Poser: I thought it would be interesting if all the children of the past generation X-Men were now part of a team that aims to take down the bad members of the QC.

Defender: Yes, but I would say that Peter talked more about battles in order to teach them the value of strategy and intelligence in fights. Let's face it, Spider-Man has always been someone great at creating plans for survival. Like, he may not even be Batman but he manages to come up with an impromptu plan to defeat opponents he is unable to defeat. That's one of the reasons I like him, Spidey is someone more human in all aspects, even in strategy. I would say that the past villains that would appear would be the ones that had the biggest impact on Peter's life.

Fear of Worthy: I would try to do something involving more powerful versions of villains with a longer history of fighting heroes and even entire teams of heroes. Like those main villains of each anime saga or the most difficult and memorable bosses in a video game. You know, in order to make Ben evolve through the experience of having already fought them.

Shadow: I think they could enlist the help of past generation X-Men who share the same ideals as they do and who see that there are threats that must be stopped. Not to mention that Ben will prove to be a key element in defeating these enemies as he is the mutant with the most potential.

NashSlash: I liked that strategy. Let's agree that Spider-Charm is something that has saved Pete many times. Like, he literally survived two Phoenix hosts when he used his charm. So yeah, I think Ben would use a strategy like that.

MAB86: I've always liked it when works of fiction created twins with different personalities. I always loved that irony about duality. It's kind of annoying that this isn't seen in comics very often. Like, we see the situation involving clones but it's not the same thing and it's much more confusing (Cough* Clone Saga Tosse*).

Sergio Kirelli: To be honest, I really don't think Vulcan is going to agree with Ben. Examining the type of character he is and how unstable he is, I think his partnership with Ben would be, at best, temporary.

UNLIMITED OMNI-SPIDER

After spending some time patrolling the city and chatting, Ben and Casey were now web-swinging as fast as they could.

Casey: Dude, I know you want to get there. But calm down, Frankie won't leave Earth for another three months.

Ben: Maybe not, but I'll soon find out what he has to say about my powers. He's the only one who has power like mine and he's more experienced. If I can't ask him for help then I don't know who to ask.

Casey: Oh, okay makes sense- He says and then Ben turns his head while still in the air.

Ben: I just hope he's…-He was saying, but then a drone hit him in the face. However, strangely, the drone bounced and went backwards.

Casey: The Drone…bounced?

Ben: Wait a minute- He says and then they both land on a roof.- Did you see what I saw?

Casey: Watching you get hit by a drone but the drone not even touching you? Yes, I saw. And that was really weird. Did your Spider-Sense not warn you of anything?

Ben: No, that's the weird part. I feel like the drone wouldn't even hurt me and I think I acted alone. Or rather, my spider-sense reacted for me.

This ended up giving Casey an idea, maybe Ben was constantly evolving and his spider-sense having done something like that proved his theory.

Well, to prove a theory you need to do a test.

Casey looks around the roof they are on and he notices that they are in a building in a residential area and he can see objects like bricks and wooden boards on the roofs, probably there was some renovation going on or something.

Casey: Wait here, I have an idea.- He says and then he runs towards the other roofs and Ben is standing there not understanding what Casey planned to do.

While thinking, Ben noticed that someone was calling him and he decided to answer the call.

Ben: Hello?

Sora: Hi, how are you?

Ben: Oh, hey, Sora.

Sora: You didn't know it was me?

Ben: It's just that I hadn't saved your number yet. Wait, how did you get my number?

Sora: Dawn had May's number and mine gave me her number. She is cool. She's like you, only taller.

Ben: Nah, that's not something impressive. I'm shorter than anyone I know. Seriously, I'm 15 years old and I'm only 1.67 m tall.

Sora: I'd say I'm average in terms of height.

Ben: How tall are you, I never paid attention.

Sora: I'm 1.73 m. Does that bother you?

Ben: No, I was just curious. And that's fine with me, it's even nice to know that you still like me even though I'm the second shortest person in my family.

Sora: The second person? Who's the first?

Ben: My Uncle Logan. He's actually my godfather. He is 1.60 m. But no one says that around him otherwise he shows his claws.

Sora: Wait, Logan? Does he have a lot of hair, smoke cigars and drink beer all the time?

Ben: That one, have you met him?

Sora: He's kind of like Dawn's grandfather so more or less. I've heard of him. I like Dawn but sometimes it's hard to follow her family tree.

Dawn: You're not the first one to say that.- Ben can hear Dawn's voice on the call.

Ben: Wait, are you with Dawn?

Sora: And with Irene too. We're shopping in London. Just because I'm a trained ninja and sniper doesn't mean I can't try to do what girls my age do.

Ben: I know how it is. Uncle Logan told me that I was an experienced fighter in Krav Maga, kendo, kenjutsu, Taekwondo and capoeira. And yet I read manga and watch anime pretty much all the time.

Sora: I'm not against you otakus. But I always preferred movies. Usually 80s movies. Terminator, Die Hard, Lethal Weapon. They're all great movies. I also like Rocky. But I think my favorite movie is Rambo. I don't know why but I think he reminds me of my dad.

Ben: Are you addicted to 80's movies?

Sora: Yes, but when it comes to current movies, I prefer action movies. And you?

Ben took the phone away from his face and started to smile as he looked up at the sky.

Ben (thinking): (She's beautiful, extremely smart, very strong and trained in martial arts and still likes 80's movies. Man, I can't lose this girl.)

Sora: Ben?- She says when trying to get his attention, since he hasn't said anything for ten seconds.

Ben: Oh, sorry. Yeah, I like movies. But I think my favorites are Bruce Lee's. Generally I try to imitate what he.

Sora: I never watched it. But it looks interesting.

Ben realizes that this must be an opportunity to ask her out on a date. After all, he was already dating her, and even though they were both superheroes, they also had the right to act like teenagers for once.

Ben: Oh, tomorrow there's Dragon Fly at the cinema. It's a great Bruce Lee movie. Do you want to go watch with me?

Sora: Oh, sure. It would be good.

Ben: Really?!- He is taken aback for a moment but then corrects himself as he tries to look calm- I mean cool.

Sora: I'll send you my address later and you'll meet me there.

Ben: Cool, it's a date. But wait, you wanted to know how I was doing, didn't you? Briefly explained. My Uncle Kurt, Nightcrawler, will try to calm the QC's panic. Honestly this is a relief. I don't want those god-like idiots to think they can try to trap me and hurt my family. I was afraid that they would accuse me and come after them and then I would have to face a bunch of mutants that were manipulated by them.- Ben says and then notes that what he was can be considered scary for many people. He thought it best to apologize. - Sorry if I scared you.

Sora: It's okay. You are worried about your family. It happens to anyone. I'm just kind of worried about what QC might do. They are smart and dangerous. But I have to ask you something.

Ben: What is it?

Sora: Are you afraid of them?

Ben: No. I'm not afraid of self-centered people who don't value those they're supposed to protect. I fear losing and dying to that kind of person. But I know that will never happen. Because I always know how to pick my battles.

Sora: Hmm, you really aren't like most teenagers.

Ben: I say the same to you. But just to be clear, this is a compliment. I'll see you tomorrow then. Just one thing, I've already researched what teens do on dates but considering your date is with me then there may be unforeseen events like me having to stop a car chase, a robbery or an illegal weapons sale. Wow, here in New York there is so much crime.

He wasn't being sarcastic, he was actually surprised to note that New York really deserved to be called the "City that never sleeps".

Sora: Meh, fighting criminals is part of my routine. It's good that I have a kouhai to help me.- Kouhai means freshman in Japanese.

Ben: Seriously, am I your kouhai? Okay, so, bye, Sora-Senpai.- He was about to hang up but he felt something approaching him.

Then he turned his head and noticed that it was a brick and that same brick was repelled by some kind of force field around Ben.

Casey: Hah, I think I'm starting to get it.

Ben: You threw a brick at me?!

Casey: Oh come on, you could have taken the brick.

Ben: Yeah, but I didn't get it.

Casey: Exactly! I think I figured out what happened to you and that drone.

Little did those two know what was happening in London.

London:

Sora and her friends were now at one of those expensive clothing stores.

Sora: Hello? Ben?

Irene: What happened?

Sora: I don't know. I think Ben's brother threw a brick at Ben's head but he broke the brick or something.

Dawn: It wouldn't be the first time Casey has done something crazy like this.

Sora hangs up the call.

Sora: I wanted to know something. What should I wear on a date?

Irene: Oh my gosh are you and Ben going on a date?

Sora: Did you forget he's my boyfriend?

Irene: Honestly, no. But it's kind of weird considering the only dates you've ever had are the ones where you've fought a bunch of criminals.

Irene: Come on, I'll pick something for you.

Dawn: Yeah, sure. We have to make you pretty for Ben.- She said the last part a little unmotivated.

Sora: I have clothes.

Irene: I mean clothes that highlight your strengths. Like your eyes, your hair. Your "assets" and legs.

In New York:

Ben: Why did you throw a brick at me?!

Casey: Simple. I needed to prove my theory. You weren't prepared and the drone almost hit you. Rather than sensing that this was going to happen and dodging it, a kind of force field repelled the drone and the brick.

Ben: Are you saying that now I have a force field like yours?

Casey: No. If so, the shock wave would have been greater. My theory is that your spider-sense has evolved.

Ben: That…makes sense. I've been gaining more powers for a while now and my Spider-sense has been amplified for a while now. But I managed to use it as a kind of compass or something.

Casey: Let's recap. First, you awaken Reality Warping, your main power. Afterwards, you awakened Telepathy, Telekinesis. Next, you've awakened an "Accelerated Vision" and the Venom Power. Not to mention your ability to fly.

Ben: Dude, I have to learn to fly soon.

Casey: I agree. But I think that in addition to what I said, your spider sense also has more than one function now. The defensive function.

Ben: That's the classic function that allows us to detect danger before it hits us.

Casey: The location function.

Ben: That's how I can locate myself while I meditate.

Casey: And now the offensive function which is the one that creates a kind of counterattack. As if the attack was reflected or something by his instincts.

Ben: Wait, so does that mean nothing can hit me? That seems a bit over the top to me, doesn't it?

Casey: Yeah, we would need to test our theory. But for that we would have to try to shoot bullets at you, try to cut you using swords and we would also have to see how you react to energy blasts.

Ben: I think so. But it's a pretty cool power. And at least I won't have to dodge drones or bricks.

Casey: Your Spider-sense didn't tip you off, right? Maybe that's the key. Maybe your Spider-sense went into offensive mode because the drone or the brick couldn't hurt you and so your instincts alone kind of thought: "Nah, I'm not going to deal with this shit right now".

Ben: So I was able to repel that because actually, the things that tried to hit me weren't going to do me any real damage and so my instincts acted on their own and fought back. But considering that...

Casey: It means your durability has also increased. But are you bullet and knife proof?

Ben: I don't know, but we'll find out later. I'm not in the mood to be shot on purpose.

Casey: Okay, maybe we could enlist Trish's help. She has a full arsenal in her room." He was referring to their cousin, Beatrice, who was nicknamed Trish.

Ben: Man, this is weird. I feel stronger. It's a strangely good feeling.

Casey: It's good to be strong. There's nothing bad about it. Has your strength also increased?

Ben: Maybe. But changing the subject, did you see where the drone that tried to hit me went?

He says and Casey points to a tree and they both go there and get the drone.

Ben: Whose drone is that?

After he asked himself that question, he heard a little boy crying in the street and they both thought it best to check it out.

Ben: Hi, little guy. What happened?

Kid: My drone…is gone…

Ben: Eh, is this drone over here? It hit me. It's kind of broken but wait a minute.- He says and then he spends a few moments fixing the drone's circuits.

Kid: Thank you. You are the Omni-Spider, aren't you?

Ben: I am. And this is my brother, Dusk-Spider.

Casey: What's up?

Ben: Sorry I broke your drone. It was an accident, I swear.

Kid: Alright. At least the drone still works. But how did the drone not hurt you?

Ben: Eh…I have great reflexes…- As much as he didn't like lying, he knew it was better to hide the true nature of his powers to avoid questions.

Kid: Got it.- The kid said and then a woman in her 40s approached. She was probably his mother.

Kid's mother: Hey, what are you doing around my son?

Kid: Mom, look, he's the Omni-Spider. Spider-Man's son.

Kid's mother: I know. But you shouldn't be around the likes of them.

Casey: Excuse me, what do you mean?

Kid's mother: I don't want my son near dangerous mutants. Your father was an irresponsible and immature and dangerous man. New York was better before he came along.

Kid: But I thought Spider-Man was a hero.

Casey: He's a hero. He saved an absurd amount of lives. And he sacrificed himself for this city. Although no one deserves his help.

Ben: Dude, I think we better not cause any trouble.- He walks over to Casey and whispers- That woman has a kid and it's not going to help our image for you to argue with someone's mother.

Casey: But I…-He looks at Ben and even though they are both wearing masks, Casey noticed that her brother was giving him a serious look.

Ben: We weren't bothering your son. He lost his drone and we found it and gave it back to him. We didn't mean to hurt him, we were just talking to him. And just for the record, someone isn't evil just because they're a mutant. We just want to live normally like humans.

Kid's mother: Really? Do homo-superiors need normality when you have diplomatic immunity? My husband also believed in the X-Men and was killed by a mutant thief who made him die because of the poison he released.

Ben: ...I'm so sorry about that. I cannot guarantee that we are all good. Both humanity and mutantkind have bad people. Members of our race can cause unimaginable pain. I'm so sorry for your husband and what happened, I can't even tell you how hard that must have been. But I promise that as long as I'm alive, no mutant with evil in his heart will harm a human. I'll change that, I promise.- Ben spoke with enormous sincerity but his words weren't enough to change the woman's train of thought.

Kid's mother: Just…go, please. Anyway…thanks for making my son smile. He had never been this excited since…

Ben: No need to say any more. It was nice to meet him. Hey, little buddy, be careful. He has several little birds that aren't as resilient as I am and could end up getting hurt. But seriously, it was nice meeting you and I'm glad you look up to my dad.

Kid: It was nice meeting you two. I can ask a question? Can you fly?

Ben: Ehh, wait and see…- He says, referring to the fact that Ben can fly but doesn't know exactly how- I think you guys better go. His mother seems in a hurry. Respect her, she must love you a lot and only want the best for her.

Kid: Okay, bye.

Kid's mother: Goodbye…- She says as she and her son leave. She sighs lightly and wonders if Ben's words were really sincere.

Ben: I think I managed to change her mind a bit.

Casey: Sorry for getting mad. I don't like people who insult daddy.

Ben: It's okay. She was worried about her son.

He says and then the two of them climb onto a roof.

Casey: Wait, how did she find out we're mutants?

Ben: Oh, Dad told me that a lot of people thought he was a mutant. There are probably people who still believe that.

Casey: Great. Now we have to deal with the hatred humans have for us.

Ben: At least mutantkind has Krakoa. I just hope QC doesn't ruin everything. But why do I feel like we forgot something important?

Casey: Oh, we have to go see Franklin!

Ben: Oh, shit, I forgot about that!- They shoot a line of web and then start swinging at full speed towards the Baxter Building.

20 minutes later- Baxter Building.

Ben and Casey finally arrived at the Baxter Building. Home to the Fantastic Four, the first family of superheroes, and also HQ.

Currently, former FF members: Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm are retired from action and they left the command to the All-New Fantastic Four formed by Valéria Richards, Jo-Venn, N'Kalla and lastly but not least, Franklin Richards.

Ben and his siblings have always been welcomed there as family. They were very close with the FF members and usually even helped them with research and even maintenance of the Forever Gate.

Ben and Casey arrive through the roof since all the FF members already know who they are and they really prefer to enter places through skylights and windows because they think it's faster that way.

The two jump across the roof and enter the main lab and notice that there is no one there.

Ben: Hi! Frankie, Val!

Casey: Jo! Nicki!

They both don't find anyone but then they notice that there was someone behind them who had him by the necks. But that wasn't an attack, it was an awkward big brother hug.

Franklin: Wow, I've been off Earth for 3 months and you still haven't grown up.

Val: Well, at least you're still cute. Unlike my brother who is always trying to wash his beard to make it look better.

Jo-Venn: Haha! It's funny because he's inexplicably vain. Hello, young cadets.

Ben: Hi Commander.- This is how Ben, Casey and May are used to talking to Jo-Venn. Honestly at this point, they don't even notice how weird it is.

N'Kalla: It's good to see you again. Spending so much time away from home makes you miss even the little things.

Casey: Okay, we get it we're short.

Ben: But it's really good to see you guys again.

Franklin: Yeah, as much as I agree, I think we better start talking Ben. Guys, I'd rather talk to Ben alone.

Val: Okay. Come on, Casey, I found a giant alien octopus tentacle that won't stop moving.

Casey: Oh, that's awesome!

Everyone leaves the lab, with the exception of Ben and Franklin.

Franklin: So let's get started.

Ben explains the situation to Franklin. He talks about his new powers and the explanation that they come from his parents genetics and that this was a factor that resulted in Ben becoming an omega level mutant. But he preferred not to talk about Selene and the events of last night considering he couldn't even fully understand what happened.

Franklin: I see…this is unexpected. I have never seen anyone like...

Ben: You?

Franklin: Yes. I thought I was the only one who had that power. Well, of course there were other Reality Warpers but their powers worked differently than mine. Monarch was someone who manipulated quantum wires and Proteus was someone who had Psychic Reality Warping.

Ben: Have you met them?

Franklin: No, I checked the files. So, you are an Omega level. That's impressive. Everything you've done so far. Hearing voices from space, destroying a satellite, creating a pocket universe. Not to mention the other powers you've awakened.

Ben: Yeah, but from the stories I've heard about you from Uncle Reed and Aunt Sue, I still don't compare to even your 8-year-old self.

Franklin: Don't worry about it. Maybe it's even better that way. That way, you won't have to worry about what will happen if your power goes haywire. But you are powerful, Ben. I feel it in you. Watch.

He uses his powers to make the room go black and now several stars have appeared, making it look like Ben and Franklin are in the middle of space.

Franklin: Have you ever managed to create a space similar to this one in your "Infinity Room"?

Ben: Yes. Dude, this is amazing.

Franklin: That's the beauty of our powers. For you and me, the word "dream" is just something we haven't made real yet.

Ben: So our powers are limitless?

Franklin: Yes, but…that's why we can't use our powers very often.

Ben: What do you mean?

Franklin: Our powers can be infinite. But the universe is not. The structure of reality is fragile and very complex at the same time. This is a structure that encompasses all of existence and we have the power to tamper with this structure on a universal level. Perhaps multiversal.

Ben: But if we try to change the structure of reality and make a mistake…we could be leaving existence fragmented.

Franklin: Exactly. As much as I think humanity should always be looking for the answers to the mysteries of the universe, there are certain things we shouldn't know or be able to do. For our own safety. And Reality Warping is proof of that. There are a huge amount of beings with powers like ours when they appear, things usually don't end well.

Ben: I figured you'd say something like that. Listen, I knew that such insane power would come with such massive responsibility. But honestly, I need someone to teach me how to use that power.

Franklin: Ben, you know you and your siblings are like my little brothers. I am glad that you are mutants and will be able to spend more time with your friends who are children of the X-Men.

Ben:…But?- He said, already noticing that Franklin's tone meant something bad.

Franklin: I'm not the right person for you to ask this of me.

Ben: What?! Dude, you're Franklin Freaking Richards! Powerhouse! You are the most powerful hero in the world.

Franklin: Yes but I'm not a mutant.

Ben: What do you mean? Everyone says you have these powers because you are an Omega Level Mutant. Like me!

Franklin: Ah…when I was your age. I helped Molecular Man recreate the multiverse after an incident.

Ben: I've heard about that. My father called this situation Secret Wars II.

Franklin: Yes, after that my powers were weakened. Then we all moved to Yancy Street. I was angry and aimless. I was no longer a God. I didn't have all that power anymore. However, I felt things were about to change when Professor X and Magneto invited me to Krakoa. Unsurprisingly, everyone pressured me to go to Krakoa. I had my doubts but I felt I should obey the X-Men or my family. In this situation, the only person I could trust was Kitty. She helped me and thanks to her I made my decision. I went to Krakoa, it was fun. I felt special, I listened to Dazzler and Lila Cheney songs all the time.

Ben: Hey, the songs are good. I'm always remixing their songs and posting them on YouTube.- He interrupts, but he makes Franklin laugh.

Franklin: I know. By the way, I expect another remix. But you could compose something originally your own, you have talent. I taught you well to play the guitar. But I digress. Over time, my powers got weaker and weaker and when I ran out of powers altogether, Xavier told me I wasn't a mutant. I used my powers to activate my X-Gene and so everyone and even myself thought I was a mutant. I was devastated. None of my friends from Krakoa came to see me when I lost my powers. Nobody cared but Kitty. I wasn't one of them, I was just a weapon!

He says and as he got angry, the space he created around Ben disappeared and the surroundings, the building and even the nearby streets began to shake because of Franklin's immense aura.

Ben didn't feel afraid. Maybe it was an effect of his Spider-sense or just because he could never see Franklin as a danger. But in the face of his older brother's anger, Ben approached him and hugged him.

Ben: I'm sorry I reminded you of that. You are not a weapon. You are Franklin Richards. A great guy, a great guitar player, a great superhero and the best big brother in the world.

Franklin calmed down and the pressure that his aura exerted in the face of this situation calmed down.

Franklin: I'm sorry. I know it's been over 10 years since this happened, but it was a difficult time for me.

Ben: I can imagine. My mother went through the same things as you. I know I should move on and not dwell on past mistakes, but… I still can't forgive or trust Xavier for what he's done. But I guess that doesn't matter now. Let's move on.

Franklin: You're right.- He says as he stares at Ben for a moment.

Ben: What is it?

Franklin: You really are your parents' child. You have all that altruism, that sense of power and responsibility, that willingness to rebel and impose your opinion on those who claim to be gods. And now, you have almost infinite power…maybe, you're the kind of person who will change everything.

Ben: What do you mean?

Franklin: In this world, everyone has their problems. Superhumans, however, all deal with problems involving good and evil. And despite the belief that good and hope will always prevail, I unfortunately don't agree with that.

Ben: Me neither, in a way. It's not the good guys who win fights. It is the most powerful who win. But you know, I think ideals, motivations and willpower are connected with one's power. If someone has the right motivation, whether it's to protect the innocent or fulfill a promise, that person has to focus on that and use that as something to make you more powerful. I'm obviously not talking about sacrificing something important to become more powerful. That would be a horrible thing. But training and looking for a way to get stronger, maybe that can give you the strength you need to win. Superheroes must have resisted like this. They knew that if they failed, their families and friends and even entire races would suffer. And they didn't want that. There is no such thing as a perfect superhero, just as there is no perfect being. But maybe it's our imperfections that keep us from becoming the kind of people we hate.

Franklin: It's an interesting point of view. So you say heroes win because the people they care about give them the motivation to get stronger. Yeah, it makes sense.

Ben: I have a dream. I want to use this new power of mine and become even more powerful. I want to fight strong opponents and get stronger. And then I will be able to protect Earth from any threat. And being a mutant, if I do that, no mutants will have to fight for their survival anymore and no one will have to suffer anymore.

Franklin: That's a nice goal, Ben. But you know that this path you choose has no return. Right? You will be throwing yourself into the eye of the hurricane and you will always have to be prepared for whatever happens. You'll have to learn to think the right way all the time because your mistake could jeopardize everything you've built.

Ben: I understand that. But not completely. Of course I would never kill a little street thief or anything like that. But there are people in the world who are not convinced by words. And if these people cannot be contained then they must be destroyed. I know it's a dark ideology and not worthy of a superhero, but I have to do everything possible to prevent innocent people from suffering.

Franklin: Everyone has to make tough decisions. But you have to promise that you're going to do it with your mind in the right place. If you do this out of anger or sadness, your ideology can be confused and when you look, the heroes will start killing.

Ben: And if everyone kills, they won't be heroes anymore. I promise, I won't let that happen. I was initially afraid of my power, but now I understand. I was not chosen by an entity or a God. Maybe this is just luck. But I will not waste this gift. I feel like I can change everything now.

Franklin: Great. I'm proud of you. You are 15 years old but you have more maturity than many mutants out there.

Ben: I don't deserve so much praise. My jokes are kind of bad. Although this is on purpose.

Franklin: What do you mean?

Ben: My dad used to tell jokes to distract the bad guys and reassure people. And so that he himself reassures himself. I also tell jokes to calm people down, but in part that's because I'm putting into practice a lesson Uncle Logan gave me. "In a fight, the element of surprise is the key to victory. If the enemy does not know what to face and if he underestimates his opponent, then the opponent's victory becomes a greater probability".

Franklin: Did Wolverine really say that?

Ben: I took out the profanity and I'm not drinking beer as I say this, but I think you get the point. But then, I wanted to know why you said you can't train me.

Franklin: There are two reasons, actually. I'm very busy as a member of the FF, I'm almost always off Earth on some mission and you can't imagine how much work it is for someone with powers like mine to have to take care of problems throughout the universe. I would barely have time to teach you and you need a teacher who can give you a more stable mentorship.

Ben: And the second reason?

Franklin: I'm not a mutant. Whether it's because of the X-Gene or my past. I may not even have spent a lot of time with the X-Men. But if there's one thing I know, it's that the life of a mutant isn't easy. It's painful, it's difficult, and it has the constant hatred and fear that humanity has for you. You and I were lucky. We were born into families with superpowered beings who accepted and loved us regardless of who we are.

Ben: And other mutants weren't so lucky.- He says, remembering how difficult the past was for several mutants he knew and even loved as members of his family.

Franklin: Yes. You need to be coached by someone who understands this. You need to be coached by someone who has experienced this so that you can be prepared for whatever goes wrong in the future. I don't want you to have to be aware of these things, you're too young to feel such a heavy weight on your shoulders. But I know you and I know you're stubborn. You're going to go through tough times and you're going to need someone who can prepare you for the wars you're going to face. I say this as a big brother who only wants your good. You understand?

Ben: Yeah, I understand. In fact, there's one person I was thinking of asking this of but I thought I better not. Hope Summers. I even considered asking her for help instead of you, no offense. But I thought it wasn't a good idea.

Franklin: And why not?

Ben: You are not Krakoan, you are influential and powerful. QC wouldn't see you as a problem that should be eliminated because they wouldn't have any power over you and they sure as hell wouldn't want to start a war with FF and then end up starting a war with every other superhero. We both know how this would end. The X-Men's asshole villains would find a way to get away with it and the mutant heroes who tried to avoid the trouble would have to pay for the villains' mistakes. If I asked Hope for help, I worry that QC might try to throw her into the Pit of Krakoa or something. I know she's a Summers and this in Krakoa is like being George Lucas at a sci-fi convention but… I didn't want to take the risk of getting her involved in this.

Franklin: That's very noble of you. But if I remember correctly, you once told me that she made you an offer to train you, right?

Ben: Yes. I didn't understand it at the time, but I think I understand it now. She must have sensed the dormant power in me.

Franklin: I never knew her well, but I was always told that she was a brave person who was willing to rebel even against the Quiet Council.

Ben: I know, my dad said she was like that. He trained her once. Maybe I can really ask for her help. I just hope the offer still stands.

Franklin: Probably yes. I'm sorry for not being able to help you.

Ben: It's okay. I understand. But I wanted to ask you something. If you got your powers back, then why do you say you're not a mutant?

Franklin: After my powers came back. I decided that I would not try to be special anymore. I was already who I was and my family accepted that. On Krakoa, the only thing that mattered was that I was a mutant. I decided that I would help the X-Men when they needed it, after all none of them could have had any influence on that decision, but what Professor X did is not something I could forgive. I decided I didn't want to be a mutant anymore, if that meant I was a weapon for him.

Ben: Is that really true? Like, the fact that you're not a mutant? Your parents told me that you were born with powers and that you were a mutant from birth. What if maybe Xavier just wanted to get rid of you because you were dangerous?

Franklin: Well…he and the X-Men really wanted me to go to Krakoa. Not to mention, he practically offered a pardon to several genocidaires and dangerous mutantkind criminals. My parents told me that the only mutant they know they actually played in the pit was Sabertooth. At least that they know. Not to mention that at the time the X-Men seemed to be more focused on their own interests than on humanity at the time. I can't blame them. Anyone would do that after everything they've been through.

Ben: Yeah, I don't think it would be fair to judge them.

Franklin: But even so, many of them had strange personality changes. As if they had accepted that they were superior even after defending equality for so long. It was so sudden. But they began to come to their senses over time. They looked more like the ones we knew. With the exception of Xavier. Perhaps, he forgave all those criminal mutants so that he would have powerful beings in his ranks.

Ben: Yeah, like, I'm really close with a lot of the X-Men. I literally call Emma Frost Tia and she didn't scold me for it. So Xavier did all that just to have firepower on Krakoa. But do you think he might be preparing for a war?

Franklin: No, the X-Men wouldn't go along with that. You know that better than I do. But his and Magneto's attitudes have always been strange to me. Not to mention that my father said that years ago, he was planning to create a machine that would eliminate someone's X-Gene, making the X-Gene unrecoverable.

Ben: Let me guess. Did Magneto destroy the prototype and Xavier wipe Uncle Reed's mind regarding building the machine? I knew those two were not to be trusted.

Franklin: Yeah, that's exactly what happened.

Ben: Let's recap everything. Xavier and Magneto once announced the existence of Krakoa, they called mutant heroes and villains to the island. The X-Men stopped being heroes at the time and focused on their own interests. And even my mother changed and became a troubled pirate. And then they ask a powerful 15 year old boy like you to join them, and when you lost your powers Xavier kicked you out. And when he found out my mom wasn't a mutant, he kicked her out too.

Franklin: Everyone said that Xavier was once a good, smart man who wanted peaceful coexistence between humans and mutants. But since Krakoa was founded, I couldn't even imagine that Xavier is the same as he was before.

Ben: Do you think someone is manipulating him? Or maybe there is someone who is playing for him?

Franklin: No, he really is Charles Xavier. He just suddenly changed his attitude. The question is how and why.

Ben: And there's also something we should consider. He wanted powerful mutants but he didn't want a war. And when it was revealed that you and my mother weren't mutants, he kicked you out of Krakoa.

Franklin: Probably because we would be of no further use to him. But if he doesn't want to annihilate humanity then what does he want?

Ben: Maybe he's one of those guys who says the end justifies the means. What if he's planning something bad that involves getting rid of mutants who might challenge his and the Council's authority? Look, when my mother arrived in Krakoa. She couldn't get past the Gates because she wasn't a mutant. She was a human who was an experiment by and when she was killed by Shaw, she was resurrected under 's control and she unwittingly helped him commit a coup d'état. just made up an excuse that it was something his clones did and when my mother came back to herself, Xavier was planning to wipe her mind. Did he plan this to get rid of her so she could start to get back to being more like herself and find out something she shouldn't about Xavier or Krakoa?

Franklin: Considering he kicked me out of there even though I was 15, that's possible. But I don't think he's mentally manipulated the X-Men all these years. If that were true, they would have exiled themselves to Krakoa a long time ago.

Ben: Exactly. What if maybe he just mind-controlled them in the beginning of Krakoa to get the plans started? And then he stopped because he thought that would be suspicious?

Franklin: It's possible. But let's not forget about Essex either.

Ben: Yeah, he might have something to do with it. And even if he doesn't, I know that any plan he has is up to no good.

Franklin: But if his mom started to get back to normal, then why was she still so different when she arrived in New York after being expelled? She told me that she was very depressed.

Ben: Depression over losing what you had. She was no longer a mutant and an X-Men and she was betrayed and she thought she was alone. But she knew my father. And he loved her more than anything and the feeling was mutual.

Franklin: Makes sense. Without my family, I don't know what would have happened to me. Perhaps Xavier did that because we could be considered threats, is that what you mean?

Ben: Yeah, you're a mutant with the power of a god and you have trusting relationships with the FF and other superheroes. But that doesn't mean Xavier is the only villain in this story. The QC is full of people who need to be stopped. And I have to stop them. I don't know what's wrong but I'll have to find out. I have to start my plans soon.

Franklin: Your Plans?

Ben: Yes, my plans to defeat QC. I'm not someone ignorant, I know I need to stop them. My main strategy would be to try to get more people on my side. Maybe ask Cypher and even Krakoa for help. Both communicate well and I think Cypher might be willing to help. Not to mention having the support of the island can be really nice. I also plan to increase the team's power by bringing more powerful allies to our side. More omega level mutants. At least the ones I know I can trust. Like Hope, Aunt Ororo, Uncle Bobby, Aunt Jean.

Franklin: Yeah but there are also those who will oppose you. You have to be prepared. Even to take extreme measures.

Ben: I know. And if someone is going to have to kill someone, I'd rather it be me. I don't want anyone having to bear that weight. And I don't plan on facing the Council openly either. I'd rather keep letting them think of me as a dumb kid.

Franklin: It's a series of complicated plans. But are you sure you can?

Ben: I have to, I can't let any of them try to do something bad to humans or mutants. I know that I want to become the best hero in the world, but I have to think about the safety of innocent people first. Afterwards, I must think about their opinion of me.

Franklin: Yes, of course. But do you realize that at some point, it will be necessary for you to accept the darkness that this will bring? If you're planning to go down this route, you may even come across as a nice and selfless guy to your friends and family, but your enemies will see you as a powerful and frightening being who is very fearsome. This could risk your dream of being the best hero, are you ready for that?

Ben: As much as I wanted to be the ultimate hero, I think that might not be the only option. My main goal in becoming the best hero is to carry forward my parents' ideals and inspire others to be better and make other peoples of the world accept their differences. If I become feared, I'll use that to my advantage. I will show those who show no remorse for their actions that they no longer have control over innocent people. Even if it makes me a forgotten legend. The only thing that really matters to me is that my ideals spread and are carried forward. And I want those who fight by my side to understand my ideals. I don't want them to act like me or think like me. After all, I do all this so that no one has to suffer anymore. But I hope that my actions can create a better future for everyone.

Ben can't understand why but his right arm seems to be tingling again.

Franklin: In that peaceful future you want to create, are you alive in it?

Ben: I hope so. I always imagined that after I fulfilled my dream, I would live an ordinary life but mutants could also live as they wanted. Without that pressure from Krakoa or homo-superior. I want everyone to be able to just wake up, have breakfast and think, "What am I going to do today? Go shopping, watch a movie? Go out with my friends?". I just want them to have the freedom to live however they want. Just like I want to be able to live a normal life. I would still be Omni-Spider but I wouldn't have to think about what bad could happen to me or my friends and family anymore. Is it selfish that I want this?

Franklin: No. You want to live a normal life and you want everyone else to have that too. You are willing to sacrifice and even become something dark for the sake of everyone living in peace. You wanting a peaceful life isn't a bad thing either. But are you really prepared for it?

Ben: Uncle Logan taught me that I should be prepared for anything. And even kill my enemies if they can't be contained. I'm prepared.

Franklin: I get it. I just hope you're careful. I don't want you to get hurt. And I don't want you to throw your life away either.

Ben: Don't worry. I am my parents' son and I am persistent. And honestly I think I'm too stubborn to accept death.

Franklin: That's the absolute truth. You'll be fine?

Ben: I will, relax. I just hope Hope can help me.

Franklin: Changing the subject, is it true that you played guitar on stage last night and now you have a girlfriend?

Ben:….Has May told you?

Franklin: Yeah, she's pretty excited that you're dating.

Ben: The concept of privacy doesn't really exist in my family anymore. Seriously, try living in a house with a mom who walks through walls.

Franklin: Don't tell me. Having a mother who can turn invisible isn't easy either.

They both laugh together at this.

Ben: But yeah, I have a girlfriend now. She's nice and I'm going out with her tomorrow.

Franklin: Does she know about your powers?

Ben: Yeah, she also has superpowers and she's a superhero, so I can talk to her at ease.

Franklin: Glad to hear that. Ben, are you feeling something weird in your arm?

Ben: Oh, it's just that arm has been tingling for a while. But it shouldn't be anything to worry about.

Franklin looks at Ben and obviously, he could see by looking at Ben's aura that there was a black and red glow on his right arm, probably Franklin was able to see that Ben's arm mutated last night while Necro was taking control.

However, he was snapped out of his thoughts when they both felt a tremor coming from the lab.

Franklin: That's a bad shake.

Ben: Which shake is good?

Franklin: When Uncle Ben and Uncle Johnny fought, it was a good shake. But when Doom or Namor came around here, that was a bad shake.

Ben: I think it's coming from the lab.- Ben said as he held his sheathed katana in his left hand.

Franklin: Nice sword.

Ben: Oh thanks, I created it using my powers. Have you ever tried this?

Franklin: My mother said it was forbidden to have deadly weapons in the house.

Ben: My mom and aunts kept saying it was good to have a weapon for emergencies. If our lives were a TV show, your family would be the Tanner family from Full House. Whereas my family would be the Addams Family.

Franklin: We'd better go see what's going on.

Both run to the laboratory and notice that there is a giant octopus tentacle struggling around the place.

Ben: What the…

Valeria: I left it in a dormant state but someone had the bright idea to poke the tentacle with a spear!- She said while trying to fire a shot from an energy gun at the giant tentacle.

Jo-Venn: Hey, I wanted to make sure he was asleep too.

N'Kalla: You tried to throw a spear at him!

Casey: I always forget how the Baxter Building makes my house feel like a silent art gallery.

They all say this while trying to dodge the blows of the huge tentacle that was struggling.

Valeria: Hey, silly God! Can you end this thing? I don't want to miss another lab!

Ben: Has this ever happened before?!

Franklin: Yes, about 5 times but the causes of the incident were always different- He says while pointing his hand towards the tentacle to fire an energy blast but Ben interrupts him.

Ben: Hey bro, if possible I want to demonstrate what I can do right now.

Franklin: Okay, show me what you can do with that sword.

Ben: Cool!- Ben positions himself while holding his sword- Way of Spider-First Web: Arachnid Slash!

He shouts the attack out loud and then he gets a boost from the ground and runs at high speed and then he cuts the tentacle in half.

But there was one thing that nobody there noticed was that Ben's sword, more specifically the blade was red now and its brightness was increasing as well.

Ben, however, didn't feel anything strange or bad, in fact, that sensation was so familiar.

Ben: (That feeling…of cutting something with great ease with that same sword…why is it so familiar to me? It's the first time I've used that sword to attack something…but I feel like I've used that katana before my whole life)- Ben thinks as he was about to sheath his katana but the remaining part of the tentacle was still struggling.

Casey: Seriously, does this thing have a conscience of its own? Like if you cut off Deadpool's head but then the body grows another head and then we have two Deadpools?

Franklin: Why are you using Deadpool as an example?

Casey: I can't imagine Uncle Logan getting beheaded, he's too badass for that. It's easier to imagine Deadpool since he's…you know, crazy.

Val: It doesn't matter. Ben or Franklin, can one of you two sort this out please!

Ben: Leave it to me!- Ben positions himself again to use Arachnid Slash but… his mind remembers something he shouldn't remember…

In Ben's mind:

Ben now appeared to be in his 11 year old body and he was holding the sword he was currently using.

Ben: (Am I in Krakoa? With that sword? But… that doesn't make sense…)-While Ben was thinking, his body, which seemed to have another consciousness, was talking to itself.

Ben (age 11): Hmm, looks like I've already managed to create 6 Webs for the Way of Spider. But I should try to create one more.

Ben:(6 Webs?! I didn't even think about it when I was 11. And I just created the first Web this morning. What's going on?)

While Ben in his own mind was wondering what was going on, his body consciousness was now saying something.

Ben(11 years old): I…I think I have an idea…I might try using my katana sheath for that. If I can quickly draw the katana and sheath it quickly, maybe I can create a timing where I can use my powers to distort reality and create distortions capable of reaching the entire area.

Ben:(Dude, something's wrong. I can't figure out what's going on)

Ben(11 years old): Okay, let's try...

As 11-year-old Ben got into position, 15-year-old Ben saw a nearby puddle of water and looked at himself there…

Ben:(Wait...why do I have these tattoos and scars?! I...what is that?)

Ben pondered as he couldn't understand anything else. However, he was paying attention to what the 11 year old version of him was doing and how he was doing it...

Back to the real world:

Ben woke up and found himself in the same position he was in before, but instead of drawing his katana…he decided to test the web that the 11 year old version of him created.

Ben then quickly unsheathed his sword but only pulled the katana lightly and then he sheathed his katana again.

Due to Ben's blow, the tentacle was surrounded by a type of reality distortion in which several strands of red cobwebs surrounded it and these strands cut it into several pieces.

(Think this move is similar to Vergil's Judgment Cut in DMC 4 and 5. But it's Judgment Cut Base, not JCE)

Jo-Venn: Wow, impressive, cadet.

N'Kalla: You've really evolved in the time we've been away.

Val: Even Franklin didn't do something like that at his age.

Franklin: I had the same powers as him.

Val: Yeah, but you weren't good at fighting with a sword or not.

Casey: Man, that was awesome. I can't believe you managed to create yet another web! After all, you created the other six…but this last one is too much!- Casey spoke out loud after he realized what he said and didn't understand.

Casey:(Wait... what did I say? This is the second web Ben has created. This is weird...what's up with us today?).

He approached Ben as he sheathed the katana and it was possible to notice that the katana was no longer red.

Casey: I mean…that move was so badass! Have you given a name yet?

Ben: It's a new move so no. Want to do the honors?

Casey: Really? Okay. So…how about…Way of Spider-Second Web: Warping-Strings?

Ben:…That's the coolest name ever!- He yelled in excitement and they both did a high five.

Valeria: Those two really are Uncle Pete's kids.- She says as she smiles.

Franklin: Yes- He also smiles as he says this.

Some time later on the roof:

Ben and Franklin were looking out over the city while eating pizza.

Ben: Thanks for the pizza.

Franklin: We always keep it in the fridge in case you come visit.

Ben: You guys are amazing. Seriously, it was worth it.

Franklin: Hey Ben…do you happen to know what you're going to do now? As for Krakoa?

Ben: I honestly think I'm going to try to find out what Xavier is hiding and why. Then I will try to overthrow the Council and try to put more reliable and responsible people in the leadership of Krakoa. Mutantkind will never be free as long as it's ruled by a bunch of unfair assholes who don't give a damn about them. But first, I need to go there and ask Hope to train me. You know, it'll be good to see her again...

Franklin: You had a crush on her, didn't you?

Ben: Damn, May doesn't know how to keep secrets.

Franklin: I think she knows but she wants others to know that you like some girl.

Ben: It wasn't a crush. I just said she was pretty. Though it would be nice if Dawn grew up to be like her. And Alexa undoubtedly already has an impressive physical structure even as a teenager.

Franklin: Wait, do you have a crush on two other girls?

Ben: I have to learn to be quiet. It's a complicated story and please don't tell anyone what I said. It's bad enough that I have crushes on my best friends, I don't need people to know that I like their bodies.

Franklin: Wow, if Uncle Johnny were here, he'd say something like: "My dear nephew…you're young. Enjoy it while there are women chasing you."

Ben: Once, when I was thirteen, he told me that I should take advantage of the fact that polygamy is allowed in Krakoa and I should build a harem. I said there were only two girls I really liked. But he told me to try anyway.

Franklin: What happened?

Ben: Before I could say anything, my mom showed up and punched him in the face.

Franklin: Oh, that's why Uncle Johnny is afraid of Kitty.

Ben: Actually, I think he's scared of all the women in my family. At my Bar Mitzvah, he flirted with my Aunt Teresa and got punched in the stomach. Then he flirted with my Aunt Nenna and she threatened to shoot him in the leg. And he tried to flirt with my Aunt Maddie and she summoned a goblin to hit him.

Franklin: Did that really happen? I was kind of distracted that day because Uncle Ben and Wolverine were fighting over who was going to get the last canapé.

Ben: Yeah, that was definitely a Bar Mitzvah to remember. It also makes sense that it was unforgettable considering the FF and the X-Men were there. By the way, who won the fight between Uncle Ben and Uncle Logan? I was talking to Alexa and Dawn at the time.

Franklin: Really? I was there that day and it felt like she was talking to you as you tried not to stare at their developing bodies.

Ben: Oh, c'mon, I was 13 and it was kind of hard to focus that day. But seriously, who won the fight?

Franklin: They stopped fighting because your mother looked at them with this angry face and immediately everyone was scared of her. Honestly, Hellfire Gala be damned, your bar mitzvah was a party.

Ben: It was a cool day. Well I guess I have to go. I can't stay in one place for too long.

Franklin: Okay, but come visit us again anytime.- They both hug.- Regarding your plan…be careful, okay? I don't want you to get hurt.

Ben: It's going to be okay. I'm persistent, remember? I gotta go. I love you brother.

He says as he jumps towards a nearby roof and he and Casey start talking and Franklin looks at this as Valeria approaches.

Franklin: He really is going to be the best of us all. I feel it.

Valeria: He…did he remember what happened? Did they remember their past?

Franklin: No, and they must not remember. And you shouldn't tell him that.

Valeria: But you told me.

Franklin: I told you because I could trust you. Ben and Casey…they've been through some tough times already. And now, they live the life they wanted. They deserve it more than anyone.

Valerie: You're right. I just hope they'll be okay if they remember their past.

Franklin: They'll be fine. They are strong and stubborn. The two of them are going to change everything. I know that.

Valeria: I think you're right. By the way, do you know the tentacle Ben cut off?

Franklin: Yes, did the tentacle regenerate? I remember that the giant octopus had tentacles that regenerated even after being disconnected from the main body.

Valeria: That's the weird part. There's something about Ben's red sword that nullifies that octopus's healing factor.

With Ben and Casey:

Casey: So…in short, did Frankie tell you that he can't train you and that you shouldn't use Reality Warping all the time?

Ben: Yeah, he says that kind of power has a very complex way of using it behind it. And he said it's not good to be messing with the fabric of reality all the time as that's dangerous. But he said I could keep creating pocket universes and stuff within them to help with my workouts.

Casey: Maybe he's right.

Ben: Yeah, I know. And to be honest, I've always been more of a guy who enjoys using martial arts and swords to fight and combining that with my powers.

Casey: Now You just have to ask Hope to train you.

Ben: Yeah, but it would be better to ask her that another day. You know, I think I better stay away from Krakoa for now.

Casey: No, they said the Omni-Spider had better stay away from Krakoa. If we go to Krakoa without the uniform, we'll just be two more teenage mutants. If we avoid using our powers or just use our super strength then they won't know who we are.

Ben: Casey...

Casey: I know it can't be a good idea. But you have to ask Hope for help soon. If you plan on changing Krakoa, you'll need to master your powers to do so. And all this suspense about who's going to train you is killing me.

Ben: Good to know that my problems are your favorite TV series.

Casey: You got me. We have to find someone to train you, and soon.

Ben: Okay but if something bad happens, get ready to teleport us off the island.

Casey: My reach isn't that good. And by the way, shouldn't you be able to teleport too? Like, you having cosmic powers and not teleporting is weird.

Ben: I don't know for sure. I'll test this out in the Infinity Room later. And I will also try to improve my skills with this sword.

Casey: By the way, did you decide on a name?

Ben was thinking and only one name for this sword was running through his mind. That momentary red glow was so familiar and the feeling of wielding that katana seemed so ordinary to Ben.

Ben: Muramasa. That's the name of my sword.

Casey: Really? It's a pretty cool name, I have to admit. There is a legend in Japan in which the blacksmith with the same name created swords that turned users into assassins, isn't there? Sure it's the right name?

Ben: Yeah, I don't know why but I feel like that's the name of this sword. Muramasa.

Casey: I'm not a katana expert so who am I to judge.- He says as he notices that someone sent him a message- Ren sent me a message. He says he wants to talk to us and he wants to meet us on a rooftop near Central Park. He says it's important.

Ben: Really? I think we better go then. I also need to ask Hope for help.

Casey: I wonder what he wants to talk to us about?

Ben: I don't know but if Ren says it's important then it must be really important.

They say as they jump across the rooftops to find their cousin.

Extra scene:

Moira was now continuing to flip through Destiny's journals while Xavier and Magneto were still wondering what to do about Omni-Spider.

Magneto: Do you think he could be our enemy?

Prof.X: Perhaps, but we cannot act without concrete evidence. Moira, are you sure you never heard of the Omni-Spider in any of your past lives?

Moira: Charles, if I had seen a spider-boy with the powers of a god, I would definitely have asked him for help. Maybe instead of seeing this kid as a threat, they see him as an asset. Try to convince him to join our cause. He's young and should be easy to persuade. Try to use his ideals against him. If he is powerful enough to be feared by you and the other QC members then it might be better to have him on our side.

Prof.X: I sincerely doubt he will join us. And don't underestimate him, he's not ordinary.

Moira: Spider-Man was practically a clown with spider powers. As if he was someone we should be worried about.

Magneto: Really, Moira? What if, in fact, Spider-Man only acted in that childish way because he wanted to be underestimated so that he would have an advantage? His son could have killed Selene and that means that boy must be smart and powerful. Which is not a good combination.

Prof.X: Erik is right. We can't underestimate him.- He says as Moira looks at another page of Destiny's diaries and her eyes widen in surprise.

Moira: Wait, I think I found something else that refers to this boy.- She says and immediately Xavier and Magneto approach her to read.

Moira: Destiny wrote: "The villains and the most evil beings to exist fear him and when facing him, they felt the feeling of inferiority in their skin.

He is the one who fights for the liberation of those who cannot fight for themselves and the only will he obeys is his own.

He oddly protects humans and mutants alike, but is greatly feared by those who worship evil.

I don't know how or what he is like, but just having the notion of a powerful, monstrous being who fights for my people and weak humans alike makes me scared.

But I'm not the only one. Immortal dictators, murderers who have roamed the Earth for millennia, people with ambitions that cause massacres.

These are the types of people he targets. It doesn't matter which world they are from. Aliens, Gods, and even Demons.

He has already faced all these beings and defeated them. His potential is infinite. The only thing that pops into my mind regarding what he looks like are sketches but… I think this should be a rough version of what he could become. And those are the ones he's going to face."

In the image it was possible to see a shadowy figure sitting on a throne. There, that same figure appeared to have a kind of black armor that looked like a kind of living shadow. This armor was full of red details but there was something else and on the chest of this armor was a spider symbol. He had two swords. One sword was a red katana, similar to how Selene had described it. The other was a large sword whose blade seemed to be formed from red energy.

Although it didn't look the same as the version Charles and Erik had seen, it was enough to send their minds into a panic.

Moira: "Whoever is reading this. If you have any plans that involve betrayal, manipulation, lies, he will hunt you down.

But if you're someone in a desperate situation, you're going to look at a shadowy figure and that figure is him. He won't hurt you, he will help you. When you're in his presence and he's protecting you, you're going to feel like nothing can kill you because Spider is going to be there. And he is invincible and unbeatable.

And these are those whom he defeated:"

Moira turns to the next page and notices that beneath the shadowy spider figure's throne lie the enemies of the X-Men. They seemed to be fallen and passed out as if the one on the throne had defeated them.

Among them were Belasco and S'ym and their demon army, several soldiers of A.I.M, The Brood. Also there were First Horseman of Apocalypse like War, Death, Pestilence and Famine.

But the most shocking part...among the enemies below the shadowy figure's throne was also Orchis. More specifically the sentinels, and even Omega Sentinel and…Nimrod.

Upon seeing this, all three of them became nervous. If the Omni-Spider becomes more powerful…will he be able to defeat them all? Will he become a being so powerful that even gods and demons will fear him?

Moira then decides to finish reading: "I'm not sure if that's really his name or just a nickname. He's a mutant but all the mysticism they put around him makes me doubt that. They call him…The Legendary Arachknight Spider"

This was really a serious and even dark chapter. Let me know your opinion about the events of the fanfic so far and your expectations for the future.

I hope you guys enjoy the build up and depth I've given Ben lately. it's just that I'm trying to avoid him being just a cliche and naive protagonist. Showing that he is also dark and realistic and is willing to surrender to the shadows but he would not corrupt himself for it. He would just use it to his advantage to continue his dream of mutants being free.

However, he is still kind and has the characteristics of a teenager who wants to have fun, hang out with his friends and cares about his family.

I hope you like the idea of the Legendary Arachknight. I always liked the idea of a dark superhero who had a good heart and was kind to everyone around him. I admit that I took this inspiration from several things I've been reading and playing lately like the Korean manga Solo Leveling and also the Devil May Cry games.

By the way, what do you think about the idea of Ben becoming a protagonist with a dark but noble vibe and who is an OP protagonist?

Oh, and visit the Wattpad fanfic page to see the Legendary Arachknight design.
