zachycards: Hello fellow reader, well here it is, the final chapter of A Pair Of Certain Scientific Railgun Aces. Here is the disclaimer, I don't own anything in this fanfic, except for me and my oc. I don't own A Certain Scientific Railgun. It does belong to, and it will always belong to Kazuma Kamachi and Motoi Fuyukawa. So, now that the disclaimer is out of the way, let us now move on to the final chapter.

Chapter 14: Of Bygone Day

Several months had now passed since Misaka and I had performed our violin duet at the school's festival, and a whole lot of events had happened to us since then. And while Misaka and Kuroko were both asleep, I was busy sitting up in my respective bed, holding onto one of the many arcade tokens, that Misaka and I would use for our respective railguns. But, as I held the arcade coin in my open hand, I began to reminisce about the recent events and adventures that Misaka and I had experienced over these past few months. And it was at this point, that the first of many flasbacks, began.

It started off with a moderate sized night time earthquake that disrupts Mitsuko from studying. After the quake had subsided, Mitsuko's teacup mysteriously fell down from her desk, along with her entire doll collection floating around. The next day, Kazari was informed by Daigo that she was getting a new roommate, a transfer student named Erii Haruue. Misaka, myself, and Saten, then took Erii out to show her around while Uiuharu, Kuroko and Konori attended a meeting held by Therestina Kihara Lifeline of the Multi Active Rescue (MAR), concerning earthquake-like "Poltergeist incidents" caused by multiple espers simultaneously losing control of their abilities. Later that night, Misaka, myself and Kuroko skipped out on our curfew to celebrate Erii's arrival with Saten and Konori at the local fireworks festival. Erii started to reminisce about her past with us, falling into a trance and wandering off on her own. Kuroko then got a call from Konori, who had discovered the Poltergeist incidents had been created on purpose, but another Poltergeist incident then occurred near Uiharu and Erii, who were then saved from a falling lamppost by Therestina. And it was then that we slowly realized what had just happened.

Following the Poltergeist incident, Misaka wondered if Kiyama was once again involved, though Kuroko reminded her that Kiyama was supposedly still in custody. Kuroko instead suspected that Erii was the cause, since most of the Poltergeist attacks had been occurring at places that Erii has been. Misaka, myself and Kuroko wound up doing a clandestine background check on Erii and learn that, despite being a Level-2 telepathic esper, that she can exhibit Level-4 powers under certain catalysts. Uiharu took Erii to the park, where Erii explained that she had been looking for a childhood friend. Erii then went into another trance, and a violent Poltergeist attack occured at the park. Uiharu became angry at Kuroko for suspecting Erii, so Therestina performed some tests on Erii at the MAR Base Research Laboratory in order to prove her innocence. Upon her waking up, Erii explained to everyone that she falls into a trance upon her hearing the voice of her friend, Banri Edasaki, who apparently is another telepath. When Erii showed everyone a photo of Banri inside her pendant, Misaka and I immediately recognized Banri as one of Kiyama's Child Error students who went into a coma.

Erii explained that both she and Banri were both telepaths who had grown up in an orphanage for Child Errors before Banri had moved, but she had recently begun hearing Banri suffering and had been trying to find her ever since. Misaka and I explained about the Level Upper experiment to Therestina, who theorized that Kiyama's comatose students were the cause of the Poltergeist incidents. However, this theory divided Kazari and Kuroko even more, as Kazari wound up thinking Kuroko that was now blaming them instead. The next day, Misaka and I learned that Kiyama had been released from custody, later learning that the Poltergeists could've wound up potentially destroy Academy City if they were not resolved. Whilst investigating one of Gensei's old facilities, Misake and I encountered Kiyama herself, who showed us both to a hospital where all of her comatose students are under the care of Heaven Canceller. He wound up explaining Gensei's conviction that an esper can become a Level 6 by taking Ability Crystals made from the essence of comatose espers who have lost control of their AIM fields. He had gathered the Child Errors and bailed Kiyama to find a cure, but without the "First Sample", the first test subject of Gensei's Ability Crystal program, their attempts at waking the students had caused Poltergeist incidents. Therestina, who followed Misaka, myself and Kiyama to that location, arrived, and demanded the children to her custody. Forced to choose, Misaka and I took Therestina's side to potentially in an effort to give the children a chance, convincing the heartbroken Kiyama to put her trust in the authorities.

Still feeling concerned, Uiharu went to see Kiyama and tried to convince her to share information with MAR in order to help her students. However, Therestina had destroyed Kiyama's data and refused to let them see either Erii or the children. When Kazari told us what happened, we learned that Therestina was in fact Gensei's granddaughter, who was the first test subject of his Ability Crystal program. Realizing we had both been tricked, Misaka and I wound up confronting a battle-suited Therestina at the MAR Base Research Laboratory, but we were outmatched when Therestina used Capacity Down on both of us, revealing she intended to finish Gensei's work. As Therestina and MAR left with Erii and the children, Misaka and I were rescued by Kongo, who had been resting nearby following a previous Poltergeist incident. When Misaka and I awakened, both of us blamed ourselves and we attempted to go off on our own again. However, Saten stood in our way, reminding us both that we don't have to do everything by ourselves, and as a reslut, we got Uiharu and Kuroko to make up with each other. Learning Kiyama is chasing after the MAR trailers to their destination, Mikoto, myself, Kuroko, Uiharu, Saten, Konori and Kongo then headed out to save Erii and the others.

We had learned that Kiyama was after the MAR trailers, unaware that they were decoys filled with the MAR Troops, but she was saved by Misaka and I. Kuroko, Kongo, Yomikawa, Tsuzuri and the Anti-Skills held off the rest of the MAR Troops. Kiyama, Uiharu and Saten headed towards Kihara's laboratory, whilst Misaka and I defended them from Therestina, who attacked with a giant large mech. Although Therestina's mech was unaffected by Misaka and I's basic attacks, Kuroko helps both of us destroy the mech by using its own arm as an improvised railgun. Misaka, myself, Kuroko, Uiharu, Satren, and Kiyama finally arrived at the underground lab where Erii and the children are being held. However, Therestina, who had survived, suddenly activated the lab's Capacity Down and attacked them, revealing her plan to use the First Sample from herself and the children to force Erii to become a Level 6 esper, and destroy the city in the process. As all hope seemed lost, Saten, who was the only one that wasn't affected by Capacity Down, destroysedits controls, allowing Misaka and I to defeat Therestina with our railguns. With the First Sample in hand, Kiyama wound up creating the cure and finally awakened Banri and the other children, giving her thanks to Misaka and I. And in the aftermath, the recovering children give a birthday message to Kiyama via a blimp as Misaka, myself, and everyone else watched.

Following an uncomfortable run in with Misaki Shokuhō, another Level 5 esper, from Tokiwadai Middle School, who would quite frankly wind up pissing not just Misaka off quite a lot, but me just as much, if not a heck of a lot more. Man, she just rubs me the wrong way. Misaka and I then met up with Kuroko, Uiharu, Saten and Erii as we all paid a visit to Banri Edasaki in the hospital. While Erii rekindled with Banri, who was undergoing physiotherapy, Misaka and I tried to come up with a way to surprise Banri with a present everyone bought for her, only to realize she had left the bag containing the present in Banri's ward. Just then, a criminal patient that was under watch by the Anti-Skills had broken free by some of his companions and took Erii as a hostage. Upon learning of the situation from Aiho Yomikawa and Tsuzuri Tessō, Misaka and I headed to the rooftop to try and prevent the culprits escaping via helicopter. They threw Erii off the side of the building in order to break free, but she was saved thanks to Saten and Kuroko. Learning that her bag is onboard the fleeing helicopter, Misaka and I had Kuroko teleport us to the skies where Misaka and I both destroyed the helicopter with our railguns, with Kuroko safely apprehending the culprits. With the incident dealt with, Banri finally opened her present from everyone, which is a Sakugawa Middle School uniform for her to wear once she had recovered.

Misaka and I recalled in a dream of how, when we were younger, we were approached by scientists wanting to use of our DNA map to help cure Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The next morning, Kuroko tried to take us both through an alleyway to get to the mall, but we encountered a few people passing by. We discovered that this was due to someone hiding envelopes containing cash cards within the alleyways, piquing people's curiosity to search for them. After running into Saten, who was also on the hunt for the money cards, Misaka and I overheard some Skill-Outs who had managed to locate the source of the envelopes and we decided to follow them. Meanwhile, Saten grew curious as she had allegedly seen both Misaka and I at the mall, despite us both never actually getting there, with Konori explaining to Uihaur about a rumor of there being clones of two Level 5 espers. The Skill-Outs eventually trace the envelopes back to a Nagatenjōki Academy student, demanding she hand over the other envelopes. Things wound up getting tense, however, when it appeared the Skill-Outs were gradually getting killed off by the girl, who claimed to be able to freely kill anyone she had touched. When Misaka and I arrived on the scene, the girl, who had simply knocked out all the Skill-Outs using anesthetic and clever acting skills, recognized us both as the "originals".

Misaka and I werre reminded of rumors about there being a clone of both of us and we attempted to question the girl, who was distributing the envelopes in order to fill the alleyways that security cameras couldn't reach with human eyes. However, the girl leaft after inadvertently setting the building on fire whilst burning the evidence, simply stating we were both better off not knowing as we would be unable to stop what was happening with her power. After saving the Skill-Outs, we both looked up for information on the girl, whose name was revealed to be Shinobu Nunotaba, who actually worked at the same medical facility where we had given the scientists our DNA map years ago. Misaka and I infiltrated the facility and came across a room that was separate from the rest of the building's network. We both then hacked into the database there and we were both shocked to learn that the scientists tricked us into giving them our DNA map in order to create clones called "Sisters", known as Project Radio Noise. However, the project was cancelled when the supercomputer, Tree Diagram, deduced that the clones would not come close to matching our levels of power. Believing there were not any clones of us after all, we both felt relieved and left the facility, unaware of a clone of each of us arriving later to delete the database.

Three months earlier, in an unknown facility, a pair of women scientists, later recognized as Yumi Kusakabe and Eiga Kanmi, had mentored the birth of a clone of Misaka and I, labelled Misaka 9982, and Faith 9982, installing memory functions via a capsule-like machine called Testament. Back in the present, Misaka, along with me, to which Misaka had been feeling cheerful with the clone rumors being seemingly debunked. But yet, I still couldn't shake the fact, perhaps those rumors, weren't exactly rumors. This would wind up very much being the case a little later on. But for now, we wound up going shopping with Kuroko and the others at the mall, helping Uiharu and Erii buy a rice cooker whilst also picking out things for an upcoming school trip. The next day, as we both ended up having nothing to do, some young children, including the girl whose bag we previously found, picked up on our boredom and had us play with them. Noticing one of the kids wearing a Gekota badge, Misaka frantically went through a whole bunch of capsule vendors in order to win one for herself. As the day came to an end, Mikoto and i suddenly sensed a power identical to our own and, upon chasing after its source, comes across Misaka 9982, and Faith 9982. It was then that we both realized, well Misaka realized more then I did, that the clone rumors, were in fact very true after all.

After we both unwillingly helped them rescue a kitten from a tree, Misaka and I tried to question Misaka 9982 and Faith 9982, but we were unable to learn much due to being unable to decipher a codeword. We instead decided to follow them around in case they returned to thier base of operations, where they ended up doing some surprisingly sisterly activities. Later that evening, as Misaka 9982 and Faith 9982 pointed out that they were not returning to thier point of origin, Misaka and I took our leave after Misaka had inadvertently giving her the Gekota badge she won earlier. After receiving some help from Uiharu in deciphering the codeword she was told about, Misaka and I were horrified to learn of Project Level 6 Shift, in which 20,000 Sisters from Project Radio Noise are to be killed in 20,000 battles in order to evolve Academy City's most powerful Level 5 esper, Accelerator, into a Level 6 esper. Whilst learning of this, Misaka 9982 and Faith 9982 engaged in thier assigned battles with the aforementioned Accelerator, finding themselves helpless against his reflective abilities. And with both of them fleeing to a railway yard, they attempted a sneak attack on Accelerator using a planted mine, only for him to survive and tear off their legs. Misaka and I arrived on the scene, only for both of us to look in horror as Accelerator crushed Misaka 9982 and Faith 9982 to death with a train, which sent the both of us into a furious rage.

Both Misaka and I unleashed our anger at Accelerator, who quickly deduces we were both the originals, and both became further enraged upon seeing Misaka 9982's and Faith 9982's torn legs and hearing Accelerator's selfish reasons for participating in the experiment. However, even our most powerful attacks were simply reflected back at us. Just then, the fight is halted by the arrival of dozens of other Sisters, who request that Accelerator stop fighting both of us to avoid throwing off the experiment's calculations. As Accelerator took his leave, neither Misaka or I felt any sort of comfort in hearing the Sisters acknowledging themselves as nothing more than guinea pigs. After a restless night, Misaka and I were approached by Shinobu, who explained why she had chosen to oppose the experiment. Having been called back from Project Radio Noise to assist in Project Level 6 Shift, Shinobu got to see the sensitive side of one of the Sisters and had become unable to see them as anything other than human. Upon hearing this, Misaka and I took it upon ourselves to destroy the facilities involved in the experiment, keeping it a secret from Kuroko and the rest of our friends.

As we continued to eliminate as many facilities involved with Project Level 6 Shift through electronic warfare before we were shut out from their communication lines, Misaka and I started spending several nights attacking the other facilities directly. Kuroko, who had grown concerned about Misaka and I constantly being out at night, came across a group of girls who were looking for a "lucky card", based on an urban legend spawned from the cash card incident. The next day, Kuroko encountered one of the girls, Minori, saving her from being hit by a car during her search, hearing how she had wanted to find a lucky item for her friend who was moving away. After pointing out cash cards would be out of the question, since they would need to be turned into Judgment, Konori suggested that they should instead search for a four-leaf clover. During their search, Kazari and Ruiko gave Kuroko some assurance that Misaka and I, along with themselves, appreciated her efforts. Both Kuroko and Minori found four-leaved clovers, with Kuroko keeping hers and resolving to always wait for Misaka and I. Meanwhile, as Misaka and I managed to dwindle down the remaining facilities to two, Kites Knockraven, a higher up in the project, prepared a counter-play.

With only two facilities remaining, Knockraven calls upon the services of the mercenary team ITEM. As Misaka and I infiltrated one of the two remaining facilities, we found ourselves against one of its members, Frenda Seivelun, who wound up causing trouble for us using flammable tape and stuffed dolls containing bombs. Meanwhile, Shinobu arrived at the other remaining facility, where they were attempting to transport the data whilst the other facility was being attacked. Misaka and I chased down Frenda who, after a series of failed attacks, filled the room up with nitrogen, bluffing that it was an explosive gas to prevent us from using our electricity against her. However, we both, who were refusing to simply give up and be killed, managed to fight back against Frenda, leading to her bluff becoming exposed. As we both tried to interrogate Frenda however, who was unable to respond due to being shocked by both of us, we were suddenly attacked by ITEM's leader and the fourth ranked Level 5 esper, Shizuri Mugino, or as she was commonly nicknamed, Meltdowner.

Misaka and I attempted to escape from Shizuri's attacks, which wound up proving difficult due to ITEM's third member, Rikō Takitsubo, using her AIM Stalker ability to help Shizuri and Frenda home their attacks on our position. Meanwhile, Shinobu, who felt that Misaka and I should not have to carry our burden alone, snuck into the basement of her facility where the incubated Sisters were being held, hoping to install emotions into all of the remaining Sisters via the Misaka Network in the hopes that it may move the organizers to suspend the experiments. However, she was apprehended by ITEM's fourth member, Saiai Kinuhata, who was guarding the facility in case a second party was involved in the attacks. Shinobu managed to get the program installing, but it was suddenly blocked by an unforeseen error code. Shinobu fired a gun at Saiai to save herself, but her attack failed due to Saiai's Offense Armor ability and she was taken into custody. Back at the other facility, Misaka and I were weakend, which forced us to use our ability to deflect Shizuri's Meltdowner attack, making her realize who the intruder's identity is. Learning of this, Shizuri decided to send the injured Frenda and exhausted Rikō away so she can settle things with Misaka and I herself.

Coming face to face with Shizuri, Misaka and I used some of the explosive dolls that Frenda had nadvertently left behind to compensate for our weakened powers. Shizuri foughy off the dolls by using silicon shards cards to divide the lasers, but we both manages to knock her out with one of the remaining dolls. After finding and destroying the facility's data bank, we both found ourselves on the run from an angered Shizuri. Fleeing to a bridge, we managed to get the best of Shizuri by using Frenda's flammable tape to collapse the walkway underneath her and cause her to fall down. As we both made our escape, Shizuri managed to learn about Project Level 6 Shift from one of the staff and decided it would be more amusing to let both Misaka and I suffer. The next day, Misaka and I investigated the remaining facility, only to find it was completely abandoned, allegedly having gone bankrupt. Believing the experiments to finally be over, we both came across Tōma Kamijō by the vending machines.

After we had run into Tōma, who had appeared to have trouble remembering who we were, and had vandalized a vending machine to spit out drinks to compensate for some money it had stolen from him. Kuroko arrived on the scene and, despite not being pleased over the presence of a supposed "boyfriend", felt relieved that Mikoto appeared to be back to her cheerful self and took her leave. However both of our joy was short-lived when two more Sisters, Misaka 10031, and Faith 100031 appeared before us, telling us both in private that the experiments were still ongoing. Horrified to learn more Sisters have died because of her, we both ended up yelling at Misaka 10031 and Faith 10031 for reminding us of Misaka 9982 and Faith 9982. Later, having discovered that countless other facilities have picked up the experiment, Misaka and I came to realize that our enemy was Academy City itself. Meanwhile, Accelerator recalled how he was first approached about Project Level 6 Shift. Deciding that we would need to do something drastic in order to stop the experiments, Misaka and I felt relieved that Kuroko would still perform her duty as a Judgment officer should we both be labelled criminals for doing so.

Misaka and I resolved to hack into and destroy the Tree Diagram, the supercomputer that had been responsible for the experiment's calculations, in the hope that we may have been able to stop them. Meanwhile, Tōma encountered Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032, who coercesed him into helping them look after an abandoned kitten they had found. As Tōma went into a bookstore to look for a book to help him with his own cat, Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032 went off to observe Accelerator as he began his scheduled battle with Misaka 10031 and Faith 10031. Upon our arrival at Tree Diagram's control center, hoping to hack into Tree Diagram to order a halt to the experiment, Misaka and I were confused to find it not only heavily low on security, but it had also been completely abandoned as well. Hacking into the system, we were horrified to learn the truth, which was that Tree Diagram had been destroyed for months, with the experiments continuing regardless.

Misaka and I then fell into despair, realizing that with Tree Diagram destroyed, we had absolutely no way of stopping the experiments. We then tried to cling onto our cause by mercilessly destroying another facility, but we lost all hope when we saw a live feed of Misaka 10031 and Faith 10031 being killed by Accelerator. As Accelerator reminisced about his first experiment and his first time killing a Sister, Tōma discovered Misaka 10031'a and Faith 10031's corpses and calls the Anti-Skills to investigate it, only to find them gone when they arrive, with no evidence it ever occurred. After the Anti-Skills left, Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032 appeared before Tōma, who came to learn the true nature of the Sisters. Upon learning this, Tōma headed for the Tokiwadai dorms to try to get some answers from Misaka and I, who at the same time were contemplating our last resort.

Tōma arrived at the Tokiwadai dorms, where he was reluctantly greeted by Kuroko, who decided to let him wait for both Misaka and I to return. When the Tokiwadai Dorm Supervisor came by for an inspection, Kuroko was forced to hide Tōma under Mikoto's bed due to his Imagine Breaker negating her teleportation. There, he found the details concerning Project Level 6 Shift stuffed inside a teddy bear, learning that Misaka 10032's and Faith 10032's experiment was next. Tōma then followed a trail of windmills to a bridge where he eventually found Misaka and I and confronted us both about the experiments. With all of our other efforts having failed, Misaka and I were convinced that letting ourselves be killed by Accelerator was the only way to stop the experiments, proving that we did not live up to Tree Diagram's expectations. However, Tōma, feeling our way will not save anyone, decided to stand in our way, refusing to fight back or even defend himself from our lightning. Mikoto's emotions, since I once again wanted no part of what was going on betweeen her and Touma. But, that still didn't mean that I wasn't upset with him standing in our way of stopping the experiments, and putting more Sisters in life threatening danger. She then wound up sending a large shock wave that Tōma took the full brunt of, helping her to see his resolve. After he had regained consciousnesses and being greeted by a tearful Misaka, Tōma came up with the idea that if he as a Level 0 can defeat the Level 5 Accelerator in a fight and prove him to be actually weak, the entire basis for the experiments would fall apart. Despite Misaka and I objecting to his idea, Tōma headed off to where Misaka 10032's and Faith 10032's experiment was being held.

Despite his injuries, Tōma arrived at the site where Accelerator, Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032 were fighting and stated his firm desire to rescue the Sisters, saying that even if they were both clones, there was only one of them in the entire world. As their fight begins, Tōma initially struggled against Accelerator as he launched projectiles at him and set off a dust explosion. However, Accelerator was shocked when Tōma was able to punch him with his right hand without being affected by his ability, it also came a surprise to Misaka and I, who had also rushed to the scene. Angered, Accelerator started using his ability to manipulate the wind, creating a huge hurricane that dealt a lot of damage to Tōma. Misaka and I attempted to go with our original plan in order to save Tōma, only for both of us to realize that it would be futile upon having witnessed Accelerator use his power to create a plasma storm that could wipe out everything in the area. Realizing what had to be done to stop it, Misaka and I went over to Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032 and begged for their help in protecting Tōma's dream. Moved by our words, Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032 used the Misaka Network to command the other Sisters in Academy City to manipulate the city's windmills with their electricity, affecting the wind and disrupting Accelerator's calculations, which prevented him from stabilizing the plasma. As both Misaka and I prepared to stand off against Accelerator once more, Tōma gathered the strength to stand up.

Accelerator demanded to know why Misaka and I were protecting Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032, to which we responded that it was simply because they were our sisters. Before Accelerator could attempt to kill them, Tōma managed to regain his footing and used the remainder of his strength to knock Accelerator out with one final punch. As he lost consciousness, Accelerator came to the realization that the reason he wanted to become a Level 6 in the first place was so that he would not have to hurt anyone anymore. After the experiments were cancelled as a result of Accelerator's defeat, Misake and I went to the hospital to visit Tōma, who assured us that even though many Sisters died, it was thanks to us that they got to be born in the first place. Afterwards, Misaka and I took a walk with Misaka 10032 and Faith 10032, where we played with another pair of sisters at the playground as we thought about the future that lay ahead. The next day, Misaka borrowed Saten's kitchen to make some handmade cookies for Tōma as a thanks for his help. Despite not getting an opportunity to give them to him, Mikoto felt pleased when he finally called her by her proper name.

When we were asked by the Dorm Supervisor to explain her absences, Misaka and I bluffed that we were having study sessions with our friends. As Saten arranged a get together so she coukld hear who Misaka was making cookies for the other day, Kuroko came across Minori again before being dragged along by Mitsuko Kongō to a pet shop. Meanwhile, Misaka and I visited Heaven Canceller to hear about the status of the Sisters, and learned that they were being reconfigured so they would live longer than their originally intended two year lifespan. As Misaka, myself and Kuroko met up at a family restaurant, we came across Mugino and Frenda, which led to a very awkward argument, between Kuroko and Frenda over their respective partners. And when I mean awkward, I mean as in Kuroko feeling up both Misaka and my breasts, whilst Frenda did the same to Mugino, which, not surpsingly, prompted Misaka and I to send a large amount of voltage through Kuroko, seeing as how we were quite livid withe her feeling us both up in public. And Mugino, well she pretty much did the same to Frenda, except she used her Meltdowner ability on her, rather then Misaka and I having used our electricity to send quite a bit of voltage through Kuroko, in order to zap a little sense into her for her perverted behavior. After having a nabe party with everyone, Kuroko was relieved to see both Misaka and I back to our usual selves.

A mysterious organization oversaw ITEM as they fought against a group of mechs. The next day, we visited Banri, who was due to be discharged from the hospital soon and would be moving into an apartment with Erii, who would be moving out of Uiharu's apartment as a result. As we all discussed about the move, Kuroko and Uiharu revealed Judgement woukd be on duty for the upcoming Academy City Research Exhibition Assembly, where Academy City's top genius students would attend. Meanwhile, Kongo used her power to stop a purse thief, only to be berated by a certain man for her actions. As the group got together to celebrate Banri's dischargement, Kuroko and Uiharu were called off for Judgment duties when the city's traffic signals suddenly went out. After finishing her duties, Kazari gave a box of taiyaki to Erii, serving as a memento of when she first told Erii about her ability of temperature preservation, and the two had a tearful farewell as roommates. As we took a detour home, we came across a curious white-haired girl named Febri, who appeared to know Misaka and I. Meanwhile, the mysterious organization began their next plan to show their power against espers.

Several months later, After Uiharu had discovered that a girl by the name of Mitori had hijacked an Antiskill camera drone to help control her doppelganger, she hijacked the camera herself in order to fake Kuroko's death, allowing the real Kuroko to find Mitori hiding in the sewers and take her down. Meanwhile, Gensei Kihara had discovered too late that the input code that he had gotten from Misaki was actually the Exterior programs self-destruct code, which Misaki had tricked him into using by rewriting her own memory. With Exterior destroyed, Misaka and I regained our senses but we were still unable to stop our powers from going out of control. And it was during this entire incident, that whilst Misaka and I were not in control of our powers, that I wound up in an endless white void, faced with a shapeless being, in front of a large set of doors, and was told that not only was the shapeless being responsible for the judgment armband appearing at the restaurant, but it then wound up explaining to me about the law of equivilant exchange. By me ending up in this world, regardless of how I had ended up their. That in order to compensate for recieving a status as a level 5 esper, and being the third ranked esper in all of academy city, that of which equal value that I had to give up in exchange, wound up not only being what was going on right now, but any chance of me going back to the real world, had been lost the second that I had ended up in this world. And it was after that, that the scene around me got dark again, but not before a light blue like veiny substance, grabbed hold of me by both of my hands, and caused me to become deathly afraid.

It was when my last flashback had ended that I heard Misaka speak to me from her respective bed, "Sis, why are you still up, what are you doing?" she asked. "Oh nothing sis, just thinking about our past adventures, thats all" I said in response to Misaka. "Oh, well, if I were you, I would get to sleep, you and I have classes in the morning" Misaka said. "Oh, right sis" I said in response, as I placed the arcade coin on the nightstand next to my respective bed, and then tucked myself into my bed. And as Misaka and I drifted off to sleep, we were unaware, that what lay ahead for us, would be an adventure of a lifetime.
