"So what are we doing here?" Kazuma asks Elizabeth while he looks around... he wants to say it's a park but he's not sure what this place is.

'I'm keeping my end of the deal." Elizabeth says to him.

"Kazuma, I won't teach you any hand seals because if I did that, it would mean that you're my student and I don't do that." she says to him.

'Do what?" Kazuma asks her.

"I don't teach kids." she answers him.

"So then why are we here?" he asks her as he looks down and stares at the sand that's under his feet.

"I'm getting to it."

"Look I'm going to chase you around and you are going to dodge, and when I say change you are going chase after me and touch me."

"It's not my fault if you somehow learn a trick or two, you're just a smart kid." Elizabeth explains to Kazuma as she winks at him.

'Creepy." Kazuma says to her as he backs away.

He smiles at Elizabeth who in turn smiles at him, but his instincts and his skills all scream dodge.

Kazuma throws himself to the side and barely avoids having his head crushed by Elizaeth who punches her hand through the ground and through the spot that he was standing in a moment ago.

'Good you avoided it." Elizabeth says to him, her eyes glowing a dangerous red.

"Now, try to keep it up." she says to him.

The two of them passed the rest of the day playing like this or at the very least Elizabeth claimed that they were playing, up until Kazuma yelled about his turn and why hadn't he been allowed to attack yet.

Unbeknownst to the two of them, they had caught the attention of several of the village's children and some adults, all of whom thought that Elizabeth was trying to kill Kazuma for some reason.

Elizabeth grinned, she hadn't had this much fun in years, being an adult, no, being a ninja did that to a person, it made them, it made her turn her back on everything that she use to enjoy.

She could feel the sun heating her clothes and forcing her to control her energy to keep herself cool.

She had to close her eyes more than once because of how much she was sweating, every time a drop of sweat entered her eyes it made them burn and so she was forced to blink.

It was in that second, that Kazuma would attack.

She could feel her heart beating inside her chest, as it threatened to burst out, she grinned, again he attacked and a gain she tried to break his neck.

She couldn't help but grin, they use to have so much fun back then.

Just like today, they would chase after each other and drive each other's faces into the sand, until only one of them was left standing.

She could feel the blood in her veins pumping more and more into her eyes, she could see it, the flow of chakra around Kazuma.

The boy had stopped moving and was trying to catch his breath.

Just avoiding one of her attacks, was enough to make a normal person pass out because of the strain, muscles, nerves, and all of the things that a human body has would be pushed to their limit in that one move.

This is the reason, why ninjas train their bodies, if it wasn't, then they would just rely on their hand seals and nothing else.

And yet Kazuma was still standing.

If she was someone else she would have wondered how he was even managing to do it, but she wasn't anyone else.

She knew exactly how the boy was still able to move.

She could see the chakra in the air and the ground flowing into him, strengthening him, and relieving him of his exhaustion.

Elizabeth closed her eyes, she needed to end this now before someone else realized what she had just discovered.

No hand seals, no special techniques, nothing that would lead anyone to believe or say that Kazuma had been trained by her.

Elizabeth let out a breath, closed her eyes, and appeared behind Kazuma, the boy tried to jump away, but she just tapped the back of his head and said.

"I won."

Kazuma landed on the sand with a loud crashing and crunching sound, he glared at her and accused her of cheating, Elizabeth, shrugged and walked away.

She ignored the murmurs of the civilians as she walked past them and placed her hand on Kazumas head when he caught up with her, they smiled at each other and went home.

Today was a fun day, just like back then.
