On a Friday night, The whole gang was watching the 2018 render of the Predator, the one with the ultimate predator at Stolas' chateau. Cody was happy to be in the company of Vortex, Blitzo, Moxxie, Loona, Stolas, and his daughter as they were watching a movie together. Millie, in the other hand was having a bad cold in herself, and she couldn't join the others unfortunately.

Luckily, the imp girl was sleeping so soundly in her bed back in her and Moxxies' apartment.

The 2018 version of the Predator was not really perfect but it still had its awesome and amazing moments for sure. When it comes to that kind of fiction, everything is mostly badass. "Loona, can you pass me another pizza, please?"

"Sure thing, kiddo." Loona did just that and handed her adopted brother a large slice of pepperoni pizza for him to enjoy.

"Thanks."

"Sorry your wife couldn't make it with us, Mox." said Tex. "She would have loved this, especially all the people being gutted and sliced in this movie."

"Don't worry about her." Said Moxxie. "Millie will be alright. Besides we can always do another movie night again."

"Yeah! True that!" Tex smiled. He pulled out a can of liquor and just finished the can in three big gulps, given how huge and muscular he was.

Stolas made a sigh of relaxation. "Isn't this a blast, everybody? Just having a movie night together as friends and having some concessions? The best part of this was: this is done in my own little movie theater." He wrapped his right around around Blitzo, much to the imps' annoyance.

Blitzo immediately took the arm off of his shoulders. "Don't even think about it, you may be a lovebird but I am not

"Did I ever tell how how adorable you are when you are angry?" Stolas said in a flirty voice.

"Oh, someone just fucking kill me"" Blitzo said in his mind. He wished that he can just break Stolas' neck if the Goetia prince wasn't an owl-like demon. Alas, he was the owl demons' first-ever friend when they were only children, and Blitzo was not a completely heartless bastard. When the movie was over, all of them went home, except for Stolas and Octavia since this was their own home, and weirdly, Moxxie and Tex stayed behind too.

"Want some more pizza?" asked Tex, offering his imp friend another slice.

"Don't mind if i do." Moxxie said. "Thanks."

"No problem."

"That was quite a movie." said the male imp. "Shame Millie wasn't there, but there is always another day."

"I agree. It's a shame Eclipse wasn't here either. She had her wisdom teeth removed today."

"Ooh, nasty business."

"Fuck yeah it is." Tex rolled his eyes. "I remember my wisdom teeth surgery. My mouth felt like it was fractured after that."

"Ow." Moxxie had a look of pain on his face. Gently clasping his lower jaw, he said: "My wisdom teeth operation felt like my jaw was ripped out by a chimp and doctors had to reattach it to my mouth. I couldn't eat properly for a week after my wisdom teeth removal."

Vortex couldn't help but chuckle. "That sounds way worse." then it was silent for a moment. "So any plans for tonight?"

"Just gonna check on my Millie and see how she's doing."

"Ah. You're such a good husband to her, Moxxie."

"The best husband she can ever have." the imp corrected.

Brushing his teeth and flossing before bed, Cody wondered if that Belmont was planning anything against him and his demon friends. But remembered Loona and company not to worry about the Jim Jones of the 21st century. No one would probably believe him or think that Cody was the Antichrist (which he wasn't of course). Yes, he just needed to ignore that preacher and stay out of his way whenever he comes up to Earth again.

Before coming to bed, he pulled out his phone and dialed his brother. "Hello?" said Tommy on the other line.

"Hey Tommy, it's me." said Cody.

"Cody!" his big brother always sounded happy to hear his voice. "How's it going, little buddy?"

"Doing good. And... I saw Mr. Belmont today."

Tommy frowned. "That crazy bible addict?"

"Uh-huh."

"He didn't hurt you, did he?"

"No, he didn't. But... he thinks i'm the Antichrist."

"What?" Tommy said in surprise before guffawing. "Please, you the Antichrist? The day you would be that is the day pigs can actually fly." and he chuckled some more. "Why would he think that about you anyway?"

"He thinks that I caused the fire but... i didn't. It just happened. He thought that i caused the fire with some magical powers."

"Come on!" Tommy doubted. "That is just ridiculous crap. I know you would have never caused the fire, Cody. It wasn't your fault. Don't ever let anyone say otherwise, not even the Jim Jones of our town."

"OK. Just thought you should know."

"Thanks for telling me this, Cody." said Tommy. "But if he gives you trouble again, let me and Celeste know."

"No, it's ok. I gotta learn to defend for myself. I can't always rely on other people to help win my fights."

"Good point." said Tommy. "But you're still a little kid, and you are still training with those axes, right?"

"Right."

"But Dave and Selma stood by me and I hope Mr Belmont doesn't turn everyone against me or try to kill me."

"Come on, Cody." said Tommy. "That's just a worst-case scenerio you're thinking of. You're being a little morbid."

"I can't help it, Tommy." Cody admitted. "Ever since mom and dad... you know."

"I get it, Cody." his big brother sighed. "You're a changed kid since before. Sounds like you'll mature more and more as your life goes on."

"Maybe I will." Cody realized. He paused for a second that he didn't say a word for about ten seconds.

"Cody?" said Tommy. "You there?"

"Sorry, i was just thinking." said the boy. "So i'll try not to worry about Mr Belmont."

"Yeah please. The only friend he has is the Bible, even if his beliefs are too Old Testament."

"How's Celeste?"

"She is doing good. We were hanging out with her friends and spent a week in Paris together. Just having a good laugh, eating at a yummy cafe, many things."

"Bonjour Cody!" said Celeste faintly.

"Oh, she says hi."

Cody smiled. "Can you tell her I said Hi back."

"Absolutely kiddo."

"Well i need to get some sleep. It's late where I am."

"That's good. Well, have a good night. Bye."

"Bye Tommy." as soon as Cody hung up, he tucked himself under the covers and immediately fell asleep through the night.

The Next Morning

Things were about to get so weird for when the morning came. Yes, something felt off. Vortex was asleep on the couch and was holding someone on top of him, someone smaller than him. This person was under Tex' large left hand like he was his stuffed animal.

The person on top of the male hellhound yawned as he was smiling in his sleep

when both of them slowly started to open their eyes, they looked at one another for a brief pause. It was Moxxie who was sleeping on top of Vortex.

"Ah!!" They both exclaimed in fright as they swiftly got back up.

"What the fuck happened their?!" Said Moxxie

"I don't know!" Said Tex

"I just fell asleep, and that's it."

"Me too." The male hellhound crossed his arms. "All I did was just fall asleep too." Boy this was one of the most awkward things both Moxxie and Vortex had faced in their lives.

It was dead silent for about twenty seconds as they both looked away. "Look, I need to get to Millie. She's probably worried sick about me, and I can't let her be all alone with her cold."

"That's cool." Said Tex. "I should probably get myself some coffee."

"And we never say a word about this." Moxxie pointed. "Ever!"

"Yeah! Nothing happened at all."

"Ditto. So I'll see you soon, Tex."

"Bye Moxxie, take care."
