Kay had made her way into the office after Megumi had made the announcement. She was curious but also nervous, was she in trouble? The thoughts were running through her head as she touched her hand on the doorknob and opened the door. She walked in to see who was inside. Inside was just Megumi and she had some news for Kay.

"So, Megumi, what is this special treat you have for me? Making me speak that primitive language? That one tutor trying to teach me that language will get me sent to Japan again?" Kay asked if these were what she had in mind for her. She didn't know what Megumi was going to have in store for her.

"None of those actually." Megumi began. "The reason we've called you down as we have some good news for you, you're now the tsarina." Kay paused when Megumi said those words. She felt herself melting like butter from those words.

"Me…? Already?" Kay couldn't believe what she heard and had a hard time figuring out what to say. "Thank you so much Megumi!" Kay told her while she hugged her older friend.

"We're going to get you crowned first and then you will have full control of the school." Megumi told Kay that there was a bit of a process so she couldn't become one in a few moments. Megumi then began to take her to where she was going to get crowned.

The crowd had gathered outside in the grounds where the other girls had been crowned. An old priest walked over while carrying a small flask of holy water. Kay was standing still as she was nervous. Megumi was trying her best to keep her calm. Alexandra didn't want Kay to become the next tsarina as she wasn't taught about how to run the school nor was, she old enough for the job. The old priest came over as Megumi held Kay's hand out for the priest. He dipped the tiny brush in the holy water and began to brush the sign of the cross over Kay's hand. Once her hand had been blessed, he dipped the brush back into the holy water and brushed the second cross on Kay's forehead. Once Kay had been blessed by God, the students stood up and began singing some hymns to bless their god who was high up in the sky. Once that was done, the priest was followed by several elders as they were carrying the crown over to Kay. Kay knew she didn't want to stay still for this part as she was helpless against the priests. Kay stood up and when the priests came close. She took the crown and placed it onto her own head as if she was going to act independently from the priests. The priests fearing the wrath of Kay began to quickly back away and left her alone.

"I am chosen to lead Saunders and I'll lead it the way I intend to lead it, I don't want any help from the others, and I will give it my best shot to give the school the future it deserves." Kay told them that she wasn't going to go by the rules, she was going to make her own decisions and not rely on others to give her suggestions. The students didn't clap as even though she was blessed by God, she was only waiting for the moment to take over. The crowning was over.

Kay knew she needed to get her reign off to a good start, she needed to reform the school as fast as she could, she decided to plan. There will be parties, meals, entertainment and gifts for all. She began looking through the school's budget that Alexandra had carefully built up over the course of her reign. Kay knew that a fire was burning a hole in her pocket, and she needed to spend it.

Kay had gone through the night planning the party for tomorrow. She had canceled all classes to make way for the events that were going to happen. For the gifts, these contained beef on bread, fried chicken, some watermelon, a bar of chocolate and an aluminum mug with an eagle printed out as the symbol of the school, all wrapped up in a handkerchief. Thirty thousand bottles of coke and ten thousand bottles of sweet tea had been ordered for the event. Kay was expecting an audience of about four thousand for the number of students inside the school. However, she was going to underestimate the size of the audience.

The next day, everything was prepared. Kay stood on the stage outside of the field while she began to speak:

"Students of Saunders, a new leaf has turned for us and we're moving forward. We are going to shake off the past and move onward with the words of our new freedom. May the chains of the past get unlocked, run free, I prepared presents for you all. All of it is free." Kay told the group that they were more than allowed to go out there and claim a gift for themselves. The gates opened and the crowd stormed across the field. Kay was expecting an audience of four thousand, but more than twenty thousand people showed up. She had barely two hundred policemen on hand and there was going to be a stampede.

The stampeding crowd began running about to see who was going to be the first to grab the gifts. There were wild rumors about these gifts.

"If you get one of Kay's gifts wrapped in a handkerchief with houses on it, you will get a new house." One of the people said as they continued to run through the field.

"Every mug probably contains a gold ruble!" Another person shouted with excitement.

"There will not be enough gifts for all of us so finders keepers!" A third person called out. The stampeding crowd continued to run, some of the people were crushed between each other, others were trampled underfoot. Kay looked on as if her people were having fun, Megumi was getting worried.

"We should use the police; those people are going to get crushed beneath your feet." Megumi began, she didn't want to see the chaos unfolding.

"Let the people have their fun. I bet they are enjoying themselves. Plus, there is a party later and I have to get that ready." Kay turned and began to walk away. Megumi knew she had to follow her. The people were getting crushed as they went wild for the gifts.

Megumi later on got onto the phone while Kay was making a letter. She was alone while Kay was busy writing to herself. She picked up the phone and began speaking.

"Hello?" Tatiana [R] asked.

"Yes, this Megumi, I wanted to call you about the unfolding disaster that our new tsarina had beset upon our school earlier today. She promised gifts for all but twenty thousand people who had attended this event and it looked like a disaster was unfolding." Megumi told Tatiana about what was exactly happening out in the field.

"I bet I would be sitting there praying for their souls, hoping for God to spare them from the events that were unfolding in the field." Tatiana [R] spoke again, she felt sorry for those that had attended the event.

"Kay is also hosting a party later tonight when she should be praying for those that had been crushed. I think you and the Tsarevich should attend while I am worried for Alexandra who had been hospitalized by a kidney infection." Megumi explained the plan to Tatiana that she should attend the event while they figure out where to go from there.

"Sure thing. Olga is busy with her student and Maria and Anastasia are with Alix in some kind of bath. Me and Alexei are free tonight so we can attend the event." Tatiana [R] told Megumi that they were more than willing to visit Saunders.

"Okay and how is your father doing?" Megumi asked Tatiana.

"Father is saddened by the events that are going on today, he is hesitant about making any moves until the list of the victims of the stampede are released." Tatiana [R] spoke of her father not doing anything until the victims' names were printed out.

"I'm sure your father has his reasons." Megumi replied to Tatiana's words.

"I'll see you at…?" Tatiana [R] asked Megumi what time she was going to see her.

"Six. Both of you, I'll see you later." Megumi then hung up as Kay finished writing the letter.

"I'm taking this to the hospital, you better not interfere." Kay told Megumi before she stepped out of the office, this letter was specifically for Alexandra.

A little while later, Alexandra was laying in the hospital bed when she heard the wheeling of stretchers in the hallways, she tried to sit up though she was still sore from laying in the bed. One of the nurses opened the door and wheeled one of the injured students in. Alexandra was enjoying her time alone inside of the room when she noticed the student that had been crushed.

"What's going on?" Alexandra asked.

"We got the news that some of the students during the event had been trampled underfoot." The nurse began. Alexandra was shocked when she heard the news.

"How many?" Alexandra asked the casualty count from this one event so far.

"About 1,389 people were crushed underfoot today, no deaths so far though a few people we might lose." The nurse told Alexandra the total number of people crushed underfoot in the stampede.

"What caused all of this?" Alexandra asked. She wanted to get to the bottom of this.

"Kay's giving gifts for everyone, there were obviously not enough for everyone and there was a stampede to see who could get to them first." The nurse replied. Alexandra felt sorry for those that got crushed today.

"How come Kay didn't bring order to the crowd, it would have saved many people?" Alexandra asked the nurse that she didn't fix the situation at hand.

"Kay doesn't believe in order it seems." The nurse began. She then handed Alexandra the letter which Alexandra began to open up the envelope. She began to read what it said.

Dear Alexandra

With the problems you have made for the school, I am going to say what you were thinking during your short time as tsarina. You've set the school back from unlocking its true potential and with me taking over I will be making the decisions to clean up your disgusting mess you've left behind. My first order will be to have you exiled from Saunders, so you don't interfere with what I have in mind. You have tonight to get out or I will stop funding your recovery.

I hate you, Kay.

Alexandra didn't know what to do, she couldn't get out easily as she was stuck to the hospital bed, she didn't know how to get out of the school. This order was impossible. However Alexandra had a way out. She got her phone out and she began to dial Megumi's number.

"Hello?" Megumi asked Alexandra.

"Megumi, Kay is kicking me out of the school if I don't leave by tomorrow, she is going to cut off the funds for my recovery." Alexandra began, she was panicking that she had no escape, she couldn't walk or call someone over.

"Don't panic there Alexandra, Tatiana is coming tonight, and I could see if we can have you airlifted to her school." Megumi told Alexandra that she shouldn't panic and she was a few steps ahead of her.

"Okay good." Alexandra sighed some relief that she wasn't going to be left behind. She hung up before Megumi did the same. Alexandra rested her head on the pillow while she was wondering who was going to come to her rescue.

Kay was trying to figure out what happened during the events that happened in the morning. This stampede wasn't supposed to happen, but she wanted to let the attendees have fun. This ended up leaving a lot of people trampled on.

"What the hell happened?" Kay asked the group.

"We're not sure but you are scheduled to go to a party at eight." Lyova told Kay that they should stick to the original plan and have the party. "Should you change your plans and respect the people?"

"When do you think I would respect these garbage people?" Kay asked. Lyova began to think before Kay got up and left. "I'm off to party then and I will be sure to let you know." With that Kay was out the door. Lyova didn't finish his sentence.

Megumi and Alexei decided to attend Kay's party. Tatiana was off to get her friend.

"So, Kay's having a party while the rest of the school mourns, I wish I could do something to help those people out." Alexei began, he didn't understand why Kay was doing what she was doing.

"Some people do some strange things. Some things I don't understand, at all." Megumi responded. Kay was not holding the party in the aft building where the last party was held but instead somewhere much closer to the school. Megumi opened the door to see Megumi had rented out somewhere and she had placed tables and the chairs in a messy arrangement. The stage was at the center with the doors swinging open and closed as people came in and out with drinks. They sat down as the other began to enter, they didn't know what to wear so they went to go wear whatever. As a result, many of the students were scantily dressed while Megumi covered up Alexei's eyes with her hands.

"Do these girls even have standards?" Megumi asked Alexei.

"No clue but you're covering my eyes so I can't see for myself." Alexei replied, Megumi removed her hands from Alexei's eyes. The Tsarevich was horrified, so many girls clad in only their bra and panties were enjoying the party while bottles of coke were served. Alexei and Megumi took the table that was the farthest from these immoral ladies. The waitress came around and served them two coke bottles and two bottles of sweet tea. Alexei didn't like the drinks. "You're definitely right, this is immoral." Alexei then turned to the waitress. "Can we have some water?"

"Water is not allowed whenever Kay is having a party." The waitress responded. She turned and began to walk away. Megumi was shocked, water should have been served with every meal.

"So what's the food going to be?" Alexei asked Megumi, Kay didn't provide any menus while strobe lights and heavy metal were playing in the background.

"Hopefully something good. If not, we'll just not eat it and I'll promise to take you out myself and we get to enjoy each other's company in the park." Megumi told the tsarevich her plan.

"Should we get out of here now?" Alexei asked Megumi.

"Not yet." Megumi replied. Kay came over as she was scantly dressed while chugging down a bottle of sweet tea.

"Don't you like this new freedom?" Kay asked while she continued drinking.

"You call this freedom? Are you out of your mind?!" Megumi shouted at Kay that what she was doing was improper and she should reconsider her approach to this.

"I am not, I haven't felt this way since we got rid of Alexandra, this calls for a celebration." Kay replied, she chugged the rest of the bottle down.

"You did… what?!" Alexei called out. He didn't feel angry often, but Kay had just exiled Alexandra from the school. "She's the only levelheaded person here other than Megumi, you have no sense of morals." Alexei felt the rage building up inside of him while Megumi tried his best to keep him calm so he didn't burst a blood vessel and bleed out internally.

"I'll be going now, if you continue being oppressed by this party, you're more than happy to leave." Kay then strolled along as she needed something to drink. Alexei didn't know what to do. Then the waitress came out carrying large plates of food. She placed the food down which was mostly beef and bread piled up high and deep-fried potatoes. Alexei looked at the food while searching for something.

"There's not a single green thing about the food." Alexei spotted no vegetables. "I can't eat this, it's not good for my health."

"I know, it seems Kay has no respect for any of us." Megumi replied. "We should leave while we still can." Megumi looked around to see that Kay had her back turned so Megumi and Alexei snuck themselves out of the place. Not even taking a bite of the food while they knew they were going to have the night to themselves.

Alexandra meanwhile was waiting for news when a couple of nurses came in to find her stretcher. They began to roll her along as they had some news for her.

"What's going on?" Alexandra asked the nurses.

"You're being relocated for your own safety. We're going to keep you knocked out so your transportation would be much easier, take the pill." The nurse handed her the pill and some water to wash it down. Alexandra popped the pill into her mouth and drank the water, so it was to go down. With the pill washed down, she began to feel sleepy and quickly fell asleep. This was to freshen her up for a good night's rest. The stretcher was wheeled out to where a chinook was going to transport her. Tatiana was waiting by the helicopter pad.

"Keep her coming." Tatiana [R] told the nurses, Alexandra was wheeled up to her while she was out cold. Tatiana then patted her head before she began to speak. "I'll see you in the morning." Alexandra didn't speak, she was still out cold while she was wheeled up into the helicopter. The nurses then tied her down so she wouldn't go sliding in case they came to some turbulent winds and would cause her to rock around. Once Alexandra's stretcher was tied down, the nurses exited the helicopter and closed the door. Tatiana looked up to see the helicopter take off from its pad and fly away. Tatiana decided to go look for Megumi and Alexandra, possibly they could've gone off to the park or something by the recent text by Megumi.

In the park, Alexei and Megumi were waiting in line where a couple of small buildings stood alone as attractions. Tatiana had just arrived where Megumi was getting what they needed from the stand. Something a little more pleasant than what Kay was serving up.

"Can I get one more please?" Tatiana [R] asked Megumi.

"Sure, what flavor?" Megumi asked.

"Vanilla." Tatiana [R] made her request. Alexei was licking his away to make sure it didn't melt. Megumi paid for Tatiana while they went over and sat at the table. "I can see why you left the party."

"Yeah, Kay decides to hold a party on the same day as the stampede, she's giving the impression that she cares very little for us ordinary people." Megumi told Tatiana. Alexei decided to speak next.

"It's like my father and Kay are going down the same path despite how differently they act." Alexei began, Megumi and Tatiana looked at the tsarevich. "Unlike my father who is a kind and a very caring man, Kay has no morals. In fact, the stampede with all of those people that were trampled could be a sign of a bad omen for Kay." Tatiana then remembered something.

"Wait, Megumi, there might be a letter in the school from Paula to her descendants a few years from now that will explain the school's downfall that she talked about from a priest named Abel." Tatiana [R] began speaking of what she remembered.

"Tatiana, what was in the letter, can you speak it out?" Megumi asked Tatiana if she remembered what Paula had learned from the priest.

"The letter contained the events of the priest starting with the graduation of Ekaterina II, Paula's own murder, the reign of Alexeievna and the wars with BC Freedom and Maginot, the burning of Moskva, the Decembrist revolt and the reign of Nicole, the abolition of Serfdom and the reign of Megumi, the assassination of Megumi and the order and peace of Alexandra. For Kay in the letter, it says: "The holy Tsarina that is like Job the long suffering will have the mind of Christ and the patience and purity of a dove. A crown of thorns will replace her Tsarina's crown, and she shall be betrayed by her people as was the son of God. A Great War will be fought. People will fly in the air like birds and swim under water like fish. They shall destroy themselves with stinking sulfur. Treason will grow and multiply, and on the eve of victory the Tsarina's throne will fall. Blood and tears will water the earth. A peasant with an axe will take power and the plagues of Egypt will begin." or how the letter puts it." Tatiana [R] told them what was to happen.

"When will this great war happen?" Megumi asked her friend if she had a definite date of when it was going to happen.

"That I can't tell you for sure but when it happens, the great battles will be fought, millions will die, and four schools will completely collapse." Tatiana [R] warned Megumi about what was going to happen if Kay continued on her path that she was traveling down on. Megumi gulped and she knew that they needed to start living in the shadows if they were going to survive.

"Well, we need to get going and get ourselves back to the school, it was nice chatting with you Megumi." Alexei told them when he realized the time, they had just finished eating. They stood up and began walking back to the airport where they were going to depart.

"Take care." Megumi replied. She watches them walk away before she got up and began walking back to her dorm on the crutches. She cleaned up after them and headed for home. Once she got back, she decided to call it a night and rested her head on the pillow. Tatiana's words were reflecting in her mind about what she said about Kay and her reign.

The clock was beginning to tick down, and Kay had lit the fuse, the fire was going to cause an explosion.

[A/N]: Part 3 has begun and this time it will be focusing on Kay's reign as well as some adventures with Alexandra as she is now taking her turn to travel the schools. I think I wanted to talk about the red part of this fanfic but that wouldn't be for another few chapters and if you know what the red part I'm talking about, leave a review as Kay's reign is off to a troubling start and it's all going to go downhill from there.

Let's see if we can hit a thousand views for all the stories I've made, and I can say that we barely survived that month. I hope to see you in June.
