Not really as short as I thought I was going to update, sorry, even though I never really made any promises anyway. Small writer's block there.

Anyway, I'm going to make some things clear. This may be sort of inspired from that 1990s movie, but the following events will absolutely not be included:

Dexter tricking Ed into signing the contract to take most of his money.

Roxanne seducing Ed into revealing his recipe.

Ed and Dexter infiltrating Mondo Burger as women.

(9:00 AM, May 31, 2022, Stun Burger)

What Mr. Relgaz said yesterday was true by an instant, many people were outside the opening of the brand new restaurant, Stun Burger. With the theme being electric and the Logo has the name "Stun Burger" on it with a lightning bolt to back it up, people were already amazed by the new restaurant that rivals Burpin' Burger. The moment people were allowed to get in caused them to flood in and demand for food immediately.

The common order is often the classic "Stun Burger" combo that consists of itself with medium fries and a soda cup all in one tray that costs $7.50. The burger consists of brioche buns with sesame seeds, mayo on both buns, stuffed with pickles, lettuce, ketchup, two ΒΌ lb well-done patties stuffed with melted colby jack cheese and grilled onions on top of one another, and freshly sliced tomatoes. The fries are in the style of shoe-strings and are deep fried in boiling water and vegetable oil. And the soda cup, well . . .the options are available at the fountain booth.

Other orders consist of hamburgers, bacon burgers, single burgers, triple burgers, veggie burgers, jalapeno burgers, patty melts, fish sandwiches, hot dogs, cheese dogs, chicago-style dogs, cheese fries, bacon cheese fries, grilled-onion bacon cheese fries, gourmet fries, tater tots, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, chile, chile with no beans, water, ice water, soda cans, Sprite, Coca-Cola, salad, etc.

While the food may be a bit greasy, the food lives absolutely to the logo's name it's under. Whenever someone bites and sips on their food or drink, a static shock would flow through their bodies and feel relaxed afterwards. Heck, some bites even caused some spines to bend the other way a little.

After several hours of people buying, paying, eating, and taking food, Mr Relgaz watches it all happening through security camera eyes on a computer screen in his office and smiles. "That's it. Keep emptying your wallets for the 'stunning' food you're receiving in front of you. Soon enough, Burpin' Burger will have no choice but to become another bankrupt restaurant. And all I have to do is watch arrows on computer screens go up!"

A Stun Burger employee with light brown hair comes into his office. "Sir, I just spied on Burpin' Burger like you told me to do. Surprisingly, our incompetent rival from across the street still has some people buying food there."

Mr. Relgaz was unfazed by this. "Let them be, they'll come around eventually." He continues watching the computer screen. "By the way, any word on that particular boy?"

"You mean the one who was training six new recruits?"

"Yeah that guy." Mr. Relgaz grabs a water bottle on his desk and takes a gulp from it. "He seems to be more passionate about working than usual employees of a business."

The Stun Burger employee thought of what his manager said. "He's probably determined to not get fired sir. Anyway, he's currently outside behind Burpin' Burger."

"Doing what?"

"Well . . ."

(12:00 PM, Burpin' Burger)

Lincoln comes to the back of the fast food restaurant with a lemonade cup, ready to talk to Micah again to make amends. After some persuasion from Liam, Lincoln was able to find the will to talk to Micah about his anxiety. He may have only known him for maybe about a week, but he believes he can trust him since he's a nice kid to be around. As he comes around the corner, what he sees next was either shocking or unimpressed.

"I told you already," Micah said, facing a . . .dog? "This is my lunch, you can't have it! Go get your own!"

The dog, a stray pug, barks in response as Micah holds his burger and large fries up high so it can't reach his food.

"Do I have to repeat myself?! Get your own lunch! I cooked this fair and square!"

The pug responded by barking with its tail wagging.

As the boy and dog kept arguing/conversing, Lincoln looked at them deadpanned. "This might be something Lana would've been in but in a rather nicer way."

Lincoln then comes out of thought and approaches the scene having had enough of what was going on. "Hey! Get out of here! Shoo!" Lincoln shouted as the pug went away.

Micah sighed in relief. "Gee thanks Lincoln," he said. "I thought I was never gonna be able to finish my lunch in time."

Lincoln looks at him deadpanned. "You could've just done what I did you know?"

"Oh yeah right."

"Anyway, why are you eating out here?" Lincoln asked as they both sat down on nearby crates beside the restaurant wall. "You can enjoy food better inside, besides the lack of A.C. that still needs to be installed."

Micah took a bite from his burger and looked straight ahead. "I just wanted some quietness for myself," he said. "For some reason, I just . . .feel different."

Lincoln takes a sip from his lemonade. "Different how?"

"Like I guess . . .ever since that arcade incident that made you want to leave soon, I have felt down. I never felt this way before."

"It happens to people every and then." Lincoln sighs before looking at Micah. "But, you feel this way because of me. After finding out and being aware of that embarrassing trend with me and my friends, it made me push you away. I should've lashed out on you that day and instead asked for your help."

"It's fine." Micah took some fries and ate them. "I'm not used to hanging out with people outside of work."

"How long have you been working here?"

"About several years," he answered. "Like I said before, part-time on school days and full-time during the summer."

"Right." Lincoln acknowledged Micah's words. "Anyway, how do you handle asking your crushes out?"

"Never had one," said Micah. "I don't usually pay much attention to those around me and would rather focus on academics instead."

"You never noticed any girls having school crushes on you?" Lincoln continued to drink his lemonade.

Micah finished his burger and tossed the wrap into the large trash bin. "I think they might have but I just ignored them." He turns to face Lincoln. "Did any girl crush on you?"

"Hardly," he answered. "Not many girls conversed with me due to the fact that I have white hair. That's even in contrast to my ten sisters having either blonde or brown hair."

"What about Stella?"

"I already told you Micah, she's an exception." Lincoln finished his lemonade, threw the cup into the large trash bin and took some fries that Micah was willing to share. "It used to be just me, Clyde, Liam, Zach, and Rusty. We were good friends to one another at best. Then she came, she moved into Royal Woods back in 5th grade and we all started crushing on her, especially after she began talking to us one at a time."

Micah took another fry. "How did that go down?"

"My answer that I'd give you would be dust cloud." Lincoln took a few more fries from Micah. "We kept fighting each other for Stella's heart time and time again to the point of actually fighting each other in the school gym."

"Sheesh! Must have been brutal."

Lincoln shrugged his shoulders. "Kind of," he said. "Our injuries were at the level of ice packs. When we were outside the nurse's office, the nurse made us realize that we almost broke off our friendship bonds with each other over Stella. You get what I'm saying?"

Micah nods. "Yeah, I'm going to assume because you five can't make friends with other people because of who you guys are."

"So-so," Lincoln said. "I have white hair and at times ostracized, Clyde's often socially inept in school, Liam's farm background hard for some people to get by, Zach's obsession for aliens can make you isolate from him, and Rusty . . .well, he's a 'Ladies Man' so many people don't obviously like him for that trait."

"I see." Micah said as he ate some more fries. "So how did Stella become part of your group?"

"Well, after forgiving each other, me and the boys immediately blamed Stella for 'pinning' us against each other and confronted her about it. However, it turns out it was a misunderstanding as she just wanted to be friends with us by getting to know us one by one while we just stared in awe at her beauty. So after we apologized to her for our antics, she forgiven us and officially became part of our friend group."

Micah processed it all in as he gave the last of his fries to Lincoln. "And since then you six have had each other's backs no matter what."

Lincoln finishes the given content, throws it into the large trash bin, and nods. "That's what we do. Of course there were many times in our lives that almost broke our friendships off but we always manage to turn it around."

"What were those times?"

"I can tell you," Lincoln said hesitantly. "But that would be too much detail."

"Right," said Micah. "So what about your crush? Did they try to help you with that?"

"Well, at first no because they wanted me to ask her out myself. However, my nervousness got the best of me and I always shy away from the opportunity."

"Does she ever try talking to you?"

"Sometimes, although I usually end up sweating and making a fool of myself in front of the people nearby." Lincoln sighs with sadness. "I doubt she'll ever come by Burpin' Burger and want to talk to me since she's aware of my humiliation."

Micah thinks about what the white-haired boy said. "Well, you wouldn't really be talking to her or any of the customers much anyway since I put you on the grill station. You're in the center of the kitchen, your job doesn't require you to talk to customers much." He regrets saying that after seeing Lincoln putting his head down. "Ok, bad idea! Forget that last part! Anyway, your hypothesis is wrong; Middle school kids always come by to eat Burpin' Burgers, especially during the summer."

Lincoln was a little convinced. "You do have a point there."

"And besides," said Micah. "Even if she doesn't come, you just need to convince her to do so."

"Convince her?"

"Yeah," said Micah. "Convince her to come to Burpin' Burger, like put up an advertisement. People get persuaded by that stuff."

"Huh, that actually makes sense." Lincoln suddenly remembered something. "Which reminded me of another reason I came here."

"What's that?"

"You wanna come and sleepover at my house tomorrow night?"

"Oh yeah sure, tha-What! Are you serious?!" Micah wasn't expecting to hear that from the white-haired boy.

Lincoln nods in confirmation. "Of course I am, I eventually told my Dad what happened and he advised me to ask you to come over and hang out at my place. So what do you say?"

"Sure, I always wanted to meet the rest of your family. I already know your sister, Luan, but I wouldn't mind experiencing the loudness your family's known for. Also, it's often quiet at my home anyway. I'm sure my parents would allow me to get more social since I wasn't really doing that in school anyway."

"Cool! You're going to love my sisters!" Lincoln exclaimed. "In a platonic way, of course. Anyway, I believe our break time's almost over, we should get back inside now."

"Yeah," Micah agreed. "You can go on inside, I just want to breathe in the fresh air a little bit more."

"Okay then." Lincoln then proceeds to head back into Burpin' Burger. "Wait a minute? 'I just want to breathe in the fresh air?' Aren't we in the back of a fast food restaurant?"

As soon as Lincoln enters the back door and is no longer in his sight, Micah looks around before heading around the corner of Burpin' Burger's right wall. Seeing no one in the area around him, he suddenly collapses and lets out a lot of air as if he just held his breath under water. He then held onto his stomach as he felt it tightening up while also maintaining his breath. "Crap! That was close! I have to keep this up for my own sake! He mustn't ever know! No one should!" As soon as his breathing was back to normal, he then stood up, wiped the dirt off of his employee uniform and started to head back inside the fast food restaurant.

Later that day, somewhere in the richer side of Royal Woods' neighborhood, one rich house had a certain light brown haired girl coming into her bedroom feeling bored and miserable. She was wearing a yellow pajama shirt and black pajama shorts for her night attire. She then lied down on her soft bed and groaned. "Dang it Girl Jordan! You can't remain depressed like this for the rest of the summer."

If there's one thing Girl Jordan absolutely regretted in her life, it would be the fact that she just watched Lincoln and his friends get humiliated by a dog when she could have tried to help out in any way she could.

"I need to get proactive somehow. You've known Lincoln for a long time now, he's a nice guy, unlike those other popular kids like that idiot, Chandler." She then sits up and starts to think. "In school, he always has his friends who back him up in any situation. So-" She snaps her fingers with excitement. "I just need to think like Lincoln and discuss my situation with people I know who will back me up."

With her new resolution, she immediately grabbed her phone from her pocket and started typing up a message.

Girl Jordan: I'm having a slumber party at my place tomorrow night and you're all invited. You can bring your pillows, sleeping bags, and any snacks over at your disposal.

Girl Jordan then sends the message to the people she knows: Rachel, Chloe, Emma, Mollie, Joy, Kat, and Christina.

AN: Wonder how Micah will react to Lincoln' sisters? Find out in the next chapter.

I also managed to fix some mistakes from previous chapters.
