Clawdeen Pov:

"Things have gotten rather intense after the fight between Junior and Ghidorah. While none of us told anyone about the fight, someone managed to make an article about it on the Ghostly Gossip. Right now everyone is nervous about the two going head to head again since the history between their dads. Luckily Headmistress Bloodgood has managed to keep them at bay and helped them focus on schoolwork plus trying to find a way to make peace with each other. Lately, Ghidorah has been minding his own business, but I still feel on edge that there's something wrong. My fur is tensed up and I can feel my claws coming out as if a fight is about to start again, I'm starting to feel like Junior getting attacked by Kaiju that want to become king. How does he handle this feeling?"

Monster High-Clawditorium

It was a usual morning at the school as well the students gathered up on stage where they were waiting for Mrs. O'Shriek who seemed to have an important lesson she wanted to share with everyone. Things were dull since they were woken bright and early since it couldn't be taught in class, while Draculaura seemed to be ready for anything since she was able to maintain a perfect sleep pattern. The others not so much as Clawdeen had her hair messy, Frankie snoring while leaning by Junior's shoulder, and the king himself yawning not knowing he was about to fire an energy blast from his mouth.

"Hey Junior? You should wake up before you bring down the ceiling."

Draculaura warned him as the reptile quickly felt the fire building up inside of him as he quickly covers his mouth firing. Feeling it go off, smoke came out of his nose which got the others to laugh at the sight which helped them wake up to pay attention in class.

"When do you think Mrs. O'Shriek will come? There's a Casketball practice I need to get ready and a Gorgon that I plan on schooling."

Heath smirked at the sight of Deuce since they'd been practicing their skills for the upcoming games that were coming. Deuce merely chuckled at how the fire imp thought he could beat him in a match, though they still waited for their teacher to come as it seemed no sign of her anywhere. Amongst the group was Cleo who was being fanned by Ceasar who was keeping the mummy queen awake.

"I heard that the professor is planning to teach us about presentation when facing a crowd. Though I don't think that'll be a problem with someone who has years of experience such as myself."

Suggested to her class what the lesson might be and that she'd easily pass it with how out of everyone when it comes to presentation. Cleo had it at hand along and showed them photos of her growing up from a little ghoul to the graceful mummy that she is now. Not saying anything since it would lead to her coming up with several responses on how she could do anything perfectly like, Ghoulia lets out a groan to the others suggesting another idea on what their professor might want to teach them.

"That could be true. O'Shriek has recently been getting into Kaiju customs and desires to practice some with us. Maybe we can learn something about intimidation."

Armor agrees with Ghoulia that for a while most of their lessons had been on monster history, it seemed right to do the same for Kaiju due to the realm being their home. Deciding to show an example, Armor tried his best to snarl at them while appearing friendly at the same time which made most of them chuckle at how there was something funny with his expression.

"Armor? I think you got something in your fangs. Still good try at the intimidation."

Clawdeen brought up how he had some salad in his fangs which left him embarrassed and quick to pick at it. Suddenly the doors opened wide making the students wake up alarmed and scared due to how fast it was, which came from their teacher who came in like a bat out of hell.

"Apologies for my tardiness. Had to practice my vocals for the class, since we have quite the lesson to learn today."

Apologizing to them as she had several papers in her hands which showed notes along with other information that she'd prepared for them. Looking over the rafters she whistled to the spiders bringing down the projector where she would show the students what the class would be. Moving to the side they saw both Gojira and Pandora's images showing side by side a partnership between the former king and witch.

"When Monster High first started. Many creatures were against the idea because of how one was able to destroy an entire mountain and the other was able to use magic that can break any rule. Still, they managed to unite two worlds and create so many things to help each other when the humans denied monster kind."

Briefing them that at the start the partnership between monster and kaiju seemed impossible due to how both were powerful forces to be reckoned with. Still, they proved others wrong when they put aside their differences to build better work for future generations. Junior gazed at the image of his father and the look he had showing the same stare he'd use to take down kaiju that would challenge him, yet also change which was possible from Pandora who convinced to him become a better king.

"They worked together to make the school you are all currently in. So! I propose to celebrate we have a dance-off. Each of you will have a partner that will have to create a unique dance to express the same partnership that Gojira and Pandora had in the past."

Explaining the lesson she wanted to teach them as she floated by each one handing several sheets of paper on how they could perform a unique style of dance for the assignment. Each of them took a moment to look over the assignment reading about how both monster and kaiju had to combine their unique talents to create a unique dance. While most of them had an idea about what they would do, Junior seemed not sure since he wasn't exactly light on his feet but more of an instrument player.

"Your rather quiet Junior, aren't you excited?"

Frankie asked him since it was a perfect time for them to use their feet from a monster ballet dancer. The reptile merely nods since he seemed uncertain about the assignment he took a look at his feet seeing that they were used to stomping around anywhere he went, not moving gracefully like the others. With everyone seemingly alright with who'd they dance with, the teacher noticed something wrong as she took a second in checking how many students there were on stage.

"It seems we're missing a student, has anyone seen Toralei?"

Questioning the group left most of the class unsure where the werecat was since she's been on and off from classes lately. Which is bad since it would lower her grades and attendance, Draculaura rolled her eyes at the name since Toralei wasn't the ghoul to think about school but popularity.

"I heard she was recently tutoring one of the students with his homework. It's hard to work with someone that has three heads."

Lagoona answered her teacher's question which had the ghouls and Junior eyes widen at the mention of three heads as they heard the doors open again the same way when O'Shriek entered the room. Coming in was Toralei who had the same confident look on her face with a mixture of cunningness and mischief, walking over to O'Shriek the werecat handed her a referral paper seemingly prepared for the occasion.

"Apologies for being late Mrs. O'Shriek, I had to help a friend of mine with getting the proper look for class. The paper shows as a new transfer."

Explaining the referral paper for being here as well as a new student that was coming into her class. Turning over in an alert manner and gripping his fist tight feeling the same emotion of anger when he faced Ghidorah, everyone sees the golden three-headed dragon wearing a set of new clothing to make him look like the others. He had dark brown pants with chains hanging from the side, short sleeve shirt with a leather jacket, and the symbol of a thunderbolt on his shirt. Ghidorah noticed the expressions from the others as well as his rival Junior, whose eyes were glowing and preparing to start a fight. It was quickly stopped by Frankie holding his hand and showing a worried look along with Clawdeen and Draculaura who can tell he was itching for a rematch.

"Sorry that we're late. It's custom for Ghidorah's to honor someone of higher authority with a gift."

The left head explained which was Kevin as he pulled out from his bag a fruit that was fresh and had several spiders around it which made O'Shriek smile at his introduction. However, the right head which was the more ruthless one smirked at Junior trying to get underneath his skin.

"I was just telling everyone that they will be assigned partners for the dance-off assignment and from how Ms. Stripe has been helping you, it is quite the sight to see this partnership."

Informing him about what was the assignment made the werecat and dragon brothers smile at their teacher and the others. Taking a moment to make some space so no one was in the way, Toralei gestured for Ghidorah to get ready as they seemed to have a plan for the assignment. Taking a running start, she did several cartwheels toward him while in return turning around quickly allowed Toralei to land on his tail. Taking the initiative, he flips her up into the air which caused everyone to look at Toralei fly up where she lands perfectly on the middle head of Ghidorah while the others held her hands. Doing a pose showing off their unique teamwork, the monsters and kaiju were left speechless at the sight.

"Quite graceful."

Mira applauding to the performance along with the others who were surprised at how the werecat manage to land gracefully upon Ghidorah's head due to his sharp spikes without hurting herself. Clawdeen and the others could help but clap at the sight since it was amazing, though Junior turned his head at the three seeing how this was the same dragon that almost electrocuted him and attack Caesar. He did his best to not lose his cool and applaud the three-headed kaiju knowing that there had to be a reason for this alliance.

Later-Dorm rooms

After finishing class and rushing back to the room, Junior was full of frustration, and it seemed everyone forgot about him possibly being the only Kaiju that can take him on. The ghouls were in the room while looking at the bathroom where they heard only bubbling sounds as Junior was shouting underwater to not let the others hear him. It was surprising how long Junior was shouting in the tub and how they could tell he was glowing due to them seeing the light right through the crack.

"It's lucky that he's considered an aquatic Kaiju because most Kaiju need air to help them stay awake. They often pass out in water due to how it relaxes them."

Frankie tells Clawdeen and Frankie how Junior could continue ranting about this sudden transfer into their class. Right now Draculaura was checking what's been happening with Toralei on Ghostly Gossip since it was the best place to learn about what happens behind the scenes.

"This isn't surprising. Before you and Junior came to Monster High, Toralei has always tried to be in the spotlight in any way from finding out student's secrets to the occasional scaring."

Giving her friends a brief background on how fluent she was when came to getting attention and popularity. This fascinated Frankie as the explanation was familiar from Junior and Clawdeen's talk with them about movies that related to the afterlife of Monster High. Meaning to their perspective was the mean girl teaming up with the rival sports captain.

"Just when I think Monster High is different from human schools there's always one thing that can be shared. Popularity, and from how both seem to desire attention they make a good team-up. Or bad if that's the case."

Clawdeen trying to put the pieces together how the werecat and three-headed kaiju teaming up made no sense, it was a goal they somewhat seemed to agree on. Which was becoming well known and proving that they were the best, meaning it was a problem for them since the start of the school they were known for helping Junior to accept his role as the new king of the kaiju. Meaning Toralei would do almost anything to get that type of popularity, and easier for Ghidorah to help her in a way for him to claim the title of king.

"Sounds fun when you think about it. Also dangerous since we are well known in the school."

Frankie responded that it was going to be exciting to see what might happen during the semester with Toralei and Ghidorah working together. However Clawdeen and Draculaura didn't share their perspective on this being fun, just then Junior opened the door with his whole head wet and looking relieved at how he had to let out his ranting from class in the bathtub.

"With that in mind. How do we crush them."

Asking them if they had an idea of what they could do to prevent them from either making the first move in humiliating them or Ghidorah using the chance to take him down and become king. From how he spent a whole hour in the bathroom and relaxing in the water, he still seemed agitated by Ghidorah finding a way to be king by not fighting him but outdoing him in class work. Clawdeen saw in his eyes the same type of anger he showed to Komos when he tried to hurt everyone and destroy the school, under this circumstance it was different.

"How about instead of suggesting something that could get you in trouble again. We could maybe do what Mrs. O'Shriek suggested and come up with a dance?"

Offering an alternative idea for him to think about if he planned to beat Ghidorah and Toralei as he was letting his emotions get the better of him. Though he bit his lip at her suggestion and looked at the bottom of his feet giving off the expression that he couldn't dance which the ghouls quickly notice.

"If that look is telling us you can't dance, then maybe it's time to learn if you want to beat Ghidorah without violence."

Draculaura offers her an alternate idea instead of using his fists to solve his problem. Junior, not saying anything walks over to sit by one of the chairs to listen about what they had in mind if he wanted to beat Ghidorah at his own game. Checking out the time seeing how they'll need to be ready in a few hours, the ghouls would have to teach him a dance that wouldn't make him look bad and help win the dance-off.

Later-Clawditorium

Returning to class everyone had found their partners and seemed prepared for the dance-off. From Lagoona teaming up with Finnegan thinking of an aquatic type of dance to Ghoulia and Armor suggesting slow and steady. Each of them seemed ready to show off their unique dances for Mrs. O'Shriek, amongst the crowd was Junior who spent the last hour learning about a dance from Clawdeen who manage to show him a human band that her dad used to listen to when her mom was around.

"While rock n roll is loud and aggressive which suits someone like yourself. Jazz is the opposite and it's about going with the rhythm while letting it guide you."

Reminding him of what she told him about back in the dorm room with the help of Draculaura and Frankie on watching the pace of movement. Noticing Ghidorah and Toralei speaking to one another about how to perform their dance, he got a glare from the middle head showing somewhat of an intimidating look on how he would beat him in this dance-off.

"Besides you'll be dancing with Clawdeen to help focus, I'm dancing with Draculaura so she can help me move like a vampire."

Frankie reminded him about he would be partnered with Clawdeen which snapped him out of the stare-off he had with Ghidorah as he turned his attention to Clawdeen. Who somehow managed to calm himself with her yellow eyes looking directly at him, he felt nervous about dancing with Clawdeen since the last time he did anything like this was back in the forest where they met with Deuce and Mira who learned about his secret.

"Alright class! I hope you're ready for the first-ever monster and kaiju dance-off!"

Mrs. O'Shriek came in unannounced and scared most of the students to get ready for the dance as each of them got with their partners. Each of them felt nervous about what they'd share with dances they worked on for the past hours not knowing how either of them would react. Presenting an old-school boombox and turning the music on, everyone began to show off their dances to the teacher.

"I'll try to not throw you off balance."

Caesar told Mira as the moth girl nodded as she launched into the air preparing to do their special dance which involved her wings. Taking his chance, the Shisha rushed towards the wall behind him and leaped up into the air just in time for Mira to catch him as they spun around like a disco ball.

"Not too shabby. But that can't be our cyclone of fire!"

Heath shouted as he and Rhodey had an idea for their dance which involved them using fire to show off for everyone. Doing a handstand and spinning around with his legs on fire, Rhodey fanned the flames that Heath was generating to make it brighter which almost blinded the class.

"Boys! I've told you no fire use in my classroom!"

Mrs. O'Shriek's voice called out as it sent the two flying towards the curtains stopping the dance due to it causing a small fire on stage. The others decided to present their dancing moves to the teacher which got her attention and applauded for their effort, coming up from behind were Junior and Clawdeen as the two had different expressions of being confident and unsure. It was interrupted by laughter from the side by Toralei who smirked at the two with Ghidorah by her side.

"Look at that, the king needs an escort? No wonder his majesty needs protection."

Commenting about how Clawdeen was helping Junior out with the dance made the two Ghidorah heads chuckle at the joke, except for Kevin who apologized for the joke. While the lizard seemed to ignore the feline's comment since he's heard worse, Clawdeen however snarled behind the werecat's back for thinking she'd win just because she had Ghidorah on her side.

"Let's do it."

Junior told Clawdeen as the two made their way to the stage where everyone noticed how the two teams seemed determined to out-dance each other. Toralei looked at Ghidorah gesturing for him to get ready as the three-headed dragon followed her lead the two did several steps to intimidate Clawdeen and Junior. Their dance style revolved around Toralei using charisma and Ghidorah's ferocity with each of them hissing and roaring at the class. Seeing how they matched perfectly it was up to Clawdeen and Junior to do the same.

"Just think of Jazz."

Reminding himself as he turned to Clawdeen remembering the dance that he learned from the ghouls, he looked at his partner as they decided to dance as a duet. Taking a second to follow the beat Junior found himself letting the music guide him, Clawdeen did the same and smiled as she noticed how the lizard was in tune with the music. Moving together and guiding each other, they let the music move them as they ignored everything around them allowing them to remain focused on the dance. Both of them displayed different aspects of their dance styles from Clawdeen being lively and wild to Junior's headstrong personality had them move across the stage not missing a step.

"They're not bad if you think about it."

Kevin told his brothers as the two heads growled at him for the comment Toralei decided to step in with Ghidorah as the two interrupted the dance and displayed their moves. Moving chaotically and smiling at them with their teeth glaring at them, Clawdeen and Junior spun around the two catching them off guard. Smirking at them and not getting frightened, spinning again between them causing both Toralei and Ghidorah to drop on the floor. They did a finishing pose with them howling and roaring at the same time.

"Bravo! Toralei and Ghidorah represented the hostility of humans trying to break apart both monsters and kaiju leaving both Clawdeen and Junior to stand up against it. Incredible teamwork you displayed."

Mrs. O'Shriek summarizes the performance not thinking that the pair were going after Clawdeen and Junior on purpose. With everyone finished and the notes written, the teacher left to grade the papers leaving the others to catch their breath. Meanwhile, Junior noticed Ghidorah getting up and having a look of failure on him.

"You did pretty well, maybe instead of focusing on fighting me you can improve your skills."

Suggesting that instead of thinking about taking him down that he should focus on himself. The three-headed dragon said nothing but blows smoke out of his nose before heading off the stage, Toralei did the same seeing how it was feeling too heartful for her taste as she went to join Ghidorah. Everyone began to head off except for the four as Draculaura and Frankie walked over to see how Clawdeen and Junior were doing.

"Quite the set of moves you showed Junior. Maybe you can show off to my dad, you know? One king to another."

Draculaura teased him leaving the lizard to not respond since he couldn't imagine dancing with her in front of the count. Deciding to get their things, everyone began to make their way out and enjoy the rest of the day to themselves. Meanwhile hiding behind the lockers were Ghidorah and Toralei who were still upset with being beaten by Junior again, with the help of the werewolf.

"I told you this wouldn't work. We should have taken him with brute force!"

Ghidorah's right head shouted to the others seeing how he'd prefer the traditional method of handling kaiju matters, with brute force. While Kevin was afraid of his brother's anger his middle head remain calm seeing Toralei upset with this loss as much as he was.

"I assume you have a method for handling this defeat."

Asking her about how she was taking being embarrassed on stage as well in front of the class. Waiting for a response, Toralei was on her Icoffin and was right now texting someone while the dragon was talking amongst themselves.

"How do you think ghouls and mansters handle anything when something humiliating happens? They hang out with friends, and my friends are just the friends that will suit someone like yourself."

Responding about it was time to even the odds against Junior and the others who seemed to work better as a team. Ghidorah looked at the phone to see who she was talking to, this led to the three heads smiling at the same time on how they'd get the edge on Junior and the others seeing how to take down a king who has friends. Is to call in reinforcements that would even field along could relate to himself and Toralei.
