Review response section:
BlankSlate00 - Me too. Even more, I admit, that I was inspired by it to add such. However, VHS Sans won't appear in the fic, since I have no idea how to logically tie him in. And the line in here is coming from someone else...
However, the credit is due since I took it directly from him.
VHS! Sans - By Iamaboss0
With that being said, here is new chapter with explaination.
Narrator pow:
"What do you mean I can't join?!" All Might's shout sounded throu the phone call.
"Sorry, Sir." Vilem sighed, looking down from the board of the military transport plane that brought him back home at emergency rate. "It's my battle to go on, not yours." He added, ending the call before hopping down into the dark landscapes or 2 A.M. Slovakia, while the city lights of Bratislava and fire from the most secure prison in the country indicated his target and a landing spot.
"Now, where is a child with red eyes and magical knife?" He asked himself, diving straight down as several gaster blasters appeared around him in a circle formation. "Here!" He answered his own question, blasting a full load of his skulls into a rather shiny dot bit away from the prison.
"... Hey there!" Blind Redder greeted him as the prior landed on the ground. "Need help?"
"Not now." Vilem responded, seeing several convicts having their eyes covered with a lines of triggering red light. "Help with the others, Chara is mine."
"Very well then." Hero in a loose spandex nodded, walking towards the gap in the prison walls as several police officers took the recaptured prisoners. "Call if you changed your mind."
"Sure." Vilem responded, walking into his own direction as he spotted a pair of red eyes at the edge of nearby forest. "Go on you shitling, let's get it over with."
"That's not how you greet an old pal.~" Small, girl-like kid with green shirt, brown pants and shows plus hair greeted him, spinning the bright red knife in front of itself.
"You ain't my pal, Chara." Vilem narrowed his eyes as several blue bones went from undeneath the ground and locked inside the kid's body.
"Ooohhh, am I stronger than you?" Chara taunted him. "You know this isn't how you play that game." She added quickly with a suddenly insulted tone.
"Neither is ending someone's life." Vilem sighed, flashing his left eye with brown flame as a house-sized gaster blaster appeared right around Chara, making her trapped inside his mouth as it began to charge up the blast. "And I won't let you get away this time."
"Killing isn't very heroic, is it?" Chara laughed, not giving any sources to belief she was feeling pain from the lazer beam inside if which she got herself in.
"I'm no Hero." Vilem sighed, teleporting quickly up to the nearby yellow star, that levitated above the ground. "And I'll deal with you once and for a-!"
"It. Will. Be. Your. Fault."
"What the fuck?!" Half-Slovak jumped back in fear upon hearing the sound, just as his gaster blaster broke in half after several red slashes racked it's insides.
"What's wrong, edgy skinhead? Afraid of ghosts?" Chara smiled, tgrowing blue bones left and right as she slowly began walking towards him.
"In a way... Yes." Vilem sighed, turning around as he felt a weird presence intensify around him. "And you shloud too."
"Oh? And why should I?" Chara tilted her head with curiosity. "My Determination is stronger that random soul without a body."
"Oh, kiddo..." Vilem sighed, just as a weird, tall skeleton with a crack on it's right side of the skull and black cloak appeared behind him.
"OOOOOOOOO" Weird figure spoke up, letting out a glitching howl as a large hand with a hole in it's palm caught Chara like an apple and pulled her up to Vilem.
"You're scared now, are you?" Vilem asked, tilting his head as the mysterious figure began him made a creepy smile. "Now, this is why you don't commit genocide, you little vermin."
"... Whoa..." A green skeleton in blue winter jacket and black sweatpants said, observing from undeneath the ground as Vilem and local version of Gaster have Chara the creepiest glitch horrors the universe had to offer. "Makes me think we overdid it."
"IT wasn't us, Sans." Equally green, but way taller figure with red cloak responded, standing behind him. "We only made them take a less radical path. We CORRECTED their impure approached with no direct ingerention. Just as intended."
"Yeah, can imagine." Sans nodded. "Still, I feel bad for what his Gaster has in store."
"I am aware, this is a variation of Last Breath without Underground." Gaster responded, just as he turned him into the state of hollow penetration and filled the ground gap in which they watched the events from below. "But now, we need to CORRECT other universe."
"Heheh, lead the way please."
"Bruuu..." Chara scowled, wiggling in convulsive pain as Vilem stood above her, now without mysterious person to back him up. "Whyyy theee timeee-lineees?"
"Timelines? What timelines?" Vilem asked with ironic cruelty, impailing her with a bone and sending her closer to him. "All the time you just jumped out with a knife like a maniac and brought PAIN... Every. Single. Time." He said, picking her up by the collar, school bully style. "And while I am out of forgiveness, the law system is not, for which you should be SO thankful." He continued, seeing a small, shaking red heart appear in front of Chara's chest. "Oh, and I'll be taking that."
"What?! No!" Chara shouted, but only in time to see Vilem use the blue magic and push her soul to him while his other arm pushed her out, eventually separating the two by combination of brute force and magic. "My SOUL! My DETERMINATION! Give them back!"
"Oh yeah?" Vilem asked her, more focused on the shining red heart. "Then give back the lives of who you killed." He responded with a deadpan, as he began cracking the heart, and consequently sizeing it into half of it's normal state. "As expected, shredded of those you've killed, it's less powerful." He continued, ignoring by now shock and disbelief of Chara. "But I need your power for a greater good. Letting you keep it would be a mistake as I won't snap your save n load shtick." He ended, absorbing the red heart into himself. "Ohhh... I start to feel the effects already."
"E-E..." Chara stuttered as two policeman suddenly apprehended her from behind and twisted her arms. "Eeehheeeehehehe..." She growled, then turning her noises into a baby cry as her shirt turned from green to blue.
"Efh, she won't pull the trick again." Vilem said to the two.
"Very well, thanks Sans." One of the policeman responded. And before major time frame passed, they were gone, leaving Vilem in the field with a lot of weird feelings.
"Hey Sans!" Blind Redder called out to him, arriving on a board made from his red light. "Hop in."
"How did you made it?" Vilem asked him, jumping onto his travel solution. "I don't remember light being a stable object."
"Heroes always develop on the job." The Hero responded as the board began moving towards the prison block at moderate pace. "That includes the Quirk usage and support equipment."
"Fair." Vilem nodded in response, almost smiling. "Let's head back to the command center and await further orders."
"... He did what?!" All Might shouted, talking on the phone. "How did he suddenly overpowered Chara?"
"I wish I knew too, trust me." Hivemind responded from the other side. "For all the sparse footage I saw, he began glitching at the latter part of the battle before asserting his dominance with deranged faces, poses and general screaming that can be equalised only by a large shipwrecks."
"... This is very concerning." Japan's Number 1 Hero commented. "I think our teacher's committee will have a talk with him after he returns."
"Understandable." Slovak Hero responded with respect. "But be aware of how he dodges the questions."
"Will do. Thank you."
"Mhm, thank you too."
"Aaand?" Aizawa asked, as he and Nezu waited for him to end the call.
"All they could make was extensive glitching around him and sudden change of mood that terrified Chara." Toshinori sighed, looking back at the two. "As for Chara, she can't express anything other than incomprehensive cries and requests to call her Frisk."
"Her case is a loose end then." Aizawa nodded. "When will he come back?"
"Right before the Sport Festival." Nezu answered him. "He decided to do the Hero work in Slovakia to recompensate himself for costs of flight tickets."
"Swift dodging on his part." 1-A classroom teacher commented. "But he won't avoid our questions forever."
"Definitely." Toshinori nodded. "But let's remaining reasonable, he definitely goes throu hard period now that his nemesis is definitely gone."
"Eat my bone!" Vilem shouted triumphantly, nailing a random robber in the jaw with the long bone from the street's asphalt.
"On your six!" Blind Redder added, drop-kicking another one from his back and following it up with a summoning of red lights in front of his eyes.
"I can't see, you goblin!" Criminal shouted, grabbing the money from his pockets and throwing it around on instinct.
"Throwing cash away? No Hero should respect wasteful thinking." Full Slovak Hero said, walking up to him and putting disposable handcuffs on his loose arms.
"Nice thinking." His Half-Slovak companion added, using blue magic to throw another one right inside the cargo hold of police van that just joined the operation. "But we ain't done there." He added, quickly rising a large wall of bones around another two masked goons, making them trapped.
"Not so fast Hero!" One of them shouted, jumping above the wall with his grasshopper legs.
"Bruh." Vilem shrugged his arms, rising the wall even more to hit the villains in a spot between the legs. "For someone shouting about fasting, you're awfully slow." He added, as injured criminal fell flat onto the road and was easily arrested by supporting police officers.
"In the balls? Really?" Blind Redder asked, as he walked up to Sans after the fight.
"What?" Vilem responded with insulted face. "He wanted to escape, and we can't have that."
"Fair." Rudnick sighed, looking behind himself at the nearby pizza place. "Wanna eat?"
"Sorry man, my budget is tight." Vilem responded sadly. "Plus, I was up for a full day by now, I need some sleep."
"Fair, see ya around!"
"Ough!" Vilem gasped as he fall right onto his bed after quick teleportation. "Oh well, I'm too tired and lazy to dress into something else." He added to himself, throwing the jacket aside. "That'll do. Now, siesta." He added to himself as he fell asleep inside his small apartment.

...
"What's up guys?"
"It's Quandale Dingle- Wait." Vilem responded to the eerie voice, realising that he was in a bland, white space with no beginning or end. "Come on out, my new sleep paralysis demon, I can play for a while."
"Bro." A disatisfied tone responded, to which he turned around and saw a green skeleton in outfit similar to his. "Took you long enough."
"Who are you?" Vilem asked him.
"Nuclear Corrector, NC for short." Green skeleton responded. "Another Sans of the multiverse."
"*Sigh* Last Quirk, or LQ." Vilem responded as they walked forward and shaked their hands. "Now, may I ask why are you in my mind?"
"A quick learner? Very, very interesting..." Tall, green skeleton added as he appeared behind NC with two nuclear ICBM's in holes of his hands' palms.
"Your Gaster?" LQ asked.
"Yup." NC responded. "And my overseer."
"Quite precisely." Gaster nodded with acknowledgement. "However, we are here to warn you of grave danger. Not to bring atomic judgement."
"... Go on."
"Say, you heard a voice when you went to destroy the save point?" NC asked him.
"I did." LQ responded. "It was you two?"
"Yup."
"As a design, we want to avoid other AU's making radical and not-thoughtful decisions." Gaster explained. "Thus us being Multiverse correctors. Not aidies or destroyers."
"Makes sense." Vilem nodded. "But what would happen if I did broke the save point?"
"... Every heard of... The Killer?" NC asked him.
"Killer Sans? Ink told me quite a bit." Vilem responded, nodding decisively.
"So you know that he is a Sans that made a deal with Chara to commit genocide on his own." Gaster nodded. "Can you guess where it leads us?"
"... To me fusing with Chara and making genocide on my own world?"
"... Yes." NC responded, making dark eyes. "However, you listened, you stopped, and you took her Determination Soul instead of Chara as a whole."
"That's good... I guess." Vilem nodded. "I hope I won't have to use knives too much."
"Their usage is up to you." NC added, as he and his Gaster began to phase out. "We were here only to have you not commit radical decisions, pal."
"Thanks, pal." LQ waved his hand as a goodbye. "... Pal..."

"Bwoahhh... It's already the regulated seven hours mark." Vilem yawned excessively, looking at the clock hanged in front of the bed. "Back to the night half-shift I assume. Rent ain't gonna pay itself."
"Not with that approach!" All Might greeted him from the doorframe. "Because I AM HEREEE!"
"You swayed the owner with your fame to let ya' slip throu?" Vilem asked irritated as he stood up and faced him.
"Well, yes." Japan's No. 1 Hero nodded. "But I am here not to discuss that."
"Then go on."
"Well then. To start with, I have to inform you of something." All Might began. "UA staff saw what you did to Chara."
"As if they wouldn't care about their students." Vilem rolled his eyes. "Cut to the important part please."
"Then why did the footage began glitching as you gained an upper hand on her?"
"... Honestly I don't really know." Vilem spread his arms widely. "All I can say is that I felt a presence that I should already know, but didn't."
"Hmm, so you claim to not know the reason?" Buffed Hero asked him.
"Yes... And honestly?" Vilem asked him back in response. "It makes me feel weird."
"And yet, you pursuit the Hero work even though your mental condition advises otherwise?"
"You're one to talk." Vilem retored swiftly, but paused for a long while with weirdly hollow eyes.
"Young Hantei?" All Might asked him with slight worry in his tone.
"The point is, you are right about the glitches being an important factor in here." Vilem smiled as his left eye flickered with white winkdings symbols. "They happen to be a... Living Wikipedia, of sorts. Sneaky Quirk passer."
"... You know how dangerous this knowledge is?" Hero asked him in response. "Nevermind if it gets out to the public.
"That's why I talk about it in theoretical privacy with you." Vilem narrowed his eyes. "It's not like I asked him to give it to me, he just gave me a sip of knowledge I can get from a suspicious deal with him."
"Him?" All Might asked him. "What him do you refer to?"
"Well, a secret I can't tell since I don't know nor see him." Vilem shrugged his arms. "But he is the same... Being, that told me this secret and made the glitches appear when I took down Chara."
"An outworthy Quirk?" All Might asked himself, rubbing his chin. "This is an important information, Young Hantei. Thank you for cooperation."
"Formalities." Vilem smiled. "After all, here in Slovakia are legally equal."
"Right... But you will watch Sport Festival when the time comes?"
"Propably not, I'm in big leauges now." Half-Slovak smiled with a note of cockyness. "Maybe after the tournament I'll get myself down to replays, but no promises."
"Why the accent on promises? Something's wrong?" All Might asked him.
"With making promises? A lot." Vilem sighed. "Maybe it's just my phase, we both have to live throu me having it. Whenever we like it or not."
