Harry was sitting at an outdoor cafe waiting for Hermione to arrive to meet him for lunch on a rare sunny day in London. Her job at the Ministry was going good and she had risen to department head with potential for more steps up the ladder. His own career as a healer at Saint Mungo's made him happy and satisfied.

He was sipping his latte when a shadow suddenly fell upon him. He felt the presence of a person slightly behind him causing old fears and tenseness to boil to the surface. he turned ready to cast or apparate to look into the face of his cousin. A cousin he hadn't seen in almost 8 years since the end of the war.

Harry blinked as the baby fat was gone, replaced by coils of hard muscle. he was wearing a skull T-shirt and had tattoos on his arms peeking out from under the sleeves. A gold chain hung around his neck but what was on it was under the shirt.

The two men stared at each other for long moments before Dudley swung his arms out and pulled Harry into the circle of a hug. Harry tensed but was released after a moment.

"Dudley?" He managed to choke out.

"Yeah. How you doing Harry." he asked in a deep voice.

"Uh. Doing good. Would you like to join me for a moment?"

"Shrugging Dudley nodded as he sat down, "Sure. I got a few minutes."

"So you look healthier." Harry commented noticing the bulging biceps as Dudley rested his arms on the table.

"Yeah I got into weight lifting in the joint. Plus found Jesus so got my life turned around." Dudley said puling a cross out of his shirt on the end of the chain carefully. "Hope it's cool with you."

"Yeah its okay Dudley. Hermione has us going to Church of England services with her folks." Harry chuckled as Dudley acted like he was afraid the cross would either burn harry or harry would burn him. He wasn't sure.

"Oh yeah. My girlfriend said some of you guys don't like the church stuff." Dudley casually said. "So you got a girl too eh?"

Harry wondered briefly what sort of girlfriend Dudley had if she knew about the magical world. "Uh wife actually. Hermione, from school."

"Oh sweet. I met this girl named Millicent at the gym when i got out. I work there as a trainer. You ought to come by. You could use a bit of muscle." Dudley laughed heartily.

Harry almost spit his latte out, "Millicent? Millicent Bulstrode?"

"Yeah that's her name. We go to the same church and she's the workout coach for the women. she was i the ladies joint for a few years too. Same story." He sighed.

"Oh. Well glad to see you've gotten your life together Dudley. Uh. Well any word on Vernon or Petunia?" Harry wasn't sure he wanted to know but it seemed polite to ask.

"Dad's dead. He blew up at some pink haired chick at Tesco and had a heart attack. Mum's okay. She bought a condo in Brighton." Dudley didn't sound too emotional about it.

"Oh. Well uh. My sympathies." Harry was finding this situation almost as confusing as talking to Luna.

"Yeah. Its the way he would have wanted to go." A cell phone interrupted Dudley. It looked tiny in his meaty paws. After a brief conversation he turned to harry, "Hey you got a notepad?"

Harry took the one out of his pocket and handed it to him with his pen. Dudley wrote an address and phone number on it. "That's my place. Call me sometime so we can have a real lunch. I got to get back to the Gym. The boss said the boxing coach got knocked out and he wants me to fill in."

"I'll let hermione know and we'll see when we can. Okay?"

Dudley gave Harry a brief weak smile, "I know I was a jerk towards you Harry. I'm sorry about it."

Harry smiled back at the big man, "Bridge under the water. Big D."

Dudley laughed then with a nod walked off to catch a bus. Hermione sat down a moment later looking impressive in her suit, "Who was that? He looked familiar."

Harry looked at the address on his notepad and said, "That was my cousin."
