Gilded Prison Ch. 6
Okoye stared down at the man on the table, worried that his presence would pose a threat to her King and Wakanda. Frowning as she watched Nikia tend to the man, "Our mission, was to bring back Klaue, we failed." Knowing that hearing this would upset her husband, he has waited many years for justice.
Pausing, doing what she could to properly articulate her thoughts, "This man is a foreign intelligence operative. How do we justify bringing him to our country?" Hoping that the King would listen, and not just follow blindly because of Nikia.
Blinking at her friend, "Okoye, he took a bullet for me, T'Challa?" She said, not understanding why this was such a difficult choice.
Shaking her head, "Nikia that was his job and choice to make." Okoye couldn't believe that she had to explain this to her.
Nikia hissed, this was the problem with Wakanda, they could save many, but refused to see the logic in doing so. "So, now we are supposed to let him die?" She snapped.
"If we heal him," her eyes locking on the King, almost pleading with him to understand that this was a dangerous choice, "it is his job to report back to his country, and as our King, it is your duty to protect ours."
Waving his hand, "I know what my duties are, General, but I can not stand by and watch this man die, knowing that we can save him." T'Challa knew that he was taking a risk, but his sister's words echoed in his head, he needed to lead his country the way he felt, but still maintain their way of life.
Closing her eyes, Okoye knew that he had already made his decision and it was her duty to follow his orders. Bowing to him, she made her way to the front of their ship, praying that her King knew what he was doing, because if this man posed a threat, she'd kill him without a moment's hesitation.
T'Challa watched as she made her way to the cockpit, he knew that she wasn't thrilled about this, but grateful that she wasn't going to push the issue. Sighing, his eyes found Nikia's staring at him, "What?"
Making her way over to him, giving him a small hug, "Thank you, this is what I meant before, helping the people of the world." It was important for him to know that she wasn't saying to turn their backs on their culture, just give the world a better leg up.
Wrapping his arm around her shoulder, "I know," kissing her temple, "Aiyana helped me see that as well." Smiling as he heard her gasp.
Nikia found herself looking up at him, seeing the truth in his eyes, "Your sister is wise," stepping out of his arms, she loved this man, but was conflicted about what her role would be if she continued. "Perhaps if she wasn't to be M'Baku's wife, she would have made an excellent member of your inner council."
Laughing a bit, T'Challa could only nod in agreement, "That she would have, but I think she would have taken great pride in being right all the time."
Nikia snorted at him, "You should be used to her being smarter than you." Glancing down at the man on the table, "Your other sister, will probably enjoy this, having someone new to show off in front of."
T'Challa knew that was fact, "Never a truer statement has been uttered." Making his way towards the front, figured that he had a few minutes of peace before someone somewhere expressed their displeasure at his choices.
Finding himself surrounded by the Tribe, Erik let his eyes take in the beauty of the landscape, unable to stop the thoughts of what if. What if his pop never sold the vibranium to Klaue, would he eventually have brought him here? Or what if the King did not kill him, but brought him home for a trial instead, what his life would have been like.
W'Kabi watched the outsider, the man carried himself as a warrior which kept him on alert, but a little trust in him was warranted, he brought the man that killed his family to justice.
"You always so serious?" Erik asked the man.
Glaring at the man, "I am when outsiders come to my country, with the body of an enemy." Cracking his neck, "You didn't do it out of the kindness of your heart."
Smirking at the man, "No, I haven't, but that is a matter to discuss with the King." Leaning back, a bit excited that he was about to drop a bomb on them all. But for now, he was going to enjoy the ride, and enjoy the view.
T'Challa stared at each member of the council, the look of fear and panic filled their eyes.
Issach found himself standing in front of the King, "Is this man Wakandan or not?" That was the burning question. Even if he was a half breed, he still had their blood flowing through their veins, and he should be allowed home.
Emuni did not care who he was, she just wanted to know what his purpose was here. Glancing over to the King, seeing him sit stoically brought a small smile to her face, he looked so much like his father.
Nodding to the Dora Milaje guards, T'Challa braced himself to meet the man that had a royal ring around his neck. Feeling his mother squeeze his arm, he knew that she feared the unknown, but it was his job to meet any challenge head on.
Aiyana sat quietly in her room, sad that this was to be her last night in her old home before she made her way up to the mountains. She wished that she wasn't leaving with so much uncertainty in the air, but she knew that her family would deal with this outsider accordingly. Frowning a bit as the thought crossed her mind, if T'Challa would have been King when her biological parents were killed, would he have found another way?
Hearing a light knock on the door, Aiyana put the picture that she was holding back into her bag and made her way over to the door. Seeing Nasi stand there, looking panicked, put her on edge. "Nasi?"
Bowing her head, "You are needed in the throne room, now." Hoping that with her knowledge she could save the King from this would be prince.
"Where is mother or Shuri?" Figuring that if she was being called to a council meeting, they were not around. Keeping in step as Nasi maneuvered them through the palace.
Stopping at the double doors, breathing a bit heavily, "Inside, your highness, please, your deep knowledge of our histories is needed." Pushing open the door, Nasi made sure to stand in front of the Princess, not trusting this man to not harm her.
Erik watched as the white girl walked in, her dress of royal color, this couldn't be the King's sister. Letting his eyes find his aunt clinging to the one next to her, but it was the fear in her eyes, she was scared for this girl. Now this was an interesting development, smirking at their discomfort, his eyes watched her as she approached the King.
Aiyana could feel the tension in the room, it all centered on the man that W'Kabi was standing next to, glancing over at him, she could see that his eyes were staring into hers. Not one to be rude, she gave him a polite nod and turned to her brother, "Brother, why am I here?"
M'Kathu could ask the same question, but even though he didn't want the girl to have any power within their country, she was the most well versed in their histories. Even Zuri was limited in his knowledge, Aiyana had it all memorized, that was her only redeeming quality.
T'Challa placed his hand on her shoulder, hoping that it would calm her, "He claims to be the son of my uncle, Prince N'Jobu, he brought the royal ring and has challenged me for the mantle of King and Black Panther." His eyes finding baby blue ones opening wide with shock, "If he is who he says, he is only half of Wakanda, does that exclude his claim?"
Blinking rapidly, Aiyana quickly processed what he was asking, with a quick glance around the room, she knew that some wanted her to dispute the claims and others wanted the truth. Turning back to T'Challa, she could see that all he wanted was the truth.
Feeling a tear slide down her eyes, she felt his thumb wipe it away, mouthing to him 'I'm sorry.' Stepping back, she turned to the man in question, "If you were born with Wakandan blood, you would bare the mark under your lip." Figuring that was the first step.
Rasha looked at the young girl, she could see that she was scared, but it was impressive that she wasn't buckling to give them the answer that they all wanted.
Erik took a step towards her, chuckling when the Dora Milaje pointed their spears at him, "Relax." He grunted out. Pulling down his bottom lip, he could see her eyes go wide, "I am who I say I am."
Nodding, tilting her head, curious about the man, why he was left out in the world, "What is your name?" she asked him.
Smiling down at her, "My father named me N'Jadaka, but to the rest of the world, Erik Stevens." Stepping a bit closer, hissing as he felt the spear against his neck.
Frowning, Aiyana just stepped away, turning her eyes to her brother and the sad look on her mother's face. "The ring could have been picked up after the prince's death, but his Wakandan mark confirms that he is a member of one of the Tribes." Seeing T'Challa tense, just broke her heart, "A DNA kinship test could confirm who he is."
Issach stepped towards the girl, knowing that she would not lie, "And his claims?"
Hanging her head, "My King, Elders of the Tribes, if he is proven to be a blood relative, he is within his rights to issue a blood challenge, no where in any of the histories does it say that someone of half blood could not rule Wakanda." Flinching as they all gasped.
Shuri watched as tears rolled down her face, "Sister, it is not your fault." Regardless of how upset she was about her leaving; she would never blame her for speaking the truth. Glancing over at her mama, seeing a sad smile, grateful that she wasn't upset with her either.
Ramonda wiped her face, "Aiyana," making her way towards her daughter, she quickly wrapped her arms around her, kissing her face, "you made me proud."
Breathing a sigh of relief, grateful that her words didn't upset her family, "Thank you mama," patting her shoulder, "I will take the blood to be analyzed." Giving her a small smile, Aiyana took a step back, she made her way back over to the young man.
Issach shook his head, "It will take weeks to prepare the challenge!"
Erik smirked they all freaked out about the preparations, "Nah, I don't need the whole community, just the people in this room!" Looking down at the girl now standing in front of him, "How long does it take?" he asked her.
Looking up at him, Aiyana could see the intensity in his eyes, he was dangerous, everything about him scared her. "Only a moment." Seeing Ayo come back from the lab, thanking her as she handed her the test. "May I please take some blood?"
Lifting his hand, "Take what you need princess." Chuckling a bit as she cringed. Locking his eyes on his cousins, and auntie, it was clear that they did not want her anywhere near him. Smirking at their discomfort, he barely flinched as he felt her pinch his finger, but it was her small apology that surprised him. "It's all good."
Aiyana took a step back, turning to her brother, "Your finger, please."
T'Challa handed it to her, his eyes never leaving Erik's, "If it comes back as a match, I accept your challenge." As much as he didn't want to fight his cousin, he wouldn't deny him what his father did.
Ramonda hissed, "You should take the time to prepare!" Looking around the room, seeing that the council agreed.
Aiyana put the blood into the computer, watching as it processed, but hearing it beep, she held her breath. Turning around, she locked eyes with her brother, "My King, he is 13.8% related to you, which would make him your first cousin."
Stepping towards him, T'Challa could see the arrogance rolling off him, "We shall go, now." Looking at his family, then the council, "There is no need to postpone this."
Erik watched as they all paled, but it was the white one that seemed uneasy, "Don't want to watch your brother kill me?" he teased.
Looking over at him, Aiyana frowned, "I can't go," looking over at her brother, "In a blood challenge, only blood relatives and the Elders can be present." Looking over at the man, seeing his surprise at her honesty, "Regardless of the outcome, you have much to learn about Wakanda."
Rubbing his face, Erik could see that she wasn't saying that to be a bitch, but stating that as a fact, "I'll make sure you're around to teach me." Chuckling at the King's discomfort. Rolling his neck, "You ready?"
Aiyana made her way over to her mama, hugging her tightly, "If he should win, he will kill you and Shuri, get yourselves to the Jabari." She whispered.
Clutching her tightly, "I cannot leave you with him." Fear coursing through her veins.
"Mama, please." Stepping back, she kissed her cheek, seeing her nod broke her heart. Looking over at her brother, "Fight well, brother." She said, doing what she could to keep her voice calm. With that, she made her way towards the library, figuring that was the only place that she would be able to wait for the answers without pacing the wall.
Glancing over his shoulder, Erik watched her walk away, after he won, he was going to get to the bottom of why she was here and how she became a fucking princess.
M'Baku looked around the Great Hall, his eyes glancing at the spot that she used to fill, pleased to know that in two days she would be back home. But that was contingent on her brother keeping his word, and Hanuman help the people of the city if he was lied to.
Olu could see that his friends mind was going a mile a minute, "Having second thoughts on this marriage?" Wondering if he had changed his mind on the Princess.
Snapping his eyes towards him, M'Baku openly glared, "Careful my friend." Feeling his jaw twitch, he was tempted to wrap his fingers around his throat and toss him off the mountain.
Holding his hands up, grateful that his wife kept her hand on his shoulder, because he was certain that if not M'Baku would have hit him. Lowering his eyes, "I'm sorry, you just seem so contemplative."
Breathing heavily through his nose, M'Baku took a moment before he spoke again, not wanting to cause tension between his Tribe. Rubbing his beard, "I am." Seeing the Elders, turn their heads, "If the King has lied to me, I will bring the might of the Jabari to their lands." His voice dripping with anger and venom.
Ibo looked over to the young Chief, he could understand the sentiment it would be a declaration of war if they kept Aiyana. Placing his hand on his shoulder, "We stand with you Great Gorilla, if they fail to deliver her home, the Jabari will march with you."
Nodding to him, grateful that one of his Elders agreed with him, but Ibo was once a proud a fierce warrior, his taste for blood was great. Looking at Ekon, "And you, do you stand with me?"
He hated the thought of war, but in this case, it would be necessary, "I do. She belongs with the Jabari, keeping her against her will is not something that we will stand!"
Zaba wasn't surprised by their call to war, their Chief had finally found his wife, and she knew her brother well, he would kill anyone if he felt that they were a threat to her. Placing her hand in his, "Brother, I agree that if they should do something so stupid, we show them our might, but for now, trust in the King."
Giving her a curt nod, M'Baku stood, "For now, trust. But by the time the sun sets on the third day, and she is not here, I will bring war to their doors." Turning on his heels, M'Baku headed towards their chambers, wishing that the next few days would fly by, but he knew that was too much to ask.
Soaking himself in the tub, his eyes stared out the window just barely making out the lights in the distance, leaning back, M'Baku never took his eyes off it, "Soon, my beloved, you will be here with me." Closing his eyes, he wanted to relieve himself of the desire that was coursing through his body, but he knew soon enough, they would wed, and for now he would abstain until they were able to be together.
Gasping as he arose from the sand, Erik was practically vibrating with anger, how could his father say that he was lost, he was now the King of Wakanda and the Black Panther. Moving to stand, his eyes taking in the people around him, all were looking at him with fear, smirking, at least they weren't stupid.
But it was the princess's eyes that he watched, she wasn't scared per-say, more like uncertain. "Burn it." he said, indicating to the heart shaped herbs.
Frowning, Nia stepped towards the King, "You can't do that!" her voice filled with panic.
Erik stepped towards her, ready to test his newfound strength, but it was her voice that stilled his hand.
"Your highness, while it is within your rights, if you think but for a moment, at some point you will have an heir, and the power you possess does not transfer through DNA, only through drinking the heart-shaped herb. Do you not want your future children to have their birthright?" Aiyana said, hoping to keep him from destroying someone's chance at dethroning him.
Slowly turning his body towards her, seeing how she kept her hands folded in front of her, the way she kept his gaze told him that she wasn't saying it to spare the woman that yelled at him. Forgetting the medicine woman for a moment, he took several steps towards her, smirking a bit at the Dora Milaje struggling to remain in place.
Moving quickly his hand wrapped around her throat, pleased to see that she barely flinched, squeezing just tight enough, "Tell me, Princess, was your brother planning his future heir?" Perhaps he would find her and kill her.
Aiyana had to fight herself to keep from kicking him, "I was not privy to that, the Elders of the Tribes would know." Which was true, she knew that he loved Nikia, but he needed to be married within the first month of his coronation.
Pulling her closer, Erik was impressed that she wasn't crying, "And you care about my future as King, even after I killed your brother?" Chuckling a bit at the irony the of it all.
Nodding her head, "I will always miss him, but the odds were fair, and it was ritual combat." Her heart broke as the words left her mouth. "And if you want to truly be King of Wakanda, you need to respect their traditions or you will have a country revolt and you will be King of nothing."
Okoye held her smile, Aiyana was brave speaking to him in such a manner, but perhaps with her words, he may do the right thing.
Inhaling her scent, Hibiscus, Erik could feel her heart beating against his fingers, the newly awakened predator in him relished the challenge. Letting her go, "Follow me." He said, his eyes never leaving her icy blue ones.
Aiyana blinked rapidly but soon nodded. Frowning when the man turned on her heels and headed out. It was a bit of a struggle to keep up with him, unable to stop herself from thinking out loud, "Is this how you always move or is this because of the herb?" she huffed out.
Stopping midstride, Erik turned to her chuckling a bit as she bumped into him, "I always move with purpose, why don't you?"
Tucking some of the loose hair behind her ear, Aiyana shrugged, "I do, but you're like 10 inches taller than me, I have short legs."
Chuckling, "Right." Placing his hand on her back, he moved them through the palace, looking over his shoulder, seeing the Dora Milaje not far behind. Finding the library, he pushed the doors open, and shoved her in, turning around to shut the door in their faces, "We'll be fine, alone." Slamming it shut.
Okoye felt fear for the first time, there was nothing she could do to stop him from killing Aiyana. Glancing over to Ayo, "Stand here, I need to find my husband." Furious that he was so complacent with this man on the throne.
Aiyana stared at him, his back to her, she couldn't help but take in all the scars that adorned his body. Biting her cheek, she knew that he was volatile, his reaction to Nia was proof of that, so her best course of action was play along as the dutiful subject and perhaps that would give her a little more time.
"Each one is a mark for everyone that I've killed." He said, his back still to her. Slowly turning around, he leaned against the door, seeing something in her eyes, it wasn't pity or disgust, but curiosity.
Tilting her head, Aiyana could see that he was in many ways lonely, he had no one in the world, that was something she could work with. Her goal was to stay alive long enough for M'Baku to make his way to the city, and for this man needed to be stopped before he did unrepairable damage to the world.
Exhaling slowly, Aiyana locked eyes with him, "Like a trophy?"
Stepping into her space, Erik watched her eyes go wide but just as quickly relaxed, "Something like that." Looking down at her, "Are you upset that your mother and sister ran and left you here with me?"
Aiyana knew in that moment he wanted her anger, and if she had to guess it was because he felt abandoned by Wakanda, and she was brought here. He needed to make sense of the why, so for now she would play the abandoned child.
"A little, yes." Thinking about her Baba and T'Challa, she could feel a tear threatening to fall, "I thought she loved me, but I guess not enough." Looking around the room, "This is my sanctuary, it is where I spent most of my childhood, I guess it is fitting to die here." She said, hoping to see where his head was at.
Gripping her hair, tilting her head back, "How is it you, a white bitch, became a fucking princess?" he growled out.
Aiyana could see that it bothered him, that she was brought here, and he was left behind. "Guilt, I presume. King T'Chaka killed my parents, their plane was crossing into Wakandan airspace, he brought it down, I was the only survivor. I was 9 months old." Feeling him grip her hair tighter, she never took her eyes off him.
"When did he kill your father?" she asked him.
Hissing, tempted to snap her neck, but it was her question that kept his hand steady. "Summer of 1992." Just thinking about him hurt, "Why?" trying to focus on the woman that was in his arms, the one that stole his life. His other hand coming up to her throat, waiting for the perfect time to snap her fucking neck.
Doing what she could to remain calm, staring into his eyes, Aiyana did what she could to look at him with understanding not with anger or hate. Placing her hand on the one that was practically choking her, blinking away a tear, "It makes sense now," inhaling slowly, "I thought it was guilt from ending their life, but it was guilt for abandoning you. I was his second chance." Wiping away a tear that she allowed to fall, "I'm sorry that me being here is an insult to your father's memory."
Erik stared into her eyes, all he could see was the truth, her understanding, and her sympathy. Dropping his hands, he took a step back, seeing the confusion in her eyes. "What is your name?"
Giving him a small smile, "My birthname was Avery." Letting her eyes fall towards the window, sighing as the lights of the city were starting to come on, naturally turning to look at them. Aiyana could feel him stepping right behind her, it took all her self-control not to flinch with how close he was to her. "It is strange, I think, you and I are so different, but similar in many ways."
"How's that princess?" His eyes never leaving her shoulders, frowning a bit as she flinched at that name. "Do you not like your title?"
Shaking her head, "No, not at all." Without taking her eyes off the city, "Obviously, I stand out here, adding a royal title, just made me stand out more. I am grateful for T'Chaka saving my life, but he should have brought me to an orphanage in America or Europe, I didn't belong here."
Moving to stand next to her, Erik looked down, in all his life he had never seen anyone just so honest, it was a bit disorienting. "Why didn't you leave?" Curious to why she stayed if she wasn't happy.
Huffing, "I wasn't allowed to. The King nor his wife ever claimed me to the world, so they couldn't just let me go out there." Turning her eyes towards him, uneasy with how he was watching her, "They were afraid of what I would do or say, they didn't trust me."
Blinking away a tear, "It is why I know so much of Wakanda, I had no real friends, my siblings cared for me, but I believe it was out of respect for Baba. The Elders look down on me, they believe T'Chaka made a huge mistake bringing me here, so the books were the only place I could just be left alone and just be out of the way." Aiyana cleared her throat, hating that she was even saying such things, but it was what he wanted to hear.
Erik could see that it hurt her, being an outsider, but it begged the question, "Why didn't you run away?"
Aiyana rolled her eyes, "Some of us, do not have elite military training, and the Border Tribe would not just allow me to pass." Perhaps he would let her go, "What about you, my King, would you allow me to leave? Let me see the world?"
He couldn't help but laugh at her assumption of his military skills, "Elite Military training?" he coughed out.
Shrugging, "What else would you call it? Your file is scary, but impressive." Turning her eyes towards the city, "I was taught very basic self-defense, so I mean if you were just an average person, your shins would suffer, but alas, you're not."
Letting his eyes look out over the city, laughing, "My shins? I guess I shouldn't anger you." Erik didn't know what he wanted to do with her, but she wasn't leaving, "As for your request, no, you are to stay by my side." Smirking as she tensed, "Don't look so surprised, you're well versed in the country, and you speak the truth, I can respect that."
Aiyana kept herself from breathing out in relief, at least for now, he wasn't going to disembowel her, "I don't recommend that, the Elders will lose their fucking minds if you keep me around. If I ventured a guess, some would prefer if you took my life."
Erik turned her towards him, "Why do they hate you so, break one of their boy's hearts?" Annoyed at the thought of that.
Glaring up at him, "The opposite in fact," huffing, "Don't you get it, you at least have some Wakandan blood in your veins, I have 0, so, to them, I am not worthy of much, they even forbade their Tribe members from pursuing me for marriage." Glancing down at the floor, "You need to find someone else that they can respect."
Staring down at her, Erik could see the embarrassment rolling off her, while she lived here, she was utterly alone. "I am the fucking King now. My word is law." His anger pouring out of his voice.
Before she could say another word, a loud knock on the door caused her to jump a bit, and out of the corner of her eye, she could see him glare at the door. "You may need to answer that, it could be important."
Taking a small step away, Erik growled, "ENTER!"
M'Kathu walked in, his eyes lowering to the King, "I'm sorry to disturb you, but we have matters to discuss about, her." Letting his eyes fall to the former princess.
Aiyana nodded, "I will take my leave." She said, wanting to get out of this room, and far away from him.
Erik snatched her by the back of her neck, being mindful not to hurt her, "No, you will stay." Growling at the man, "What about her?"
Staring into the man's eyes, he could see anger, "She was given to the Jabari to broker a bridge, her intended husband, M'Baku, is the Chief." Smirking as he watched the new King shake with rage, at least he saw the potential danger of such a union. "She is nothing more than an outsider, allowing her to have power in the wild tribe, could be dangerous, especially now that her brother is dead." Hoping to play on the fear of rebellion.
Turning his eyes from the man, he pulled her close to him, "You were sold off?"
Not able to move her neck, Aiyana knew that this was either going to kill her or save her. "Yes. My Brother agreed to it after he defeated M'Baku at Warrior falls. Since the other Tribes did not wanting me weaking their bloodlines with mine, I'm guessing it was a ploy to weaken the Jabari's."
Cringing a bit, regardless of what happened next, Aiyana knew that she was going to drive a fucking dagger through M'Kathu's heart.
M'Kathu stepped closer, "You are a lot smarter than I ever gave you credit for." He said to her, "But your brother did not think of the consequences. The only man you are worthy of marrying is a goat herder."
Erik watched as the man stepped towards her, dropping his hand from the back of her neck, he moved quickly snapping his. With a loud thud, Erik dropped the man like a sack of potatoes, gasps filled the room, some from the Dora Milaje but the loudest was from her.
Ayo stared at the lifeless body of the Elder, "What have you done?" she gasped. Her eyes turned to find him watching Aiyana.
Staring at the body, Aiyana covered her mouth, doing what she could to keep from throwing up. Stepping back, she found him slowly making his way towards her, "Why would you do that? He was the Elder of the Border Tribe; they are your first defense against attack." Trying to wrap her head around what just happened.
Smirking as she kept moving away from him, slow, never running, it was enticing to chase her. It wasn't until her back hit the glass; did she realized that she had nowhere to go. Caging her with his arms, enjoying how big her eyes got. "Are you scared, princess?"
Aiyana stared at him, doing what she could to keep her body from shaking, "I want to say no, but that's a lie." Slowly exhaling, "Can you make it quick, like that?" she asked, her eyes pointing to the body.
Lifting his thumb to her lips, caressing them gently, "I'm not going to kill you." Leaning down, he inhaled her scent, hibiscus and a tinge of fear. As his nose trailed her neck, he let his tongue dart out and taste her skin, moaning a bit at her flavor.
Clenching her fists to her sides, Aiyana had to resist screaming, him being so close to her, made her skin crawl. "You can't have a concubine until your wife is with your first child," she blurted out, "It is an ancient law to keep the line of succession pure."
Erik froze as the words left her mouth, scraping his teeth against her neck, he let his nose trace her jaw, it was so tempting, she was tempting. Stepping back, he found her eyes staring up into his, using his knuckles to touch her face, "Goodnight princess, I will see you bright and early tomorrow." Smirking at her obvious discomfort.
Aiyana watched as he left, wrapping her arms around her body, she sank to the ground, fear coursed through her body. Shaking, Aiyana brought her knees to her chin, praying that her mother and sister were almost to the mountain, and that they would send M'Baku, because she'd kill herself before she let that man inside of her.
