Izuku's POV

The peace lasted for two days. If the boy was honest it was longer than he thought it would have lasted. Still he wished his life wasnt so complicated.

It started with a red haired girl with green eyes. Roughly the same age as Izuku he didnt at first understand why someone would transfer to their school so close to the end of the year. It didn't make sense until he saw her wrist. She had a mark on her wrist that he had come to learn was the mark of the Sunwoo clan. A clan that for whatever reason had not learned that no meant no.

So he ducked and dodged around the city doing his best to avoid her. Whatever her job was with the Sunwoo clan he was not going to make it easier to track him. Which in the end turned out to be a mistake.

As he was starting to relax and make his way back home a hand grabbed the front of his shirt. He was thrown into a nearby alley where he was surrounded by men. Their ages varied from two to three years older than him to being in their mid twenties. Izuku could sense their ki fluctuating with their anger. Murim. Fuck him.

One with long hair and sunglasses said, "Welcome Izuku Midoriya. I am Kim Jung Woo of the Strong Dragon School," Izuku slipped into loose fighting stance, "You sure are brave answering our invitation like this."

"What invitation?"

One of the others tried to kick him as he snarled, "Quiet you bastard. Our Munju was killed by your master. Did you really think we would just let you get away?"

Ah so that was what this was about. They wanted to spill his blood for what his master had done. Fine then he would not allow them to destroy Chun's name.

The first continued, "We are simply having a competition with Goomoonryong's Disciple. The man who challenges the Strong Dragon School. We will be facing each other in swords. The Strong Dragon School's speciality. If you die in a freak accident who would know. Pick up the sword, boy."

Oh no. He didnt think so. He knew what would happen if he picked that sword up. Instead he palmed one of his ki pellets, a new set given to him by Heo. He bit into it and felt the rush of unpurified ki fill him.

Izuku warned, "If you go through with this know I won't hold back."

That got him jeers from all of the men around him. Fine. He tried to do this the easy way.

Gathering it all he pushed it through filtering it all at once. Lightning coursed over his body then it exploded outwards. Cries of pain resounded through the alley as they werent expecting that kind of attack.

The only one unaffected by his attack was the first speaker. All of the other men were on the ground convulsing from the lightning. The man had not moved from his perch but he had removed the ridiculous sunglasses.

Kim Jung stood dropped from his ledge to stand in front of Izuku. The two squared off. Izuku was in a loose stance and the other was in a stiff stance, one of a swordsman.

Kim Jung was the first time attack. The lunge was meant to put him off balance. Instead he used the foot techniques to slip around sword. Attack kept coming and Izuku kept on the defensive.

Overhand, backhand, lunge. Lunge, lunge, lunge. Overhand, backhand, lunge. It was easy to see the patterns of attack. It was as if the other was a small child trying to act like a warrior.

As the man lunged at him again slipped around him. Grabbing the man's wrist he jerked it up using his ki. The resounding snap spoke of a broke wrist. Kim Jung let out a cry of pain.

Izuku didnt allow him the chance to recover. He slammed his open palm into the man's chin. The force of the attack was stronger than normal thanks to his ki. It sent Kim Jung sliding across the concrete.

Before Izuku could close in the girl from his school dropped out of nowhere. She kicked Kim Jung in the temple knocking him out.

Izuku said coldly, "I didnt need your help."

She snapped, "What?! You think you could have taken him? In your current state he would have killed you."

Izuku narrowed his eyes as he questioned, "Who are you to say that? You dont know me and have no idea what I'm capable of."

Any reply she would have given was drowned out by an approaching car. Izuku slipped back into his combat stance. Only for Gyu Bum to come out of the car. His eyes were wild with fear as he looked around. When they fell on Izuku relief filled them.

"Are you alright? Do you have any injuries that need medical attention?"

The girl snarled, "Your late! We had a close call there!"

Izuku looked around at all the men who were on the ground. They were either unconscious or still convulsing from his lightning ki. Close call? Really? He could have finished this on his own.

Gyu Bum said with a slight bow of his head, "Sorry about that. Traffic was a nightmare."

"Who is she?"

Gyu Bum blinked in surprise as he said, "Sorry she must not have introduced herself. Let me introduce her. This is Miss Kwon Jinnie of the Sunwoo Clan. She may be young but she is an accomplished fighter. Her skills place her in the top five of the clan."

Izuku sighed, "Alright I'll bite. What do you want?"

Gyu Bum said with a pointed look to the men, "At least let me take you home."

"Fine."

Izuku and Jinnie piled into the back of the car. Gyu Bum checked him over with gentle prodding hands for injuries. Not finding any allowed the man to relax even further.

Then Gyu Bum explained, "Three of the four schools in this area have made attempts on your life. Miss Jinnie as your unofficial retainer has kept them off of you. But when you avoided her it gave them the chance they were looking for."

"What do they want with me?"

Gyu Bum shrugged not meeting his eyes, "Most likely it has to do with your master. Many members of Murims would like to see you dead for his sins. Miss Jinnie has been trying to protect you in secret but the cat is out of the bag now."

They turned down an unfamiliar road heading out of the city. Izuku questioned his voice growing cold, "Where are we going?"

"I have orders to bring you to the Sunwoo Clan compound," Izuku felt the hairs on the back of his neck rise, "At least meet with them, Izuku-nim. They wont hurt you and I swear I'll take you straight home after this."

"It seems I dont have a choice."
