Narrator pow:

"I-Island?" Vilem asked, looking throu his window at the street while having a phone call.

"Yes, the giant artificial island made specifically to research Quirks and support equipment for Heroes." Momo responded, sounding from the other side of the call. "My parents have stock actions in some of the sponsors that invested into incoming I-Expo. But since they are busy with the business back home I am the only one free from my family to attend. Plus, I have two spare tickets."

"Sounds responsible on your part." Half-Slovak nodded with polite tone. "Planning on using these two?"

"I definitely give one to Jirou, no second thoughts on that." Momo giggled lightly. "As for the second... How about you socialize with us a bit earlier? In a smaller group?"

"Hmm... Interesting idea." Vilem nodded, swiping the call into the background and reaching for the news page on his phone. "It appear that Iida will be there too, Izuku has a free pass because All Might, Shoto, Bakugo and Kirishima all have rich parents... It won't be a small group."

"Oh, right... We already know it." Momo sighed, having a slow realisation. "But I have a better idea, a one that will intrest you."

"You do?" Vilem asked, suprised. "Go on."

"We are both sure that a villain attack will happen during our visit." Momo said. "Thus, we have an idea of what will happen."

"And we will stop the attack?"

"Yes. In fact, I-Island has very few restrictions on Quirk usage. At least compared to Japan..."

"Alright then, when do we meet at the airport?" Half-Slovak quickly responded with an upbeat tone.

"Not so fast! I still have to pack myself and tell Jiro..."

"I can help with that! But say... Where do you live?"

"Can you hold this sword for me?" Momo asked, heading down the airport ramp towards her family's private jet.

"Where is the sword?" Vilem asked, sticking his hand out of the walking pile of luggage, much to Jirou's amazement and shock.

"Here." Tall girl smiled, handing him a small wrist bracelet made out of pink pearls.

"Thanks!" Half-Slovak responded happly, taking his hand back inside the pile.

"I can't believe you actually make him into a simp." Kyoka commented, briefly looking behind herself and then back at Momo. "Same goes for walking there in UA uniforms."

"We have to represent our school while on the island." Momo responded with a mix of politeness and dedication in her voice. "Besides, we can change into our Hero outfits as soon as possible when on the island."

"That's right!" Vilem added to show his support.

"Oh, I see." Kyoka nodded, smiling a little as they approached the stairs near the plane's right door. "How long do you think it will take?"

"Two hours maximum." Momo responded quickly. "Three if there's too much flights at the airport. Also, already asked the pilots to abandon the flight in case of severe dangerous weather."

"Good enough for us to chatter on the way."

"Hey, Jirou." Vilem said as his travel group sat in the plane during their cruise above Pacific Ocean.

"Yeah?" Girl with earphone jacks responded, turning her head right from the seat on the other side.

"Remember when you talked about chatter on the way?"

"Oh right, my bad." Momo added, hastly returning from the back of the plane and sitting next to her Half-Slovak classmate. "I guess sit configuration with two seats and tables doesn't help."

"Not like you could change that." Vilem calmed her down with a polite nod. "Now at least we can do that."

"Sounds good to me." Jirou added. "I didn't hear too much about you outside of what Momo and Toru told me and it got me wondering..." She paused for a while, moving her jacks into question marks. "Who are you? Like, as a person?"

"An orphan." He responded without hesitation.

"Since when having parents was a character trait?" Jirou asked, almost gulping in suprise.

"It isn't personality trait." Vilem corrected her. "It just describes a person. Not too hard to understand, I hope."

"Well, I can see that." She nodded, quickly exchanging glares with Momo before resuming her talk. "But... Do you have any intrests? Thing you really like? Life motivations?"

"... I have one motivation." Half-Slovak responded after a longer while of silence. "Responsibility."

"Huh?"

"Responsibility... For what exacly?" Momo asked, helping with squeezing out the answer.

"You see, when you have a Quirk so stacked and complicated like me, using it properly matters." Vilem sighed, looking throu his window on the bright blue horizon outside. "Everyone who has a Quirk is more or less responsible for using it in a way that helps, or at least doesn't destroy beyond necessity. For instance, compare yourself to, let's say, All Might and Katsuki. How do you place in comparison to these two in terms of affecting the world around you with your Quirks?"

"In between." Jirou responded first. "All Might always uses his Quirk to save people and fight villains while Bakugo just wants to fight villains."

"And how about yourself?" Vilem asked again. "How do you use your Quirk morality-wise?"

"I help people. I am not the one to fight the Villain with a Quirk like mine."

"Mhm, and you Momo?" Half-Slovak nodded, turning to their companion.

"Same as Jirou." She nodded politely. "I create things to help people and Heroes at the place of action. I don't fight villains directly unless forced to by situation."

"Hmm... Fair." Vilem nodded. "In that case hear my self-esteem. I view. Quirk usage as... In between All Might and Bakugo."

"But you both fight the villains and save the civilians." Momo responded with her statement. "Both me and Jirou are saving people while you do things the same way as all Might. Why would you be on our level and not his?"

"Well." Half-Slovak sighed. "There is a specific reason I brought up Katsuki specifically."

"Really?" Jirou asked him. "Why?"

"See, how does Bakugo use his Quirk in a spectrum I gave?"

"He fights villains but doesn't take intrest in saving civilians." Momo responded.

"Mhm, something more?"

"His fighting style causes a lot of destruction." Kyoka added, curling her earjacks up and down for fun.

"Bingo." Vilem commented, making both girls shake their heads from suprise. "The fact is, my Quirk is strong, flashy and all of that. But most of all, it's destructive. I May be able to do both saving and fighting, but since I have to limit myself in order to not wreck everything, my performance drops down." He paused, looking over their somewhat curious faces. "In the end, my very best requires me to actively limit my Quirk usage, which isn't good when you want to give it your all... As a result of that, I am no better than both of you."

"Because we always give our best while you have to hold back to do the same?" Momo asked.

"Yeah." He nodded with sorrow tone. "I might be as strong as All Might, but All Might doesn't turn into psychotic maniac whenever he's wounded or gets serious. As a result, all the good I cause is limited to when I am at my minimal effort. Anything above ends up in my exam fight with All Might at very best."

"... Kind of sad to purpousefully restrain yourself." Kyoka commented after a while of akward silence. "Even if for everyone's sake."

"Yeah." Vilem nodded. "The fact that I accepted this does allow others to like me tho." He added, looking towards Momo and giving her a warm smile.

"Hmm... I won't dwell into your personal relations." Kyoka nodded, turning her head back to the phone screen.

"But... You just did!" Momo protested with a holdup.

"Shhh..." Vilem leaned towards her with a finger on his mouth. "Let it slip, let it slip."

(Exacly twenty hours earlier)

"How will we handle Jirou going with us?" Messeage from Momo came, as Vilem ended his bag of military rations and looked back at his smartphone.

"Simple, we don't." Half-Slovak quickly typed back. "Since we will have to wait for the villain attack, we just start fighting as soon as we get a reason. No need to pretend to be suprised while your lives are at stake after all."

"Makes sense to me." The response came after a minute. "I like this plan."

(Back to present time)

"Mhm." Momo nodded quietly, making Vilem sit back down with relief.

"Was I correct?" Kyoka asked, peeking from above her screen.

"I don't think I deserve that." Half-Slovak responded with a smirk. "Rich girl from a wealthy family and a loner guy with issues? That won't work well."

"Heh, if you say so..." Earphone jack girl nodded, looking throu her window into the distance. "Huh, we are already in sight of the island."

"Well then." Vilem nodded, taking a seatbelt into his hands. "Let's get ready, shall we?"

"Whoa..." Kyoka gasped, as the group walked out of the airport and into the outside, getting a decent view over the various buildings, trees and whatever else could be included on the place.

"Size does mater after all." Vilem smiled from undeneath the luggage, quickly finding the large rows of cabins to their right labeled as 'Changing Rooms.' "By the way, we two can switch the uniform now."

"I'll wait with the bags then." Momo added, taking a large brown suitcase from the top.

"Then at least wait in front of the cabins rather than here." Vilem added, walking forward with two girls following after him. "Also, you need to help me with taking this stuff off of me, my back almost hurts now."

"Wait, when dis you change?" Kyoka asked, noticing that Momo also dressed into her Hero suit.

"When you and Vilem discussed the hotel rooms." Tall girl smiled, looking at the Half-Slovak finally not having bags cover everything above his neck. "Not a cultural level I promote, but it was still funny to listen to."

"I'm telling you for the last time. Hotel rooms are for tourists. Apartments are for residents." Vilem commented, looking at Jirou with visible annoyance.

"Again, I am not so sure." She responded. "I didn't read the map and I know the one you have is fake since they aren't sold outside of the island for some reason."

"Well, too bad! I trust my guts." Vilem added, handing to her a small pink tourist bag. "Lucky us that we have good mood today."

"Heh, right."

"The I-Island?" Dust asked, as he and Shigaraki discussed the next step at the bar table.

"Yes. My master decided to aid the efforts of one individual called Wolfram and his group." Man with a hand-mask responded, taking a long sip from his light-brown drink. "Now, since he agreed with your master on cooperation, it would be nice to see at least some part od your team to join him."

"Some part you say?" Dust asked, before laughing with a weird sense of pleasure before turning around. "Insanity! Grab your Paps and get moving, we have a hunt!"

"How many humans can I kill?" Deranged Sans asked, walking from behind the corner with a piece of raw steak in his left hand and Papyrus's head in the right one.

"Whoever isn't with you and gets into your eyesight." Dust answered, hopping down from the chair.

"@#$@%%@*!" Insanity exclaimed in unreadable fashion before the two skeletons walked together towards the other room.

"Also..." Dust added before leaving. "If new orders come, tell Killer and he will relate to me. Horror isn't exacly a reliable one and we can't mess this up."

"Fine..." Shigaraki nodded, starring into his back as the two left.

"Nice place I'd say." Vilem smiled, as his group took a casual stroll inside the Expo pavilion.

"I know, right?" Momo added in a form of rethorical question. "All the newest inventions in Hero Support Equipment for us to see before the premiere thanks to the sponsorship pass."

"Yeah..." Kyoka nodded with a drag, before suddenly stopping. "Hold on, is that Midoriya?"

"You don't say." Vilem added, unimpressed.

"Come on you two, let's join him." Momo added, walking forward to meet him and the unknown blonde person to his right. "Izuku?"

"Yaoyorozu?!" Green boy turned around like hit by a lightning bolt, stuttering something as he saw other two following after her. "Jirou? Vilem? You are here too?"

"Yes we are." Kyoka added, waving her earjacks lightly. "Momo invited us for an official hangout."

"Plus, she tries to make me less edgy and more social." Half-Slovak added jokingly.

"Are these your friends?" Girl standing to Izuku's side asked, also turning around to see the trio.

"Y-yes!" Teenage student responded, stepping forward in between the groups. "Momo, Kyoka, Vilem, meet Melissa. Melissa, meet Momo, Kyoka and Vilem." He said, pointing fingers while presenting each person.

"Glad to meet you!" Melissa smiled kindly. "I was showing Izuku across the gallery."

"Us too." Momo added, with Kyoka and Vilem nodding alongside her. "I was doing it too, actually."

"Anyways, want to eat or drink something at the cafe?"

"Sure thing." Vilem smiled. "It's been four to five hours since my last meal."

"So you have an experience as professional Heroes?" Melissa asked as the whole group of five sat at the round table under a large umbrella.

"Only me." Vilem responded. "Others did internships."

"Wait, you are the bone-wielding vigilantie from Slovakia?" She asked, suprised.

"Former. I am legalized Pro now." He responded with a smile, throwing a Slovakia Senior Hero License for the group to see. "Not all countries are as rigoristic as Japan, and safety levels are about on part."

"Mhm, on my internship I helped evacuate people from a building once." Kyoka added, rising her head from the drink.

"Sounds great." Melissa commented with courtesy.

"I had an internship in Slovakia under Vilem." Momo added. "He reworked my Hero costume and generally helped me think straight."

"International internship? Awesome!" Blonde girl clapped her hands, looking back to where Vilem was only to see him and his License gone and replaced with a quick note about having a private call. "Wait, where did he go?"

"Fuck me." Vilem thought, swallowing the rest of croissant on the run as he got himself into one of very few back alleys that were unattended by anyone. "If what I felt was real, then human souls are here. I didn't predict this!" He continued to ramble internally as a small portal under him opened briefly and sent him into a rocky wasteland in a middle of a golden sky full of paper notes hanging on red ropes.

"Oh, LQ!" Ink greeted him, walking towards him while he stood back up and stretched his back. "Finally decided to get some help?"

"Yes." Half-Slovak nodded, sighing sadly. "I am almost fully confident that some human souls are in the same place. However, I am also sure that the guys from Nightmare are also here."

"And you need backup?" Ink asked him, curiously.

"Yes. But only when I say so." Vilem nodded. "I can't have anyone jumping around and telling others who I really am, multiverse confirmation and stuff."

"...Gotcha!" Ink nodded before drinking some of his canned fluids. "I can join when needed. Good enough for you?"

"You? Personally?" Vilem asked, a small smiled forcing his mouth up and wide. "I'll take it."

"Nice." Ink added, before another portal opened to Vilem's right. "Hope it goes well."

"I hope too... See ya." Vilem sighed, before jumping back into his own world before the portal closed behind him.

"Alright, I am back." Vilem said, walking back to the table, where on top of his group were also Kaminari and Mineta in waiter suits and Iida. "Sorry for the wait."

"No problem." Momo responded. "We were about to finish anyway. Hope you're ready for further journey."

"Damn right I am." Half-Slovak nodded decisively. "Where do we go now?"

"Oh, a villain attack attraction." Vilem mentally sighed, looking from top of the stands at the sorry sight that was Bakugo raging against Izuku and about anyone else from the mere presence of such. "Glad he didn't notice me..."

"Hey! Boner!"

"I called it."/"Yeah?" Half-Slovak asked, seeing Katsuki approach him from lower stands.

"Show us what you got!"

"No."

"Heh?"

"I'm too lazy." He added, taking a bottle of ketchup out before turning around. "Momo, Kyoka, see you in the hotel room." He added, walking away with a casual stride.

"Don't ignore me!" Katsuki shouted, throwing a tantrum while Izuku casually went on to be the next challenger.

"Meh, as I ever would." Vilem thought, leaving the attraction and walking into a plain open pavement. "The guy is in general ignorant of the talk I gave him at the beginning of this semester. But at least I tried once tho." He smiled lightly, walking forward toward the more urbanized area of the I-Island. "Now, since the distraction is set, let's follow the gut feelings and secure the souls... If there are even any."

"New phone, who dis?" Dust asked, making a call from top of the high apartament block while Insanity tried to communicate with reinforced concrete in the background.

"The ally." Rather positive response came. "Glad to see AFO sending me reinforcements."

"As he agreed with mine." Dust smiled. "Look, when you need us for anything, give a signal."

"Understood." The caller nodded before hanging up.

"Well, at leash be wanted us." Dust sighed, turning around. "Insanity, are you finished?"

"@#$$, @#$$, @#$$!"

"Yeah, I'm bored too." Dust nodded, slightly widening his smile before it turned into a grin. "But just you wait..."

"Lucky me that I can teleport." Vilem thought, rushing throu each and every single unattended part of the island. "The souls are getting closer, I can feel it. I WILL feel it." He agiatated to himself, rushing himself with the research before suddenly stopping in a seemingly closed warehouse.

"Is that...?" He asked himself, noticing a shine at the end of the room. On instinct, he began to walk forward, quickly getting up to the heart-shaped object of purple color and light emitating from it.

Perseverance.

"Heheh..." Vilem chuckled lightly, celebrating his small victory. "Come to papa, would you?" He added in joking mannder, taking the soul into his hand and hiding it inside the inner pocket of his jacket.

"Determination is in me, Kindness is with Nightmare, Perseverance is with me. Four to go." He recounted the situation before teleporting back to the hotel entreance, meeting Momo and Jirou there.

"Hello again." Kyoka commented. "Why are you looking so tired?"

"Me?" Vilem asked her, only now noticing the sweat all over his face. "Just active tourism."

"... Active?" Momo questioned with suspicion.

"The one where you don't stop to smell the flowers." He explained, taking out several kitschy photos and small badges from his pocket. "They even have gift shop in here."

"Mhm, good to know." Earphone jack girl nodded as the trio resumed their walk and entered the building's reception. A rather clolourful place with design similar to one of oriental-themed restaurants rather than an actual hotel. "Also, we have invitations to a party at six P.M., care to join us?"

"Heheh... No." Vilem responded as the trio went across the room and up to the lift. "I'm not intrested."

"Won't you rather come there and socialize with us?" Momo asked him, as the metalic lift doors opened and small human with a clear Kapibara Quirk slowly walked past them.

"Sorry, I almost reached my limit for today." Half-Slovak excused himself as the trio walked into the lift. "I still need to care about my own comfort. Besides, I won't be an additional value there."

"Fine by me." Kyoka shaked her head with moderate disappointment. "You plan to stay in the room and do..."

"My stuff." He responded quickly. "Stay in place, rest a bit. Maybe even sleep if situation allows."

"I guess not everyone is used to sleeping at day time." Momo smiled as their elevator stopped and the doors began to open.

"You don't say." Vilem smiled as the trio walked out into the corridoor and turned right towards the rooms.

"Bull's eye!" Killer laughed, seeing that his thrown knife hit the precise middle of the target shield hanged on the wall.

"Hyah!" Toga exclaimed, throwing her own knife just below his and scoring a '9'.

"Heheh, not bad kiddo." Spinner added, walking into the room with relaxed glare. "You train her, Killer?"

"Well, I do consider her a friend of mine." The Sans in question responded, looking past him with his black eyes. "Want to join?"

"As if I ever!" Lizard man responded, putting his swird aside in favor of a convieniently close kitchen knife. "And new rule. Every time we miss the shield, we take a shot of whiskey. Last standing wins!"

"They look like they are having fun." Nightmare commented, observing the team from unknown location. "I hate it."

"Good to know you feel well." AFO added voicing himself to him. "But remember our bet. Love can lead to greatest hate."

"I don't think Killer has any normal love. Just LV."

"Still, he found someone who likes to kill too." AFO continued with monotonic, wise tone. "But maybe we have a field where we agree on something?"

"Certainly." Nightmare nodded, taking some sort of folder from his insides and opening it up. "I need a new member for the main strike team I lend you for a time. And while the candidates are mostly fair..."

"... None of them seem to fit your desire." AFO ended for him. "First one will antagonize your lieutanant, second one isn't even evil... Maybe try world similar to ours?"

Actually, I might aswell try." Nightmare smiled as he began merging with the black surroundings. "I'll be back in a hour. Don't do anything stupid."

"No need to be so rude..." AFO sighed, ending the conversation.

"And most of all... NO SIDE SWITCHING FOR HORROR!"

"Huh." Evil mastermind wondered, seeing Nightmare disappear in the black. "And why is that, partner?"
