AN: Now it is basically going to be a few chapters of missions, mostly C-rank, bonding, how they deal with different circumstances such as killing, training and of course more.
This mission wouldn't be easy by any records. Team 6 was going to have their work cut out for them, this would be the first time that any of them would most likely kill people. Kashin knew that the first few kills weren't easy by any regard, He just hoped that they would take it better than most do in this circumstance.
"I know many of you are excited about the C-rank," said Kashin as his team stared at him, their packs ready for the travel, "but this experience, killing people isn't an easy one, you have to end the life of people and watch as they lose the spark, it isn't an easy experience."
All three looked at him than at each other, if this is as bad as Sensei said, then could they do the mission?
"Sensei did you have to kill people?" asked Naruto.
"Yes I have had to, I survived in the 3 shinobi world war, I killed quite a few people," said Kashin.
"let's get moving," said Asashi.
"Yeah if we want to help these people than we would need to get a move on," said Naruto.
"yeah," said Kashin.
"So have you ever met the fourth Hokage?" asked Naruto curious about his hero.
"No but I did see him in action, I watched as the Fourth Hokage wiped out the opposing forces," said Kashin.
"That sounds so cool," said Naruto.
"Yeah it was," said Kashin.
"Sensei, what was the war like?" asked Naruto.
"Horrible, the worst experience we could ever have," said Kashin "Hundreds dead and injured, you don't even know if you're going to survive till the next day or if you would see your family again, your friends would be cut down and you could do nothing except watch, I have seen several drown, be poisoned, killed and worse."
No-one dared to speak instead they walked in silence, knowing that this was a silent moment which should have been respected rather than ignored.
-a week later-
The group arrived at the location, a village that was believed to be raided next. They decided to stay at a hotel and did not need to worry as Konoha was paying for the expenses.
"So how many are there?" asked Asashi Hyuga.
"It is believed that there are about fifty bandits to be dealt with," said Kashin.
"So what's the plan?" asked Naruto.
"The plan is simple, we defend the village, then we follow them back to their base and take them all out," said Kashin.
"D-do we have to kill them?" asked Himari. Kashin looked at her with pity in his eyes.
"Indeed, sadly this is the mission requirement," said Kashin.
"Okay so these are communication devices, we can use this to communicate over large distances," explained Kashin "each of us are going to go to 4 entrances in the village, and stay there until we notice the bandits, once they arrive we deal with them."
Team 6 nodded and disappeared to the specified location by their sensei. Naruto went to the south gate while, Asashi went to the east gate and Kashin went to the noth gate, that left Himari at the west gate.
-With Naruto-
Naruto was bored and hungry for action but had been taught that if he was patient enough, he would get that action. Naruto honestly didn't know what to think about the idea that he had to kill these bandits. Killing was a terrifying concept to Naruto, the idea that you had to end one's life, one's existance terrified Naruto to no lengths.
But then there were the bandits which were harming and killing people without remorse so killing them would help people. So in the end, the boy had no idea what to think. A similar thought process was going through each member of the team except the Jounin.
-With Kashin-
'I wonder how they will handle this?' thought Kashin 'Naruto is a bit childish so I am scared for him most of all, how will this affect him? I will have to make sure that the guardians check up on them, or else the effect could be distarous.'
-A few hours later-
Night time had finally approached and all was quite in the village. Naruto was bored of the guard duty and having to wait to prove his 'awesomeness' but this reminds him of a lesson with his sensei.
-Flashback-
"Naruto, you are extremely reckless," said Kashin, bluntly as Naruto looked shocked.
"What do you mean sensei, if I don't rush in, how can I prove my awesomeness?" asked Naruto.
"How can you prove your awesomeness if you're dead?" asked Kashin as Naruto looked confused.
"Wha-wha-what d-do you m-mean?" asked Naruto with a stutter familiar of a certain hyuga.
"Naruto shinobi who just run in get killed, they rush straight into traps or worse," said Kashin.
"So I should think things through?" asked Naruto.
"Yes, and if you can't, send a shadow clone to trigger the trap," said Kashin.
"Sensei, do you know any of the shinobi who rushed in?" asked Naruto.
"Yes, yes I do," said Kashin.
-Flashback end-
"Jounin Kashin Sarutobi, checking in, how are things on your end, Naruto?" asked Kashin over the radio.
"I don't see anything, how about you Asashi?" asked Naruto.
"Nothing here," said Asashi "Himari your turn."
"I don't see anything, wait I see movement, there is alot of them and their carrying weapons," said Himari.
"Alright, all of you rendevous to Himari's position," said Kashin.
Naruto did as ordered using chakra enhanced speed to run across the rooftops, he jumped and ran noting that Asashi was doing the same. He met up with the Hyuga.
"How many do you think there are?" asked Naruto as the two ran side by side.
"Let me check," said Asashi activating the byakugan revealing the chakra signatures.
"How many?" asked Naruto.
"All fifty," said Asashi.
"So what's the plan?" asked Naruto.
"We kill any near us before we use dragon flame bomb to kill the rest," said Asashi. Naruto nodded. They jumped onto the gate to find Himari and Sarutobi fighting a few of the bandits. Both Asashi and Naruto pulled out two kunai each and jumped onto two bandits each.
The kunai enterred the bandits as they hit the floor, Naruto had no time to think about what he had done as he saw more bandits arriving.
"What's the plan?" asked Kashin as he stabbed the bandit closest to him in the head and Himari threw a poison dipped
"We are going to use dragon flame bomb on them," said Asashi.
"Well then get to it," said Kashin. All three went through the hand signs at the same time as the Bandit's eyes widened. All three blew out a powerful flame that rushed towards the bandits at terrifying speeds. They could not escape the flame as the flame conquered everything. The bandits couldn't believe it, the village had hired shinobi to deal with them.
"Run! Those brats are genin!" shouted one of them as the bandits dropped any weapon they carried and tried to escape. The flame caught them and it encambesed them. Only their screams could be heard but that was quickly silenced as the genin finally stopped. All three looked to find the bandits burned and dead.
There had been no survivors.
