A rush of emotions was running through Mr. Small's body: Sadness knowing that his friend was in trouble; confusion about why this Tyler wanted Scarlet's body; anger toward the unknown being for running off with the young human; and many, many more emotions. But he knew that right now he needed to focus on what he must tell the rest of his friends about Scarlet so they could help them recuse Scarlet before Tyler does something truly awful.

The small Mr. Man had wanted to keep Scarlet's disorder a secret– part of him hoped that they wouldn't have to ever reveal it at all. He didn't want anyone to look at the human and think she was odd because of something she had no control over. But now, it seemed like they had to confess even that in order to recruit their friends to help save her from Tyler.

The voice of his best friend broke into Mr. Small's thoughts. "What do you mean by 'everyone'?" asked Mr. Nosy, his eyes wide and anxious.

"Well… um…" Mr. Small entwined his hands behind his back as he struggled to come up with something to say. He thought he had made it pretty clear. "Well… I mean, everyone. It looks like we have no choice but to tell all of our friends that we could possibly be in danger, and then maybe they can help us think of a plan to stop this Tyler guy." His eyebrows rolled up and down in thought.

Uncertainty shadowed Mr. Nosy's face. "Do you think we can really stop him?" he murmured, doubt sparkling in his eyes. "We don't even know what he has planned…" Suddenly the light green Mr. Man started trembling, looking terrified as if he was imagining all the horrible things Tyler could do to their friends and beloved town.

"Nose, calm down." Mr. Small didn't like seeing his friend so scared, but Mr. Nosy didn't seem to have heard him. His breathing was shallow and fast, and he started running around in circles, panicking. Mr. Small watched him, trying not to panic himself. "We… We can return to our house and… see if we can discover more about Tyler in Scarlet's bag."

Mr. Nosy skidded to a halt and turned to Mr. Small, who was relieved to see the interest on his face. "Are you sure there would be anything about him in her bag?" he asked, his voice shaking a little. "Don't you think Scarlet would have told us if she found out something that could possibly threaten us?"

Mr. Small didn't answer immediately as he considered what his friend said. "Ever since we invited her to stay with us," he finally said," she's been going through that bag of hers every chance she got, but she hasn't told us anything." He paused for a second before going on," The only reason we know about her personality disorder is because she told Mr. Scatterbrain that her name was different." He frowned when he realized that was true; she had willingly kept whatever she discovered about herself from the people who took her in and tried to help her when she had nowhere else to go.

She could be in terrible danger though, Mr. Small thought, pushing away his frustration that she didn't trust them enough to tell them anything. We have to help her even if she kept stuff from us.

"Are you saying that she might have learned something about herself and didn't tell us?" Mr. Nosy dropped his gaze to the ground; he had calmed down and was now looking like he was on the edge of tears as if the thought of the human keeping secrets from them upset him deeply.

Wanting to cheer him up, Mr. Small told him," We can go through her belongings now without her getting upset. This time it'll be to help her." Hopefully, he added to himself, knowing that he couldn't mention that it wasn't for certain that they'll find any useful information in her bag.

However, Mr. Nosy's eyes lit up as if Mr. Small's words cheered him up. "Okay!" He suddenly took off, heading toward the entrance of the park. "Come on!" he called back to his best friend, who stayed where he was for a moment, only staring after the light green Mr. Man before finally following him back to their observatory.

Mr. Small wanted to believe they'd be able to stop Tyler with whatever information they find in Scarlet's bag, but there was this nagging feeling deep inside him that told him everything was about to change and nothing will be the same again, though he didn't understand the feeling and he didn't want to think about it.

"Found anything useful yet?" Mr. Small lowered the piece of paper that he had been reading when he asked his best friend that question. He saw Mr. Nosy holding a blue folder, flipping through all the pages in there, stopping every now and again to read something. Then he closed the folder and placed it on the floor with a shake of his head and sighing deeply. "We can't give up," the small Mr. Man insisted.

As the two continued the search to find something to stop Tyler, Mr. Small discovered the toy lemur at the bottom of the human's bag. He stared at it for a long moment, once more wondering why Scarlet feels like it is so important.

She most likely had it before she arrived here, he realized as he reached down to scoop it out of the bag. Perhaps her mother gave it to her before they got separated and she doesn't remember it? He wished he knew how to protect his friends, but somehow he felt like this toy was key to save Dillydale. But he had no idea how.

While Tyler was loose, nobody was safe. They needed to stop him before he hurt anyone else.

And we need to get Scarlet back, he reminded himself.

A gasp from Mr. Nosy broke into Mr. Small's thoughts, and he looked up as Mr. Nosy jumped to his feet. "I think I found something," he said, worry shining in his eyes.

Mr. Small set the toy down before standing up on the bed and taking the paper out of his friend's outstretched hand. He looked over it, quickly noting that Tyler's name was all over it, but to his disappointment he didn't see any clear instructions on how to get Scarlet back. Of course it wouldn't be that easy, he thought, frowning.

"Did you find this in the bag?" he asked Mr. Nosy as he lowered the piece of paper and looked up at the light green Mr. Man, who shook his head. He picked up a folder and handed it to Mr. Small. He saw that it had the name "Tyler" on the front of it. "Where did you find it then?" he asked.

"Under the bed." Mr. Nosy frowned. "Uh… do you think she was hiding this from us?" Before Mr. Small could answer, he went on. "Do you think she found out about Tyler and didn't tell us? But why would she do that if she knew how dangerous he is?"

"Perhaps she didn't realize how terrible he really is?" Mr. Small offered, not wanting to believe that Scarlet would deliberately hide important information from them when they took her in. But he still had his doubts. Whether she knew or not doesn't matter right now! he told himself, knowing that even if Scarlet didn't want them to know about Tyler, whatever she had been thinking when she decided to hide the truth, they did know about him now, and they need to do what they can to save the red-haired human.

Mr. Nosy looked confused. "How could she not have known?" he asked, frowning. "It's all over that paper that he is a horrible person!" He suddenly paused and then corrected himself," Uh personality."

Mr. Small froze, his mind starting to race. Is Tyler one of Scarlet's personalities? He sat back down on the bed and glanced beside him, moving the papers aside until he found the one he was looking for. There were a few names on it, which he guessed was her personalities because it had Ace's and Jerry's name on it, and also Ronn who they haven't met yet. There were also a few notes on each of them. But nowhere it said Tyler's name, so was he even one of them or something else entirely?

Then he picked up the paper about Tyler, reading it very carefully. All over the paper were words like "dangerous", "threatens", and "after me". He read: "My mom warned me about Tyler, though she didn't tell me why he's after me" and "He is very dangerous. I don't know who to trust anymore because they might be working for Tyler." Reading all this was upsetting Mr. Small; he didn't like that Scarlet seemed to live in fear all the time, seeming to have to look where she went and couldn't even make friends. Even here in Dillydale, she wasn't safe from Tyler.

Mr. Small lowered the paper, thinking hard about what he just read and realizing it was so obvious from the way Scarlet wrote her notes that someone was stalking her. "Tyler's not a personality at all!" he exclaimed, jumping to his feet.

"Then what is he?" Mr. Nosy asked, confused, but before Mr. Small could reply, clapping made the two of them turn to the door to see the red haired human walking into the room with a smirk on his face and slowly clapping.

"Figured it out, have you?" he snarled, but Mr. Small hardly heard him. His eyes were focused on the person who followed Tyler into the room, standing very close to him and staring at the floor as if to avoid meeting anyone's eyes. Mr. Small gasped in surprise, but it was Mr. Nosy who spoke before he could.

"Miss. Calamity?" the light green Mr. Man asked, taking a step toward her. "W-What are you doing here? With uh… her?" He seemed unsure about revealing Tyler was in control of the girl's body, though Mr. Small wondered if Little Miss Calamity knew that. Was she working for Tyler? He shook his head, not understanding at all.

The Little Miss didn't answer him and she refused to look up at them. Since Mr. Small couldn't see her face, he wasn't sure how she was feeling, but he was sure it wasn't any positive emotion. Did that mean she was here unwillingly? Did Tyler threaten her or something?

Tyler glanced at her before turning back to the Mr. Men, his eyes shining with amusement, but neither of them explained what was happening. Instead Tyler started clapping again. "Congrats on figuring it out," he said mockingly.

Mr. Small didn't even bother to respond; he stared at Little Miss Calamity. What has he done to her? he thought, knowing that she would never willingly join someone as horrible as Tyler. The evil human must have brainwashed her. Perhaps casted a spell on her? He obviously has magic. Alarm shot through him at the thought of Tyler doing that to one of their friends.

Tyler growling made the small Mr. Man tear his gaze away from the Little Miss and turn to Tyler just in time to see him rolling his eyes. "How stupid are you?" he snapped. "Do you honestly think she–" He gestured to Little Miss Calamity–" would be brave enough to turn against her friends? Besides," he added, crossing his arms and leaning against the doorframe," she's too worthless and will only cause my plans to fail."

"What are your plans?" Mr. Nosy spoke up, his voice curious but there was still a hint of fear too, and a glare from Tyler made him shut his mouth.

Mr. Small realized Tyler's plans weren't the biggest concern at the moment. He tried pushing his friend aside, but he wouldn't budge. He was thankful when Mr. Nosy stepped away and went to stand by the bed while Mr. Small took a step or two closer to Tyler, but still keeping his distance. "If that is not Miss. Calamity, then who is it?" he asked.

Tyler stared down at the Mr. Man for a long time before finally he lifted his hand and waved it in the air. It began to glow along with the Little Miss, and the room was suddenly engulfed in light, causing the best friends to cover their eyes. When it dimmed, Mr. Small gasped when he saw another human standing behind Tyler where Little Miss Calamity just stood. This one seemed to be older than Scarlet, in his mid 20s, but he was short for his age and was only just a bit taller than the ten year old. He had brown hair and he kept his gaze glued on the floor.

"There; satisfied now?" Annoyance was thick in Tyler's voice. "Now can we move on?" He went on before either Mr. Men could respond. "So, you figured out that I'm not one of her personalities, huh?"

Mr. Small didn't remember for a moment and he was confused. Then it came back to him and now was a good chance to find out what Tyler was planning. "So I was right," he said, sharing a glance with his best friend. "But how were you able to get control of Scarlet's body if you're not a personality?"

A cruel light shone in Tyler's eyes as he smirked, and Mr. Small realized the pleasure he was getting from showing off. But instead of saying anything to the Mr. Men, Tyler turned to his friend. "Did you hear that, Micheal?" he asked in a mocking tone. "They want to know how I was able to get control of this body. Should I tell them?" The evil human's eyes shone, and Mr. Small regretted asking him that question.

Micheal glanced up, meeting Tyler's eyes for no more than a second before turning away again, a frown on his face. It seemed like he wasn't happy, and he didn't answer Tyler. Only hung his head and shifted his feet.

With a snort, Tyler looked away from Micheal.

Mr. Small knew he shouldn't push Tyler, but he needed to do whatever he could to save Scarlet, so he forced himself to walk even closer to the humans. "Why are you doing this?" he asked pleadingly, unable to stop himself from glancing at Micheal just in time to see him look up once more. But the short human lowered his gaze again without saying anything. "What has Scarlet ever done to you?" he went on to Tyler, not understanding why he wanted to hurt Scarlet, or anyone in Dillydale.

Suddenly Tyler stepped closer and lifted his hand upward; at the same moment, Mr. Small began to float in the air. It felt like something was holding onto him, but he couldn't see anything near him. Then the unseen force tightened its grip on Mr. Small's throat, and he let out a choking sound as he tried to fight against it. Everything was starting to go dark and silent.

Then the tightness vanished, and Mr. Small fell to the floor, gasping for air. He felt something beside him, and when his vision came into focus, he saw that Mr. Nosy was crouching beside him.

"Mr. Small! Are you okay?"

Mr. Small was still struggling for air, and before he could reply to his friend, he was being lifted off the ground again. The next thing he knew he was face to face with Tyler, who glared at him.

"You're coming with me." There was a nasty smile on his face.

Terrified, Mr. Small tried struggling to get free, but when he couldn't, he grew still, realizing he was no match for this magical being.

Tyler nodded in satisfaction. "If you fight, you will only make it worse on yourself." He turned to leave the room, but suddenly a pillow flew past Mr. Small and hit Tyler on the back of his head. Micheal gasped and quickly retreated away from his friend as Tyler snapped back to Mr. Nosy right when the light green Mr. Man threw another pillow, hitting Tyler right in the face.

"Let him go!" Mr. Nosy demanded as he stretched his hand over to the bed, but there weren't any more pillows. He glanced over to his friend's bed, but that too had no more pillows. He looked frantically for something else to throw.

Tyler smirked. "Out of ammo?"

Mr. Nosy's eyes landed on the toy lemur that was resting on his bed, and he snatched it up. Fear flashed in Tyler's eyes when he saw it.

"Put that down!" Tyler demanded, lowering his hand which seemed to break the spell, and Mr. Small fell to the floor in a daze. He shook his head and focused on what was happening.

Suddenly Mr. Nosy gained confidence when he saw that Tyler was scared of the toy. "Leave now or I will throw it at you!"

Hate shone in Tyler's eyes. "This isn't over!" he growled as he backed toward the door. "I will return and show you what I'm capable of!" Then he turned and stormed out of the room with Micheal close behind him.

When they were gone, the Mr. Men glanced at each other, realizing something. "I think we discovered his weakness," Mr. Small said, staring at the stuffed lemur, wondering why Tyler seemed terrified of a toy.
