like life and death are rendered null and void in your presence..."

Lisa exchanged looks with Lily and sighed, "I believe we've heard enough. Please, leave."

"Your lack of faith is disturbing," Sam scoffed as she stood up. "Then again, being a woman of science with a hint of emotional instability, perhaps I should've seen that coming."

With nothing else to say, Sam walked to the door, waving her hand as the door slid open... and the blonde finished with one more statement:

"Just be aware that doing the wrong thing will bring suffering not only for you... but for your entire family."

With those words spoken, Sam left the room, keeping her chuckles to herself as she leisurely walked out of the building, deep in thought...

"Heh, the Loud family's still as fun to talk to as they used to be. Though granted, none of them have been as fun as that little superhero girl..."

...

Back in the past, at the mall incident, Sam looked up to Luna as the superheroine looked down at her, her shocked expression soon morphing into one of anger before she clenched her fist and lunged at the seer.

Sam narrowly avoided the attack by hopping to the side, with Luna's punch causing the ground to crack and shatter as the seer scoffed:

"Geez, that attack was so clearly telegraphed, I could feel myself aging while you got ready to throw it."

Enraged at the quip at her expense, Luna immediately tried to launch a few more punches and kicks at the blonde seer, only for her to dodge every single one of them with about as little effort as possible. She even decided to slap her butt in her last dodge, causing the superhero to squeak and blush as the seer scoffed:

"See? That's what you're supposed to do: hit me with one of your attacks."

Furious beyond belief, Luna threw another punch... and Sam grabbed Luna's hand, and keeping a tight grip on it, she pulled it...

And moved it so it would touch one of her breasts, causing the superheroine to gasp and blush.

"Here, have a pity touch."

Utterly stunned, Luna broke herself from Sam's grip, waving her hand as the blonde seer laughed out loud.

"Stop screwing around and tell me what you want already!" she snapped. "I know how you function; you don't appear in one place without either being assigned to go there, or because you want to manipulate the future."

"You'd be mostly correct; see, I was designated one of the minions of a particular antagonist in one of his daily missions to prosper the system or whatever," Sam pocketed her hands. "However, it appears that his plans to help the system went a little bit further than what we had expected. You see, his plan for today is... kinda bonkers, not gonna lie."

Luna raised an eyebrow. "Define bonkers."

"Let's just say that if it does go as planned, the Index System itself might try to radicalize the Antagonist population in order to ensure that such a plan never comes to fruition ever again," Sam narrowed her eyes. "I don't want that. And neither do you."

"Why not?" Luna folded her arms. "You Antagonists do nothing but cause trouble, what's getting rid of a couple of Antagonists going to do?"

"Please, Luna, don't lie to yourself; you know that the way the system works, you Protagonists NEED Antagonists in order to work," Sam smirked. "Think of it like this; you Protagonists fight us Antagonists in order to keep the system running. And it's not like you can just switch to fighting Neutrals, or Outsiders, or even yourselve, because this system has been going for so long that, let's be real here, the system itself will collapse as soon as anything different is encountered."

Sam took a couple steps towards Luna, flashing a confident, kinda mocking expression as she said:

"And it won't just be a few Antagonists, sweetie, it'll be all of them. For the actions of one, everyone gets to pay, after all. Or did they forget to tell you about that in school?"

The superhero paused. "You want something from me?"

"Not much, just for you to do your damn job and help me stop this dumbass before he screws it all for us," Sam extended her hand towards Luna. "Here's what we'll do: I'll tell you what will happen in the next few minutes, and then what you could do to make things fix themselves, and once I'm finished, you need to get to it immediately. Got it?"

Luna looked at Sam's offer... then shook her hand after taking a deep breath.

"I'll take that as a yes. And now, this is what will happen..."
