Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here, and I have a few things to say to you all.

First off, I'm finally back after two-week isolation.

Second, there are a lot of things that I'm going to reveal in this story that I have yet to reveal in my OPM/Fate Story.

Third, As I've said in the Prelude. Rimuru has yet to appear in the new world, and therefore, there will be several OC Characters made by me. But some will be named after certain characters that I like. If you have a suggestion, Feel free to give one.

Fourth, I studied the map of the New World, and I couldn't decide where Nadia would appear. After thinking about it a long time, I've decided to create one instead of picking one. It will be challenging, but I'll try to figure it all out somehow.

And lastly, The Same/Different Heroic Spirits will appear in this story since this is a Fate Crossover Fanfic Story.

That is all I have to say and enjoy the first chapter!

Disclaimer: I don't own the Fate Series or That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. The only thing I own is my OC Character.

Modern Day...

War...

It had brought nothing but pain and destruction regardless of the reasons why it all began. Nadia's war wasn't any different...

A Handful of Mages defected from the Primordial Circle and the next thing happens. Death and Destruction came in its wake.

Thus a Mage War began, and one side will win against the other.

Nadia, in her early 30s, became a leader with her group that excels in espionage, sabotage, and assassination. They were known as the Executors, the Primordial Circle's Master Assassins.

Example... (A.N. Notes: The Reason why I added this is to show you how she takes things seriously)

Nadia is seen inside a warehouse with no one else but her and a man she's currently interrogating.

She had him pinned down with a wrist lock and pressed her leg down onto the back of the man's neck.

"I'm only asking you three times. But if you say the wrong answer," Nadia forcefully opens the man's hand, then grabs onto the index finger, "Where do I find your boss?"

"F-Fuck you," The man answered,

Without hesitation, Nadia immediately breaks the index finger by bending it backward and caused the man to scream in utter pain.

But she ignored this and grasps onto the middle finger next.

"I'll ask again, Where do I find your boss?" Nadia interrogated, while slightly bending the middle finger backward,

"I... I'm not telling you squat about-" Almost instantly, Nadia breaks the middle finger and caused him to scream once more.

Then she moves onto the ring finger, but she started bending it before asking the question once more, "Where do I find your boss?"

The man could already feel his ring finger breaking. After a while of waiting, Nadia took his silence for an answer and was close to breaking the finger until...

"Wait! Wait! Just wait!" The man pleaded through his tears, "I'll... talk..."

"Then start talking. But don't even think about lying," Nadia stated, while holding the finger in place, "Lie, and I will know,"

"My boss... He has a hideout in the outskirts west from here..." The man admitted,

"Anything else?" Nadia questioned,

"He has several bodyguards and weapons at his disposal. Enough for a small army," The man added to his confession, "Please... That's all I know,"

Nadia stayed silent awhile. But eventually, she lets go of his arm but didn't remove her leg just yet.

"Good..." Nadia said, then pulls a dirk dagger, and stabs the man through his skull,

Once she knew he was dead, she leaves the dagger onto the man's skull, stood upstraight, then snaps her finger once.

A second later, a group of five of her men appeared while bending a knee to her.

"Nothing remains. Do you understand?" Nadia ordered,

"Yes!" The five simultaneously responded, then went to work.

As for Nadia, she just disappears into the shadows as if she wasn't there.

End of Example...

There were other groups formed as well, but they all had a single role in mind.

Eradicate the traitors of the Circle, and win the war.

Even though the operation was a complete success. The cost of lives of almost every mage that participated in the operation...

...

...

...

Nadia was one of them...

Present...

Nadia had just finished off the last mage that defected against the Primordial Circle and won the war. Then she proceeds to lean against the wall and take her time to catch her breath.

But a moment later, someone appears near her from the shadows.

This was an extremely tall, slender, dark man with his right arm bandaged, and his face is a skull resembling a mask with its skin and nose shaved off.

This was an Assassin Servant, The Cursed Arm Hassan.

"Master, I've taken care of the other mages as you ordered. This war is finally over," The Cursed Arm Hassan reported,

"... Good to know..." Nadia weakly said,

The Cursed Arm Hassan was confused by the response he had gotten and went to her. Once he glanced at her, he would have frowned at the sight of his Master.

"You're... Dying... Aren't you?" The Cursed Arm Hassan questioned,

"... Yeah," Nadia weakly admitted, "... I am..."

Her word was true as she suffered grave injuries in the fight. Just because her opponent was a traitor of the Circle, doesn't mean it was going to be easy.

Her injuries consist of several lacerations all over her body, a few holes that went all the way through her right shoulder, left abdomen, and left leg. And the last injury she sustained was a blunt hit to the head as a stream of blood covered her right eye.

With little mana to no mana left in her body, she could only sit against the wall and wait for her time to pass.

"Should I find someone?" The Cursed Arm Hassan questioned, and Nadia shook her head in response,

"No... As far as I'm concerned... I'm okay with this since I've got nothing else to do after all this is done," Nadia said, "Besides... Even if someone did come and help... I'd doubt they'd any help at all what I've got through,"

"I see..." The Cursed Arm Hassan understood, "Then, do you mind if I sit next to you?"

"... Sure..." Nadia inclined,

The Cursed Arm Hassan then sat next to her and kept her company as time passes on. Nadia raggedly breathes, and her sight was getting dimmer by the passing minute.

But before she passes, she decided to converse with her Servant, one last time.

"Hey... I have a question to ask you..." Nadia requested,

"What is it?" The Cursed Arm Hassan questioned,

"Was I... A Good Master... to you?" Nadia weakly asked,

The Cursed Arm Hassan took a moment to think for himself, then he glances at his master. Only to see her slumping her head down with her hair shadowing her eyes.

He knew what this meant, but regardless. He then spoke his piece before returning to the Throne of Heroes.

"You were..." The Cursed Arm Hassan averts his gaze from his now-deceased corpse and began to dematerialize on his own, "And will always be... A Good Master to us all..."

With that, The Cursed Arm Hassan departs from the physical world and turns to Throne of Heroes. Leaving Nadia all alone in the dark.

New World...

Nadia continued to drift into her subconscious mind after succumbing to her wounds.

Darkness was the only thing that surrounded her mind, and she continued to drift as she pleases.

...

...

...

But that all changed when light embodied her very consciousness.

A few moments later, She felt a bit wearily as if she started regaining her consciousness.

However, when she shielded her eyes from the sunlight. That's where she began to realize she was indeed regaining her consciousness and immediately sat up from the ground with a shocked expression on her face.

After looking at her surroundings, She examined her hands and clenched them a couple of times. Once she felt her fingers pressing against the palm of her hand, she finally accepts her situation.

She was alive, and well once again.

But something seems a bit off about her surroundings. Instead of being where she previously died, she was in the middle of a forest with no one at sight.

'Where... Am I...?' Nadia wondered,

[To be honest, I don't know as well...]

Nadia tensed up from hearing her alter ego's voice and 34stood upstraight.

"You're here too?!" Nadia exclaimed in surprise,

[Indeed, I am]

"Well, that's strange. I didn't expect you to be here as well," Nadia commented,

[I didn't expect it either. However, there's something odd about myself]

"What is it?" Nadia asked,

[Not only am I here with you. I've also obtained a few new things called 'Skills' that I can use]

"Skills? What kind of skills?" Nadia noted,

[Would I like me to provide you with the details?]

"Sure," Nadia answered,

Without a moment's hesitation, Nadia's mind was flooded with information regarding her skills. This caused her to clutched onto the sides of her head and groaned for a bit.

Soon after the information was provided, Nadia lowers her hands and donned an irritated look on her face.

"What the heck was that for?!" Nadia yelled,

[You wanted me to provide the details. Therefore, I only did what you requested.]

"Yeah, but you didn't have to do all of it at once!" Nadia yelled,

[Try to be more specific next time.]

Nadia groans once more while rubbing her eyes with her right index finger and thumb.

Once she relieves herself from her anger, Nadia then thought to herself regarding her skills and abilities.

After putting the pieces together, She went to the conclusion that everything she had in her first life was still in her possession after her sudden revival. However, there were a few skills and abilities that she didn't have at all.

She could only wonder how she gained these new skills. But her thoughts were interrupted when she senses something nearby.

She could hear blades clashing, and feel blood dripping. Hence, one of her skills allowed her to sense a battle nearby.

Without a moment's hesitation, Nadia went in the direction of the battle and investigate since she didn't have anything else in mind.

[There are a total of twenty people in range. Ten active, Nine deceased, One Wounded]

"Thanks for the heads up," Nadia thanked and heads straight into battle.

Battlefield...

A battle was nearing its end as one side was completely outmatched by the other.

All of them were humanoid red ants, their bodies were that of a regular ant. However, their size was similar to an average human being, shorter antennates, and their standing on four legs and wielded long spears with two arms.

They wore a helmet, pauldrons, vambraces, vest, and greaves. But what differentiates between them is that the losing side was somewhat smaller while the opposing side was larger.

The last remaining humanoid ant of the losing side was heavily panting from his wounds and exhausting while gripping onto what appears to be a long spear in a crouched position.

"Heh, Looks like you and your men were unfortunate enough to run into us," The Enemy Ant taunted, "But don't you worry,"

The Enemy Ant readies his spear and made a smirk as he approached the Wounded Ant.

"For I will ease you from your suffering," The Enemy Ant said, while his comrades chuckled at his behavior.

The Wounded Ant could only close his eyes as his fate was nearing its end.

'Forgive me, My Queen... I have failed you...' The Wounded said with regret,

But as the Enemy Ant was about to deliver the final blow. Nadia manages to intervene in time and blocked the attack with her cane sword known as 'Benevolence'.

"Looks like I made it just in time," Nadia commented,

"Who the hell are you?!" The Enemy Ant yelled, while his comrades raised their spears against her,

"I'm Nadia, and it's a pleasure to meet you all," Nadia introduced herself while gave a curtsy to them,

The Enemy Ants remained on their guard while the Wounded Ant just stood there and watched

[Nadia. Do you wish to engage them in Battle Mode?]

'Battle Mode? What's that supposed to be?' Nadia wondered,

[Battle Mode allows you to use your skills at their peak. But should you activate this, I will be the one handling this fight]

'So in other words, I'm tagging you in to fight. Also, It's good to know that we can still talk to each other in our thoughts' Nadia commented,

[Thank you. But I will ask again, Do you wish to engage them in Battle Mode?]

'Normally, I would. But I'd like to handle this fight myself,' Nadia said,

[Alright. But Be Careful, I can't have you dying like last time.]

'You're my Alter Ego. Not my mother or my tutor,' Nadia noted,

After that conversation, Nadia tempted her enemies by taking one step forward.

This worked when the nearest Enemy Ant charged towards her and attempted to thrust his spear forward.

To Nadia's point of view. The Attack was so slow that she avoid it by spinning her body counter-clockwise, then finishes the first enemy by swiftly beheading it with Benevolence.

Once the body of the first Enemy Ant hits the ground, Everyone who witnessed the kill had two separate reactions.

The Wounded Ant watched in astonishment at the sight of Nadia's swiftness while the Enemy Ants could only gape in shock before growling in anger.

"Damn you!" The Enemy Ants resorted to an all-out attack while Nadia was unfazed by their charge.

Without a moment's hesitation, Nadia swiftly passes through all of them, swings her sword at a much faster rate than the Enemy Ants, and stood just behind all nine of them while slowly sheathing her cane sword.

"My Apologies," Nadia smirked to herself, "For you're all dead already..."

The moment Nadia sheathed her cane sword, the damage dealt with the Enemy Ants has come to appear. First, their long spears as it was cut to pieces, and the last was their bodies as they were sliced into pieces and green blood dripped from each part.

With the fight over, Nadia dematerializes 'Benevolence', turns to the Wounded Ant, and calmly approached him.

Once she was close to him, she crouches down, and the Wounded Ant could only stare at her.

"How are you holding up so far?" Nadia questioned,

"I'm... fine," The Wounded Ant answered,

"Your wounds says otherwise," Nadia noted, 'Hey, Do I have a spell that can heal his wounds?'

[Yes. Do you wish to heal him?]

'Yes, and could you stop that 'Do you wish' gig. I'm not into questions after you've answered' Nadia answered,

[Alright. Besides, I couldn't do it since I needed your permission first]

With that, Nadia heals the Wounded Ant. Once his wounds were healed, the latter properly stands up and examines himself.

"So, How do you feel now?" Nadia questioned,

"My wounds, they're all gone, and the pain is gone as well," The Formerly Wounded Ant commented, then he turns back to Nadia, "I can't thank you enough,"

"You're welcome, but I'm afraid I can't do the same to your brethren," Nadia apologized,

"It's alright," The Formerly Wounded Ant assured, "Besides, I'm just lucky that you came to save me from them,"

Then the Formerly Wounded Ant raised a question to her, "But why did you save me?"

"Two things. First, I have some questions that I want to ask of you. and Second, I hate people who stomp on the weak," Nadia answered,

"I-I see," THe Formerly Wounded Ant understood,

After that, Nadia and The Formerly Wounded Ant move somewhere they can talk privately and the former started asking more questions to the Formerly Wounded Ant regarding the new world. Apparently, different races exist besides the humanoid ants.

Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Monsters, etc. exist in this new world and Nadia found this information quite helpful to raise awareness for herself especially when the term Demon Lord was mentioned.

Up next was the race residing where Nadia is currently located. Apparently, The race of the Formerly Wound Ant is a type of insectoid ant and several more types of insectoids exist as well.

However, there was an ongoing crisis in the land.

"A War between Colonies?" Nadia parroted from the Formerly Wounded Ant,

"Yes, and it has been going on for years to no end," The Formerly Wounded Ant responded,

"Can you spare the details regarding the war?" Nadia requested,

"I will only tell you what I know," The Formerly Wounded Ant replied, "It all began several centuries ago. A Prime Colony once ruled these lands and the other colonies served as their loyal vassals. But it all changed when queens no longer obeyed the Prime Queen and started their campaign for complete dominance. Hundreds, even thousands of ants fought in the war with endless bloodshed and destruction brought upon their wake,"

'The start of their war kinda reminds me of the Sengoku Period of Japan,' Nadia muttered, 'But that period lasted for a whole century while the war here still raged on even though centuries have passed...'

"Can you tell me more?" Nadia requested, and the Formerly Wounded Ant nodded in response to her question,

"It's true that this war has last for at least six centuries. But I'm afraid that the war would soon reach its end," The Formerly Wounded Ant presumed,

"What makes you say that?" Nadia questioned,

"There had been reports that some of the Colony Queens' Elite Soldiers had become more powerful while Others had received better equipment by trading with foreigners," The Formerly Wounded Ant stated, "The Weaker Colonies began to perish in a matter of months or years, and I fear that my Colony will be next,"

"How come?" Nadia questioned,

"Before my brethren and I were ambushed by the enemy. We spotted a large army from an opposing rival. If my

'I feel sorry for him...' Nadia commented while showing some pity to him and his Colony,

Normally, Nadia would stay out of the conflict considering that she had nothing to do with it. But due to her being in another world, she needed to know more about it before she could anything else in the matter.

This concluded with a certain idea in mind.

[You want to help them. Do you, Nadia?]

'Do you have to ask me that?' Nadia questioned,

[I can pester about it if I want to. But since we're in a New World, I guess it's not such a bad idea]

'I just hope it doesn't attract too much attention to myself,' Nadia hoped,

Nadia then turns her attention back to the Formerly Wounded Ant.

"So... What are you going to do next?" Nadia questioned,

"I've decided to return to my colony and report to my queen regarding the army, my brethren and I have spotted," The Formerly Wounded Ant told,

"Can I come with you?" Nadia requested,

The Formerly Wound Ant was tensed by her sudden request, then donned an uncertain look on his face. Nadia took notice and had already assumed what an ant's mind was.

"Nadia, is it? I still can't thank you enough for saving me back there. But I'm afraid that's something I can't do for you," The Formerly Wounded Ant said,

"Let me guess, There's a likely chance that your colony would not accept outsiders like myself?" Nadia presumed,

"Yes, therefore. I can't accept your request," The Formerly Wounded Ant stated,

"Figures. But regardless of the reason you give, I still follow you to your colony since I've got nothing else to do," Nadia said,

The Formerly Wounded Ant slightly gape a bit and showed concern about her. But due to him witnessing her skill in combat, his concern washed away, and reluctantly accepted her decision.

"Fine, you can follow me if you want. But if something bad happens, that's on you," The Formerly Wounded Ant stated,

"Duly noted. So when will you take me there?" Nadia questioned,

"Not yet, For there is something else that I need to do first before we go," The Formerly Wounded Ant said, which caught Nadia's curiosity.

His request was to return to the place where his enemies and brethren lie dead. Nadia simply followed him and assumed that he was going to say his goodbyes to his fallen brethren.

But she assumed wrong when the Formerly Wounded Ant had something else in mind. He somehow pulls out a dagger from his back and started chopping through one of his brethren's limbs.

What Nadia sees next was something that would haunt her for a bit.

After the Formerly Wounded Ant chopped off one of his brethren limbs. He then proceeds to devour it without a moment's hesitation.

Nadia paled at the sight, and could only gulp as the Formerly Wounded Ant kept eating. But for some particular reason, she couldn't avert her eyes from the sight.

'W-What the heck... Why am I just watching him instead of not puking my guts out,' Nadia noted,

[You have High Mental Resistance, Nadia. Therefore, witnessing this won't affect you]

'But still. Nature is can be cruel and brutal sight,' Nadia noted while preventing even the slightest urge to puke as the Formerly Wounded Ant kept eating

Minutes later, The Formerly Wounded Ant had finished devouring not only his fallen brethren but also the pieces of the Enemy Ants as well. He then proceeds to wipe his mouth clean and sheathed his dagger.

When he turns to Nadia, he saw a pale look on her face and showed some concern for her.

"Are you okay, Nadia?" The Formerly Wounded Ant questioned,

"Y-Yeah, I'm good. Thanks for asking," Nadia lied while making a false closed-eyed smile to him,

After that gruesome sight, Nadia and the Formerly Wounded Ant journeyed together as they make their way to the latter's colony...

That's it for the first chapter of this series. I will work on the next one very soon.

If you have questions, just leave them in the reviews section and I will answer them as best as I can.

That is all I have to say, Stay Safe from the Virus, and I will see you all in the next chapter!
