Big One World

Scotland, 6:50 AM, Hogwarts, Headmaster's Office.

(Dumbledore's POV)

Albus Dumbledore, the headmaster of Hogwarts, frowned in worry when most in his position would have started to run around like headless chickens in panic. But not him. He was the man who fought against the most powerful dark lord and lady of modern times, the man who faced the full might of the Holy Church and its Executors. He was the man who invaded the Mage's Association single-handedly when they kidnapped wizard children during a civil war.

His scar still stings to this day, given by Barthomeloi Lorelei, the strongest human mage alive, as they call her. If not for Wizard Marshall, Kischur Zelretch Schweinorg, there wouldn't be a Clock Tower standing in London today. At least he managed to instill fear into those mages to not mess with wizardkind.

So, he was certainly not afraid to announce to some pure-blood parents that their children were dead. He was sad and distraught, yes, but not afraid.

"Severus, how did the investigation go?" The old man asked softly as Fawkes, his familiar and old friend, cooed sadly from his perch, sensing solemn emotions in the room.

"Well," Snape replied, with a bit of a crisp tone. "But I had to use Legilimency." He admitted.

"No worries. Student safety goes beyond any ludicrous rules the ministry may impose," Dumbledore waved it off as he stopped pacing around the room and sat at his fancy-looking seat, reserved for the headmaster only.

Previous Headmasters residing in portrait also leaned in as they were interested in what was going on that put the so-called second coming of Merlin in a twist.

"Lucian Bole, missing since last night's student, last seen with Harry Potter, along with his friends who also went missing."

"That is not a good sign," Dumbledore admitted.

"The boy is innocent," Snape replied like he did not want to admit it. "I looked through his memories, and after hitting his back on the wall, the boy was knocked out."

"Ahh, yes. I didn't mean to accuse young Harry of anything."

"Is it? Then why are you all personally close to most of the students except for the Slytherins?"

"What are you implying, Severus?" Dumbledore asked seriously as his wrinkled face hardened, the face he never really showed to others.

"That if you were chummy with all the houses equally, you wouldn't need me to investigate Slytherin House. If someone from Gryffindor was in any danger, you would've run off already," Snape didn't back down and replied viciously.

Then he suddenly regretted it as the room began to shake, a wave of power erupted from the old man as Snape's knee shook.

"Control yourself, Severus. Losing your student is no excuse for losing composure when other students could still be in danger," the old man warned calmly, yet the threat hung open in the air.

Snape only nodded in response as all the magical pressure dissipated from the air, Dumbledore sighed tiredly.

"I don't ignore the Slytherins, Severus, nor do I despise your House. Not because I cling to Gryffindor from my youth."

The old man sighed as he finally relaxed.

"This pure-blood ideology they instill in their children will never allow any Slytherin to get along with a half-blood like me without any ulterior motive, no matter how influential and powerful I am." The old man said truthfully as he looked outside of the window, lost in memories.

"That's why I need you, Severus, I need you in the dark while serving the light." Dumbledore turned and looked back, his hardened blue eyes narrowed.

"Just as we promised, when Voldemort is dealt with, your debt will be paid for saving your life from the death sentence eleven years ago."

"I understand." Snape bowed while gritting his teeth inside.

Damn it! What was going on in his mistress's head when she sent him to spy on Dumbledore with complete loyalty?

Because of his magic contract with Dumbledore, he can't help any of her children or her faction directly, and having to find loopholes every time was getting tiring.

"So where were you when the children went missing?" The Headmaster asked, not a trace of suspicion in his voice as the old man was sure Snape wasn't the culprit.

"With Delphini Malfoy, she was little more than shocked to find a certain someone here." He replied dryly.

"A very solid alibi." The old man noted before he could think of anything else.

"You're more wary of the girl than our little runaway," Snape said back.

"Ah yes, but he is a half-blood inside Black Manor, I doubt the Black ancestors would help the boy but this is something I will deal with later."

"The girl is however raised by Malfoys, one of her mother's most loyal supporters, you blame me for suspecting her?" Dumbledore asked.

"You're being biased because of her blood while ignoring her twin." Snape sucked in long breaths. "We don't even know if those two are even involved."

"Hmm, the boy was sorted into Hufflepuff. That boy may fool me but no one can fool the Sorting Hat. If the Founder's Will states the boy is clean, then the boy is clean." He said with certainty, using his logic and experience.

Oh, how wrong he was. Snape thought with a hidden smirk. From his interactions with the boy, Snape was sure that the son of Voldemort was an absolute menace to everyone.

He was sure that the boy somehow fooled the Sorting Hat because he knew for a fact that the boy was more cold-blooded than Lady Voldemort.

Just because the boy had no destructive emotions does not mean he was a good person. This boy was the same person who smiled at him sincerely after trying to kill him in their first meeting months ago at the orphanage.

"According to Hagrid, Lucian killed fifteen Dire Wolves before the Alpha Wolf put him down rather viciously."

Understandable, since the boy probably killed its pack. Snape thought grimly.

"And the remains of his two friends are yet to be found, the only way I know those two are dead is because they are missing and were last seen with the victim." Dumbledore summarised.

"Are we even sure this is murder?" Snape finally asked, he had very good ideas about who the culprit was. And if he exposed the culprit, it could ruin everything he had worked for so far.

"What do you mean?"

"We are assuming this is murder because they were last seen with Harry Potter, who is innocent and we are ignoring the key facts of this incident."

"Go on," Dumbledore said, intrigued.

"Lucian Bole, our rising Quidditch player, was known in Slytherin for glory-hogging tendencies," Snape revealed, not lying about this little fact.

"Unlikely possibility." Dumbledore sighed before strengthening his shoulders. "Inform the Slytherins about the demise of Lucian and his friends, we will contact their parents in a few days, the rest of the school doesn't need to know, Am I understood?"

It was not a question and Snape knew it.

"Of course," Snape said dryly before walking out of the Headmaster's office. In Hogwarts, it was not the first time a few students were killed because of their stupidity, and it certainly won't be the last.

(Heliel's POV)

It was a nice and colorful morning in Hogwarts, and the Hufflepuff Dormitory was so warm and comfy that I didn't want to get up.

Alas, class will start in thirty minutes so I need to move my ass and get things done before heading out for the first day of school.

And looks like I was not the only lazy one since everyone was still walking around the common room half asleep.

Quest Activated!

You never get a second chance to make a great first impression, so what are you waiting for?

Objective: Attend every class without being late.

Reward: 2000 XP, ???

Ah, what a surprise. Nothing gets me more motivated than a juicy two thousand experience points and some random rewards.

So far my Luck hasn't borne any fruit since I have gotten common underwear as a random reward, still, I'm hoping one day the Gamer system will give me the Sharingan.

Ironically, The Ultimate Luck doesn't affect the Gamer System at all. The only thing it does is manipulate my environment hilariously.

That one time my feet slipped, accidentally dodging a pile of logs that came out of nowhere in Black Manor's courtyard and collided with Kreacher who was gardening a few feet away.

I probably sprang some trap unknowingly and the poor elf got knocked out.

Things like that happened around me so many times that I nearly lost count. Of course, it wasn't always that dangerous, but it sure made for some hilarious situations.

While walking down the corridor I contemplated certain things. Due to my reckless action last night, something is bound to backfire in some way.

Three students were dead on the first day of the new semester, which will put everyone on guard.

Several students from other houses also began to appear as I approached the giant staircase leading upstairs.

Thank Merlin my dorm was on the ground floor, otherwise, it would've been a pain to memorize the pattern of every single moving stair.

It was a miracle nobody fell from here. In the worst case scenario, the person who fell dies, and in the best, some grievous injuries.

I sighed once more as I realized I was wasting my time, starting at the moving staircase. I was going to be late for breakfast at this rate.

When I reached the Great Hall, mostly everyone was present, already chowing down their food. While walking around I spotted the sleepy green-eyed boy walking like a zombie.

"Oh, Harry my man, how's it going?" I called enthusiastically at the Great Hall as I encountered a wild Harry Potter.

"Life's a pain and I'm in pain." He muttered tiredly. "I was just walking down the hallway, to my room then bam! I got knocked out and woke up in my room."

Despite his nonchalant tone, the boy was pissed, I could feel his anger a few meters away.

"Looks like you're already popular in Slytherin." I joked before

"Don't even joke about that, my knee is still sore for some reason," Harry said tiredly before heading toward the Slytherin table. I wanted to follow him but sitting at a different house table on the first day of school didn't seem like a good idea.

"Hey, there kiddo? Had a good sleep?" Victoria came out of nowhere while bopping my head lightly. "Here is your schedule for this year so you better not lose it." She said, handing me some kind of slip of paper.

Before I had any chance to reply, she was already gone.

And of course, she was gone, she probably had Prefect duties or whatever.

I barely gazed at the piece of paper before burning into my memory as it looked important.

Saturday

Quidditch Game: 2:45 pm till the end of the game.

What the fuck was Supernatural Threats? And what's with muggle studies, aren't those supposed to be optional in fourth years or something?

Hmm, so some free time then Defence against the Dark Arts. It won't be boring at least. And that teacher was hot.

But let's not think about her so casually, her title is listed as The Immortal Witch and she is the replacement for Quirinus Quirrell.

Never hurts to be careful in a situation like that.

But before that, there was free time. Before I could stand up after finishing my breakfast, a red window popped into my vision, startling me.

I quickly turned my head to see the pissed-off face of my twin marching toward me with a thirst for vengeance on her features.

"Hey, there Pixie, who killed your puppy?" I asked cheerfully. Unfortunately, she didn't share my mood today.

"What did you do to my hair?!" She hissed, grabbing the collar of my shirt in anger.

"What are you talking about? Your hair looks perfectly fine." I replied in a faux observing tone.

"This is no joking matter, in the magical world taking away hair, nails, or any part of the body is a crime. So you better have them destroyed or return them to me!"

"Hmm," I grunted, not responding as she shook me around. The urge to stab her with my water blade was great but I was getting better at controlling my instinct.

"Are you listening to me?!" She raised her voice while not letting me go.

"Oh, did you say something?" And of course, I controlled my murderous instinct by calling out my inner Kakashi.

"Why you-?!" Her words stopped as suddenly four wands came out of nowhere and poked at her from all directions.

"You've got some nerve little snake, causing a scene like that on the first day and in public at that," Victoria said, coming out of nowhere with a pissed-off tone.

Even a few more boys were pointing at Delphini with the same expression on their faces.

"I— we know each other, he's my brother!" She replied, a bit nervous as multiple wands were poking at various parts of her body.

Victoria looked over at me for confirmation I just smiled and shrugged.

"I've never met this girl in my life."

And that betrayed look I got from Delphini was so sweet, I turn away to hide the shit-eating grin on my face. Multiple protests were coming from the panicking girl but I ignored her with a bright smile.

I'll let them handle my twin, I have classes to attend.

While walking around the hallway I sensed someone's gaze on me and I stopped in my tracks.

Looking around there was no one beside me, which was surprising since this school has a massive population.

For now, I didn't need new things to worry about in this crazy place.

Had I looked up at the ceiling above my head, I would have spotted the silver-haired girl, or rather her ghost staring at me intensely with a mischievous smile.

666

I slowly entered the classroom and I observed people inside this enormous room, surrounded by dark walls with no windows, the only light coming from ventilation upward.

Come to think of it, this room would never be this bright because of that puny hole. More likely the room was enchanted with light. Really good enchantment since there was no focus of light like a bulb or candle.

This was my first lesson from this school. I got more attention than I would've liked, as I looked better than the average student, which must be because of my genes.

And I was not on the verge of malnutrition like Harry, as I was an excellent thief at Orphanage in the art of stealing food.

Food was never a problem for me.

Looking around I spotted two Huffles like me as I approached them with a harmless smile on my face. If I was right these two were Susan Bones and Hannah Abbott or something.

"Excuse me, can I join-!" my words got stuck as Susan snapped her head in my direction so fast, it nearly created a sonic boom with a very much real glare made out of hate.

The quills in her hand snapped in half as her eyes glowed, not literally, just some kind of dangerous glint.

"No, you may not." She replied as she stood up, ready to do something that will not end well.

Not well to her to be precise.

"Susan, calm down. You are better than this." Hannah tried to de-escalate the situation, but the strawberry-blonde girl didn't seem to care or listen.

I was ready to go to my combat stance as I readied myself until it proved unnecessary as fist hit Susan from behind.

Susan yelped as she held her head, all her bravado gone as she looked at the redheaded girl who struck her with her fist.

"Jeanne?"

"Don't make a fool of yourself Susan, you're one of the kindest people I know," Jeanne, or mini Lily Potter as I call her in my head, appears beside Susan while patting her back.

"I'm sorry," Susan apologized, actually looking a little sorry as she returned to her seat with shame and anger in her eyes.

"What's her problem?" I asked my "Saviour", turning toward her.

"Come on, I will explain." She said, taking seat rows behind Susan's seat as she invited me.

I followed her without any fuss as Class buzzed because of the drama just now.

"She's not usually like that." The redhead tried to explain, "She is the kindest person I know."

"So it's just me." I deduced.

"Yes." Another voice said to me as the "Boy Who Lived" sat beside me. I was in the middle between two Gryffindor Potter siblings.

"Your face eerily matches with her parents' killer, Sirius Black." She said, frowning while her brother looked at the Blonde girl in front of us in sympathy.

"It's probably the first memory she remembered as a toddler, hence her animosity to you," Fleamomt explained while yawning in his seat.

"That's stupid," I scoffed, loudly. "I'm not Sirius Black, I'm not even his son, next time someone compares me to that criminal, I'll drop-kick them in the face."

Surprisingly many laughed at my remark instead of frowning because of my barbaric words.

Because there was no Slytherin or Ravenclaw around with pure blood values.

Gryffindors were laughing, probably thinking it would be amusing and hilarious.

"Now what's the plan guys? You surrounded your brother's innocent Hufflepuff friend?" I asked while looking at my bench companion. "Are you going to bribe me? Blackmail me or threaten me not to be friends with Harry?"

"What kind of person did you take us for?" Jeanne asked, spluttering.

"Drenched in fame since childhood, head filled from arrogance and pride." I said looking at the V-shaped scar on Fleamont's forehead, "Among many things."

The boy looked visibly down at my answer while the redhead giggled for some reason.

"Why does everyone assume that before even knowing me?" the boy mumbled while giving stink eyes to his giggling sister.

Behind us, a redheaded boy, Ron, and a shy-looking boy Neville were also snickering at the Boy Who Lived.

"No, it is nothing like that, you just seemed interesting, A Black who is not insane, and we are kinda related, so just looking out for you," Fleamont replied.

"You do know, I will choose to support Harry over you if the situation arises, don't you?"

"Yeah, we are counting on that," Jeanne said, "And also our aunt Bella, Bellatrix Black asked us to look for Regulus' kid or something like that."

Wait, what? That insane bitch is alive? No, she asked Potter, which means she is friendly with them, probably not insane then. What about Sirius then? Is he simping on my mother or something?

"What is it? You looked shocked."

"Just processing my whole life was a lie, I have so many magical relatives yet I was thrown into an orphanage in Muggle London."

And the mood was instantly killed by that awkward silence.

Thankfully our classroom door opened as our teacher entered the classroom.

The woman was stunning, frankly giving Lily Potter a run for her money despite being similar in appearance. She was a red-haired woman of shorter-than-average height, wearing a long-sleeved thin coat in the colour red and a small gold pendant necklace hanging visibly. Her hair was tied in a loose bun. With colourful and bold makeup while clutching books in her arms, she would've charmed our class like Veela if we were fourth or fifth-year students.

"Hello, students." She said cheerfully, standing in front of all the students cheerfully. "I'm this year's Defense Against The Dark Arts instructor, hopefully, I can make a warrior out of you puppies." She smiled dazzlingly as the whole class got captivated by her charm.

Rowena MacLeod /?

Level 130 /?

The Immortal Witch /?

And that title made me more nervous than I had ever been as I caught her looking at me subtly when she thought nobody was looking.

Nevertheless class started.

"As you may have heard, I'm from the States, and I particularly don't know much about British traditions, thus I will be only teaching you practical things that will save your life one day in this dangerous world of ours." She started.

She took out her wand and it started to float above her palm.

"First thing I will teach you is what to do if you are unarmed and you can't pick up your wand."

Students began to talk among themselves as they looked at the floating wand of their teacher.

"But Professor?" A boy, dressed in Hufflepuff raised his hands.

"Yes ?" She replied pleasantly.

"Don't all wizards need a wand to cast magic? So how should we use magic without it to make it float?"

"Need is not the right word dear, as you all may have experienced magic from your body before getting your own wand this year."

All of us nodded at that. Accidental magic was not rare, just uncommon, it can still happen because of intense emotions, even I, equipped with a Gamer's Mind, experienced that after arguing with Old Man Arcturus months ago.

"Wands or any other magical foci like staves and rings are just tools that significantly boost the flow and output of your magic and also make it easy to control, that's why they are so important, but you should not let it hold you back and make you helpless in its absence." She said calmly as we all listened, some even taking notes.

"So for our first lesson, you need to summon your wand to your hand from a distance."

And the class began as children tried to learn telekinesis without much success. I don't know how this DADA class turned into a Force study session. At least I think this is how they train children in the force in Star Wars.

"Ahem, Mister Black, I see you haven't even started yet?" Our beautiful teacher came over to our desk while Potters were waving their arms without any luck.

"Not to be Racist but please don't call me that, my last name is Riddle, and I don't care about the whole Ancient and Noble house nonsense," I replied while raising my palm, my wand dancing around like Beyblade.

"Excellent work dear, ten points to Hufflepuff," She announced cheerfully before retreating toward her seat at the front of the class.

"A little help, please?" the redheaded girl asked with puppy dog eyes and her brother and his friends pretended to not hear my words.

"Do you remember Ollivander's words?" I asked.

"The wand chooses the wizard?" She asked sceptically.

"What? Do you mean our wands are alive ?" Fleamont asked from the other side.

"Not entirely, a wand isn't alive in the same way we are but it does have a Magical Core, just like us or any magical beast, so think about it, is it impossible for anything when magic is involved?" I asked as my wand began to spin faster in my palm. My wand Harpe was rather loyal to me in these months.

Harpe — Blackthorn with a Thestral tail hair core.

Compatibility: 10

Loyalty: 8

30% more DMG and Flow of Mana

Yup, thirty percent may not seem that big but I was the Gamer, I can cast Wandless magic in the same output as a normal wizard with a wand, and if I use my own Wand, my magic increases up to an extra thirty percent.

"You make it sound so easy," Jeanne muttered while waving her hand, slightly moving her wand telekinetically.

And so on the class continued, not some were still gawking at the teacher, including me, but my reason wasn't any nefarious, I swear.

Because the reason behind this is she also tried what Snape did in our first meeting, Thank Merlin for Gamer's Mind .

And I'm officially creeped out, yup there is now a hundred percent sure she was somehow connected to Voldymom, a replacement for a stuttering fool in this universe.

"What a waste of an hour, she could've given this to us as an Assignment and taught us real spells," Ron complained as we all relaxed into our seats, my reason very different from theirs.

"Hey, at least you could move Wand without your body now," Neville replied in little jealousy as his wand refused to budge, likely from zero loyalty from his or rather his dad's wand.

"Thanks, for the help, looks like our second class is in a different room," Jeanne said, packing her bag with books and papers.

"Really? Mine is with Slytherin, it's Charms with Flitwick in the same classroom." I said while looking at the paper Victoria gave me this morning.

With that we said goodbye and Potter and his gang finally left the class, leaving only a handful of us Hufflepuffs in an awkward situation.

Well I'm the only one in an awkward situation since others still talk to their group, I'm the only one alone on one bench since I was abducted here by Jeanne earlier.

With some waiting for Green robed students flooded inside. I immediately spotted my friend as I waved my hands.

"Harry, Your sister was cute." I blurted out as Harry, who just entered class, froze on his step dumbfounded for a second.

Even my sister, who just entered the class with Draco and his goons, stared at me weirdly.

"What? It's true." I defended my cause with honour.

Delphi just sighed, pinching her nose, while Harry just shrugged like it was normal.

"So you haven't switched to the other side right?" he asked hesitantly, wondering if his sibling changed my mind in some way.

"Nope, still to the dark side, Harry. Those guys didn't have any cookies." I joked, which only made him sigh in relief for some reason. The dude was getting really attached now, I need to set him up with other friends if I ever want some privacy in the future.

After Harry took his seat beside me, the rest of the snake gang joined the class, my sister following behind Draco as if she feared I wished to attack him or something.

"Why is she acting like that?" I asked Harry, as he looked toward Malfoys.

"Don't know, she was alone at the last class, not really talking to anyone, now she's attached to him for some reason." Harry shrugged, not knowing what was their deal.

Did he already forget about our little fight on the train?

"Hey there Draco, you've been glaring at me like I kicked your puppy," I said while turning toward the hostility I felt.

Oh, wait I did kick him and his goons, didn't I?

"You think you can get away after assaulting me? My father will have you expelled from this school." Draco threatened with a smug look.

And I mirrored his expression.

"You think I need Hogwarts to learn magic? Don't make me laugh, even if your father does that, is he willing to make an enemy of the heir of Black? I may not have his political power, but I sure as hell have a library full of ancient hidden magic, including some incredibly Dark Magicks."

And everybody looked at me like I was Voldemort Junior. Which I was, but they didn't know that.

However, Draco still looked smug, unconcerned about what I just said.

"You, a Hufflepuff with Dark Magic?" He asked before laughing, the rest of the class did the same as they didn't believe my claim from earlier.

Just because I was sorted into Hufflepuff. Is Wizarkkind this dumb, willing to believe that our whole personality is based on the four houses of Hogwarts?

"Yeah whatever, I don't fear daddy's girl like you Draco, you should learn how to brood and be menacing from your sister," I said while laughing, enjoying the crowd's tide changing again, laughing at a flushing Draco right now.

Before things could escalate, our teacher arrived as the door opened, silencing the class.

"Good morning class, or is it noon now? Ahem. I'm Professor Flitwick, and I will be teaching you the magical arts of Charms that will help you in daily life or dangerous situations. The possibilities are endless."

Short man, half Goblin if I'm right, our teacher was a short man in glasses, yet his body was relaxed and agile like a child as he stood on top of the table while speaking.

Because of his short structure, the man did not look ridiculous, standing on top of the table.

"Before you wave your wands and manipulate reality around you, you should have a better grasp of what Charms really are. If one casts magic without knowing what it is, it may backfire." The former Duelling champion said in a warning tone as all students were alerted by his words.

With a wave of his hand, the blackboard in front of the class begins to glow as the drawing of a typical hooded wizard and witch begins to appear.

"In the fifth Century, when Merlin took his position as a teacher in Hogwarts, he invented a new way of spellcasting we today call Charms." The teacher explained that the drawing on the board began to shine dimly.

Students were amazed and captivated as soon as they heard the name, Merlin.

"So there was no Charms before Merlin? I can't imagine life without charms at all, healing, housekeeping, charms has everything I know about." The blonde girl at the front, Hannah Abbott said in a surprised tone.

"You are correct. Before Merlin, a wizard could only learn a handful of spells before straining their magical core." Flitwick replied, confusing most of the students while some nodded in understanding.

"To put it in simple terms, in the past wizards could only learn a few magicks of one school before reaching their limit. An example would be, a wizard who could learn Fire Magic, but he could not learn Water, of course, he could learn Transfiguration or Curses, but it would be significantly weakened."

"So Charm magic was invented so wizards could use multiple varieties of magic without harming themselves." He explained in a giddy tone like he was marvelling at Merlin's intelligence. Looks like someone had hero worship.

"But sir, that sounds too good to be true, are there no drawbacks to using Charms than using a singular branch of magic?" I questioned while raising my hand.

"Ah, Mister Black, good question, I wouldn't say drawback, because of its versatility to become any kind of magic, it loses its firepower more than a singular magic. For example, a fire mage can burn down a house with Fire Magic, but so can I, a wizard who specialises in Charms, however, Charm users can switch to water element charms with no repercussions and put out the fire. If that wasn't enough the Charm can be transformed into the hardest and

most complex element of magic, Time Magic, and repair the house, simply by using Reparo."

Well damn, I thought the whole class would be boring in the first lesson but damn, shit just got really interesting. The whole class was murmuring in fascination, it almost looked like these children weren't dumb wizards and actual scholars.

"This is really interesting, You can learn any type of magic without worrying about our affinities for certain types of magic," I muttered while making plans to max out charm as fast as I can in the future.

And class continued, as I listened to it as focused as I had ever been in school in my whole life. This man in front of me was undoubtedly a genius.

Flitwick was teaching Charms Theory, which was as complex as Quantum physics, not that I knew how complex Quantum Physics was, but the man was explaining it in much simpler terms and giving us an example for each theory by showing us on the blackboard.

Because of the animating blackboard, he won the interest of children as he taught us the history and secrets of charms and every one of us understood clearly what the man was talking about.

Except for Crabbe and Goyle.

Yeah, those two were dumb. Like really dumb.

"You're thinking something rude aren't you?" Harry whispered from my side.

"Yes, I am." Who am I to deny such an obvious observation? "Didn't know that having a low IQ was not a problem for entering Slytherin."

"Hey." Harry looked offended before looking in the direction I was looking. "Ah I get your point. The Hat probably sorted them into Slytherin to save them from their Death Eater fathers."

I turned to him in a little shock.

"You know about them?"

"Yeah, after I learned magic was real, I snuck into Diagon Alley because I didn't want to be around my muggle relatives, and there was this massive magical Library near Gringotts," he replied while toning down his voice.

Oh yeah, he mentioned something like that on the train too. But I didn't think he knew all about the War, Voldemort, and her goons.

I still bet he doesn't know about my mother's soul in his forehead.

And just like that class ended without learning a single spell, but that didn't upset me in the slightest.

By understanding the theory and history behind it, Skill Charm levelled up.

Charms 5/15

The caster can enchant something or someone, giving them additional properties without affecting the target.

Some level-ups are always welcome. Even though it only increased by two points.

After saying bye to Harry, I left the class, next was another class in a different room with Ravenclaw this time.

I wanted to walk alongside my Hufflepuff classmate, but because of a certain bitch, I mean Bones, didn't look too enthusiastic to stay near me.

That's why I searched for my other friend in the hallways. And I found my friend, her nose stuck on the book she was holding, not literally, but still pretty distracted.

"Guess who?" I asked while covering her eyes. Hermione just sighed at my childish antics, but I could tell she was smiling without looking at her face.

"I know your voice mister," She huffed before turning toward me with a smile.

"So how's the first day going?" I asked as we started to walk toward our class. Thankfully she didn't get bullied like in canon because she was a nerd, because Ravenclaw was the temple of nerds.

She started to talk so rapidly as she spoke about how amazed she was after exploring a few areas of Hogwarts.

Even students in the hallway begin to stare at the girl.

"Are you even listening to me?!" Hermione asked in an initiated tone.

"Of course, you're talking about the moving staircase," I replied while sighing, it was tiring to keep up with her.

After a few moments, we reached our destination. There were already a few students inside, already reading books or talking to their classmates.

Hermione and I took a seat in the middle part of the room, cause I wanted to sit in the back and she wanted to sit in front, so we had to compromise.

After some time an unexpected teacher entered the room, and we all stood up in surprise immediately.

"Good afternoon class." Headmaster Dumbledore said with mirth on his face, enjoying our faces of surprise.

"Good afternoon Headmaster!" All of the class replied in unison. This was the most respectful greeting I heard in today's classes.

"Ah, you must be startled but worry not, I'm your Magical theory teacher this year." He said while twirling his beard.

"You see, some subjects don't have the necessary teacher in time so any of Hogwarts Staff can be your alternate teacher , so here I am. Any questions?"

The whole class was too stunned to be asking questions. The majority of students have a lot of respect for Dumbledore. Since childhood, they have been hearing of a Hero called Dumbledore who protects Wizardkind from the dangers of the outside world, or the inside world like rising Dark Lords.

So there was no surprise to see hero worship in their eyes.

"I got one actually." I spoke, standing up, "Are you some Ghost pretending to be our headmaster?"

The class got eerily silent before all students began to shout and mumble in outcry at my accusation. Some called me a daft bloke and some called me insane, while others begin to look Dumbledore warily, wondering if Peeves was planning their class.

Dumbledore coughed loudly as students slowly ceased their talking and shouting.

"How did you came to that conclusion?" He asked, his eyes twinkling.

I hesitate for a moment, will answering that question bring trouble? My motive was to stay under his radar, but what if there was another way?

Instead of hiding my true self, why not show my false persona? Because of Gamer Mind, my mind is safe, and I'm already in Hufflepuffs. In most people's eyes, I'm already goodie two shoes.

"Because sir, you don't have shadows." I pointed out while gesturing bright light coming in from the window beside Dumbledore. "You also don't have footsteps," I admit, my shivering keep increasing at the same rate as Dumbledore's eyes twinkled.

"Very splendid my boy, 15 points to Hufflepuff for keen observation. Currently, I'm sorting out paperwork at my office, yet I'm also in front of you, any guesses on how that is possible?" He asked, his grandfatherly charm skyrocketing as all gave their answers, no matter how incorrect they were.

"I think it's some kind of Projection," I said out loud as Dumbledore smiled, "It's similar to what Astral travel muggles preach about, but you're not outside of your body, you're just projecting an audio and visual illusion in this room, while still doing your work."

Yes, this could work. Instead of vanishing from his eyes, I will show him what he wants to see. I will even dance to his tunes if I have to, but the moment I grow stronger, he will never see it coming.

His final surprise.

Hah, enough joking.

"Excellent, that's very good, This is what is called Thought Projection Magic, it's an advanced form of Patronus charm you will study at some point."

The class seemed excited about that. But my mind was somewhere else. That Thought Projection magic…… isn't that one of Jellal's magics from Fairy Tail?

"Now that we are done with pleasantries, let us discuss the first topic, how are we able to manipulate reality with a wave of our hand, where does this miracle we call magic come from?" Dumbledore said, pacing around the room as all students leaned in.

Surprisingly Hermione's hand did not raise, probably because she didn't have the answer, like the rest of the class.

"Maybe it comes from the Universe? You know usual cosmos mumbo jumbo." I whispered to Hermione, only to receive an elbow to my gut. The reason was, while I whispered, my voice rang loudly because the class was silent, and the class was warded to repel any noises from the outside.

Now everyone was looking at me. Hermione couldn't handle the attention as she dived onto her table, pretending to be asleep.

"Not quite, dear boy," Dumbledore chuckled heartily as if he had listened to a funny joke, while the rest of the class followed his suit.

"Ah, Magic is everywhere children, and it comes in many forms. Our mother Earth itself uses magic to protect us from celestial radiation from outer space, she uses magic to preserve life as we know, and we have a symbiotic relationship with her."

Hermione immediately raised her hands. Our classmates immediately threw annoyed glares at her for interrupting great Dumbledore.

"Yes, Miss Granger?" He didn't look like he minded the excited girl though.

"Headmaster, are you implying as if our planet is alive, like a sentient being?"

"Of course, only a living organism can give birth to life, after all, she may not be alive like we humans and animals, but she is alive and deeply connected with Wizardkind, so I urge all of you to respect her," Dumbledore said seriously.

Most of the students were confused, but they nonetheless believed his every word like God's scripture.

'What are you, a Gaia cultist?' I snickered mentally.

"So ahem, there are various groups of people who use magic in this world. There are Witches, real Witches, not us, we call them Hags, they are the ones responsible for causing the Rift between Magicals and Muggles centuries ago, There are monsters like Vampires, Werewolves, Leprechauns, Ghouls, Dragons, Ghosts, Demons, and Mages."

'What the fuck?!' I nearly fell out of my seat.

"Mages sir? Aren't we the Mages?" I asked and regretted immediately as the room got cold all of a sudden. Everyone looked at me like I killed their grandma and puppies.

Except for the muggleborn, they were confused.

"Ah, You were raised in the Muggle World so you wouldn't know." Dumbledore sighed in something akin to sympathy and sadness.

"Listen up all of you. The moment you step outside the Muggle world, there are many dangerous situations you can find yourself in because you think Muggles are weak and their world is safe compared to ours." The Old Man said with some heat finally, showing big emotions that burned in his grey-blue eyes.

"But in reality, the Muggle world as you call it is Real-world, a world full of monsters and evil, danger, and conflicts everywhere. These masses of Muggles remain oblivious but there are these Mages who are stationed among Muggles."

"To understand thoroughly, you need to know what Mages are. These Magus are born with something called Magic Circuits in their body and soul, you can think of it as Container of magical energy. These Magus absorb the very magic in their vicinity, draining magic from the world itself." He explained and took a deep breath. The class became relaxed in a moment of silence.

"But that doesn't explain the rage in your voice professor," I called calmly, genuinely interested in this topic instead of treating it like a game.

These Mages did not exist in Harry Potter, but I fear I already know where this is going.

"No, I suppose it doesn't. Draining and eating away Magic itself is one of the vilest crimes, yet I wouldn't despise anyone for being born that way." He said.

"What I don't appreciate is conducting Vile experiments on children as if they were dissecting a bug. These monsters in human skin will do anything for power, even Dark Lady Voldemort looks sane compared to their madness." Dumbledore continued.

The class became so silent when a pin drop from the table could be heard. However, inside these children's heads was chaotic fear and hatred after hearing their headmaster's words.

"We Wizards spread magic, we give off magic from our soul to the planet, thus we are her children and caretaker but this only attracts the attention of these monsters. So listen well children, these mages are the worst kind of monster that needs to be eradicated. So no laws will be against you if you harm or kill mages, because All Mages are monsters. Do you understand?!" Dumbledore thundered.

"YES!!" The whole class shouted while Dumbledore smiled in satisfaction.

Holy fuck, what the hell just happened.

Gamer Mind repelled Brainwashing

Motherfucker! But I didn't even feel any magic. Maybe that was the thing, this brainwashing was not magical in any way. It was just plain old manipulation from Dumbledore.

Does Dumbledore really hate mages so much that he would brainwash his students? That was a little extreme, even for Dumbledore.

But one thing is clear, I need to know about the relationship between the Wizarding World and Moonlit World ASAP.

If this could lead to war, I need to be prepared.

Author Note: Holy hell guys, I'm not dead and am still very much alive.

I blame society for the late update.

B/N:So guys I'm in college now and won't be getting as much time to focus when making corrections. I'm not the best beta reader in the first place so there might be mistakes that I've missed. Please do point them out in the reviews and if it's anything major, then appropriate corrections will be made. The chapters before this one and the previous one probably have a lot more errors but I hope I can get better at this with every new chapter. A problem I face when beta reading is that with how many

stories I read with far from perfect grammar, my mind is accustomed to correcting itself mentally and I don't notice the error at all.

Anyways if you do like the story please give it a review and do follow it.
