It was sunset when the three girls arrived at the super dreadnought class school ship where they expected to be welcomed by their friend. The three girls got off the plane when they were greeted by Alice and a special guest she brought along with her.

"Kay! I wasn't expecting you to take your friends along with you for the ride." Baby Lee began. She went over and began picking up the luggage.

"Yes, we didn't know what the future of Saunders was, so we decided to pack our things and get out of there." Kay decided to put it mildly.

"You're more than welcome to stay for a few days until everything gets sorted out." The man shook Kay's hand. "My little girl has been talking to me about you and it is an honor we get to meet in person for the first time."

"Who is he?" Mika asked Alice who this man was.

"That's my father Principal Theodore or Teddy as he's called." Baby Lee introduced them to her father.

"You girls want to head on over to where we live, we got plenty of bedrooms?" Teddy offered them if they were more than willing to be with Kay's friend.

"Sure thing, we're more than welcome to." Kay replied. Teddy laughed.

"Hop onto the moose and I'll give you a ride off to the wilderness." Teddy tried to make a joke about the wilderness. The students got on and began to ride on out to where they were going to be staying.

The girls were taken to the principal's home which was a white beautiful home with its marble staircases and neat gardens. The inside was just as magnificent as it was on the outside.

"Wow, I never knew your father was such a nice man, corny for sure but definitely nice." Kay began.

"Yeah, it's the corniness that makes us all smile. The bull moose is the best part of the party." Baby Lee told them while she was setting up the table. "I'm the oldest in my family but all of my siblings are at school and will not be coming back as of tonight but I promise you that they will meet you and you will see them." The chefs came around and began to serve them with some of the food. This included potatoes, chicken, steak with gravy on the side, vegetables such as corn, carrots and assorted greens were also served along with bread and butter. Kay was excited as she began taking the steak, chicken, bread and potatoes. The others began taking what they wanted while Kay was digging into the food that was prepared for her.

"She seems to be pretty happy when it comes to this food." Jajka began as she was munching on the salad.

"I think with all the interactions I've had with her, she doesn't eat the food that rabbits eat. Which is strange as vegetables aren't my favorite thing to eat but I still eat them. She just doesn't eat them whenever we attend these types of parties." Baby Lee replied. Kay was drowning her food in gravy while she was eating it.

"Well she proves to be pretty sloppy." Jajka added on. Mika watched as Kay was digging into her food as if it was the best thing ever.

"I know. I don't eat much, neither does much of the school. We're taught to have good manners and Kay is showing anything but." Baby Lee responded. She watched Kay finish up and simply take more.

"Save some for everyone else. You're not the only one eating." Jajka called out to Kay. Kay didn't listen but she kept munching on the food instead. "She doesn't listen."

"I mean we still have to show some authority to her because she is good at getting her school new ideas." Baby Lee said something a bit contradictory. Jajka knew she had to warn Baby Lee about this.

"Yeah it's this authority and behavior I'm worried about. Kay might start back tracking and abuse the power that she is gifted to her own benefits." Jajka began. "Me, Mika and Kay are in the same class together and Kay often comes dead last in everything."

"I would like to say that it's still the beginning of the year so Kay is going to get her act together. We're just barely in October as it is." Baby Lee told Jajka that it was a bit early to judge Kay the way she is.

"Alice, you have got to listen to me. Kay is going to abuse the power to get what she wants. When I was looking over her test paper to figure out why she failed, she mentioned a general named Washington when the subject was about Alexis the Quietest and the Deluge of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. If she becomes leader of Saunders, she might throw the school off the rails it is traveling down on." Jajka explained to Alice what exactly she was saying.

"I have no idea what you are saying. Probably I'm still young and don't know a single thing about the test subject as that is what I'm not being taught about in my studies. If I was probably your age and in your school, maybe I would know about this but for the time being, I just don't know." Baby Lee replied that she knew nothing about Alexis or the Deluge. Jajka felt pretty annoyed that Alice knew nothing about what she was talking about.

"You're pretty ignorant." Jajka bluntly told Alice. She got up from the table and left. Maybe she wanted a moment to herself. Mika also got up and left. Alice felt like she had pushed everybody away with this interaction. She didn't bother to say anything. Probably it was best to just head for bed.

A couple days passed by for Saunders and the mood after the resulting explosion had not improved, the school was on a state of high alert. Lola was walking alone when she reached Megumi's office. She peaked in as she spotted Megumi frantically writing a letter.

Dear Tsarevich Alexei

Something happened two days ago and I am scared for my life, a bomb had blown up the dining room from the cellar below. Cornered, beaten and on the verge of bleeding out, I entrust you and your father to help run the school if something happens to me. I pray for you and your family's safety in the hope that things do get better. I don't know how much longer I can handle before I close my eyes.

Megumi.

Lola looked on as she finished her letter and hit the send button. Lola walked over to the door and knocked on it.

"Come in." Megumi told Lola as she was able to pick out her face from the window. Lola looked at Megumi who looked tired and pale. Stressed out, she breathed with a hoarse voice, Megumi had fallen ill.

"Megumi, what happened to you?" Lola asked her if there was anything that had happened.

"Work, I'm worn out and hunted to no end. What I want to do is abdicate and find a replacement as this is wearing me down. However, one thing still needs to be done. We are putting forth a parliament which would be our first step to a constitution. Once the constitution is finished, I can finally step down as I know my work is finished." Megumi replied. She sat down and hunched herself over. She sighed with exhaustion, and she didn't know how long this was going to take. She looked at Lola and then at the window. Lola looked forward at the window as droplets of blood were falling onto the window.

"I think the heavens are crying out as they know you must be dry." Lola guessed what the droplets of blood were. Megumi knew that Lola couldn't be so spiritual.

"Look again." Megumi told her. Both students looked down to see what the source of the blood was. Several dead pigeons lay scattered at the ground, their bodies torn to shreds. Megumi then turned to Lola. "Lola, get whatever it is that is tearing up the pigeons I have to get my parliament finished." Megumi instructed her friend with a special mission. Lola nodded.

"Yes Megumi." Lola turned and exited the room. She was going to find help for whatever it was that was eating their birds. She closed the room behind her, Megumi heard the door closed while she decided to investigate what exactly was going on. She thought about who was tearing up the school and Alexandra's words to purge the aristocrats from their power and stranglehold on the school. Megumi's thoughts were speeding through her head and she couldn't take it much longer. She grabbed a candle holder and she braced herself. She then threw the candle holder at the window, the candle holder knocked a vase over and caused it to shatter on the floor. The stress was mounting higher and the quicker she could implement the constitution, the faster she could abdicate and relax. Time was running out for the tsarina.

Meanwhile under the ship. Himari was talking with a couple of dark-skinned students' student about how dumb this entire system was while having a few soy lattes.

"Why does one girl get to decide the fate of everyone in the school? This whole system is dumb. Somebody should do something." Himari began as she was clearly not enjoying this at all.

"Like what?" One of the students who she was talking to asked.

"Like, kill the Tsarina." Himari added on. The two girls looked on with shock as if they were finally going to do it.

"You're gonna kill the Tsarina?" The same girl asked Himari if they were finally going to kill Megumi.

"Well, me? No, I'm busy." Himari replied as she didn't have the time to plot the assassination. She slid a couple of bombs hidden in packages over to them. "I was kind of hoping you'd do it."

"Okay." The second girl replied, the two girls took their bombs and carried them off as they were about to carry out the final attempt. Megumi wasn't going to know what would hit her.

Alexandra was leading the parade with three horses at the front with the carriage carrying Megumi and another three horses behind, the six horses had their guards while two were pulling the bullet proof carriage. Megumi's dream was slowly taking shape. She heard her phone buzzing and decided to pick up who it was. It was Lola.

"Hello?" Megumi began speaking to Lola.

"Hey Megumi, this is Lola, we found out what had torn the pigeons to shreds." Lola began. "A kite had made its home on the school building's ledge and was preying on the pigeons. The kite was so large we sent it off to the cabinet of curiosities. Getting it off of the roof ledge was easier than we anticipated, we just had to bait it down and fire a net at it to prevent it from flying away. The kite is in good health and we're preparing to relocate it to the mainland where it can survive better."

"That's good to hear. I'm glad that neither you nor the bird was harmed." Megumi replied.

"Where are you now?" Lola asked Megumi for her location.

"I'm heading back to the school, I've just signed the first steps to the parliament, I will be back for us to take our walk." Megumi replied, she told Lola to wait a bit. She was coming. Unaware to them Himari was standing at the road junction and made her signal with a white handkerchief. There was quite the crowd following beside them. Megumi then opened the carriage roof and leaned out of it, feeling the fresh air hit her face while the crowd cheered for her. Megumi smiled with excitement as she thought the crowd was happy for her.

"Okay I'll see you in a few." Lola replied before she hung up. Megumi placed the phone in her pocket as the crowd cheered for her. One of the assassins stepped from the shadows and prepared to attack, it lit the rope it had on fire as she prepared to throw the bomb at Megumi.

"See! The people love me! They're throwing flowers, confetti, and HIGH-GRADE EXPLOSIVES?!" Megumi said with excitement. She shouted with fright as the assassin threw the bomb at the carriage. Megumi ducked back down as Alexandra's horse tried to flee the scene. The bomb then exploded. The bomb ended up killing two guards, a passing boy, injured three horses and destroyed Megumi's bullet proof carriage, Megumi and Alexandra weren't harmed.

Megumi crawled from her carriage as the people were trying to find out what exactly had happened. Alexandra had dismounted her horse and walked over to see if her friend was okay.

"Megumi, are you alright?" Alexandra asked. Megumi watched as the guards wrestled with the girl who threw the bomb at the bullet proof carriage, She was thanfully not harmed.

"I'm fine." Megumi replied. "Get back on your horse." Alexandra nodded and she walked back to get her horse. One of the police officers went over as he looked at Megumi.

"Megumi, I'm willing to take you back in my sleigh back to the school," He offered her. Megumi remained calm.

"Alright." Megumi replied. "But show me the criminal first." The police officer noticed Megumi take a step forward, he rushed in and placed himself in front of her.

"Please leave. It's not safe for you out here." He began speaking again. He wanted her to get out of the scene while they dealt with the criminal.

"I insist on seeing the criminal." Megumi replied. "Please tend the wounded." Megumi took another step forward as if everything was behind her. She believed she had finally gotten herself out of the woods but this was only part of the assassin's plan. She had gently pushed the police officer aside and walked up. The second girl was holding another package, Megumi paused as she thought people had been hurt because of her. She then heard a hissing sound coming from the package. It was fire eating a rope. She turned and began to run for her life. The officers followed suit. However, after taking three steps in the opposite direction, there was a second explosion.

Alexandra arrived back when she heard the second explosion and ran over in a panic. She noticed that the second bomber blew herself up along with Megumi.

"Help." Megumi's weak voice called out. Alexandra tried to lift her friend up but Megumi's legs had been shattered from the explosion. She looked at her friend as blood was trickling onto the roadway. She looked at Alexandra with one last request for the police guards who called an ambulance to get Megumi medical treatment. "Hurry home, I want to die in the palace." Megumi weakly told Alexandra. The guards arrived with an ambulance and a stretcher. They raced over and began to pick Megumi up and placed her on the stretcher, they carried her away while they tried to stabilize Megumi's situation. Alexandra went back to her horse. She got out her phone and began to call someone.

Kay was enjoying the time with her friends when she received a phone call from Alexandra.

"Hello?" Kay asked.

"Kay this is Alexandra, Megumi has been attacked and injured by a bomb, Saunders needs you and your friends back. It's urgent. Someone will be there to pick you up at the airport." Alexandra told Kay. Kay was a bit distraught from this, why would they harm Megumi? She took a couple of sharp breaths before she began speaking.

"Okay, I'm on my way." Kay replied. She hung up and turned to her friends. "I have to be back at Saunders. Take my stuff with you." Kay told Mika and Jajka. She ran back to go fetch the helicopter back to her school.

Kay arrived back at Saunders an hour later as she had gotten herself straight to the hospital as Mika and Jajka were going to take the next plane back. Some Lola and Alexandra were in the room where Kay entered as someone was behind a curtain. Alexandra began to speak.

"Okay, Nicholas. Your grandfather has a mild case of being blown up by a terrorist, and he's not looking too hot, so we're gonna go say our goodbyes, okay?" Alexandra began. She was playing around with Kay and calling her something else.

"No, it'll be too scary for him." Lola tried to tell Alexandra as she was playing the role of the sympathetic caring mother. Alexandra knew that Kay needed to say goodbye to Megumi.

"Nonsense, it won't be scary at all. We're just gonna say a quick goodbye. Ready?" Alexandra asked. She pulled the curtain back to see an immobilized Megumi whose legs were bandaged up tightly. She had a needle in one of her arms as she was being given plasma to help recover from blood loss. She was clearly angry.

"BOY! Look at me! The people did this to me! And one day, THEY'LL DO IT TO YOU!" Megumi screamed at Kay almost as if she was warning her about what was going onto the road ahead. Alexandra pulled Kay away as if she must have been terrified of something.

"See? Wasn't scary at all." Alexandra told Kay that there was nothing to be scared about. Kay was standing there petrified. Lola looked on as she definitely played her part, but she felt worried about the future of the school, the lady withdrew while Kay and Alexandra stayed behind to discuss the succession. The doctor came in as he had some news for them.

"How is Megumi fairing out?" Alexandra asked the doctor about her friend's condition.

"She's doing alright, and I have some good news and bad news from the events." The doctor began. "The good news is that the bomb missed much of her legs leaving many scratches on them. She's lucky to still have her legs. Bad news is that she is going to be out and in her bed for weeks. So, she isn't going back to Saunders for up to a month while she recovers. So plan the succession of who will take her place." The doctor laid out that Megumi will recover but this left Saunders without leadership. Megumi laid there and took a nap every couple of minutes. The doctor walked away as Kay looked on.

"I'm going to get a snack. I'll be back for you." Kay told Alexandra and Megumi as she left them. Megumi and Alexandra were left alone for the moment. Then the door opened just a minute later, it was Tatiana, Anastasia and Alexei, they had all come to see Megumi.

"What happened Megumi?" Alexei asked her.

"I nearly had my legs blown off by a bomb, I'm lucky to still be alive." Megumi explained to the tsarevich what exactly happened.

"How long will you be staying in your hospital bed?" Alexei asked her.

"Weeks possibly." Megumi replied.

"Probably reminds me of one of those episodes where Alexei injured himself greatly as a child, the blood entered his joints in the knees, ankles and one of his elbows. It pressed on his nerves and he was in pain because of it. I think he said to Alix our mother was Mama let god take me in his arms. I didn't want to lose my little brother, the only relief that came to him was when he passed out from the pain. Finally after many similar episodes, we put him through baths of warm mud to prevent Alexei from being permanently disfigured." Tatiana [R] explained what had happened during the darkest time for her brother. Megumi looked on.

"Will I be able to walk again?" Megumi asked.

"I can lend you my crutches and I can teach you." Alexei told Megumi. Megumi smiled.

"Thanks Tsarevich." Megumi responded as she appreciated the help. Megumi relaxed her head on the pillow while she began thinking of another thing.

"Though the question is: If you're out from leading your school, who is going to succeed you? Saunders is a beast but no beast can operate without a brain to control it." Tatiana [R] asked Megumi if she had a successor to take her place for the rest of the year. Megumi began to think of who to make her successor.

"Please recover quickly, the school can't function without you." Anastasia [R] begged Megumi for a fast recovery so she could get out and do what she did best.

"I'm sorry, I'm not going to recover that fast." Megumi tried to reason with Anastasia. Anastasia walked over and began speaking again.

"I'll make Alexei your teddy-bear until you recover." Anastasia [R] told Megumi before she hugged her younger brother and was ready to place her onto the bed.

"Not so hard Anastasia, do you want me hospitalized as well?" Alexei politely asked his sister to not squeeze him. Tatiana and Alexandra were thinking to themselves before they made their final decision. They walked over to Megumi as they began speaking to her.

"Well, we've discussed it." Alexandra began. "Megumi, let me lead Saunders." Alexandra made the request. "I don't trust anyone else other than you."

"Hopefully you can solve Saunders problems as the school has many steps to complete if it is to catch up." Megumi replied.

"I promise I will carry out my orders, renovate the school and build the industry to fuel the growth of the school. Saunders needs its economic miracle more than ever and it's time for me to work my magic and get it done swiftly." Alexandra vowed to make the school leap ahead if it was to catch up.

"Take care Alexandra and I wish you good luck. I will be asking you how well you're running the school every weekend to see what changes you're bringing." Megumi told her friend that she will be monitoring her progress when the time comes. Alexandra, Anastasia and Tatiana got up and left the room. Only Alexei would stay to keep Megumi company. Alexandra now had full control of Saunders.

Lola meanwhile was writing something on Saunders' website and the events that had happened. She began speaking to herself.

"A huge crowd gathered outside of the school. Nobody spoke. Wide dark blood stains left a trail up the marble steps and along the corridor to the empress' study. We realized our idealized vision of Saunders University High School with its Czarina mother and loyal students no longer existed. The future of not only Saunders but the rest of the schools, now depended on the outcome of the imminent battle between the new Saunders Czarina and the elements of negation and destruction." Lola knew well that Alexandra was going to succeed Megumi and their freedoms they so desired had vanished into thin air.

Megumi had given Saunders freedoms that it had been demanding for years. But, it turned out she had also unleashed a dangerous new force from the pandora's box:

Revolution.

End of Part 1.

[A/N]: This first part is mainly focused on the reign of Megumi and the achievements she had made. But with her legs shattered, she is unable to lead the school anymore and has handed command to her friend Alexandra. However, this is just the beginning of the troubles of Saunders to come. Will Alexandra be able to keep the school together? The next part will be focused on her rule of the school and how she handles the new challenges that arise from this.

Attempts on Megumi's life: 7 out of 7.

If you have any ideas on where to take this next part in, let me know as this next part will be mostly solved on the ship. See you in the next part, goodbye.
