It was time for my second day at school. Luckily Izumi and them haven't bothered me today. They've shot me glances and glares but I could ignore them.
It was time for the class I was most excited about, heroics. I didn't know who the teacher was but with all of the other teachers here, I could only imagine who it could be.
What was weird was that they were late. It's already five minutes into class and the teacher still hadn't shown up. 'Where the heck are they?'
I looked out the window of the classroom, waiting until I heard heavy footsteps quickly approaching. I began to feel excited until I began to smell who it was and my mood immediately dropped.
The door burst open to reveal All Might in a stupid pose. "I am here! To teach in a cool pose!" I managed to resist rolling my eyes as All Might walked up to the podium. "Now, young heroes! Today, you will be doing… THIS!" He held up a card that had "battle training" on it. "Now! Get your costumes on and meet me at the fake city!"
He brought out a small remote and pressed a button and suitcases with different numbers came out of the wall. I got up and grabbed mine before heading to the changing room.

I opened my case and saw my costume. It wasn't anything amazing, just some pants and a mask like mom's. It didn't need to be anything flashy. I didn't bother with a shirt of any kind since my scales protect me plenty.
I quickly got changed and went to the fake city. I walked slowly so didn't have to wait with Ass Might alone. When I arrived, I was happy to see a few others were already there. We waited for everyone to arrive before All Might began. "Today students, you are going to be paired up with one another! You will be put in teams, heroes and villains! Teams are decided through drawing lots! Now, let's begin!"
——
I ended up on the villain team which I wasn't surprised about. At least I got teamed with Tsutsumi. As we were waiting for the start, I was thinking of a plan. "Hey Tsutsumi, are you able to hold up here without me?"
"Sure. What's the plan?"
Izumi POV
Me and Katsuki were waiting for the call to start. Katsuki was getting very impatient to start as he was gritting his teeth. "Jeez, calm the hell down."
"I wanna get in there and kick that Deku's ass already!"
"Start!" The moment dad said that, Katsuki ran into the building. I walked after him with my arms crossed, wanting to just get this over with. The building was completely dark like they had all of the lights turned off.
I've been feeling weird these last few days and I don't know why. It started the day I saw Izuku for the first time in years. It's not like I hate Izuku, it's just that he's beneath me like everyone else, like dad says. So I'll have fun toying with him. As we made our way through the halls, I began feeling like something was off. I saw a mark on the wall. It looked like an arrow carved into it.
Katsuki got an evil grin and ran off in the direction it was pointing and I just sighed. 'Why do I have to work with this idiot?' I followed after him but I lost him after turning the corner. "Fucking idiot."

Katsuki POV
I was running down the halls, following every sign I saw of that Deku so I could put him back in his place. I reached the end of a hallway and found another arrow but this one was pointing to the ceiling. I looked up only to see the darkness of the ceiling. "The fuck?"
Before I was about to look away, emerald green eyes appeared before me. The thing on the ceiling landed on top of me before I could react and I felt sharp claws grab me by my mouth. "You stupid heroes think you can come here and capture me? Well, I might as well kill you here."
I heard Deku's voice but the way he said that sent shivers up my spine like he might actually kill me. I tried to fight him off but he was holding both of my arms down. I couldn't move at all. I tried to shout for Izumi but I couldn't.
"Hehehe. Poor little hero. So cocky but still useless. Unable to save even there own life. How does it feel to be unable to stop your attacker? To be unable to defend yourself." He drug one of his claws across my face, leaving a scratch. "To be at the mercy of someone you used to think was never going to be a threat?"
I… I was… scared of Deku at this point. It really felt like I was going to die. 'Th-there's no way he would do it. He's not that kind of person.' Deku slowly raised his clawed hand with a crazed look on his face. The more I looked at him, the more I realized. This wasn't the same Deku. This was something else. This was… a monster.
Before he could do it, he was thrown against the wall, cracking it. I began breathing hard, almost choking for air, not realizing I was holding my breath the whole time. I looked back and saw Izumi walking up. "God you really are useless Katsuki. I don't even know why I put up with you anymore. Guess it's up to me to hold your hand through this and do all of the work."
Deku began fighting against the force pushing him against the wall as his eyes began to go even crazier. "If you want to die too, fine. More fun that way."
No one POV
Izuku smiled wildly as he jumped away from the wall, resisting the telekinetic power trying to push him back. Izumi had to duck out of the way to avoid the razor sharp claws that were aimed towards her neck.
Izuku used his wings to maneuver himself midair to keep an eye on Izumi. What he didn't expect was for lightning to start coursing around her body. 'The hell? That's not part of her quirk. But now at least I might have a decent fight.'
