Hey Guys! Crescent Rider here, and before you all begin with this chapter There is something I wished to tell you all first.

I've recently found that Overlord will have a fourth season coming in 2022 and I'm actually excited for it to come. In fact, It also led me to a decision that may go against the third poll.

But I'm the author, so I've decided to bend the rules a bit.

I will be making the first season of Overlord with Nadia as the featuring OC character of the story. The Updates may become similar to this story, and the third poll vote regarding this franchise is to determine whether I will continue or work on the most voted franchise of the poll.

Now to reply to a review...

SynchroRegis: Once again, Thank you for the review and I promise to do my best in the future chapters as well as future Servants of the story!

That is all I have to say, for now, Don't forget to vote in the poll on which story should I work on next, I hope you'll enjoy this chapter.

Three Days Later...

Nadia finally awakens after recovering her mana. But what she did notice is that she was inside a house and her head was lying on someone's lap.

A moment later, The person offering her lap to Nadia leaned forward and revealed that it was none other than the Female Arachnid herself, who has achieved a human form.

But even though her breasts were covered by her webbing, it doesn't cover the fact that she's naked in the lower part. Thus, Nadia's face glows bright red while the Female Arachnid simply smiled at her awakening.

"Good morning, Nadia. I hope you are well-rested," The Female Arachnid said,

After a brief pause, Nadia suddenly shrieked her loudest and rushes out of the house. She squats down and pants in embarrassment. But soon stops when she notices Da Vinci and the others in front of her.

Unlike the Female Arachnid, Da Vinci provided all of them the appropriate clothing and it ranged to Modern Medieval clothing.

"Oh, Nadia-chan! You're finally awake," Da Vinci greeted along with everyone behind her,

"Da Vinci... What did you..." Nadia muttered in disbelief,

"I'm glad you asked, You see these ants had suddenly changed into humans and they were lacking proper clothing," Da Vinci said with a minor blush on her cheeks, "So I took the luxury of making their clothes out of some of the finest materials they could find here,"

"Oh... Well, that seems grateful," Nadia said, then donned a deadpan look on herself, 'For me at least,'

But without warning, The Female Arachin soon steps out of the building, fully embraced Nadia, and it made Da Vinci gasp while Nadia tensed and turned her head to her.

"Oh, my," Da Vinci said in surprise and held her mouth at sight,

"N-No! It's not what you think!" Nadia yelled directly to Da Vinci while waving her arms in denial and her cheeks were blushing,

"To think that my master favors to such things like this fine maiden. You're making me jealous knowing that you appreciate such fine figures," Da Vinci jokingly complimented,

"IT'S NOTHING LIKE THAT!" Nadia yelled,

A Few moments later...

Nadia still wore an irritated look on her face as the now dressed Female Arachnid was wearing clothes that suit her figure. But that wasn't the only thing that's been bothering her.

She was seen sitting onto clean-cut stone with the female arachnid behind her, and ants of all regions kneeled before her.

Nadia wasn't the type of person to appreciate such things. Therefore, she had to end this charade before it could affect her ego...

"Everyone... Can you please stop with the kneeling? I'm perfectly fine if all of you just sit properly than formally," Nadia requested, and without a moment's hesitation. They've complied with her request and sat on the ground, though Nadia still felt rather uncomfortable towards their demeanor.

"Anyway... Let us begin our first annual meeting to this alliance," Nadia announced, "If you all have any questions, Hold all those for now and wait until I've finished discussing to you all about what will our next plans for taking back your lands and freeing your queens from the Demon Lord's grip,"

Nadia clears her throat once, pulled out a map she had obtained from within the underground storages of the central, and snaps her fingers to conjure a large geographical display of the map that caught everyone in awe at the sight.

"This map I found represents each and every part of the colonies in four separate regions," Nadia stated, "So whoever knows full well about their respective regions, Step forth and point at every exact location of every colony you know,"

With that, A few ants coming from their respective regions stepped forth and pinpointed several locations of the colonies before their defection. After they've finished, Nadia cups her chin in thought as she glanced around the map.

There were a total of over a hundred colonies and some were said to be destroyed and rebuilt as years passed by. But not only that, some ants were able to pinpoint key colonies where the Demon Lord's Underlings reside in.

There are a total of twenty underlings answering to the Demon Lord's beckoning. Six of them are the Demon Lord's most trusted and strongest men and they reside in the northern regions, Seven of them reside in the southern regions, Five of them reside in the eastern regions, and the Last three reside in the western regions.

The number of the Demon Lord's underlings was rather odd in the western region, and she could only assume that one or two of those underlings may have minions at their beckoning call or some support from the Demon Lord himself.

Speaking of the Demon Lord, Not even the Northern Ants themselves have a clue on where the exact locations of his castle despite him residing in the Northern Regions. This meant that the information is confidential and some or maybe one of his underlings know the location.

Until Nadia gets an idea, She chose to stay with the present and focus on certain tasks as soon as she dispelled the map she made.

"With the locations now known to me, We will put the task of rescuing your respective colonies on hold for now," Nadia stated, then she turns to her group, "Zen, Have you found a suitable place to create your colony?"

"I have, My lady," Zen responded, "Thanks to Ezra's guidance of the tunnels, I was able to find a suitable yet secured location to produce my colony,"

"Good, However. I wish to aid you on that certain topic since the skills you still possess now are still useful in the days ahead, and I can't have you sit around in a single room for the rest of your days," Nadia said,

"I'm sorry, What are you trying to imply here?" Zen questioned,

"Your role as a teacher to the young ants is so useful that I've decided to create something that may help with the production of your colony as well as ensuring that your duties as a teacher continue," Nadia said,

"You created something?" Reese questioned,

"Indeed, but I will get to that when I'm alone with you two," Nadia said, "As for you, Reese. With your skills and adaptability to military tactics, I've decided to entitle you as Leader of the Central Forces,"

"M-Me?! A Leader?!" Reese exclaimed while some ants gazed at him before turning back to Nadia,

"Umu~ and I've already selected a few candidates amongst all of the ants present as your new students," Nadia said, "Teach them properly, If you experience some problems, have some complaints, or seek some advice. Notify me and I will do what I can to help,"

Reese was in disbelief at this sudden entitlement. Throughout his life, he had never received such a position since he had lived and served as a regular soldier to his queen. But to become a leader and teach of his own was an honor nonetheless.

Reese rises from his sitting position, bends a knee before her, and bows his head to her.

"Understood, and I shall do my very best to appease your expectations!" Reese responded,

"I wish you luck," Nadia said, then she turns to the Northern Ant, "Ezra,"

"Yes, Lady Nadia?" The Northern Ant now named Ezra responded,

"With your vast knowledge of your respective region as well as your familiarity with its land. You and three ants, each belonging to one of four regions excluding yours, will team up and serve as the Intelligence Group of the Central Colony," Nadia declared,

"Very well, and I just so happen to know a few ants who willingly stayed behind and gather information of the current status of my region," Ezra said,

"Good, but for now. You will remain idle here since I want you and your team to know each other first and cooperate in several training regimes that I will assign to you. I can't afford having you sent out there unprepared" Nadia explained, and Ezra nodded in approval,

Then Nadia gazes up to the Female Arachnid, "And as for you, Willow,"

"What would like me to do?" The Female Arachnid now named Willow questioned,

"This may sound disapproving, But what I want you to do to deploy your best spotters to entry points and places with minimal vision while the largest spiders you have are burrow beneath the earth and set up several ambush points," Nadia ordered, "That way, The enemy won't know what hit them once they've landed onto their trap,"

"You want me to handle the defenses of this colony?" Willow questioned,

"Yes," Nadia replied, "And I know you have no part of this war whatsoever. But this is better than doing nothing, right?"

"You are indeed correct... But it makes it more worth my while if it means I get to be by your side all the time," Willow stated,

'She is so devoted...' Nadia said,

[Guess that charm of yours is something. Huh, Nadia?]

'Quiet, you!' Nadia yelled, then turns back to Willow, "But back to what I was saying, you will also be in charge of security of the Central Colony. You're my eyes and ears, and I want to be notified whenever there's trouble brewing in certain places,"

"You can count on me," Willow assured,

"As for the rest of you, Here are your assigned roles," Nadia announced and telepathically assigned their roles much to their surprise, "If you have questions, Feel free to ask and I will answer,"

A hand was raised, and Nadia turns towards a Western Ant, "Yes?"

"I know it is not my place to ask, and I know some of these people will resent me after this," The Western Ant stated, "Since when have you become our leader?"

This question surprised everyone, and all eyes were set towards Nadia, as she too had the same expression as them. She then pondered to herself on why she acted as a leader despiting being vastly different than them while the ants waited for her answer.

After a minute or two, Nadia then sighs and gives her answer, "To be honest with all of you. I never had the intention of being a leader again,"

This caused the ants to gasp as Nadia continued, "You see, I once took the role of a leader in the past and performed my duties with the utmost efficiency that it soon became part of my everyday life. After an... incident occurred throughout the course of my life, I never anticipated that I will take upon the role once more. So let's just say it's a habit of mine,"

"I see... Pardon me for asking," The Western Ant said,

"No need, I understand your curiosity," Nadia assured, then she clapped her hands once, and made an enthusiastic smile, "Other than that, Do your best!"

Everyone raised their fists and responded with a cry before going to their assigned roles of the Central Colony.

'Everyone is so pumped up...' Nadia commented

With that, The meeting had reached its conclusion and everyone started working.

Ezra and his team gathered at a certain meeting area and learn more about each other. A few ants volunteered to become students to Da Vinci and handle the restoration and reinforcements of the walls or some knowledge on how to create linen-based products like sacks, sheets, etc. And lastly, Willow commanded her spider army to position themselves to entry points and key locations of vulnerable walls.

As for Nadia's group, they went underground and inspect the designated area Zen talked about while the children stay behind.

Underground...

The area they arrived in was large and has remained untouched for quite a while. But it was indeed the perfect place to establish the queen's chambers.

"Nadia, You said that you created something for me. What is it that you have in mind?" Zen questioned,

"Do you remember your duty after the death of the queen?" Nadia questioned,

"I indeed remember quite clearly, Why?" Zen said,

Nadia didn't say, instead, she snap her fingers and something materializes on the ground. The two widened their eyes at sight as it was a replica of Zen herself and every detail of her was precisely the same.

"What do you think?" Nadia questioned,

"What do we think?! You made a copy of me!" Zen exclaimed,

"It wasn't easy, but I somehow managed to do just that," Nadia said, "After all, I am an expert thanks to a few things that I possess,"

[You're welcome, by the way]

'Quiet, you,' Nadia told,

"But how are you able to make such a replica in a matter of days?" Reese said as he examined the replica, and the response was materializing the book she used for summoning,

"That book?" Zen noted,

"Yep, but it's not just some book," Nadia stated, then gazes at it with nostalgia towards it, "It's a special relic that had been passed down through generations of Magi. Regardless of whether that person is good or evil, their knowledge and expertise are recorded and ready for use to the host who gains its ownership,"

Nadia sighs, and placed her free hand onto the book cover, and caresses it downward, "One of those Magi was someone I knew so long ago..."

"May I take a look?" Reese requested,

"Knock yourself out," Nadia said and passed the book to him,

When Reese opened the book, he widened his eyes while Zen went to his side and took a gander at it. Only to hold the same expression as him.

"It's... blank," Reese commented, as he flipped every page and the same result is always shown

"What gives?! Why keep a book that's completely blank on every page," Zen remarked, "Even the cover doesn't have anything written into it,"

"That's because the information can only be seen by the one who has ownership over it," Nadia said, stretched her hand, and the book dematerializes from their hands and materialized into hers, "Consider it as a precaution if someone tried to steal the book for their own purposes,"

"And how long does this ownership last?" Reese questioned,

"Until death," Nadia answered, which caught the two off guard from the answer. But not a moment later, she then glanced at the book with concern.

Back then, it was relatively easy to retrieve the book back before the owner's death since there were a few trusted people assigned to do this task. But due to Nadia being alone in this world, Survival became one of her most crucial priorities.

Afterward, Nadia dematerializes the book for safekeeping and focused on the main task at hand.

"Enough of my rambling. It's time we begin with the final step of this replica," Nadia declared, then materialized a small dagger and stretched her hand towards Zen, "I can lend your hand for a moment?"

"Uh... Sure I guess," Zen answered, and placed her hand onto Nadia's.

Nadia then flips it over, and placed the sharp edge of the dagger onto the palm of Zen's hand, "This will hurt a little,"

Nadia then slits Zen's open palm and caused her to wince in pain. Next, Nadia lets the blood drip onto the replica's stomach area then seals Zen's wound with a minor healing spell.

With Zen's blood on the replica, Nadia proceeded with the last step by conjuring a magic circle onto it.

"Here we go," Nadia muttered as she bends down, materialized a wand on hand, and started scribbling several runes into the outer layer of the circle as it circulates. After she had written the last rune in place, Nadia actives the spell, and the circle spirals at a fast rate.

Moments later, It illuminates the entire room with a bright light and everyone shielded their eyes until the light had died down.

Once it did, Nadia smiles proudly while Reese and Zen remained confused after the spell had been finished.

"Nothing happened?" Zen questioned, as Nadia stood up and dematerializes her wand,

"That's because you don't know yet," Nadia said,

"Know what?" Zen said,

"Go position yourself to an area where you will establish egg production," Nadia instructed, and Zen did just that as she went to a certain area and stood there.

"What next?" Zen asked,

"Sit down, close your eyes, and imagine yourself being inside this replica of yours," Nadia instructed,

Zen sat down on the ground, closed her eyes, and imagined herself being inside her replica. In just a brief moment, her body glowed and dispels, and Reese's eyes twitched at that.

"Zen?" Reese called out,

Nadia just scoffed, bends down on Zen's replica, and tapped onto the forehead a few times.

After a while, The replica suddenly groaned and slowly opened its eyes. Reese widens his eyes in disbelief while Nadia just smiled.

Zen then rubbed her eyes a couple of times, then looks down on her hands and noticed something different. When she turned in the direction of where she sat down, she notices her original body motionless as a statue.

"What the..." Zen muttered then turns to Nadia with a look of disbelief, "What did you,"

"[Soul Link]" Nadia answered, "A spell that I can use not only for myself but also for others as well. However, it has a few requirements are needed to accomplish the spell,"

"Such as?" Zen questioned,

"An artificially made body, Some blood on the replica, specific runes for the circle, and a lot of magicules to accomplish the spell entirely," Nadia said,

"So it's something that can't be done all the time?" Reese presumed,

"Indeed," Nadia said, then she marched towards Zen's original body, "And it's not something that can be used for combat purposes,"

Nadia then bends down, held her right middle finger into a ring, and flicks the forehead. This causes Zen to yell in pain and hold her forehead despite being in her replica.

"[Soul Link] indeed allows you to switch bodies. But in doing so, you leave your original body in a defenseless state and your senses are shared to both the replica and the original body," Nadia explained, "Which is why I've decided on this action of mine,"

"Which is?" Zen questioned,

"From this day forth, I will be taking you in as my disciple in the ways of the magic and ensure that both your original body and your replica are fortified with the proper defense of magic as well as increase your survivability and tolerance to the days ahead," Nadia announced,

"Me?! As your disciple?! B-But, I don't even possess any magic or skills whatsoever," Zen exclaimed in utter disbelief,

"In your original body, You indeed lack such skills or magic. But now that you are linked with a replica that I made, You now have possessed the magic power that fits the criteria for the education," Nadia stated,

Zen remained confused. but Nadia decided to show her as she walked her way towards her, held onto Zen's hands, and then channels some of her magicules into Zen's. Thus, revealing that Zen's replica had some degree of magic residing within it.

"Wow..." Zen muttered in awe while Nadia withdrew her hands, and stood upstraight,

"Your training will commence on the day after you've become the Ant Queen," Nadia declared, "In the meantime, try to get used to that body first,"

"Why I can just-" Zen attempted to stand up, but soon stumbled and Reese catches her before she could hit the ground, "What the-"

She then attempted to stand as Reese helped her off the ground. From there, the pair noticed that her legs were quivering.

"Since you're now possessing a newly made body, It will take some time for you to adjust before you can make any proper movements with it," Nadia clarified, "But rest assured, you can use your original body like normal since it's being well-preserved with magicules that the replica shares,"

Nadia then created a wooden cane and lends it to her, "Use this if you can. But once you're used to it, try walking without it, Am I understood?"

Zen nods in response then use her cane to support herself in her new body. But that soon brought another question to mind, "Um... How do I go back to my original body?"

"The same way you got into it. But try not to do it too often, transferring between bodies takes magicules, and if you lack the required amount of magicule. You will be stuck in the body you possess until you restore your magicules," Nadia answered,

"But... What would happen if Zen dies in her replica?" Reese grimly asked,

"She dies," Nadia bluntly answered, "Even if her original body remains unharmed, and her soul is within the replica and dies. Then the original body will be nothing more but an empty husk,"

This made the two rather nervous, but Nadia soon clapped her hands once and smiled enthusiastically, "So try not to get hurt when you're in that body, okay?"

Zen shakingly nods her head and went with Nadia's plans. Afterward, The three of them left after Nadia set several sentries around Zen's Original Body.

Meanwhile...

Far from ant territory lies a kingdom of humans...

And inside a large castle, A meeting between the king and his nobles is currently ongoing. Isaac is seen among them as he listened to the arguments of every noble present.

It was always about the regions that's farthest to the kingdom, and the majority of them wishes to form an expedition while the rest wishes not to get themselves involved due to the war of the ants.

Isaac was among the few who wished not to get involved especially when he had struck a deal with the Demon Lord who took over the ants.

Hours of arguing had come to pass that Isaac himself felt like it went on for eternity. But the meeting soon concluded with the decision from the King that he would send a small team of scouts first before forming a large army to try and exploit anything they could find within Ant territory.

One by one, The Nobles went back to their homes and Isaac was the last to leave.

But on his way to the steps, he saw someone below with a smug smirk on his face and sighs at the mere sight of him.

"Isaac," The noble greeted,

"Filip," Isaac greeted back,

"So, I guess the king has finally made his decision, Huh?" The noble now known as Filip said,

"He's a fool," Isaac said,

"I'd say that's blasphemy since he's our king. But I must say that I agree with you considering that those who disagree were once victims of the ants years ago," Filip said,

"Indeed, but why did you join with the majority?" Isaac questioned, "Don't tell me you've been influenced yourself by those fools as well, are you?"

"You're such a pessimist, Isaac. But it's not like I wanted to agree with them. I just don't want to earn the resentment of nobles, that's all," Filip stated,

"I see, then why are you standing out here? Were you waiting for me or something?" Isaac questioned,

Filip paused for a moment, then glanced around the area before confessing something to him, "Did you hear the rumors lately?"

"What of it?" Isaac questioned,

Filip went up the steps to be on the same side as Isaac, then placed his hand onto his shoulder, and whispered the following words to his ear, "The Grand Sage has summoned another Otherworlder to our cause..."

Isaac widen his eyes for a brief moment, and before maintaining his calm composure, and listened closely to him. Especially when the Kingdom has five Otherworlders at their disposal...

That is it for this chapter, everyone! And before I go, I wish to say this to you all...

Happy New Year, Everyone!

That is all, more will come on the first and pass through January, and I will see you all very soon!
