Four recent graduates from Hogwarts school of magic were sitting on one side of a long highly polished table in a conference room high up in the BBC production towers. On the other side of the table were two men in very expensive suits. There was a bank of windows behind the four veterans that had an excellent view of downtown London and the Thames.

"So, in the interests of softening the blow to the public during the reintegration of the magical and mundane worlds we've come up with telling your story Mr Potter."

"Yeah about that? It was rather rough and had pretty harsh. We've been through therapy for the last two years since we won. I'm not sure you can translate that into a TV show." Harry said looking at the man intently.

"Oh don't worry since it'll be for kids we've got a way around that." One of the executives said.

"You're going to make a TV show about a blood purity war that killed a fourth of the magical community! And you're going to market it to children!" Hermione vehemently slammed her hands on the table, "That's insane."

"Oh no Miss Granger. We've got that covered." The executive started to say when she interrupted.

"Mrs Potter. Harry and I got married after the war." Hermione corrected.

The two executives looked at each other in confusion. "Well that's odd we got an information packet from the reporter lady that said Harry had married A Ginny Weasley and you married Ron. Your one true loves."

"My what?" Hermione shook her head in frustration, long wavy brown tresses swaying. "I've loved Harry since he saved my life in first year."

Ron snorted, "Yeah and my sister's girlfriend might not like sharing with Harry."

"Then who is this?" The executive asked pointed at the slender and highly pregnant blonde beside Ron.

"This is my wife Luna." Ron grinned rubbing her shoulder, "We've been together since we were little."

"I've known I was going to marry Ron since mother introduced us."

"Right okay." The executive blinked several times as he looked at the secretary at the end of the table unobtrusively taking notes.

"Betty, make a note we need to call that lady writing the books up in Edinburgh and make sure she has the right script." The executive said quickly. The secretary nodding as she did so.

Turning back to the four youth the executive said, "I think we've gone off track far enough. Let's show you the preliminary of the show. Now remember we're aiming it for the primary school market so take that into account."

The lights went down and the large television on the wall began to play a video. One the screen a large shiny sun shone over a bright white castle. A voice started talking in a soft friendly voice.

"Located in a magical castle far in the Scottish Highlands is a special school. A school for magical cats and this is the tale of a trio of these students."

The image shifted to a green eyed, glasses wearing tabby cat with a lighting bolt pattern in the fur over their right eye. There was a much larger shaggy furred cat talking to the smaller almost kitten, "Yer a wizard Hairy."

"Yes Hairy Pawter was going to begin a journey that would see him make new friends."

The Hairy Pawter kitten was joined on a train by an orange tomcat and a brown furred tabby.

"Fight forces of darkness."

The Hairy Pawter kitten used a wand in his mouth to launch gouts of bright blue light at a white ferret wearing a green scarf and robes.

"And have many great adventures." The voiceover continued.

The screen showed the three cats walking through a forest, then it shifted to the three cats riding giant chess pieces.

"So coming this fall only on CBBC . The Adventures of Hairy Pawter."

The screen went blank and the lights came up. Both of the executives looked at Harry and his friends with expectant grins.
