And here we go! Once again, I am back with another chapter! Ahaha! On the to the answers for the reviews! The first one is my next NarutoXOshi-no-Ko story. Don't worry, Naruto won't be reborn as one of her children. No, Naruto will be born as Naruto in her world. I want a story where Naruto and Ai have known each other since childhood, but that is all I will say on that matter for now. Of course, that story will have a massive divergence from the main canon from the onset.

Now, I also got another story, well, more of a one-shot, I've got buzzing in my head. It's a Naruto X One Piece one and it's really just a one-shot like I said. So, be on the lookout for that one!

With all of that out of the way, enjoy this chapter!

Yoto High:

"What?! You're gonna be in a Reality Dating Show?!" Ruby shouted in disbelief as she stared at her brother, who sighed in frustration.

"Why do you have to shout?" Aqua questioned as he flipped to the next page of the book he was reading. Could she just keep it down for a bit?

"I still don't see how you of all people are in going to be in a Dating show," Kana added with a frown, her arms crossed. She was a bit annoyed that Aqua managed to land a role, not an important one, but one nonetheless due to his small part in her own show.

"Still, he is a good actor I guess." She thought to herself. From the brief acting abilities, she had seen, it was clear that Aqua was still good at acting, just like all those years ago when they were kids. She blushed slightly as she looked at Aqua.

"Well, the show still need to get the casts in order, producers, licenses, etc. I was just given an early invite." Aqua said offhandedly, showing barely any interest in it. Ruby pouted at that. Here he was getting his career in acting going, while she was just trying to get her Idol career barely started!

"I suppose the director really wanted an Uzumaki on the cast." Kana said with a sigh. Now that caught both of their attention.

"Why would that be the case?" Ruby questioned innocently. What did Kana mean by that? Kana looked at her like she was an idiot and then at Aqua who sighed. He understood what she meant.

"Baka, you both are the children of Naruto Uzumaki and Ai Hoshino, you're practically royalty. Why wouldn't the director not want to offer that role to Aqua?" Kana explained as the twins flinched at that. Because they knew the truth of it. They weren't Naruto's biological children, only in name. But if they spoke of that fact, their father would beat it into their heads that he was their father, blood or not.

"Papa/Oto-san." Ruby and Aqua both thought. Yes, they weren't Hoshino anymore, they are Uzumaki now.

"Be that as it may be, we'll never use our father's name to get what we want." Aqua responded. While their father would be more than willing to shower them with whatever their hearts desired, the Uzumaki children weren't willing to do so. They didn't want to use him to get what they wanted. They'd be no better than spoiled brats.

"Huh, that's noble of you. Most people would be lining up to use the Uzumaki and Hoshino names to get ahead." Kana pointed out, which caused Ruby to frown.

"We are Uzumaki." Ruby corrected the redhead with a growl. While she loved her mother dearly, she preferred the Uzumaki name. Even her mother had happily taken that name as the matriarch of the Uzumaki Clan. Kana raised her hands and shook them in a defensive manner.

"Sorry, sorry. It's hard to ignore that you are Ai Hoshino's children. She was a legendary Idol that was a rising star. Naturally, you can see how shocked the world was when she declared that she had a lover and children with him no less at her moment of triumph." Kana corrected herself. She didn't dislike Ai, on the contrary, she thought the woman was quite brave to do what she did when she could have all the glory.

"Ah…I remember that day! Mama was so bold!" Ruby recalled dreamily as she remembered that day. To Ruby, it was like a fairy tale story. If she believed in destiny and soulmates, she was sure that her mother and father were just that to each other.

"I don't think anyone can forget that day," Aqua recalled as well. The news had traveled like wildfire on the net and social media. For weeks on end, the stories just kept coming out. All kinds of stories regarding their family, Ai, Naruto, and the twins themselves. A lot of these stories had almost driven his father mad.

"Anyway, I guess I should be congratulating you on your new role." Kana offered as Aqua shrugged his shoulder, it was just another steppingstone for him to get long-sought justice.

"Ah, Kana-san, I think you did pretty well on the show as well." Minato finally spoke up, as he smiled at the girl, who blushed in embarrassment.

"Y-You think so?" She questioned as she played with a strand of hair. Minato nodded at her.

"But of course! I think out of everyone, you were the best actor." He complimented her, which only embarrassed her further.

"O-Oh stop it. I'm sure Aqua was better than me!" She said dismissingly. Minato's smile almost fell at how she referred to his brother, slightly wishing that she referred to him with that honorific. He shook his head to clear his thoughts.

"Nonsense, I think Aqua's acting was nowhere near as good as yours." Minato countered. Now THAT caught his sibling's attention. Minato, the ever so formal young boy, had just called his brother out with his name, and better yet, no honorifics! Ruby looked at him in shock before she took hold of both of his shoulders.

"Where is my little brother and what did you do to him?" Ruby questioned him with a blank look. No, she had never, and she means NEVER, heard him be so informal!

"I have no idea what you're talking about Nee-sama." Minato answered with a polite smile. Ruby narrowed her eyes before she glanced at Kana and glared daggers at the girl.

"You corrupted my little brother!" Ruby shouted as Kana looked at her in shock.

"What the hell are you talking about?!" Kana questioned in panic. Must Ruby be such a brocon?!

"Nee-sama, no one has corrupted me. I apologize for being informal, Nii-sama." Minato held his sister back as he apologized to Aqua, who dumbly nodded. He had never seen Minato so informal as well, though he wasn't mad at his brother, no, in fact, he was actually happy to see that his brother can be informal with family at times.

"It's fine, Minato. You should actually be more like this." Aqua encouraged his little brother, but Minato shook his head.

"I could never, Nii-sama." Minato responded, which caused Aqua to sigh. Almost everything Minato said was calculated and measured. Aqua recalled how their father had described their grandfather, the one Minato was named after.

Flashback:

"Eh?! Grandfather was a genius?!" Ruby shouted in surprise at her father, who chuckled and nodded. Seeing as it was a Sunday, the whole family was currently in the Dojo, training. It was one of the past times that the family enjoyed, well, some less than others.

"Yup. He became Hokage at just 21! I'm sure your mother told you how he single-handedly stopped an invasion force. What she didn't tell you was that Iwagakure gave him a flee-on-sight order after that event. They feared him so much that they refused to fight him." Naruto explained proudly. His father had always been a role model for him.

"Wow, grandfather must have been strong!" Sapphire commented as she went through her exercise with Ruby, who grunted. Out of all the Uzumaki children, she disliked the training the most. Not because she didn't appreciate the effects of it, but because she simply lacked the drive to go through such hellish training.

"He was truly a genius of his time. He even created the Rasengan that I showed you on his own." Naruto explained. Minato was paying close attention to his father's words. Whenever his father talked about their grandfather, Minato was the first to pay attention. He wanted to know what the man he was named after was like.

"I guess you could say, your little brother inherited your grandfather's intellect. Which I will forever be thankful for, cause I'm dumb as a brick!" Naruto finished with a laugh, causing his children to sweat drop at that. Here was quite possibly the strongest being in this world and he was calling himself stupid.

"I don't think your dumb papa! I think you are very smart!" Sapphire cheered him up causing Naruto to smile at her.

"Thank you, Hime. I know I can always count on you." Naruto thanked his daughter. She grinned back at him, happy to have cheered him up.

"Oh? Then what am I? Chopped liver?" He heard his wife call out as Naruto turned to her as she walked into the Dojo with all kinds of snacks. Naruto chuckled sheepishly.

"You know how I feel about you, Ai-chan." Naruto answered as Ai pouted and looked away as she set the snacks down.

"Thank you, mama!" Ruby happily dug into the snacks; she was starving after the workouts.

"Well, I don't know how you feel about me." Ai countered, faking a hurt look as she let out a tear. Naruto immediately panicked as he stood up and walked over to his wife.

"I-I mean I love you Ai-chan! Come on, don't cry!" Naruto pleaded as the children watched the drama unfold with amusement. This was a regular occurrence in the household between the two. Their father would say something, their mother would tease him, or fake being hurt, and he'd fawn over her.

"I can't believe that our father is his world's strongest Shinobi." Aqua saying in this thoughts, a blank look on his face as he ate a shack. He quite enjoyed his mother's cooking. Minato kept his smile, enjoying the moment while Ruby and Sapphire looked at the scene with stares in their eyes. They always found their parent's romance to be the highlight of the day.

"I don't believe you," Ai responded as she looked away from him, a faint smile on her face.

"Oh, come on! You know I love you, right?!" Naruto asked her as he pulled her into a hug and leaned down to her ear.

"Idol-sama." He whispered to her with a smile grin of his own as he felt her go stiff. Score, he got her this time. Ai calmed herself as she got on her toes and close to his ears.

"Well, why don't you show it, whiskers?" She whispered back as Naruto growled; she still one-upped him.

"Ok, that's enough, let's go you two." Aqua finally had enough as he grabbed both Ruby and Sapphire and started to drag them away.

"What!? But I don't want to!" The two sisters shouted as they struggled while Aqua dragged them away. Minato chuckled at the antics of his siblings as he followed them. He was mature enough to know when his parents needed privacy.

"Now look at what you have done, you drove them away." Naruto said half-heartedly at Ai who gave him a knowing look.

"But…Naruto-sama, I need training too." She said as she widened her eyes and went into puppy dog mode. Naruto shook his head at her.

"Well, I guess I can always give you a private lesson." He responded.

"I'll take you up on that offer." She sealed the deal with a kiss. The two always enjoyed their little moments.

Flashback ended:

Aqua shook his head and sighed. It was clear to him that his mother and father had an…active lifestyle. Still, it was apparent that Minato had indeed inherited their grandfather's brains. This was only reinforced when Aqua noticed his little brother studying seals. Yes, just like their grandfather.

"Oh, Kana-san, I have a request." Ruby spoke up, catching the girl's attention. The said girl blinked at her and tilted her head.

"What?" Kana responded. Ruby sighed and shook her head. Like her father always said, make peace with your enemy.

"Do you want to be an Idol with me?" Ruby decided to come out and just say it. No reason to beat around the bush. Kana got surprised by Ruby's request.

"Idol? Where's this coming from?"

"Strawberry Productions is working on putting on idol group. And we're looking for members... I heard you're a freelancer, so... To be frank, I guess I'm scouting you." Ruby explains with the last sentence surprising Kana.

"Are you being serious?" Kana asking Ruby.

"I'm serious and this is important." Ruby answering with Kana in her deep thoughts.

"Let me think about it." Kana saying before saying her thoughts. "No, out of the question. If I become an idol, I'll lose any job opportunities for young actors, instead I'll be at the mercy of the capricious job market for "up-and-coming idols". If being an idol doesn't take off, I'll lose both. As someone responsible crafting her own image, the risk is too great. But..." As she looks at the Ruby waiting for her answer "Ruby Uzumaki, seeing her reminds me of her mother Ai, genius former idol. I worked with Ai once, but she was the real deal, it was natural she became a big success. My instincts as performer are telling me that this girl has the same potential as her mother. And Strawberry Productions have become success agency thanks to publishing Naruto Uzumaki's novels which are massively popular. In the first place, I'm nowhere near cute enough to be a popular idol..." Kana kept saying in his thoughts before Aqua interrupted her.

"I think it's a good idea. And you're cute. I wouldn't tell you to be an idol on a whim. You're far cuter than the average idols. I feel that my precious sister will be in safe hands with you around." Aqua added his opinion, to which Kana perked up.

"Y-You think so?" She questioned him. Aqua nodded at that while Kana reconsidered.

"I…I guess I could. But I need to see your group first!" Kana laid out her conditions to which Ruby chuckled nervously.

"B-But of course!" Ruby stuttered out. She couldn't let her know that she was the second member, if she joined it that is. Minato frowned slightly at that. He wished he could have the effect that Aqua had on her. He silently cursed his inability to be as bold as his older brother. In his own mind that was his weakness. His brother spoke his mind, but he himself gave out measured responses.

"I never really had friends…" he thought as he looked down. Growing up, his intelligence had the opposite effect. His peers disliked the fact that he was far more intellectually gifted than them, and this often led him to be isolated at school. It was because of that he adopted a polite nature, thinking that if he was as polite and formal as possible the other kids would become his friends. It didn't work.

"Oto-sama, Kaa-sama, what should I do?" He questioned himself. He didn't want to burden his parents with his troubles. No. Never. They had always supported him, no matter what. So, to take his problems to them would be, to him, a slap in their face. Still, he hated the fact that he lacked the social skills to act when necessary. Sometimes he cursed his high intellect.

"Anyway, as I said, the filming won't start until they gather enough cast members." Aqua once again as he stood by. The bell rang as students began to gather their things. Time to go home. Ruby turned to Kana once more.

"Ah! By the way, here's the address to Strawberry Productions!" She exclaimed as she handed a piece of paper to the redhead who nodded.

"I feel like I'm scamming her." Ruby thought with a sheepish chuckle for not saying that Kana will be idol group's 2nd member. Kana looked at her suspiciously but shrugged her shoulders. She figured that each Uzumaki had their own quirks.

"Well, I'll see you there tomorrow then." Kana said before she left for home. The trio of Uzumaki's also soon followed suit. The walk home was typically filled with small talk between the three.

"Onii-chan, at least show some enthusiasm. You landed a role without even trying." Ruby complained as she glared at her brother, who paid no mind.

"Nee-sama, please don't be rude to Nii-sama." Minato chimed in. Ruby draped one arm over his shoulders and sighed. She had to really reach up considering he was taller than her.

"Oh Minato-kun, what was that back there? Hmmm?" Ruby questioned as she wiggled her eyebrows at him. Minato blushed and looked away.

"I have no idea what you're talking about." Minato tried to avoid the topic. Even Aqua was listening in now. Ruby smirked as she poked him in the cheek with a finger.

"Oh hooo, so you don't have a crush on Kana?" Ruby questioned him with a knowing look. While she didn't completely like Kana, she still wanted to tease her little brother.

"W-What? Who told you that?!" Minato questioned her in a panic. He never told anyone, not even their parents! Ruby's eyes widened before she pulled back and laughed.

"I knew it! You do have a crush on her!" Ruby laughed much to his embarrassment. She had suspected that he liked Kana since day one, but she didn't know for sure.

"Nee-sama…." Minato let out weakly as he looked around. He didn't want anyone else to know about it, especially the redhead.

"Minato and Kana, sitting in a tree, G~~~" Ruby sang out, causing Minato's blush to intensify to ungodly levels as his older sister teased him. She would have continued had it not been for Aqua bonking her with his book.

"Idiot, stop teasing him. Can't you see he doesn't like it?" Aqua spoke, causing Ruby to look at her youngest brother and she felt guilt at seeing small tears form at the edges of his eyes. Times like these she forgot that he was the youngest of the four.

"I'm sorry, Minato-kun. I didn't mean to hurt you." Ruby apologized as she hugged her little brother. She didn't mean to tease him to this extent. Minato hugged back, as much as he disliked his sister's teasing, he could never hate her.

"It's ok, Nee-sama." Minato responded, forgiving her for her teasing. Aqua gave the two a glance and smiled slightly before he started to walk again. He was getting hungry.

"Hey! Wait up!" Ruby shouted as she dragged Minato to catch up to Aqua.

A few minutes later in Uzumaki Household:

When the trio finally arrived home, they instantly relaxed. Something about coming home after a long day at school put them in a good mood.

"Katana! I want to learn how to wield a Katana!" Ah yes, there was also Sapphire, who usually arrived home before them, and they could hear her shouting.

"And I said you are not ready!" Ah yes, and that was their father's voice. The trio, instead of walking through the front door, walked through the Dojo's door to find a most amusing sight. Sapphire stood across from their father, arms crossed as she glared at the man with determination and fire in her eyes. On the other side stood their father, a frown on his otherwise calm face and his single arm crossed over his chest as well, a Katana in his hand. Their mother was standing on the sidelines, watching the events with amusement.

"Uh…what's going on?" Ruby asked her mother who turned to the trio and smiled.

"Welcome home you three, and your sister is having a showdown with your father," Ai answered just as Sapphire raised her hand and pointed at the Katana.

"I am!" She countered, but Naruto shook his head.

"Hime, Katanas are no joke. I'm not going to let you train with a real one. Besides, this is Aqua's to inherit as my eldest." Naruto responded firmly. Sapphire pouted at that, while Aqua felt happy but sighed.

"I don't want it, Oto-San." Aqua spoke up, grabbing the two's attention. While Aqua was grateful that he was to inherit a family heirloom, the truth of the matter was he wasn't interested in learning how to wield a katana. He was fine learning how to fight with his hands and fists.

"Ha! Now it's mine to inherit!" Sapphire declared in victory; her head held high. Naruto's eyes twitched at that.

"What about Ruby? Huh?" Naruto pointed to his eldest daughter who furiously shook her hands.

"N-No way! I don't want it!" Ruby denied it as well. She had trouble as it was keeping up the regular training, no way was she going to endure training for a katana!

"M-Minato?" Naruto asked nervously, but Minato politely shook his head.

"Sorry, Oto-sama, but I prefer seals." Minato politely declined, leaving Naruto to sigh while Ai giggled. Naruto shook his head before he looked at Sapphire.

"All right Hime, you win, but I am not training you with a real Katana. It's dangerous and you are not ready." Naruto stated firmly. He wasn't going to hand over an actual katana, after all, she was still a child.

"Then what will I be learning with?" She questioned him as Naruto smirked and undid a seal on his arm, from it came a wooden sword.

"You will be training with this, a bokken!" Naruto declared as Sapphire gave him a flat look.

"But I want to train with a real deal!" Sapphire whined, but Naruto shook his head before an idea came to his mind.

"Hime, if you can land a single hit on me, I'll let you train with the real katana." Naruto offered to which Sapphire perked up. She knew it would be tough, but she had to try!

"You're on!" She responded and quickly slid into her fighting stance. Naruto smirked as he sealed the swords up and calmly stood, waiting for her to go on the offensive. Ai sighed as she turned to the rest of her family.

"Why don't we get some food? I'm sure this will take a while." She offered to which the three nodded. Yes, this would indeed take a while considering that both their father and sister were stamina freaks.

And that is a wrap! So, in this chapter, I delved deeper into Minato's character and the effects of how his high intellect affected his childhood. More will be discussed later! Let me know what you guys think about this chapter in the reviews! Also, to the people that are filling up the TvTropes pages, especially CodeTalker69, keep it up! You guys are awesome! With that said, I'll see you all next chapter!
