"Hello again." Xiaomei says with a friendly smile, causally walking along while holding her hands behind her back. "Did you enjoy the story of Echo Ridge? Shiki and his friends fought hard to liberate the planet from Ziggy's forces, but unfortunately for them, it was Casey and the Eclipse Ark crew that made it off the planet with the Black Moon Star shard. But the Eden's Zero didn't emerge completely emptyhanded. They gained a new friend and ally with Geno and Omega, now dubbed Megaman."

The narrator spins around, holding four fingers up. "With this, there are now four pieces in play: the shard that Eden's Zero has, the shard that the Eclipse Ark has, and the shard that Alexei and the Galactic Fleet own. So what of the fourth shard I mentioned? As you may recall, Guildmaster Noah from Blue Garden mentioned an event that took place on that planet. So why don't we go see what happened while Shiki and his friends were away."

.

.

While Shiki and his crew were on Delta Ridge, things in the cosmos moved without them. Blue Garden was the next major location for an impending battle. Guildmaster Noah sat in his office, holding a shard of the Black Moon Star. He knew what this meant, and it didn't bode well for the planet. "...What a stroke of misfortune." He would have liked to entrust this with Rebecca and the crew of the Eden's Zero, but he could see that Rebecca was in a completely different cosmos. And time was running short, as were his options.

But he did contact two people: two members of the OSI: Justice and Feather. "So...that is the Black Moon Star?" Justice asked. "I've heard legends about it, but I did not think that it was real until seeing it for myself."

"It's very real." Noah said while holding it up for the two of them to see. "And it's very dangerous. I'm unsure if this is the truly the worst case scenario or not, but it is very bad that it fell onto Blue Garden all the same."

"The way you're speaking, it suggests that there are people after it." Feather said.

"Multiple people." Noah said with a nod. Feather was correct. "The most dangerous one I can sense is the man known as Alexei Alexandrite."

"What?!" Feather's eyes went wide.

"He's active...?" Justice crossed his arms. He was also surprised at this news. "Alexei alone nearly fulfills everything required to become a Galatica. The only reason we haven't dubbed him as such is because his presence is always fleeting. So this is what brought him out of hiding after all this time..."

"That's right. I fear he is undoubtedly on his way to Blue Garden as we speak. And as it stands, I would have no choice but to hand it over to him." Noah said. He was no fighter, and Alexei was far out of his league. The protection of Blue Garden was important.

"So you want us to intervene and capture him. I understand." Feather said with a nod. A task such as this requiring two OSI members was an important one. As such, it had to be taken with the utmost seriousness.

"That's correct." Noah said. "What's to come is going to be messy, but it is important to mitigate the damage as much as possible. Alexei Alexandrite is a man who will go to extreme lengths to get what he wants. Even if I were to hand over the Shard without a fight, there is no guarantee he wouldn't destroy Blue Garden after the fact."

"He made a grave mistake by revealing himself at last. We'll be able to capture him." Feather was determined. "My crew and I will be there soon."

"As will mine." Justice added. The communication was then cut off.

Noah stood up from his chair and looked towards the Black Moon Star Shard in his possession. "They're also going to be here soon. And they aren't the only ones who are..." He could sense them coming. It wasn't just the Galactic Fleet that was encroaching upon Blue Garden. There were more parties coming. This was the calm before the storm...

"Princess." Gowen turned to Elsie, who was standing at the bridge of the ship. She was looking out into the vastness of space as they made way towards Blue Garden. "We're going as fast as we can, but I doubt we'll be able to make it to Blue Garden before those attackers do."

"I see." Elsie frowned at this news. But she wasn't so surprised. Alexei and the Galactic Fleet had a massive lead over them. They only arrived after the carnage, and were just barely capable of collecting clues to their next destination. "It was wishful thinking to hope that we'd get there before them."

"Based on our speed, we'll likely be there in just under an hour. They had one hell of a start on us, though." Gowen said.

"If we're lucky, we can catch them before they leave, or perhaps even just as they get there." Hyoga added. "We just have to hold on a little longer."

"It's fine." Elsie had her arms crossed. She was thinking about the destruction they came across. Not a single soul left alive, all for a piece of that Black Moon Star. The lengths the Galactic Fleet was willing to go…they were dangerous. Elsie was known as a Galactica herself for numerous reasons, but that level of wanton destruction completely eclipsed anything she's actually done. "We'll make sure Shiki and his crew has an easy clean up session."

"Blue Garden…isn't that where...?" Victory looked towards Justice and Jessie.

"That's right. Based on our intel, that is where Jigan is heading as well." Justice crossed his arms. "This works out in our favor. With Feather's aid, if all goes well, we should be able to nip every single issue in the bud."

"She says their ship is on route to Blue Garden right now." Jessie reported. "Although, I think they're going to get there before we do, which presents a problem."

"Alexei and Jigan's crews getting there at the same time is a problem." Victory did not like the sound of this. Blue Garden was looking to be a war zone before they could arrive.

"Feather is faster than we are." Justice said. "She will make it before we do. That said, I do share that worry. Blue Garden is going to be caught in the middle of a huge battle. Our first priority should be helping the civilians. We can deal with everything else as it happens."

"We do have the advantage. It sounds like Jigan doesn't know that we've had him tailed for a while." Jessie said with a grin. "With any luck, we might be able to get him and his crew out of the picture before anything happens."

"It's something to consider, but not something we should stake our plan on. The people come first, and then Alexei. If Jigan and his crew cause trouble, they will be dealt with swiftly." Those were Justice's orders. So Victory and Jessie nodded.

The Galactic Fleet was approaching Blue Garden. Alexei stared as the planet came into view. "We're getting closer. Everyone, prepare to disembark."

"It's about time!" Marshall was grinning, rubbing his hands together maliciously. "I've been waiting for more carnage. We can cut loose, right, Danchou? We gonna blow the whole area to bits?"

"There is no need for that." Alexei said with his arms folded behind his back. "If the Black Moon Star shard has landed here, then I have no doubt it has fallen into the hands of the Guildmaster, Noah. I'm positive he is aware that we are coming, and he is a smart man. So, he will either hand it over to us…"

"Or he will try and get the OSI to stop us in our tracks. That is his best option." Hubert said while adjusting his glasses. "We do have a superior fleet to rival the government, but if we are caught by surprise, even we will not recover without some losses."

"And we cannot have so many losses before we reach our goal. I could hide our presence with my Veil, but I also have to use that for another trick as well. They already know we're coming, that's the assumption I'm going with." Vanessa tapped her cheek. The Black Moon Star shard they possessed had beams pointing in two directions. One was at Blue Garden, but the other trailed off…

"Alright, I guess I'm just gonna ask." X said while rolling her eyes. "Where the hell is that other beam pointing? It's been bothering the hell out of me."

"I believe I know exactly where that's pointing." Vanessa said while staring at the coordinates on their map. "There is nothing to worry about in that location. We can swiftly grab that one when we're done here. But I should ask what our plan is."

"Our plan is simple. Barring any interruptions, I will simply approach Noah and ask him to hand it over." Alexei said calmly. "But it will not be that simple. We will be met with resistance shortly after we arrive. If the OSI is already on the way, I suspect they will aim for us the moment we land."

"And then I can cut loose, right!?" Marshall said with a widening smirk.

"You and Nina will have the liberty of causing the distraction." Alexei snapped his fingers. On that cue, a tall blonde woman with red eyes approached. She wore a biker's outfit and grinned, slamming her fist into her palm eagerly.

"You rang, boss? Nina Roulette, prepared to fight!" Nina said excitedly. "I was a little peeved you didn't let me go on Mildan with you, but this is a better outcome! I'm feeling lucky today."

"If we play our cards correctly, we will be finished within a few minutes, even with interruptions." Hubert was confident in his analytics.

"Is that the confidence that made Xiaomei like you?" Marshall teased. Hubert ignored that with a scoff. Marshall totally saw it, though.

"That is enough chatter." Alexei told his crew. The five commanders all fell silent, and the foot soldiers on the bridge gave their Commander their complete and undivided attention. "We are approaching Blue Garden with one objective in mind: obtaining the Black Moon Star Shard. There is nothing else that takes priority over this, do you understand? I know my fleet and their capabilities. So even if the Government decides to stand against us, we will not leave until we obtain that Shard. Do I make myself clear?"

"YES, ALEXEI, SIR!" The Galactic Fleet responded positively. Alexei was a leader that inspired them to act. They would follow him to the ends of the cosmos. Facing off against the OSI? Nothing that would stop them.

"Now. Galactic Fleet…" Alexei extended his arm outward. "WE PRESS OUR ATTACK!"

Blue Garden was vibrant and busy as always. While the planet did appear to be in a good mood, the same could not be said for failing B-Cuber: Labilla Christy. For the last two years, her channel was declining in views, while the likes of Rebecca's was only growing. Not to mention she was feeling unwell physically. "Ugh. This is the worst." She couldn't get anything started. None of her videos were doing well! Everything was going wrong. "I need a hot video and fast. I can't let her beat me….I wonder where she even is…"

As Labilla was wandering the street, unrecognized by the people around her, something happened that caught everyone's attention. A bolt of lightning crashed down in the middle of the busy intersection, causing all cars to either be thrown to the side or just halt in the process. "Hohohoho!" That laugh belonged to Jigan King. Along with him was his crew: Hanabi, Weavel, Waltz, and Tobias.

"Now talk about an entrance! That's what I like!" Tobias said with wide grin, taking in the sight. "So, this is Blue Garden? Never been. But it's a nice palce."

"We can worry about the sights later." Hanabi said while waving a hand. "We have a Black Moon Star to find, isn't that right?"

"There were other ships on the way." Weavel stated calmly. "We should be quick."

"We WILL be quick." Waltz said while brandishing his blazing sword.

Jigan pointed his finger towards the Guild, sparks of lightning dancing around his body. He could sense where the Black Moon Star was. His connection to it from before was guiding him. It was because of that, that he and the crew of the Fiertia were able to beat all other opposing forces to Blue Garden. And now, Jigan was going to use this advantage to crush anyone that dared to stand in his way. "This is where the legend of Jigan King begins."
