"Finally got you." Vilem smiled, halting Horror with the blue magic before throwing him off of the gaster blaster and into the tree. "Now, leave." He added, charging his gaster blaster to fire.
"Heheheh..." Horror laughed, having his own blaster stop on front of him and charge his own blast. "How about no?"
"Your funeral then." Vilem smiled, teleporting away as their blaster fired at eachother, creating a powerful blast and following shockwave.
"Now, where am I?" Vilem asked himself, turning around and then sidestepping a downward slash from a long axe. "Oh right, the forest." He corrected himself, pushing Horror away with blue magic and following up with two stacks of bones, aimed at his opponent.
"Hahahaha!" Horror laughed, casually rising his own wall of bloody, sharply broken bones to block. "Spamming telekinesis like that?"
"Maybe." Vilem said, flashing his left eye with brown flame as eight gaster blasters surrounded Horror. "I can spam this too."
"Right..." Horror rolled his left eye, jumping up at the last second as ground below him became a crossfire zone.
"Nice opening." Vilem smiled, making three quick piles of bones that he then threw at him, only to see Horror dodge all of them swiftly. "Damn it."
"That's it?" Horror asked, landing on the ground and pointing his axe straight towards him. "I'll get serious now." He added, having his left eye slightly brighten with red light.
"Oh." Vilem said with empty tone, before flicking his fingers and making ten gaster blaster appear behind him. "Show that serious of yours then." He added menacingly, having adequate number of charging blaster behind his back.
"Haaa!" Horror exclaimed, rushing forward while the blasters fired directly towards him.
"That'll do it... Huh?" Vilem asked himself, seeing that Horror narrowly jumped aside to dodge the blast before resuming his forward rush, now with the axe spinning above his head.
"Surprise!" Maniacal skeleton shouted, sending a charged, red slash while on the move.
"Hah." Vilem gasped with empty tone, jumping away from the slash before teleporting away from the follow-up melee attack.
"You're just gonna teleport again and again until you wear out, is that it?" Horror asked, creating some bones out of impatience.
"Why not?" Vilem asked, suddenly appearing behind him and lifting Horror with blue magic. "You're too boned to fight me on my terms?" He asked mockingly, pushing him forward into a charged blast of prepared gaster blaster.
"Oh-" Horror said with empty tone before powerful blast blew the large chunk of the ground into nothingness, leaving a strong shockwave and vaporized hole in the ground.
"His axe should fall under my legs any second now." Vilem thought, sighing with relief as he looked up and around in search for eventual attack. "Aaany second now..."
"Surprise!" Horror suddenly shouted from behind, making a slash against his back.
"Nope." Vilem responded calmly, jumping away before fending him off with some bones. "You really are a hunter, but in a role of a prey."
"Oh really?" Horror asked him, taking the short break in the fight. "Funny. Why do you think that?"
"Oh well, you look very messed up. Not even gonna pun on it." Vilem responded, looking over his front. "Like, who did you like that?"
"... Human..." Dreadful in it's spiteful tone response came back.
"Fair, and who rescued you?"
"My boss, who now wants you dead or alive!" Horror suddenly jumped towards him, bringing a large ammount of sharp bones behind.
"Ugh!" Vilem gasped in surprise, jumping backwards and creating a gaster blaster to take an impact.
"Come over!..." Horror said slowly, smashing the floating skull into pieces. "Here..."
"Got you!" Vilem smiled, his left eye burning brown like crazy as a whole ring of gaster blasters appeared around and above Horror. "Oh boy! Here I go spamming again!"
"... Boner..." Horror said with reluctance before the collective blast turned the noticable chunk of the forest into a burned hole of roasted ground and dead trees.
"That'll do, G-rated horror." Vilem smiled, turning around and beginng a slow walk away from the place.
"You sure?" Horror asked him, rising from the hole with his axe in tow. "I barely got tired."
"And I don't want you to bonedoggle around causing trouble." Vilem responded, making a pouty face. "Why can't you just leave? Stay away from everyone, switch sides? Something?"
"A... Promise, of sorts." Horror sighed, just as he was penetrated by several blue bones. "That's why I won't make one to you, skinhead."
"Fair." Vilem sighed, as he flicked his fingers and sent an avalanche of orange bones and four gaster blasters at Horror. "Your funeral, then." He added, as the hole in the ground exploded once again from combined impacts and blasts.
"Hahahahahaaaaahhh..." Eerie laugh went throu the air, almost as if the forest itself was speaking. "About time the night befall upon us... Just like onto MY Underground."
"What are you even talking about?" Vilem asked in response, turning left and right in sharp, stiff moves like a robot. In a meanwhile he also realised the chase and following fight went into the dark night hours. "Oh, that's what./"Why do I hear trouble all around me?"
(Play: HORRORTALE Assured Prey)(By: ReveX)(https/youtu.be/BAPkRY8KfK0)
"Once upon a time a human went into the Underground, ignored everyone, killed the King and stole his soul to escape." Voice oddly similar to Horror's one spoke, making for a very good narrator.
"Uh-huh?" Vilem nodded, still looking all around himself as all the trees and shadows in the night began looking actually scary as if he had halluctnations.
"But alas, a disaster struck. The CORE ran out of power, leaving all monsterkind to endless darkness and famine..."
"Vilem?" A familiar voice asked him, as he turned around and saw Momo with Toru running up to him in their Hero costumes and his ears caught an omnious, propably. evil laugh.
"This made all monsters eat and torture eachother to survive, becominh insane as the time in darkness and starvation passed..."
"Girls, I'm not even mad you ignored my orders, but..."
"And worst of all, it also included..."
"RUN!"/"ME!"
"Wha-"! Momo tried to ask, but she and Toru were pushed away with blue magic before a storm of bloody bones could turn them into human spaghetti.
"Come 'ere!" Horror shouted with a laugh swinging his axe left and right while Vilem quickly jumped out of his way.
"Dude..." Hero turned around, creating himself a bone just in time to block an upright axe slash.
"I'm gonna get ya!" Horror laughed, his left eye shining in a right red colour as if he was some undead demon. "I'm gonna get YA!"
"Whoa!" Vilem gasped, jumping into the air before creating bone walls to the sides and blocking opposing gaster blasters. "These... Restless... Attacks..." He thought, creating himself a weapon to block proceeding axe slashes. "This will be very hard."
"Oh, you have a knife." Horror commented, as they both finally noticed that Vilem's weapon of choice was a red, sharpy, pointy thing before the prior kicked the latter away. "Determination is on the table today!" He laughed, teleporting forward and narrowly sliding his axe against Vilem's knife.
"Damn it! He's fired up now." Slovak Hero thought, jumping away and dodging another few stacks of broken, bloody bones. "All I can hope for is..." He continued, as he narrowly slided under two gaster blasters and rised some bones to block a red slash from Horror's axe.
"That Momo and Toru will run away..."
"What do we do?" Toru whispered, as she and Momo watched the ongoing fight from the distance, hiding within the collected bushes supoorted by Momo's artificial shrubs and taller grass. "I don't think we can help him."
"Doesn't change the fact that we should." Momo responded as shadowy skeleton rushed in breathing distance from their hiding spot before making a spin slash against Vilem's rised bones. "... Wait, you have the Kindness Soul, right?"
"Yes. What about it?"
"Hmm, Vilem doesn't need kindness at the moment..." Momo thought, looking forward at the heavly cracked skull of Horror, while the latter began rapidly jumping in-and-out with his axe to take Vilem off the beat. "His head is very damaged. And I don't think he gained it recently."
"Yeah." Toru added. "I don't see any signs of it being patched-up anytime prior."
"Hmm. A visible head damage that was never healed..." Momo thought, before a sudden realisation struck her.
"Momo? Are you okay?" Toru asked her, jumping forward towards her in a gap between gaster blasters exchanging their beam fire around them. "You paused for longer than usual."
"Toru, listen to me." Momo spoke back, looking behind at her. "I need you to talk to the skeleton villain."
"What?"
"He's clearly after some traumatic events. Plus, his fighting style is wildlife savage even by Bakugo standards." 1-A vice-rep explained, looking back at the fight where Vilem was hiding inside a small tent of bones from multiple gaster blasters while Horror casually began sharpening his axe on the side. "Distract him while I help Vilem. Use your kindness."
"Ehrm... Will do." Invisible Girl nodded, before they split their ways and walked out of the hiding.
"Erm, excuse me!" She called out, slowly approaching her target from the side.
"Hm?" Skeleton hummed, turning towards her with doubtful glare. "Need something, pal?" He asked, just as his gaster blasters pulled back from the bone tent.
"In a way... Yes." Toru nodded, sweating from nerves as the edge of her eyesight noticed Vilem staying under his hiding spot, observing the situation.
"Then go on and ask." Skeleton responded with a gruff. "I don't have all the time."
"Mhm." Hagakure nodded with a short pause. "Why are you doing this?"
"This?" Skeleton pointed at the pile of bones and his floating demonic skulls.
"Yes" Toru reassured him.
"Oh well, I got orders from a Boss to bone this Sans. And I want to do my job as told to. Hard to understand?" Skeleton asked her, slowly spinning his axe in the hand out of boredom.
"Not from that point." Invisible Girl responded. "Who is this Boss of yours?"
"Can't tell. His orders." He responded with a polite sigh.
"Can you at least tell me how he... Hired you?"
"Well, he came to my famine and torture-deranged world on the orders of his own boss." Skeleton responded. "He then helped me with getting out of the destroyed place and gave me a spot in his team in exchange for loyality and work. Two for two exchange, really."
"I see..." Toru nodded, before a bright green heart suddenly appeared in front of her chest. "Oh?"
"I knew it." Horror narrowed his eyes, giving her an angry stare. "You're here to talk about the morality-based team switching bullshit?"
"... No?" She responded, much to his suprise. "I am here to... Be kind, I guess. Maybe even understand you if you let me."
"Hahahahhh... Funny." Horror chuckled, his bones rattling from emotions. "I haven't heard thess words since... Ever."
"And the story you sang about one human bringing your home to collapse... Is true too?"
"... Yes." Skeleton nodded, a small tears going out from his red eye. "But now, my home is with the guys who helped me first. The worst you can do is being a douchebag to your friends. Which isn't something your Sans understands."
"Your? I mean, mine?" Toru asked, catching the odd part.
"Oh well, multiverse exists." Skeleton responded. "And all words have their own Sans. I am Horror for example, and the guy you have is LQ, or Last Quirk if you don't like acronyms."
"Mhm..." Toru nodded. "Well, this changes everything. On one hand I should slap Vilem into the grave for hiding the truth. But on6the other... Can I really blame him for protecting us all?"
"Anyways, I still have to get this skinhead into pieces. So if you don't mind..." Horror said, casually turning back to Vilem before a green heart suddenly moved in front of him.
"Take this!" Toru responded hastly. "Just, erm, don't kill him, please."/"Damn it! What am I even doing?"
"A Human soul?" Skeleton looked down at the green object. "You spoil me, kid."
"I know." She nodded. "But I want something in return."
"Ah, right..." Horror nodded, cracking a small smile. "I guess Dust will pass me for telling that LQ's soul was a kindness one. If I hook him up on thinking that he repressed it inside of him, maybe even Nightmare could leave your world alone." He shrugged his arms before taking the green soul and a small portal to a deserted volcano land opened behind him. "Oh, and... Can I know your name?"
"Toru."
"Nice name. Have a good time, Toru..." Horror smiled before hopping throu the portal that closed shortly after.
"Phew! He almost got me." Toru thought, dropping down on the ground as stress finally made her legs give up. "Vilem, Momo, are you alright?"
"In a way, yes..." Vilem responded first, as his very sweaty body was using Momo as a crutch. "But... I am afraid this will bite us later on."
"So the other universes are real?" Momo asked him.
"... Yes." He nodded. "And now you two will fuck up any chances I still had to handle this mess by spilling out all that happened here to others."
"We won't." Hagakure responded. "We went here against orders because Ojiro and Flowey stayed behind and assured others we stayed asleep in agency."
"If we said what happened here, we will also be punished under elemental rule violation." Momo added. "It's a same I did such a thing..."
"I know, thanks you two." Half-Slovak smiled weakly as Toru walked up to him and helped Momo carry him. "Now, how do we get back? I'm very tired..."
"Flowey..." Ojiro said, as he and the flower dropped off their sterotypical mexican musician outfits and turned off the party music, looking over completley out of action Milan and Rudnick.
"Yes?" Golden flower asked him.
"If you tell anyone about it, I gonna put you into a bouquet for my Mum."
"Okay, I won't come up with that idea ever again."
"I hope so..."
"Ey, Dad." Vilem thought, trying to communicate as he was carried by Momo and Toru back to the agency.
"Yes?" Mysterious winkdings voice asked back in return.
"Is your power deal still in offer?"
"Of course, Sans! I knew you would find unpenetrable barrier earlier or later."
"Cool, because after what just happened I actually want to sign it."
"HAEHAEHAEHAE! We'll sign it the next night while everyone is asleep."
"Thanks, Dad."
"Everything for my son, adopted or not."
"Vilem? Are you awake?" Momo asked as they entered his bedroom and Toru walked away from the two, closing the doors behind herself.
"Yeah, yeah, just..." Vilem sighed, looking up at her as he felt his ears move down like melted candles. "... Just thinking that I need to get stronger. That's all."
"No, it's not." Momo responded, grabbing him by the arm and placing down on the bed. "Just like I don't have to be brought down by expectations, you don't have to be brought down by duty. We can help you."
"No, you don't." Vilem responded with a forced scoff. "I am at a level of All Might. Plus, many of these guys are high above him." He added, taking out his phone from the night desk and showing her a video of skeleton with black lines on cheeks putting All Might as he pleased. "You can help, but only by staying away from this and not telling anyone about what happened. I don't need more pressure with you two exposing me."
"Eh, why so distrusting?" Momo asked him again, now slightly irritated. "Just because All Might was defeated once doesn't mean all hope besides you is lost."
"In that case... I'll simply prove it to you." Vilem responded, putting his phone back on the desk. "As soon as we are back in school, I challenge All Might to a serious fight and we'll see how your opinions hold in practise."
"... This is madness." Momo sighed, turning around as she walked towards the doors. "I agreed for your forced help, yet you refuse mine in return. Is it how it is? You're gonna push everyone away to have something how you want it?"
"Do you really think I asked?" Vilem responded, his voice on a verge of either being accusatory or downright spiteful. "Do you actually think I wanted to be only one who can match against threats from other universes, only to be ridiculed and viewed as edgy? Think and say what you want. But I didn't."
"And the same applies to me wanting Rich parents with higher general expectations from everyone because of it?" She asked him back, turning again to face him.
"In a way, but that's it." Vilem rised his head, giving her a cold, empty black stare. "I didn't judged your behavior, I didn't laugh at you being a spoiled kid with mentality, I didn't feel good about shouting at you when you asked me dangerous questions... So what do I get in return? I get you, you who tells me straight up that my efforts don't do anything because I don't go hopping with loud mouth to everyone about the existance of multiverse." He ended, standing up from the bed and taking a posture of a low-hanging zombie.
"... Egh." Momo growled, taking a step towards him before dropping down on one knee, panting heavly.
"What's that? Consequences of our actions kicked in?" Vilem asked her, looking down with disatisfied face. "That's what judging after losing moral high ground does to people. Pain." He paused, seeing her make a small nod as she stood back up with angry determination painted all over her face. "I won't mind you and Toru doing what you did. What I do mind is you thinking it was perfectly fine and no one can criticise you for this. And the same applies to what you do here and now. Not the fact you do this, but the attitude around it. The self-righteous crap."
"I guess we won't convince eachother." Momo responded sadly, turning again and reaching to the doors. "Can we leave it for now and talk again after your fight with All Might, if it ever happens?"
"I think that's for the best. Thanks." Vilem nodded, using his bones to pressure the handling and open the doors for her.
"You didn't have to." She responded with a smirk.
"We are still friends. Even if we argue, right?" Vilem asked her, his eyes shrinking with a sense of warmth.
"... Right, we are still friends."
