Within minutes, Blake was climbing up the mountain, somersaulting along some rocks, moves along a rock with a short width by spreading his arms out to balance himself, climbs up to one, somersaults off it, and started to climb up a giant one before stopping to turn and see how far he was from the village. "Wow, what a view." He said to himself before turning back around to continue on and makes it to the top by somersaulting, and lands while on one knee, other knee spread out, left arm out wide, and prosthetic close to his chest. He then straightened himself to resume walking.

Before long, it was soon dusk as further ahead, Boma, holding a pickaxe, and Uthaug, holding a fishing pole, walk along a frozen stream. "I told you there wouldn't be any fish up here." Boma said. "I said it would be a waste of time."

"You never said that." Uthaug replied. "I said that. I said, 'How could there be fish on a mountain-?'" He soon slips and lands on his buttocks.

They both soon laugh before Uthaug suddenly slides along the frozen stream. "Uthaug!" Uthaug keeps sliding until he goes over the cliff. "Uthaug." Boma quickly rushes towards the cliff. "Uthaug!" He looks down to see him hanging from his fishing pole while the hook was caught on the ice. Boma then turns around. "Uthaug, hold on." He hits the ice before holding his hand out. "Grab my hand." Uthaug frighteningly tries to reach for it, but it was too far. "Grab on." The hook started to come loose before it did so. Boma quickly caught Uthaug before he could fall while he watched his fishing pole fall down the giant height.

Suddenly, part of the ice far from Boma's pickaxe starts to crack, concerning him. "Oh, pull me up, quick!"

Boma struggles. "I... I can't. You're too heavy."

"Oh, what are you trying to say?"

Boma shudders as the ice continued to crack until it soon broke off, and they start to wail before Boma then felt someone catching them by his pickaxe. "Huh?"

He looks up to see that it was Blake, who was holding onto the pickaxe end with his left hand. "Hey, guys." He said.

"Boy, are we glad to-?" Suddenly, the handle breaks off, and they both start to fall, wailing as they do so. Blake quickly throws the broken tool aside while he stood up before holding out his left hand. Boma and Uthaug kept wailing as they fell before they suddenly stop and look up to see Blake using his Elemental Wind on them before he raised his hand up to pull them all the way back up onto the frozen stream with massive speed, making them scream before they soon land in the snow. Once they got up, Blake knelt down out of exhaustion.

Later that night, a blizzard storm was occurring as Blake, Boma and Uthaug were in a small cave to keep warm. "Here, friend." Boma holds out a fish to Blake. "This fish jerky is some of the last we've saved."

He takes it, confused. "What?"

"We heard rumours about a mountain stream that wasn't frozen, but-" Uthaug was soon cut off.

"When we got here, we saw it was solid ice." Boma said. "Like everything else."

"If it wasn't for you, this trip would have been our last."

"Well, if I hadn't have gotten lost trying to find the Traveler's Tree, our paths might never have crossed." Blake said.

Boma and Uthaug were immediately surprised. "Oh... You're looking for the tree?" Boma asked.

"Yeah, you know where it is?"

"Up there." Boma points to a mountain up ahead. Blake soon stood up. "But you can't go that way." Boma immediately grabbed hold of him by his prosthetic. "That is the home of Krag."

Blake soon became confused by the name. "'Krag'? What's a Krag?"

"'What's a Krag?'" Boma shudders. "Nothing important, just a living nightmare!" He came close to Blake and grabs hold of him as he said it, making him flinch. "A fearsome beast that defends the tree." He points to the mountain while still holding Blake before moving away to demonstrate what it looks like. "It's 25 feet tall, covered in red fur and yellow teeth and-"

"Yellow fur and red teeth." Uthaug cuts Boma off.

"'Red teeth'? Where did you hear such nonsense, Uthaug?"

"It's not nonsense, Boma. My great-great-grandfather saw it once." He folds his arms.

"Well, my great-great-grandmother was with him when he saw it and her eyes were better." They both then look away from each other.

"Wait, hang on." Blake said, completely annoyed at their bickering. "Has either of you actually seen this 'Krag'?" He air quoted the name.

Boma and Uthaug look back at each other. "Well..."

"Not exactly." Uthaug said at the same time.

"No." Blake puts his hand on his forehead, embarrassed and unamused.

"Well, how the hell do you know he even exists?" He asked.

Boma comes up behind him. "We have heard him." He replied before moving away. "He makes a roaring sound at night." Blake was about to ask, but Boma covers his mouth. "Shh... Just listen."

Blake glares at Boma before heading out into the slowly dying blizzard to hear for the so called roar. Small roaring is then heard, only for Blake turn around to see that it was Uthaug trying to imitate it. "That's you!"

"What?" He asked, trying to feign innocence.

"I can see your lips moving, Uthaug."

"Oh, sorry." Blake turns back around.

"He's probably asleep." Boma said.

"Okay, well, I'm not worried, Boma." Blake replied. "But the part about the tree, is that part real? Have you guys seen it?"

"Well, no."

"Not exactly." Uthaug said at the same time.

Blake then lowered his head before groaning. "Oh, great." He sarcastically said to himself before turning back to them. "Look, Krag or no Krag, I gotta be sure. I gotta try. Listen, I have someone I really care about back home. She's about to have a child at any moment, and I need to be there for her." He turns around. "See you around, guys." He quickly takes off as Uthaug awkwardly waves.

Later on, as the blizzard slowly still occurred, Blake moved along a small ledge with his back to the mountain until he reached a gap, which he jumped from side to side until he reached the top, grabs a pillar, spins and flies off, spinning backwards before landing. Briefly looking down, Blake continued on before peeking from the corner to look at the mountain he must reach. Putting his hood on, he continued moving along, unaware that a shadow was suddenly behind him. Blake slowly moved along the path while having his prosthetic arm raised above him due to the blizzard getting worse, almost blocking his vision. Something nearby soon snapped, making him turn around to where the sound was, only to see nothing, mostly due to the blizzard obscuring it. "Huh?" Turning back around, Blake continued on, unaware that the shadow was following him. He soon stopped when he noticed something on the left and turned to it. "Whoa." It was some sort of tree. "The Traveler's Tree." He started to run across an icy bridge, panting heavily before roaring was soon heard, making him skid to a halt. "What?" He turned around as the bridge was starting to break apart to see a giant beast with white fur, only one horn on the right, a broken left horn and a scar by its left eye running towards him. "Krag!" Blake then poised just as Krag soon slid across the bridge, grabbing Blake in the process as the bridge soon broke apart.

Back at the Great Lake, Gewuji hears faint roaring up in the mountain and turns to it in curiosity. "Hey, Gewuji, have you seen Blake?" Cole asked as he, Kai, Jay and Geoff came up to her.

"He went for a walk, and we figured he needed some space to cool off, but now we're getting worried." Jay said.

"I haven't seen him at all." Gewuji replied.

"What's going on?" Nya asked, coming up to them.

"They're looking for Blake."

"Have you seen him, Nya?" Geoff asked.

"Not since this morning." Nya replied.

"Your friend is up there." Boma called out as they all turn to see him and Uthaug rush over to them with Boma pointing at the mountain.

"What?" Jay asked.

"Blake?" Kai asked.

"Where?" Gewuji asked.

"He's on the mountain." Uthaug replied. "Oh, we tried to tell him not to go."

"But he would not listen." Boma said.

"You couldn't have just dragged him back here?" Cole asked.

"He looked tough for a Ninja." Uthaug replied. "Even with that strange arm of his."

"But, why would he go up the mountain?" Gewuji asked.

"He's looking for the Traveler's Tree." Boma replied, pointing to the mountain. "Up there."

Krag's roaring is soon heard, making them all cower. "Gumdrops." Jay and Geoff said at the same time. The entire village could hear Krag's roar as they all look up at the mountain.

On said mountain, Blake jumps to try and kick Krag back, managing to temporarily succeed as a rock falls off the edge from Krag's right. Blake then spun backwards to kick Krag in his jaw before jumping to punch him. Krag immediately turned back and roared at Blake before slamming his fists on the ground, rushes at him and slides with him across the snow, crashing into a big pile of it. Suddenly, the snow pile breaks apart when Krag is sent flying out, having been blown back by Blake's Wind power before he somersaulted out of the snow pile and poised. "That's right, Krag." He said. "I'm sure you've terrorised all kinds of travellers, but you've never faced a Ninja before." He soon jumped in the air as Krag got back up and looks at him. "Ninjago!" Blake soon did Spinjitzu, shocking Krag, who is soon struck and flies back onto part of the mountain before falling forward. He quickly got up, roaring as he did so as Blake charges at him. "I came here to find the Traveler's Tree, and no overgrown ape is gonna stop me." He quickly jumped to the right to avoid Krag's slam, then backflipped to avoid his side strike before Blake immediately jumped, raised his prosthetic, and punches Krag, sending him back to the mountain part. Krag growled before noticing a nearby tree root sticking out. He grabs hold of it as Blake charged at him before pulling it out and swung it, striking Blake with it in the process, sending him rolling backwards before crashing into another snow pile. He then fell and landed flat on his chest before a pile of snow soon fell on top of him, burying him in it. Krag got up to look at the snow pile and roared in victory.

On the mountain trail, Jay, Cole, Nya and Geoff walk along it when they hear Krag's victory roar, making them stop. "That has to be the creature those villagers called 'Krag'." Geoff said.

"Yeah, that's a bad sound." Jay replied. "Every time I hear a sound like that, it's big with lots of teeth."

"And I'm betting Blake got himself into some serious trouble." Cole said.

"This is partly our fault, you know." Nya replied.

"Oh, I had no idea how sensitive he was about losing the Traveler's Tea." Jay said.

"Even if he was sensitive, he shouldn't have run off by himself." Geoff replied. "Wish those incompetent fishers dragged him back."

"Oh, I hope we aren't too late." They look at each other in concern before they pick up the pace. "Why didn't we bring weapons?"

(A/N: It was a little hard doing a fight scene against Krag with Blake instead of Cole, but definitely worth it)
