Time Omnians

An artificially created subspecies, modified from "Gallifreyians". Whom expanded the science of "Regeneration Energy". So that they could maintain the same personality, and facial structure, whenever they regenerate.


Time Omnian Powers :

As they were engineered to help fight a war, by a race that had a superior understanding of both magic and genetic engineering, they have a number of magic based super powers.


Modified Regeneration Energy : Whenever they become injured, Time Omnians' can repair their bodies. However, it does this in a more limited capacity, acting like a healing factor, that uses up their Regeneration Energy.

While this energy is limited, it replenishes itself within an hour. Regardless, Time Omnians can choose when to use this energy.

The ability to use Regeneration Energy in this manner, comes from a third Chromosome Chain, buried deep in the DNA of every cell. While a Time Omnian's two hearts channel the energy. While this is a magical mutation, it is separate from the Magical Pathways.

Loading : If they ever died, or just want to fix a mistake, they can send their conciousness back in time. To merge with their passed self.

However, they can also send their conciousness through time, and even the dimensional barriers, to merge with a developing fetus (can be a healthy or dying fetus). Curing it of any imperfections, and slowly shaping it into their own body, of their new parents' species. Maintaining the equivalent bone structure, and facial features, while becoming that race.

Merging with a Fetus, causes their memories to "Cloud". With them only having a vague impression of their past life, mostly in the form of life like dreams.

Transformations : Time Omnians, permanently, gain a transformation into any of the races whom they merged with. As well as the use of that race's powers, in all their other forms (although too a lesser degree then the original species).

Universal Spell Casting : Normally, the way a race uses magic is unique to them. As their body is designed to channel it in a specific way. This includes direct spell casting

Time Omnians can use any spell, from any style of magic. Without need of an Arcane Focus.

Intuitive Aptitude : The power to instantly analyze, learn and understand the complexity and exactness of organisms, objects, etc. without the need of long-term or special education. They merely see it and understand the basics of how it works.

Many Time Omnians use further scanning equipment, usually with a psychic interface, to learn the greater details of how something works. And this power lets them truly comprehend everything about it.

( The Time Omnians who went through the Time Lord institute, had a greater advantage because of this.)

Reading Comprehension : Due to their more advanced "Intuitive Aptitude", they can read a billion words a minute, at an average of 90% comprehension.

Motion Mimicry : User can mimic the motions of other people and objects, whether linear or rotational, without needing any object used for the motion in general. For example, mimic a person swinging on a vine without needing a vine, mimic motions of people turning corners or objects like a yoyo, moving as if they were suspended on a string spinning and doing yoyo tricks. This can be applied to any motion with any possible object being used in the motion, or none at all if there is none.

Ability Intuition : The user can, by seeing an ability at work (whether supernatural or not), learn it and intuitively understand how it works, how to control it, and how to master it. Also, the user can teach others how to control their abilities once seeing their power. Alternatively, the user can also be able to develop a countermeasure if they understand an ability long enough to figure out its weaknesses.

Freeze Time : They can manipulate localized time streams. To "Pause" an individual, a localized area, or entire planets. With the larger the field, the easier it is to use. Pin point accuracy requires concentration, and greater magical cost from the Chakra Pathways. With a steadily drain on their magic, the longer it is active.

Teleport : Time Omnians can bend time and space, in order to disappear in one spot, and reappear in another. They can do this repeatedly, for very little magical cost. Meaning they can teleport around their opponent, attacking from all angles.

At a far greater Magicka cost, they can use this power, in connection with a psychic link to a TARDIS, to teleport inside it, from any distance. This is only possible, because TARDISes exist outside their dimension, while simultaneously being at every point in existence.

Portal : Lastly Time Lords can create a gravity well, straight into the Time Vortex. While they can't use this power to travel, they can send hostile entities into it, so they can be disintegrated.

OTHER POWERS: They permanently gain additional powers, from the racial abilities, of every species they merge with. As well as the ability to Switch between the races.
