Who do you think about win in a fist fight? An angry girlfriend or a literal god? Just curious.

-story start-

Though Ranma had ushered Ukyo inside and hadn't had a chance to open his mouth just yet, Ukyo was still going strong calling him everything under the sun and plus some. He wondered how she could string all of it together without taking a breath, surely she needed to breath at some point? Well, she really did have some good lungs on her, he wondered if that meant anything.

Seeing the boy she liked blush slightly as she berated him, she finally wound down with a huff. Crossing her arms under her bust, scoring herself points in her mind as the motion did in fact draw his attention, she waited to see just what he had to say. Honestly, running away without his cute fiancee. "Sooo, what do you have to say for yourself?" Still, she couldn't let him get away with it without some pain, even if it was just verbal.

Sighing and hanging his head Ranma nodded, "Okay okay. Yeah, I shouldn't have run away but-" And here he held up a hand before Ukyo could get started on another rant, "It's not like everyone gave me much choice. Between all the fights and surprise attacks, someone was either going to get hurt or killed eventually. I had to get away and get my head back on straight. Figure out what it was I wanted on my own."

"And what, you've already figured out what you want? With some blonde floozy?" While not usually the one to call Ranma a pervert like a certain Tendo, it all seemed pretty convenient that now he seemed to be doing better with some mystery girl in the wings.

"Well, the blonde is actually one of my students, not some floozy." Seeing Ukyo's jaw start to drop Ranma smiled brightly and described just what he had been up to for the last month and a half. That included meeting up with Nabiki and the deal he had made with the amazons. And through it all for once Ukyo sat quietly and actually listened to what he had to say. No interrupting and no accusations tossed his way. Its was nice, Ranma decided. "And I guess, that comes to now, and what I hoped, could be a time we could come to a resolution about what we're going to do."

"What do you mean. We're gonna get married and open a restaurant together, that's been my plan forever." Feeling like she missed something passed the fact that Ranma was finally going to ditch all the other fiancees, Ukyo felt something cold grip her heart.

"Ucc-chan, think about it. Do you see me actually happy running a restaurant? Or you happy running a dojo with me instead?" Ranma had stayed up multiple nights trying to figure out how he was going to word this, and until now he had still had no clue how it was going to go. "Do you love me as a goal, or as a person?"

Wanting to immediately stand up and toss something heavy at the bastard doubting her feelings, Ukyo paused at the looked in his eyes. There was no accusation there, just a question and a honest one at that. "You…" Pausing again to gather herself Ukyo wasn't entirely happy with him or herself, "I've been chasing you for so long. It's more than just the marriage contract or my honor, more than my dad or being accepted back into the clan." Looking away to look around his mother's home Ukyo appreciated the interior design before turning back to the boy in front of her, "If this all ends, what will I be left with?"

Seeing the raw emotions on the girl's face, and hoping that it wasn't an attempt by her to guilt him, Ranma pressed on, "You've been one of my closest friends for the longest time. And I can't make up for the fact that my dad did what he did all those years ago. But I've realized that the feelings I have for you, aren't exactly what a husband holds for a wife I think and wait!" Holding up another hand as already he could see tears gathering at the corners of her eyes, Ranma motioned for her to wait another moment, "You've been like a sister to me in my mind all this time. A best friend I've always needed. And I can't just turn that around. So I can at least give you an option to keep your honor intact, and then we can go from there."

Tears still falling down her cheeks as Ranma finally voiced that he wasn't in love with her, with a sniffle she wiped her face to no avail, "Yeah, and what's that huh?" Damn him.

Feeling the guilt pile on, somehow he knew it wouldn't be that easy. "My mom can adopt you into the clan. You'd be a saotome and thus, uniting our two families. Your dad should be happy with that, and you can go back to your clan with your head high if that's what you want."

Now completely feeling the rejection, Ukyo hiccuped and nodded, "That's the best I can get huh, I get to be your sister while Akane or Shampoo get to fight for your heart, is that it?" Looking up at him through watery eyes Ukyo frowned, "Jackass."

"I deserve it, but please Ukyo, I didn't want things to be this way. Still don't…" It was here that Nodoka glided into the room and grabbed onto the young man's shoulder.

"I'm sorry, but I'd like to intervene for a moment, Ranma, go practice outside for a bit." Hearing the start of some protest Nodoka showed that in the end she was also a Saotome by bodily tossing Ranma through the open back door which was quickly closed by Shampoo. With all the practiced grace of a family matriarch Nodoka sat in her son's place across from the weeping girl and held out a hand towel, "Here dear. Please listen to me for a bit while you tidy yourself up."

"I'm sorry."

"Nonsense dear. You love my son. There's nothing wrong. But I have a proposition for you that my son wouldn't bring up." Seeing the girl turn now hopeful eyes towards the mother, Nodoka nodded, "You must understand, my son did not grow up with many friends, and he values each and every one of them an precious in his life. That includes you. And he's still learning what things like love and affection mean. I'd ask for you to give him time, much like young Shampoo is doing. She isn't fighting for his heart, more, giving him space to learn about his own first." It was at this moment the older woman paused and winked at the younger girl, "Besides, sure you'd be adopted into the clan, but it's not like you're blood kin, so it some happy little accidents happened once you both got closer later down the line, well I sure wouldn't mind."

Scandalized but intrigued Ukyo had a blush forming on her face, "But auntie! He just said that he doesn't love me."

"Did he? Or did be honestly say that he doesn't know exactly what his emotions are towards you?" Seeing the girl calming and a look of realization breaking out on her face, Nodoka nodded, "He still needs some help, but my son has a big heart. And I know he does have some true feelings for you. This is more, while there is hope, one way or another he wants to make sure you both are always connected."

"Sure wish he knew how to say it properly."

Chuckling Nodoka nodded, "He's a man, I can promise you they have a talent for saying the wrong thing often." Reaching out to hold the younger girl's hand, the matriarch nodded, "What do you say, do you think you would like to be adopted into the family? Become my daughter?"

Ukyo looked down to her folded hands where they played with the hand towel currently soaked with her tears. Honestly it wasn't that terrible of a deal on the surface. She'd be a Saotome and be able to get her dad off her back. And she wouldn't have to put up with the fiancee and rival mess anymore, so she could focus more on school and her restaurant properly. But, there was the chance she wouldn't be able to get closer to Ranma, and could she live with that? Could she live with not being connected to him at all? That was an absolute no. Guess it made that particular decision for her then. "I could do it…m-m-mother. If you'd have me. I'd be honored."

Standing quickly Nodoka pulled Ukyo into her arms, "Splendid! Oh just you wait, it'll all work out one way or another." Putting the girl down Nodoka lowered her voice into a whisper, "And trust me, once things have settled down and you're ready, I'll help you whenever I can. Sharing is caring and all that these days isn't it?" Humming a merry tune as she glided towards the kitchen area, Ukyo had a disbelieving look on her face.

"Just what am I getting myself into?"

"You no want to know. Just stay along for the ride." Broken but chipper, Shampoo made herself know from a hallway leading away from the living room.

"How long have you been there?" Still not entirely ready to deal with the Amazon, she was at least thankful that Ranma's explanation of things prepared her for seeing the bimbo.

"Not long, no want to spy. But do promise something." Shampoo looked directly into Ukyo's eyes here, the challenging look not the same as she was used to, "Airen is airen, no matter what. Shampoo no need to get married by this countries law. And, Airen strong husband, back in village I would have probably had to share him, so I no mind if battle sisters just as strong as me at least."

"Wait wait wait, hold on wait." Everything Ukyo had believed about Shampoo was quickly dissolving before her eyes, "You mean all this time, you had the option to share?"

Nodding with a grin Shampoo leaned against the wall, "Of course. Amazon tride no get good blood often. Sometimes have to share for the better of the tride." Pointing at Ukyo and then at herself, Shampoo's grin turned into a more honest smile, "We've been through much, fight each other, fight together against foes, bled together. Battle sisters. And battle sisters can share all that they have."

Mind reeling, Ukyo collapsed back onto the couch, all of this way to much to take in. "We'll I'm just supposed to be his sister now remember? Doesn't leave much for romance."

Shampoo shrugged and turned to head towards the back door to gather up Ranma, "And I'm supposed to be just friend. But I still know what I want and have options. You do to. Does that mean you stop going for dream?" Bouncing her way out of the door and distracting Ranma the whole way, Ukyo had to concede that Shampoo wasn't wrong about the options. And who knew, maybe once she got things settled and after school was done she'd learn that maybe just being his sister was for the best. She did enjoy their banter and cooking food for him sure and taking care of him. But had she really stopped to figure out if the love she herself felt for him was as a lover? It had been a competition between the three girls for so long, and now that it wasn't. Well. Looking over to a grinning and laughing Ranma as Shampoo apparently said something to improve the boy's mood, she had to admit that not having the pressure of an engagement over their heads may be nice.

Walking back with a stack of papers and a family seal, Nodoka sat in front of Ukyo again, "So dear, you ready?"

Taking a moment to really think about it. Again looking over to the pig tailed boy as he put away practice equipment, she made her decision mentally. "Un, I'm ready to be a Saotome."

-b-

A few days had gone by, and Ranma was happy to say that things were settling in way he probably could have guessed. Ukyo had decided to switch schools and get out of Nerima along with transfer her restaurant location to somewhere nearby. Of course for her, because the local high schools here cared much more for their students, she had to rely more on her partner Konatsu in order to run the restaurant during the day, and then after school it would be all her. It would be a few weeks yet before her restaurant was up and going however, and trying to be a good brother Ranma had offered to help if he could which Ukyo was thankful for. Though for now that was mainly lifting and moving heavy things in the evenings after he had closed his own dojo for the night. Already the relationship between the two had reached a happy equilibrium for now, though he had spied Ukyo and Shampoo having quiet conversations when they thought he wasn't paying attention.

Shaking himself and walking along a line of younger students so he could focus on the here and now, Ranma looked up to see the clock hit 4pm. Looking at maybe another hour before they called it quits, Ranma idly corrected someones form before he heard the door chime. "Class is in session, but you're welcome to watch until it's done for the night." Answering before he turned to look at who walked in, he wasn't prepared to see a nervous looking Akane standing in the entryway. She however nodded at him slowly and sat down in front of the class to watch him proceed as normal. Not one to look this particular gift horse in the mouth, Ranma went right back to monitoring and correcting his students.

Towards the back of the class today it was the outer senshi in attendance. The younger inners needing a day together in order to complete school work. However, it was still Haruka and Michiru who noticed the change in their teacher when the newcomer can it. Between them and slightly struggling Hotaru was doing her best to keep up with the exercises, but Ranma's voice once again reminded new pupils like her that they could rest if needed. Setsuna still had not attended a class, to many other things to do apparently, but something told Haruka that the older senshi knew what was going on today.

Through it all Akane sat and watched, silently amazed at the person she was watching that she thought she knew so well. This wasn't just the arrogant perverted jerk she accused of cheating on her constantly. Before her was a man who had a love for the art and was dedicated to it like no one else their age. Where she had previously seen arrogance, today it was showing through as complete confidence. Yes, she knew that he was better than pretty much everyone she knew, but his cocky attitude made it so hard to acknowledge that talent. But here in this setting, she didn't really have any choice but to. Even watching him walk to hand a bottle of water to a struggling short haired girl, before then helping correct a teal haired girl's form and posture didn't raise the usual jealousy. This was Ranma the sensei, not Ranma the pervert. This was the Ranma she had always wanted to take her seriously. But as she watched these people listen and hang on his words in a way she never had even thought to, it made her question some things she had done.

As the even wound on and the end of class came, Ranma grinned at everyone who was huffing and sweating in the warm dojo, "That's it everyone, thanks again for another great night, and I'll see you tomorrow. Tomoe-chan, please make sure to stretch plenty tonight and eat well, and Tanaka-san, no staying up late again! I can tell you're extra tired today." Ignoring the pointed looks Haruka and Michiru gave a blushing Hotaru while another student in the corner complained, the entire room began to file out while Akane stood and moved out of the way. Between the giggling girls who were still obviously there just to be around Ranma and the actually people who wanted to learn, Akane listened to eavesdropped just a bit until everyone but three women were left. Haruka was joking candidly with Ranma, while Michiru was watching Akane curiously and Hotaru seemed to be nearly asleep on her feet,

"Ranma sensei, will you be alright?" Michiru leaned close so as to not be impolite.

Grinning and waving her off Ranma nodded, "I'll be fine, and I've told ya drop the sensei crap." Looking over to Akane, Ranma didn't know how to really feel at the moment about her showing up so suddenly alone, "Go on and head home, before Hotaru falls completely asleep and Haruka decides to find me some cold water."

"Why I didn't know that was an option. Give me two sec- ow-ow-ow" Michiru latched onto an ear quickly and started dragging the taller woman away. Hotaru shuffling along behind them.

"We'll see you tomorrow Ranma, oh, don't forget, Usagi invited you to our meeting tomorrow okay?" Seeing Ranma nod his head hesitantly, Michiru took that as an agreement and completed their trek to the door. The look she gave Akane as they passed her was to complicated for the younger girl to figure out, but something told her if she hurt Ranma tonight she might have more than just her fathers to deal with.

Sighing as the last of the troublesome group left Ranma finally focused all his attention on Akane. She was dressed casually today, a cream overall dress with a blue and white striped shirt underneath it. A cream pursue was held in her hands, which she was fidgeting with quietly. Without their dads here, Ranma could at least admit that she could be cute when she wanted. But he'd just have to wait until she opened her mouth and hopefully not stick his foot in his own.

Deciding that the silence had stretched on enough Akane stepped forward slowly, "It's, good to see you." Timid was not what she usually was, but for some reason watching him all day had her drawing comparisons to Tofu and it was messing with her heart.

Seeing the out of character Akane had Ranma frowning, but he decided to roll with it, "Same. Didn't think you could dress so cute to save your life." Were those his toes he was tasting right now?

Trying her hardest not to take it the wrong way right off the bat, Akane instead focused on him admitting she was cute. "Yeah well, you've been gone for a month, and I wanted to make an effort." So of her usual fire coming back however, she made a show of looking around the dojo, "So staying with your mom and Juban, didn't think I'd see you with her considering the pledge."

Shrugging and turning to the back room Ranma motioned for her to follow, dimming the main lights for now. "We scrapped that a while ago. So it's been nice reconnecting with her all this time. It's given me a chance to learn from her too, along with starting to get my life in order." Motioning to a small table he now kept back here he made his way to the small kitchenette, "Want some tea or water?"

Surprised at the hospitality, Akane nodded, "Uh yeah, tea is fine." Watching him busy about with an electric kettle and some prepack tea, she had to again realize this wasn't completely the same Ranma she knew. "Ranma." Seeing his head perk up allowed her to press on, "Why'd you leave?"

Sighing as he turned back towards her, he placed an empty pink mug in front of her with a jasmine tea bag while he took his own black mug to the opposite side of the small table. He could talk while waiting for the kettle to warm, "It's complicated. It wasn't just one thing. Sure I could say the rivals. Or all the fiancees. Or the dads. But it wasn't all just them." Groaning and running a hand through his hair Ranma looked Akane in the eye, Ranma decided that so far she had been playing nice, so he should at least be able to be honest with her, "I was going to kill someone 'Kane."

Shocked at his admission she couldn't tear her gaze away from his, "But, why? Everything had pretty much gone back to normal. You always were fighting with everyone else. And the dad's were still meddling and you and me…" She couldn't finish what she wanted to say considering how much she had been malletting him or bludgeoning him with random objects after the wedding.

Nodding Ranma saw the look dawning on her face, "That's the point. After the wedding I found myself losing patience with everyone. Everyone watched my essentially nuke a mountain down to the bed rock. I killed a demi-god. And then we come back and it's more of the same nonsense as before." He paused as he looked the girl over again, appreciating that she was actually here, and not that puppet doll that she could have been on that mountain. "Happosai called it ptsd. Said it was something seasoned soldiers or warriors dealt with after being on constant battle highs, all of the time. He said eventually one day, if I didn't get things under control, I was gonna mentally be back on that mountain. Except I wouldn't be fighting Saffron, it'd be against someone like Kuno, or Mousse, or Ryoga. So I broke some bones, made it clear I wasn't playing anymore, and left to get my head on straight. And I like my life here now. I don't think I want to go back."

"But what about…" She couldn't finish her sentence. The thought locking up in her throat. She had never really paused to think about his perspective on things or really considered what it would be like for everyone to want to fight you 24-7. But hearing it from him it wasn't something she wanted to experience.

"What about what 'Kane?" Sighing as the kettle started to go off, Ranma stood and made to fill their mugs. "I'm working towards taking care of all of my obligations. I've already got the amazons off my back. And I've taken care of Ukyo without having to get married. The rivals aren't my concern anymore unless they come make trouble, so all I have left is deciding how to finish school and then…you." Not able to look at her now he finished pouring and sat down across from her again.

That old familiar anger began to bubble in her chest while blazing red chi tried it's best to form in her hand. It took a much strong act of will to bring it under control, but the hot tears stinging at the edges of her eyes were still very real, "So it's that it? You find some new bimbo here, get your life together, and now you don't need me anymore?" It hurt, a lot, to say out loud.

Confusion crossing his face at first, Ranma shook his head as he remembered the broadcast, "That blonde bimbo is just a friend. Believe me or not is your choice." Cold blue eyes met hers evenly, "To answer your main question. The biggest reason I left Nerima, was because the person I actually had feelings for, the person I loved, just couldn't trust me no matter what I did."

Silence. The building rumbled from the active air conditioning units on the roof, and the lights above them buzzed with power, but between them not another word was said. Tears still hot and falling Akane couldn't believe that he would come out and say it, not now. "You…you…"

"Yeah. Love you, loved you. I don't know anymore." Frustration now clear on his face Ranma looked down into his tea, "I tried you know, in my way, to show you more than anyone that you were what was most important to me. I didn't have many friends growing up and I for sure didn't have any idea of how relationships were supposed to work. But I learned what I could, what to do and what not to do, because you had something that I couldn't look away from. But It was always the calls of perversion, call me a cheater, never believing me about Ryoga or any of the nonsense that painted me in a bad light. And I know I put my foot in my mouth more than enough, that's why I always let you mallet me." Energy spent Ranma sat back with a limp arm resting over the back of the chair now, "But I realized that no relationship could work without at least some trust. And once I saw you didn't trust me at all, I knew it would never work." Upset because once again he was making a girl he had feelings for cry, he also realized that he couldn't do anything about it. He hadn't lied after all.

"I, hic, I just. I wanted you to say it, just once to my face." Crying openly now, the tears wouldn't be stopping any time soon, "I thought, maybe if he would just admit it things would get better. It's his job to say it first, if he'd just come out with it I'd know and everything would be okay. But everyone else was so much better than me at everything. All the other girls are better fighters, better cooks, better looking and I just. You'd never say anything nice to me at all and and….you just frustrated me so much Ranma!" Wailing now, the tears were coming full steam and Ranma had no clue what to do. And unfortunately there was no convenient mom to toss him out the door to help him out. Standing slowly and hoping this wasn't going to earn him a hole in the ceiling, he cautiously wrapped the sobbing girl into his arms. The second he did she latched on tightly and buried herself into his chest. "I knew." In between heavy breaths and hiccups, she still tried to get out what she had to say. "I knew you loved me. I loved you too. Have for I don't know how long. But, you always had a way of poking my fears, most of the time completely by accident." She clutched onto him tighter, knowing that this might be the only time she'd be able to come clean about everything. "I just wanted to be treated like the other girls, just once. Not the uncute tomboy. Not the kitchen destroyer. Not the thick like a brick Akane with a temper problem. Just, Akane, the girl you loved."

They sat there in silence for a while longer. Ranma standing with his arms around Akane's shoulders while she cried quietly into his chest. Their tea cooling untouched on the table. It was maybe another 5 minutes where he idly rubbed her back before Akane pushed away and finished drying her tears as much as she could, though she took the offered hand towel from him with a grateful nod. "You know." Ranma's voice was rough with emotion, but Akane looked up at him all the same, "We both, could have been a lot better. It was a rocky start, and, our dads pushing things didn't help at all. Never mind all our hang ups before we even met and well. It wasn't a winning recipe from the start." Eyes glassy Ranma looked down to her, "What should we do?" As much as he had a plan, they both had been pushed to doing things by others like their fathers that they hadn't been given a choice about. The last thing he would do is take a choice away from someone.

Seeing the olive branch for what it was, Akane gave a watery laugh before thinking about how they met. Her sweaty and freshly beaten by some unknown red head fresh off the road and dirty. And a mistake that needed to be righted. Standing and holding out a hand Akane smiled brightly through tears, "Hi. My name's Akane, I like martial arts and I'm not a big fan of boys except for this one meat head. Wanna be friends?" She couldn't start over completely, but maybe they start try to start somewhat fresh from here on.

Forgoing the hand and instead pulling the girl into a hug, Ranma nodded into her hair, "I'm Ranma, I've got a curse and a shitty lazy dad, and I'd love that." Feeling the girl circle her own arms around his waist, they once more were locked into an embrace for several minutes. At least until the lights shut off.

"Waaah, a power outage?" Breaking away Akane looked up right into the lights as they automatically turned back on.

Laughing and shaking his head, Ranma pointed to the walls, "Energy savers. Lights turn off if they don't detect movement for longer than 5 minutes." Heaving a heavy sign and motioning back outside, Ranma held out a hand. "Com'on, I'll take ya to the train and tell you all about what's been going on since I left."

Shaking her head though she grabbed his hand, she was reluctant to move, "I actually told our dad's I'd stay with auntie tonight. Is that okay?"

Knowing the house was getting cramped, he guessed that he'd probably be sleeping on the couch tonight to make room. "Sure sure. I just know mom won't mind." Going through the motions of cleaning up and turning off lights, Ranma locked the door behind them as they made their way to the street. "You know, you're pretty cute when you cry."

"Ass, can't I be cute all the time?" Punching him in the shoulder before retaking his hand, she had to sigh at his warmth. "This doesn't mean that things are fixed between us, does it?"

Shaking his head slowly, Ranma didn't want to get her hopes up, "I have to know you can trust me 'Kane. I want it to work, I really really do. But I don't want to end up fighting with you every day. Imagine if we had kids but were still doing that?"

Akane could imagine it, and it didn't look healthy. Still she firmed her resolve and held his hand tighter, "You aren't wrong, but I really need you to work on how to speak to me. No more teasing or name calling unless I deserve it."

"No more calling me a pervert or claiming I'm cheating on you too, you know I never have." It was odd to him that they could be so candid right now. Maybe Juban put a weird spell on people that let them be more open about their hearts.

"Deal. So I guess, explain to me what's been going on and I'll try my best not to blow up about it."

Shaking his head Ranma let a grin grow on his face as he tightened his grip on his friend's hand. Would this probably backfire in some way later? Probably. But right in this very moment everything was alright. "Well, first things first, my mom is adopting Ukyo."

-b-

Twenty Four hours later found Ranma hopping across the rooftops on the way to an odd energy signature. Youma were nearing it as well, but for some reason the energy felt like something he should know. Like a memory that slipped through his fingers like a fog. Adjusting the black military styled hat he had procured from his mom's storage along with a black opera mask courtesy of the senshi, at least now his face was covered. Speaking of, the Senshi were angling towards him from another part of town. Saluting without missing a step Ranma grinned, "Guess you felt whatever that energy surge was too?"

All of the senshi were present tonight, with Usagi at the lead, "Yeah, and lots of youma. Ready to give us a hand?" Barely noted but Ranma made sure to keep him in mind was another member of the group in a tuxedo. He was curious how anyone would fight in that getup, but considering the rest of them fought in what amounted to cheerleader outfits, he shouldn't say anything.

The much longer and sturdier Saotome honor blade instantly in his hand, Ranma nodded, "Let's dust some youma." Dropping down onto a street full of youma surrounding one pink haired girl, Ranma angled to land next to her before unleashing a power vacuum blade that decimated a street full of the energy demons, "Don't worry kiddo, we're here to help." With a grin on his face Ranma turned to unleash hell, though never leaving more than a few paces of reach from the unnamed girl.

Fully in her Sailor Moon persona, her tiara was off and already flying off in an arc to cut down youma while her royal scepter swung out to point down a youma filled street. Without a word raw magical power blasted forth, emptying the street of enemies. Returning to her, her tiara barely touched her fingers before it was launched again while she charged another blast silently. Above her and out of the way, Tuxedo Mask watched and waited.

The entire group was in good form tonight and without much effort the street was soon empty and it was a grinning Ranma and a kneeling Usagi looking down on the little girl while the others all formed a loose circle. Paying attention, Usagi noted the girl was holding a strange cat head shaped ball and had a ring of odd keys around her waist like a belt. Eyes red like rubies and pink hair, it was her face that was oddly familiar. "Hey there little bunny-chan, what're you doing out here so late?" Referring to the girl's odd hair arrangement, honestly not much different than her own though there were plenty of girls who wanted to copy sailor moon. Usagi just figured she was a lost kid and wanted to get her home.

Silently starting all Ranma and Usagi both with something bordering on awe worship, the wide smile that graced her face would have been expected until she ran and latched onto Ranma's waist, "Papa!"

Error, error, has suffered a critical error and needs to reboot. First attempt, failure, girl is still wrapped around his waist. Second attempt was a little better, though there was a little girl calling him papa, that was a new one for sure. "Uuuh, I don't think I'm your papa little one. You might have things mixed up."

She shook her head, "Of course I know my papa! I know my mama too!" Turning and pointing to Usagi who herself was now wide eyed and frozen stiff the still unnamed girl pointed to herself, "I'm Usa! Named after my mama! And I traveled here from the future to help out my parents to prevent a tragedy!" Spinning in place the now named Usa pulled out a transformation pen and started her sequence, becoming a bright pink and red sailor senshi before everyone else and leaving everyone speechless. "See Mama, I'm just like you!"

"It's too early for me to be a mom, no no no! No way! How!" Usagi was long gone, eyes vacant as she slumped to the ground and ranted and raved.

"No fair! How come Usagi get's all the hunky guys? Save some for the rest of us, or at least share!" Minako too was long gone, though Rei and Makoto were stifling giggles.

Walking forward slowly, Tuxedo Mask held out a hand, "Wait wait, if you're from the future, don't you mean Sailor Moon and myself are you parents?" While he hadn't fully believed in fate in the past, things had come apart and come back together again enough times for him to start believing in it.

Leveling bored eyes at the tuxedo clad man Usa just barely held back a hiss, "Nope, don't know you weirdo. Plus you don't fight at all and that's not very manly."

Oh no, that sounded way to much like his mothers influence. There was no way, no no no. Eyes now widening to comical proportions Ranma looked around at the others for some kind of help. And it came, just not for him.

"Okay okay, enough fun I think little lady. They keys if you would?" The was Setsuna who walked forward holding out a hand. And after receiving the key ring from the younger girl she had to smile softly, "You're not supposed to be here."

Knocking her knuckles on her head Usa nodded, "I know, but I got permission, and it's supposed to be a learning experience! And I wasn't lying I am supposed to held avoid a tragedy." She wasn't saying what tragedy everyone noticed.

"Wait, Pluto, do you actually know her?" It was Hotaru who came forward with the question while a distraught Mamoru was now falling to his knees. How was he a weirdo? Tuxedo's were classy.

Nodding Pluto moved to stand next to the little girl, "This is Princess Serenity the VIII from the future, daughter to Queen Serenity of the line of Serentiy. One of my future counterparts told me about her and to expect her."

Throwing up her hands with a laugh, Usa nodded, "And I'm here to help save the world with my mama and papa!" A wet gurgle told everyone that Usagi was finally out like a light.

Ranma however finally had one clear thought run through his mind, 'No fair! I have a kid but didn't get to do the fun kid making things! How is this fair at all!?' and somewhere far away a reformed tomboy had the urge to grab her mallet.

Has anyone looked up the fabled magical girl genetics? I mean, wouldn't blonde and red even out into pink? Just a thought. Enjoy the double update for I avoided yard work in order to get it done. Though tomorrow I'm going to regret it.
