Alexandra's ideas were bearing fruit. She had slashed other parts of the budget as well. Having the number of staff, reducing the number of parties and slashed the spending on food and drinks. Lola and Lyova were hard at work as Saunders was quickly making progress.

"Wow, I never thought you managed to slash spending on everything by half, I get you want to keep peace between the other schools but what if Kay is right and we get caught flat footed?" Lyova asked Alexandra about the other options on what they should do with the money.

"I would rather solve things through diplomacy than blood." Alexandra replied. Lyova continued to sort through the papers when he spotted something.

"Also I got news from Kay that she was trying to make a new service rifle from the time that Saunders had a war with Kebab when Megumi was in charge. I've just got the pictures of what the service rifle designs were. She wants a rifle with a magazine though I'm throwing my bolt I have into the mix to see if it's going to be able to be used in the final design." Lyova also added.

"Says the girl who's grades are in free-fall as she knows basically nothing and refuses to learn what we should be teaching her. Skipping out on her real history and language classes." Alexandra replied.

"She's got a reason not to attend." Lyova replied Alexandra wasn't so concerned.

"That's no excuse for her to skip." Alexandra replied. "We need her grades to improve otherwise she might as well use the skip time to plot her take over."

"Who should we use to help Kay improve her grades and speak the language you want your subjects to speak?" Lola asked, she was still typing away on her typewriter while Alexandra began to think.

"Let's call Tatiana assuming she isn't busy, we can't call her older sister Olga as she's tutoring Darjeeling so she is not available." Alexandra responded. She got out her phone and began punching in the number to call. She waited for Tatiana to pick up.

"Hello?" Tatiana [R] asked.

"Yeah this is Alexandra and we're willing to ask you for a favor, Kay is failing in her language and history classes and we were wondering if you were willing to help her out and turn those grades around?" Alexandra began, she wanted to figure out if Tatiana was up to the task.

"Sure thing, how much will I be given?" Tatiana [R] asked as if she was going to get paid but she was willing to work for nothing if it meant helping others out.

"We're not paying you as our funds are currently going somewhere else and helping the school out." Alexandra explained.

"That's fine. I've just received a letter from Tsarevich Alexei as he's still currently in the hospital where Megumi had been taken. The letter says that he wants one of his walking canes to help Megumi around as she is currently learning to walk again." Tatiana [R] replied about the most recent interaction. Alexandra froze when she heard the name of the tsarevich. He had been in Saunders for quite some time now and had been helping out.

"I guess Alexei stayed behind so Megumi wasn't lonely." Alexandra came to the conclusion while she was chatting with Tatiana about the events.

"Yeah he did, he said that he didn't want to leave Megumi behind until she was able to look after herself. He also said that he misses his dog, his cat and his other pets as well as the entire family." Tatiana [R] told Alexandra about what was going on with Megumi and Alexei.

"Hopefully Megumi can be discharged within the next couple of days. It was kind for your younger brother to stay behind to keep her company." Alexandra replied.

"So when do you suspect that the teaching could begin?" Tatiana [R] asked if they were going to begin the teaching.

"Today possibly. You can also go over to visit Alexei if you want to take his walking canes with you." Alexandra made the arrangement for Tatiana to visit.

"Good to hear, I'll be on my way, take care and I'll be at the school within an hour." Tatiana [R] happily told Alexandra. She then hung up the phone and Alexandra had someone to help Kay out. Things were going according to her plan.

Meanwhile, Gisela was making a phone call to one of the students about what exactly was going to happen and the plan that was also going to be taking place.

"Yogurt Academy is very unstable as Sofia has put it. They are experiencing turmoil as the Eastern Rumelia part of the school is rebelling against Kebab." The student began. Gisela was listening to them.

"What for?" Gisela began, she was hiding something for the Serbian Gang.

"We don't know exactly but the students are getting tired of living under Ankara's thumb." The student replied. Gisela nodded.

"Uh huh. Well it's your lucky day." Gisela began. "I have an idea, how about we go ahead and invade Yogurt Academy to take them by surprise and force a quick war with them so we can annex their soil."

"Terrific, I'll get the gang mobilized and we're going to go to war." The student then hung up as Gisela had her plan, but she didn't tell anyone else her intentions. She had snuck past the alliance they had agreed upon and now their plan was going to backfire on her.

Tatiana had arrived at Saunders within the hour, she was carrying a pair of walking sticks with her as well as some books to help Kay out the best way she could. She knocked on the door and tried to figure out if Alexandra was in her office.

"Alexandra, It's me Tatiana." Tatiana [R] began. Alexandra walked over before she opened the door for her.

"Tatiana, it's you. I see you got the books and the walking sticks." Alexandra told her.

"Walking sticks are heading for Alexei as these were his for when he suffered. They're adjustable too." Tatiana [R] explained what these walking sticks were going to be used for.

"That's great. I should send them over to Megumi." Alexandra replied. One of the students took the walking sticks and decided to carry them off.

"Thanks a lot." Tatiana [R] replied. "Can I see Kay so I can help her out?" Tatiana wanted to help in any way she could.

"Sure." Alexandra replied. She grabbed the microphone before she made an announcement. "Kay, please come down. Someone wishes to help you out." Alexandra made the announcement for Kay's attention. Kay came down a few minutes later before she turned to see who it was that wanted her.

"What is it?" Kay asked. She felt a bit bothered by the fact that she was called down.

"Someone wishes to help you out and hopefully make your grades better." Alexandra began. She turned before she revealed the girl that was helping her out was Tatiana.

"Her?" Kay asked with frustration. "Out of all the tutors, you give me her?"

"I'm sorry Kay but that wasn't my decision, nor the fact that me and Miss Sasaki are married." Lyova apologized to Kay about who was going to be helping her out.

"Your apology has been accepted, Lyova." Kay told the accountant who decided to tell her this. Tatiana walked forth to greet Kay and begin to strengthen her education.

"So, are you ready to begin your education Kay?" Tatiana [R] began to speak to Kay about what was going to go down.

"What education?" Kay asked with confusion. Tatiana looked at Alexandra as Kay still wasn't getting it.

"Do you have a separate room that I can try to teach her?" Tatiana [R] whispered to Alexandra that she wanted to spend some one-on-one time with Kay.

"Sure, I got a room over to the right if you want to use it for a study." Alexandra gave Tatiana a room for her to work with.

"Thank you." Tatiana [R] responded before she gently took Kay by the hand and began to lead her into the room behind them. Lola got up and began speaking to Alexandra.

"We just installed the first steel, cast iron and synthetic oil and rubber refineries on Saunders. Though the output from these refineries is unknown for the time being, we expect the industrial output to double in a couple of weeks." Lyova began.

"Great. Looks like we're beginning to get our way out of the economic stagnation and therefore we can continue to modernize all of our groups including the Sensha-Do team despite the serious slash to the budget." Alexandra responded with the news that Saunders was getting out of its economic woes and finally beginning to catch up. "This will all be accomplished if nothing happens for the rest of the year and into the new year."

"Also we got the news that we need to meet with Azumi from BC Freedom as I asked if I could borrow some money from them." Lyova added on.

"How much money did you need to borrow?" Alexandra asked Lyova how much Saunders needed to take.

"About a few million yen worth of money." Lyova replied. "All we just need to do is sign the check and the money will be ours. We can begin using the money to get our Sensha-Do team reformed with a universal tank of choice, a mix of light, medium and heavy tanks is what we're going for."

"Great. Also, we should improve on Kay's rifle design with Tatiana's magazine idea which has multiple layers, and the bullets are held down unless the bolt is turned down causing the next bullet to rise up. This is due to the fact that we're using rimmed ammo as it's cheaper to make and more plentiful. So we came up with a genius system to prevent double feeding and rim lock." Alexandra also announced the new service rifle that was now being finalized.

"I'll get a few models of the rifle produced for testing. Once we get the rifle approved, then we approve the tank model. Megumi pushed for the M3 Stuart and M3 Lee but they had mixed results in the siege of Plevna, their guns are poorly armed while the 37 millimeter guns were effective at taking out individual artillery guns, they are underpowered if they were to go against a tank. Plus the 75mm guns on the M3 Lee, though effective, were limited by how far they were going to go. We should take the 75 millimeter guns of the M3 Lee and put it into the rotating turret." Lola added as she had also experienced the war first hand and they needed to push for a better tank.

"Should push for the M6 Heavy tanks for the team?" Lyova asked as he had seen those tanks first hand.

"We'll think about it." Alexandra replied.

Tatiana had taken Kay into the other room; they were preparing to teach her about the history she was going to have to learn in order to catch up with the others. Tatiana sat down in one of the chairs and Kay sat down at the other side. Tatiana looked as she got out the books while Kay did the same.

"Well, we're going to be going over language first." Tatiana [R] began. "Can I see your papers?" Kay slid the lady the papers while Tatiana grabbed them and began to read them over. "This is easy, I know the ins and outs to this." Tatiana was confident that this first year language was.

"Says the person who has been speaking it all of her life." Kay smirked. Tatiana took that as a bit of an insult.

"Hey!" Tatiana [R] called out to Kay. "Okay, let's try learning the language if you want to get better at it. You want to learn some basic phrases?"

"What?" Kay responded. She didn't understand what Tatiana was saying.

"Okay let's begin." Tatiana [R] told Kay. She opened the book more towards the beginning as she wanted to choose something that was easy for Kay to learn and understand. "Now can you say: Менья зовут?" Tatiana [R] began with something simple like an introduction. Kay didn't respond. She tried to think but the words were swirling around in her head almost if someone had put her brain in a blender. She couldn't think.

"Uh…?" Kay began. Tatiana got excited thinking that Kay was going to get the right answer. "Is the session over?"

"Kay. I thought you were repeating after me. Now let's try again." Tatiana [R] told Kay that the session had only started and there was no way that she was going to end it just for her. "Now let's see if you are in a conversation and someone decides to introduce themself to you. "Менья зовут Татьяна Как вас зовут?" Tatiana [R] introduced herself to Kay and she wanted to figure out who the person was named.

"Kay." She responded. Tatiana knew Kay had said her name, but she didn't say it in the format that she wanted to say it. Tatiana knew that she had to be patient with Kay and not push her too hard.

"You said her name, but you were supposed to say: My name is before your name." Tatiana [R] tried to tell Kay that she needed to say it in the format that was expected. "You did say your name which is something I am impressed with so we're getting somewhere. To that I say: Рад познакомиться с вами." Tatiana wanted to keep teaching Kay, but Kay was proving to be somewhat of an impatient student. "Now that we got names out of the way I will ask: Как дела? What will you say?"

"This is bad." Kay responded, she didn't want to be sitting here and learning something as much as she wanted to be out and doing what she wanted.

"So, you said: Это плохо. You could have just said плохо and I would accept it as an answer. Tatiana. "When we want to wrap up a conversation I would say: До свидания." Tatiana [R] tried to tell Kay about the language they would say at their school. "We're getting off to a good start even if it's slow."

Alexandra and Lyova were waiting around in their office, ready to see Azumi who was coming over to discuss the loan that she had planned to take. A knock on the door as someone had arrived.

"Come in." Alexandra told whoever was at the door. The door opened to see Azumi walking in as it was just her and her alone.

"Alexandra, I didn't know it was you that was running the school now." Azumi began. "What happened to Megumi?" She asked.

"Megumi was attacked by bombs and is currently in the hospital." Alexandra replied. Azumi's bright mood had been dampened with the news of her friend being out of the action.

"How is she holding up?" Azumi asked Alexandra about the condition of Megumi.

"Megumi's doing fine. I had sent someone over to the hospital with the tsarevich's walking sticks to help her walk. She's being discharged in a couple of days." Alexandra told Azumi about Megumi and what condition she was in.

"That's great, I wanted to tell her that me and Rumi can't wait to see her again after these events that happened." Azumi responded. She wanted the chance for her and Rumi to get together again with Azumi. She then paused as she remembered something. "Tsarevich Alexei is in the hospital too? What for?"

"He's not injured but he was keeping Megumi company, so she didn't get lonely. According to his older sister Tatiana, he misses his family and his pets due to the fact he's keeping watch over Megumi." Alexandra explained to Azumi what exactly was happening.

"That's very sweet of him. I guess he's the sunbeam of the family. Warmth coming up to you like the sun. I want to see him again." Azumi admitted though there was a slight blush to her cheeks when she said it.

"We can see him when Megumi is well. We just need to be able to get arrangements done. If you have a present to give Megumi let me know as we can arrange something. Now back to the topic that I've brought you here for. Do you have the money?" Alexandra asked Megumi.

"Not in the physical form but I have written a check for that amount that is going to be given." Azumi responded before she slid the check out from her pocket. She handed the check over which had the money count of five million Yen on it. Alexandra took it and nodded.

"Great. When do you expect to have this all paid back to you?" Alexandra asked Azumi.

"About ten years from now, but we don't want to see it hoarded away in the school unlike some of the aristocratic students of Saunders which kept hoarding the money." Azumi laid out when they were going to have the money back to their school. She then paused before she began speaking again. "Where did all of the aristocratic students go? I don't think I've spotted a single one of them."

"I exiled them all off to Siberia." Alexandra replied. She laughed at this while Azumi knew what she meant.

"I just hope they know what they have done and wouldn't wish to make the same mistake twice." Azumi responded.

"Well, we're more than thankful for the visit. We'll let you know when Megumi is being released from the hospital and we can all bring you over." Alexandra nodded to Azumi about the visit and Azumi waved goodbye to Alexandra. She left the room when Tatiana went inside. "How did it go?"

"It went pretty badly. Kay was zoning out and I felt like I was teaching a wall half of the time. She looked like she was going to rip the pages out of her book and mine. I don't think this school is safe and the world is only going to continue to shrink. I can be incorrect about this but there will be a part of me that thinks this school will be worse off in the end of this year compared to the beginning. If you want to invite me over to pick up Megumi and the tsarevich, let me know." Tatiana [R] explained to Alexandra that the lessons with Kay had gone poorly and little progress was made. Alexandra nodded while Tatiana laid out the last part about picking up Megumi.

"Hopefully we should be able to pick her up tomorrow. If not, a couple days from now." Alexandra replied. "It was nice having you over Tatiana."

"You are too." Tatiana [R] replied. Tatiana left the room a moment after she explained the news to Alexandra about what exactly had happened. Alexandra felt nervous. If Kay wasn't willing to obey, she needed to go but she wasn't willing to do this until she was able to consult with Megumi first about the matters. Lola entered the room as she had urgent news for Alexandra.

"Alexandra, something is going on with Yogurt Academy." Lola began. Lola and Lyova perked their heads up while they were busy getting their work done.

"Go on." Alexandra told Lola.

"We got the news that Yogurt Academy has completely destabilized, and revolts are occurring." Lola began. Alexandra nodded and wanted to know more.

"So, what exactly is happening?" Alexandra asked Lola.

"The reports that we're getting is over the fact that Ankara had set up Eastern Rumelia inside of the school to prevent Yogurt academy from being truly united. However, the students in Eastern Rumelia are rebelling against Kebab and they declared they were joining the rest of the semi-independent Yogurt Academy. Which proclaimed that they were independent by now anyways." Lola began explaining what exactly was going on. Alexandra nodded about this before she wanted to figure out what else was happening.

"Anything else that was happening by any means?" Alexandra asked.

"While these revolts were going, the Serbian Gang invaded Yogurt Academy, lost, but the Dual Alliance came to their rescue to prevent the gang from being brutally mauled." Lola also added that one of their alliance members had gone ahead without consulting them or Kuromorimine first. Alexandra was furious about these events. She dropped the papers she had as one of her eyes began to twitch.

"She… she just went ahead?!" Alexandra asked with rage in her voice.

"I believe so and she didn't tell you or Manami about it. We don't know what she had in mind if it was to strengthen her position in the Balkans especially with a declining Kebab High School. They are taking away stuff that the smaller gangs want to have. And these gangs aren't happy about it." Lola told Alexandra that Gisela was taking advantage of a weakened Kebab High School to assert her dominance even if it made everyone else unhappy.

"I'll arrange dinner with Manami and Gisela later that night. I have a few words with that dual alliance leader." Alexandra grumbled; she was ready to go to war against her allies. "If these talks are unsuccessful at divorcing this school away, I will settle this by force." Alexandra got up and left the room. She needed to be ready for this meeting which would determine the fate of the school.

The frogs were now placed in a pot of water, and it was now reaching a boiling point. The frogs were ready to fight.

[A/N]: This chapter is filler and it's focused on Kay. I feel like Kay is slowly becoming the thing that Alexandra fears. While Tatiana tried to provide some lessons to make her more like the rest of the school, they were unsuccessful. The one thing to take away from this chapter is the conversation with Lola and Alexandra about Yogurt Academy. The next chapter will be the dinner meeting in which Alexandra has some words for Gisela.

I do apologize for the Alexandra chapters for not being interesting though she plans for nothing to happen for much of the time that she is in charge.
