There was a dull light outside, Gooey felt the trio jump as he began to wake up. Likewise, he was startled when he saw all three stare at him. He wasn't used to the this kind of attention, maybe this was what his brother felt like when he first brought Gooey to his nest?

Those thoughts quickly went away when Rimuru hopped towards the window. It was raining outside, and it didn't take long for the other two to watch the rain. They were all memorized by the water falling outside.

"Yeah, it can rain a lot out here sometimes," Gooey told his siblings. "It can be really good because it helps food grow, but you gotta be careful when you hear thunder."

Gooey hadn't heard about rain before coming to Popstar, so he had to wonder if the same thing applied to the trio as well. They were still very young, of course, so they would've been fascinated with the rain regardless.

Suddenly, Rimuro floated out of bed and landed by the door, they glanced back at Gooey and opened their mouth in an attempt to smile, it was as if they asked him to open the door.

"I dunno, you'll probably get sick." Gooey warned. Rimuro didn't seem to care, they continued to sit by the door as they waited for Gooey to open it. However, they panicked as soon as they heard a loud crashing sound outside. In fact, all three siblings curled up against Gooey in hopes that he would protect protect them.

"Yep, that's the thunder," Gooey told the trio. "But uh...we can still have fun in here, we jus' gotta find something to play with."

With that said, Gooey hopped off of the bed and dug under it for something he could do with his siblings. He refused to use any kind of weapon Kirby had buried under here, the Rainbow Sword in particular would kill all three of them at once.

Finally, Gooey managed to pull out a picnic set...maybe he could have an indoor picnic with his siblings? He dug around some more until he found some snacks. Next, he pulled a blanket out of the basket and placed it on the floor. The trio sat there as they watched Gooey prepare the picnic.

"OK, all done!" Gooey said as he hopped off of the blanket. There were some cookies and chips on one end of the blanket, on the other end was a sketch pad and some pencils. Ado gave him the sketch pad a while ago, and though some pages were used, there was still enough paper to draw with.

One by one, each sibling began to make their way to the blanket. It didn't take long for them to get comfortable, despite the occasional thunder outside. Rimuru rolled around on the floor, Rimuro buried itself in the bag of chips, and Rimura sat next to Gooey. They drew something on the sketchpad with whatever pencils they could find. Gooey had pulled out a piece of paper from the sketch pad, though all he did was draw a picture of Kirby. He couldn't help but wonder what he and the others were up to right now, though he hoped that they would come back safe wherever they were.

"...What are you drawing?" Gooey asked Rimura. They proudly showed Gooey their picture, there were two different things drawn onto it. The first thing had a face like Kirby's, though it had wings, a ring over its head, and some kind of plant growing out of its backside. The other thing, though, was made up of triangles. It also had eyes that covered its whole body. The second thing looked familiar to Gooey, it didn't take long for him to figure out what it was.

"Wait, isn't that Lord Miracle?!" Gooey asked excitedly. "You'd you end up meeting him!?"

Gooey hadn't seen Lord Miracle for a long time. With Lord Zero gone, he had to wonder what Lord Miracle was up to these days. Maybe he still protected his home from enemies? But with Zero gone, that would make Lord Miracle a leader of that colony...right? So maybe Lord Miracle was their Zero?

...No, that wouldn't be possible. Lord Miracle has never been able to create life, so why would he start right now? Unless the other thing that Rimura drew was also a Zero, but Zeroes usually don't look like that.

Well, whatever. One way or another these three knew of Lord Miracle.

"So you know how Lord Miracle had the Copy Ability?" Gooey asked, assuming his siblings knew of this ability. "Well, I can do it to!"

The trio stared at Gooey as he tried to figure out a way to demonstrate this ability, maybe he could find something he could eat in order to gain its ability. He made his way to the door and was immediately drenched in water upon opening it. He quickly grabbed a few rocks from the ground with his tongue before immediately closing the door. He shook the water off of his body before he accidentally turned himself into a rock.

All three siblings stared at Gooey in complete shock, though that was to be expected. Most Dark Matter didn't have access to this ability, after all. Heck, even Lord Miracle would've been impressed if he were here.

Gooey decided he would stay still as Rimuru tried to nudge him. It wasn't particularly strong on its own, it could only move Gooey by a few inches at most.

Soon, the other siblings tried to help out as well. They weren't particularly strong, but they managed to bring Gooey to the middle of the blanket. The eldest Dark Matter in the room couldn't help but smile to himself, who knew that being a Big Brother could be this fun?

The trio sat and stared at Gooey, it seemed as if they were trying to figure out how to fix him. Suddenly, Gooey changed back and shouted dramatically as if to surprise them...Though it worked a little too well as the trio fled. Two of them hid under the blanket while Rimuro hid inside the fireplace.

"No! Wait! I'm sorry," Gooey said in a panicked tone. "I didn't mean to scare you!"

One by one, the siblings came out of their hiding spots. They stared at Gooey, though there was no malice in their eyes. Gooey just needed to make sure he was careful next time, after all they were still very young.

Perhaps when the rain was gone, he could play outside with them? He was sure that they would love that.
