Gilded Prison Ch. 10

ANCESTRIAL PLANE

N'Jobu found his son staring into the portal to the mortal realm, he was here every day, always hoping to catch a glimpse of her, but each day he was disappointed. Shaking his head, he made his way over to him, lightly placing his hand on his shoulder. Desperate to distract him from his obsession, for it was not healthy.

"My son, you need to let her go, she was never yours." Hoping that his words would reach his son, for he did not want him to spend her lifetime hoping to see a future that was no longer possible.

Erik stared into the portal, he didn't even know how much time has passed, it could have been a day or a century. Hearing his pop speak just broke his heart even more, "She could have been, if you would have brought me home, instead you chose to betray your country and me." he said, shaking his hand off his shoulder.

"N'Jadka, please, I was trying to help the less fortunate." Sighing, "If you were raised in Wakanda, you never would have met her, my brother would have still shot down that plane, but he would not have brought her to be raised." Desperate for his son to understand that their paths were never destined to cross, but even if they did it was for only a moment.

Turning on his heels, Erik openly glared at him, "You don't know that." His voice trembling with rage. Rubbing his hand over his beard, there was nothing that could be done, even if he wanted to hit him, in this place it wasn't possible, they were just spirits.

"Son, even if, and I mean if she was still brought to the palace, you would have been raised as cousins, the chances of you or her falling in love would have been astronomical." Reaching out again, "Son, what spell did she have you under?"

Pushing his arm off, Erik just stared, he could feel his jaw ticking, "I would choose your words carefully, when you speak about her." Stepping into the man's space, "There were a thousand ways for you to help the less fortunate," cringing at his words, knowing that because of his anger and vengeance he to ruined his chances for her, "it was because of your words, the way you taught me to think did I bring war to my people, instead, I could have just come home, and perhaps she would have been mine." Stepping back, "Now I'm here, dead, and she is with another."

N'Jobu watched as his son stormed off, hanging his head, he knew that he wasn't wrong, a million different paths that he didn't take because of fear. Now his son was tortured in this place, conscious enough to think but not able to do anything about it. Feeling a presence, he turned to find T'Chaka standing next to him, "We both failed him, greatly, my talk about liberating the people, you for not bringing him to Wakanda."

T'Chaka watched as his nephew disappeared into the mist, sighing at how the young man was struggling. Turning his head ever so slightly, he could see the sadness in his brother's eyes, it reflected his own. "It is my biggest regret, I should have found him, brought him home, more so that I should have tried to talk to you when I first suspected your involvement with Klaue."

Staring at his eldest brother, "We both have disappointed our parents," giving him a small smile, "I just wish there was something I could do to ease his pain."

Placing his hand on his shoulder, T'Chaka wished he could ease his heart, but unfortunately that was not something he could do. "Time is the only thing that will ease his broken heart." Turning his eyes towards the mist, "However, if I did bring him to Wakanda, I would have still brought Aiyana," he said, smiling a bit when he felt his brother stare at him, "perhaps love could have bloomed there, or N'Jadka would have been her friend."

N'Jobu blinked rapidly, "And if they did love each other?"

Sighing, "As much as I say she was my daughter, biologically she was not, so I wouldn't have had a problem with it, at least after I wrapped my head around it." However, he was sure T'Challa would have lost his mind, he really did love her like a sister.

"Another path that we both did not take, and our children suffer." Turning around, he headed back to his resting place, hoping that over time, N'Jadka would find his peace for if not, he was in for a long eternity.

Erik found all the panthers of the past sitting in the tree, in the beginning he hated the sight of them, but that was just his anger at losing his fight. Now, they brought him some peace, for they were there too, stuck in this place, and when it was time, to advise the next Black Panther.

"You look so angry, young one." A deep voice said.

Rolling his eyes, Erik was more than angry, he was sad. Slowly turning, he found a man dressed in a literal panther suit. "I am, I could have had a real life, but instead my father's hate brought me to hate, his death only fueled that hate, and when I finally made it to Wakanda, instead of just being a King, I almost brought my father's war to the world."

Bashenga looked down at the young man, he could see his strength, it was no wonder he beat T'Challa in the battle of Warrior Falls. "It is a heavy thing, believing in someone else's war, as children, we always tend to want to please our parents, yes?"

"Yea." Glaring at the man, "Who are you?" he asked him.

Taking a seat on a boulder that overlooked the river, Bashenga indicated for him to sit, smirking a bit when he saw his apprehension, but pleased when he did finally take a seat. "My name is Bashenga, I am the first Black Panther, I have been here for close to a millennium."

Inhaling deeply, Erik stared at the man, "So you're like my great-great-great-great grandpa?"

Nodding, "Something like that yes, after I united 4 of the 5 Tribes, the people wanted me to be not only their King, but protector." Rubbing his face, "So, I took up the mantle, and from that point anyone from my bloodline has ruled or became the Black Panther."

Erik just nodded, "Well, good for you." Turning his eyes towards the tree, his eyes finding the black cats resting in the tree, watching them. "My future that I could have had, has been taken from me, some of it by my own ego, some of it because I was doing what I thought my father would have wanted."

Bashenga could understand his frustration, on a different path, the young Aiyana and N'Jadka would have been a strong couple. However, that path was closed, while she wasn't born of Wakanda, her destiny was now intertwined with the Jabari leader, M'Baku. "I wish I could put you on that path again, young warrior, but her fate is to be with M'Baku."

Frowning a bit when he watched the young man's shoulders fall, "I can however send back your soul, not to be with her, but reincarnation, to be reborn into another family."

Snapping his eyes up, "Why would you be willing to do that?" Erik couldn't help but look at the man with suspicion.

Shrugging his shoulders, "I guess it's because you didn't have much of a chance, and I feel that you could have been a great person." Bashenga made sure he was looking directly at him, "You will not remember your life, you will not remember Aiyana, it will be a clean slate all around."

Erik couldn't help but stare at the man, "Sounds too good to be true, will I get a real life, loving parents?" Figuring if he was going to get a new chance at a new life, there was no way he was going to agree to this without some assurances.

Laughing a bit, Bashenga could appreciate the man's caution, "You are wise to be suspicious young man." Turning his eyes towards the panthers in the tree, smiling at each one of his descendants, "I can't guarantee everything, but I can say that you will be loved, both parents will be there emotionally, but as always the person you turn out to will be on you."

Inhaling deeply, Erik mentally weighed the pros and cons of it all, but he always thought he didn't have a chance because of his childhood, this was his chance to prove it to himself. "Do it."

Standing up, Bashenga placed his hand on the young man's shoulder, "I am proud of you, my son." Placing a kiss on his forehead, "Find peace." Stepping back, he watched as the air around the young man started to crackle, smirking as he watched Erik close his eyes and vanish before his eyes.

Turning his eyes towards his ancestors, "Thank you, each one of you gave that man a second chance. Perhaps now, in this new life he'll find his peace." Bashenga closed his eyes as the sound of their roars echoed through the spirit world, sounding to all that resided here that the young prince would soon rejoin the land of the living.

N'Jobu heard the panthers roaring over the land, turning his eyes out the window smiling, while he would miss his son, perhaps this was the chance he needed to have a complete life. Wiping away a tear that fell down his face, "May you finally be given a life that I failed to provide." He said to the empty room.

WAKANDA- GORILLA CITY -TIME JUMP 3 MONTHS

M'Baku watched as his wife wiped the sweat off her face, even practically covered in mud she was stunning. Taking off his cloak, he handed it to Ato, smiling as the boy stood proudly, "Does your mother know that you're here?" he asked the boy.

Nodding, "Yes, she said to not annoy you so much or get in your way." He said to him, frowning that she still thought of him as a little boy.

Tilting his head back, M'Baku couldn't help but laugh, "Ato, she is your mother, it is her job to worry about you." Kneeling, locking eyes on him, "But do not worry, you are a brave young man, and one day you will make a great warrior."

Ato couldn't help but puff out his chest, his eyes going wide, "Really? You think so?"

Placing his big hand on his shoulder, "That I do." Giving him a smile, "Only the bravest and strongest of warriors would have been able to bring T'Challa from the river up to our city, he owes you his life." Hearing his wife laugh, his eyes found Zaba trying to help her lift the log to start the new hut that was on the opposite side of the lake that they normally fished.

Turning his head back to the boy, "You saved her brother," his eyes softening at the memory of the young boy covered in snow and sweat pulling T'Challa behind him. "And that my young warrior is something that I will never forget." Moving to stand, M'Baku rubbed his head, "Now, I need to help them lift the logs for the cabin, keep an eye out for danger."

Ato couldn't help but smile as the Chief made his way towards his wife, sister and the few others that were helping build it. Taking a seat on one of the beached canoes, Ato crossed his legs, while he wanted to go help, he knew that would upset his Chief. So, for now, he was going to sit, watch, and learn. For how could he become a great warrior if he didn't learn from the best of their tribe?

Aiyana fell straight into the mud, just barely holding up the log, "Damn it." She muttered, wishing that she was a little stronger.

Looking over at Zaba frowning at her face, "You know, you can go sit down." Giving her a stern look.

Moving to get under it, Zaba felt that she had firmly on her shoulders, "You know I'm not going to let you do this alone." She grunted, doing her best to keep her feet firmly planted.

Grabbing the log and tossing it over his shoulder, M'Baku chuckled as his wife gasped at him. "You are never alone my love." Carrying it over towards and placing in its spot to be nailed in. Looking over his shoulder, smirking as Aiyana carefully stood and her ice blue eyes stared at him. Winking, turned his attention back to the build, lifting another log up, grateful that all that was left to do was the roof.

Watching him lift the second log, Aiyana couldn't help but groan out in frustration, "It's not fair, really, we struggle to put just one of those damn things in place, and he just comes along lifting it like it weighs nothing." Taking her sleeve, she carefully wiped the mud that was caking her face.

Zaba couldn't help but laugh, using her shirt she wiped the mud off her nose, sighing. "Since he was barely 10, he was large, strong, and always able to do things like that." Smirking at her face, "Don't worry, your children will probably be just as formidable."

Snorting, Aiyana couldn't help but chuckle, "That's what scares me, you and every other woman of the Jabari are 5'7 and up, I'm barely 5'3, I don't know how I'll bring one of his children into the world." Tilting her head, enjoying watching him lift the King Post that will hold the roof.

Placing her hand on her stomach, "Do not worry, Hanuman will make sure to give you the strength to carry them to birth." Zaba could feel her stomach turn, taking a seat next to her sister, "After this, I think I need some tea." Hoping whatever was making her feel so queasy would pass.

Scooting a little closer to her, Aiyana wrapped her arms around her, leaning over ever so slightly, "I think my friend, you need to find out if you're pregnant." Smirking at her gasp.

Zaba looked down at her, "You think so?" She and Olu have been trying for the last few months with no success, usually after the woman stop drinking the Rue tea, it was in that first month.

Gripping her hands, Aiyana pulled her up, "I do." Seeing her husband watch them, giving him a small wave, "Now, let's go." Pulling her towards the path that led them towards Gorilla City.

Olu watched as his wife was practically pulled up the mountain, he found his Chief following his own wife until they turned the corner. "How's married life, my friend?"

M'Baku didn't even bother turning his head from his wife until she was well out of his sight, looking down at his friend, rolling his eyes, it seems as though his friend wanted to gossip. "I am happy. She makes me happy."

Pushing his shoulder, "That is good to hear." Sighing, "And when can we expect children?" he asked, figuring that as the Chief he'd want to secure his line as quickly as possible.

Raising an eyebrow, "When she tells me she wants to be with child." It had been three months since they married, he figured in a few days he would speak to her about that, but for now he was just enjoying being with her. Looking down, "What about you? Where are my nephews and nieces?" Zaba and Olu have been married for well over a year now, it was a little strange for them not to have had one pregnancy by now.

Sighing, Olu hit the nail until the board was secured, "She stopped drinking the tea months ago," hitting it again, "I keep telling her we are fine, but I'm scared, what if there is something wrong with one of us or both of us?" Worried that he was failing Zaba as her husband.

M'Baku put down his hammer, he could see the distress all over his friend's face, placing his hand on his shoulder. "Before you go crazy with every worst-case scenario, give yourself another couple of months, if still nothing, then I will do what I can to help you figure it out." Not sure what he could do, but he would try to find something.

Olu patted his hand that was on his shoulder, "Thank you my friend." Clearing his throat, while he wasn't shy about expressing himself to his friend, he didn't want to cry in front of his Chief.

Getting back to work, M'Baku couldn't help but feel for the man, it was very heartbreaking when a couple that loved each other could not have children together. It wasn't customary for the Jabari to try to go against nature, but perhaps in this case he could see if the technology from the city would at least give them an explanation of why it was difficult.

Placing the last of the roof boards in place, M'Baku couldn't help but wonder, what if when she was ready to stop drinking her tea, they would have trouble bringing life into this world. While he prayed to Hanuman to spare him any of those complications, he knew that if they did struggle, it would not matter, she was his regardless of if she could bring a child into this world.

Aiyana stared out the window, her eyes watching the lights of the city in the distance, sad in knowing that in little under a week she would be heading back to her brother's wedding. Shaking her head, Nikia, as much as she loved her brother, she didn't want to be Queen. It was upsetting to her, honestly, she could have put forth so much change that she wanted to see in her country, but instead she told him no, and left to go out into the world again.

"My beloved, are you alright?"

Smiling at the sound of his voice, Aiyana turned her eyes from the window pleased to find him standing in their bedroom in nothing more than a towel. "I'm fine, just thinking about T'Challa, he's marrying soon, just not to the person he loved."

Moving to stand, she gasped as he took several steps towards her, his hand wrapping around her throat, biting her lip as he pulled her closer to his body. Feeling her eyes going wide, she stared into his, it was a look she was learning well, pure domination. Clenching her thighs together as she felt her pussy starting to the throb at the thought of it.

M'Baku could feel her heart rate pick up as his hand held her by the throat, it was a heavy thing, to have her complete trust. Pulling her closer, using his other hand to move some of her damp hair out of her face, chuckling a bit as he heard her inhale. "Are you nervous my beloved?" he asked her, using this thumb to rub her bottom lip.

Aiyana couldn't help but shiver a bit, his voice was deeper if that were possible. Lightly touching his hand that was around her neck, smiling as she felt him squeeze a bit harder. "No, I have no reason to be nervous, I trust you." She breathed out in a rush.

Swiftly moving his hand, using both to grip her shoulders lifting her up and pushing her into the tempered glass that looked down at the valley. Slamming his lips down on hers, desperate to feel her, taste her, drive himself deep into her body.

Groaning as she felt his hands roaming over her body, Aiyana wrapped her arms around his neck, her legs around his waist and held on for dear life. Feeling his hands at the top of her dress, hissing as she heard the fabric ripping and his hands cupping her bare breast. Arching herself at the contact of his hot calloused hands massaged her nipples.

"Fuck." She breathed out against his lips. Feeling the cool air on her skin, her nipples pebbled, and goosebumps littered her flesh. He wasn't being gentle or delicate, it was as though he was a man possessed and all it did was make her wetter. "M'Baku, please." Gasping as she felt his lips on her neck, his fingers pinching her nipples. "Oh God."

Tilting her head back, her head hit the window a lot harder than she wanted, but she was so caught up in the sensations that he was invoking in her.

M'Baku gently bit into her flesh where her shoulder and neck met, his cock grinding into her core, pleased to feel that even through her panties he could feel her desires. "I need to be inside you." He whispered against her flesh, rolling his hips harder into her, smiling he felt her fingers digging into his flesh.

Gripping the top of her panties, M'Baku ripped them from her body, taking a hold of her hips with his hands, now the only thing that was preventing him to be inside of her body was his fucking towel. "This will hurt, but only for a moment." His tongue licking her lips.

Aiyana could only hold onto his body, never in their time together had he stripped her so possessively, but fuck if it didn't feel good. "Don't care, need you." She said, arching her body as best she could.

Needing to be inside of her body, M'Baku dropped the towel that was around his waist, the tip of his cock already touching her pussy, moaning as he felt her desires on his flesh. Slamming his lips down on hers, he swiftly filled her, smiling as he swallowed her screams. For a brief moment he was worried that he hurt her, but he could feel the wetness slowly dripping down his cock.

"Fuck." He grunted. A savage need to claim her consumed him, increasing with every thrust into her body, but more importantly he needed to feel her cum all over his cock. Wrapping one hand around her hair, the other tightly gripping her hips he couldn't help but fuck hard against the window, her pussy was dripping wet, and all he could do was slide in and out of her body.

"My love, cum for me." Grunting into her ear.

Aiyana could feel her body aching, in the morning this would be a little painful, now the moment was too intense to really give a fuck. Licking the side of his neck, she rolled her hips as best could, but the way he had her pinned against the cold window, her movement was limited. Digging her nails into his skin, gasping as he thrusted harder into her, "Please, so close."

The sound of the window creaking should have scared her, but it only intensified the feeling, she did wonder briefly, if he fucked her any harder would he drive them both through the window. Wrapping her legs tighter around his waist, her head falling back against the window for the second time. His words telling her cum send her body into overdrive, feeling her body starting to shake, "M'Baku. My love, so close." Closing her eyes as her the force of her orgasm rolled through her, arching further into his chest needing to feel his skin on hers.

M'Baku held her legs apart, her pussy squeezing him, hissing as the velvety texture of her walls, it was the way her body squeezed him that always drove him insane. Gripping her hips tighter, knowing that she was going to have bruises when she woke up, moaning as he felt the ropes of cum coating the insides of her body. Burying his face into her neck, licking the sweat that was there off. "I love you." He breathed out.

Pulling his head up, Aiyana looked into his eyes, smiling as she saw his eyes soften, "I love you too." Placing a small kiss on his lips, laughing as he pinched her ass.

M'Baku massaged her ass as he walked them back to the bed, laying her down, he propped his elbow up so that he could look at her. Using his knuckles to caress her cheek, his lips finding hers, enjoying how her natural honey flavor was sweetened after she came. Pulling back just slightly, he let his head come to rest on hers, curiosity getting the better of him.

Tucking some of her sweat covered hair behind her ears, M'Baku pulled her closer to his chest, "My love, have you given any more thought to when you want to stop drinking the tea?" Hoping that he didn't sound like a petulant child.

Aiyana lifted her hand to his face, inhaling a bit as he bit into her wrist, it was strange how he could be so strong in one moment but playful in the next. "You know, that was something I was thinking about myself, but I was waiting for the right moment."

"Oh, you were?" His nose skimming her neck, "And have you found that moment?" his fingers threading through her hair, tilting it back until he could see her eyes, enjoying how they lit up almost like they were glowing.

Scraping her nails up his arm, smirking a bit as his fingers tightened in her hair, "I have." Leaning forward placing a small kiss on his lips, "Your sister has been struggling to get pregnant, we've talked about it a few times before." Seeing his concern, "Do not worry, that particular problem has been resolved."

M'Baku couldn't help but smile a bit, "Does Olu know?" Knowing that would be a great relief to his friend.

Shrugging a bit, "Not at the time I found out, but she could have told him by now." Laying her head on his biceps, enjoying how his fingers lightly traced up her spine. "I've wanted to stop drinking the tea for a little while, but I knew that Zaba was starting to get a little depressed. Before the T'Challa's wedding I was going to take her to Shuri's lab and run some tests."

Smiling down at his wife laying his head down next to hers, "You didn't want to get pregnant before her?" He asked her.

Aiyana scooted a little closer to him, "No, I wanted to wait at least until her lab work came back." Looking up into his eyes, "Now that she is probably a few weeks into her pregnancy, so I didn't drink any tea today and I won't, unless you are not ready for a child." She said, hoping that he was.

Rolling her until she was on top of him, his hands gripping her waist lifting her up until she slowly slid down his cock. Groaning as he watched his dick disappear into her body, the way her pussy stretched around him was almost enough to make him cum, but he needed to feel her first.

Gripping his forearms, Aiyana gasped as her body stretched around him, even gently he always pushed her to the limit. Tilting her head back, as she lifted herself up, rolling her hips as she let gravity bring her down. "Oh God."

Thrusting upwards, M'Baku quickly sat up, his arms wrapping around her back, "Not God, just your husband." He groaned out, his tongue pulling in her nipple, biting it as he thrusted harder into her body.

Her fingers finding their way into his hair, her nails digging gently scratching his scalp, Aiyana held him on her breast. "So close. M'Baku, please, let me cum." Not caring that she was begging him, she was desperate to find her release.

Sliding his hands up towards the back of her neck, M'Baku gripped her and flipped them until she was underneath him. "Scream for me my love." He growled into her ear. Slamming his hips into hers, relishing the sounds of their flesh crashing together.

Aiyana cried out as his thighs pushed her legs further apart, his cock stretching her to her limits. "Fuck." Tightening her legs around his waist, her nails digging into his shoulders, tilting her neck as she felt his tongue licking the side of her neck. Feeling her body starting to coil, Aiyana arched into him, her mouth finding his, the moment she tasted the pine that was all she needed to fall over the edge.

M'Baku held her body into his, moaning as he felt her pussy starting to flutter, stroking his tongue with hers. Feeling his balls starting to tighten, his strokes got shorter but stronger, all he could think of was filling her womb with their first child. Leaning his head on hers, "Take every ounce of me, my love."

Shaking above her, M'Baku could feel his balls emptying deep into her body, taking a hold of her thigh, he pushed himself a bit deeper, moaning as he felt her velvety walls squeezing every inch of him. Unable to support himself any longer, M'Baku collapsed on top of her, enjoying how her breasts pushed against his chest. Using the last bit of energy he had, he rolled them until she was laying across his chest, his arms keeping her body attached to his, and his cock still deep inside of her.

"No more tea, my beloved." He breathed out.

Shivering as his fingers slowly danced over her skin, Aiyana could barely keep her eyes open. Turning her head, she placed a kiss over his heart, "That is one of the best things I've heard all night." Laughing a bit as she felt his hand swatting her ass.

Closing his eyes, M'Baku couldn't help but smile, "That is the second-best thing I've heard." Reaching down, he pulled the blankets over their body.

Yawning a bit, "And what was the first?" she asked as she snuggled deeper into his chest.

M'Baku wrapped his arms around her body, "When you agreed to marry me." Letting his body shut down, he could only send his thanks to Hanuman for blessing his life.

Aiyana couldn't help but smile at his words, closing her eyes, she let her body slip into sleep. One of her last thoughts before the darkness pulled her under was their future together, and how Olu took the news of his pending fatherhood.

Olu watched as Zaba paced back and forth, he could see that she was a little nervous, moving their blankets so that she could lay in bed with him. Patting the spot next to him, "Zaba, my angel, please, you're making me dizzy. What is wrong?"

Exhaling, she didn't know why she was nervous, this was something that they had been trying to do for months. Wiping her face, she made her way over towards their bed, flopping down next to him, Zaba wrapped her arms around his waist. Snuggling into his chest, "Love of my life, we are finally with child."

He could feel his heart pounding wildly in his chest, turning her head towards his, smiling as he saw the sparkle in her eyes. "This is certain?" he asked her. Almost too scared to believe that it was finally happening for them.

Taking his hand, Zaba placed it on her stomach, "Yes, I am. Ibo confirmed it." Looking up into his eyes, "We will have a girl, I can feel it in my bones."

Olu kissed her forehead, "I do not care if we have a boy or girl, I just want our baby to be healthy." Closing his eyes, spreading his hand across her stomach, "Tell me, do you know how far along you are, my love?"

"Unfortunately, I do not. With how often we have been together, I honestly lost track of my cycle." Sighing a bit, "Aiyana said that when we go to the King's wedding, we can check the size in the lab, then we will have an idea of when our beautiful baby will be born." Excitement filled her voice, while it wasn't the Jabari way, after all the difficulty she was burdened with the desire to know.

Chuckling a bit as she yawned, "Well, then, I guess that gives me something to look forward to, other than a fancy wedding." Closing his eyes, Olu tossed his leg over hers, "Rest my love, for you are growing our future."

Zaba placed her hand on his, unable to keep her eyes open, she let herself be pulled to sleep, her dreams were filled with images of their child.

Bashenga couldn't keep the smile off his face, turning his eyes towards the panthers, "His soul is now anchored to the mortal world. The Jabari will be the best place for him to grow into the man he should have been."

Roars filled the night air, their approval sounding through the spirit world.

T'Chaka could not help but smile, "How are you feeling, brother?" he asked, placing his hand on his shoulder.

N'Jobu sighed, "I will miss the opportunity to get to know him, but this is better, he deserves this chance." Making his way over to the portal, smiling as he watched the parents hold each other, it was clear even from the ancestral plane that there was great love between them. "Good luck, my N'Jadka."
